In his study now, the great dog demon lord of the west leaned back on his comfortable seating arrangement of fluffed up pillows while holding three letters that had arrived from the three other rulers of the north, east, and south. His brows furrowed immensely as a gentle knock came the the study doors. Knowing it was his mate, InuTaisho slightly lifted his golden orbs before calling out, "Enter, mate." Sutekina entered the study gracefully and nodded at him, causing for him to sit up rather abruptly as she spoke, "Kagome has mastered her celestial force and can sustain it for long periods of time if needed. I must ask you though... what ails you?"
Smiling at his mate's first declaration, InuTaisho gave a firm nod, "Very good. Her sword play is immaculate as well. I'm not proud to say it, but she has repaid me for what I did to her in the most painful way." Sutekina's orbs widened immensely at this claim as she gasped softly, "InuTaisho, are you telling me that you were not holding back and she WON!?" The lord of the western domain gave a solemn nod at this as he replied back, "Indeed she has."
He was hoping that his mate would have forgotten about what she had asked him, but it was oh-so obvious that she had not as she gave him a scolding look. Sighing heavily, InuTaisho gripped the letters he held within his hands so tightly that his sharpened nails now poked holes within them, "The three lords of the north, east, and south domains... along with the lesser houses... wish to meet Kagome and bring suitors for her to choose from once they bring their suitors for Sesshomaru." Sutekina's face then slightly drained of all color, knowing fully well that her pup was just simply not ready what-so-ever to be courted.
Glancing down slightly at the letters that her mate now held, the lady of the west then released a deep breath, "What did you tell them...?" Throwing the letters to the ground, InuTaisho released a slightly agitated growl before replying about his sweet little celestial, "They would not hear NO for a reply and are very adamant about bringing their suitors that have now come of age to be presented to Kagome. They will be arriving by tomorrow..."
More color drained from his darling mate's face before she slightly cleared her throat, "Then we should make Kagome aware of their plans so that she is wearing the proper attire to be courted." Neither of them realized this, but Sesshomaru stood outside listening to their entire conversation over the entire matter.
He had never told his parents... but he still allowed Kagome to come and sleep on his true form late at night so that she would actually gain some much needed rest. Gaining a determined facial expression, the heir to the western domain then clenched his fists tightly as he witnessed the fire feline pad up to the study that belonged to the great dog demon before telepathically speaking, 'I won't tell if you manage to persuade me that you have REAL motives to mate my mistress...'
The dog demon then gave a soft growl towards the demonic feline, 'Yes, I am WELL aware!' Once the fire feline noticed his scowling appearance, yet the scowl was not directed towards her, she realized that he was now deep in thought until Sesshomaru's head flew up the moment he heard his little brother scream. Growling softly, the elder of the two then bolted off towards his brother's sound of distress
Kagome counted down from ten as many of the pups that lived within the castle scrambled to find a hiding spot. Kagome kept her eyes covered as she yelled, "NINE, AND TEN! READY OR NOT, HERE I COME!" Opening her dazzling sapphire orbs, Kagome did not use her celestial force and kept her wings folded against her back as she began looking for the ten children that had gone and hidden from her.
Smiling gently, Kagome then tapped her finger against her chin, "Oh, I wonder where the pups have gone?" Inuyasha was hiding right below her and he had to cover his mouth to not giggle. He then watched as Kagome merely walked away before Inuyasha released a breath, yet snickered softly until he heard her appear right behind him and grabbed him, "I GOTCHA INUYASHA!" Inuyasha screamed as Kagome plopped down to begin tickling the pup, making him scream with laughter as he tried to squirm away from the celestial's torture.
InuTaisho and Sutekina's head snapped to the side the moment they heard their youngest pup scream and bolted from the room. Once they arrived on the sight, InuTaisho slightly turned his head to see his eldest son staring with softened golden orbs. Feeling his mate nudge him, the great dog demon then turned his head back in the general direction that he had heard his youngest scream.
Looking closer, he then witnessed Kagome tickling the pup before allowing him to breath and held him close to her chest. The moment she stopped, Inuyasha turned and wrapped his arms around her neck tightly, "Kagome, I love you..." He whispered softly, causing the celestial's orbs to soften as well once she replied, "And I love you, my little dummy."
Sutekina was the first to approach the pair, yet before she could make it there, she witnessed all of the pups that Kagome had found all tackled her to the ground and began to tickle her in return as they yelled her favorite line that she used to use to keep her brother smiling, "TICKLE TORTURE!" When the ten pups began wiggling their fingers all over her, Kagome's face turned bright red as she held her breath. No longer able to hold her breath, the celestial maiden then screamed as she giggled like a hyena.
InuTaisho then chuckled rather loudly, causing all pups to freeze and glance his way before standing up and giving a low bow, "Good morning Lord InuTaisho!" Right then and there, InuTaisho did something unexpected for all as he fell to his knees and began to roar with laughter due to the fact that his newest pup's face was bright red from joy.
Sutekina and Sesshomaru then glanced his way with a shocked facial expression. The lady of the lands hadn't heard her mate laugh like that in such a long time and Sesshomaru couldn't remember if he had ever heard his father laughing in such a manner within his entire life.
Kagome then gained a gleam within her eyes and whispered to the pups, whom all gasped and were about to protest until the lone celestial vanished from them and appeared in front of InuTaisho before pinning him down and wiggling her fingers all over him, finding many ticklish spots on him as he howled with laughter. Looking back at the pups, Kagome then hollered, "COMMENCE WITH THE TICKLE TORTURE MY SOLDIERS!" All of the pups then tackled the lord of the castle and began to tickle him all over.
Sesshomaru had to cover his amusement with his hand as his mother walked over to him and smirked, "Don't you forget that I know you are extremely ticklish as well, my son." Sutekina had said this just loud enough for the celestial maiden to hear as her head snapped back, "SOLDIERS, GO AND DEFEAT THE MIGHTY DARK LORD!" All of the pups were nervous to tickle Sesshomaru of all people, but they quickly noticed the angelic being had already pinned him to the ground as the lady of the lands began to tickle her first pup all over.
He held his breath for as long as he could before he began to roar with laughter. All of the pups, especially Inuyasha, then pounced on the heir before wiggling their fingers all over him. At this point, all of the guards that were stationed within the citadel that heard their leader being "attacked" and the beta male being "attacked" were now rushing in. The commander then looked at InuTaisho, whom was gasping for much needed air, and ran to him, "Lord InuTaisho! Are you all right!?"
InuTaisho then released a breathy chuckle, "Yes, I am quite all right. The pups are wild this morning." The commander then looked over to the children piled on top of Sesshomaru before paling, "DEINU!" One of the dog demon children's head popped up and snapped back towards his father, yet gave him the puppy eyes.
InuTaisho watched his commander losing to the face that his pup now gave him, which was quite ironic due to the fact that he had witnessed his newest pup teaching all of the pups within the citadel this face, assuring them that their parents would lose the battle if they were to give them this look, causing the great dog demon to snicker softly as he sat there, "Oh, do not spoil their fun now, commander Degnai. They have much energy that needs to be expended! Plus... both of my sons have not smiled this way in such a long time."
Commander Degnai then chuckled softly, "I suppose they have not. Lady Kagome has been great for all of the children within the palace." InuTaisho then lifted his delicate brow before giving his commander a sly grin, "That's not all she has done. Kagome has given the soldiers superior training as well and I am well aware that you now go by her training regiment instead of my own." A horrified facial expression then graced the commander's face before InuTaisho fanned his hand back and forth, "Do not fret, I have had my pup begin to teach me in the odd way she fights as well and found that training is now actually enjoyable due to the difficulty."
Sesshomaru was attempting to listen to his father, but these pups would not stop tickling them until he heard a very sweet voice, "All right my little soldiers, that is enough torture for today. We will get the information out of the dark lord soon enough." Kagome then began to lift pups off of him until reaching Inuyasha and lifted him into her arms like a loving mother as she watched him yawn, "Uh, oh, someone is sleepy from battling the dark lord."
Sutekina felt so much pride swelling up within her chest as she watched her newest pup hold Inuyasha's head to her shoulder as she turned and began to walk away, holding a tender and gentle expression on her angelic facial expression. Sesshomaru could only stare at this angel as she held the most tender expression on her face for his little brother and the only thing that could race through his mind was, 'One day... she will make a wonderful mother...'
InuTaisho and Sutekina's head instantly snapped towards their eldest child in shock from their most stoic and well-guarded child allowing his two parents to hear his thoughts as they watched him stand and brush his clothing off. Slowly, they watched his softened orbs as he turned and began to walk away before stopping, "Oh, that is right. Father, I will be in the library if I am needed." All the great dog demon could do was nod slowly, completely baffled at this point, at his eldest son.
Sesshomaru was deep in thought while he paced back and forth within the library trying to find a specific book. This place was a godforsaken mess and he could NEVER find the thing he was looking for no matter how hard he tried. All too suddenly he heard the voice of the bookkeeper, "Of course my lady. I will give you the time you need."
He figured that his mother had come into the room looking for something specific, whenever he heard her voice, "Sesshomaru?" He knew that voice anywhere... that angelic tone was not hard to miss. He knew that today was his last day of silence with Kagome, so he merely looked up and nodded.
Kirara sat on the celestial's shoulder while glaring at the handsome demon, 'For the love of god, pup, just say hello. I was ordered to be with my mistress whenever the two of you were around one another so that I could report what the two of you talked about.' Lifting his brows, he heard Kagome chuckle, "Be nice Kirara." He had forgotten that she was now well versed with demon tongue thanks to her mother, Midoriko and his mother.
Sighing heavily, he then watched as she shrugged at his silence and turned before taking a whole stack of books down from one shelf before going through them and placing them within different categories while also alphabetizing them. It was apparent to him that she also could not stand how the library was so unorganized. He slightly turned his head to see her reaching for a new stack of books that were above her height, causing him to release a gentle sigh before walking to her to help her until her wings spread and she accessed the bookcase with ease.
Once Kagome had the books, she felt a long and sharp fingernail gently poke her thigh, causing her to look down as he held his arms out. Smiling brightly, she handed him the books and he began to organize them into the categories she had made. 'Plants, history, medical practices, combat, English, art, cooking, demons, celestials, humans, romance, science, maps, important documents, misc. She has thought it all through...' Sesshomaru inwardly smiled softly as another stack of books were being handed to him without his knowledge whenever he heard her, "S-Sesshomaru, heavy, please take!"
Shooting his golden orbs up at her, he tried not to, but he chuckled softly as he took the books from the celestial maiden and placed them down before organizing the books the same way she had. Glancing up, he saw the most beautiful smile appear on her face as she handed him another stack of books that he took with ease before sorting them.
Sutekina had been looking for her pups whenever she crossed the library and heard Kagome's plead for help. Looking through the doorway, she then held her breath the moment she heard her son softly chuckle and place his hand over the celestial's hand to take the books from her. It took roughly until dinner time, but they finally had all of the books down and Kagome announced that she would be right back. Rushing out of the room with her wings folded against her back, she then made it to the blacksmith before asking for many small labels.
He happily obliged to the darling celestial's wishes and quickly made what she had asked for. Smiling happily, Kagome gave her thanks as he placed all of the metal labels within her hands. She thanked him, yet he should have been thanking her for the divine protection she had placed over the entire western lands and the people whom lived within the citadel.
Smiling brightly, she then waved as she opened her wings and took off. Reaching the library, Kagome then landed and placed all of the labels down before she began to hammer the templates on all of the bookshelves, one by one, before asking for the first set of books, which Sesshomaru would hand to her. This went on and on until they were finally done. The celestial maiden then took a blank book for the bookkeeper and placed it down on his table.
The bookkeeper finally returned after his dinner and walked inside of the library with widened eyes, "Lady Kagome, you did ALL of this!?" Turning around, she then shook her head lightly, "It was not just me. You should be thanking Sesshomaru too!" The bookkeeper, Zalta, then gave an enormous bow for not even realizing the young master was there as well, "Well, color me impressed you two. I have been trying to organize this place for CENTURIES now! But I must ask, what is this empty book on my desk for?"
Kagome then landed beside Zalta and pointed to the pages, "When someone needs a specific book, you will now be able to find them with ease and write down the title. Once the book is brought back, you can place a checkmark beside it and place the book back where it needs to go! Oh dear... Sesshomaru and I must be going for dinner now, so please, pardon us!"
He had been so enchanted by her that once she mentioned dinner, his golden orbs snapped back into focus as he nodded and left to bathe and get changed for this evenings supper. Apparently, both of his parents wanted to speak to not only him, but to Kagome as well over some important matter.
InuTaisho dreaded going to the library... he could never find anything in that place whenever he needed it. It was almost dinner time, so he could not take forever searching for the parchment that he needed... however, that task was easier said than done. Walking into the clean and organized library, his delicate brow lifted in suspicion as he peered around. Turning his head towards Zalta, he then asked, "Zalta, I am in need of the books on mated celestials and demons." Zalta was so excited that he actually KNEW where this book was as he opened his blank book to write down what was being taken before standing and walking to the specific self.
Using his finger, Zalta skimmed through the alphabetized category before releasing an, "Ah, there it is," before walking back to his lord and handing him the book, "There you go, Lord InuTaisho." Rapidly blinking at this, he then had to ask, "Zalta, you finally got the library cleaned up?" Looking up, Zalta shook his head, "No milord. That was the work of Lady Kagome and the young Lord Sesshomaru. Kirara did help as well." Nodding slightly, he then turned and began walking away with the exact book he had wanted and for once... got it within a timely manner. He had to remember to thank his pups for their hard work.
Sutekina dropped by Kagome's room holding a box filled with many brand new and expensive kimonos before walking inside with a smile on her face, "Hello Kagome, I have brought you some new attire." Blinking rapidly, Kagome then stood up and walked towards her mother before noticing all of the fine silks that she carried. Watching her mother open up her dresser, Sutekina then began to hang each and every outfit up.
Nodding her head in an unsure manner, she then glanced down, "But I did nothing to earn such beautiful trinkets and clothing." Sutekina instantly began to bubble with laughter, "Must I need a reason to spoil my pup?" Kagome gave a slight frown, "No, I suppose you do not." In all honesty, she was just not accustomed to wearing such clothing. She was usually wearing one of her training attires that you could move freely within.
Pulling out a dark blue kimono that held an arrangement of finely stitched stars sprinkling the bottom and all the way up to the middle of her back where a crescent moon had been placed. Sutekina watched her pup's amazed facial expression and knew she was pleased before the two bathed. Once done, the two toweled off and Sutekina helped Kagome get dressed before sitting her pup down to do her hair. Looking at the mass amounts of black locks that her pup held, she then got to work by twisting her long locks into a bun before pulling a few of the strands out to notice that they had curled.
