CHAPTER 9 : Julius vs Arlong
Julius took out his sword and suddenly a black smoke appeared and coated his sword. He unsheathed his sword and slashed Arlong's nose and made him screamed in pain.
"MY NOSEEEEEE!" Arlong scramed as he touched his bleeding nose.
All the villagers, including Nami, Nojiko, and Genzor absolutely surprised and shocked because this the first time they witnes Arlong bleeding and screamed in pain.
"Y-You must be kidding me… Arlong just…" Nojiko muttered in disbelief.
"Nami, who is that guy?" Genzo asked.
"Ju-Julius… You….." Nami also muttered in disbelief.
The same thing goes to Arlong's men who didn't believe that their captain getting slash quite fatally.
"ARLONG-SAN!" Kurobi shouted in panciked.
But Arlong immediately got up and looked at Julius sharply. "You fucking human!" Arlong groaned.
"Come. Let me see the power of the fishmen that you're so proud of." Julius smiled.
But suddenly, Kurobi charged towards Julius and tried to kick him in the face. However, Julius managed to dodge that and slammed his head to ground.
"That's what you got if you tried attack me from behind." Julius said. He then kicked Kurobi again and sent the fishman fly towards Arlong and bumped each other. "And that's for the shot." Julius smiled.
All the villagers couldn't hide their shock when they saw Arlong and Kurobi got beaten so easliy. It was like, they found their new hopes but they're not sure if Arlong got defeated so easily. Nami on the other just widened her eyes in shocked when she saw the strength of Julius. For the first time in her entire life, there is a man who managed landed a punch on Arlong.
Julius the walked towards Arlong and smiled. He took out a cigarette and lit it up. "Get up fishman. You won't let a yourself got defeated by a filthy human like me right?" Julius smirked.
Arlong just clenched his fist and slowly got up and he stared at Julius with anger in his eyes. "I admit it. You're pretty strong. But what do you want from me? You want to kick me out from this village? Or do you want some money?"
"What do I want? I don't want anything in particulary and actually I've got no bussiness to do in this village. However, the orange girl over there stole my ship and I just want to take it back. But, after heard what you did to this village, I planned to kill you." Julius answered.
Arlong narrowed his eyes and turned his gaze at Nami. "So, you asked him to help you? Are you trying to betray me, Nami?"
"W-what!? No! I never even thought about that!" Nami answered frantically.
"Then why did you let him free? You said that you were gonna take care of him, aren't you?" Arlong asked.
"I-I….." Nami just gulped and she couldn't asnwer that.
Arlong then walked towards Nojiko and choked her and lifted her up. "If you really hate that long haired guy and just take advantage of him, prove it and shoot him." Arlong said as he threw a pistol to Nami.
Nami's body trembled in fear and she clenched her fist tightly. All the villagers also watched this horrible scene in shocked and they looked at Nami and hope she will do what Arlong just told her. Nami slowly bend over and took the pistol from the ground and pointed to Julius.

"I-I told you, didn't I? You just make this worse!" Nami snapped.

"The one who make this worse is yourself. I offered you some help many times and but you never want to accept my help. You said that this Shark is very strong and there is no way you can beat it. But when I offered my help you betrayed me." Julis said.
"I NEVER ASKED FOR YOUR HELP! I TOLD YOU THAT I WILL FREE MY VILLAGE AND ALL THE VILLAGERS WITH MY MONEY!" Nami shouted in anger.
"Really? Do you really think that this damn shark will leave this village once he get 100 milion berries?" Julius asked.
"Shehahahaha! That's the promise! That's why she travelled around East Blue to get the money to free this village." Arlong laughed.
"So, If I give you 100 millions berries right now, would you keep your promise and leave this villager right away?" Julius asked.
"W-what!? There's no way you have 100 millions berries!" Arlong shouted.
"I do. So, what's your answer? If you agree on this, I'll take the money from the ship and give it all to you." Julius said. "Anyway, would you put her down please? But now they have found the truth. All the things and all the sacrifices they had made for their village turned out to be in vain. They should have known that Arlong would never keep his promise and was just extorting their money and taking advantage of them.
Nami felt the same way. For 8 years he traveled outside the village and stole money from pirates in order to collect money and liberate her village. She risked her life to get 100 million berries to drive Arlong away from Cocoyashi. She cursed herself because she was so stupid to want to be part of Arlong's pirate who was actually the murderer of his mother, Bellemere.
"Kurouzu!" Julius opened his palm and pointed at Nojiko. He pulled Nojiko with his gravity power and released her from Arlong, Julius immediately caught her before she fall to the ground. "You're safe now." Julius smiled.

