New day, new chapter.

As always, thanks for all the reviews, favs, etc. One issue I have noticed is that several reviews came in to be moderated, and despite approving them, they never actually appeared in the reviews. I apologize if I screwed something up, but I have tried to read them all at least and they are appreciated.

Chapter 6

Consciousness clawed at her eyes painfully, reminding her of one of the few times she'd gotten black out drunk. It been at one of the rare parties Dr. Draken had held for the henchmen. Thanksgiving, a small acknowledgment that they were either away from their families or didn't have them to start with. Turned out the henchmen had been prepping for it for months, including going so far as to make quantities of home made Apple Jack. It went down so smooth and sweet you didn't think about it.

The next day she found out that in the process of distilling it, it also distilled literally everything that could give you a hangover. She was pretty sure that no one had actually died during the hangover, but no one ever talked about it or dared mention what happened during it or even the night before. She'd worried she'd done something super embarrassing, but all she'd ever learned was that the henchmen who stuck around were even more terrified of her than before.

As she woke up, she had to admit that she didn't feel that bad, but she still felt utterly horrible. She'd also apparently drooled in her sleep, as the side of her face was absolutely crusted with it, and Ron's pant leg was completely soaked. So much for her image as a sexy villainess, it had been replaced by disheveled hair, rumpled yoga pants, a shirt that had ridden up to her breasts, and dried saliva crusting one cheek.

Ron was laid out on the sofa, still technical sitting, with his head thrown back and mouth wide open. His hand was still in her hair too. She twisted to face the room rather than him.

A belch from the table informed her where an incredibly overstuffed Rufus was laid out in a half eaten box of nachos. It reminded her of a picture someone had posted in one of the lairs, of a fat possum surrounded by half eaten donuts that said "Do what you must, for I have already won."

Felix was in pretty much the same state as Ron, though Zita was laid out in the floor, face planted with her ass in the air. Shego had to admit the girl had very pretty skin, at least on her back. She even thought she saw a tattoo on just above the girl's butt, but wasn't sure.

Ron shifted. "Oh god, everything hurts," he groaned. She felt sadness as his hand lifted from her head to rub his eyes. The events of last night, especially those involving him, flooded her mind, making her feel flush with fear, embarrassment, desire, and some deep emotion she didn't want to recognize. When he spotted her looking up at him he smiled and pet her. "What time is it?"

She wriggled to look at the clock. "Four." she said softly. "How late were we up?"

"Well, last I remember was six thirty," Ron groaned. Then he gently shoved her shoulder. "Up, now it's Master's turn to use the bathroom."

Figuring fair play was fair, she wriggled to hold him down slightly better. "Nu uh," she purred.

"Shego," he said evenly, "Unless you have some fetish of me using you for a piss, I need to go."

She paused, the image of him peeing on her flashing in her mind. Ug. But that translated into realizing that it would be him with his manhood out for her. Using her. Her sucking him. That made her blush.

"Okay, well, tabling that, unless you want me to do it in front of our friends," he continued, turning her own words against her. Damn it, he had her there. She wriggled so she was kneeling beside him. He gave her a pleased smile. "Good girl."

And then he kissed her firmly, deeply, but briefly. She was left touching her lips as he skittered away to the bathroom. Apparently he wasn't planning on ignoring those kisses last night. She wasn't entirely sure how she felt about that, but the coiling in her belly and the happy chanting of the little voice inside her were intent on blitzkrieg to victory.

She was drawn back to herself, and Zita and Felix were jerked awake as the front door slammed.

"What died in here?" Kim's voice rang out as she came into the living room.

"Uh oh," Rufus squeaked before vanishing. Shego agreed, and tried to slink down so she was hidden while still gazing over the back of the couch at Possible. She didn't miss the slightly disgusted look the cheerleader gave Zita as the Hispanic girl sat up.

"Oh, hi Kim," Felix croaked, wiping drool off his face with one sleeve as he tried to scrabble around for one of the drinks. "What brings you here?"

"Looking for Ron," Kim huffed, "He was supposed to be at my house an hour ago to go over our chemistry homework." Her gaze went over the mess of destroyed food, empty cups, and even a few clothes thrown about. Her growing disgust was barely hidden, Shego noted. "I see you people did absolutely nothing productive." She said.

