Chapter 464: Broken Hearted Dork!
(Royal Woods, somewhere at Ketcham Park.)
Tons of different aircraft fly around the park and are keeping an eye out on the large aircraft that has been in place since Monday and they communicate with the ground forces, and some of them scan the large object for anyone inside and only one person is inside and what is this large flying object?
The Super Kirov Airship and inside is the psycho-moron of the Soviet air force from the War of the Three Powers: Boomer, he's not moving and he seems motionless. Something's wrong.
The Royal Defenders all look up and see the Super Kirov Airship that is still in the air. "So, he's been there all night and hasn't moved?" asked Linka.
"All night and yesterday and hasn't even contacted us, heck he even shut down all forms of communications from the outside" replied Victor. "He also has setup some kind of energy barrier around the airship to stop anyone from going near."
"Who the hell gave him this barrier based tech anyway?" asked Martin.
Leon looks to Martin. "You did, three days ago."
"Still, something's wrong and Boomer needs to come down and face us, what the heck happened anyway?" asked Jordan. Then she gets an idea. "We can contact his lover, Samantha Simpson from W.O.O.H.P."
"Tried that didn't work, seemed like she didn't wanna respond to any of our messages and also the same goes with the other spies. They don't wanna talk to us or something, which means something did happen" replied Penny.
They all look up to the airship once more. "We should try and get up there, the answers we seek lie in the closest person in the area and that person is Boomer" replied Lincoln.
"Kid, we got the barrier to deal with and surely I don't think anyone can go through it and we don't even know where the hell Gyro is right now" replied Sergei.
Simon, Sam and Peter arrive. "Sorry we're late guys, what the heck is going on?" asked Peter.
"Boomer's Super Kirov Airship hasn't moved since yesterday and he hasn't even called anyone and we can't get to him. His home is surrounded by a barrier and none of us can pass through and we can't find the Guardian anywhere, and we haven't even gotten any calls from Hollow either, he just leaves this message saying he's busy and to leave him alone" replied Neil.
"We don't even know what the spy girls are up to and we have sent so many aircraft to try and get in, but nothing. Next to nothing we have or even ourselves can get through that barrier" replied Gwen.
Simon then thinks and then he has an idea. "Well, how about someone who has an even better arsenal to go through, someone we know and has been pretty helpful since yesterday."
Leon goes wide eyed and then sees something next to the Sharp boy. "You mean him?"
They all look next to Simon is Slenderman. "Huh, didn't think he was following us, hey Slendy we could use your help in getting up there."
Slenderman looks up to the airship and tilts his head, he then looks to one of the trees and he uses his powers and the tree opens into a dark portal. They all look to the portal and Slenderman points towards it, like he's telling them that this is the way.
All of them look to each other and then to the portal. "So, dark and creepy portal" said Luan. "Who's going in first?"
"I vote Leon" replied Sergei.
"What?! Why me?!" asked Leon in shock.
"Because we usually let Boomer go through this like this, but Boomer isn't with us now is he?" said Sergei.
Leon then sees everyone and Slenderman also voting for Leon to go on through. Leon sighs. "If Dana were here, she'd kick you're asses right now!" He then looks to the portal. "Okay, so this is it. Time to see what's on the fucking other side." Then he stops and picks up his Yamper.
"Shock me so I know this isn't a dream." His Yamper shocks him and Leon is scorched black. "Okay, so this is not a dream and I am so ready for this shit!" He then looks to the portal. "Hold him for me." He tosses the Yamper to Neil.
"Wait what?!" Then the Yamper shocks him and he falls to the ground. "Why?!"
Leon then yells and goes through the portal of Slenderman and they all look inside. Leon then peeks through the portal. "Guys, the portal leads to the kitchen of the Airship. Come one!" He then goes back in.
They all walk through the portal and Luna and Lincoln drag Neil who is still scorched from the Yamper shock.
They soon appear in the large kitchen of the Super Kirov Airship and then they look around. "Guys, the fridge is wide open and it looks like all the ice cream is gone" replied Linka. She then closes the fridge and see tons of cans of soda in the trash can.
"Smells like something straight out died in here, what the hell happened?" said Victor. He then sees a dead rat in the trash. "Oh, never mind. He has to take out the trash it's starting to smell in here."
Then Voltorb goes towards them. Leni kneels down to the Pokémon. "Where's Boomer little fella?"
Martin then peeks out of the kitchen and sees someone. "Guys, found him." They all peek out the kitchen and see their friend, Boomer.
In the living room, it's dark and the TV is on and he seems to be watching a marathon of the show "Impractical Jokers" over and over and over and over. Boomer is wearing a white shirt with the words "Prank-Mastermind" and blue shorts with Squirtle images on them and he's in his white socks and they look clean. Boomer looks okay, like he took a one hour shower and then came out clean as a whistle.
