I don't own these lovely ladies, I can only borrow them to play for a while.
Jane glances at Maura slumbering beside her. She grabs her phone as she quietly slips from the bed for one last trip to the toilet. In the bathroom, Jane checks her mail to find the confirmation she was hoping to find.

Jane silently pumps her fist. The weather forecast says it's going to be a beautiful day and everything seems to have fallen into place. She hears Maura turn over in the bed. Jane sets her alarm on vibrate for 6:00 am. Too early on a vacation day, but it will be totally worth it! Jane slides back in bed and slips her phone under her pillow. Listening to Maura's breathing, Jane doesn't remember falling asleep before her vibrating pillow wakes her.
Jane stretches. She turns towards Maura and reaches out to brush Maura's hair out of her face.
"Good morning, beautiful." Jane smiles as Maura's morning green eyes try to focus on her.
"Hmmm. You seem to be making it a habit of waking up before me."
"Oh, don't worry. I'll fall back into my normal habits once we are home. We have adventures in store for us today, so get your cute ass into the shower!"
Maura's breast is exposed as she props herself up on her elbow. "No breakfast discussion of possibilities for the day?"
Jane's brain shuts down momentarily. She licks her lips. "Um, uh, I, ah….." Maura takes pity on Jane and pulls up the sheet to allow Jane to finish her sentence. Jane blinks a few times and continues, "Ok, I took it upon myself to plan today as a surprise to you. I hope you have fun today."
I like it when Jane takes charge. Very sexy. "I am looking forward to the adventures you have planned for us."
Jane jumps off the bed and holds her hand out. "Shall we begin our adventures with a shower?" Jane wriggles her eyebrows.
Maura laughs as she takes Jane's hand. "Are we leaving the room at all today?"
"Indeed we are! We are adults, Maura. We can control ourselves."
Maura raises her eyebrow.
Jane rolls her eyes. "Fine, let me rephrase that. We have to limit ourselves because breakfast will be at our door at 6:30, so, 2 orgasms each? We do need to do some physical activity today." The ladies giggle as they enter the bathroom for a steamy shower. A short time later, two very zen women exit the hotel bathroom.
"Can you give me a clue as to what we are doing today?" Maura asks Jane.
"Well, I can tell you to dress in comfortable, practical, outdoor clothing, with sensible walking shoes. How's that?"
Maura quirks an eyebrow, but starts choosing her clothing. Jane dresses quickly to give Maura hints as to what to wear. There is a quiet knock at their door. "Are you decent, Maura?"
"I'll finish in the bathroom."
Jane answers the door and allows the server to set up a tray at their table. The server tells Jane that their driver would be at the front desk in approximately 20 minutes. Jane thanks the server with a generous tip.
When Maura exits the bathroom, Jane is nibbling on a chocolate croissant. She leans over to steal a bite. Maura convinces Jane to balance her breakfast with some fruit. The ladies finish their breakfast and walk to the to the front desk.
"Can you tell me where we are going at least?"
Jane smirks, "I can, but I'm not going to. If I tell you where, you will know what we are doing. You'll know very soon."
After 20 minutes, Maura sees they are driving to an entrance to a beach and a man is waiting with a jeep. Maura looks inquiringly at Jane.
"Well, we could have done one of those group tour things with all kinds of chatty people, or I could have maybe arranged for a private tour."
"Of?"
Jane lifts her palms upward, "Bass's cousins, of course! Leatherback turtles!"
Maura throws her arms around Jane's neck. "Hold on, Maura. There's no guarantee that we'll see anything."
"Oh, I know. But it's the knowledge that you have put so much effort into this holiday."
The ladies spend the next hour driving along the beach, checking the locations of known nests by the tour guide. Maura has an in depth discussion of the number of eggs, births and the survival rate of the baby turtles once they enter the water. The next nest they find, the hatching has begun. Seagulls are there waiting for the migration to the water to begin. Jane stands in awe watching the small leatherbacks struggle out of their nest.
"We're not going to let the birds eat these little guys, are we?"
Maura tries to be gentle, "Jane, it's a sad fact of nature, but we do have to let nature take it's course."
Jane's jaw drops. "Nuh, uh. Not while I'm here." Jane starts waving her arms at the circling birds. She looks at the tour guide and raises an eyebrow, "You got a problem with this?"
The guide is secretly happy that Jane is doing what she is doing, but casually shrugs, "I don't see anything."
Jane nods and begins running back and forth, shooing the birds away. "Get outta here! Go little buddies! Go! You can do it!"
Maura kneels in the sand, tears in her eyes, watching the baby leatherbacks make their way down to the sea, and her girlfriend protecting their journey. The guide is photographing the turtles and promises to give copies to the ladies. As the last turtle enters the water, Jane makes her way back to Maura and flops on the sand next to her.
"Wow! We were so lucky! That was awes…" Jane is tackled by an enthusiastic Maura kissing her face.
"Thank you so much, Jane. I can't believe that we actually experienced their migration into the ocean."
Jane laughs and pulls Maura tight against her. "Anything for you, my love. I hoped we would find a nest with eggs, I can't believe we saw the little buggers make a run for the water." The ladies spend a few more peaceful moments looking out at the water, then head back to the jeep for the ride back to the hotel. All the way back, Maura was in total Google-mouth mode.
"Largest turtle on earth, they can go up to 7 feet long."
"2000 pounds."
"The shell is not really a shell, but a leathery flexible carapace."
"Can stay underwater for up to 85 minutes."
As they walk back to their room, Maura states one last fact, "Their estimated life span is 45 years."