Grabbing a beautiful hair piece that had dangling linked stars that connected to the single jeweled crescent moon, Sutekina then slid it into her pup's messy bun. Turning her pup around, she then pinned a portion of her bangs to the side to show the crescent moon and the high ranking celestial marks, making the celestial's face instantly gaze down. Sutekina then frowned slightly, "Kagome, do not be ashamed of the marks on your forehead. Wear them proudly. Now then, let us go and eat before your father becomes impatient!"
Kagome never realized how long she had actually been here by now. Now that she thought about it... she had been here for almost a year now. She continued to think until they reached the doors to the dining hall and heard her mother speak, "My pup, raise your head and walk in with pride." Nodding her head to her mother, the celestial maiden then rolled her shoulders slightly to relax her body before lifting her head as two guards opened the dining hall's doors.
InuTaisho, Sesshomaru, and Inuyasha all looked up once the doors opened. All the angelic being could hear were multiple breath hitches and instantly became self-conscious over how she looked until Inuyasha instantly bellowed, "Kagome you look so BEAUTIFUL!" InuTaisho could only chuckle softly at his son's words and instantly challenged him, "Yes, well, I for one think you look THE most beautiful!" Inuyasha huffed heavily and frantically shook his head, "No way father! You're already mated to MOTHER! You CAN'T have Kagome too! One day, I am going to mate Kagome!"
InuTaisho snickered softly, "Ah, tis true. I am mated to your mother, but I still believe more than you that Kagome is beautiful." Sesshomaru could only stare with a longing within his golden orbs until he muttered softly, "Exquisite..." Everyone then turned their attention to the look in Sesshomaru's golden hues, causing the celestial maiden to blush heavily as she spoke, "Thank you for such kind words, but I am simply unworthy of such praise."
Sesshomaru then stood and pulled out Kagome's chair and lightly pushed her in once she had been seated before moving around the table to take his seat that was directly across from this beautiful angel. Once Sutekina had been pushed into the table and InuTaisho took the first bite of the meal, they all began to slowly savor their food.
Once the meal had officially begun, InuTaisho slightly cleared his throat, "Sesshomaru, Kagome, tomorrow suitors will be showing up at the castle at morning's first light for the both of you. I expect to only hear agreements for both of your participations tomorrow." Sutekina looked down at her food and swallowed heavily. Sesshomaru's orbs snapped towards his father and was about to put up a fight until Kagome's soft tone was released, "I understand, father. I will be sure to not tarnish our honorable family's name."
Apparently this was the role she was destined to play. To never be loved by a man that truly sees her for who she is and not just some military asset. If that was her destiny, then she would stop running from it and behave like the matriarch that she had been brought up to be for an entire year now.
The beautiful angel refused to even look in Sesshomaru's eyes now. InuTaisho noticed this and slightly cleared his throat, "Very good Kagome. However, there is no need to prove yourself. You are a celestial that has been unwillingly thrown into a den of demons, yet you stay. I am going to give you a glimmer of hope though." Pausing eating, the celestial then softly replied, "There is no need for that, father. I will behave accordingly. I have already read about the courting ritual, if I am to beat every male there, then I have the choice to court and mate no one. I do thank you for your concerns though."
This hurt InuTaisho more than Kagome would have ever thought, yet she figured it out anyway, "Father, please do not feel so distressed with so many men coming to court me. I will not go down so easily to be tamed by the likes of those whom are vastly weaker than I. Place your mind at ease and find your peace with it."
All too suddenly, InuTaisho slammed his hands upon the table, startling everyone except Kagome and Sesshomaru. Looking towards his pup, he took a sharp breath in to calm his nerves... yet they would not. Slowly, Kagome placed her utensils down before standing gracefully and making her way towards InuTaisho before wrapping her arms around his head to bring him close, "Father... it is unbecoming of you to show such weakness. Please, do not shed tears for the likes of me..."
Her words cut deeper than any knife or sword as he abruptly stood and wrapped his arms around her small frame and lowered his face into the base of her neck as he choked out, "I will be breaking my promise... AGAIN! I must raise you!" Kagome's light blue eyes turned grey with sorrow as tears filled her eyes, "Allow me to heal what is hurting, father..." He abruptly shook his head as tears cascaded onto his sweet little celestial's neck, yet she was far too hard headed to listen as she softly spoke, "Father, calm yourself and allow the warmth and joy that lies within your soul to emerge." No one noticed, but the celestial's hands were softly glowing as she ran her hands through InuTaisho's long locks.
Once dinner came to a conclusion, Sesshomaru walked outside and transformed into his true form before taking to the skies above. He passed through the barrier and released a heartbreaking howl for all of the lands to hear. The moment that howl was released, Kagome had changed into one of her outfits to workout in and slightly turned her head towards her window with a frown before mumbling, "Sesshomaru..." She refused to leave him to suffer alone.
Walking out to the balcony now, Kagome stood there before her wings opened up before Kirara spoke out, 'No Kagome. You know the rules, you two cannot be alone together until tomorrow!' Kagome slightly turned her head so that she peered at the fire feline with a single sapphire orb, 'Kirara, please... tell no one.' Kirara released a soft growl, 'You know that I cannot do that!' The celestial then flared her immense aura around her, 'YOU WILL DO AS YOUR MISTRESS COMMANDS!' Kirara huffed softly before curling up on her mistress's bed, 'Do as you wish, my mistress.'
With the fire feline's blessing, Kagome looked towards the barrier and since she made it, easily made a hole that would not alarm InuTaisho as to what she was doing. Darting through the hole, she then flew fast towards Sesshomaru's aura. What she saw though, broke her heart. Sesshomaru's true form laid within the air with the most miserable look upon his face.
Concealing her presence, the celestial then flew in Sesshomaru's blind spot before scowling and angrily shot her hand out to clasp it tightly around a single fluffy ear; causing Sesshomaru to yelp and whine softly while trying to pull out of her angered hold on him. "You REALLY have some nerve!" Kagome finally growled at the man before her.
The moment he heard this angel's tone, he internally flinched. Whatever he was feeling... death would be a better choice... so he did the unthinkable. Transforming back into his humanoid appearance and using none of his powers to keep him afloat, Sesshomaru began to plummet towards the earth. Kagome's eyes widened before she darted after him and took hold of his torso within her arms. Slowly, the two spun in gentle circles as she pressed her face to his chest while her arms trembled lightly, "D-Don't scare me like that you I-IDIOT!"
Tears began to flow down her face to soak the front of his kimono. As shocked as he was, he could not allow for this angel to get too close to such a dark individual as himself. Yet... he froze the moment she looked up at him and spoke something so familiar to him, "Sesshomaru... please come back home..." Unable to formulate a sentence with such a clouded mind, he slowly brought his shaky hands up to take Kagome's face within his large palms and tilted her face up to him before leaning his towering form over and gently brushed his lips against her own, "For you... anything..."
Morning came quickly as servants rushed about the entire citadel to prepare everything to the absolute perfection. Sutekina knocked on Kagome's door before letting herself in, only to see the celestial maiden with a few outfits laid across her bed, not knowing which to pick. Chuckling softly, Sutekina walked to the dresser while thinking, 'She must be so nervous that she forgot what she has to wear is nothing more than see-through white silk to show her purity. Of course though, I made a few arrangements to make it look slightly different.'
Pulling the attire she spoke of out, she then noticed her pup had already bathed and her hair was already pinned up in a high ponytail with a lovely hairpin that held dangling diamonds with a silver bell. Looking at her pup, she then gave a gentle sigh, "Pup, we must get you ready for your suitors. Everyone that has come to the castle awaits your presence." Glancing up, the celestial gave a nervous face, "Mother, MUST I swear something that is SEE-THROUGH!?"
Sutekina gave a chipper bark, "I am sorry my dear, but rules are rules!" Kagome's face flushed to the point that her ears burned slightly. Giving up the fight, she allowed her mother to dress her, yet noticed almost instantly the silver patterns of cherry blossoms scattered across the fine lace. Giving a puzzled expression, Sutekina then winked, making Kagome giggle as the attire was placed on her flawless body. Once dressed in the proper attire, Kagome sat down as her wings folded tightly against her back while her mother took the silver ribbon with a silver bell laced through it and tied it to her ankle.
"Now, I think your hair would look better down, yet half of it pulled up with that pin." Sutekina voiced as she undid her pup's hair to allow it to cascade down her back before pinning half of it up tastefully so that it still blended in with her, now, knee length locks. Kagome now understood what her mother was doing for her... she was letting her... CHEAT! Kagome began to laugh almost hysterically, "Mother, you are breaking tradition!" Sutekina's orbs shimmered ever-so-slightly with defiance, "Well, now that you put it that way, I suppose I am!" Mother and daughter laughed together and began to speak until all suitors arrived.
In the entrance to the castle stood InuTaisho, Sesshomaru, and Inuyasha to formally greet all of the guests that were to arrive. Sniffing the air, InuTaisho had to hold back a growl as the ruling black panther demons of the south approached with the leader, Nekokami, along with his daughter, Nekokimi, and his two sons, Nekokazu and Nekorah. Stopping at the front door, Nekokami smirked at InuTaisho, "Ruler of the west, InuTaisho, it's good to see you once again on such a joyous occasion." InuTaisho gave a firm nod, "You as well, Nekokami."
All were aware that Nekokami was wanting nothing more than to govern over the western lands. He didn't exactly make it a subtle claim. Nekokami then cleared his throat for his daughter to approach. She was a beautiful demoness with medium length black hair that honed a single dark blue streak through it. Her tail flicked about playfully as she smiled before bowing, "I bid thee a good morning, Lord InuTaisho, Lord Sesshomaru, and young Lord Inuyasha."
InuTaisho merely nodded and held a single hand that pointed towards the banquet hall, "Lady Nekokimi, it is wonderful to see you again. If you will, please wait in in the banquet hall." Nodding her head, she then gracefully made her way to the banquet hall. Nekokami then presented his two sons, whom InuTaisho knew of very well. Nekokazu, the eldest, was a reckless fighter and would not make a good life for his precious little angel... but the younger son, Nekorah, was handsome, smart, fast, and calculating. He might be a better choice for his angel.
Nekokami then smiled, "I present my two sons with your blessing to court the celestial maiden you have within your home." InuTaisho growled slightly, "She is not just any guest, Nekokami. She represents the Crescent Moon Clan just as well as any of us do. You will show her the utmost respect as one of my pups." Nekokami purred in delight, "Well, how enticing. A celestial... tamed by demons..."
InuTaisho was gripping his fists tightly at that point before he forced himself to relax, "Please, go and join your daughter in the banquet hall." They gave their bows before Nekorah gave a sly smirk towards the heir to the west and muttered softly, "Do not fret, Sesshomaru, I will gladly take that kitten off of your hands..." Inuyasha then wrapped his tail around his elder brother's to keep him from going ballistic.
The ruling wolf demons of the north then appeared with his son and daughter, "My, my, just as unlikeable as ever. Do you not agree my lord?" InuTaisho then chuckled, "Oh, you know how proud those black panthers can be. Welcome, Koyame." Koyame chuckled in return as he bowed, "I present to you, my son and daughter. Koga and Ayame." Sesshomaru almost released a growl due to the way that Ayame consistently smelled of many different men on her entire body, yet Koga was no better with how he carried the scents of many different females.
InuTaisho was no fool, he knew that Koyame's children loved to mess around with other people, mated or not. Koga was most definitely handsome and cunning, but what did he honestly have to offer his pup? Betrayal? InuTaisho would think not. Ayame, while she was beautiful and smart, did not hold anyone for too long before moving on to the next victim of her false claims of undying love just to get what she wanted.
Having to force a believable smile, InuTaisho then motioned to the banquet room before Koyame stopped and looked at his old friend, "So, I must ask... is it true that the celestial's beauty is divine?" There was no mistake to InuTaisho that the word had been spreading extremely fast about his pup considering he released a heavy sigh, "I suppose you will have to bare witness her beauty with your own eyes to come to a verdict." Chuckling, Koyame nodded his head as he lead his children into the banquet hall.
Now came the real trouble... the ruling dog demons of the east and the other half of the Crescent Moon Clan. His younger brother, InuTaizu, approached with a sly smirk on his face, "Ah, brother, how have you been?" The dog demons of the east were nothing but all brawn and no brain. Having a conversation with his little angel would pose a threat to their poor tiny brains. Smiling softly, InuTaisho then placed a hand on his brother's shoulder, "Welcome, brother. I have fared quite harmoniously. I have to ask though, how have you fared?"
InuTaizu tried to sort all of the big words just spoken to him before replying, "I've been doing a little bit of this and a little bit of that." InuTaisho chuckled dryly. While growing up, the two brothers were constantly called the dog demons of light and dark. This concept began whenever his younger brother was born adorning the black hair that their mother held, along with the black markings that she carried; but his eyes were the same golden coloration as his own.
InuTaisho then noticed that his brother had brought his daughter, 'He honestly expects me to allow a mating between family members!? Inbreeding will only make our family line WEAK! I will not allow this!' InuTaisho could only smile at his niece, "Welcome Kaiya, my darling niece!" Kaiya was loved by many for being one of the few women in the east actually having brawn AND brain. Kaiya smiled sweetly, "I thank you, uncle InuTaisho, for extending your hand to the east." He could not help it, his niece was a prized jewel in his eyes.
Turning her head towards her cousin, Kaiya then smiled softly, "Hello Sesshomaru and Inuyasha. It is so wonderful to see that you both are in very good health." Inuyasha then ran out and jumped into his cousin's arms, "KAIYA! Are you here to see if you can mate with the evil dark lord!?" His nickname for his elder brother had her laughing softly, "Well, it is what father desires. I am merely a woman and as such, am bound to my duties to my family by pupping a male heir."
Inuyasha then scrunched up his face, "But that's so GROSS!" Kaiya chuckled softly at this, "Yes, I do suppose it is a tad odd, is it not?" InuTaizu then cleared his throat, effectively shutting his daughter up before stepping forward, "Brother, about this celestial maiden, is she beautiful enough for one of my sons? Will she honor and respect them as a woman should? What I suppose should be said is, will she be tamable?" InuTaisho instantly looked up to the heavens and blew his bangs up, "I would love nothing more than to say yes, but you know as well as I do that celestials are hard ones to tame."
InuTaizu nodded his head before presenting his sons, InuTaisho's nephews. InuTaisho did not like the looks in one of their eyes, "Gekido, Ikari, welcome my nephews." Gekido released a slight scoff and glanced away from his uncle. He should have seen that one coming, Gekido had one hell of a bad temper on him. However, Ikari, despite his name meaning wrath, took mostly after his mother and had a very gentle and loving nature that his father despised.
