"So how long until we can fully begin?" Gentlemean asked as he sat in his limo across the street from where he's new plan was going to happen
"The spa will be opened in 24 hours and we have sent out some incentives to come" his aide said
"Oh really?" Gentlemean asked
"Yes, for 24 hours all students who come here get in for free provided they show their student ID's" the aide said
"Clever" Gentlemean said "Now have you chosen a location to set up tonight's marketplace?"
"Not yet" his aide said "Also sir, do you want the students to be a part of it?" she asked
"Not tonight's, I'm going to have a special market when I get some from UA" Gentlemean said "Until then keep them hidden, especially with this many pro heroes around"
"Understood" she said before driving off
MY HERO BLACK LIGHTNING
Pierce was staring at the now long list of the kidnapped students
"Wow that's a lot of people" Virgil said as he sat behind his mentor
"No kidding" Pierce said
"And check out some of these names" Virgil said "Those are some heavy hitters"
"I know" Pierce said as he looked over the list on his computer "And thankfully my contact gave me some possible targets from UA"
"Okay let's have a look" Virgil as several ID photos appeared "Wow these guys could double as supermodels in the future"
"There's a Japanese hero who is a model" Pierce said
"Seriously who?" Virgil asked shocked
"Not important" Pierce said "But what is important who Gentlemean is going to have working for him"
"Well there's the League of Villains, but things have been quiet with them now for awhile now" Virgil said
"Could be they're just planning something" Pierce said
"But what?" Virgil asked
"I don't know" Pierce said
"I don't know if it's actually them" All Might said as he was in a teacher meeting with the other pro heroes who taught at the school
"But you do know that it is Ezekiel Kane?" Midnight asked
"My contact in America has confirmed it was him" All-Might said
"And who would that be?" Snipe asked
"An old friend" All-Might said
"Jefferson Pierce I believe" Nedzu said "Don't look surprised All-Might he and I are fellow principals"
"I forgot about that sir" All-Might said
"Black Lightning, man I haven't heard about him in ages" Vlad said
"He did retire to become a educator like me, leaving the defence of his city to his daughters Thunder and Lightning, but something forced him out of retirement three years ago" Nedzu said
"And I can guess what that was" Midnight said
"Yeah, Tobias Whale was making moves alongside Black Mask and someone they called 'the Dark Collector'" All-Might said making everyone go on edge
"They have their own name for him?" Present Mic said
"He must be well known then" Aizawa said
"Anyway we have to be on guard if Gentlemean is in Japan" All-Might said
"And try and predict who's he going to try and kidnap" Midnight said
"This is brilliant" Gentlemean said as he walked into a warehouse, "You've out done yourself this time Bella" he said turning to his aide
"Thank you sir" Bella said "Now I believe I have everything we need to set up for the weapons, black lab gadgets, enhancement narcotics, the refreshment area which is unique to our marketplace" she said "And then I have the outfits for tonight's girls all ready to go"
"Do you have an area where people can go to"
"Yes I do" Bella said "And don't worry I have a list of id numbers that will be on their chokers so it will be easier than last time. But what the 'Harvest Market?' she asked
"We'll figure that out shortly. Now what about backup?" Gentlemean asked
"Here or back in the states?" Bella asked
"Here obviously?" Gentlemean asked
"I've hired a bunch of mercenaries, mostly independent villains" Bella said
"Such as?" Gentlemean said
"Lizerd, Mudball, Rammer, Void and Feedback" Bella said "Thos are the most noteworthy ones"
"You do realise that three of those are Onikage's men?" Gentlemean asked
"She does, she actually came to me directly" a voice said as a figure wearing man wearing black armour with curved silver blades on the helm and spikes on the arms and shoulders, under the helm a pair of red eyes hovered in shadows
"Ah Onikage, how good to see you again" Gentlemean said
"Save it Kane, I know you have plans for Japan and I want to know that if you step on my toes at all, I will not hesitate to chop them off" Onikage said as he showed a rather evil looking dagger and placed the tip of it right under Gentlemean's nostrils. "Understood"
"Crystal clear, now how about some Whisky?" Gentlemean said
"Later" Onikage said as the blade turned into black wisps and went up his sleeve "I have some business for tonight"
"Of course" Gentlemean said
"DODGE!" Roxy shouted as Izuku was practicing with his full cowling to dodge his girlfriend's red flames
ROXY ENJU HERO NAME: NONE QUIRK: RED HOT, HER QUIRK GRANTS HER TEH ABILITY TO CONTROL AND CREATE BLOOD RED FLAMES!
"WHOA! That was too close" Izuku said as he leapt over the red fireball
"Sorry honey" she said before throwing a smaller one which made Izuku jump to the side "How much power are you using?"
"Around 15%" Izuku said
"Well, that's a slight increase" Roxy said
"I can use a total of about 29%" Izuku said
"You're getting better I must admit" Roxy said
"Yeah, but I don't think I'm up to All-Might's level" he said gaining a flick to the forehead "Huh?"