"What do you mean, 'you people,'" Zita quipped. It sounded familiar, like it was a quote, but she couldn't place it. It did, however, make Kim's cheeks flush. Interesting.

"Oh, we were very productive," Felix said, finally having slaked his thirst. "We beat the entire Mayhem Four in one night thanks to Shego."

That drew Kim's ire-filled gaze around the living room till it spotted Shego, and she was glad to be slightly fire-proof. "Wow, must have been really tough. If you guys needed help you should have called me." Kim said.

Zita choked, making Kim's gaze snap to her as Felix gently patted her back. "Sorry," the Hispanic girl croaked, "Swallowed something wrong. Never mind me."

"Hmph," Kim snorted. Shego could almost feel her foot tapping the floor, not just hear it. "Where is Ron anyways?"

"Bathroom," Shego said, making Kim look at her again. "he just woke up and needed to go."

"hmph," Kim snorted again.

An awkward silence fell, interrupted by the toilet flushing down the hall, and then finally Ron was back.

"Oh, hey KP, what's up?" He asked, taking the cup Shego handed him and drinking deeply. He seemed oblivious to Kim's glare, so Shego decided to ignore it too.

"Chemistry homework? At three?" Kim said firmly.

Ron slapped his forehead. "Shit, sorry," he said.

"Language!" Kim snapped.

"Crap, sorry, Kim." Ron said, turning his back to Kim as he handed the cup back to Shego. She tried to hide her smile as he winked at her. "Let me go grab my books and we can head back to your place."

Shego saw Kim's nose wrinkle. "You really need to shower first, Ron," the redhead said.

Ron turned back to her, grinning. "You sure? You seem like you're in a bit of a rush, and we've already lost an hours and a half almost..." he said.

"Ron! Shower! Now!" Kim huffed. She huffed harder as he gave a mock solute and marched off to the upstairs. Shego managed to repress her giggle, but Zita didn't at the sight of Ron goosestepping away.

"Hey Kim, you want anything to eat?" Zita asked, waving at the food strewn table. "There's still plenty." She and Shego shared a somewhat hidden smirk as Kim huffed and spun around to go into the kitchen.

She slumped down on the sofa, absently listening as Kim bustled around. Zita absently picked at some nachos she'd found. Shego wasn't sure how the girl managed to eat it. BN was marginally edible when it was fresh, but she had no idea how anyone ate it when it wasn't. 'Teenagers, maybe' she mused, trying to ignore the fact she was only a couple years older than them and couldn't remember doing it when she was.

After a bit Kim came back with a fresh cup of coffee. Shego caught the glower the red head gave her as she sipped one of the almost empty sodas. "There's fresh water for you in the kitchen, Shego," Kim said coolly.

The room went still, Felix and Zita staring at Kim with confusion. Rufus, who had started digging around once the young hero had left, went absolutely still, as did Shego.

"Why didn't you bring it in here then?" Zita asked, "heck, for that matter if you were making coffee why didn't make it bring it in for the rest of us."

Kim gave an aggrieved sigh. "If I brought Shego's water in here, she'd just get it all over the carpet." She said. At Zita's confused look she continued. "You know how pets are, they're always messy when they eat or drink and spill it all over the place."

Shego felt herself blushing again, and hated it. Hated Kim. She looked at Zita and Felix, both of whom were very still. She wondered if Kim knew about their petplay thing, but quickly dismissed the idea. No way the completely 'normal' princess would know about that and not freak out. The couple glanced over at Shego, who allowed herself to sink down in the sofa and completely block herself from Kim's sight.

"If you're feeling thirsty Shego, you should go stay hydrated," Kim said coolly. Shego heard her sip some coffee and mutter just loud enough, "I can't understand why Ron insists on spoiling her, no good will come of it."

Shego clenched her fists, forcibly reminding herself that even if Ron was kissing her now, he absolutely would not forgive her beating the crap out of the princess. Hell, doing it might inspire Kim to demand Wade make her a second control bracelet to the collar.

"Geez Kim," Zita said, "kinda harsh, don't you think?"

"Excuse me?" Kim said, "You do know who that is, right?"

"Sure," Felix said, "but that doesn't mean she isn't still a human being."