Bowing towards his uncle, Ikari gave a gentle smile, "Hello uncle InuTaisho." Despite neither InuTaizu, nor his mate having silver hair, Ikari came out looking almost identical to Sesshomaru. In other words, his genetics took after InuTaisho instead of his own father. Holding back a growl as his son erected his body, InuTaizu then forced a smile, "I suppose we will head into the banquet hall now." InuTaisho already knew that Ikari was about to be scolded harshly, but he could not interfere with it.
Sesshomaru then stopped Ikari, "Ikari, it's good to see you again after so long. Why not stand with us for a while to talk?" Ikari then gave a smile as Sesshomaru felt as if he were staring at a happier living mirror of himself. Ikari then gave a slight bow, "If that is what you wish." InuTaisho felt dumbfounded... why hadn't he thought of that?
More and more lesser demon lords then piled through as Sesshomaru and Ikari spoke. Inuyasha had decided to go with Kaiya so that he could talk to her for a while, so it was just InuTaisho, Sesshomaru, and Ikari. Once the final guest arrived and showed their suitors, Ikari sweat dropped as he looked at his cousin, "How do you stand here for so long and not get bored?" Sesshomaru smirked slightly, "The trick is to have someone you actually like speaking to around." Ikari barked a chipper laugh as InuTaisho then closed the doors and made his way to the banquet hall with his son and nephew in tow while speaking to his mate, 'Mate, it is time to present Kagome.'
"Kagome, it is time." Sutekina spoke to the nervous celestial pup. Kagome then held her head high and released a a calming breath, "I am ready mother." Nodding her head, she then lead Kagome to the banquet hall. Just as they arrived, Sutekina then smiled tenderly, "Deep breath, my pup." Kagome did as she was told and closed her eyes momentarily, only to feel a male arm replacing her mother's.
Opening her sapphire orbs, the celestial pup then gave her father a tight hug, "I will make you proud... daddy..." InuTaisho got a little choked up at this point, yet allowed Kagome's calming aura to relax his muscles. Nodding his head to the guards, they then opened the doors to the banquet hall. Kagome closed her eyes and held onto her father as he walked her and Sutekina inside. Everyone looked at this celestial's body in awe. She had the most pure aura any had ever witnessed within their entire lives.
InuTaisho then smiled brightly, "Everyone who has come, I thank you. Right here and now, I present my celestial pup, Kagome." Kagome then opened her eyes for all to become bewitched by the sparkling sapphires that she called her eyes. InuTaisho then took a step back from his pup as she spoke tenderly, "My name is Kagome, daughter of the highest ranking celestial maiden, Midoriko. Once my mother passed, I hadn't known her will and wandered around without knowing what I truly was until Lord InuTaisho found me."
Taking a deep breath, the celestial maiden continued, "My mother only trusted Lord InuTaisho with her will concerning myself, so here I now stand upon all suitors as female beta of the Crescent Moon Clan and I ask all suitors, why do you wish me for a mate? Ask yourself this very same question before you come and present yourself to me. Also... may the blessings of the divine light protect you all and give you love where it is needed..." Kagome then opened her wings and pressed the palm of her hand to her lips before blowing a kiss of shining particles to all newcomers.
Everyone felt the warmth and love that this celestial carried as she walked to stand by her father and whispered, "Did I do okay father...?" InuTaisho chuckled softly, "You did wonderful dear... but what happened to daddy?" Kagome turned bright red and huffed, "Well EXCUSE me, daddy!" InuTaisho barked a laugh as he began to lead his little angel through the crowd of suitors, stopping every so often to conduct business with other lands until Kagome overheard someone talking in that of another language that she was fluent in... German.
"I'm going to try to sell these stones to InuTaisho for triple the price. They look so much like diamonds and InuTaisho is known to be a fool for lavish things without actually checking the quality," a lesser lord smirked to another lesser lord that cocked an eyebrow, "And if you are wrong, then you have to pull your son out of the running for Lady Kagome's mating and you will have to give whatever Lord InuTaisho asks from you for free." The demonic men then made the deal towards one another as the male walked up to InuTaisho.
Smiling as if conducting nothing more than a business transaction, he then spoke with a thick accent, "Lord InuTaisho, I have these rare gems that I thought would be lovely for either your wife or your little angelic pup here." Handing a gem over, InuTaisho took it within his hand, yet Kagome smiled softly, "May I, father?" Nodding his head, he placed the gem within her delicate hands as she inspected it.
Looking up at the leach of a demon, the celestial maiden then grinned, "Du musst denken, dass mein Vater ein Narr ist, aber ich bin jemand, den du nie täuschen kannst, mein Herr. Jetzt, da Ihre Transaktion durchgefallen ist und Sie die Wette verloren haben, erwarten wir die qualitativ hochwertigsten Diamanten kostenlos." InuTaisho then gawked, he didn't know what his precious angel had just said; but from the looks on his face, it appeared as if she had just stolen the remainder of his life span.
The demon then spoke in his own tongue towards the lass, "Du sprichst meine Sprache so fließend! Wie kann ein Engel wissen, wie ich in meiner Sprache sprechen kann? Das ist egal... wie Sie meine Dame wünschen, werde ich alle von höchster Qualität Diamanten liefern, die ich kostenlos liefern." Kagome then bowed respectfully towards the demon that had just tried to scam her father.
Turning and walking away, InuTaisho then had to ask telepathically, 'Kagome, what were the two of you saying?' Kagome then sighed gently as she replied, 'He was trying to make a fool out of you by selling you fake stones that merely look like diamonds. I proceeded to tell him that he could not fool me, nor would he make a fool out of you. I then pressed matters and requested the highest quality of diamonds for free, per his agreement with another lesser lord.' InuTaisho had to hold back a fit of laughter as he guided his smart little pup around.
Seeing his nephew that was the spitting image of Sesshomaru and thinking that it was his son, InuTaisho then smiled at Kagome, "Go to him, Kagome." Nodding her head, she then approached Ikari and took his arm, "Shall we take a walk?" Ikari blushed furiously and instantly had to clear his throat, "I would love to escort you." The moment he witnessed that blush, InuTaisho then realized that this was NOT his son and slightly paled, yet shook his head. Ikari had a loving nature and she would be bound to adore him.
The two slowly walked into the gardens as he smiled gently towards her. Ikari had never seen anyone this beautiful before... be it a demoness, human, or celestial. She was everything he had ever wanted in a mate. Kagome then peered up to see his handsome face and chuckled softly, "Sesshomaru, why are you acting like we have never met before?" This made Ikari freeze before sighing gently, "Lady Kagome, my name is Ikari. I am Sesshomaru's cousin." She then realized that he had the same pain that she had when she was growing up, making her smile apologetically, "Oh, please forgive me Ikari. Please do not address me with such formalities, because I feel very comfortable with you."
Ikari was shocked enough when she did not jump away or glare at him for not telling her right away that he was NOT Sesshomaru. Slowly, she wrapped her arms around his muscular arm and placed her head against his bicep before speaking, "So, is your true form just as adorable?" This made Ikari blush madly, "I-uh-well-um... would you like to see?"
She could sense how fragile his heart was and she smiled softly at him, "Do not force yourself to be uncomfortable on my part, Ikari. For someone with such a gentle heart, you sure do have quite the intimidating name of wrath!" Ikari gave a soft chuckle at this, "Ah, yes. I do suppose it is very perplexing. Compared to my cousin, whom has the nickname of "The Killing Perfection", I have no grand titles... I am simply just... me." She never knew Sesshomaru was known as the killing perfection and it made her think twice about this entire mating process. She didn't mind Ikari's gentle soul so much though.
Making it outside, he then turned towards her and smiled softly before taking her hand and bowing down to press his silky smooth lips against the back of her hand before taking a step back for the space needed and took on his true form. He... was a massive fluffy puppy! The only differences between Sesshomaru and himself were that his ears were pointed upwards instead of hanging around his face and he sported split twin tails instead of just one like Sesshomaru. Kagome took a step forward and he instantly took a step back, as if nervous.
Pausing, she then opened her wings and darted up to his crescent moon baring forehead and made a mental link with him, allowing him to see her traumatized past... and allowing her to see his traumatized past. Tears filled both of their eyes and he instantly nuzzled his fluffy head into her stomach tenderly and released a gentle and soft whine. She then laid on his massive fluffy skull before beginning to cry and spoke to him, 'I finally found someone that I can relate to! Ikari, please... you must stay with me!'
His ears instantly flattened against his skull as he released another whine, 'But how would you ever tell the difference between Sesshomaru and myself...?' She then mumbled something softly, "Light of the heavens, join our souls to become one." Speaking louder now, she then sniffled softly, "Ikari, touch your soul to mine." Nodding his head, he then connected their souls and both felt an immense pressure that had never been felt before.
Chuckling softly, Ikari looked at the angel on the top of his skull, 'Kagome, my heart... it feels so...' - 'Light...' She finished for him and when he transformed back into his humanoid appearance, he slowly dipped his head down to press their lips together. Gently pulling away, he offered her his arm and she tenderly wrapped her arms around his own as they began to walk back to the banquet hall. Ikari then looked at this beautiful celestial and smiled, "Kagome, allow me to protect you." Shocked at this, she looked up and then nodded, "I would appreciate that, Ikari."
Making it back into the banquette hall, they both instantly noticed many displeased faces. Kagome raised her head high and Ikari escorted her to her father. InuTaisho smirked playfully towards his little angel, "Did you have fun with Ikari?" Kagome instantly whacked her father lightly on the arm, "It was NOT like that daddy!" InuTaisho smirked at his gentle nephew playfully, "Ikari, you have a little something on your lips."
Ikari's eyes widened immensely and turned bright red, yet quickly removed the small bits of lipstick from his mouth, "P-Please forgive me, uncle InuTaisho." Sesshomaru finally turned his head and noticed Ikari escorting Kagome around before mentally linking with her, 'Kagome, are you all right? Did something happen between you and my cousin?' The darling little angel gained a frustrated look, 'No! He's just my personal guard considering you are RATHER busy!' Sesshomaru narrowed his eyes at his cousin dangerously and immediately made a telepathic link with his brother, 'Inuyasha, I have a mission for you. Follow Kagome and Ikari around.'
Inuyasha was in the middle of speaking with his cousin, Kaiya, whenever he heard his brother talking to him. Hearing the word "mission" got him excited, yet the moment he heard of what it entailed, he groaned, 'Why do I need to follow sister around? You are older than me, so you should be doing it!' Sesshomaru gave his little brother a low warning growl and his answer immediately changed, 'Right! Count on me, dark lord!'
It was now time for Kagome's suitors to begin their courting. Nekokazu was the first to approach the celestial maiden. InuTaisho entrusted Ikari with the protection of his precious little angel and he was taking his job seriously. Nekokazu took a deep bow for the celestial before him while licking his lips seductively, "Lady Kagome, I know that we will be perfect together for once simple reason. We will have powerful and healthy pups." Kagome gave this black panther demon one hell of a dry look before sighing, "Is that all?" He nodded his head firmly and she simply fanned him away.
Noticing that he would not leave without a definite YES as an answer, Ikari stepped in front of the celestial before giving a low warning growl. Thinking that this was Sesshomaru, Nekokazu then slowly backed away from the pair. Nekorah then approached, "Lady Kagome, my name is Nekorah. I would like to ask your permission to court you due to the fact that you are smart, beautiful, and cunning. I would love you until the last of our days and show you that you could have anything if you would only submit to my will."
The beautiful celestial slowly blinked her eyes, "Are there anymore lies you are willing to tell me on this night, or do you wish to wait for another night to continue spreading your filth within the home of the Crescent Moon Clan?" Nekorah growled softly and cracked his claws slowly to show her that he was dangerous until Ikari reached for his blade and gave a threatening growl, making the secondary black panther heir slowly back away from the celestial princess.
Koga was next in line and she could already smell how many women he had been with, "YOU WILL BECOME MY WIFE, NO MATTER WHAT!" Kagome released a heavy sigh and shook her head with immense disapproval, causing Ikari to growl immensely and in an all-to threatening tone, yet Koga would not move as he folded his arms, "You will submit to my will, celestial. I hereby mark you as MY woman!" Ikari was growing frustrated with this wolf and his insolent tone. Considering he more or less had the same tone as Sesshomaru, he then growled spitefully, "You dare speak to Kagome in that manner, you insolent whelp!?"
Giving a smirk, the wolf prince then stepped forward, "Oh yes, I dare Lord Sesshomaru! If you wish to have her, it is not possible because I claim her as my own." Ikari's eyes began to shift into a fierce bloody red coloration as Koga's began to do the exact same thing. Neither were backing down at this point until Kagome spoke out, "You are Koga, are you not? You should already know celestials are hard to tame and placing a claim on me, the female beta of the Crescent Moon Clan, is rather insulting. Ikari, please turn towards me." Hearing her words, the mirror image of Sesshomaru then turned to face her as she brought up a single glowing finger before lightly tapping the crescent moon on his forehead.
All too suddenly, Ikari's crescent moon gained a silver lining around it that granted him a small portion of her holy powers. His eyes rapidly blinked in slight confusion as Kagome smiled gently, "As my bodyguard, you must be prepared to fight any battle for me. So I hereby grant you with the powers of the holy light that I hold as my own. Go and honor that holy light that will forever protect you."
Right at that moment, Koga lunged towards Ikari and slashed his arm open, only for him to blink slightly that it did not even hurt and the wound was already closing at a rapid pace. Kagome's eyes then narrowed at the wolf prince, "You dare to try and bring harm to that which protects me!?" Koga then gave a smirk, "I will do anything to have you as my woman!" Ikari then fully stood in front of the little lady as her wings opened, making it seem as if those wings were now connected to the Sesshomaru look-a-like.
All too suddenly, Ikari felt a gentle tap between his shoulder blades and white feathery wings of his own appeared as he pulled out his sword, "You will not TOUCH Kagome! Do you hear me, pup!?" Right as those wings spread, Ikari's full potential was unlocked and released with the added bonus that he now held the powers of a celestial. All of the spells and incantations that Kagome knew now flooded into his mind and he now knew... this was to be his mate for life.
Glaring at the wolf prince with blood red orbs, he then rammed his sword back into his sheath and held his hand in front of him to begin a spell, yet the celestial behind him placed a single hand on his fisted hand before speaking calmly, "Ikari, to unlock the holy powers that I have given you, you must remain in control of your inner beast..." Taking a deep breath, Ikari forced his inner beast down and his orbs returned to their normal golden coloration before chanting, "With this divine light, I look upon thee with no hatred, nor any ill-intent. Bend to my will and heed my command!"
Just as Koga went in to attack Ikari again, his body froze in place and he snarled hatefully, "WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO ME, YOU DEMON WEARING A CELESTIAL'S SKIN!?" Snorting calmly, Ikari then narrowed his calm orbs at the wolf prince before smirking, "I give the command that you, Koga, will leave Kagome be." His body then turned by itself and then walked away.