They all go towards Boomer and see what he's eating. There are tons of tubs of ice cream all over the place. "Dude, how much of this have you been eating?" asked Luna. All the ice cream is in Rocky Road, Cookies and Cream, Coffee Crumble, Double Dutch, Cookie Dough, Black Forest, Cheese, Common Chocolate, Hershey's, Vanilla and Chocolate, Almond, Fudge.
Even though he ate tons of ice cream. He's still in good looking condition, his radiated body melts down the ice cream and turns it into energy, energy to cool down his living nuclear reactor system.
"This is just so degrading" replied Sam as she kicks a few tubs away.
Sergei then looks to Boomer. "Hey man, you feeling alright. You're airship is just floating above the park and people are questioning why it's there. It's also blocking the flower gardens of the much needed morning sunlight."
Boomer looks to them and swallows. "Okay." He then claps and the lights turn on the he turns off the TV. He then presses some buttons to the wall and they all feel the airship move. "There, this thing is now set on patrol and will begin at the outskirts of Royal Woods then patrol near the borders of Beaverton and Hazeltucky."
They then hear a tank get hit and Leon looks out the window. "Dude! Raise the fucking anchor up!"
Boomer goes over to the lever and pulls it and the Airship's anchor is hoisted back to the airship. "Sorry, what's the damage down there?"
Neil also looks out to the bottom. "Just Leon and Sergei's Tiger tank, but it doesn't seem like there was any damage, though the tank hit the bird fountain. We need to fix that later."
"Let me do it later guys." Boomer then puts on his jacket and he picks up all the empty tubs of ice cream. "Sorry about the mess people, I didn't wanna be interrupted as I watch the marathon of the Impractical Joker's and right before the new season."
All of them are confused by what he just said, though it made sense to some of them. "I know it's cool and all to watch that show, but what the heck is going on with you Boomer?" asked Luan.
Boomer then grabs the ice cream he didn't finish. "Nothing why?"
"Well, something is up with you. I mean, we see this place is sorta a mess and you setup a barrier and cut off all outside communications and stayed in place at the park since Monday" said Jordan. "You're normally not the kind of guy to do this stuff, I think."
Boomer then finishes all the ice cream. "Well no need to worry guys, I am feeling fine and ready to go back to what I do best. You all can leave now if you want."
Leon then sees something. "Why are the pictures of the spies from Beverly Hills College in the trash?"
"Why is there this burn spot where your things from the place here?" Penny goes to the scorched area.
Slenderman then points to something and Simon sees it. "Dude, did you break this video camera?"
Gwen then sees something else. "What the heck is with all these knives on the ground and why do they look melted from acid?"
Sunset then sees something on the table. Boomer's phone and he looks at the text from Sunday and is shocked and she shows it to the others. They all see what it is and all gasp and Boomer looks out the window and sighs.
They all look to Boomer and Sunset places the phone back on the table and the text is still there.
"Boomer, I know we've both been looking forward to seeing how we can be a couple, but then I got to thinking and then I realized that we might not be able to keep this relationship for long. I've dealt with relationships before and they have come and gone so many times for me, well to my friends and I haven't had much into the whole romance thing with anyone."
"I mean, sure I have gone gaga over some guy whose handsome and stuff, but at the end I snap out of it and I go back to what I do and what I have to do is my job as a spay and the education I have. We're both very different and you're a really nice guy, you really are I just think that we should break it off, we're not a GF and BF thing and I don't wanna hurt you, but I think we should stop dating. I'm sorry it had to come to this, but we both have our own priorities and we're both busy."
"We can still be friends, so I hope you understand me and I'll be in touch if I can – Samantha Simpson."
They can tell that Boomer looks like he's crying, but then he stops and he wipes away his tears. They can tell he's hurt and this is what he's been doing. Going through a depressed state and doing whatever he can to remove the pain, by watching something funny for the next three days.
They all stand next to him as he's at the balcony. "Boomer, we are so sorry for you" replied Luan.
Boomer sighs. "Don't be, I understand that this is what was meant to be and chances Gyro would've seen it coming too. Heck, I've been trying to call him since thus morning and nothing from that man."
"Are you feeling okay man?" asked Lincoln.
Boomer nods as he looks at the distance. "Yeah, yeah I am. I'm fine, I've been doing some shit to keep my mind off of things. Like trying to kill myself."
They all looked back to the melted melee weapons and knives, which explains a lot.
"And so I just went with the one thing I could do. Cut off all communication lines with the one person I….. The one person I used to love and now I am trying to cope with the fact I am a single man now."
"Do you need some company?" asked Sunset.
"No, no. I'm good. I have Voltorb with me and the Spearow flock, wherever they are" replied Boomer. "I'm pretty much chill up here by myself with little to know anyone else, but I do respect my friend who'll have my back and I am also planning to go back to when one of you guys need a testing dummy and I'm the man for the job."
Martin then recalls something. "I am going to test some new onboard collider cannons for the Harbinger Gunship."