"No she..." Kim said, cutting herself off. Shego went completely still.

"'No she' what Kim?" Zita said coolly. "No she's not human? No she's not a person? No she shouldn't still be treated with respect?"

"I didn't say that," Kim snapped.

"Sure sounded like you were going to though," Zita growled.

"You are aware she's an internationally wanted criminal?" Kim snapped. "I've lost track of how many times she tried to take over the world!"

Zita got up and walked over to Shego, who was surprised when the girl gently placed her hand on Shego's head. "I know she was," Zita said, "And I know she's technically not anymore."

"Excuse me?" Kim said, her voice getting hot.

"Ron explained it." Zita said, one of the mechanical hands from Felix's chair slinking over to hold her other hand since his wheelchair couldn't fit between the table and sofa. "They declared her an animal. Animals can't be criminals. So she's not a super villain anymore."

Shego wasn't entirely sure how she felt about being completely stripped of her identity like that, but she could somewhat admire the girl's argument. Not to mention she could practically hear Kim's teeth grinding through the sofa. Which was a plus.

"So which is it, Kim?" Zita asked, "Is she an international super villain and a human who deserves respect, or a animal and thus completely innocent of everything you're accusing her of being and undeserving of your cruelty?"

Shego could feel how bad Kim was seething. Before the cheerleader could say anything though, a freshly washed Ron came tumbling down the stairs with his backpack.

"Hey KP, ready to go?" he asked cheerfully.

"Yeah, whatever," Kim said, practically storming out of the house.

Shego looked up as Ron's hand gently came to rest on top of Zita's on her head. He have her a sad smile, then looked at Zita. "Thank you," he said softly.

"No big deal," Zita said with a smile.

"No, it is a big deal," Ron said. "I really appreciate it. I feel stupid, I should have thought to introduce you before now."

Zita smiled, as did Felix. "You did it now, Ron-man," Felix said, "Better late than never."

"Thanks," Ron said. "I hate to ask, but do you think you could look after Shego a bit since I have to go?"

"NP," Zita said, smiling kindly.

"Ron! Come on, I'd like to finish sometime this weekend!" Kim yelled from the front lawn.

"Gotta go!" Ron said, leaning down. Shego felt a thrill of surprise as he kissed her lightly. "Be a good girl, Sheila."

"Uh huh," she managed to reply as he vanished.

"So cute," Zita said, making her blush again.

"Whatever," Shego growled, pulling herself up. Then she sighed. "Thank you, both, for standing up for me." She said more calmly.

"You're welcome," Zita said, giving her a smile. "Honestly, I know what me and Felix have is completely different from you and Ron, but honestly hearing her talk about pets like that pissed me off, so I wasn't being entirely altruistic."

Shego smirked at her, "Now, that's something I can get behind." she said, letting her head fall back. "I miss tweaking the princess and fighting her."

"Oh my god, princess, I love it," Zita giggled, collapsing on the sofa beside her. "I'm going to have to remember that."

"It is kinda fitting," Felix said, "Especially since you and Draken have left the playing field. Mostly she seems to be dealing with DNAmy or Dementor and I think it's going to her head."

Shego perked up at that. Last she'd heard, Draken was in deep hiding after finally getting out of the prison hospital and escaping. She was glad he'd managed to do it without her. "What do you mean?" She asked.

"Well, I've stayed out of the whole mission thing, especially after me an Ron ended it." Zita said, drawing a surprised stare from Shego, "But from what Ron said, you were the primary challenge to Kim. Everyone else's ass she can kick with her twenty four stiles of kung fu, but not you. You were the Drago to her Rocky, or something like that. A constant reminder that someone out there could kick her ass if she wasn't in top form."

"Always a bigger fish," Felix said.

"Exactly, amante," Zita said. "But now the bigger fish is in a fish tank. Everyone's scared of a big shark, but a big shark in a fish tank? Suddenly they forget how scary it is."

"I never thought about it like that," Shego said, "Kim was always something to break up the boredom."

Zita and Felix blinked at her. "You saying she wasn't a challenge?" Zita asked.

Shego shrugged. "I wouldn't go that far maybe. She's certainly talented, and one disregards an opponent at their own peril." She said, "But I've fought and won against assassins trained and mastered their hand to hand killing arts. I've been in small war or two. Hell, I've held my own against Monkey Fist, and he's considered one of the world's most dangerous martial artists with his monkey kung fu."