InuTaisho watched all of this with amazement. His angelic pup had just forced Ikari's true power to manifest and she selected him to be trusted to hold her power. His pup... trusted his nephew to hold such an immense power of light and dark. This could only mean one thing... she had chosen him.
However, by her choosing Ikari could go wrong very quickly and the truth about him could easily be found out. No one, not even Sesshomaru, knew... that Ikari was his twin brother. Born in the true house of the Crescent Moon Clan, a child of his creation with his mate. He was then convinced by his brother to sell the younger twin to him due to the fact that he would forever grow up with wrath being his only guiding light, knowing fully well that he would never lay claim to the west. Turning his head towards Sutekina, she watched as her orbs filled with tears for the younger twin before rushing out of the room.
InuTaisho then growled softly as he looked towards his son, Ikari, "Ikari, take care of Kagome. I will return shortly." Ikari nodded gently as InuTaisho's eyes widened further once Kagome's high ranking celestial mark appeared in the middle of his forehead between his crescent moon. Snapping around, InuTaisho bolted from the room, only to catch his mate within his arms. "INUTAISHO, I WANT MY SON BACK!" Sutekina sobbed into his chest, knowing what she had allowed had torn their family apart until Kagome had arrived. They had used her as a substitution for Ikari's absence.
Kagome watched as her mother and then father bolted from the room and took Ikari's hand before following after them. Stopping at the corner of the hallway, the celestial maiden's eyes widened immensely the moment she heard what her mother had said before peering up at Ikari's shocked face. Sapphire blue orbs then saddened, she knew all too well that her "uncle" was to blame for this now. Grabbing his new-found wings, she then yanked his towering form down, causing him to yelp before the angel took hold of the new found demonic angel tightly within her arms.
The yelp had been heard by both InuTaisho and Sutekina as they both rushed around the corner to witness Kagome crying in Ikari's neck as tears flowed down his shocked face. Sutekina no longer cared about what her brother-in-law wanted as she opened her arms, "Ikari... my son... come to your mother..."
Ikari roughly blinked as more tears slid down his face, "M-Mother...?" Sutekina nodded gently and Kagome slowly released him before walking around him and touched in-between his shoulder blades to make his wings disappear. Slowly he walked forward and stepped into his mother's hold on him as she cried softly, "My sweet pup, you have grown up far too long without me caring for you as a mother should. I can no longer bare it that you are not within my home! Come home, please!"
Kagome frowned heavily and peered to the ground. This was cruel... they sold their own son off and it was too much for her to handle. It was her old family all over again. A sharp pain then crossed where her angel wings were and she fell to her knees gasping for air before the pain intensified and she screamed in agony. Ikari snapped towards the celestial that was now in great pain and rushed to her side, "Kagome!? Where does it hurt!?" She couldn't answer as she gritted her teeth tightly.
Suddenly Midoriko appeared with a mortified facial expression, "This cannot be!" InuTaisho looked at his deceased friend as she landed and pulled the back of her daughter's attire down to show her shoulder blades, only for all to witness a pair of white angel wing tattoos slowly appear on either sides of her shoulder blades. Midoriko knew what this meant all too well as she looked at her two alive friends, "Kagome has become the supreme deity... the ruler of all celestials..."
Ikari suddenly cried out in pain as well and fell to his knees, causing Midoriko to snap her head his way before pulling down the back of his attire to notice the black winged tattoo that matched her daughter's before gulping, "That isn't all... she has chosen her life mate... Ikari, alongside with my daughter... you have become the supreme ruler for the demon kind. Once my daughter awoke your dormant powers and connected your souls together, you two... became mated. The way a celestial chooses a mate is far different from how demons choose mates, yet in many ways it is very similar. However, once the most powerful celestial chooses their mate, they are branded with the white angel wing insignia."
Opening a singular golden orb, a pain then shot across his forehead where his high ranking celestial mark had appeared. Midoriko then became shocked, "H-How is this possible..." Both InuTaisho and Sutekina were now confused and baffled as Midoriko continued, "Ikari has officially become... a high ranking celestial. InuTaisho, Sutekina, you must have him return to your home permanently so that Kagome can teach him how to control this power! If not, the power of light that he now holds could kill him!"
Both nodded quickly as Sutekina picked her celestial pup within her hold while InuTaisho picked Ikari up before taking them into Kagome's room and lying the two down beside one another. InuTaisho then narrowed his golden orbs, "I will go and inform my brother that we will be taking our child back and that he is now bound to Kagome, therefore he cannot leave the castle."
Midoriko then shook her head, "That will not work InuTaisho, you already know this. InuTaizu must not be told the first part, but the second part he might believe. Only tell him that he has made a pact with my daughter and his sacred duty now lies only with Kagome, therefore... he cannot leave the castle. Nothing more. Speak to no one about the mating, understood!?" InuTaisho nodded his head abruptly before standing and leaving with Sutekina.
Gekido had been waiting for a lengthy period of time to make his case to the celestial maiden and was growing highly impatient. He wouldn't love the bitch at all, this he already knew. She would only be good for giving birth to half demonic and half celestial heirs. Just as he was about to go on a bloody rampage, InuTaisho slammed the banquet hall doors open before clearing his throat, "It appears that our dearest celestial pup has fallen ill. My mate and I would like to send our most humble apologies to all that have come as a suitor."
Sesshomaru's shoulders were killing him for some unknown reason as he then felt a jabbing pain that had him taking labored breaths. Midoriko then spoke within InuTaisho's mind, 'InuTaisho, it is Sesshomaru. He can feel his twin's pain. He might be marked as well, so be careful.' Well now, wasn't this day just getting better and better...?
As people began to exit the banquet hall, InuTaisho then grasped InuTaizu and pulled him to the side, "InuTaizu, Ikari has made a sacred pact with the descendant of Midoriko and now has a sacred duty that is bound to her and her alone. Due to this sacred pact, he cannot return to the east. He is forever bound to protect my angelic pup." Scowling at his older brother, InuTaizu then released a scoff, "As if I would believe a story such as that. Where is my son?" Sutekina then scowled, "Do not forget InuTaizu, I gave birth to him and even named him... making Ikari, MY pup. If I wish for him to come back home and he wishes to stay to protect my celestial pup, then you have no right to interfere with his wishes."
Growling softly, InuTaizu knew fully well that Sutekina had been correct but wouldn't take no for an answer, "So, you wish for the younger of your twins, twin to the killing perfection, to have no rights to the western domain? You wish for him to become sour and filled with hatred!?" Sutekina then growled hatefully, "That will not be necessary! Since they are twins they have equal chances to become the lord of the lands! They also have the choice to rule together with the next Lady of the West!" It was the half-truth, but she could not reveal any other details.
Snapping towards the door to exit, InuTaizu then growled spitefully, "Just you wait... this is far from over. My mate will become alarmingly distressed the moment I return to the east without Ikari." Sutekina nodded lightly, "I am well aware. I will send word to her right away so that she is not too alarmed. We will treat him very well InuTaizu, there is no need for you to fret." With that, InuTaizu then growled at his heir, Gekido, "Let us return to the east, NOW."
Once everyone had left the castle, Sesshomaru then approached his mother and father, "Mother, father... cousin Ikari is going to be staying with us now?" InuTaisho then glanced down, "Son, come with me to the study. Your mother and I will explain everything to the best of our capabilities." Nodding, he followed his parents silently until reaching the study.
All three entered and InuTaisho squared his shoulders, "Sesshomaru, long ago when your mother was pupped with you, there was more to it." Sesshomaru lifted his eyebrow as the great dog demon continued to speak, "There were two children. Your mother gave birth to you first, making you the eldest... and shortly after... Ikari was born. Your uncle found this to be a golden opportunity and fooled us by saying that Ikari would grow up full of wrath considering he was the younger twin. At the time, we didn't even think about the rules for as to how many could rule the lands. We had forgotten one of the most basic of rules... can you tell me that rule, son?"
Sesshomaru sternly nodded his head, "Yes sir. Within a royal bloodline, if male twins are the first to be born then they can either challenge one another for the position to lead, or the two brothers can make a compromise and split their responsibilities to allow both twins to govern the lands." InuTaisho then gave a firm nod, "Correct. We were so blinded by this and did not even think about the rules for positions of power before your uncle had us completely blinded. We then hesitantly handed Ikari over to your uncle for him to raise. However, he has now come home for good."
Sesshomaru appeared completely shocked by this as he grit his teeth tightly, "So... you are telling me all of those times that I thought I was staring into a living mirror of myself and continuously told myself that it was just a coincidence considering we are of the same bloodline was a not the truth!? All of those times they came for family dinners and you both had that longing look towards him was because he is my TWIN!? THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!"
Sutekina began to tremble slightly as tears began to roll down her face, "My beloved pup, please forgive us..." His mother was one of his greatest weaknesses and he tightly balled his fists before releasing a breath, "I am upset, but... you have made valid points within all of your statements. Where is Ikari now I wish to speak with him."
InuTaisho then coughed roughly and slammed his fist against his chest. This was something he did not want to discuss with his son due to the fact that he knew how attached Sesshomaru was to Kagome. Even when the two did not speak to one another, it was almost as if their eyes did all of the talking for them. Sutekina then sighed heavily. She had lied to her son for centuries and was not about to give him a reason to not speak to her ever again, "Ikari is with Kagome. He has been branded with the insignia of the ruling celestial king that governs over the demon race as a whole. Even your father and I have to listen to what he says and obey what orders have been given."
They thought Ikari would have become sour... yet, Sesshomaru was the one standing there with one hell of a scary look on his face, "One more question..." They both gave him their full attention before he turned around and slightly pulled his kimono top down to show the same insignia, making their eyes widen as he spoke, "What in the hell is this!?"
Midoriko then appeared and sighed, "It was just as I had feared." Sesshomaru then looked at Midoriko, knowing of who she was and gave a respectful bow before she spoke calmly, "Sesshomaru, I will need you to turn around." Obliging to her wishes, she then placed her hand between his shoulder blades, forcing his full potential to awaken... along with the force of the celestial powers. Angel wings that soon turned pitch black formed, making Midoriko frown, "You have killed far too many of the innocent for your wings to be pure white. Nonetheless, you are about to be in a lot of pain. My daughter will take over your training, but now I sense something is wrong with her."
Everyone's eyes widened as they then rushed to the celestial's room. Ikari was sitting up beside her, looking at her cheeks, wrists, hips, and ankles shift in coloration. Midoriko then froze before reaching the door, "Do not enter. Ikari must figure out what to do with the soul bonding that they have. I can help no more at this point and now I ask for you to trust Ikari to make the correct choice." InuTaisho and Sutekina gave a slight nod and grasped Sesshomaru before dragging him to his room before he collapsed in pain. His pain would not stop until the deal had been sealed.
Ikari watched how Kagome's body pulsed and began to panic. This was going to be his mate and he would not allow for any harm to fall upon her shoulders. Scooping her up within his arms, he then brought his lips to her own. One fourth of Ikari's demonic power was then transferred to her body, yet at the same time, one fourth of Sesshomaru's was then transferred to her body. They did not feel any weaker due to the celestial force within their body now. As a matter of fact, they were still at the peak of their power.
Her pulsing body calmed as Ikari's marks then transferred to Kagome's body, causing her to appear demonic. He knew that she would be able to hide her changed eye color if she so desired, yet... did not know how he even knew in the first place. Slowly, one sapphire orb and one pure golden orb opened to see Ikari holding her within his arms. Smiling softly, she then muttered softly, "There you are, mate..."
Ikari blushed deeply, yet calmed himself enough to stroke her hair tenderly, "I am here, mate..." Blinking rapidly, she then shot up, "Why is there so much darkness inside of me!?" Midoriko then appeared beside her child, "My sweet child, look at your appearance. Ikari temporarily saved you from death by giving you a portion of his demonic power, while Sesshomaru unknowingly gave you a portion as well. You three will be the bridge to all sustaining life within the world."
Slowly standing, the celestial walked to her mirror and placed her fingers below her left eye. Her eyes wide, she could only stare at the fact that her left eye had turned golden. Midoriko waited for it all to sink in before she spoke, "Kagome... you are now mated. However, there is a flip side to this... for whatever reason, should Ikari pass into the next realm, then Sesshomaru will automatically become your next mate with no exceptions. They are biological twins and by being a twin, he gained indirect possession over you as well. However, he will not be able to tame you unless you give him permission, or, Ikari passes."
Ikari then glanced at Midoriko with furrowed eyebrows, "So what you are saying is that if I die, my twin brother will get MY mate!?" Sighing heavily, the former supreme celestial maiden then nodded, "That would seem to be the case." Kagome had been so quiet for so long that they had almost forgotten she was even there until she squealed, "I LOOK SO CUTE!" Midoriko lifted her eyebrows in amusement and chuckled, "That isn't all, focus on your hair and channel your dark energy there." Focusing on the dark energy within her, she then allowed that darkness to take over her hair, turning it silver.
"This looks way cuter on Ikari and Sesshomaru than on the likes of me," the celestial grouched, making Midoriko chuckle softly, "But here is the final thing that I must inform you of before I depart, Kagome. You will now have the use of the corrosive poison that Ikari and Sesshomaru wield and their poisonous whip. You can also transform into, as you call it, a big fluffy puppy." Snapping around with gleaming duo colored orbs, Ikari chuckled, "I will help you with that one, mate. That darkness you are sensing is your newfound inner beast."
Midoriko then gave a loving smile towards Ikari and her daughter, "Now Kagome, once you tame your inner beast, you will be able to conceal your one golden eye if you do not wish for it to show; but until that time... wear it proudly and treat your mate with love and compassion. I must leave now." Kagome smiled softly, "Thank you, mother." Midoriko was about to leave whenever she turned to Ikari, "You know that you must finish the mating process Ikari. Body, heart, and soul."
This had Ikari turn bright red as he nodded, "Y-Yes milady!" Chuckling Midoriko then smiled tenderly, "Now, I am just mother, Ikari. I will be watching, if I need to." Ikari then smiled softly and nodded, "Yes, mother." With that, Midoriko vanished and Kagome pounced on Ikari, now hyper and happy as she leaned down and pressed her lips to his in a heated kiss.
Their door, wide open, Ikari held up a single finger to pause his mate and once she noticed his finger, he then pointed towards the door where her mother and father stood chuckling. Turning bright red, the celestial then ended up flipping off of the bed in embarrassment, "M-MOMMY! D-DADDY! PRIVACY PLEASE!" Both snickered at her and InuTaisho gave her a wink before closing the door and placing a barrier over it so that only they could enter and exit. On the plus side, no sound could be heard and no indecent scents could be caught within the castle.
