This story is about Sakura, Ino, Hinata, Tenten, Temari, Matsuri, Karin as best friends doing the craziest of things that friends would do together. Couples are Sasuke and Sakura, Ino and Sai, Naruto and Hinata, Tenten and Neji, Shikamaru and Temari, Gaara and Matsuri, Karin and Suigetsu.

A/N: OMG! I know I said this a while back but this story is coming to an end. Last time I said that you guys was sad about it so I kind of extended this but now there is like three more chapters to go or so... :'( I'd miss this

Sakura bit down at her bottom lip as she polished her toe nails the colour of her dress, red. Tonight was going to be Chieri's and Itachi's engagement party, the moment she had been waiting for. Sakura was excited by all of this but things could get stressful at times being a brides made and all, she could only imagine the pressure Chieri was under.

Thankfully they had months to plan for the wedding because preparation was defiantly not finished. But Mikoto was with them to help every step of the way, Chieri didn't believe in getting a wedding planner at first but Mikoto had encourage her to get one. It was a big help.

So far she knew her bridesmaid dress would be blue and her escort would be none other than Deidara. Sasuke wasn't too happy about this though, but he was the best man, so he had to escort the maid of honour. The maid of honour would be Nagisa, Chieri's sister, who happens to be seventeen years old.

Worst of all she had a crush on Sasuke which made Sakura disliked the girl very much.

So far Sakura had met Konan and Yuki the other bridesmaids and their escort would be Hidan and Kisame.

The wedding would be held in Assmer, where Itachi lived so he could attend Dumont, his collage. This is where Chieri lived. The reason for this was because Chieri's grandmother was a slickly woman who didn't like travelling.

So Sakura her family and her girlfriends along with their dates would fly over there with the Uchiha's for the wedding.

Then Chieri and Itachi would go on a cruise to Tahiti for honeymoon, a beautiful island that was perfect for newlyweds to spend their first days of marriage. Then they'd return to Konoha to live with the Uchiha's until their own house was ready for them to move into.

Every time Sakura thought about it she felt all bubbly on the inside.

Then she'd start thinking about her future, in other words she kept getting side tracked. She couldn't believe all that had been going on in her life so far. Everything was changing, but this change was for the best, even if it was sad at times.

The pinkette sighted and stared at her feet. "Yo." A deep sexy voice brought her out of her daze. It was Sasuke, he was by her window, she hadn't even notice when he came over though.

"You could use the door you know." She looked into his sleepy, black eyes.

"Hm." The Uchiha made himself comfortable on her window couch.

"Where were you all morning?" Sakura asked, she was at the Uchiha's household helping around and she hadn't seen him while she was there.

"Sleeping, last night we stayed up late." By 'we' he meant his brother and him. While Chieri and Sakura spent time together, Sasuke and Itachi got to talking.

They had a few drinks as well which is why Sasuke seemed so groggy and out of it. Sakura walked over to her mirror with her brush in hand. "You should rest then tonight we'd be up even later so..." When she turned around she saw her boyfriend sleeping peacefully.

Sakura smiled at the cute expression he had on and walked over to kiss him goodbye on his forehead.

She still had to help her mom wrap the engagement gift for the couple among other things to do.

Sakura looked around the room, everyone was busy today. Ino and Tenten were setting the table while Karin placed the flowers around. The girl's didn't mind coming over and helping out with the preparations. Temari was helping some guys hang the balloons and other decorations.

Hinata had disappeared in the kitchen with the caterers while Matsuri came over to help Sakura make a place for the gifts to be placed on safely. Nagisa, Chieri's sister, waltzed overt to the pinkette and brunet. "Sakura, where is my Sasuke_kun."

The black hair devil smiled sweetly as she leaned over with her hands behind her back. She was trying to look innocent and cute. Not going to work on them.

"I don't know, he must have gone off with Naruto." Sakura lied; Sasuke was still asleep in her room. Turns out Nagisa was bothering him in his room so he left and came to Sakura to hide.

"Hmmmm, fine." Nagisa turned on her heels to continue looking for the raven hair boy.

Sakura grind her teeth, so she wouldn't punch the wind out of the girl. Nagisa had to say she was lucky she is Chieri's sister or Sakura would have slapped the shit out of her already. "Calm yourself Sak's, you don't want to make a scene today of all days now do you." Matsuri squeezed Sakura's shoulder as she spoke, she wouldn't let her friend get herself in trouble.

But if Nagisa was to only do harm to Sakura, Matsuri would personally see the girl get a new face thanks to her fist. "Your right, Sasuke's not interested anyway." Sakura said this but her blood was still boiling.

"So your real name is Temari is it now." Temari eyes slightly widen when she heard the words leave his lips. It was Hidan, he had come over to taunt her about what she did back then.

"Um, yea, you see that day, it was..." Temari was panicking, she didn't know how to explain herself and she didn't want to talk to this guy, if Shika knew he'd be upset. He said he was okay with it since it was only a dare but she knew he didn't want Hidan around her.

