It had been a whole week since Pain attack and it wasn't a good moment to be the Raikage because the Akatsuki's incursion destroyed two thirds of the village buildings and killed about one sixth of its ninjas but the worst of all was the kidnapping of Killer Bee, the eight tails jinchuuriki and A's brother. That was the reason for said man to send half of his ninjas looking for any clue on Akatsuki
The problem was there had not been any success so far and he knew every second meant B's death was closer, and the only good thing that came out from all this mess was the incorporation of the remaining fourth Kazekage's children, both of them were strong and skilled ninja who had an incredible hate towards Pain for destroying their village and towards the Hokage for crippling their forces
With that information there was some individuals in Kumogakure's administration who were planning and invasion to Mist because they had the One tails container in jail so they could go there and free him, offering a place in the Cloud Village to get a jinchuuriki and keep his brothers happy and loyal but with the bond between A and B, the Raikage was kind of neglecting the village in the time it needed him the most
To the rest of the world there were some news about an attack from Akatsuki in Kumogakure but there wasn't an official version or a letter asking for help to deal with them but Naruto and many other people realized these guys were getting quite bold to attack head on one of the currently most powerful ninja villages second only to the leaf so the Hokage feared they could use that confidence boost to target Konoha the next time
Naruto was confident in his own power, especially after all the training he had done in the last six months so he was planning something to put an end to all this madness once for all because with Tobi's death he hoped to crush the main thinker of the organization but it seemed Pain had gotten bolder in his actions so he had to be stopped
The problem was the security of the rain village because he knew the rinnegan wielder was there but even getting there in a good position for the attack would be a difficult task so he needed a careful plan
A week later Jiraiya arrived to Konoha and told Naruto all the information about the attack the Cloud village received and the eight tails jinchuuriki kidnapping so the blond was completely sure about his next course of action and asked Jiraiya to watch and protect the village in his absence
"Do you really believe in yourself to attack the man who killed Hanzou the Salamander and beat Kumogakure's most powerful ninjas?" asked Jiraiya worried about the fate of his last student fighting another one
"I know I'm not a god or something like that but in terms of power even Sarutobi always thought I had the potential to overpass the first so I believe in my chances" said Naruto before gathering all the people he needed for Ame's incursion

Just like some weeks ago it had been the same with the cloud villagers, people in Ame was working just like any normal day when some of them felt something weird falling over and then they looked at the ground to see many little wood pieces seed-like but paid no mind because it wasn't something dangerous or explosive so they just kept their activities but someone else felt a sudden chakra signature "There is someone invading the village" said Nagato to Konan who was about to go and check this brave ninja before a strong earthquake hit the village shaking and throwing people to the ground
The cause of that earth movement was a giant tree, a colossal one; Konan went outside of the building Nagato used for keeping his other bodies to see with open eyes a tree so big that was at least three times taller than the tallest of the village's buildings "Nagato you need to see this" said the origami master while trying to find an answer to this
'That must be the reason I can't feel any chakra with the rain' analyzed Nagato looking at the giant tree trough the Deva Path body 'It seems that thing is alive and absorbs any chakra it touches to grow even more' thought after looking at the massive thing that caused havoc on his village
Naruto and Yagura landed on the ground of the rain village, both Jinchuurikis and leaders of their villages were going to put an end to the criminal organization once for all, the blond Hokage was supposed to fight the main leader Pain while Yagura faced his right hand, Konan. After using the giant tree to enter the village he looked at the sky watching the while ink bird carried all of them there and now was keeping two more ninjas with long range support roles
Many local ninja went to their position and tried to fight them but all it took for Naruto to send them away with a tornado was to raise his left hand and then Pain and Konan arrived before they could get on their feet again "This men are attacking our home…it's god's duty to punish them" said Nagato through Deva's path
"You seem to forget you destroyed almost a whole village some weeks ago" said Naruto back without taking his eyes from him, but on the meanwhile Yagura dashed towards Konan "Coral Palm" shouted hitting her belly and forcing her to scatter in thousands of tiny papers to avoid the coral trap
Naruto turned his eyes red showing the fully matures Sharingan in both eyes 'it's interesting…there isn't a chakra network in him…it's just some chakra around those bars' analyzed the Hokage with just one look "Naruto I can't feel any life force coming from this man" informed Kurama giving him his own assessing
The Kyubi jinchuuriki realized this man should be some kind of puppet and the problem now was forcing the real one to come out "I know you are just a puppet so why don't you save all of us some time and show yourself" said the blond trying to surprise him "I'm not surprised with your deduction but a mortal shouldn't speak to a god like that" was Pain's answer before Naruto used his incredible speed to get in front of him and punch his face but a quick Shinra Tensei was able to throw him away…or so he hoped
