Spells and Louds
Chapter 440: Talk from the aftermath.
(Royal Woods Skater's Park.)
The group of kids there are enjoying some fun together and some talk.
"So, all this time you, you're cousin and you're mom did not like what your auntie Frida did?" asked Lincoln. "Dang, that must have been tough to do. At least it all ended well and you guys told the truth."
Ronnie Anne leaps off her skate board and she lands in front of them and then catches her skateboard. "Yeah, at least we danced and we held our own and made sure that tradition continued, it was kinda nice, though the makeup was something I was not looking forward to."
Sid also lands next to her. "Well, you did seem kinda pretty and you were pretty cute when you were on stage and dancing, but it was so sweet that you were dancing with you familiar, it was so awesome! Heck, even some Pokemon were on stage to dance with you guys."
"I'm kinda shocked that you guys thought you're grandparents relationship was failing and almost had them break up on some show" replied Linka.
"Yeah, I guess people have their own ways of showing how they love each other and at least I got Sergio and his ex to be on the show and I think they're gonna break up" replied Ronnie Anne.
"Next time, try not to worry too much when a couple argues and just leave them be, but if things go too far, then you have to intervene and also, never take anything on TV too seriously" replied Jordan. "It just gets worse for you."
"She's right, one time I ordered this spatula, but when I got it, it broke when I first tried it" replied Chloe. "And the same went with the pot, pan and cutting board. Not the best items and also those commercials were rip offs."
"Yeah, lesson learned and I hope we don't have to go through more odd ball or unexpected things" replied Ronnie Anne. "Also, my cousin Carl got grounded when he tried to sell some cheap knock offs of dinosaur fossils."
"Dang! What the heck happened after that?" asked Polly who skates next to them and then she skates back to the half pipe and high fives Nikki.
"Well, my mom and Adelaide were the ones who found out, and they were not pleased by his actions and so Ronnie Anne's Tio Carlos and Tia Frida grounded him for a week and also took away his cash and trike, they then gave the people refunds for the whole thing" replied Sid. "Seriously, his actions are gonna one day land him in jail."
Ronnie Anne sighs. "That's one thing my Tia and Tio fear, they don't want Carl to keep this stupid greedy and cheapskates act any longer, it's not doing good for him, even at school. They wanna know what to do in order to stop this madness from him."
"Like when he sold those day old tacos?" asked Sameer as he skates by them.
"Yeah, that too" replied Ronnie Anne. "Any advice guys?"
Lincoln thinks. "Try and at least let him learn from his lessons and ask him why he does this and if there is a reason, then figure out how to handle that issue so it can change him for the better and not for the worse."
Ronnie Anne thinks about this. "Huh, that does sound like a good idea, thanks. Also, how's the Boiling Isles doing? We wanna know how your witch friends are doing there after that whole Emperor Bello's guy did."
"Well, Luz isn't feeling like her usual self, she seems to be fine when she tries to help teach Eda some spells before her powers come back" replied Linka. "But Luz keeps blaming herself for the loss of Eda's door and her way home is gone."
But we heard that Eda has been doing her part to ensure Luz that it wasn't her fault and she did what she had to do to, to rescue her" replied Jordan. "Luz might not be home or see her mom anymore, but Eda is gonna be stepping up on that role, she seems to be a good mom figure for Luz. Like Eda said: Us weirdoes have to stick together."
Sid then has an idea. "I got it! Now, we know Luz Noceda wants to go home and she can't, and you guys told her she can come and visit our earth, so why not let her come to Great Lake City and spend some time with the Casagrandes and she can bring Eda and King and her other friends."
They all look to her. "Sid, as much fun as that sounds, I don't think it's such a good idea" said Clyde.
"He's right mate, I mean what would happen when Luz sees Ronnie Anne's grandma when she starts cooking? It'll bring back memories of her mum" replied Tabby.
"I'm gonna go with their idea too Sid, we can't have someone just break down from seeing what we do at home" replied Ronnie Anne. "Like me, Luz sees that family matters and seeing us having our own fun, is gonna break her heart that she can't go home and be with her mama."
Sid understands this. "Oh wow. Sorry, I guess I didn't think that one through."
"Hey, no worries, at least you gave an idea that might work. But Luz would rather spend time with some people he knows and not people he hasn't heard of" replied Jordan. "Though, her life in the Boiling Isles won't be the same ever again, she has a long way to recover from what happened."
"She really doesn't wanna lose Eda after what happened and she has a hard time trying to forgive Lilith for what she did" replied Linka. "All this time, it was her who cursed Eda with the whole Owl thing."
"She was jealous and all she wanted to do was be better than Eda" replied Lincoln. "Heck. Even we're having some hard time trying to trust the former leader of the Emperor's coven. But, it doesn't mean we see her as our ally."
"Let's hope we can meet them one day, I wanna help her get better after what she went through" said Ronnie Anne. "But until then, let's give her and her friends some peace and semblance."