All too suddenly, she heard Sutekina skipping down the halls while giggling, "I'm going to be a grandma!" The celestial shook her head and walked towards Ikari before sitting down beside him, "Ikari... I... I don't think we should have children yet." Ikari chuckled softly, "You can't have any children yet. For celestials, there is a certain time that they have to have intercourse to bare children."
Tilting her head like a curious puppy she then lifted an eyebrow, "Oh?" Nodding his head, he then tucked a rogue strand of her hair behind her ear, "Basking in the light of a full moon, a celestial may conceive a pup of their own." Nodding her head, the demonic appearing angel then pushed the Sesshomaru twin to the bed, "Mate, finish the deed..."
Swiftly, he was on top of her body and opened up her transparent kimono before he lavished her neck with tender kisses, allowing his sharp canines to ever-so-gently run across her pulse. Gasping sharply, the angel below him arched into his physically fit form. He then took in her scent as he rubbed his nose against the base of her neck before breathing out, "It has to be at the same time..." Understanding what this meant, she undid his hakamas and slid them down. Giving her a playful smirk, Ikari then began to shower the angelic being's body with kisses.
Ikari was loving the soft touch of her skin beneath his lips and fingertips. She would be his for eternity... and he would take his time showing his undivided attention to each and every inch of her body. He was finally home and he had the mate of his dreams beneath him.
"Mate, you are aware that you have to mark me as well to eternally bind us together, correct?" Ikari tenderly spoke, yet... the way his eyes clouded over showed Kagome that his intentions were not pure, considering he gritted his teeth in frustration. It was almost as if he was currently having an internal struggle with his inner beast... or something else entirely. Finally, she understood... this whole set up was apart of a bigger picture and she had been such a fool to fall for it.
Raising her hand, she roughly slapped Ikari across the face, "HOW DARE YOU TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME! ARE YOU HONESTLY SO HUNGRY FOR YOUR UNCLE'S AFFECTION THAT YOU WOULD HARM MY ALREADY FRAGILE SOUL!?" Placing both of her wrists within his hands and pinning her to the bed, he witnessed her terrified facial expression and how tears began to stream down her face. He had witnessed this part of her past... yes, she was still a pure maiden, but her biological father's vile hands tried to take her purity so many times.
Softly, she muttered so that even his sensitive ears would not hear her. Flicking her wrist, the barrier to her room fell, "Sesshomaru... help me..." She stared at his face, completely terrified as her body began to shake uncontrollably, "Ikari, please stop. I'm begging you! DON'T USE ME FOR YOUR PERSONAL GAIN!" His eyes, which had been clouded over by some sort of devious dark spell began to slowly break until it was reinforced and that was when Sesshomaru kicked the door open and rushed in, pushing his twin off of the woman he truly loved.
The moment he no longer had contact with the angel, the spell was put on pause but was still present for the moment he made contact with her, "I... what happened...?" Kagome's eyes widened as she noticed the spell freeze within Ikari's eyes, as if on standby. Trembling, the celestial being held onto Sesshomaru tightly, "Sesshomaru... he-he didn't know what he was doing. He is under a dark spell..." Snapping his head towards his twin, Sesshomaru instantly bared his fangs, causing Ikari to flinch slightly.
Ignoring the showdown between the brothers, she began to think, 'There is only one person that I can think of that would manipulate his son-err-nephew to do this kind of dirty work. Ikari wasn't even in control of his actions! That means, InuTaizu was the one attempting to... oh gross. I have to make sure that I completely erase the spell.' Glancing up at Sesshomaru baring his fangs and growling towards his twin brother, Kagome reached up and whacked him upside the head, "Knock it off! I need your help completely breaking the possession spell that InuTaizu has on your brother."
Sesshomaru blinked rapidly the moment his sweet angel smacked him upside the head and asked for his help. Nodding his head, he then took his top off and draped it over the angelic female's body. Both then held their hands up as if saying "stop" and chanted at the same time, "Light of the heavens, cleanse this body of malicious intent!"
By the time they were done, Ikari was finally back in control of his own body, "WHOA, WHY ARE YOU NAKED KAGOME!?" Kagome gained a very dry expression on her face, fully knowing that his spirit had been watching and had also been fighting to gain control. Meaning, he KNEW why she was naked. Raising her hand, she then proceeded to whack him upside the head as well. Sighing heavily, she then looked between the two and began to nervously chew her lip, "I... uh... I don't feel like dying, so one of you two has to mate me..."
Ikari instantly began to blush furiously while Sesshomaru smirked playfully at the angel. Kagome sighed as she stood up while holding Sesshomaru's kimono top together, "You two have until sunrise before I die and you lose your full potential as demons, along with the celestial force you both have gained through me. I don't care how you do it, play rock, paper, scissors for all I care." Kagome almost died of laughter the moment the twins tilted their heads like curious puppies and spoke in unison, "What is this rock, paper, scissors you speak of?"
Turning her head, the divine celestial then hollered out, "INUYASHA!" Inuyasha ran as fast as he could before reaching the room and skidding to a halt, "KAGOME! WHAT'S WRONG!?" Chuckling softly, she approached the young demon before giving him a kiss on the cheek, "Be a dear and explain what rock, paper, scissors is to your brothers." Tilting his head, as if confused, he then spoke, "Brothers?" Kagome nodded, "You must not know yet. Ikari here is Sesshomaru's twin brother, not your cousin."
Nodding his head as if completely understanding his "leader's" words, he then saluted, "Leave it to me, sis!" Inuyasha then went into full blown detail as to what this game was and by the end of it, both Sesshomaru and Ikari leaned forward and flicked their little brother's forehead, causing him to stumble backwards with tears in his eyes.
The celestial instantly noticed the tears and rushed to Inuyasha before picking him up and holding his head to her chest while he began to cry. Shooting her head up with a glare at the twins, Kagome then wrapped her wings around Inuyasha to keep him safe. Both of the twins watched her with adoration and affection that was clearly held deep within their eyes. Allowing her wings to fold against her back once more, Kagome slowly lifted Inuyasha's face the moment his tears ran dry and healed his forehead, "All better sweet boy?" Nodding his head gently, Inuyasha then wrapped his arms around Kagome's neck tightly as she kissed his temple, "Come on honey, it is way past your bedtime."
Slowly, Kagome walked out of the room and almost instantly the twin brothers began to have the epic debate of the century over who should have the honor of mating with Kagome. Neither could come to a solid conclusion as to whom would be the lucky male to mate the celestial maiden, so, they played her silly game to find a victor.
InuTaizu smirked while in control of the great dog demon's second born twin to have his way with the angel. If all went according to plan, then no matter the outcome, she would become HIS new mate. He could feel Ikari's soul struggling with his the moment his body was pinning her down and he witnessed her fear and anxiety, 'UNCLE, STOP IT ALREADY! SHE'S ALREADY BEEN THROUGH ENOUGH WITHIN HER LIFE!'
Growling at his new title, he then internally barked, 'SHUT UP, YOU UNGRATEFUL BASTARD! I WILL HAVE THIS CELESTIAL AS MY NEW MATE AND YOU CANNOT STOP ME!' Ikari's soul continued to cry out as he watched his body being used to bring Kagome harm, 'STOP IT, SHE'S HAD ENOUGH! SHE'S ALREADY TERRIFIED! THIS IS NO WAY TO GAIN A MATE! I HATE YOU, YOU SICK BASTARD! Well, well... would you look at that. I never want to see your face ever again, dog demon of darkness. I hope you rot in hell.' With that, the spell was erased and InuTaizu began to heave angrily before snapping his head towards his terrified daughter, "Oh, Kaiya dear, I need your help."
Back in the palace, the sweet angel tucked Inuyasha in and read him a story until his eyelids fluttered before fully closing. Standing up, Kagome made her way back to her room and watched Sesshomaru's pissed off face as his twin held a smirk of victory. Blinking softly, she entered her room and cleared her throat. Sesshomaru refused to look at her as his twin spoke out, "I get the honors of mating you, Kagome."
Hearing teeth grind together, Sesshomaru shot off of the bed with a terrifying expression that made her blood run cold. Brushing by the angel that he dearly loved without saying a word, Kagome frowned softly, "Ikari, give me a moment..." Nodding his head, the celestial then neared Sesshomaru's room before entering without knocking, only to be pinned against the door the moment she closed it behind her.
"Kagome, I have watched you for an entire year... unable to speak to you, unable to show that I gave a damn, and unable to show how much I truly loved you." - "I know Sesshomaru... What? Surprised? I would always see the longing in your eyes to be close to me. I am no fool. Hold on... Sesshomaru! YOUR TAIL SPLIT INTO TWO!" A gentle growl was then released as his two tails wrapped around her body, "And now, here you are... wearing my clothing, sporting my scent, and your desire... all too apparent."
Turning a deep shade of red, the angel huffed, "Well EXCUSE me! You're half NAKED! I'm not stupid though, Sesshomaru. I have read about and done my research over the subject of dog demons and their mates. While most "bitches" will only have one alpha, there have been many cases where the main alpha has made it possible for there to be a beta within the relationship for the protection of the alpha female." An angered growl then escaped his lips, "Do you honestly believe that I want to SHARE you with my twin!?"
Tears finally filled her duo colored orbs and she tilted her head down whenever Midoriko appeared, "Sesshomaru, you must have a double mating with her. If your brother were to die, so would Kagome. However, if both of you mate her and he should perish, your life force would sustain her body and soul. You don't only want to gaze upon her spirit without being able to touch her... or have pups with her, do you?" This made his golden orbs widen immensely as the celestial mother then peered towards her daughter, "You have had a premonition... have you not, Kagome?"
Slowly she nodded her head, not willing to speak of the premonition to Sesshomaru. Releasing a heavy sigh, the first born twin unraveled his tails from the celestial queen and smirked before leaning in close to her face, "Ikari won that silly game... so go to him first. However, I do promise you this. Your mating with me will be far more enjoyable and since I am the elder of the two, I WILL be the alpha." This had the angel's face bleed red as she left the room with her heart slamming against her chest cavity.
All too suddenly, Midoriko walked through the door and spoke to her, "I will go form InuTaisho and Sutekina of what is about to transpire." Nodding her head slowly, Midoriko then smiled softly, "Live my darling..." Kagome's duo colored orbs softened before nodding and releasing a deep breath before entering her room once again.
Ikari glanced up the moment the celestial queen walked through the doors as his heart instantly began to pound furiously within his chest, "Is brother all right...?" Kagome then nodded gently. She needed to tell him about the duo mating they were about to have. Sitting beside Ikari, she released a shaky breath, "Ikari, I have had a premonition that I will be mated to not only you... but to Sesshomaru as well. It is a safety precaution my mother told me to take just incase one of my mate's were to die, I would have another to sustain my life."
The younger of the twins, much like the older of the twins, did not like the idea of having to share his mate with another; but if one of them should die... then her life would be saved and he was more than willing to allow his new found mate to survive if he were to pass into the next realm.
"I'm going to need you to get rid of my brother's scent right now," Ikari huffed playfully. The demonic appearing angel blushed furiously before nodding and removing the top Sesshomaru had given her before lying down on the bed, only for her knee length locks to halo around her small frame. Blowing the candle out, Ikari slowly climbed on top of the beauty before him and released a nervous and shaky breath, only for the angel below him to lean up and capture his lips in a hungry kiss that was full of passion.
Large hands tenderly began to trace up and down her abdomen before coming to a halt at one of her breasts and gently taking it within his hand, causing a gasp to escape from her lips the moment he began to toy with her nipples until it became hard enough for him to take with ease into his mouth. He had no desire to harm her with his fangs, but he did lightly brush them against the hardened peak while his other hand took the liberty of beginning to tease her other nipple to harden it.
Ikari's heart slammed against his chest roughly, yet allowed her aura to soothe and calm him so that he could focus on the task at hand. Now trailing gentle butterfly kisses across her chest, he reached her second nipple and a surge of need came over him as he became a bit more bold and took her second nipple within his mouth and lightly bit down to draw a small bit of blood, only to realize that her blood was white and it sparkled. He had to know what it tasted like. If it tasted as beautiful as it looked, he would allow her to have as many lovers as she wanted as long as she gave him some of her blood as payment.
His inner beasts tried to take control and he cleared his mind before allowing his rough tongue to lick that dot of shimmering blood and instantly felt as if he had died and gone to heaven. Right at that moment, her back arched and the angel released one of the sweetest moans he had ever heard. He hadn't even gone to her sweetest spot and now his curiosity got the better of him as he placed a tender hand on her firm, yet soft, belly to hold her down gently as he slowly kissed down her abdomen.
Parting her legs, he took in a deep breath through his nostrils only to realize that his angel was already moist with desire. Looking at her sacred entrance, he noticed her fluids sparkled as well. He was damn near sure that if he didn't have her celestial force within his body, then this would instantly purify him to dust only to scatter within the wind. The heavenly scent drew him closer as she eagerly pressed her body to his mouth, making him smirk as his tongue lolled out to take in that sweet nectar of the heavens.
His beast went on a rampage the moment he took a large sample of her sweet juices. He watched as she threw her hand to the side to throw up a barrier that would not allow anyone in and no sound could be heard. Her face had gone red from holding her breath for so long and the moment that barrier went up, his angel cried out for him. Blood thirsty orbs watched her intently as her chest began to rapidly rise and fall the more he teased her sacred entrance with his hot, wet appendage.
Kagome felt as if her stomach was going to explode until that coil that was tightly wound up within her belly sprung free and she cried out in ecstasy and arched further. The angel's duo colored orbs were now out of focus as he emerged from his delectable hiding spot and snaked his body up her own, causing her to shiver slightly from the heated skin that was pressed against her own.
The moment he was above her, he calmed his beast for his golden orbs to settle back into place. Slowly, Kagome reached both hands up and cupped Ikari's face within her palms as she whispered, "Beautiful eyes..." His orbs softened instantly before leaning down to her face to give his angel a better look at his tender orbs as his breath brushed tenderly against her lips.
"Are you ready, mate...?" His tone was loving and soft as she stared into those mesmerizing golden orbs. Slowly, she finally nodded as he positioned himself at her holy entrance and eagerly laced her dainty fingers through his own masculine paws. Closing his eyes due to his beast emerging, he then picked up on her gentle tone, "Don't hide your beast from me... be proud of who you are, Ikari..."
Slowly, his crimson orbs with blue irises opened to see that she was obviously allowing her own inner beast to run wild considering her one golden orb had shifted into a bloodthirsty orb with a blue iris, making him chuckle softly before pressing a kiss to the base of the left side of her neck. She released a deep breath and clenched his hands tightly, apparently ready for what pain was to come.
His orbs then narrowed at her shoulder at the base of her neck and right as he pushed into her, breaking her walls, he sunk his fangs into the silky skin at the same time. His angel slammed her orbs shut as tears slid down her cheeks. Soft whimpering could be heard escaping her lips before all sound from her stopped due to her holding her breath and he stilled all movements before moving his long silver locks away from the left side of his neck and shoulder.