After being hit by the gravitational attack he sprout a tree root that hold his right foot and let him make a spin in midair to use the same momentum from the Shinra Tensei to kick Pain's face destroying that body with a colossal wood-enhanced hit
The real Nagato was worried because he didn't expect the heavy hitter of his formation could fall so quick, he realized the Animal Path wasn't a good choice because of his wood release he would be able to trap or bind any kind of animal he could bring to the battle, on the other hand he couldn't take his soul because he needed him alive so that meant the Asura and Preta path would have to work on him while he used Naraka Path to recover the destroyed Deva

Konan knew he was at disadvantage because her origami jutsu was weak against strong water type ninjas and Yagura was one of the finest she had met on her life, he was using Pain's rain water to saturate the air and raise moisture making her explosions very much weaker
The only way around the blue haired woman knew was trying to enhance her paper resistance and use it as a hard weapon but shurikens rarely killed a Kage and while she tried to form a paper sword she wasn't a skilled sword user unlike Yagura who had years of practice fighting mist's swordsmen so he was able to use his giant hood to disarm her and screw her strategy
The criminal ninja was running out of options because clearly someone had told them about their abilities and the only suspects were Itachi and Jiraiya while she knew little from Yagura so he tried to change her style again going for wind release techniques that were the foundations for her origami moves and without care how skilled with the giant hook Yagura was a freaking tornado was something dangerous for everyone, her problem was the hook because usually this technique left the opponent with no option but falling inside for the tremendous sucking force it had but the big weapon was keeping Yagura's feet on the ground
The Mizukage wasn't in a good position because if he dropped his weapon he would be sucked into the tornado but if he kept holding it he wouldn't be able to attack her so he quickly made up his mind and used a different approach and made some handseals before saying "Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave" and suddenly a very large volume of water came out from his mouth using Isobu's chakra and was sucked into the tornado making it heavier to the point it lost all stability and stopped itself throwing even more water everywhere
Konan was calm because living in the rain village for so long, she was able to make his paper attacks water proof but her explosion absolutely needed oxygen so then both started to exchange elemental techniques because Yagura used water jutsus to catch her and she was using wide scale wind jutsus to knock him out with the advantage that she could dissolve herself in thousands of little papers just when a water jutsu was about to land on her
The Akatsuki Kunoichi was getting her cool back because all Yagura's attacks were useless when she could become practically intangible and her wind jutsus were putting pressure on him because with every attack he had less time to counterattack
Konan knew she had no hope to beat a jinchuuriki through exhaustion but if she was able to push him to a good position she would be able to take him down with a powerful technique so she prepared her exploding bridge and made a final wind technique the wind release sonic cutter which was a very powerful technique because using a lot of chakra to accelerate the wind it beat the sound barrier making a boom that produced a pressure attack sharp enough to cut a person in half (And she hoped he was able to survive it)
The problem for her came when she noticed something weird and hard on her lip and then her hands got stiff not letting her making hand seals "So finally it kicked" said Yagura dropping his guard and relaxing a little "When I use water techniques with Isobu's chakra the water had little coral particles on it so any splash of this water will make this little coral particles feed from your chakra and turn your whole body into coral stone…what a proper ending for a user of an everlasting art such as origami" added finally the Mizukage watching the transformation process his adversary just finished
Meanwhile Yagura and Konan were fighting Nagato looked at Naruto through his paths, the Kyubi jinchuuriki was a really powerful ninja so he took the initiative firing some rockets with the Asura path. The Hokage was surprised because this was one of the little opponents that didn't use chakra based attacks against him 'This guy's quite resourceful' thought the blond when using a wind attack to destroy the projectiles
Nagato knew the Uzumaki was too fast to attack him from behind with a surprise move but that didn't meant he was going to give up so he rushed with the Preta path to forcing him to move into a giant sand scorpion he had hidden on the ground, it was a scorpion as hard as the steel that tried to pierce him with its claws but the blond just shot a jet of wind as propulsion
The large animal went for the Hokage again but said ninja used black fire to melt the thing instantaneously and the Rinnegan wielder opened his eyes because he didn't expect that kind of control over the Mangekyou Sharingan, but after some time for preparations the Deva Path used the Chibaku Tensei causing many of the buildings to get sucked into it 'He must be getting desperate to use a technique like this in the middle of his village' thought Naruto realizing that his big tree was holding the first floors of many buildings with its roots