"Look Izuku, All-Might is All-Might just like you are you. Sure there are thing that will you be compared to All-Might, but everything else you will be judged on will be you" Roxy said "Besides I didn't fall in love with All-Might" she giggled pulling him in for a kiss
"HEY KNOCK IT OFF!" a voice shouted
"What do you want Bockago?" Roxy asked peeved
"I came looking for Deku" Bakugo said
"Why?" Izuku asked
"I don't know, all I got was a message to come and get you" Bakugo said
"WHo's the message from?" Roxy asked concerned
"I don't know, all I know is that they asked for Deku here" Bakugo said
"Well I better go see who it is" Izuku said helping Roxy up who gave him a kiss before he left, once he was gone Bakugo growled
"Hey" Roxy said
"WHAT!" Bakugo snapped
"We'll find her" Roxy said "Trust me"
"Thanks" Bakugo said
That evening in the local red light district a figure wearing a black and red motorcycle outfit with a helmet under a blood red hood stood at its entrance; there were rumours of the event dubbed the night markets were happening here and he wanted to figure out if he could be able to stop it from ever happening again. He started walking towards where he heard they were held.
"I didn't think you would be out here tonight Street Thrasher" a female voice said as Street Thrasher turned to his left, the HUD inside his helmet scanning the woman and giving him data on her. She had long wavy silvery white hair with two cat ears on top of her head and she was dressed a white sleeveless leotard, black fishnet stockings, black high heeled boots and a black leather jacket, in her hands was a steel staff.
"Nor I Moon Cat, but at least I have a reason to be here" Street Thrasher said as he continued on as Moon Cat kicked off the walls and followed him.
"The Night Market right?" Moon Cat asked
"Yeah" Street Thrasher said , he looked around remembering the times he spent here
"Didn't your sister live her before your dad found your mum there?" Moon Cat asked
"Yeah, Nerumi and her mother spent five years in this place, and that was after Nerumi's father forced them to come here" Street Thrasher said
"So what ended up happening to him anyway?" Moon Cat asked
"Let's just say he really enjoyed Chicken noodle soup" Street Thrasher said chuckling darkly
"That's seriously messed up" Moon Cat said
Five minutes later they found where the Night Markets were and hid their weapons before walking up to them. Street Thrasher used his helmet's enhanced vision to look at what numbers made up the entry code on a number pad
"5284" Street Thrasher said as he typed it in making it buzz
"It's 4528" Moon Cat said inputting the right code making the door open. what they didn't see was someone standing outside the street, pulling out a device
"Yeah it's me, I've found out where Gentlemean is holding the Night markets but I don't know who is inside besides a couple of heroes who entered" the scout said
"Understood" a voice on the other side said
Once inside Street Thrasher stopped and turned to Moon Cat
"Stay by my side and show some more cleavage" he said making his companion shrug before adjusting her leotard that it showed off more of her cleavage as they walked into the main area seeing that there were stalls selling various weapons, gadgets and drugs. Off in a corner were food stalls serving various meals and drinks. Street Thrasher glared as he noticed was what several of the girls were wearing, which were sleeveless tailcoats, black panties, thigh high stockings, black high heels and a collar. The girls chests were uncovered and being shown off as the tailcoats were buttoned up from beneath their chest to the edge of their hips, the also wore black bunny ears.
"The collars" Moon Cat said
"What about them?" Street Thrasher said as he looked around
"They're different colours; Red, White Blue and Purple" Moon Cat said in a whispered tone "I think they're to tell the buyers what nationality they are"
"Yeah, I think you're right" Street Thrasher said "Too bad most of these girls here are over the age of 19"
"Is there anything I can help you with?" one of the girls said coming up to them, Street Thrasher easily detect the fact she was wearing a blue collar and she had a strong American accent
"I take it you're not her for your own volition?" Moon Cat asked
"No, I'm from Star City" the girl said "I was kidnapped by the owner of this thing" the girl said
"Do you know why?" Street Thrasher asked
"Because I would be considered an exotic beauty" she said
"Where is the asshole?" Moon Cat asked
"The Musutafu Red Light district?" Pierce asked as he was getting his suit adjusted at his friend Gambi's shop
"That's where the scout called from" Gambi said
"That's in Japan right?" Pierce asked
"Yeah, its the city that holds UA High" Gambi said "so what's the play?"
"How fast can I get there?" Black Lightning asked
"Depends on your mode of transport" Gambi said "Flying commercial will take 13, getting help from the league maybe five hours"
"Okay I'll see if I can get a lift with the league" Pierce said "And hopefully I can get there before things get worse"
G'day Guys Grizz here So there was somethings that were going to be in here but I'm delaying until the next chapter including the arrival of Black Lightning in Japan. So the main things in this chapter is just some more character introductions and interactions as well as setting up what Gentlemean is up to in Japan.
Now Street Thrasher is from the same fic as Roxy is from and is Midnight's half brother, now I also borrowed something else that Mrotrax has done in a couple of his fics and that is having Midnight living in the redlight district, and before I forget yes Street Thrasher is heavily inspired by Red Hood and he does have a quirk which will be reveal later on