Laird then skates towards them after some tricks on the half pipe. "Well, with that being said, you guys looking forward to Sleeping bear Dunes campgrounds?"
"We are and we know that the mascot of the place passed away months ago, but they got a new mascot" replied Emma. "And from what Jenny found out, the little guy is a Teddyursa. It is odd to find a Pokemon far off from Royal Woods, but I guess its okay."
"Well, we hope you guys have fun and we know you guys will be bypassing my birthday on September 30, but you guys can make it up to me when you guys get back from the trip" replied Ronnie Anne.
"Well that's good, we also had to have our blood samples taken before we got here, no clue why though" replied Jordan. "All McKenzie told us, that he needed to check on something about our DNA code."
"Well, whatever it is, must be important" replied Linka. "Also, what the heck is it with Gyro and not telling us things he knows?"
"You mean the large dragon from the Hobbit book that Gyro kept underneath his tower and never told us?" asked Jordan. "Yeah, that secret, hope dad is talking to him right now."
"I can't believe that dragon from the book and film is real! You think the ring of power is real?" asked Casey.
"Oh it is, from what my sis said when she was getting her artifact weapon, she said she saw the ring inside a glass container and it tried to speak to her, but she didn't pay attention to it at all" replied Lincoln. "Anyways, you guys feeling like a Pokemon battle." Absol stands next to Lincoln and gets ready.
The others nod to this. "Okay, but I wanna face you!" said Stella. Her Heracross also stands ready. "Besides, I wanna try the gift my mom and dad actually got for me when it was my birthday." They see her Heracross has a stone on around its neck collar and a stone on Stella's watch.
Lincoln chuckles. "Oh, it is on!" Looks like they're gonna have a megavolution fight.
(Ever After High.)
It is Sunday, so there isn't any school for today, but what the heck is going on here?
Gyro is looking to the sky and sees the dragon, Smaug enjoying flying around the dragon arena and by his side are Raven, Darling and Apple on their dragons and Evil Queen as well on her dark guard dragon.
Neil then stands next to Gyro. "I am still at a shock that you have the dragon from the lonely mountain with you, and from what you said, you wanna give this big guy another chance so he can be able to fight for the greater good, right?"
"Yeah, I know many have seen this guy as a power housed beast that only wants the gold, heart of the mountain and revenge. But I see a creature who is misguided, just because he was the last of the great red drakes of middle earth, well now he doesn't have to be upset, he has friends all around and he can also come by and visit the Dragonflights should he seek some company, because he's kinda scared of Deathwing when I told him about that cataclysmic dragon" replied Gyro.
Neil chuckles. "Makes sense, Deathwing is not easy to make friends with. So, he's staying with you underneath the tower?"
"Yeah, he wishes to serve as the protector of Karazhan and take down anyone who would threaten me and the immortal council and all allies I know, so he's friendly to us and wishes to aid us in battle, when the time is right of course" replied Gyro.
"Well, at least we all know about Smaug, anything else you haven't told us?" asked Neil.
"Well, there are more Loudverse I have found and all seem to be linked within the events of the bad luck fiasco and some just being normal new worlds, like Lincoln being the youngest in the family" replied Gyro.
Neil is shocked by this news. "Okay, so I think that sounds like something we should only tell the others when the time is right, otherwise things will get fucked up all over when they find out. What about the Dark Prelate? Any word from him?"
Gyro sighs. "Sadly no. I haven't had any word from Zeratul since we encountered him during our rescue of Edalyn, he did say we would meet again, but the question is when and where and what the issue is about. Until then, I am keeping a close eye on the Khaydarin crystal and beacon at my tower, just in case his presence is nearby."
"Should we tell the rest of the immortal council?" asked Neil.
"Soon, when the time is right I'll be the one to tell them" replied Gyro. "Artanis is gonna be shocked when he hears his old friend is back, and the same goes for the rest of the Nerazhim. I could only imagine what would Vorozun feel knowing the Dark Prelate lives once again."
"Yeah, also I don't know what the hell Martin would want with the blood samples from Linka, Lincoln and Jordan" replied Neil. "I don't know if that's a mandatory thing before they head off to Sleeping Bear Dunes Campground tomorrow."
"Whatever it is he wants, could either be something of the upmost important or he may have discovered something he has to look further in order to understand the traits of their DNA after all the times we have fought through so much, chances it's mostly gonna be focused on Lincoln" replied Gyro. "I could only assume that Luna is uneasy with her little brother going off to a camping trip tomorrow without her or the rest of the family."
"That part is true, she won't be easy to handle when her roomie/brother is not around" replied Neil. "They're close to each other and she would do anything to make sure no harm comes to him, like a mother to a son."
Gyro then thinks. "Which would make sense for whatever future destiny they are bind too, I fear that the family will shift once more."
Neil can understand what he means, but he can't be sure till he gets some report from Martin about what he found, and then speak about this to Gwen. Things might change once more, but for the better or for the worse.