Naruto was using chakra on his feet to stick to the ground while the first enemy he defeated appeared behind him 'I'm sure I destroyed him' thought surprised to see him again when he felt the gravitational push from the start of the fight 'Why are they using always the same techniques?' questioned himself the Hokage after seeing the same moves from the gravitational guy and the rocket guy so he had a plan "Let see how far are you willing to go!" shouted Naruto before flexing his knees and jumping straight into the Chibaku Tensei
'What's on his mind?' reflexed Nagato looking at his opponent as if he had just lost his mind
Naruto got on the center of the giant rock sphere and Nagato's eyes opened wide when it ignited into black flames and then it exploded like hundreds of meteors falling over his city and making it burn with black flames not even the rain was able to extinguish
And if that wasn't enough the blond used his black flames on all the signatures he felt with the same energy, shooting six jets of black fire around the battle field between all the destruction the last moves had made
The Deva path saved himself with the Shinra Tensei, and the Preta path absorbed the flames's chakra but the other four paths weren't that suited for frontal attacks that fast and were engulfed in the powerful flames from the goddess of the sun. Nagato cursed because with the Naraka path out his strategy took a serious blow and now he wouldn't be able to repair the destroyed paths meaning he just had two left, and both of them had been ineffective so far
The Deva path used the Bansho Tenin to attract Naruto and catch him with Preta but the jinchuuriki just made a wall of earth emerge between them to block the attack and make him attract the rocks to vanish after said wall was destroyed 'Damn…with that wall I lost sight of him for a moment' thought Nagato after losing his enemy from his sight range
Nagato got on alert and made his paths to jump over the buildings to look for his enemy without knowing that was just what he wanted because he took one of the black chakra rods from the destroyed paths without care about the black flames because his body wasn't hurt by his own chakra 'I found you!' exclaimed mentally before going for Nagato's way
The akatsuki's leader was getting impatient because he couldn't find him anywhere but just before turning around and regroup from the building his real body was some weird chakra arrows came from the sky piercing the Deva Path's head leaving just the Preta path fit for fighting because being a chakra attack it disintegrated before hitting him "Where are you!" shouted the only Path Remaining after that last move because he didn't see that coming
In that moment he felt Konan's chakra falter and he realized she had been defeated so that meant he was the only one remaining and in that moment Tobi's words came to his mind "If sometime you are in real trouble against someone use the life technique on the Gedo Mazo to release its power and save yourself" had said the masked man many months ago "Here goes nothing" said Nagato just before the real Naruto appeared before him "Outer Path: Samsara of Heavenly Life Technique" and in that moment a really big explosion came from the center of the village
"What did you do?" asked Naruto in front of the crippled man who was controlling the six paths he had been fighting "I used a last resort against y-" was everything he was able to say before another man appeared wearing an old style red armor with the Uchiha Clan symbols on it
"Who are you?" asked a shocked Naruto who had never felt so much chakra in somebody else aside from him "The name is Uchiha Madara…that's a nice pair of eyes you have there, especially for a Senju" said the newcomer surprising Naruto even more 'I have to alert everybody' thought Naruto while his mind was going at full speed thinking about ways to face this man "I'm sorry but my last name is Uzumaki not Senju" said the Hokage not taking his eyes from Madara not even for a second
"It's doesn't matter all of you came from the same brother" answered Madara mostly to himself because the blond didn't understand that
'Naruto, This man is dangerous you have to get away from him!' shouted the Kyubi on his mind after get a feeling of Madara's chakra after so many years
"I'll assume for the name of the technique he just resuscitated you" stated Naruto as a fact "Why did you kill him?" questioned because with a technique like that he seemed a valuable ally to keep around
"Because he could have tried to control me and I can't stand that" was Madara's honest answer before a rain of chakra's arrows came from the sky surprising the Uchiha patriarch who just stood there watching them while his own Preta Path took care of the projectiles that came towards him
Naruto on the other hand just felt one aimed at him and it had a note attached to it The enemy just fell dead on the ground…we don't know what happened but we're leaving for Konoha just like you said…All of us are fine was the message that got a smile from the Hokage's face "It seems I can really fight with you without worries" stated the blond relaxing a little
Madara took a second to look around and saw the giant tree in the middle of the village and then he used his sensor skills to discover the Kyubi inside this man "What are you?...I feel the Kyubi inside you but you seem quite familiar to Hashirama" asked a truly confused Madara who wasn't expecting to be revived in a situation like this
"Well I'm Naruto Uzumaki, son of the fourth Hokage and current fifth Hokage" shouted Naruto assuming an open stance facing the legendary Uchiha face to face "You seem confident in yourself" said the ancient ninja before making light-speed handseals "Fire Release: Great Fire Annihilation" shouted before expelling and incredible large amount of fire towards Naruto
