"LOOK OUT!" a voice shouted before Black Lightning was tackled to the ground
"Now, it's time to cause a Blackout for Black Lightning" Tobias Whale said as he had gotten back up.
"I thought I took care of you" Black Lightning said as he got up
"Think again" Tobias said as he threw a punch at Black Lightning, who blocked it and sent a fist to Tobias' lower body, only to have it caught and a kick was directed into Black Lightning's stomach, only it didn't do much as it was cushioned by the armour he was wearing, but that didn't stop Tobias from picking up a piece of iron and swinging it as a baseball bat at Black Lightning who ducks and sent an electrified punch to Tobias' knee forcing him to it making the albino criminal to growl in pain before he stood back up and charged at the electrified hero, but upon getting close to each other another explosion rock the building
"What?" Black Lightning asked
MY HERO BLACK LIGHTNING
"Ooh, I actually felt that one" Heat Ghoul said as he manipulated the flames on his back into a pair of dragon like wings giving him the ability to float while Izuku just glared at the fiery villain before he crouched down and jumped into the air, Heat Ghoul formed a spear of flames and threw it at the hero, who kicked it into the wall before using his Air Shot to fire off a fireball then ran across the all
"PHOENIX SMASH!" he shouted performing his newest attack to force Heat Ghoul to the ground
"Nice try punk!" Heat Ghoul snapped as he opened his mouth and spewed out fire. Izuku created a shield, landed on the ground and roll forward before running up the wall
"Phoenix Scattershot" he shouted launching off a dozen fireballs.
"This isn't going to go anywhere" Moon Cat said dodging burning debris
"No kidding" Street Thrasher said
"We should get out of here" Katana said as she drew her sword to cut a hole in the wall
"Let's move" All-Might said as more and more molten metal was crashing around them, Aizawa quickly grabbed Present Mic and went through the hole, next was Katana, Moon Cat and Street Thrasher with Midnight and All-Might leaving last before the walls collapsed making All-Might shocked as he looked back to see blue and green lights burst through the roof as the flames formed a green phoenix and a blue monster "My word he gasped
"he's on a whole other level now" Aizawa said pulling his goggles down
"I never would have expected that Midoriya would have this much power" Midnight said
'is this something to do with him being able to access the quirks of previous users?' All-Might pondered
"MOVE!" Street Thrasher shouted as Kuro Bushido landed where All-Might had just been standing a second ago before Katana rushed in and had her sword at Kuro Bushido's throat
"Do you think I'll bow because of that?" Kuro-Bushido asked
"Maybe" Katana said stepping back and spinning her blade before she sheathed it, Kuro-Bushido doing the same
"You don't think?" Midnight asked
"I do" All Might said "HAJIME!" he shouted as the two sword fighters started to duel
"What?" Black Lightning asked as an explosion rocked
"What is going on out there?" Tobias said
"Who cares" Black Lightning said as he threw a punch at Tobias' face causing the albino to take a step back before getting into a boxer's stance
"I'll knock you flat on your ass and then I'll prove that you ain't anything special" Tobias said
"Same" Black Lightning said creating a field around him before he condensed it into a ball and threw it at Tobias making it explode in his face sending him to the ground, only to jump back up and grab Black Lightning in a chokehold and lift him off the ground
"Now what you human sparkplug" Tobias said with each punch he threw at Black Lightning, who gathered up energy in his hand and increased the voltage to it making it flash brightly in Tobias' face blinding him while forcing him to drop Black Lightning, who smirked and grabbed Tobias the same way he did and aggressively punched him in the face, looking up Black Lightning saw the kids who were huddled around the corner
"GO!" he shouted using his lightning ability to throw Tobias into a wall
"You heard him" Todoroki said leading the teenagers out, unaware that Natalie stopped and looked back to see her brother standing over one of the Walker sisters
"Nicholas" she said as she looked over at the escaping heroic students before running at her brother
"Drop her right now" Bobby sneered as he and his sister were glaring at Feedback, Zack had joined them, but looked back to see that they were cut off from the other pro heroes
"This isn't the time mates" Zack said
"I know, but we got no choice" Amber said
"We have to get her out of there" Victoria said
"And I'm going to do it myself, and I don't give two shits if he's absorbing all this sound" Bobby snarled
"And what makes you think I won't kill her before you move an inch?" Feedback asked
"Because your sister would never forgive you for killing my sister" Bobby said
"You don't know me" Feedback snapped
"But I do" Nat said as she walked up to her brother
"Nat?" Feedback asked as he let go of May who coughed as Bobby and Rachael raced over to her once she was far enough away
"Yeah it is" Nat said as she hugged her brother "You may be a villain, but you're still family" she said
"I thought I wouldn't see you again" Feedback said
"Nat, you alright?" Bobby asked
"Yeah" Nat said before slugging Feedback in the face taking him down "And that felt extra good" she smiled before hugging her friend.
"Good to see that you're safe" Bobby said before the building shook again
"What the heck is that?" Nat asked
"A Phoenix fighting a freaking Balrog" Zack said making everyone stare at him "What, I read Tolkien"
"Anyway we have to go right now" Rachael said
"yeah, judging by the heat these two are putting out, this small area is about to become an oversized oven" Patricia said
"Yeah let's go" Bobby said as he and Zack picked up Feedback and carried him outside.
