Commission! - Most people's powers manifest in ways easy to understand and easy to use. Things like super strength, shooting lasers and walking through walls were the norm. A world full of sociopaths and homicidal murder hobos. oh, and worse, they have nigh indestructible genocidal murder machines hell bent on the extermination of the human Race.

There were many things I expected from the afterlife, being ressussitated by a cosmic being was NOT one of them! And now I have people to save in a city that makes Gotham seem like a joke, stop a multiversal secret organization that manipulates the government, and save a god mad from the lost of his partner.