"Oh," Felix said. "But Kim and Ron have beaten him."

"Sure," Shego said, "But while he wants Ron dead, he refuses to acknowledge him as anything but a thief and usurper, and going all out would admit that Ron is actually a legitimate rival." she paused, thinking as she nudged an empty cup with her foot. "And as far as Kim goes, I think he just sees her as some teenager or Ron's sidekick, so he's not going to go all out on her. Though he might be finally admitting something about Ron given the beating that happened a few weeks ago."

Zita and Felix exchanged shocked looks. "Wait, what do you know about the fight?" Felix asked.

Shego shrugged. "Not a lot, Ron refused to talk about it except to say Monte got the drop on him while he was texting and that I should have seen the other guy." she said, "I gave him a lecture about always paying attention, and wrote the rest off as bravado."

"Well, from what I heard you should have seen the other guy," Felix said, which made Shego perk up. "Wade didn't manage to get any real footage, but while Monkey Fist got the drop on Ron, by the end of it both of them looked like they'd gone twelve rounds with Mike Tyson."

"Oh," Shego said, surprised. She'd figured it had been mostly one sided. Then again, Ron had basically been able to stop her cold last night while she was thrashing about.

"Oh yeah," Zita said, "And apparently the Monkey only really started wailing on Ron once Ron had busted his arm all to hell. Like bones sticking out of the skin and everything busted."

It would make sense. If Ron was able to shatter Monte's arm, that would certainly make the monkey master pay attention and take the situation seriously.

"You know," Felix said after a moment. "If you're feeling stir crazy and generous, you could always ask Ron to practice with you. I'm sure he would love someone to practice with other than Kim, and given your real world combat experience, it would probably help protect him."

"We can't do that..." Shego said softly, "If anyone saw, they might think was attacking him, or trying to escape, or going rabid..."

"So do it inside?" Zita said, "Or we can try and find somewhere private for you guys to do it." She leaned in and nudged Shego, "Besides, exercise is important to a pet's health and well being."

"Maybe," Shego said thoughtfully. It would be extremely nice to fight again, even if it was just training. And if it could make Ron stronger, then that meant less chance of something happening to her Master. Which would only be a good thing.

'Because a healthy master means more kisses,' the little voice purred, 'and more...other things.'

Zita giggled at her blush. "Although those exercises are also important for a pet's health and well being as well."

"Why you!" Shego growled, tackling the other girl with a growl.

Zita let out a cat like yowl and wriggled out from under Shego, daring away around Felix's chair. "Master, help!" Zita yelled laughing, "She's gone rabid! Save me!"

Felix laughed as Shego chased after the other girl. "No way, you brought this on yourself gatito," he said while the two women raced up the stairs, only to come thundering down moments later and dive into the kitchen.

Half an hour later, Shego was slumped over the back of the sofa, panting and giving a halfhearted growl at Zita, who was curled up in Felix's lap, breathing even harder.

"Gonna...get...you..." Shego panted, "You damn cat."

"You...got...nothing...puppy...girl..." Zita gasped backed. She glanced around at the table at the empty cups. "Need...a drink..."

"Yeah," Shego panted, forcing herself up. She was vaguely aware Zita whispering something to Felix before the girl followed her into the kitchen. She was just reaching for a pair of clean glasses when the Hispanic girl put her hand on the older woman's.

"Wait." Zita said softly. "I want to do something. Something that might help you, just in case." When Shego gave her a curious look, the young woman closed the cabinet with the glasses, then went over to where the food and water bowls were.

Shego watched with curiosity, then dread, as Zita grabbed the water bowl and dumped it out in the sink, before thoroughly washing it. "I'm not saying Kim might have done something," Zita said, "But I'm not taking chances." Shego simply nodded in agreement.

When she was done, Zita filled up the bowl and set it on the floor, kneeling one one side. When Shego stayed in place, the young woman sighed. "Shego, please come here."

Against her will, She did as she was asked and knelt on the other side of the bowl. Her heart was beating faster and she felt bile rising in her throat. She jumped slightly when Zita took her hand.