Jane pulls Maura into her arms and kisses her quiet. "Hmmm, I think I could spend my next 45 years with you."
"As I could with you." Muara melts into Jane's kiss. Maura sighs as she leans into Jane. "That was an amazing morning. Thank you, Jane."
Jane leans back to look into Maura's eyes. "The fun isn't over yet. This is our last day here and we're making the most of it. We have some time to freshen up and then we get to go exploring." Jane winks mysteriously at Maura.
The ladies lift the cover of the tray left in their room to find fresh fruit on ice. Jane grabs an apple and Maura a cup of pineapple chunks. Slowly, they start organizing their belongings for the next leg of their journey tomorrow to fill up time before their next adventure of the day. Maura tries her best to get more information from Jane. She even asks as she performs a soft reset of Jane's brain by flashing her magnificent assets, but alas, it only caused momentary speechlessness.
Jane blinks her eyes once Maura has covered Jane's favorite toys. Jane walks over to pull Maura tight against her.
"You know, that I know, exactly what you are doing." Maura raises an eyebrow, but keeps silent. Jane reaches up to cup Maura's breast and brush her thumb over the nipple.
"You keep flashing these beautiful, magnificent, wondrous breasts," Jane gives a squeeze, "but I haven't told you what you wanted to know." Jane reaches down to slap Maura's ass.
"Let's go!"
"But, Jane, should I wear anything different?"
Jane looks Maura over, focusing on her footwear. "Nope, you're good. C'mon, we have a ride to catch." The ladies once more walk to the front desk to get in the car waiting for them with the same driver as the morning. The driver brings them to a trailhead in the forest.
"You have the map, miss? I have brought you to the trail the locals use, it will provide a nice, less crowded view."
"Yes, I have them right here." Jane pats her small backpack.
"When you are done here, I will drive you to the next location."
Maura curiously watches the interaction, but takes Jane's offered hand. For the next few hours, the ladies walk quiet trails to view spectacular waterfalls. Jane and Maura take plenty of pictures of the falls and the flowers in the area. Thanks to Jane's long arms, they manage a few selfies with waterfalls in the background.
"We can use one of these as a Christmas card next year." Jane is looking through the pics on the phone while on the drive back to their room.
"That is a wonderful idea, Jane." What a leap. First signing cards as a couple, to sending out photo cards of us. Maura smiles. "Which restaurant would you like to eat at for our last light on the island?"
"Oh, you don't have to worry about that. I have dinner all taken care of."
Maura raises her eyebrow, waiting to see what surprise dinner will be. They enter their room. "Should I take a dress out of our luggage?"
"Nope. All you have to do is change into sandals." Jane goes over to the phone and places a call. 10 minutes later, there is a knock at the door. Jane gives staff a generous tip as she takes the delivery.
"Ta da!" Jane turns to show Maura a picnic basket with blanket. "Our final dinner will be a picnic on the beach." Maura smiles at Jane's enthusiasm.
"That is the perfect way to end our vacation, Jane." Maura goes up on tiptoe to kiss Jane.
Jane hands Maura the blanket. "Why don't you find the perfect place on the beach and I'll be right out. I just want to make sure everything is in the basket that I ordered." After Maura walks out the door, Jane quickly goes to her carryon to pull out the small velvet box to put in her pocket. Jane grabs the basket to follow Maura out to the beach. It is high tide and Maura has placed the blanket at the edge of the water. Jane settles herself on the blanket and begins to take the contents out of the basket. Maura helps by arranging the food on the plates provided. She playfully feeds Jane a grape.
Maura takes the bottle chilling in ice. "Moet & Chandon Rose Imperial, I'm impressed, Jane."
Jane flips her hair back and laughs. "Why, thank you, but I can't take total credit. I did research, but then asked the bartender to choose the best of the three I named. I said that I wanted the one that was best for a romantic picnic on the beach." Jane winks at Maura.
The picnic flows with laughter of the past few days and plans for France. Maura looks happy and relaxed, all worry lines erased from her face. Jane feels the slight bulge in her pocket. I guess this would be the perfect time. She begins to get to one knee. A beach ball bounces onto their blanket and a little blonde girl comes running over with pail in hand. She stands and stares at Maura.
"You're pretty." Maura looks at Jane in delight.
"Why, thank you, so are you. I like your pretty sand bucket. Is this beach ball yours?" Maura holds up the beach ball. The little girl points to her family setting up a few yards away. "My brudder's."
Jane takes the ball and throws it toward the boy, hoping that the girl would follow, but she plops down next to Maura. Jane internally rolls her eyes and groans.
The little girl looks to Maura with adoring eyes. "Want to help me build a castle?"
Maura looks helplessly at Jane. Aww shit. The romantic picnic is over. She can't resist a kid. Oh, well. If you can't beat them, might as well join them. "Well, if you want to build a castle, you need some water to make the sand buildable." Jane takes the girl's bucket to get water. They build a castle complete with moat. Jane keeps running back to get more water to make sure the moat is filled with water for the crocodiles that live in it to protect the castle.
"Tasha! Come on back now and stop bothering the nice ladies!" Little Tasha looks over to her mom.
"I have to go now." She gathers her little shovel and bucket. She begins to head back, but turns to run back to Maura. She gives a startled Maura a big hug, then runs to her parents. The ladies eat the last of the strawberries and begin to pack up their picnic to head back to their room.
Two days in a row! Whoo hoo! How is everyone? Thank you for sticking with me. You are the best!
Love to Belgium!