"Mate... you must breath," his calming tone projected as she took deep breaths to relax her muscles. As she adjusted to his size, she leaned up slowly and allowed her demonic fangs to grow before piercing the same spot that he had marked her. Kagome's inner beast was in a frenzy due to tasting one of her mate's blood. Allowing her fangs to retract after giving him the mating mark, the two then licked the blood that had a swirling vortex of colors from a dark purple to black and then pure sparkling white, looking like a swirling galaxy of the night sky.
The moment Kagome fell back, her muscles had fully relaxed and Ikari didn't feel like her holy entrance was trying to rid his body of his length, he began to slowly pump inside of her; causing her hands to shoot up as her nails grew and dug into his flesh. The moment the angel noticed blood sliding down his biceps, she gasped sharply and removed her nails. Chuckling softly, Ikari smirked at the celestial queen beneath him, "Worry not mate, a demoness will usually inflict damage to her mate when her virginity is taken. The same could be said about a celestial."
Her sapphire orb and blood red orb with a sapphire iris stared at her mate as he grinned greedily and flipped his mate over to raise her smooth and soft backside up to begin plunging into his angel from behind before reaching one hand out and tightly grasping her long locks to pull her back to his chest as he plunged in hungrily now while smirking and muttering into her ear, "But you will not harm me again, mate..."
Kagome cried out in pleasure as he exited and reentered her body in swift and slick movements. Her whimpering told him that he had now officially tamed his pretty little angel, making him nip at her earlobe as a sign of dominance as he released her long and silky locks as his free hand now snaked around to hold her up by him grasping her breast while teasing her nipple, making her cry out beautifully. Her symphonies of moans were literal music to his ears and he could not get that echo out of his ears as her moans became more loud with each and every thrust into her body.
Feeling his release coming, he stopped all movements as she whimpered softly as if begging for him to continue until he heard Ikari's seductive tone, "Beg me, mate..." Her legs were shaking tremendously from how many times she had now met her release. She didn't want to beg for some reason as she growled softly, showing her defiance. Leaning over her, he once again sunk his fangs into her mating mark, making her cry out before she shakily whimpered, "P-Please mate..."
Smirking at how fast she learned, Ikari then removed his fangs... temporarily. He just had to make sure that she was completely tamed as he growled loudly, "LOUDER, MATE! BEG ME FOR YOUR RELEASE!" Sinking his fangs into her mating mark again, his beautiful angel cried out before whimpering louder, "PLEASE, MATE! BRING ME TO MY RELEASE!"
Satisfied that she was now fully tamed, he pulled out of her, only to flip her body around so that she faced him as he glanced to the side to see that the moon was full. Too far gone in his lust thanks to his inner beast, he lowered her body onto his shaft again as he smirked, "Come for me, mate..." The celestial queen softly whimpered and nodded obediently before raising herself with his hands resting on her hips to help her and himself meet their release. Leaning back slightly, the angel began to ravage his chest and mating mark as he forced her to slam down on him.
The coil within her gut wound up tightly as sweat beaded down both of their bodies sensually. Ikari's inner beast would not waste this chance to pup her as he continued to force her to slam into his manhood as she finally met her release along with him. The two slumped onto one another, panting heavily at the heated moment the two had just had with one another. The moment all of his seed emptied into her, his eye coloration returned to the beautiful golden eye coloration as he looked mortified at the moon. Gasping heavily, Kagome peered up at his face to witness where he was looking as she slowly turned her head... only for her own eyes to widen in shock as well.
A heavy sigh was then released from the demon, "You'd better get to my twin before he becomes impatient for you to return to his side. He will definitely not be happy knowing that you have been pupped by me..." Ikari shot his gaze to the side as if ashamed that he had pupped her whenever he had known that she had not been ready to care for a pup at this moment within her life. It was just as bad as slapping his mate across the face and verbally insulting her.
"Mate...?" The angel spoke softly and looked directly at him. He gritted his teeth slightly before looking in her direction before she gave him one of the most beautiful smiles, "I know that I told you that I didn't want to be pupped... but I am eternally grateful that your inner beast knew better than to listen to my lies."
Ikari looked all too shocked at what his mate had just said to him as he internally fumbled to formulate a sentence. Finally finding the right thing to say, Ikari smiled gently, "I am happy that you feel that way mate... I hope that you will stay with me tonight so that I can protect you and our pup." Kagome gave a gentle nod, "Of course Ikari..." Picking up the shirt Sesshomaru had given to her, she then placed in on before pulling her hair free and allowing it to float down to the back of her knees. With that, the celestial queen exited her room as Ikari growled softly at the fact that his mate was going to be mated with his brother of all people. He had pupped her so that bastard hadn't pupped her to ignore the pup once born.
The moment Kagome exited the room, a slight scowl appeared on her face. She had lied about lying of all things. She was nowhere NEAR ready to be pupped and that put her in one foul mood as she approached Sesshomaru's room. Not knocking, the celestial queen then entered without knocking only for surprise to appear on her face.
There Sesshomaru was... fast asleep. People called her an angel, but this demon looked so much like an angel when he slept. Approaching him, she raised her hand and placed it against his face tenderly while whispering, "Sesshomaru... what do I do...? I didn't want to be pupped, but Ikari pupped me anyway... a-and then I lied to him when I told him that I had lied about not wanting to be pupped!" Tears fell from her eyes, only to slide down her silk based cheeks.
Sesshomaru had been asleep until he felt that gentle touch to his face. Keeping his eyes closed, the demon listened to what his angel had to say and immediately became angered at his younger twin brother. If Kagome had voiced her opinion about not wanting to be pupped, he should have honored that... no matter how much his inner beast wanted it. It was obvious that he had to get rid of the child. Kagome now had a tolerance for his corrosive poison, but he was sure that the newly planted pup did not.
Her eyes were closed as she cried while gripping the shirt he had given her. Slowly, she fell to her knees and bent over his chest as she broke down. Finally, Sesshomaru's golden orbs opened and he slowly placed a hand over one of the hands she had placed on him, "Kagome... I am capable of getting rid of it..."
Her duo colored orbs snapped open the moment she heard him speaking and looked up at him before biting her lip roughly until her pure white and sparkling blood slid down her chin. He could see how conflicted she was over the entire matter at hand. The fact that she had to harm a living being hurt her heart more than she could ever imagine. Looking into his golden orbs, the celestial maiden then allowed a quivering breath to be released, "I can get rid of it too, but that would go against all of my beliefs to not bring death to any innocent living being!"
Slowly sitting up, his orbs then softened, "Kagome, did you two even speak about what breed the child would be...?" Roughly blinking her duo colored orbs, the distressed angel then shook her head. He then smelled the air, only smelling his brother's semen in the process... yet no child. Even if a female had just been pupped, the pup would have its own unique scent. Smirking, he then pulled her into his bed with him towering over her, "You are not pupped Kagome. Do not cry for something that has not even come to pass. Now, I will ask you and will honor whatever answer you give me... do you wish to be pupped?"
The angel shook her head abruptly and he gave an extremely rare smile, "Very well, MY mate." Pulling his garment that he lent her off of her body, Sesshomaru then cocked a dainty brow, "Kagome...?" Staring into his eyes with a questioning gaze, he then asked, "I can smell that you two had intercourse... but did he formally mate you? I see no mark." His puzzled expression was far too adorable and she slowly nodded, "Yes, we did. In fact... he made sure to bite me three times."
Sesshomaru then released a deep growl filled with hatred, "Kagome, you are to stay in my room until I return." Snapping her head to the side once she noticed it was almost morning time, she then abruptly shook her head quickly, "SESSHOMARU, IT'S ALMOST MORNING!" Quickly turning around to look outside, he quickly swore under his breath before speaking in a panicked tone, "Kagome, we must mate NOW!" Nodding her head in agreement, she removed her clothing and he removed his clothing. Apparently he was already ready to be encased within her sacred light.
Bending down to the bed, he then held her wrists to the bed... yet no fear flashed within her orbs as he softly spoke, "Kagome, my angel... my mate... I love you." The celestial queen's orbs teared up before sliding onto her cheeks, "Sesshomaru, I love you too." He gave another rare smile as he then whispered within her ear seductively, "Kagome... will you be my mate?" The angel flashed a loving smile as her tears of happiness flowed down her face, "Yes!"
"Be ready to bite me at the base of my neck on my right shoulder at the same time, mate," he noted before counting down, "Three, two, one!" Both then bit one another's shoulder as he rammed into her, causing her eyes to widen as a sharp gasp was released. Sesshomaru kept his fangs within her skin for a total of five seconds before leaning away and licking her wound. His inner beast was apparently wanting to show his love for her considering his orbs were blood red and his irises were a vibrant blue coloration. She was no better considering her one golden orb was in its demonic state as well.
"That dunce... he doesn't even know how to do the mating ritual. I could have lost you..." Sesshomaru breathed almost nervously as she licked his wound, only for the mark to be permanent. He then began to ram into her tightness as he threw his hand back to his door to throw up a barrier so that no one could enter, hear, nor smell anything.
Chuckling softly and almost sadly, the elder of the twins then muttered, "What a shame... I barely have any time to play with my new angelic toy." Almost instantly, Kagome's face began to burn brightly as he checked and made sure that her mating mark had stayed on her skin and nodded when it had. He was not gentle, nor subtle with how hard he slammed into her sacred core; causing her to moan loudly. Releasing her wrists, Sesshomaru then picked the celestial queen up and pinned her against his wall as he continued to plunge into his angel's body.
Sharp gasps, along with symphonic moans were almost instantly released as he continued until pulling out at the last second before he met his release, only to ram back into her body as sweat began to bead down both of their skin from how fast he had to be to save her life.
Sharp claws then raked down his back, only for him to growl his displeasure, "Mate, you will NOT harm me again." He spoke in an agitated tone as he pulled out of her, only for him to turn her around and tenderly press the front of her body against the wall before sinking his fangs into their permanent mating mark and keeping his hold on her for another five seconds as she whimpered softly, "Mate, I submit!" Tossing her head against his chest, he purred in satisfaction against her ear as he lifted one of her legs to slowly enter her once more as a sharp gasp exited his mate's lips.
She wanted to look at his beautiful face and struggled against him slightly until she was once again bitten and he commanded in a stern tone, "MATE, YOU WILL ALLOW ME TO PLEASURE YOU! BE STILL!" Suddenly, her body stilled, yet her arms lifted to link around the back of his head, only to tangle her dainty fingers within his long silver locks before whimpering softly, "I understand mate..."
Slowly, he leaned down to her permanent mating mark and tauntingly ran his tongue across it, only for him to continue up her neck before shifting his head to her collarbone and begin gently suckling on the incredibly silky skin. Hearing her moans were a gift to his ears and her scent of desire mixed with her gentle scent of sunlight and freshly ripened peonies was the ultimate payment he could have received from the woman he loved.
Not willing to listen to him any longer, she shifted and the moment his member escaped her warmth, she snapped around and pushed him to the stone floor before sitting on top of his chest like a champion. Leaning over, the angel's demonic fangs pierced his mating mark, causing him to growl in a frustrated manner. However, he allowed her to keep them in for a grand total of five seconds before rolling the two over and biting her mark again, except this time was rough as she cried out in pain, but after five seconds he leaned up and licked her sparkling blood off of his lips sensually before growling out, "Mate... are you done resisting!?"
His celestial queen then gave a snarky smirk before giving a teasing reply, "Maybe so, maybe not. Us celestial's are hard to tame... my love..." His eyes slightly widened at the nickname of love and adoration that she held for him, only for his eyes to soften as he brought a single hand up to brush away the sweaty bangs that now stuck to her beautiful face.
"Kagome... you are being far too stubborn, my dearest..." He gently replied before she leaned up on her forearms, "Celestial... or demon...?" Blinking roughly at her random question, he then replied, "Celestial, why?" She then pushed him back inside of her, "Sesshomaru... pup me..." His eyes slightly widened at the order before growling his disapproval for her ordering him around. Smirking now, he then wiggled his finger in front of her face, "Let us wait, mate. Besides... it is no longer a full moon." He chuckled softly as he motioned his head to his window, only for her to scowl softly at the morning light that rid the world of the full moon.
Leaning up once again for their faces to meet Kagome's lips brushed against his as she whispered, "Very well, mate." With that, the celestial queen then pressed her lips to the lustful demon's lips. He needed her in his life... it was the godforsaken truth. He, Sesshomaru... needed his darling celestial within his life to feel complete. Leaning his head down, he purred his pleasure softly to show his gratitude for her compliance within her ear as he nipped her neck softly, gaining a gentle groan of delight from his precious mate.
Now it was playtime for the elder of the twins considering he pinned her wrists above her head and began to suckle her soft skin, leaving little love bites all over her body in the process. She would only be his and he refused to share her with his twin brother. That plan flew out of the window long ago. One of his split tails began to wander her body, tickling her in the process and making her giggle softly before she whispered, "My pretty fluffy puppy..."
His chest swelled with arrogance as he leaned to her face before his black wings opened up and enclosed the two within their darkness. All too suddenly, the celestial queen cried out at she felt his tongue against her entrance. The more she squirmed, the more he growled against her, sending her pleasurable vibrations up her spine with the added effect of the amount of moisture growing between her thighs.
When Sesshomaru opened his eyes, his golden orbs slightly widened at the fact that she was leaking sparkling juices that trickled down her silky thighs. Purring in satisfaction at how her sacred juices along with her blood, sparkled with a light that had not been tainted by the inner beast that now lurked within her body. Both of his tails wrapped around her ankles to keep his mate from squirming away in the futile attempts to escape, keeping her still as he paid his respects to the shrine in front of his very eyes.
After he had given her a good dose of torture, he used his impeccable speed to appear in front of her face before one of his tails lifted a single one of her slim, yet muscular, legs over his shoulder before shoving into her. The celestial maiden cried out in oh-so obvious pleasure as she grasped his shoulders tightly and with his last push, the both of them came before he pulled out of her and picked his angel up and carried her to his bed.
Both were exhausted at this point as she curled up against his muscular chest, only for his split twin tails to wrap around her to keep his delicate mate warm. A single hand came to rest across his chest as she almost instantly began to take even breaths against him. Wrapping his arms around his mate, Sesshomaru's eyes grew heavy as he smirked the moment he heard the panicked pacing of his twin brother right outside of his door. Tauntingly, he lowered the barrier and instantly buried his face into her long ebony locks to calm his soul to place him within a deep state of sleep.
The moment his twin's barrier fell, Ikari rammed through the door while holding a deep scowl at the peaceful state his mate and older twin brother's face. He had no clue how long they had gone at it to tire them out this much... but upon further inspection, he noticed his mating mark had all but vanished while Sesshomaru's mating mark stained her skin like a putrid corrosive poison. Infuriated, he snapped around and left his twin's chamber before heading back to Kagome's chambers. He had no clue how she was not pupped and he also had no clue as to how his mating mark had simply vanished.