"Look, maybe it will never happen, but I wouldn't be surprised if Kim tried to make you act the pet and not in the good way," the younger girl said softly. "But just in case, I want to do what I can to help make it not so bad."

Shego swallowed, but nodded slightly.

"I know your situation, while probably a truer form of it, isn't like me and Felix. And I'll admit, some of the stuff took a lot of getting used to. It can be pretty humiliating, even when you want it, much less when you don't." The girl said softly. "But you know how I get through it?"

Shego shook her head. It was all so alien to her. It scared her and she worried she might lose herself.

"I think of that young man out there," Zita said softly. "I think about how much I love him, and how safe and loved he makes me feel. I think about how happy he is when I accomplish some new part of our play, or how pleased he is when I'm his perfect kitten." She flushed, eyes getting hot. "I think about how good he fucks me when I'm a good girl."

Shego looked over at the other girl, blushing slightly.

"Now, I don't know how far or to what extent things are with you and Ron" Rita said, "But I saw the way he kissed you last night. I saw the real, true love in how he cares for you, and while it is certainly the love an owner has for a pet, I can also see its becoming something far, far more than that. I've seen him standing up to Kim at school about stuff that I'm sure has to do with you. And I think you feel something for him too, given you didn't burn him to ashes." Zita squeezed her hand. "I know your life depends on him, but I've heard enough about you to know that wouldn't stop you if someone was forcing themselves on you. You're a proud woman, who would rather die than have that happen."

Shego looked down. "I don't know if I'm as strong as you think I am," she said softly."

"Doesn't matter," Zita said, "You're strong enough. And you're strong enough to do anything you set your mind too, no matter how bad it might be at first." She gave another squeeze. "So that's what I want you to focus on. You being strong enough to handle anything, and your feelings for Ron. Now watch me."

Zita kept her gaze locked with Shego as she lowered herself down, chest pressing into her thighs, and lowered her face to the water bowl. She only broke eye contact with Shego as she slowly started to lap up the water. Over and over, her tongue came out, curled up the water, and drew it back in.

Finally, after a few minutes, in which Shego found herself getting even thirstier, Zita slowly sat up and licked what she could of the water from her chin. The girl looked relaxed and happy, and at peace with herself. Shego didn't know if she could feel like that, but she wanted to.

"I...don't know..." Shego said softly.

Zita just squeezed her hand and gave her a reassuring smile. "Remember, just think of Ron. Think of how he'd feel if something happened to you. Of how happy he is when you do something good. How he cares about you, and how you feel about him. Focus on all the positive things until you can ignore all the bad feelings." When Shego still hesitated, Rita said in a low, husky voice. "Think of making Master happy, Sheila. You want to be a good girl for Master, right?"

Shego felt something snap inside her. "Yes," she said raggedly, eyes locked on the water bowl. She could do this. Do it for her Master. This was Kim's weapon against her, but she could take it. Make it hers. Strip the princess of her power...and please her Master. As if trapped in some inescapable force, she found herself pressing her chest into her thighs, her head dipping into the bowl.

Her tongue flicked out, and while her pride screamed at her, it was muted by the feelings of Ron's kiss. His hand on her ass, making her body surrender to pleasure. His smile, when he saw her as he came home. His hardness, when she pressed against him.

The water was cool, and refreshing. She tried to lap like Zita had done, but felt she was screwing up horribly as barely any water got into her mouth. But she kept at it, trying not to jerk or sneeze as her nose dipped into the water instead. She was vaguely aware of tears leaking from her eyes but wasn't sure if they were from humiliation, or some other feeling she couldn't describe, or didn't dare describe.

"Okay, Sheila," Zita said, gently stroking her hair and keeping it out of the bowl. "That's enough of a start, you can come up now."

Shego sat up, and found herself wrapped in the other girl's arms. "Shhh, it's okay," Zita said, "You did amazing, and you're a very good girl. I'm sorry your Master isn't here for you, but I am, and it's okay. You did wonderfully."

Shego shook silently in the girl's arms, but found herself hugging the other girl back tightly. She didn't understand this, or the other girl, but Zita did, and for now that might be enough. At least until she did.

They parted after a moment and Zita gave her a beaming smile, full of pride. "God, it is so nice to have another pet to talk to," she said after a moment. "I know this isn't the way any of us would want it to happen, but I am super happy to be your friend and help you if you want me to."

