Diana's pov

Almost a whole 13 hours on the plane, no lay overs just me my books and exhaustion. Am I mad for chasing a girl half way around the world, or am I really that infatuated with a certain brunette.
I had time to ponder over, and over again. Theres no mistaking it I adore her so much more than an acquaintance.

I Can't escape this feeling I just need to go with it. If im lucky enough she will feel the same. No, no, no what am I saying does she even like women? "Oh no my luggage." I half ran to the conveyer belt and grabbed my suit case just before it disappeared. How refined of me.

"Okay focus Cavendish! You can get the girl-" no time for wooing. You need to convince her parents to give her to you-what are you thinnkkiinngg- let her come back with you. "She's not yours." Yet, whats with me today get it together, have I been driven insane from lack of sleep or lack of her I dont even know any more.

Wheeling my suit case in one hand and the other occupied with my small bag I made my way out towards the pickup area in search of the car service I had arranged.
I step out of the airport and get hit with crisp cold air, you almost forget its night time when in a well lit place.
I walked past a row of cars picking up others in search for a black Lexus.

"Diana Cavendish?" Hello I'm your driver for this evening, my name is Rio" the tall young Japanese woman in casual clothes said walking up to me.
"Yes nice to meet you" I spoke while bowing my head slightly. Customs like these are important, or so Akko says.
She reached out for my luggage and I wilingly handed it to her keeping the smaller bag with me.
As soon as she placed it in the trunk she walked around and opened the door for me. "Hop on in!"

Thank fully I found a company that had fluent english speaking drivers. I haven't the chance to practice all of the translation spells well enough for my liking, and speaking Japanese is quiet difficult if I do say.
If spoken at a steady rate I can understand it but the way akko speaks makes it difficult. Shes so fast spoken and excited. So its always loud and wizzing right past my ears when she tries to teach me.
I'm probably better off with books but those are not the greatest when learning pronunciation. I took my spot behind the passenger seat and placed my bag down next to me. Off to the hotel to get settled and rest then tomorrow I visit Akko.

Red teams room

"Hey Amanda!" Sucy yells over the group of girls squeeling abot Akko and diana's future relationship.
"Yo whats up suz." The redheaded girl responded.
An unamused sucy pokes her head up from her desk handing a magical/elecrronic device to her "Can you take this call I can't deal with Akko screamig at me over answering, she got your letter and is pissed."

"Hey Akko! Long time no talk. Amanda said taking the video call from sucy.

The crimson eyed girl furrows her brows. "Its been 4 days shut up and tell me what you ment by that letter. I know you dont like her ike that so what are you up to?
Is she seeing someone else? Its someone at Luna Nova right? So it has to be a girl... I need to know, you can't just leave me hanging." She said soundingnlike she was all ready to bombard Amanda with more questions if she didnt speak right away.

"Ok ok Akko chill, I was jut trying to find ou if you liked her alright? But yeah theres someone at luna nov shes interested in she even flew to their home country to see them yesterday." Amanda said with a sly smile on her face.

"Whhhhhhaaaaaaaaatttt nope, no, no, theres no way. She couldn't have... ughhh I leave for break to visit my parents bc they got upset i didnt come home for summer vacation and she's already flying off with another witch." The brunette screamed will pulling at her hair.

"Yeah we even told her you went back a few days early and she didn't even bat an eye she just left. Off to go to that girls parents house." Amanda trying to be as serious as possible moved the camera away in an attempt to hide her giggling.

"And shes meeting the parents! Well there goes every thing I've been doing!" Akko rolls over o her bed and screams into a pillow while kicking her feet.

"Wait what?" Yells lotte from the corner "what have you been doing" she continues.
The blue and green team all get up and surround the screen to listen closer.

"Ughhh, while she's beeen giving me study lessons I've been teaching her japanese. And I thought she's been getting the hints I'm only teaching her pickup lines and having flirty conversations with her. Unless she just ignored me because she has someone else. I don't know any more. Im gonna go guys." Akko hangs up after dropping the biggest bomb on them all
She wasnt as clueless of an idiot as they all thought. And she was already wiling to go for the girl and haf a plan to boot

"Well fuck im impressed." Sucy says sounding as astonished as the rest of the group looks. The green and the blue teams are just speachless with their mouths gaping open and lotte is just spaced out with her eyes glistening.
