"Relax you're a Cavendish" I try to tell myself while heading through the lobby. Is that my? magical device ringing. "Ringgggg ringgg ringgg" I shuffle my belongings around looking for it. No no that's my compact, eyeliner, wallet back up fem care products. (You never know)where in Jennifers name could it be? "Oh ? Silly me" I left it in the back pocket I finally get to it just in time to answer and without seeing the caller. "Akko! Wow I didn't think you still had my contact info you never called me before." I sounded amazed because I was genuinely impressed she hadnt lost it.
She looked at me with cheeks puffed and sulking. "Diana... Y-you look beautiful, you did your hair so nice. I'm guessing you're on your way out somewhere?" Akko asked sounding defeated.
My head instantly started spinning when I realized her words. Akko Kagari just call me beautiful? And is upset I'm going out somewhere. Completely flushed and stunned I tried to collect myself. But it became difficult as soon as I looked into her eyes, warm red eyes pleading for something but what? What do you need from me Akko I'll give you anything. Oh my I sound so cliche clam talk be human again... she's waiting for you. "Eh ehmm" I cleared my throat, "Yes I am on my way somewhere but none the less I still always have time to see that cute and pouty face." I replied with confidence trying to flirt back. She looked almost as flustered as I felt so mission accomplished ? Wow I'm so new at this it's so hard not to smile at her and keep a straight face when saying something like that. "I'll always make time for you, you know this. So what do you have going on this evening my dearest Atsuko." I asked looking smugly at her confused expressions.
Akko took a deep breath and adjusted her position on her bed and plopped back. "Well I just missed... I miss hanging out with you. And my parents went out with some family friends so I'm home alone and just really wanted company. Okay?"
"So you miss my company. Is that for any particular reason miss kagari?" I couldn't hold back my smile this time watching her squirm at my statement. "Tha-thats not... that's not what I said!" She yelled embarrassed Throwing her magical device across the bed hanging up most likely on accident. Well at least I know I'm going to be able to have some alone time with her and I might have a chance to make her mine. I told myself with the most confidence I've ever had in my life. "Don't worry Akko I'll never leave you alone" I swiftly walked through the lobby and outside towards the car. My driver opens the door and I tell her where I'm going. Bag clutched tightly in one hand and magical device pressed to my chest. "I'll see you soon Akko."

"My stupid parents and their stupid friends ugh I cant believe them trying to corner me like that asking if I'm interested in anyone then pulling that crap." "Oh come on Atsuko if you don't know any good boys what about my mine. he's a year older than you he's top of his class and hes handsome. oh and i forgot to mention hes waiting at the restaurant to meet you. Your mom and I have been wanting to set you up since before the summer but you never came back." said wiggling her eyes at me.
"Ehhhhhhh?! No no no I am not meeting your son I have someone I'm interested in." I said firmly standing my ground my mother looks to me in disbelief and sighs "Akko please for me meet him!" My mother chimed in enthusiastically. "No I told you why." I said not wanting to hear another word but yet what I want never happens... "Well even if you dont come you will meet him tonight when we get back Atsuko ! Dont give me lip about it." My mom said walking out with her friend and adding in one last comment before leaving "lock the door behind us!" Why is she so stubborn about this uggghhhh!.
I feel a warm sensation on my shoulder and look up to see my dads hand and him nodding at me in approval. "Dont worry darling I'll talk to her. If you really care about this girl I will support you no matter what." He said firmly before grabbing his keys "Wait ... WWHAAATT ? WHAT DO YOU MEAN GIRL?" I said frantic. "Oh diana this diana that shes so great and brave and omg soooo smart and oh her hair is so silky I can weave it into an 1000 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets. Fuming I stormed out of the room hearing his cackling echo through the whole downstairs. "I love you sweetie! Now come lock the door I'm heading out." I hear the door click and walk back out completely fuming. Am I even angry or embarrassed that he noticed am I that obvious. I locked the door and ran to my room. "I need to talk to diana... I just miss her so much." I said now clutching my pillow and yelling into it.