Shego nodded slowly, her emotions such a crazy riot, she was starting to feel numb. But one thing did come through. She didn't have to be alone in this new, messed up reality, even if that meant her reality might get even more messed up in a way.

"I would like that very much, Zita," she said softly.

Zita and Felix were kind enough to help clean up the mess, with Felix even going so far as to guide her repeatedly though both putting away the various game consoles that Ron had, as well as showing her how to get them out and start them up. She wasn't entirely sure how much she was going to use them, but felt it was at least better to have options for how to spend the long hours alone rather than suffer through the TV or start demanding Ron buy her hundreds of dollars in magazines every week.

Much less fun, but perhaps as necessary, Zita made her practice drinking from the water bowl three more times. She didn't enjoy it, but by the end she could actually quench her thirst, if slowly and awkwardly. Once that was done, the Hispanic girl had made her practice eating out of the food bowl, though thankfully it was with cereal rather than left over, day old Nacho.

Eventually they had to leave though, much as the couple wanted to stick around just in case Kim came back. Shego found herself almost wanting to cry as she watched them leave, feeling a flood of emotions she wasn't used to at having at least a couple more people who still saw her as human, but understood her situation and were trying to make it better in their own weird and kinky way.

She took a shower, trying to freshen up and at least being able to tell herself that the water running down her face was only from the shower. Thoughts of Ron eventually started flooding her mind, and it took all her will power to not play with herself initially. But then the reality of her situation sank in and her struggles ceased as her desire fell away. She got out of the shower and, after trying to find more modest clothes, only to realize in her desire to tease Ron she'd absolutely failed, settled for some blue yoga pants and one of his jerseys.

Five hours after he left with Kim, Ron finally stumbled into the house groaning.

"I swear, I never want to see another chemistry formula again" he grumbled. Then he spotted her on the sofa and Shego watched his entire being light up with happiness.

'This is going to suck,' she thought, watching him. He seemed to notice her utterly downtrodden look and came over, gently lifting her head and moving to kiss her when her fingers stopped him by pressing to his lips. Part of her desperately wanted that kiss, which surprised her slightly, but she held firm.

"Ron, we need to talk." She said softly. He groaned, knowing nothing good could come from those words despite his youth, Still he nodded and climbed over the sofa to sit next to her, taking his hands in hers.

"What's up, Shego," He asked, gently.

Despite having played this conversation in her head over and over for hours, she suddenly didn't know how to start. After a long moment, with him growing ever more worried, she sighed. "Why did you kiss me?" she asked.

"Because I lo-" Ron started, only for her to cut him off by pressing her fingers to his lips. She glared at him, hotly, breathing hard. Something dangerous flared inside her.

"No, Ron," she said, her voice harsh with emotions. "I've not even lived with you two months, and I know I have been tormenting you relentlessly." She prayed he was smart enough to know what she really meant. How much she actually wanted to hear what he was about to say, but how much it would destroy her if he actually did.

It took him an agonizingly long time, but he slowly nodded and took her hand back into his. "Because you're really fucking hot," He said slowly, watching her. "And you have done nothing but parade around here in tiny outfits that show off everything, you've been calling me Master all the time, and because I couldn't take it anymore and I wanted you."

Shego couldn't deny the thrill that passed through her body as he practically growled out that last part. But she merely nodded. Okay, he was giving her something she could work with. Playing along, even if neither of them were being entirely honest with each other or themselves.

"Okay," she said softly, nervously meeting his eyes. 'God, I hope he understands what I'm about to say.' she prayed. Swallowing she continued, "Well, we both know I can't stop you."

Ron gave her a confused look and she sighed. Smart enough to know he can't say he love me, but too dumb to realize what the situation is. "Ron, you own me." She said.

"Yeah, I guess so," Ron said, still confused. Great, she was going to have to spell it out, which meant everything could go to hell.

"Ron, you own me," Shego said. "Legally, I'm not a human." When he started to protest, she hushed him again. His lips were soft under her fingers. "Legally, I have no rights, or if I do have rights they're the few rights an animal has. Last time I checked, you can't actually rape a dog. If you wanted to chain me down, and have all your friends fuck the hell out of me for a week, the best I could hope for legally would be people charged with animal abuse."

