Chapter 442: A Robotic Ally Dating.
(FutureTech HQ.)
Jack Cyber walks out of the base and he looks to the sky and sighs. "Man, sure is nice to feel that nice morning breeze." He then waves at some fishing boats and they wave back. They're still in Philippine territory. "So glad we dealt with China and they're damn trek through these waters."
He continues to watch everything be peaceful, but unknown to him that some people are looking towards him from the top of the FutureTech Defense Bureau, and those people are Martin, Victor and Penny.
"So, are we all in an agreement then?" asked Victor.
"Oh definitely my friend, oh hell yeah" replied Martin.
"Are you guys sure we should be following him just to see who he's seeing?" asked Penny.
"Do you wanna see this woman that our A.I compadre sees?" asked Martin.
Penny then goes wide eyed with excitement. "Yes, yes I do, but we have to make sure Jack Cyber does not know what we're up to. You know how he is when he can detect things around his area of detection."
GLADIS then appears next to them. "Penny is not wrong. Jack Cyber modified his all factory sensors last month and now he can be able to detect his closest allies and mark them in the area where they have vein sited and then monitor on their position, whether they are stationary or not and I wish I could help with this mission you all have because I'm curious as all of you, but I must remain within the Royal Fortress to make sure all is well."
"No worries GLADIS, we can handle this and we know how" replied Martin. "But first, did you find any info or any exact location on this woman Jack Cyber is seeing?"
"Sadly no, It seems Jack Cyber has kept his most personal secrets within an electronic journal that cannot be hacked and he also does his own mental modifications in private and makes sure all surveillance cameras don't listen to any of his calls and his texts and everything he does, it seems he foes call this woman and I cannot be able to pin point her location or who she might be."
Victor thinks about this. "It seems are bicentennial ally is secretive and one step ahead, but we can be one step ahead as well, and that's where the plan gets into action."
"This will work, we're gonna need GLADIS on this one and with our genius minds, there is no freaking way we can compromise or ruin what we plan, we won't stop till we see who the guy is seeing" replied Martin. They then high five each other, and so does GLADIS.
"So, this is what you guys are doing?" They turn around and see Carol Pingrey and Becky Jill Miller looking to them with arms crossed and stern looks.
"What the? What are you girls doing here? We thought you had classes?" asked Penny.
"We came her because we were given some free time for the day from all the college work and stuff, also what's this about Jack Cyber and what are you three… I mean four, up to?" asked Becky.
They didn't know how to respond or lie to them. So, Martin tells the truth. "Jack Cyber has been keeping this long secret and this secret is that he's been seeing this woman and we wanna know who is this woman and even though he's part of FutureTech's systems, he's been isolating his intel from us and we really wanna see this woman our friend has been seeing and be happy for him because we never thought someone like Jack Cyber would be interested in anyone." Also, he said that like, really, really fast.
"Wow! That was a mouthful" replied Victor. "But yeah, what he says is all true, it's damn true."
Carol and Becky managed to understand what he said and they look to each other and then back to the four and smile. "We're in!"
"Wait what?" asked Penny. "Really?"
"Yeah!" replied Carol. "We have been known to try and find out who our gals and pals are seeing and we wanna know who the lady is and see how happy Jack Cyber might be with her, then we'll know if it's love or not."
"So, what's the plan nerds?" asked Becky.
This makes Martin chuckle. "Well, alright. Now, gather around and we can discuss this." But they stop and see Boomer was also in the room, drinking some coffee. "How long have you been standing there?"
"Since you guys started talking about Jack Cyber, can I be in on this too?" asked Boomer.
They all look to each other and agreed. "Yeah sure, come on in" replied Carol.
"Yeah! I'm included into something." He then joins in on this group huddle and listens into the plan, and this time Boomer can be of help for them on this mission.
Meanwhile, Gyro and Jack Cyber are now talking to each other, he's telling the Guardian what he found out. "Hmm, I see. Well, we're gonna have to tell the Spellman's and Louds, when the time is right and also when Lincoln and Jordan come back. But the question is, should we tell them before or after his birthday?" asked Gyro.
"That's going to be tough, we'll need to talk about this to the rest of the crew" replied Jack Cyber.
"Very well then, also I wish you good luck with the lady your seeing my robotic friend" replied Gyro.
"And I hope you and Michelle can find some common ground, or when you feel like calling her and talking to her about what happened yesterday" replied Jack Cyber.
Gyro chuckles nervously. "Yeah, never thought I'd find love one day, but I guess this weird feeling won't leave till I make a move. You know what, I'm gonna talk to her. I will!"
"That's the spirit!" Jack Cyber hits him so hard in the back, Gyro falls of the Royal Fortress and lands into the water. "Oops! Sorry!"