Ikari was well aware of when breakfast time rolled around and it wasn't for a while now. Deciding to get more sleep, he laid down on Kagome's bed as he released a growl of his frustrations that she had not been pupped. It was not only that, it was the fact that HIS mating mark was not present to mirror his brother's mating mark that was still visible and apparently permanent. He would have to question his father about this at a later date and time... if he was even around that is. For now, he allowed sleep to take him over.
Waking up feeling refreshed, the angel attempted to stretch, yet was almost instantly stilled by Sesshomaru's twin tails and a gentle growl. Sighing heavily, the celestial maiden pinched both of her mate's tails roughly to get through all of his thick fur and making them violently retract as the elder of the twin's eyes shot open with a bloody red coloration.
Giving her mate a dry look, Kagome wiggled free from his grasps and stretched, "Hey... mate?" Blinking roughly so that his golden hues settled back into place, Sesshomaru replied, "Is there something wrong?" Not knowing whether to nod or shake her head, she simply just turned and looked at him with a serious facial expression, "Have you noticed that for the past couple of months that father has been vanishing rather abruptly? He tells no one where he is going and he leaves before anyone can follow him."
Glancing down, he sunk one of his sharpened canines into his lip before nodding, "Yes, I have noticed this about father. It is rather unsettling." Grinning at him, Sesshomaru then looked up, "Mate... I know that look in your eyes. Why would you want to follow father around?" Shrugging lightly, Kagome just smiled brightly, "Don't know, but it has to be better than sitting around and waiting for him all day! Hell, do you remember the day we got in trouble for talking to one another and he claimed that he needed to have a serious talk with us, but then he didn't even show up!?"
Sighing heavily, the dog demon nodded as he sat up, "Yes, I remember that day. I didn't think that much of it at the time because he had been doing it so frequently." Frowning slightly now, the celestial maiden then pulled Sesshomaru's top over her body, "Mother has been worried as well... she will never admit to it and just will claim that he is a busy man, but I know that look. I am going to follow father today. He leaves every other day, and today happens to be one of those days!"
He knew he would never be able to persuade her to not go and that made his protective instincts kick in as he stood up, "I will accompany you, mate. Let us see what father has been doing together." Right at that moment Ikari flew in through the door with a happy smile, "Good morning big brother and my mate!" Sesshomaru instantly released a growl, "She is NOT your mate, little brother. Do you even know how the mating ritual works!?"
Ikari glanced down to the side, "I guess I had never thought about it since uncle InuTaizu kept all things mate related away from me." Wrapping his tails protectively around his angel, Sesshomaru then yanked her to his side, "Get out. We must bathe and then get ready for the day. Kagome, if you wish for it, you may move your things into my room." Petting his tails idly, she then nodded in a distracted fashion, "Okay." She needed to know what her father was doing and why he was gone so often rather than not.
Dressed in a pure white dress that reached up to her lower thighs and held an ankle long transparent white dress connected to it that was showered in diamonds that looked like cherry blossoms petals falling hung off of her shoulders and connected around her middle finger while the lace had slits up each side for ease of movement after bathing, Kagome instantly noticed InuTaisho looking around quickly before taking off into the skies. Rushing out without telling Sesshomaru, her wings opened and she kept a good distance away from her father as he sped across the lands until reaching a certain mansion. Slowly, he lowered to the ground as a beautiful princess walked out to greet him and sit beside him.
"Izayoi, how have you been?" InuTaisho asked gently as she smiled softly at him, "I am fine InuTaisho. Today, why not tell me about your family? Do you have any children?" Blowing his bangs up in the air, he then released a soft chuckle, "Oh yes, I do have children. I have a pair of twin brothers, Sesshomaru and Ikari. Another son, Inuyasha. However, my newest addition... is a female celestial pup." Izayoi's brown eyes instantly began to glimmer, "InuTaisho, you know a CELESTIAL!? Oh, how I wish I could meet her!" Kagome began to seethe at how the two were getting so close to one another and her eyes instantly widened the moment she witnessed her father lean in and kiss the human princess.
The celestial maiden flew above the two before suddenly descending and slamming down right in front of the two. InuTaisho's eyes widened immensely the moment he witnessed a furious celestial queen right before him. The angel wings she possessed were folded against her back tightly and shook with anger as she slowly opened her duo colored orbs, "Father... you are such an ASSHOLE!" Well, he might have glossed over the fact that she had a fowl mouth, but that was not the point.
Izayoi did not see the celestial's wings as she abruptly stood up, "Pardon me, young lady! You are trespassing on royal property!" Flicking her duo colored orbs scornfully towards the human princess, the furious angel swiped her hand to the side as her pure white wings spread out, "SILENCE, MORTAL! YOU ARE IN THE PRESENCE OF THE HIGHEST RANKING CELESTIAL QUEEN, THE SUPREME DEITY! KNOW YOUR PLACE!" Well shit, he had forgotten to mention that as well. However, one does not just talk about their children and instantly make the claim such as, "oh yes, my pup is the celestial queen and supreme deity", without being called a liar straight to their face.
Sesshomaru had been looking everywhere for his mate whenever he instantly ceased from all movements due to his body freezing in place once feeling his mate's immeasurable fury and rage. Pinpointing her location was easy enough due to the amount of anger that radiated off of her tiny body at that high of a magnitude, almost like a raging fire that could not be doused so easily. Rushing outside, he then allowed his black wings to extend before shooting off into the skies to head towards her location and slamming down besides her. InuTaisho normally did not feel fear towards his son... but now everything was different thanks to his celestial pup.
Now that two of the highest ranking rulers that reigned supreme over the celestial, demon, and mortal race had appeared, it was more than a little intimidating. No, he had to be completely honest with himself. InuTaisho was actually terrified of the two pups that now stood angrily in front of him. He also knew that Sesshomaru would not be too happy that his own father had just angered his own mate and it was only a matter of time before twin number two showed himself.
Turning towards his mate, he witnessed her furious aura going out of control as her singular golden orb turned blood red and her iris turned a brilliant sapphire coloration. Taking her hand, he then commanded, "Mate, calm yourself this instant before your light is consumed by the darkness." The beautiful angel knew that her mate was correct and took a deep breath for her golden orb to settle back into place.
There had to be a good reason as to why his mate was so furious, yet soon enough... he found out as to why she was so pissed in the first place. The female supreme deity for the celestials, demons, mortals then snarled, "Go ahead and explain your actions to the two of the three current reigning supreme deities that stand before you as to what you have been doing behind mother's back!" InuTaisho instantly got on his knee for his son and daughter before bowing his head in respect, "Supreme deities, I have been coming here to see Lady Izayoi because I am falling in love with her."
Izayoi then scowled, "You two are his children, yet he kneels before you!? He is the ruler of the western lands! Show him respect!" InuTaisho then sucked in a sharp breath, "Izayoi... these are two of the three supreme deities... and not only that. These are two of my pups, so they are well aware that I rule over the western domain. Supreme Kagome, the ruler of the celestials, demons, and mortals. Supreme Sesshomaru, the ruler of the celestials, demons, and mortals."
The feudal princess would hear nothing of the sorts, "That is no excuse for them to not only follow you, but confront you as well!" InuTaisho then snapped his golden orbs back at her, "They have every given RIGHT to confront me!" Sesshomaru was pissed off and the look he now held made Izayoi's blood run cold as he spoke smoothly, "MISTRESS Izayoi, I hereby forbid you to go anywhere NEAR my father, ruler of the western lands, ever again! The same punishment goes for you too, father." Izayoi then paled at the fact that she had just been called a mistress and not princess, "How dare you disrespect my standing as a princess!"
Kagome then narrowed her duo color orbs towards the mistress, "As I said before, mortal, BE SILENT!" Izayoi's face was now turning a deep shade of red from how pissed she was and InuTaisho just hoped that she did not say what he thought she was going to, yet of course, she did, "BUT I AM WITH HIS CHILD!" Right at that moment, Ikari slammed down beside Kagome and folded his arms securely after being caught up with everything that was going on.
InuTaisho then lowered his head further, "This is my other son... Ikari, supreme ruler of celestials, demons, and mortals." Izayoi then scoffed softly, "You expect me to believe-" She was then roughly cut off the moment she noticed the set of twins. Both had the crescent moon with the high ranking celestial mark on their foreheads and both of their crescent moons were outlined in a silver lining. Looking towards the only female, she noticed the same appearance of the crescent moon outlined in silver while also sporting the high ranking celestial mark on her forehead.
Sesshomaru's eye slightly twitched at the comment made at how the mistress was pregnant with a half-breed; yet they all then heard as Izayoi's bodyguards began shouting that the princess was in danger and all rushed in, including the samurai lord, Takemaru. Takemaru then drew his katana with anger, thinking that there were four demons here due to Kagome's appearance. Her bangs, now much like Sango's to show her crescent moon and the mark of a high ranking celestial shined brightly as her knee length black locks fluttered within the wind as she merely glanced towards the intruders.
In awe at Kagome's beauty, he stood there staring hungrily until he heard a fearsome growl release from Sesshomaru's mouth, "LADY IZAYOI! I AM COMING TO HELP YOU!" Takemaru shouted before beginning to bolt towards them. Kagome's spirit then exited her body and froze time as she walked up to the samurai lord before grabbing his extended arm and with one gentle touch of her index finger, broke his arm. Sesshomaru watched as he softly chuckled internally, 'For a celestial, that was rather cruel.' - 'Tsk, spare me, killing perfection.'
InuTaisho then shouted the moment Kagome's spirit reentered her body, "DO NOT ADVANCE! THE THREE SUPREME BEINGS STAND BEFORE YOU! KAGOME OF LIGHT, SESSHOMARU OF SHADOW, AND IKARI OF FLAMES! KAGOME WILL ASK ALL OF HER QUESTIONS AND WILL KNOW IF YOU LIE, SESSHOMARU WILL SERVE HIS PUNISHMENTS NO MATTER HOW HARSH, AND IKARI WILL NOT HESITATE TO PASS HIS JUDGEMENT TO EITHER KEEP YOU IN THE WORLD OF THE LIVING OR SEND YOU TO THE NEXT REALM! THOUGH, ALL THREE ARE FULLY CAPABLE OF GIVING THE FINAL JUDGEMENT WHEN THE TIME CALLS FOR IT!"
Takemaru screamed as he grasped his arm, making Kagome sigh softly before advancing towards him and smiling tenderly, "My name is Kagome, the supreme deity of light that governs over the celestials, demons, and mortals. Fear not, I can heal all damage that has been done. You made a rather reckless charge and broke your arm in the process."
Sesshomaru smirked slightly, for he knew all too well as to what game his mate was playing now. She was cunning and knew how to earn another's trust at the drop of a hat. Takemaru could only stare at her duo colored orbs, "Lady Kagome, you are simply beautiful..." The supreme celestial of light then gave a gentle smile of acknowledgement before holding her hand over his arm where she had broken it, "May the grace of light heal what has been harmed." Kagome's hand began to glow a sparkling white as the bone began to repair itself.
Once Takemaru's bone was healed, he moved his arm with ease before giving a deep bow, "I thank you, Lady Kagome of Light. How may one as lowly as I be of service to one of the three supreme rules of this world?" She was fully capable of passing judgement, but as of now... she needed Ikari to settle into his new position as she turned her head to look at him.
Ikari fully understood the moment she stared at him with those duo colored orbs that seemed to have flames burning within them for the mistress and the child she now carried. Ikari kept his composure as he turned towards Izayoi, "Mistress Izayoi, let me get this correct. You are carrying a child fathered by a high ranking demon lord that just so happens to be my father. Other than the child, are you hoping that he leaves my mother to marry you?" Izayoi didn't even hear the trickery within his words as she stood tall, "Yes, I wish to marry him and not only become the new lady of the west, but to have my child become the true heir to the western lands."
Nodding at her reply, Ikari then gave a smirk, "You are a fool then. No one within the western lands would accept a mortal as the new lady of the west, NOR would they accept a half-breed to replace three full blooded demons or one full blooded celestial as the true heir to the western domain." Izayoi was now digging a deeper and deeper hole, "Oh, I see. Yet you accept a celestial SO easily, but she holds no traces of having any demon within her blood. Madness!"
Sighing heavily, the younger twin had to set this homewrecker straight, "I hear your points... yet it only proves to me that you actually are a fool, mistress," Ikari's even and calm tone spoke out before Izayoi snapped, "And how am I a fool!? You must either be mad or a complete DUNCE to keep a celestial within a den of demons!" InuTaisho's orbs widened at the insults that the beautiful princess was now hurling towards the younger of his twins born to the Crescent Moon Clan.
Ikari, keeping his stoic and bland facial expression in play, then answered with ease, "Because... a celestial that mates a demon has the choice to give birth to either a full blooded demon OR a full blooded celestial. Not to mention the entire demon race highly respects and accepts her presence. Also, despite her being a full blooded celestial and the daughter to Midoriko, she does hold demon within her. The two are kept completely separate though. Kagome, if you do not mind a demonstration, I would very much appreciate it."
Hearing his request, the angel gave a nod before jumping into a clearing and focused all of her dark energy until her single golden orb shifted to her crimson red orb, only to then do something she had never done before. She was so angry with this woman that she took her inner beast's true form. The massive white fluffy puppy then appeared, yet her fur shimmered and sparkled with her angelic power and only one of her eyes was still crimson red with a sapphire iris. Her fuzzy ears matched Ikari's with how they pointed towards the heavens before and they flicked playfully as she laid down; only for massive angel wings to appear before she nuzzled her face against Sesshomaru's body.
Sesshomaru smiled softly and stroked her shimmering and sparkling fur tenderly. Her true form was absolutely beautiful in his eyes. Focusing, she then changed back to her humanoid appearance as she wrapped her arms around her mate's abdomen, agitating Ikari to no end. All watched in awe as her angel wings began to sparkle and shimmer as well. Izayoi scowled, "If we marry, you would have NO choice but to be pushed to the side like the garbage you are!"
InuTaisho listened to all of this and the moment that last sentence escaped Izayoi's lips, he released a growl, "Do not EVER speak to my pups in that manner!" Izayoi then deepened her scowl, "I carry your child, InuTaisho! If you love me like you say you do, then our child would become the rightful heir, no matter the race!" Kagome couldn't listen to this anymore as she began to play with the same light whip that she had witnessed Sesshomaru use many times over. The princess's whining and pining was just becoming pathetic at this point as the angel then released a gentle sigh, "Ikari of Flames, judgement time."
