Chapter 653.

"S.U.S.P.E.N.S.E Kidnapping." – In collaboration with Marvelomac1010.

(August 16. Rosato Mansion.)

Jordan is awake and she walks out of her room and she scratches her head, even though it is the summer, she has plans for today and so does her brother, Ryan. She goes over to his door. "Ryan, come on and…" she sees Ajax fast asleep on the front door and the door is open.

She nudges her dog to wake up. "Ajax, buddy?" The dog soon wakes up and then realizes what's happened and he begins to go into Ryan's room and bark around, and this confuses Jordan. "Ajax? What's wrong?" She then looks around. "Wait, where the heck is Ryan?"

Jordan sees the blankets look like he was here, and the bathroom door doesn't seem occupied, the lights are off, and then she sees the window is open. "Something's wrong here…" Then Ajax hands her something that is on the ground. "What is it, boy?"

She takes the card, and what she sees shocks her. "Mom! Dad!" She races out of the room along with Ajax, and in her hands is the card with the name. S.U.S.P.E.N.S.E.

(Later.)

Cops and allied troops have come to investigate the area for any signs and clues as to where Ryan Rosato may have been taken, and among the crew helping is Peter Harris, because no one kidnaps one of his own family friends, and he searches from the skies with a Twinblade Gunship.

On ground level Jordan hugs Gretchen and so does Hope, she's devastated to know that her boyfriend has been kidnapped, and by the very folks he once worked with.

Meanwhile, Lisa is walking around and also scoping the scene on where he may have been taken, and Ajax, along with the other pets and Pokémon companions scope the area and look as well, but then Luna and Rick Rosato check the cameras.

"Dang it, they must've sabotaged the cameras. We got nothing" said Rick. "But how come the eagles didn't know about this?"

They see Lucy and Lana have opened the Eagle Sanctum and Harrier along with Nora are free and the other eagles check on the eggs if they are fine. "Well, that explains it dude" said Luna. "Still, why would those guys from that organization come back for Ryan?"

They also have two folks amongst the group and are actually detectives who have been looking for the organization known as S.U.S.P.E.N.S.E. These guys are: Detectives Danny Q. StoneHeart and Sandra Merris and they have shut down more than 10 facilities while on the hunt.

Lincoln goes over and tries to calm down Hope and Gretchen, even Jordan is doing what she can. "We're gonna fine him and those guys aren't gonna be able to get away with this."

Then Leni goes around the place and she sees something on the ground and now she knows something. "Everyone, I think I know where they might be!" They go over to where she is and they see tire tracks and among the tracks is this small piece of a sign.

Luan notices this. "Wait, this sign is the logo of the Royal Woods Cherry Company, and it was owned by Tetherby, but that place is shut down."

Lincoln now knows where they might be and he looks towards Lisa. "Sis, how many abandoned facilities of the old cherry factory are within Royal Woods?!"

(Somewhere else.)

Ryan awakens from his slumber, and he looks around and sees that he has his glasses, and then he sees everything is blurry. "Wait, what? Where?" He then sees two figures in front of him. "Oh, you two." He doesn't sound pleased to see them.

Then he realizes. "Kidnapping me? What? Is this some way for you guys to take me back? I guess the note didn't mean anything to either of you, huh?"

Jeff goes over. "Son, calm down. We're doing this because we have to follow the orders."

Carly also goes over to calm him down. "We swear, we didn't want to do this, but we have to." Then she has the photo of they're family. "But, yes… We know we messed up and we shouldn't have placed you into this and… Also, to bring back what we lost, the family that we can be."

Ryan feels his hands getting loose, he knows these knots. "Well, too bad. That photo was just for display so others don't know who we are and also I am done with this… Wait, is this Tetherby's old Cherry Factory? The one where many staff members lost their lives from overworking."

Jeff is surprised by this. "Wow. You seem to know this place well and yes we chose this place to hide, and even though we don't like this place. We don't have a choice, no one would suspect us to hide here."

"Well, I have a choice too!" Ryan feels himself free. "I have a family, and it sure ain't you two!" He then breaks free and then throws the chair onto the two former parents and he makes a run for it. The couple then go after Ryan and he's close to the main doors to get out.

But someone on a hover chair appears in front of him and is blocking his path. "You!"

Michael P. Johnson the 3rd.
The boss of S.U.S.P.E.N.S.E. and has been in control for 5 years.

He is a short man, but after an incident of escape, he lost his legs and now he's stuck to his hover chair, which has the many things he needs when it counts and this was once his office chair. He has smooth grey hair to the side but none on the top of the scalp. 40 year's old and has a small mustache and a monocle, wearing a white suit with the logo of the organization along with a black bow tie and a peach badge on his shoulder. Talk about villain looks.

Then Jeff and Carly grab Ryan and he struggles to get free, but they hold him down. "What the heck do you want? Don't you have a fruit destroying evil group to lead old man?"

Michael scoffs. "You miserable little punk, you dare to call me that, and after all I did for you?"

Ryan is then put onto the chair and this time he's chained. "You didn't do anything for me! You have me a horrible life, and I hate you, as I hate these two, who are not my parents!"

Hearing those words hurts Jeff and Carly, but then Michael speaks. "You betrayed us, and then you ratted us out and then you brought ruin to our operations! The FBI and CIA have taken down everything we made, and even the foreign sectors have been ruined because of…."

Ryan is confused. "Yeah, so what if I did? I don't care about this group anymore, and where are your loyal followers? Doesn't seem like these two are your best and strongest."

Michael sighs. "Yes, my best followers are long gone. I… They, sacrificed themselves in order to make sure that I am saved, for I am very important and they wish for me to continue what we have been working hard on. You on the other hand will pay for such…."