Izuku growled as Heat Ghoul was laughing at him before forging a sword from his azure flames before swinging it at the green coloured hero who dodged to the right creating a series of fireballs to extinguish the sword and sock him in the face, flying behind him and grabbing his tail before throwing him towards the earth
"PHOENIX SMASH!" he shouted
"Try something else kid" Heat Ghoul said backhanding Izuku to the left causing him to crash into the building, only for him to fly back up and uppercut Heat Ghoul leading into a leg grab throwing him into the ground
"Fine the ST LOUIS SMASH!" he shouted kicking Heat Ghoul further down the street "I have to be careful as to make this into a second Kamino Ward" he said before wincing as he looked to see that his arms were becoming burnt thanks to the heat of the new Phoenix cowl. Letting out a deep breath he was holding Izuku landed and switched to Full Cowl
"You okay Midoriya?" Kirishima asked as his school mates ran over to him
"Nothing a visit to Recovery Girl won't fix, I just need to handle the heat" Izuku said
"So you've gone from breaking bones to burning them" Kirishima joked before looking over at where Heat Ghoul landed
"Still at least he's earthbound" Miro said as he became stern
"Don't think this is you brats" Heat Ghoul said as he turned back into Gentlemean
"AT least he's back to normal" Kirishima said
"I'll tie him up" Tamaki said turning his fingers into octopus tentacles to ensnare Gentlemean
"Caution, hot surfaces" Gentlemean said as he turned into an red hot version of Heat Ghoul before grabbing Tamaki's tentacles, searing them off and eating them "Yum, I haven't had Octopus in such a long time" he chortled before Kirishima rushed up
"RED GAUNTLET!" he shouted hardening his fist before punching Heat Ghoul in the stomach, only to flinch as the heat burnt him
"Nice try rookie" Heat Ghoul laughed as he kicked Kirishima to the side, hearing the impact as Kirishima flew into Tamaki and Mirio "This is so much fun, heck I sold be selling you guys off as living punching bags" Heat Ghoul said before a large sheet was thrown over him "WHAT IN TARNATION!" he shouted
"That's a fire blanket" Momo said showing up with Todoroki
"And you think that's going to stop me?" Heat Ghoul asked
"No just slow you down enough for me to do this!" Todoroki said unleashing a massive blizzard
"NO!" Heat Ghoul shouted as he was instantly cool off and turning into igneous rock
"Now for the FINALE!" Izuku shouted taking to the sky "MANCHESTER SMASH!" he shouted landing a high powered Axe kick shattering the stone, revealing an unconscious Gentlemean in his human form "Game Over" he said collapsing making people shout out all three of the names he used
"Seems the fireworks stopped for now" Black Lightning said as Tobias was trying to get his eyes to work "Too bad they just started for you" He said blasting Tobias with lightning making the thug walk backwards into the wall where he faced the full force of Black Lightning's quirk before the wall gave way as gravity pulled Tobias to the floor "it's over Tobias, your cell back at Blackgate is calling you"
"Too bad I'm not going back" Tobias said with a smile as he pulled out a gun and aimed it at Black Lightning who just sighed shocking the gun, heating it up enough for Tobias to drop the gun which melted slightly, Tobias struggled to get up to his feet, which he failed at as Black Lightning kicked him back down and landed an electrified punch on his spine shocking his nerves to shut down his body. Breathing heavily Black Lightning could hear the sound of sirens and see the alternating red and blue lights.
"There's your escort now" Black Lightning joked.
An hour later nearly the entire police station had arrived to sort things out as every criminal was loaded into the back of the police paddy wagons, though some like Gentlemean and Tobias were loaded up into prison ambulances; the heroes were receiving medical attention on site, though one provisional hero was getting hurt more and more
"Ow, ow, ow, ow, ow" Izuku said as Roxy hugged him tightly as Recovery Girl whacked him with her cane while ranting on about the boy being hurt by his quirk, though she was surprised it was burns this time, he smiled as Bobby and Zack came over with their girlfriends as the trio just watched those who were captured by Gentlemean were sorted into groups depending on nationality, Bobby's sisters helping with the English speakers
"Well mates I have to say this was a wild time" Zack laughed
"No kidding" Bobby laughed as he felt Riley collapse on to his lap
"So maybe next time we meet up, we don't do it during an event like this" Izuku laughed
"Oh good you three survived" Katana said
"Same to you" Zack said
"So what happened to that other samurai?" Bobby asked
"Sadly, he got away from me" Katana said
"ah well, there's always next time" Izuku said
"Agreed, a time I wish to see you at next time" Katana bowed before walking off. Once she was out of view she removed her mask and walked past the shadows "So that was my nephew, I can see he lives up to the legend" she said
"Who are you talking to?" Black Lightning asked seeing his team mate on the Outsiders talking to shadows
"Me" a shadow said as Batman stepped out of it and glared at Black Lightning, "We need to debrief, Now"
"Okay" Black Lightning said as he walked off with the other heroes.
G'day Guys Grizz here so that was the final battle chapter meaning that Gentlemean has been defeated and everyone is safe and sound, well expect the villains who are going to prison, now I tried to balance it between the different groups to see how the fights/rescue stuff was going around, which I hoped work I was quite happy with how I finished the Gentlemean/Heat Ghoul fight ended and that bit with him eating Tamaki's tentacles I had planned for awhile but it was a different character can't remember which one though, so I took that scene and gave it to Heat Ghoul. Now to address the Bat cameo, that will play into the next chapter which will a bite of an epilogue while teasing some things I've been wanting to do for awhile now and then that's it