Arlong and all of his subordinates shocked at this and didn't expect that Nami would say something like that. But before they could do anything, all the villagers stepped up and pointed whatever their weapons they have at them.

He then stepped up and smirked at Arlong. "So, I thinks today is your last day in this village. Any last word to the villagers?"
Arlong grifted his teeth in anger and gave Julius a death stare. "YOU'RE REALLY PISSED ME OF HUMAN! ATTACK HIM AND KILL HIM BOYS!"

Arlong shouted in anger and commanded all of his men to attacked Julius. About 20 fishmen roared and charged towards Julius. But, Julius just smiled and moved his right hand and then he touched the ground.

Suddenly, a black smoke appeared and spread throughout the area. All the fishmen looked confused as they stepped on the black smoke that spread across the ground. They felt their feet heavy the moment they touched the black smoke.

However Arlong and Kurobi narrowed their eyes because they knew excaltly what happened. "Devil fruit huh?" Arlong muttered.
"Yes. Now I know why he's so confident." Kurobi replied.
Slowly, all of Arlong subordinates being absored into the black smoke and got swallowed. Arlong and Kurobi widened their eyes in shocked. "WHAT DID YOU DO TO THEM!? WHERE ARE THEY!?" Arlong shouted in anger.
"All of them got swallowed by the darkness." Julius smiled.
"W-what do you mean by swallowed?" Kurobi asked.
"This." Julius just smirked and raised his hand and another black smoked appeared from his hand. The black smoke expelled all the fishmen who had previously been swallowed up by the darkness. All the fishmen were unconscious and they all looked dead.
"W-what…." Kurobi just muttered in disbelief.
"You fucking human. What did you to them?" Arlong asked coldly.
"They got crushed. When swallowed, they were subjected to a large amount of fravity and crushed. So you can assume that they're all dead now." Julius smiled.
Nami, and all the villagers also surprsied by this, especially for Genzo and Nojiko who for the first time saw a devil fruit power.
"Na-Nami… What just he…" Nojiko asked.
"I-Is he a wizard?" Genzo asked in surprised.
"No. I don't really understand either but he said that he got that power from a devil fruit." Nami answered.
On the other hand, Arlong grifted his teeth and clenched his fist tightly. The tears is coming from his eyes and he's really sad because 20 of his subordinates just die in an instant. Arlong turned his gaze at Julius and looked at him with anger in his eyes.
"YOU WILL PAY FOR THIS!" Arlong roared and charged towards Julius. He opened his jaw and tried to bite Julius with his shark tooth and tried to rip Julius' skin.
Seeing the upcoming attack, Julius swung his sword and blocked Arlong's attack with his sword. "You have a very sharp teeth." Julius smiled.
"SHUT YOUR FUCKING MOUTH!" Arlong roared again and tried to crushed Julius' sword by his teeth.
Knowing what is Arlong planning, Julius coated his sword with his darkness power and slashed Arlong's teeth.

On the other hand, Ussop and Zoro just smiled when they saw Julius slashed Arlong teeth. Ussop then stepped up and raised his hand to encourage Julius and all the villagers.
"YEAH! You guys see that? Julius' gonna win this fight! No need to worry because today is the day of liberation for you and this village! Starting from today, you guys don't have to pay the taxes anymore and most importantly, what can a shark do without its teeth!?" Ussop said with big smile.

"ARLONG-SAN!" Kurobi shouted in panicked as he saw Arlong spat some blood from his mouth. He then charged towards Julius and tried to save Arlong however, Julius swung his sword quickly and slashed Kurobi.

"Do not interfere. If you want someone to fight, you can fight with Zoro or Ussop." Julius said as he pointed Zoro and Ussop.

Julius took a deep breath and closed his eyes. A black smoke appeared again and this time he coated almost his whole body with the darkness. He then swung his sword and prepared to launch his final attack.
"Darkness Mode : One word style : Dark Slash!"
Julius pointed his sword at Arlong who had just risen to his feet and a black slash moved swiftly towards Arlong. Arlong could only widen his eyes in shocked and he was unable to dodge because Julius' attack was too fast.

"I can call him back you want." Julius smiled.

Zoro and Julius just laughed at Ussop reaction. Their laugh suddenly stopped when Nami stepped up and walked towards Julius.
"Nami! I'm glad you're okay!" Ussop said.
"Anything you want to say?" Zoro asked.
