Epilogue: The End…
(Emily's P.O.V)
Nate and I walked back to the Mystery Shack, but I stopped and turned my head. Nate stopped to once he realized I wasn't walking with him and turned in the direction I was looking at.
"So…..what are we looking at?" He asked curiously.
"I haven't seen my treehouse since….'never mind all that' ended. I know it's weird, but I'd just like to see it." I explained.
"After the summer we had, there is nothing weird about that." Nate said sincerely and we laughed before walking over to my treehouse. Still feels weird I spent nearly an entire summer sleeping there. Well, I guess it's not as surprising as the fact that I spent the actual summer of Gravity Falls and survived the whole ordeal. Not only that, but I've made friends with the characters, started dating, got a Cycloptopus as a pet, and faced a dream demon head on.
It was a great summer.
"Well, here we are." Nate said and I looked at my treehouse, fully repaired due to the Cipher Wheel being activated and I was happy about that.
"Wow….it's so crazy being back here." I commented and walked around the tree and felt it's bark. I paused at the steps on the tree and I looked up at the closed door and turned to Nate. "Shall we?"
"We shall, milady." Nate said while, playfully bowing and I laughed before we climbed up. I opened the hatch and gasped.
"What is it? Is the place a mess?" Nate asked and I looked down as Globby hopped off my head and I went all the way inside.
"No…..it's completely clean." I said as Nate followed me up.
"Whoa, I guess that Cipher Wheel really cleans up." He commented and I didn't reply, I was just staring down at a box I didn't recognize. "Emily?"
"I…..I don't remember this…." I explained and kneeled down and noticed a card on the box. "It's addressed to me….weird."
"Well, whose it from?" He asked as he sat down beside me. I opened the card and it was white with pink swirls on it. I opened it up and here were only a few words.
"'Thank you for everything, sincerely T.A.'…wow that's ominous." I read and put the card down.
"Well, open it!" Nate urged and I gave him a look. "What? We can't not open it! This is a mysterious box addressed to you! Also if it's from a secret admire your gotta let them down gently."
"Ha ha." I laughed and opened the box and pulled out a set of keys and a map of Gravity Falls with a path highlighted. "Huh…"
"Is it a treasure map?" Nate asked as Globby climbed on my back to get a better look.
"It's is a map, but I don't think it leads to treasure." I said thoughtfully before I stood up and headed towards the door.
"Wait, where are we going?" He asked, turning towards me and I opened the toor and reached my hand out.
"One last adventure."
After walking for a few minutes we finally made it to the end of the map and all I had to do was turn and I gasped. It was a blue one story house. There was a white fence with a cute gate and a nice yard. I opened the gate and walked over to the front door and took the key out. I hesitated for a moment before inserting the key and unlocking the door. It worked, and it opened up.
"Wow." I gasped and entered the house. It was beautiful, it had a nice loving space and a really nice kitchen. Globby launched off my back and waddled around the room. It was amazing.
"Yeah, wow. I didn't think a place this nice existed in Gravity Falls." Nate said playfully and I gave him a nudge.
"Your house it nice." I said and noticed something on the kitchen counter. It was a keychain, of an Axolotl. I smiled and picked it up before putting my key on it.
"So, should we check the rest of the place out?" Nate asked and I nodded and turned a corner. I opened the door and it was a bedroom. It was a little plain right now, but that just left more room for me to decorate.
"Wow, whoever got this for you must have been really thankful for something you did." Nate commented as he looked around and I laughed as Globby jumped on the bed. I then stopped for a moment. There's something else I needed to do.
"Hey Nate….um…..there's um…..wow this is…..dang." I started, but kept hesitating.
"Hey, hey." Nate grabbed my hands in his and we sat down on the bed. "Take a breath, I'm listening."
"Okay…." I took a deep breath. "I love you, and I want this relationship for us to work, but I….I need tell you something really important about myself." I explained.
"And it can change so much….so…..it's a little nerve wracking."
"Okay….can't say I'm not worried, but Emily…I know you wouldn't keep something without a good reason. I love you too and like I said earlier, I'm listening." He said sincerely and I smiled.
"Alright, here it goes…..I guess I should start from the beginning." I explained and Globby took this opportunity to sit down on my lap. "Georgia and I got our turn with the tv, and there was a teaser for a new show…."
(Third Person)
No one but the three in that room knew what Emily had told Nate that day, but to all outside viewers, nothing seemed to have changed. Emily simply showed her new house to her friends and explained a very good friend gifted it to her. While no one else knows the truth, I think you all can make a guess of what she said.
She told him the story of Emerald vs Gold.
Now as for what happens next, well that's a fun question. The world is full of possibilities, and what happens next could be anything. Though this story is done, I'm certain there will be another.