Gyro surfaces and looks around. "Fuck! I panicked and forgot I can fly and teleport!"
(Royal Woods.)
The town is just its normal and peaceful thing, and a bank robbery was foiled by Luna Frost and Sam Livewire and they took down the criminals who were composed of two humans and two Faunus, huh first Faunus criminals.
Boomer's airship is high above and watching over everything, but he's got his eyes on someone else and he uses his binoculars. "Guys, I got eyes on the metal man. In his Viking Aircraft form and is flying straight for the nearest Burpin' Burger."
From a mirage tank are Martin and Becky, hidden near the gas station at Seven-Eleven as a street lamp. "Confirmed, classes are done and we are locked, loaded and ready to move out" replied Becky,
Martin starts the engine and the tank breaks stealth and drives by Lynn Jr and her friends. "What the heck was that about?" asked Margo.
Somewhere from the newly rebuilt water tower are Victor and Carol who also see Jack Cyber. "We copy and we're inbound to the sight" replied Victor, he then looks to Carol. "You ready babe?"
Carol takes a deep breathe. "This is the first time, so let's do this." She gets onto her boyfriend's back, and he turns the two of them onto sparks of Tesla energy and they pass into the Pylons and jump from Pylon to Pylon to the site where Jack Cyber is.
Penny is hovering in stealth and also flies to the location. "I'm also inbound. I had to stop a person who was mugging a Faunus lady and her kid."
Boomer: Nice! I saw what you did, this town has some crimes still, but with the new stuff happening, they're bound to decrease, soon. Let's keep on track and do what we're here for. Besides, the rest of the Royal Defenders are here to keep monitor on the crime happening.
Also, GLADIS is monitoring them from above, using the Athena Satellite to watch over them. "Jack Cyber has not detected us yet, it seems he is unaware of our presence. The plan is working like a charm."
"Yes! My plan worked! It fucking worked!" cheered Martin as the Mirage Tank drives by Vanzilla with Pop-pop and Rita inside.
How the hell is Jack Cyber not sensing them? Well, this is Martin's plan. They know Jack Cyber enhanced his senses, but it turns out, he forgot to modify himself for protoss energy fields. So, Martin, Becky, Victor, Carol, Boomer, Penny and GLADIS using the Athena satellite are cloaked in protoss energy barrier fields.
They found out when Jack Cyber's new plans on the lab table and see what he was enhanced for. All senses for everyone he knows and everything he's seen but he forgot about protoss. Real smart Jack Cyber, really smart indeed. Not really.
Boomer changes course and makes a turn to Burpin' Burger. "Going into stealth in five, four, three, two, and one!" The Super Kirov then disappears and a flock of Spearow accidently hit it and fly off in fear. "Hey! Watch it!"
But the Spearow come back since they sense him. "Oh shit!" Then his Voltorb comes to help him. "No wait!" and an explosion. "Real smooth! Real smooth!" At least the Spearow's have fled.
The others are now in position and standing by. From the nearby pylon electric post, Victor and Carol come out of tesla shock travel. "Whoa. Yeah, alright. You okay babe?" asked Victor.
Carol comes down from him and feels a bit dizzy. "Whoo. That was…. That sure was something, we should do that again sometime. Man, what a rush!"
Victor chuckles and he kisses her cheek. "Well, we're here now. So, let's find a spot where we can be hidden and keep a close eye on our robotic ally." They then find the perfect hiding spot somewhere by the top of a nearby tree, but they don't know there's like ten different little Pokemon hiding there and wondering what the heck were they doing up here.
"Well, at least we got company" replied Carol. She then pets the head of the Aipom. "Also, I left Sirfetch'd back at the dorm room and he's enjoying some company with Lori and her Larvesta, same goes with Becky and her Flareon, she left her with Dana and her Glaceon."
"Okay then" replied Victor. He then uses his communicator. "Martin, Becky. Where you two at?"
"Inbound" replied Becky. The Mirage Tank then drives by some traffic, but they have no clue they nearly drive by a construction site and the side stealth panel of the Mirage Tank gets damaged by a steel girder that was being hauled by a Machamp. This is bad.
They then arrive and they set the Mirage Tank into stealth and it disguises itself into a parked Red Sedan. "There, now we're in stealth and we can be able to figure out what's going on there" replied Martin. He and Becky see through the Mirage Tank's port holes and see Jack Cyber waiting for someone with some Burpin' Burger Big Belchers.
Then Penny arrives and hides behind the cell tower near the place. "What the heck does he order that big food for?"
"No clue, has anyone seen Boomer?" asked Carol.
Martin contacts him. "Hey Boomer, where the hell are you at?"