'That has to be the largest fire release technique I've seen in my whole life' thought Naruto looking at the badass jutsu thrown at him 'But I'm one with the elements' added on his mind before smiling and forming a giant nine tailed from with the fire, Madara was quite shocked seeing this because he didn't expect somebody else with a mastery over fire greater than him
This fire Kyubi roared and expelled a fire even greater to Madara's attack but just like the the arrow volley, it was absorbed by the Preta Path 'Is that the rinnegan?' asked himself Naruto watching Madara's eyes when he got hit by his attack "I didn't expect a ninja as powerful as you but you're just a kid" declared the Uchiha before doing three handseals "Tengai Shinsei" and then Naruto felt a massive meteor falling from the sky just over him
"You just don't get it don't ya?" asked Naruto with a cocky grin before he took control over the rock and melted it with the giant fox to form a new creature, this time was a lava made nine tailed fox "Let me show you" said the blond jumping into the head of the large animal before some wood sprout from the ground forming a full body armor for the giant construct
This fox roared and black fire came out from his mouth stunning Madara who wasn't expecting him to have that control over the elements 'This kid's at the same level than Hashirama or me' thought the Uchiha before absorbing the attack
Suddenly the blond disappeared from the head of the giant fox and then Madara bent his body to the left to avoid a lava enhanced kick before taking out his gunbai and using it to attack the Hokage, fortunately for said ninja his own Sharingan was able to read his opponent movements and he got out of the way
Madara was getting anxious and that was never a good thing because he used to take extreme measures so he used his first stage Susanoo (Madara's incomplete upper body Susanoo) to end this fight but in that moment he felt a sudden pain on his eyes 'Damn I got really distracted by this kid but this body is mortal and have limits despite having taken the chakra from the bijou sealed on the statue' realized before his Susanoo faltered and he dissipated it 'At least I still have an advantage over him but I need more information about this kid' concluded the Uchiha before using a very wide Amaterasu making Naruto use both his hands to extinguish all the flames at the same moment and giving him time enough to escape
"He went away…well at least he finished our job" said the Hokage relaxing for a moment after the intense fight he just had with Pain, he was very tired to run back towards Konoha so he just summoned a big toad and fainted on the spot

Hinata was the first one to see Naruto being carried by the large toad, the three of them were waiting at the fire country frontier but when the Byakugan showed her the form of the tired Hokage she rushed to his side "Naruto-sensei are you alright?" asked the worried Hyuga heiress
"Yes…I'm tired of using so much of the Senju and Uchiha powers but it just a matter of time" said a weakened Naruto sitting himself on the toad's back "Thanks for your help Gamakichi" added the blond caressing the toad's head with his right hand "Let's go back to Konoha and I'll explain everything" stated finally before resuming the travel back to the village
Yagura had to go back to Kiri but Naruto sent him a scroll with the most important information about this new foe and now the Hokage was in a very classified meeting, the room had just five ninjas inside these ninjas being the current Hokage, a masked ANBU known as Itachi, his student Hinata and both remaining Sanin, Tsunade and Jiraiya; The main topic was Uchiha Madara
"I still can't believe it" said Tsunade remembering some histories told by her grandfather about his life-long rival Madara
"I always suspected about the masked man being Madara, but something doesn't fix" said Jiraiya remembering all those talks with Sarutobi and Naruto with the masked Tobi as the main topic
"I think Tobi wasn't Madara…he wasn't that powerful" added Itachi "The first time he contacted me he said he was a shell of his former self but he seemed to lack his pride and attitude; and the way he said things only Madara was supposed to know seems suspicious…as if he felt the constant need to prove himself" explained Itachi remembering his interactions with Tobi
"Whether Tobi and Madara are the same person doesn't matter" said Naruto trying to change the topic "We have a master of the Mangekyou Sharingan and potentially even the Rinnegan and even if he hasn't the same intangibility technique as Tobi, He must have a matured Susanoo" added Naruto
"Can't you just tire him out?" asked Jiraiya knowing with the Kyubi on his body Naruto has the greatest stamina he had seen on his entire life
"There is two problems with that idea" started Naruto trying to be very descriptive "Madara's chakra kind of sucked the energy of the other tailed beast on the statue, meaning he has like four bijou's worth as chakra reserves and the rinnegan which is still a mystery…Nagato never summoned a meteor rock" explained Naruto making Jiraiya realize his mistake
"I think the main problem is the Susanoo" said Itachi knowing he was the expert on the Mangekyou Sharingan "With both of you having an eternal mangekyou Sharingan, your abilities should be matched but fighting against an impenetrable shield is very frustrating" added the Uchiha thinking about the ways to beat said technique
"Can a shield be so perfect?" asked Hinata thinking in the basics of life "I mean…he needs to breathe right?" questioned again the Hyuga making Naruto and Tsunade facepalming "Of course!" both of them said at the same time
"Tsunade, could you please list some ways to kill someone through gas?" asked Naruto hoping to get enough plans to deal with this new enemy who was by far the most powerful he could find