Some of the pictures that involve Emily include her and Nate playing Fight Fighters. Emily eventually cheered, having one and the hand of .GIFfany popped out of the screen and the two high-fived.
Another was her with Dipper and Mabel watching a movie and laughing happily. Emily suddenly spilled her popcorn bowl, but the twins just laughed it off.
Emily was in a photo and jumping roped with Mabel as Candy and Grenda swung the rope and Soos rushed over its Melody and they grabbed the rope so Candy and Grenda could join them.

(Third Person)
"I can't believe it, there is nothing?!" A women cried angrily at an officer she was speaking to.
"I'm sorry ma'am, but so far we haven't found any trace of her. Its only been a week, please calm down." The officer replied.
"Calm down? I've had the most stressful month of my life, one of my girls died from an illness we couldn't help her with, and now the one who was closest with her is missing! I'm willing to bet you can try and guess what's going through my head!" The women yelled from an office and the door opened.
"Olivia? You've got a call on line 2." A co worker explained and she sighed.
"Tell then I'll called them later and that I'm busy please." Olivia replied and turned to the Officer as her co worked walked out.
"So, what can I do now?" She asked desperately.
"Right now, keep calm and stay here. While the rest of the station looks for her. If Emily Jewel did run away, she couldn't have gotten far and she'll come back to what is familiar." The officer explained.
"Then why hasn't she already!?" Olivia asked, tears coming in her eye.
"I don't know….but we are looking." He replied and quickly left as Olivia groaned and sat at her desk.
"Emily where are you?" She asked and a thump was heard and she turned to see that a red book has fallen off of her shelf. Olivia walked to pick it up and saw that it had a golden 6 fingered hand with the number 3 on it.
"….what?"
[Next Scene]
A girl with brown hair and a pearl necklace was sitting in her bed and flipping through a math text book when a ringing sound and instead of reaching for her phone she grabs her compact mirror and opens it.
"Hey Luxo, everything okay?" She asked.
"I'm afraid we have some pressing matters." A voice, Luxo, replied and the girl paused.
"What's wrong, is LJ okay?" She questioned.
"He's fine, but an old friend of mine just called for help, and that was after I've detected some inter-dimensional anomalies that are far worse than the last ones you and the others have dealt with." Luxo explained and the girl quickly got up from her bed and grabbed a crowbar from her closet.
"I'm on my way, you think he's getting stronger? That can't be good." She said before picking up the mirror.
"He is indeed getting stronger, and your world and the ones you have been protecting are in danger along with several others." Luxo explained.
"Yeah, I know the risks! I'm heading right over!" She cried.
"I'll see you soon then, Angela." Luxo replied and Angela closed her mirror before creating a portal with her crowbar and stepping through.
"Hopefully, after today…..the battle will be won." She muttered.
Disappearing in the void.
[Next Scene]
Emily was getting ready for bed and Globby was already sleeping on one of the pillows. She smiled as she rubbed her hair in a towel for the final time before hanging it up to dry and she began to brush her teeth. She then washed her face afterward and turned the light off in the bathroom before exiting it. Emily then walked over to her bed and picked up Bear-Bear, who was on the floor and got in the covers. She smiled as she thought of the day to come in just a few hours.
Her necklace then pulsed softly and she chuckled.
"Yeah, I'm excited to see them too." She said and turned her lamp off and laid down on her bed.
Unaware of the dangers that she would have to face, in just a few hours.

Wow…it's over…..after all this time, I completed probably my longest story to date…..
I'm not gonna cry…..I'm not gonna cry!…dang it I'm crying.
Everyone here who had read, followed, favorited, and reviewed on my story, I owe a lot to all of you. It warms my heart that you loved my story so much.
This started with an idea, a character who rejected Bill's flirts, and eventually lead to his destruction, and now I have one of my favorite characters who so many other loved to read about and that made me so happy. I cannot even express in worlds how much this had meant to me. You are all amazing, and I'm glad you joined me on this journey. Whether you had read this from when I posted it, or found it after several chapters have been written and stayed until the very end. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.
Now for the question on all of your minds; "Will there be a sequel?"
Short answer; Yes.
Long answer; Yes, but there will be a lot more I have to do.
I have the sequel planned, but that story is not going to be realized very soon, plus I have other stories that need to be finished. I have neglected them long enough and I need to finished what I started.
However, there are a few things for this series that will come sooner. I believe some of you are familiar with the Gravity Falls Shorts? Well, Emily should have a part to play in those, don't ya think?
That will be sooner, but I wouldn't classify it as a sequel, but there will be original chapters in there that take place after the story. So, keep an eye out for that. And, for members of this website, of you want me to personally P.M you when the first of that series please leave a review and finish it with #EvG and I'll P.M you when it comes out!

mew mew 124: Yep, this is the end, or this story not the end of Emily though. She stayed at Gravity Falls for many reason like the ones you listed, but another one is that fact she didn't think she could even go home. The thought never crossed her. Also, Georgia being the original holder was always a plan I had. I figured it be a good plot twist and it seems like that it was. Also, thank you again for your Fanart, I would be lying if I said I wasn't excited for more! Hope you liked the ending and are excited for more!