The father of the pups before him shot them a look of hatred as he then pulled out the one weapon that they never thought he would use against them... So'unga. Kagome then gave a deadly serious face, "Will you break your promise... again, father..." InuTaisho grit his teeth tightly before looking into his little angel's eyes, "If that's what has to be done!"
Izayoi then smirked deviously at the three in front of InuTaisho as he lifted his blade in a threatening manner, "LEAVE!" Kagome placed her hands on Sesshomaru's and Ikari's before speaking, "Will you hurt me too... daddy?" InuTaisho's eyes widened with horror at the words that she spoke before allowing tears to slide down his face as he clenched his teeth together tightly, "If I have to, I will..." Kagome's saddened orbs began to shimmer softly as she placed Sesshomaru and Ikari in an impenetrable barrier before flinging their bodies far from harms way.
Once she knew they were safe, she pulled out her sword, "THEN COME AND GET ME!" InuTaisho instantly darted towards the supreme celestial angel before Midoriko appeared and clashed her celestial blade against his own demonic blade before she began to push him back, "YOU DARE TO RAISE A BLADE AND EVEN TRY TO HARM MY PUP AFTER YOU SWORE AN OATH TO TAKE HER IN AND RAISE HER AS ONE OF YOUR OWN!? I CAN ONLY IMAGINE WHAT YOU ARE PUTTING SUTEKINA THROUGH!" Instantly, InuTaisho's mind flashed to the face of his loving mate.
"Mother, leave. I wish to handle this myself." Kagome snarled angrily as her golden orb shifted into her demonic bloody red hue with a sapphire iris. Midoriko instantly jumped away and gave a solemn nod before shooting a glare to InuTaisho and vanishing. InuTaisho instantly darted towards his angelic pup as tears dripped down her face miserably, "And I loved you... daddy..." Slowly, her body transformed into her inner beast's true form and corrosive poison mixed with the sparkling purification powers began to drip down from her saliva glands to eat away at the ground as he jumped towards her face as she snarled and barked angrily while beginning to dodge his every swing.
Not wanting to actually harm the man she called daddy, she gently nipped at his body; only for him to easily get out of harms way and lift So'unga into the air before swirling it around to allow a demonic dragon mist to appear, "DRAGON TWISTER!" He shouted as the alarmingly powerful attack came straight for her. Swiftly transforming into her humanoid form, she used her impeccable speed to appear right in front of him and back flipped so that her foot connected to the hilt of his blade before knocking it towards Sesshomaru. Once she dropped his barrier, Sesshomaru grasped the blade and darted towards his mate's direction.
So'unga could not possess Sesshomaru no matter how hard it tried, only proving that he was capable of wielding the blade that he now grasped within his hands. Tessaiga was then pulled out and held it firmly to his celestial pup's throat as she scowled at him. Her sword then pulsed as the wordings, along with the outline of the sword, gained a brilliant blue light.
Kagome's shoulders relaxed slightly and InuTaisho watched as she slowly peered up towards the heavens before chuckling softly, "My life has been such a joke..." These words made InuTaisho hesitate in finishing off the beautiful angel before him. The moment she watched him slightly falter, Kagome swiftly brought her sword between her body to clash against the Tessaiga and placed her hand against the blade to slice her hand open. InuTaisho had seen her use this move before, yet now as he watched the shimmering white blood fall from her hand, she yelled a completely different incantation furiously.
"OH SACRED AND DIVINE LIGHT, HEAR THE CALL OF YOUR SUPREME TO VANQUISH THE THREAT THAT PLAGUES THIS LAND!" Those droplets of white blood turned bright white and began radiate an immense pressure of celestial force that demons all across the lands could feel it, only to hide immediately.
Sesshomaru had been on his way whenever he felt that divine pressure slam into his chest, catching him off guard. This was simply TOO MUCH celestial force for even him handle as the purification slammed into his chest before washing through his torso to reach his heart. Slowly, he fell from the skies before slamming to the ground with his kimono shredded off of his body and appearing as if he had gone through many battles for conquest of world domination... only to end up beaten.
The moment Sesshomaru slammed to the ground, Kagome's eyes grew heavy before her wings vanished from her back and she plummeted towards the ground. InuTaisho looked so puzzled once his little angel's eyes began to slowly close as if all too exhausted, yet he heard her whimper, "Se... Sesshomaru," before her wings vanished and she began to cascade towards the ground. InuTaisho quickly sheathed his blade and appeared beneath her to catch her, "KAGOME! WHERE IS YOUR MATE!? KAGOME!"
Ikari watched his twin brother falling from grace in complete horror, "BIG BROTHER!" All too suddenly, his barrier vanished and his eyes widened, "K-Kagome..." This was not happening... DAMN HIS FATHER! Wrath began to overcome his body and he shot towards where he could sense his father's powers and slammed his fist into his father's cheek before taking the celestial within his arms and shooting towards where his brother now laid... dying.
Landing beside his older twin brother, Ikari felt a sharp pain within his chest, yet pushed through it as he laid his leader beside her mate and held his hands over their bodies, "Divine light, free these bodies from all harm and allow them to stand once more!" The incantation finished, he realized... that they had already passed into the next realm.
He knew what he needed to do to bring them back, but now this was a gamble. He could lose all of his celestial force and die by doing this and Kagome might not be able to give him her powers ever again should he live. Snarling softly as InuTaisho finally reached him, he then heard his father fall to his knees as he began to sob, "NO! MY PUPS, COME BACK TO ME!" Izayoi finally reached the area and grinned now that two of the supreme deities were now dead. Now she only had to worry about the one supreme deity before her and the last remaining child he had left before her child would become the true heir to the west.
InuTaisho lifted Kagome's now paling body into his arms tightly, "KAGOME, DON'T YOU DARE LEAVE ME!" Ikari watched his father and growled, "Release her, NOW! I can't focus with all of your pointless BLUBBERING! However, I will say this once and once only... YOU, WHORE, AND YOU, FATHER! THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT! THEY WOULDN'T BE DEAD IF IT WEREN'T FOR YOU!"
InuTaisho instantly gained a mortified facial expression that the words his soul surviving twin had snarled out. This was his doing, his fault. His mate would never forgive him for these transgressions. As if she had figured out that something was wrong with her pups, Sutekina then appeared with tears streaming down her face, "OH GODS, NO! MY PUPS! WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO MY PUPS!?" InuTaisho instantly placed Sutekina down before attempting to take her in his arms, yet she violently clawed him across the face, "ALL OF THIS IS YOUR FAULT! MY PUPS ARE DEAD BECAUSE OF YOUR VILE OBSESSION WITH THAT MORTAL WHORE!"
Ikari then held his hands over both Kagome and Sesshomaru before speaking, "Do not worry mother... I will recall their spirits..." Focusing all of his celestial force into his palms, he then slammed them against Kagome's and Sesshomaru's chest, "LIGHT OF GRACE, BEND TO MY WILL! I, IKARI OF FLAMES, RECALL THE LOST SOULS OF THE SUPREME OF LIGHT AND SHADOW BACK TO THE REALM OF THE LIVING!"
Sutekina held both of her pups with tears streaming down her beautiful and loving face while rocking the two lifeless bodies back and forth. Ikari was almost drained, but refused to give up now as he pushed out the last of his remaining celestial force before both of their eyes slowly opened and he released a gentle chuckle, "Welcome back to the world of the living you two. You two had mother scared to dea...th..." Falling forward, Kagome caught the supreme of flames with ease and pressed a single glowing finger to his crescent moon that had now lost the silver lining around it, only to refill his celestial force.
"That was very reckless of you, Ikari..." The supreme of light spoke tenderly as he chuckled softly, "Well, I can't have the divine supreme of light die, now can I?" The moment Kagome sat up, he then realized that her crescent moon was now silver that faded into a pure white and Sesshomaru's was now grey that faded into a pitch black, which now matched the marks on their backs.
Ikari then winced and grasped his forehead where his mark was, only for Sesshomaru to lift his twin's hand to see a bright red that faded into a dark crimson crescent moon. Moving around him, Sesshomaru then moved Ikari's kimono partially down to see the tattooed angel wings on his shoulder blades now matched his crescent moon mark. All of their celestial wings tattoos had now shifted coloration to match their crescent moons. Sutekina pulled all three of her supreme deity pups into her chest, "YOU THREE ARE FOOLS! DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME!? COMPLETE AND UTTER FOOLS! NEVER SCARE ME LIKE THAT AGAIN OR I WILL KILL YOU MYSELF!"
All three deities chuckled softly before all replied at the same time, "Of course, mother and you have every right to be upset with us." Sutekina then felt something scorching her arms and realized it was the younger of her twins. Releasing a loving purr, she then coaxed, "Ikari, my son... you are burning your mother." Shocked at this, he then concealed his scorching body to become normal once again. Then Kagome's body began to shimmer and sparkle unnaturally, meaning that her skin could now purify any demon that touched her as she yelped, "KAGOME CONCEAL YOUR PURIFICATION AND SESSHOMARU, WHATEVER YOU ARE ABOUT TO RELEASE, CONCEAL IT!"
The two then instantly sealed their body's unnatural and unique attributes before both healed their mother without any incantation. Sutekina then blinked roughly, "Sesshomaru... you now have more celestial force within your body. Y-You and your brother are morphing into celestials with demonic attributes! You still have more demon inside of you though, I'm guessing that is because you were born that way." Sesshomaru and Ikari then appeared shocked as Kagome nodded and cleared her throat, "That, I can explain, mother."
Attention, now directed towards the divine deity of light, she then began her explanation, "When Sesshomaru and I died, the council of the celestials summoned my spirit. They told me that Sesshomaru and Ikari were now divine beings as rulers of this land under my command. I had asked them if it bothered them that they were demons and they shook their heads at me, only to explain that it mattered not as to what race they were and it only mattered if they could fill the empty positions that were direly needed to keep this world from falling into ruin. They said there would be one more divine deity joining us soon enough, but they could not share as to whom it was, for I had to chose them on my own accord."
Everyone now got the gist of things and stood up before Kagome once again brought her blade up to her father's throat, causing him to sigh heavily before tears dripped down his face. Darting around her blade, InuTaisho then scooped his precious angel up within his arms, "KAGOME, NEVER AGAIN WILL I TURN MY BACK ON YOU!"
Kagome held one hell of a scary facial expression that would freeze the devil right in his tracks as her bright tone then turned into a dark tone, "Now then... choose." She no longer called him daddy, nor father... and that stung painfully deep within his heart. He was supposed to love her unconditionally, yet he had turned his back on her the moment she had threatened his unborn child. 'Midoriko... please forgive my insolence...' However, this time his best friend's spirit rejected his apology and refused to speak to him.
"WELL!?" The angel of light shouted with a sense of hostility. Taking a step back from this beautiful young lady that looked just like her mother, he then glanced towards Izayoi, "Pup, please try to understand my position..." Rage filled her heart once again. She had promised herself that she would no longer be deceived and she now pushed him away. She had the power to do this, so, she collected her thoughts and hummed ever so softly. She wondered how the mistress would react if she stripped InuTaisho's title of ruler of the west.
Linking her mind with InuTaisho's, Kagome then spoke in an alarmingly calm tone, 'I want you to watch your mistress's reaction at the threat of taking your title of ruler of the west away. If she does and says nothing your title will still be stripped and you will be forbidden from coming back. However... should she throw a temper tantrum, know this... she only claims to love you for your title.' InuTaisho then shakily spoke back, 'I understand.'
Telling Sesshomaru and Ikari of the plan, they both then agreed that it was nothing short of a brilliant tactic as they folded their arms across their chest. Kagome took a step towards Izayoi with narrowed eyes, "Mistress Izayoi." Izayoi was getting SO sick of this angelic BITCH calling her MISTRESS, so she raised her hand to slap the angel, but her hand was caught with ease by that very same angel she was attempting to slap in the first place, "Well never mind then, mistress."
Sharply turning to face both Izayoi and InuTaisho, Kagome then spoke sharply, "INUTAISHO, CURRENT RULER OF THE WESTERN LANDS, WITH MY AUTHORITY AS ONE OF THE SUPREME CELESTIALS I HEREBY STRIP YOU OF YOUR STATUS OF RULER AND NOW BANISH YOU FROM THE WESTERN PLAINS! YOU SHALL GAIN NO ASSISTANCE WHEN IT IS NEEDED, YOU SHALL GAIN NO EXTRA FUNDS, NOR WILL YOU GAIN FOOD DURING THE HARSH WINTERS, YOUR NEW WIFE WILL HAVE NO RIGHTFUL STANDINGS TO BECOME THE LADY OF THE WEST, AND YOUR BASTARD WILL NO LONGER HAVE ANY CLAIMS TO THE WEST EVEN IF ALL OF US SHOULD PERISH! AM I CLEAR!?"
InuTaisho then gave a deep bow of acknowledgement and respect for the highest ranking supreme in front of him, yet watched Izayoi's face go from calm to mortified. Taking a shaky step backwards, Izayoi then scowled scornfully at the maiden of light, "You BITCH! HE was my ticket to the best life possible!" Kagome lifted a delicate brow subtly, "Oh, so you are claiming that you have no feelings towards this man?"
Lying within Kagome's presence never had a desirable outcome and Izayoi was about to figure this lesson out for herself as she yelled, "Well of COURSE I love him!" The celestial queen's brows instantly furrowed with an intolerable amount of rage, "You know... InuTaisho tried to warn you earlier that lying within my presence was not only futile, but foolish... but it seems to me that you don't listen very well at all, MISTRESS." InuTaisho watched as his angelic pup dragged the truth into the open for all to see.
When she finally turned towards InuTaisho with a dry facial expression, Kagome huffed, "She doesn't love you at all and only wants to be with you for not only just your wealth, but your status as well. However, she is telling the truth about being pupped." This instantly infuriated Izayoi, "I am telling the truth, you celestial whore!" That was a major trigger towards Sesshomaru and Ikari alike as they appeared right in front of her and grabbed her wrists before she could touch their leader.
Smirking, she then nodded, "Very well, if this is the truth you speak and somehow my angelic powers are failing me due to this disturbance; then I shall give a new verdict." InuTaisho had already been given the plans and had agreed to them. He needed to know for sure. Kagome then smirked, "InuTaisho, ruler of the western domains, I hereby strip your title as ruler for a total of one month... or in your terms, a full cycle of the moon. You will be banished from the western domains to find a new home to procure. Mistress Izayoi, I give you the same punishment. Defy me... and it will be not only your child's death... but your own. Am I understood?"
InuTaisho instantly gave a deep bow, "I thank thee for such kindness, supreme deity of light." Snapping her orbs to InuTaisho, she then spoke out once more, "Should you return before your full moon cycle has come to an end, I will kill all three of you. Now..." Kagome's tone then became cold as ice as she finished her sentence, "Get out of my sight..." With that, Sutekina and her three pups then returned home to the citadel.