"Above" replied Boomer. "And a whole flock of Spearow beat the shit out of me and then my Voltorb exploded, thank god the stealth is still on and we're all good. So, what's the story down below?"
They look up to see the sky slightly warpped which means Boomer's airship is high above them and Boomer is watching. "Well, we can't be able to hear them. Martin, put th new tech of yours to good use" replied Victor.
"On it!" Martin pulls out his new invention, the Tactical Hearing sensor. A device which allows anyone to hear through the walls of buildings and change the frequency so they can identify who they're target is and what they're up to. It kinda looks like a small tablet device that has a small radar attachment and is locked onto the restaurant.
"Okay, something seems to be wrong with this thing."
Becky goes to him. "What? What happened?"
Martin tries to get something. "I can't hear shit. This thing got damaged, who the heck broke my device?"
Boomer then realizes. "Oh, I think I may have broken something earlier when I arrived at the Royal Fortress."
They all stop and listen to what Boomer just said. "What?!"
"Well, when I came to the Royal Fortress and went to the FutureTech bade, I saw this tablet and thought it was something cool, but when I saw it was for something else I just left it back in place. But my hands were kinda slippery and it dropped it" replied Boomer.
They all remain silent. Martin sighs. "You mother fucking bitch! We're gonna have to go closer, it can only be able to detect things at a close range now and it won't be able to transmit the sound to the rest of you guys, we all have to be near it to hear it."
"Solid copy" replied Penny. She comes down from the cell tower and goes to the bushes nearby where Jack Cyber is.
Martin and Becky secretly come out of the Mirage Tank and they also go to the bushes where Penny is and Victor and Carol come down from the tree and use the Oddish on their heads as cover and make it to the bushes.
And finally, Boomer is about to use the ladder, but he slips and he falls off his Super Kirov and lands into the bushes. Jack Cyber looks to the window and sees nothing, then he goes back to his phone and ignores what he thought he saw.
Victor and the others look to Boomer. "What the hell man?"
"Sorry, I slipped. I'll get back up there later, I have a grappling hook" replied Boomer.
They then sit down and listen into the device Martin has, while Victor looks out of the bushes with a periscope and looks for anyone who arrives that might be there for Jack Cyber. "No one yet, that thing working?"
"Yup, we got something and we can hear what Jack Cyber is saying" replied Martin.
Jack Cyber: Come on Bobbie, where the heck are you. I swear it is not easy waiting in line when so many members of the Royal Woods Grade School Baseball team are here.
Then GLADIS contacts them. "Someone is inbound to the location and is driving at great speed and seems to be very familiar. Be ready and stand by."
"Alright." Victor uses his periscope and sees who it is and is shocked. "What in the hell is she doing here?"
"What? What do you see?" Carol also has her own periscope and sees what he sees. "What in the heck?!" They both spot a very familiar racecar and coming out is a very familiar racer who Lana is a fan of and she parks her racecar nearby and she comes out and removes her racing helmet. "Bobbie Fletcher the racecar driver? Wait! Did Jack Cyber mention Bobbie earlier?"
"We don't know which Bobby though" replied Boomer. "Who do you guys see?"
"What the hell is going on with you two?" asked Becky.
They all peek through the bushes and see through the glass window of the restaurant and they see the racecar woman signing some books for fans and then approaching Jack Cyber. She then shares a hug with him and she kisses his cheek and they sit down. They are all jaws dropped from this. "No way!"
Jack Cyber: Glad you could make it Bobbie, I got you the burger you like the most. Also, what the heck took you to get here?
Bobbie Fletcher: Sorry, but it seems like Luna Frost and Sam Livewire had the part of the road closed due to the extensive damage from a bank robbery earlier.
Jack Cyber: Well, as long as you're not hurt, then I'm okay with it. Now, let's eat this before it gets cold and you can tell me all about you're day today.
Bobbie Fletcher: (giggles) Alright, though nothing important is happening. Maybe for the big start of October race I'm gonna have at Tuscola and I got me some heavy competition to deal with. So glad to be sponsoring FutureTech for the race, you sure they don't know about…. Us yet?
Jack Cyber: I'm sure of it, but some part of me can sense they suspect something. But as long as I have all my sensors modified, they won't know who the hell I'm seeing and sure as heck I am seeing the hottest and most awesome racer alive, and also prettiest and coolest.
Bobbie Fletcher: (giggles) Awe, you're way too sweet and I'm so glad I met you and that….. That we're a thing. Also, if they don't know, then what the heck is that?
The ones hiding in the bushes see something behind them. The Mirage Tank is changing illusions. It's now a Ferrari and then it's a pick-up truck and then it's an Apocalypse Tank and then it's a Siege Tank and then it's an Oak Tree and then it's a Sudden Transport and then it's a Hellion and then it's a lamp post and then it's a traffic light and then it keeps switching to different vehicles and object disguises.