Ryan interrupts. "Yeah, sacrifice… Let me guess, they tried to help you and then you ditched them and set the main operations base to self-destruct and thus they died in the inferno, right?"

Jeff and Carly look to their boss, and the short man is not amused by this. "You little pathetic…. Well, we'll see how you can speak when I am done with you!" He then pushes the button and a large ray gun appears from the back of his hover chair. "Behold, my…."

"The Peach Transmogrify-er Ray" said Ryan. He seems less scared, and more miffed at this. "The ray can turn anything into a peach, but at a slow pace. I know this thing because I have seen it, also I recall helping make this. Heck, the guys at the lab had me as their intern, and I can see my signature."

Michael looks to the ray gun and sees the signature and sighs. "Well, you won't be able to be smiling when I turn you into a peach and then crush you!"

"Stop!" Jeff gets in the way. "You said that we were just going to erase his memory, you told us that we were going to reeducate him so he could become part of the new organization and then we can go back to making peaches on top again? What happened to that?!"

Ryan is surprised by this, but then he slowly unchains the shackles and he feels himself being freed. 'Seriously, they forgot that I was trained to remove the restraints that they know and I know them all too well when it comes to this.'

Carly also goes over to block the blast, and this annoys Michael. "Wow. So pathetic and with no vision of what is truly at hand, I don't care about making him part of us! That kid is long gone from what we stood for, I will get my revenge! Now…." He has a robotic arm at the back.

The arm grabs Carly and Jeff. "Get out of my way!" He then throws them aside and they land into a crate filled with old cherries. "I'll rebuild the organization myself! I shall reeducate the citizens of this town, and I shall start with the Rosato family!"

"No!" Ryan is free, and he dodges the ray blast, and then he grabs the chain and he throws it like a whip and he ties it around the ray gun and rides the weapon, while Michael tries to shake him off. "Get off of my chair you little annoyance!" He tries to use the robot arms, but Ryan dodges them.

"You forgot? I also helped make this chair too!" He then kicks the arms away, and then he turns off the ray gun. "And also applied the backup off switch to the back!" He feels the whole chair spin and he holds on.

Michael laughs as this happens. "You forgot boy? I am immune to being dizzy, it takes cherries to make me feel like I went on a rollercoaster, and I never get sick from rollercoasters!"

One of the mechanical arms grabs Ryan and throws him away, the boy lands onto the steel beam and his right arm is hurt. He slowly crawls away, but Michael hovers in front of him and snickers. The ray gun comes back online and it readies to fire.

"Now that the trouble is done, it is time for me to get what I came for. Revenge for what you did to my organization…. S.U.S.P.E.N.S.E. Now, let's see you betray me now, boy!"

But then he hears something. "What is that noise?" Then a Limo breaches through the doors, two limos and they hit the guy on the hover chair and he's sent flying as he begins to fire. The cops come in, but their guns are turned to peaches and this confuses them.

The limo opens and Lincoln, Jordan, Gretchen and Hope come out and they get Ryan back up. "We need to get you to safety" said Jordan. She does hug her brother, and then Gretchen joins in.

"Guys, arm hurts!" They all back away and they head for the limo, but then the limo is pushed out by a mechanical arm, and then the other limo is pushed out and they see the man on the hover chair and he is angry. He even pushes the cops out of the place and then he blocks the path of the kids to the door.

"I might guess…. That's the boss of S.U.S.P.E.N.S.E." said Lincoln. He readies his weapon.

Michael then sees the ray gun is broken after the impact. "You little… Fine, so be it!" He pushes a button and they see glowing red lights around the place, and they all have bombs. "I shall not be caught, and if I am to go down!"

He then grabs Ryan, and they try to reach for him, but the mechanical arm blocks them. "Then this kid is coming with me, you little traitor!"

"No!" Lincoln, Jordan, Gretchen and Hope try to fight this man, but more mechanical arms come out of the chair.

Michael laughs manically as he has Ryan in the clutches of the mechanical arm. Today, you will all end by my…" Then a cherry hits him and he screams in pain. "No! Cherry!"

The mechanical arm let's go of Ryan and Lincoln and Jordan catch him. "Wait, who did that?" They see Jeff and Carly throw cherries at their former boss, and then they tackle the man on the wheel chair and he spins out of control. "Wait, what are you doing?!" yelled Ryan.

Jeff gets onto the back of the hover wheel chair. "The right thing!" He begins to pull on the wires, and then Carly looks to the kids and she throws out a small device and it makes a barrier and Ryan knows this.

Carly looks to them. "Ryan, we're sorry we brought you into this and we're sorry for not being the parents for you…" She then looks towards Jordan. "Take care of our son, your family is all he has left." She then has a knife and she attacks the hover chair.

Ryan is now worried. "No!" But the shield become a bubble, and one of the mechanical arms knocks them away and they're now outside the building, and everyone takes cover before the blast begins.

Ryan looks back and sees that Michael's face is now bloated and he's barfing so much, and Jeff and Carly attack the rest of the robot arms before they could reach outside of the building. The couple look to Ryan, with tears in their eyes. "We love you, Ryan."

The whole building explodes and is nothing more than a fiery inferno, and everyone watches as the whole thing is destroyed and soon firefighters come to put out the flames.

The barrier pops and the kids fall to the ground, but they go over and see Ryan on his knees and he begins to cry at what happened. Jordan goes over to comfort him, followed by the Rosato parents. Gretchen also joins in, and then Ajax.

Lincoln sees this happen, and then he looks to the burning remains of the building. 'They kidnapped him, and for what? A false promise, and now they sacrificed themselves to save them, and us… I guess, they finally saw the error of their ways.'
