"Okay. Just 2 more before we face the big man himself." David said.
"Yes...so let's decide who we face next." Yaoyorozu said, dropping the die as it landed on 8.
"Well this was gonna happen eventually. It's on my old number." Lea said.
"If it is alright with you Lea, I would like to challenge him." Selena said.
"You sure, Selena?" Hope asked.
"Nu would also like to volunteer." Nu raised her hand.
"I really don't care who fights my data self." Lea said.
"Uh...guess I'll be going too then." Moltar said. "I was sort of apprehensive about it before, but if you don't care, Lea…"
"It's fine. Just give it your all." Lea said.
The three of them entered the gate and arrived in a strange futuristic room as Axel stood there. "Burn, Eternal Flames!" he said, summoning his twin chakrams. "Burn, baby!" he called out, spinning both chakrams as walls of fire surrounded them as the ground ignited.
"Look at that, the floor is on fire." Moltar commented calmly. "Alright Selena, Nu, how do you want to play this?"
"Nu's okay. I can hover over the flames." Nu said.
"Any type of attacks or magic involving fire does not hurt me as much, but I'll be fine." Selena said.
"Meanwhile, I'm made of magma, so really, this floor isn't that big a problem." Moltar said. "Meaning this is just gonna be a normal brawl, all things considered. Let's do this!"
The three clashed with Axel as he used his chakrams to try and attack them.
"Sickle Storm!" Nu called, launching her blades to attack Axel. "Legacy Edge!" she called, launching a barrage of blades forward and sending Axel into the air.
"Time to cool things off." Selena said as she charged in and clashed with Axel across the flaming wall before slamming him into the ground, dispelling the magma floor and leaving him momentarily stunned.
"Now let's heat things back up!" Moltar said, jumping on top of Axel and igniting his gauntlets, before proceeding to pummel the data copy furiously before grabbing him by the cloak, hoisting him up, then landing a punch to the gut in fluid motion, throwing him to the wall.
"Nngh, you got me." Axel said before disappearing into data.
"Target eliminated." Nu said as the three returned.
"Nice work you guys." Hope said. "With all the others wiped out… that only leaves the Organization's Number 7."
"Saix. The one that conjures the moonlight. He'll be an interesting contender." Cheetah said.
"Hold it, Cheets. That guy can be really dangerous to take on if you don't know what you're doing. I'm going in too." David said.
"As will I." Leopardmon said.
"Be careful, guys. When Saix goes into beast mode, he's hard to stop." Hope said.
The three of them entered the gate, appearing in a section of the Castle that Never Was as Saix stood there with his claymore. "Surge, Lunatic." Saix said as his claymore transformed. "Moon, shine down!" he said as the moon shined down on him as he entered a berserker state.
"Here he comes!" David said.
"Don't bother trying to come at him in this state. Wait for him to tire himself out before launching a counterattack." Leopardmon said.
Saix came at them as he hit the ground, creating shockwaves. "Ha! Ha! Begone!" he said, tossing his claymore at them before summoning a new one.
David catches the Claymore that Saix threw and gets ready for another attack. As Saix surged towards him, David bashed him with the claymore he had, dispelling the berserker state Saix was in.
"Now's our chance! Everyone, attack!" David said.
All three of them initiated an all out attack, starting with Leopardmon swiftly attacking with his sword, sending him to the air, causing David to rapidly shoot with Ebony and Ivory, creating a field around Saix, which Cheetah rapidly slashed through multiple times in succession. Leopardmon entered his X-Antibody form and joined David on opposite sides of the field, slicing past Saix multiple times before Leopardmon sends Saix downward, with David firing more bullets. Saix then landed on the ground with Cheetah speeding up and clutching his back as David underwent Sapphire God: Armament and formed a ball of energy in his hand before sending himself down at Saix and unleashed his energy, slamming the energy ball at Saix, and causing a huge explosion.
"Why...Kingdom Hearts? Where...is my heart?" Saix said before vanishing into data.
"Whew… Now I see why they had trouble with him before." David said as he reverted. "Still, though, the three of us together made quite the combo."
"Yes, I must agree. It was quite...fascinating working in cohesion like that." Cheetah said.
"Don't worry too much about it. We can take on anyone with our combined might." Leopardmon said.
"I heard that. Speaking of which, now that he's dealt with, there's only one fight left, isn't there?" David asked.
"Correct. All that is left before we clear this place...is Xemnas himself." Cheetah said.