"It's ok; you had your reasons for doing what you did." Temari let out a breath, now was her chance to escape. "But," Hidan continued stopping Temari thoughts. "I really wanted to know you better; you seem so much like my type." He inched closer to the blonde, and he was being serious as well.

"I-I." Temari struggled to get her words straight and her mind to function properly. His gaze was confusing her, but as his hand came up to her waist her senses kicked in.

"I have a boyfriend." She slapped his hand away; her little outburst caused some of the guys to look over to them.

"You ok there Temari?' Hotsu asked, he's one of Chieri's cousins, Temari and him had been chatting ever since she started helping them out.

He reminded her of Kankuro allot, and said she was like his sister who was back home in Assmer. She'd fly in with Chieri's parents later on, which is why Mr. and Mrs Uchiha had gone to the airport.

"Yea, I'm ok, it's noting." Temari reassured the guy, Hidan backed off a little.

"Chh, well I'd be waiting for you when things don't work out, Temari." With that said Hidan walked away, but Temari knew better, after the engagement, he'd be leaving with his friends. He was all talk and she'd never leave Shika.

The day was slowly coming to an end and the night was closing in and not a soul was to be found. Everyone was at home getting ready for the big events tonight. Sakura made Sasuke bring his clothes over at hers to get ready, with Nagisa around she didn't trust leaving him over there.

That girl would try everything in her power to see Sasuke naked.

Sasuke didn't mind at all, he'd get to see Sakura get ready, when the girl did her hair and makeup she'd be in her underwear and bra. Call him a pervert he could care less what you thought.

Sakura however wasn't thinking of such matters as she walked around her room getting ready. She didn't even realise Sasuke's eyes was on her, she was bubbling with excitement.

Chieri wasn't going to let this be a boring party, they were going to play awesome music and dance the night away. However before that could happen they'd have to sit through some speeches and so on.

Sasuke raised a brow as he looked on at the pinketrte, 'women were emotional,' he thought. Sakura facial expression kept changing from happy, excited, mischievous, back to happy. He shook his head at the girl, not that she even noticed, she was so caught up in her own little head, plotting something.

The party had begun and everyone had gathered up at the Uchiha's resident. Everything was going as planed so far, Temari had told Shikamaru about Hidan and Shika was pissed right now. He was being cold to her and kept glaring at Hidan, but Hidan acted as if nothing had happen.

As the pinkette had plan she was flirting with Sasuke. She kept touching his hand and legs. She was sure no one else had notice but the black hair bitch Nagisa. The girl had an annoyed expression as she looked on at the pinkette and Uchiha flirting with each other.

Neji and Tenten had disappeared a while ago; Karin was the one to realize this. What she didn't know was the two was up in a guess room having sex. Hinata also missed her cousin but Naruto kept her occupied. Ino and Matsuri kept their eyes on the couple to be engaged, Chieri looked beautiful in her silver dress and Itachi looked handsome in his black tuxedo.

The place also looked amazing, the colour theme was pink, white and blue, and this will also be the colours for the wedding. There was smiles and laughter but not for Temari.

"Shika, please what are you mad at me for, I did nothing wrong and you know it." Temari tried, in front everyone she tried to look happy but she was dying on the inside, she hated when things were like this between them.

"How long do you plan on being mad at me huh?" She continued, but Shikamaru kept ignoring her.

His eyes locked on the make shift stage as some professional dancers performed their talents for everyone's enjoyment. But he heard her loud and clear, he heard every word and whimpers that left her mouth, he just didn't want to say anything right now. He may say something he'd regret.

He knew he can say some harsh things when he was angry, so he chose to keep quiet for now.

"Talk to me please Shika." Still noting, she was getting noting out of him. It hurt though, everything felt wrong, she wish she could fix it. She knew she didn't do anything wrong but yet still she was asking for forgiveness, this wasn't like her.

If he was to continue being stubborn, she'd eventually give up and show him how strong and stubborn she could be.

Sasuke stood up to say his speech and Tenten and Neji had returned a little untidy than they were. Tenten looked flush and had this glow in her while Neji seemed proud of something, like he had achieved a goal.

Everyone was caught up in their own little world they hadn't notice when Shikamaru got up and left. He made his way to the back door unseen and slipped out in the back yard.

Temari on the verge of tears followed behind him. When she got out she saw him lighting up a cigarette, she hated when he did this. He had picked up the habit of smoking when stress during their exams, but she told no one. Though Ino knew and would try to make him stop for Temari's sake.

Temari took the cigarette out of his mouth and stumped it out. "What do you want form me Temari, I don't want to talk about this right now." He finally looked at her for the first time ever since she told him what had happen.

His tone harsh and icy but when he saw the tears flowing down her cheek he stopped. "What do you want me to do then, huh, tell me, do you want to leave me because I told you the truth or because I didn't do anything wrong, because you know I didn't do..."

Temari closed her eyes to stop the tears form ruining her makeup. "Temari, I'm sorry don't cry." Shikamaru pulled her into his arms taking her by surprise. "I'm sorry, I shouldn't treat you like this, sorry." He kept apologising, though all Temari wanted form his was to know they are ok.