Gyro then speaks. "Luz will be given a break from my classes, but chances she might want to be part of the classes once Monday rolls in. You know how she is when it comes to magic classes."
Neil sighs. "She needs to calm down and take a break, after what happened yesterday, we all need some time to calm our nerves after knowing Luz can't go home. I feel bad for the kid."
"Yeah" replied Gyro. Then Smaug lands down in front of them. "Well, time for me to take off, see you around Spellman." He then takes off with Smaug and they fly back to the Great Gate and back to Karazhan.
Neil sighs. 'New change in the family, Lincoln sees Luna as his mother and she sees him as her son. This will be hard to talk about, what the hell are we gonna do now?'
(FutureTech Lab.)
Martin is going through the DNA samples from Lincoln, Linka and Jordan. He has done his studies to Jordan's DNA and found some traces of organic compounds that seem to be related to Zerg category. 'Could she be infested after all the times she ran with the Zerg to fight Hybrid? Could she be able to control this power, and if so, can she be the next in line to lead the Swarm?'
Martin then goes to the DNA of Linka. 'Well, seems like her DNA is doing fine, the only thing I see that has been enhanced is that she has been exposed to so much Flora organics, her hang out time with Leni is many and is appears that some of her Plant power pollen may have lingered and is now within the DNA of Linka, but not at its full potential. Could Linka be a late bloomer with this new power? Could she also be able to harness the power as Leni does? This is gonna be hard to study.'
Then Martin goes to the DNA sample from Lincoln. Which was the one he is most fascinated.
'It appears that his DNA has shifted and changed. There seems to be no trace of the DNA from Lynn Loud Sr and Rita Loud and same goes with the DNA from the louds of the past and those he was related to, yet his features remain the same, as if something within him is keeping his looks, but changing the rest of his DNA into something else, like some kind of new blood-type, or new kind of DNA code for a future Family generation and I think I know how it's doing this.'
Martin then goes to the DNA he got from Luna long ago and sees how it's been progressing.
'This seems to be the source of the change of Lincoln's DNA. Ever since his near death after his encounter with Black Manta and his poisonous harpoon, Lincoln's DNA is now bonded with the blood Luna donated to him. So, now his DNA is changed as Luna's and Luna's DNA is also showing the same signs. There are no more traces of DNA from the louds or Willard's and it seems that she is no longer related to Leni, Lily or any of the loud sisters. Like Lincoln, they are both independent from the old family DNA.'
Martin then goes through his clipboard and GLADIS hands him the results from the tablet. 'My theory is true, it seems that Lincoln and Luna are the only ones related to each other. They are no longer louds, they now stand as the only two related in the Spellman Family. This will be hard to explain to the Spellman's.'
Jack Cyber then walks past him. "Later man, I gotta go and meet someone special for a dinner date."
Martin goes back to his notes. "Yeah, yeah. You do you." then he stops. "Wait, what?"
(Spellman Estate, Nighttime.)
Lincoln checks his bag and he sees he has everything he needs. "There, all packed up." Absol stands next to him and he pets his head. "Come tomorrow, we're both gonna be spending five days of no classes and all camping."
Luna hears this and she comes into the room and she kneels down behind Lincoln and turns him around. "What the? Luna?" Luna then hugs him. Lincoln knows where this is going, so he hugs her back. "Luna, I know you're feeling upset with me not gonna be here for the next 5 days, but it's all gonna be okay."
"I know, I know. I just…. I'm worried about you. I know you can handle things on your own, you know how to fend off bad things and keep track of everything to help others and stop danger" replied Luna as she strokes his white hair. "But, if either of us are feeling uneasy, we can just call each other and everything will be okay."
Lincoln smiles and he kisses her cheek. "Luna, we're not gonna be apart. We're as close as the bond we have has and stronger than any bond we've had in the past and I don't ever wanna be apart from your side."
Luna then gets up while hugging Lincoln and she brings him to the large bed and she tucks him in and looks to her brother. "Lincoln, things are changing and I feel like something is drawing us closer, like more than just siblings, kinda like…"
"A mother and son thing?" asked Lincoln.
Luna looks to him and tries to smile. "Yeah, that." She then pulls her brother close to her. "Linc, tomorrow be safe and be okay. I don't know what would happen should you or the others get harmed."
"It's gonna be fine Lunes, we're gonna be fine…. mom." Lincoln then closes his eyes and drifts off to sleep in the warm embrace of his sister.
Luna sighs and she kisses his forehead and then closes her eyes. "Goodnight my sweet little boy, we'll hold our own, when tomorrow hits. Love you Lincoln, always."

A/N: Coming tomorrow, will be the first day without Lincoln, Linka and Jordan, for they have an awesome trip to go to and chances we'll be switching between their time at Sleeping Bear Dunes Camping Ground and what everyone else is doing in Royal Woods.