Ron looked horrified, but she kept him hushed with her fingers. "Now, I don't think you would ever do that to me Ron," She said softly, "you're a wonderful person, and you've been nothing but wonderful to me. And those kisses were..." she paused, coloring, "Well, the one was absolutely breath taking, and I..." she shook herself, "But you have to understand, all the normal rules for a relationship, and all the laws that would normally protect me, do not exist anymore. And what laws do exist are a double edged sword."

"What do you mean?" Ron asked softly, holding her hand gently. The concern, compassion, and confusion in his eyes were heart breaking. All she wanted was to shut up, give up, let him have her. Throw herself completely into being his pet and let the yawning abyss that threatened to swallow her fade away.

"Well, like I said, I have no rights." Shego said softly. "So legally, I can't consent to anything. No one asks or cares if a dog or cat consents to a surgery, or vaccinations, or being put down. Their owner's consent is the only thing that matters."

Ron's face darkened. "So, I can consent for things to happen to you, but not you." He said. She nodded.

"But it goes further than that." She said softly. "Like I said earlier, if you wanted to chain me down and whore me out, I have no legal rights. The fact I didn't consent to that doesn't matter, because legally I have no ability to consent." She paused to take a ragged breath. "At the same time, if I wanted to jump your bones and make love to you for days on end...I have no ability to consent to that either."

Ron blushed, no doubt envisioning her doing that, but then his face fell as he realized what she was saying. "Think about it, Ron," she said softly. "If you hear about a man raping his dog, or you hear about a man making love to his willing dog, do the laws about it change? Or does he get charged with bestiality and animal abuse regardless?" He looked thoughtful, as if trying to actually figure out if he knew the answer.

"I...don't know..." Ron said softly. Shego felt her heart breaking at how crestfallen and disgusted he looked. Was he disgusted with her? Was telling him the truth changing how he looked at her? Was she no longer human to him? This absolutely wasn't what she wanted, but she had to continue.

"My situation is even less clear cut," She said. "Internationally, I'm nothing more than an animal. Here in the US, do we even know? How much does this country abide by those laws? I know I'm registered as a pet here, and part of me figures I'm probably considered an animal here as well, since the cops haven't busted down your door and dragged me off, meaning they're respecting some law somewhere that's allowing you guys to keep me safe, right?"

"I, uh...I don't know," Ron said honestly, looking embarrassed. "This whole thing was so awkweird that I just kinda rolled with what I had to, and left all the legal stuff to Wade and Kim." He looked down, head twitching as if he'd punched himself. "I should have stepped up and tried to figure that out."

"Probably," Shego said softly. She squeezed his hands in hers. "You are my master, you own me, and my very life is in your hands in virtually every way that matters and probably a few that maybe don't." She made him look at her and was helpless to fight off the sultry and loving tone her voice took, "Ron Stoppable, you are my very life."

He blushed and she breathed harder. She wanted to stop, but there was so much more they had to deal with. She should at least try to keep going as long as she could.

"And I am...deeply attracted to you as well," She said, her voice husky, "And honestly, in any other situation I would absolutely take what I want." He turned even more red and she could tell her words were effecting him, and she hated what she had to do next. "But if we gave in, legally, no matter how much I might want it, I can't consent, and legally you would probably be committing bestiality which is a crime most places." He froze, looking at her, a riot of emotions twisting in his eyes.

"Ron, what do you think would happen to me if you went to prison for fucking your pet?" She asked softly, "Do you think they would give me back, or take me away? Would I be allowed to go to one of your friends? Would they even be able to handle owning another human being as a pet, and keeping me as both a pet and human?" At his look of horror, she wanted to stop. She wanted to stop so badly. She just wanted to kiss him and give in and forget everything. But she couldn't. "There's every chance that GJ would use that as an excuse to take me away..." she trailed off, her voice filled with absolute terror. She finally broke eye contact with him, curling up into a ball and whimpering.

After a long moment, Ron pulled her into his lap and held her close, stroking her hair as she cried, keeping her there when she initially tried to struggle away. Eventually, she relented, finding comfort in his arm as her tears slowly fell.

"I'm an idiot," Ron said softly.

