'Sup everyone, this is the Click of Rhodes Island!
After seeing the comment section of our job posting, it has come to our attention that we have given little to know information about Rhodes Island and Terra in general.
To change that view, my boss Folinic gave me the go ahead signal to start uploading my travel vlog series for Earth Bet viewership!
A little background about myself - I am Click, a famous Travel Vlogger and Two-Time winner of Vitafield's Terra's Essence Photo Competition. Since I started two years ago (one as self-employed and the other as an RI Operator), I have published numerous videos showcasing the Terran Outdoors to the denizens of our Nomadic Cities.
To get this show on the road, let me present to you the first two videos of the RI Travel Spotlight Series, showcasing the two contrasting sides of Terra.
The first video, the Wolumonde Spotlight, presents the hardships experienced by smaller Nomadic Cities and the tension between Infected and Uninfected people.
(This is also the darkest and saddest video I've ever made to date.)
The second video, the Siesta Spotlight, covers the famous Obsidian Festival - a gathering of the famous Terran musicians every summer - and the idyllic shores of Siesta.

You watched two videos - both covering hardships the people are experiencing because of bigotry and bad environmental policies - and the first thing you notice are the cat girls?

I was more intrigued by the size of the Nomadic cities they have. Sure, the plight of the people are heartbreaking (especially the survivors of Wolumonde) but the fact they can just build or move to another Nomadic city is mind blowing.

Not gonna lie, the Wolumonde video was truly heartbreaking.
At least the Siesta spotlight was enough to make me happy, even if there was an undertone of sadness because of the volcanic activity

Sorry, while I do have the tracks Sora sang during the OF, I can't just hand them out for free. While she does give us PL members free copies of her albums in advance, her work contract states that we're not allowed to post any of them without her consent

They really do! I once had to request PL to get one of my camera drones back at the RI Landship and they delivered it right at the RI safe house I was staying three days later
This was after I filmed the Wolumonde Spotlight while the Landship was about 20 days away from our position.

Emperor in the Siesta vid is also the owner of Penguin Logistic. Sora wanted to try her hand in rapping, so she struck a partnership with PL so she could learn from our boss. It didn't really pan out but she liked our work so she decided to stay

Hello everyone, it's everyone's favorite Restaurant Reviewer!
Today, I'll be reviewing a restaurant that is out of this world - literally. May I present to you the newest restaurant of Brockton Bay: A Simple Terran Cafe (STC)!
Yes, our latest restaurant is the creation of Rhodes Island Pharmaceuticals! This is now everyone's chance to taste the cuisine of the unknown right at our home city! With that, let's start our review!
Design/Ambience: 3/5 stars
Overall, the simple aesthetics of the cafe is a little bland, so to speak. White walls, a simple coffee bar and counter, and little to art that suggests that the owners are from another world.
However, while it is bland, the simple design also peaked my interest. They didn't try to make their cafe flashy and 'hip', so to speak. Their menu was also informative in customer choice, if a little lacking in options.
Food: 4/5
The food is both amazing and common, especially given the notion that this is from another world. A Simple Terran Cafe boasts only three items so far, though the manager assured me that more options would be added once they've determined the replacement ingredients.
The first dish I tried was the Lungmen's Flavor, a ramen with a rich broth, three pieces of wonton dim sum, Chinese cabbage, and skinned shrimps each. It reminded me of Chendero's Blue Plate but with slightly less flavor. Only for $15!
The second dish is Sarkaz Food Ration, a burrito of all things. I was told that the standard field rations of Sarkaz tend to be filling and tasteful, but not something to crave for. Thankfully, the STC version is rich with beans, rice, veggies, and ground pork (but costs only $5.50).
The final dish is Ceobe's Honey Biscuits, the cheapest thing on the menu. Make no mistake - it might be cheap but it is very good! Probably the best snack since LamSum's Cookie Shop. It also costs $1.50!
Final Score: 3.5/5
Overall, I like the cafe and the food they offer - especially Ceobe's biscuits. However, the lack of options and blandness of the design made the cafe a bit boring. I do understand that the Terrans are still trying to find their niche but more options would do them good in the long run.

I just bought the Ration and I agree with Kyo, it's just a burrito, But it's also good - very filling if you want to eat on the go.

Ceobe's a Perro operator in RI. Very excitable and friendly! The Honey Biscuits ended up being her favorite things, so we thought to use her as a mascot for the meal

Now to respond to some of the reviews:
At jlnorris75: I didn't want to make any new OCs so I just used real-life gov't officials. Since this takes place in 2011, Clinton is still the State Secretary
At CosmicCreature: Don't worry, DWU is handling the recruitment for the regular staff (secretary, technicians, janitors, etc.) so the gangs will be unable to put in plants. The RI Liaison will be thoroughly verified by the Protectorate, RI, and PRT.
At Vantablack Mk XI: Yeah - I sort of agree that the dialogue could be better but I think the current one for this chapter is fine.