"Huh, I did not know that thing got damaged" replied Martin.
"And I didn't think you guys would be this stupid to follow me" They all stop and look to the hearing sensor and then they turn around through the bushes and see Jack Cyber and Bobbie Fletcher looking at them. "Yes, yes we see you. All six of you."
They are shocked that they can see them, but then Boomer fades away from existence and his Super Kirov breaks stealth and makes a run for it, but then th flock of Spearow come back. "Oh come on!"
Jack Cyber: We'll deal with you five later, and also same with Boomer. Right now, we wanna finish what we were here for.
Bobbie Fletcher: Honestly, this is not how I pictured my introduction to them.
The others come out of hiding and head back to the Mirage Tank, where Martin, Victor and Penny start fixing its stealth systems.
(Later.)
The five people are waiting by the Mirage Tank and soon they see Jack Cyber and Bobbie Fletcher coming out with takeout Burpin' Burger Big Belchers and going to towards them. "Hey guys, this was not how I thought you guys would see who I've been seeing."
"Yeah, we didn't think this plan would work and also I think GLADIS bailed out on us, I can't get her transmission from the Athena Satellite" replied Martin. "This plan was a total bust."
"Just like Boomer, she bails out on us" replied Victor.
"Enough of that, nice to meet you Bobbie Fletcher and also a total shocker you're dating this guy!" said Carol.
Bobbie Fletcher chuckles. "Thanks and it's a pleasure to meet you guys at last, we've been seeing each other for the past two months and we started dating and we kinda became official as boyfriend and girlfriend."
"Nice to see the Jack Cyber we know and respect find love and we totally understand why you would keep it a secret. Not ready to show it, till the time is right, or just surprise us" replied Penny.
"Yeah, we wanted to surprise you guys as well as the Royal Defenders. But Gyro knows, he knew when he spotted us in his raven form" replied Jack Cyber.
They all sit onto the top of the tank and eat the burgers they brought with them. "So, how the hell did you two even meet and why were you attracted to that bucket of advanced bolts?" asked Martin.
"Well, I guess it started two months ago during the summer. When I had some free time, I was driving around the high way close to Royal Woods for a nice get out for fresh air. Then all of a sudden I see this lady who needs help and her car was broken down" said Jack Cyber.
"The lady was me and so he helped me out" replied Bobbie Fletcher. "Though, when the ford Buggy came to me, I did not expect it to transform into Jack Cyber and he helped me out. He then checked on my engine and found the problem and told me the issue is under and above. So I went under my car, while he checked on my engine."
"We began to fix the issues, which was caused by some road issues. She said she hit some small damaged holes onto the road and so the under carriage was struck which caused a leak, and this also caused her engine to shake and shutter and so I started repairs and manifesting some parts to replace the broken ones" replied Jack Cyber.
"We finished fixing my car, but the leak was from the gas and I needed to refuel her and so I came out from under and I accidently made Jack here slip and he fell on me and we were…. Pretty close, he was one me and I was underneath him and he was kinda cute up close" replied Bobbie Fletcher as she blushes.
Jack Cyber also blushes. "I had never felt anything like that in my life and I never knew someone like her was that stunning, we did get up and it kinda became awkward and so I helped tow her car to the nearest gas station, so I let her…. Ride inside of me."
They are all felt kinda awkward out by what he said. "That part you said, the "Ride inside of me" part. Well, that was kinda awkward, like when a couple are in bed" replied Victor.
"Well, we did have that, months later. I didn't really do anything when I rode in him, he turned into a heavy duty tow truck and I was impressed by his interior" replied Bobbie Fletcher. "He was kinda wicked stylish and I felt like I wanted to drive so I…. Rode the driver's seat." She blushes when she says that.
Jack Cyber also feels heat to his face. "Yeah, she…. She has a gentle touch and i…. I decided to let her drive and she… She's just." They both stare at each other and then they share a passionate kiss.
The other smile seeing this, they were happy Jack Cyber found love, they know his systems can work for her. Since he does have his own organs and human-like parts, but in cybernetic form. They wanna ask for any other info, but they know it's personal.
"Well, something tells me it took them a few weeks to finally have that on the bed love moment" replied Becky. Which they all chuckle.
Jack Cyber and Bobbie Fletcher part from the kiss and look to each other with longing love. They smile and chuckle. "You are such an amazing kisser" replied Bobbie Fletcher.
"Not as rockin' racing as you" replied Jack Cyber.
"Bobbie Fletcher?" they all look down and see Lana, Lisa, Rita and Lynn Jr. "Are you and Jack Cyber dating?"
They all remain silent. "Well, this isn't awkward at all" replied Lisa.