"No," she sniffled, "You're innocent. There's a difference."

"I should have thought about this stuff though," Ron said, his voice filled with guilt.

"It's alright," she mumbled. "It's all very new. You've never had to think about this stuff with Rufus, and while I believe you when you said you forgot about the petplay thing Felix and Zita did, part of you probably did figure this was similar enough to not think about it."

"I shouldn't have kissed you," Ron said miserably, "Hell, I probably shouldn't even be touching you. I feel like I raped you or something." She felt his arms falling away from her, and felt the abyss opening up under her. That black, hungering void was ready to take her.

Desperately, she grabbed his face and kissed him as hard as she possibly could. At first he froze, then he tried to pull back. She refused to relent, chasing after him, pinning him. His arms came up to push her off, so she wriggled in order to straddle him, locking her legs against his and fought to kiss him harder. Finally he relented, his hands coming to rest on her hips and she kept up the kiss a bit longer to make sure he wasn't playing possum. His manhood certainly wasn't.

"Ron Stoppable," she hissed, glaring into his eyes, "You haven't done anything of the sort." At his uncertain gaze, she lightly kissed his nose. "I promise. And not just because you technically can't rape me."

"Because I own you?" Ron asked slowly.

"You are technically correct," she replied, then tried to fight off a giggle as she remember a line from some show he watched. "Which is the best kind of correct." She said in an accent.

Ron gave her a confused look, but then seemed to get what she was referencing and started laughing. It wasn't a happy laugh, it was more a 'oh god I'm so uncomfortable but laughing is the only way I can handle it' laugh. But after a moment it turned into a real laugh, and Shego felt herself sag in relief as she started to laugh as well.

Soon the pair of them were wheezing in between bouts of laughter. She collapsed against him, and he held her close as tears mixed with their laughter. She wasn't sure if her body was shaking from laughter, sobs, or both. The abyss was still there, but her heart felt lighter. He understood, partially, at least, and that was a start. She could work with it.

'But now how do we get him to mate us?' the little voice said softly. The image of Ron mounting her was so vivid, but also felt so far away. 'Being alive is more important than sex.' she told herself and the little voice. 'What the point of being alive if you can't live?' the little voice pushed.

She pulled back, very aware of the Ron's hardness between her legs. They gazed into each others eyes for a long moment, he was blushing, and she was pretty sure she was as well.

His hand came up and caressed her cheek, so she nuzzled into it for a moment. Then she leaned in an kissed him, softly, gently. Lovingly was also a word, but love was too dangerous so she blocked it out. They couldn't love each other. Not yet. But wanting, needing, aching for each other? That was fine. That was undeniable. Her hips rocked against him, pressing her core against his through their clothes, moans breaking through the kiss. He was responding wonderfully.

Then his hand came to rest on her hips and lock her into place. She struggled to move, but he was too strong, and it sent a thrill through her very core. She pulled back, looking at him questioningly, breaking their kiss.

His eyes were dark with lust and need, and that sent a thrill through her. "Shego," he growled, "If you don't stop right now I'm going to commit a crime."

"I...I already said you technically couldn't rape me," she panted, unable to look into his eyes. "Master."

His entire body rumbled with a growl and she felt him throb against her. "No," he said roughly, "But bestiality is."

She throbbed at the look in his eyes, her breath hard. "Do...do you want to stop?" she asked breathlessly, unsure of what answer she wanted. The way she was feeling, the way he was looking at her...she was starting to feel that all the risks, even dying, would be worth it.

"No," Ron growled, his hips twitching and pressing himself harder into her, if that was possible. "But no matter how much I want you...how much I think I need you...you...you're worth too much to me to ever risk loosing you or letting you be killed simply because I couldn't control myself." His voice broke with need, and lust, and that emotion she was refusing to acknowledge. "I don't think I could live if anything happened to you, Shego."

The tears came to her eyes and she leaned down to kiss him, so gently, as the drops feel on his face as she cupped it in her hands.

"T-thank you Master," she said softly, "You really are the best Master a girl could ever ask for."

She collapsed against him, and while their need took hours to fade, they held each other close and Shego had to admit that while she was not going to acknowledge any sort of romantic love, she couldn't deny that the room was filled with a deep love regardless.