He couldn't stand to see her cry, all trace of anger left him the moment he saw her crying.

Itachi and Chieri were the first couple on the dance floor, slow dancing to 'Mindy Gledhill – I do adore.' People just stared in awe at first and Sakura got this tingly feeling in her stomach. The real party was about to begin and the feeling was spreading throughout the room. Soon after Mr and Mrs Uchiha joined in and everyone else joined in, or they were small talking with friends or like Naruto eating.

Out of all the young people there besides Itachi and Chieri, Karin and Suigetsu got on the dance floor. Mean while Sakura was close to Sasuke keeping a look out for the black hair bitch.

Shikamaru and Temari stood outside and danced to the music by their lonesome. It was quiet romantic though; Temari was happy things felt right once more. She couldn't feel any happier as she let her lover hold her.

Ino ran over to Sakura and pulled her away from Sasuke as 'Avril Lavigne – Bitchin Summer' came on. "Let's dance!" Ino screamed to Sakura, all the girls had gathered up together to dance. All Chieri's friends and her sister was there, even Mikoto was there dancing with the girls.

Sakura grin as she began dancing to one of her favourite songs. "Its gona be a bitching summer!" Chieri screamed as she threw her hand on Sakuras shoulder, Sakura could smell alcohol from the girl.

From the corner of her eye she saw some guys included Sasuke and Naruto picking up Itachi. They were cheering him on as they tossed him into the air and catching him. Sasuke was laughing and so was Itachi, Sakura giggled at the sight, they were being carefree right now and it was a sight to see.

Even Nagisa was being carefree and not hunting down Sasuke like a hungry dog. This night couldn't get any better than it was.

After jumping around and fist pumping to party music things were getting out of hand. So Mikoto changed the music so people could slow dance once more. "Shania Twain – You're still the one' began playing and everyone was coupling up.

Nagisa walked over to Sasuke her eyes all sparkly. "Sasuke_kun, could I have this dance." She asked with a sweet little smile.

"No, I've already asked someone." He walked off without another word and found Sakura.

"Care to dance with me?" He held his hand out making the girl blush.

"Sure." She took his hand and they joined their friends on the dance floor. In a corner Mikoto cheered on silently for both her sons, she couldn't be any prouder than she was. But then her husband came to her and pulled her onto the dance floor.

She felt like a teen again as he held her closely and stared her in the eyes. Then it occurred to her this was the song they had their first dance as a married couple to, she smiled to her husband.

Sakura let Sasuke lead her and she followed, his hands on her waist keeping her close to him. Her hands around his shoulder and their eyes locked on each other. It took her back to prom; they had danced like this to 'Passenger – let her go'.

Just like that time she, felt like they were alone. No one else mattered and all she could see was him. The love burning in his eyes was all she needed to see and all she needed to feel was his arms on her body. "You look beautiful." He whispered to her.

"I know, you told me already." She let out a small chuckle.

"Well it's because you are, that's why I keep telling you." Sakura couldn't hide her blush, this moment was so perfect, as if it came out of a fairytale.

As if he had read her mind Sasuke leaned in for a kiss. Taking many by surprise and making others coo the two kissed right there on the dance floor. At first Mikoto stopped and stared at the two but then she smiled and continued dancing with her husband, he didn't seem surprise by this though.

Sakura's dad jaw dropped but his wife kept him from causing a scene. When the two realised what they had done they pulled away from the kiss and looked around. Lucky for them the song had stop and they walked to the door to get away from the awaiting question.

Sasuke was a bit worried about Sakura's father more than anything else. The man had a temper just like his daughter maybe even worse.

"Wow Sakura's getting braver every day." Tenten whispered to Neji after witnessing their public display of affection.

"She got nothing to worry about, it's Sasuke I feel for." Tenten agreed with her boyfriend words.

"Sasuke's going to get skinned by old man Haruno." Naruto laughed at his best friend. He and Hinata were on the dance floor as well.

"If Hinata's dad was here I'd say the same for you and you didn't even kiss her," Ino laughed at the blonde boys expression, she and Sai was dancing nearby the other couple.

"Well I'd take the chance for my Hinata_chan." He looked at the girl in his arms and smiled making her blush bright red.

Karin was dancing with Jugo as Suigetsu went to the washroom. "Poor Sasuke doesn't know what he's getting himself into, Sakura's dad is a killer." Karin commented.

"Seems like he's now the talk for the night." Jugo stated, and Karin agreed looking around at everyone.

"Now Sakura won't be able to see Sasuke...like forever." Matsuri looked over to the pinkette's dad form over Gaara's shoulder.

"Hmmm, so it would seem. But do you think her dad could stop her from seeing him." Gaara stated and he was right no one could stop her from being with Sasuke.

Shikamaru sat down to eat with Temari, slowly but surely the talk about Sakura and Sasuke was fading as the real couple of the night began to give their own little speeches.
