Based on the 1989 Capcom game STRIDER HIRYU. Izuku Midoriya joins the Endeavor Hero Team to conduct an international hero mission to stop an international terror group. While the mission was a success, Midoriya went missing and presumed dead. However, a new assassin terrorizes the hero society by assassinating pro heroes. Soon Class 1-A is sent, and problems arise upon meeting him.

As the UA School Festival approaches, Midoriya got permission to give Eri a tour at UA Academy as a way to prepare her for the school festival in order for her to smile again. Upon meeting Kendo, Eri took a liking to her as a sister, and after learning Eri's circumstances, Kendo began to act as a big sister to her, wherein she helps Midoriya, and the two teens slowly fall in love.

Izuku is born with latent but also the most powerful quirk in the recorded history. Watch him as he grows under the tutelage of All Might and learns what it means to be a hero.
