As all of the regions of the world gather for the largest Pokémon Tournament ever to be held, the fractured remnants of the evil Syndicate return in force to wreak havoc on all who would dare oppose them. Loyalties will be tested, grudges will be upheld and no one is safe from Mewtwo's wrath!