Victor then intervenes. "Boomer, are you feeling alright?"
Boomer only has one thing to answer. "Yes and No." He then sits by the railings of his airship. "Yes, because I am feeling like the same old megalomaniac of a moron who knows how to blow shit up and be tactical in the air with the might of this all power housed airship and my radiation powers."
"No, because I just lost all senses of hoping to find love one day and that deep down my heart….. Okay, I just recalled I don't have a circulatory organ within me, is feeling like it had lost so much joy. But I was able to rekindle the joy and I am back in action and still feeling depressed."
They all feel bad for the guy, he's sad and miserable and he just lost so much and what he lost was love and some emotion, but he does seem okay as he normally does.
"We could hang out if you want" said Sergei.
Boomer then walks back to his living room and he grabs his phone and then makes his way to the bridge and hey all follow him back to the Super Kirov Airships bridge and they see he brings back all communications and mans' the ship.
"Guys, I need to be alone right now. I don't wanna deal with some good friends who wanna help. I mean, I respect you guys wanna help me, but I just wanna be alone right now and handle my own personal issues."
They all sigh and look to each other and then they look to Lincoln. The boy goes towards Boomer. "We understand, but just so you should know, we got you're back and if you need some company then we'll be ready for when you wanna hang out with us or talk to any of us."
"Will do chief" replied Boomer as he does a hard turn with the airship.
They all head to the kitchen and they all go through the same dark portal back to ground level.
As they leave Boomer looks to the message in his phone and he clicks delete and then he goes to contacts and he sees the four numbers. Alex, Clover, Brittany and Samantha. Boomer sighs. "Well, time to get over this."
Boomer presses delete and he continues to maneuver his Airship. "What the hell do I fucking do now?"
(Ketcham Park.)
All the Royal Defenders are back on ground level and all of them are feeling bad for their friend, even though most of them don't see him as they're friend for so many reasons.
Sergei then has an idea. "I'm gonna go and give him an awesome time tomorrow."
They all look to the guy. "You're gonna do what?" asked Linka.
"You heard me, starting tomorrow I am going to hang out with that dork and show him an awesome time around the town and help him recover from the breakup. Kinda a shame Samantha didn't say to it to his face, but she must've had a good reason" replied Sergei.
"Well, I think it's a good idea. What do you guys think?" asked Penny.
They all smile and nod at this idea. "The dude needs some closure and we know you're doing this because you and Boomer are Russians and know what to do for excitement and fun."
Then Sam recalls someone. "What about Victor?"
Victor looks to Sam. "What about me?"
Martin understands what she means. "Sam's right, Boomer is Russian and so is Sergei and Victor as well! Sergei is from World War 2, and Victor and Boomer are both from the War of the Three Powers. So, bring Victor with you to make it a Comrades Trio hang time."
"Dude! Sick name, sounds awesome and I think you guys should do it" replied Simon.
"If it helps with Boomer and his use, go for it guys" replied Peter.
Victor looks to all of them in shock. "What?! Are you guys insane? I barely know that maniac!"
"And yet he goes to FutureTech every single time to visit and have checkups for his airship and he also provided his DNA for the whole clone thing" replied Linka.
Victor sees all of them are in agreement and he knows there's no way out of this and even if he tells Carol about this, she'd agree with the others. "Alright, fine. I'll help, but I know it's not gonna be a good ending for all three of us."
Sergei goes over to Victor and hits him in the back. "That's the spirit! Now come comrade, we have a plan to make!" He then picks up Victor and tosses him into the Tiger Tank and drives off with him.
They all smile seeing this and also chuckle, they know Victor is right and it could end into some kind of total disaster. But this is all necessary to help Boomer cope with the loss of his relationship.
Leon then realizes something. "Hang on, did he just drove off in my Tiger Tank?"
Neil chuckles. "Yeah, he sure did."
(Skip, Nighttime at Beaverton.)
The place is calm and quiet and everyone is fast asleep, but then sirens are heard and cop cars are all racing to the scene of a pizzeria, someone has been found dead and they're all trying to figure out who the hell did this again.
From the outskirts of the town, the sign that says: Welcome to Beaverton. Four figures look to the distance and see the town. They're eyes glow and what do they look like? One is a bear with some damages on its body, one is a large chicken with no arms and its lower jaw is unhinged, one is a large rabbit with no face and a messing right arm and the other is a fox that is severely damaged.
"He's here. I can sense him, we have to stop him before he does something to some innocent child."
"He made us suffer, now it's time for him to suffer and we cannot let these innocent people suffer."
"He tried to stop us, he tried to run from us and now we have found him and we will get our revenge."
"Arr! He thinks he could just slip away? He has another dang thing comin'!"
They then walk towards the town, making large metallic stomping sounds as they walk, and all of them have one objective. To stop their enemy from doing any more harm to anyone innocent and before he rekindles the nightmare from the dreaded bite of 83.
