Guest2: I thought so too. In End Games, when Six was talking to Rex about his robot form, it almost sounded like he remembered his past. But I figured that maybe White just informed him. Then after his conversation with White on his way to get Rex he says it's a second chance to Rebecca, it almost sounded like he remembered the past. But it could also mean that White had informed Six of the past. IDK. I just know that because they did a terrible job ending this that I'm here writing stuff to make up for it!
So this idea came to me because I was dreading writing season 3, especially since I don't know what to write for many of the episodes. However, I always wondered what they would be talking about during the 6 months that they were together. So this is my take on what they talked about during Rex's absence.

"What do you think of this new base, Holiday?"
"It's… um… it's going to take some work to make it usable, Six."
"I didn't promise you a castle but we're autonomous here."
"I know. I'm sorry. I'm still trying to adjust to the idea that we're not part of Providence anymore. It was my… I guess for a lack of a better word… home for the last several years."
"Yes, I know. I wish I could remember that time."
"It wasn't all great, but it's what I knew…. I guess White's going to meet up with us here."
"I was a little surprise when he told us his plans. It's more dramatic than I would have given him credit for."
"Is it really necessary to fake his death… and to take out half of Providence at the same time?"
"White Knight is a master strategist. He knows what he's doing. I'm not sure what happened between us in the last six years but I trust his judgment. If he thinks it was necessary for us to wait before handing in our resignation so that we could slowly upload all our data to here, then so be it. And if he deems it necessary to be dead, then who am I to argue with him?"
"I understand that. And as much as I dislike his… attitude towards people, you are right. He knows what he's doing. Where do you think he is now?"
"He should be in the middle of exiting Providence now."
"I suppose it is an effective way of hiding the fact that half of Providence's data is gone."
"Yes, there's that."
"I guess I should check out where I'll be working now."
"Let me show you around The Plant."
"Thank you. The Plant? Is that really…"
"One of our… associates pointed us to this place. All the technology has been donated by our… contacts. This is the situation room."
"I guess it's adequate to do a few experiments here, but I'm going to need a bigger space."
"Don't worry. I made sure you have a lab. Come with me."
"Okay, wow, this place is big…. Hey, this empty space would make a great Petting Zoo."
"I'll make a note of that…. Here's your lab."
"This... isn't bad…. "
"I'm glad you approve."
"So… where will we be staying… I mean… where are we staying… I mean not together but my own room…"
"Living quarters are this way…"

"This is your room. Mine is down the hall. Rex, when we find him, will be staying in the trailer outside."
"Where's White going to be?"
"He didn't say but I'm sure he's made arrangements."
"He needs a nanite free environment. There doesn't seem to be any place here that fits that bill."
"I wouldn't worry about him."
"I guess, but as your primary physician I need to make sure you all stay healthy."
"You can check me out anytime you want."
"Um, uh,… well… that's not what I meant…"
"Sorry, I was just joking."
"Oh, yes, ha, very… um… humorous."
"I guess that didn't help. I was hoping you could stop being so jumpy around me."
"I know. Like I said I'm just trying to adjust to all these... sudden changes. It's been… very… hard."
"I understand, but if we're going to work together to find Rex…"
"We need to keep everything professional so that there won't be any distractions."
"Agreed. We'll deal with everything else… later."
"Yes, after we find Rex."

"What was that noise?"
"That must be Bobo. I told him he needs to come through the main entrance. I guess he didn't listen."
"… When does Bobo ever listen?"
"I'm starting to realize that now. Well, I better extract him from the trap."
"I'll start setting up the lab."
"After I get Bobo free, I'll come to see if you need any help."
