Spells and Louds
Chapter 533: Another New Year's Day.
( December 31. Night time, Royal Woods.)
Past 7 pm and the whole town is looking forward to a night they've all been waiting for, and right now everyone at their homes are waiting for the big unveiling of the epic fireworks display, from their protoss allies.
The protoss have heard of the whole tradition of New Year's Eve and the Faunus also know of this, and they all are happy to be celebrating it amongst their Royal Woods friends and families.
The Royal Fortress is still someplace else, and the guys from FutureTech are all there to setup what could be an epic and spectacular fireworks display, near the outskirts of town at the protoss base.
Martin checks the time. "Okay, so we are already dealing things in good motion and we just need to finish off whatever is needed to make this look awesome."
Victor then comes down from the Nexus main base and lands next to him. "All systems seem functional and are already to deploy the major and epic lights show, also in the Asian sectors, the New Year's has finished, so we're coming in kinda late."
Jack Cyber flies towards them from his Megatron Alien jet mode and lands and morphs back into himself. "We got all outer areas of the light show ready and able, and also Boomer in his airship is locked and loaded too."
They all look to the sky and see the Super Kirov Airship and some Viking Fighters are flying by.
"This is te night isn't it? The night when everyone in town and possibly all of Royal Woods will learn that the news lady we all know, is pregnant and going to become a mom soon" said Victor.
"Damn straight, and the one time we don't use the Aegis Battlecruiser to setup the awesome fireworks display" said Jack Cyber.
Martin then goes over to some Phasesmith's and they begin to setup the Pylons that are ready for a gleaming light overcharge. "Alright, everything is in good condition and our service is not needed now."
Victor checks on his watch and then he warms himself up. "Well, now that that's done. I am gonna go and check on Carol and he family, since we're gonna be celebrating the New Year's at her place. Later dudes."
Jack Cyber then stays behind, and Martin sees this. "Hey man, you're not coming to the town?"
"Nah. Bobbie Fletcher is gonna be celebrating with her pit crew today, so I'll be here to keep track on the flights and fireworks. You go on ahead man, go to Becky and be there for her tonight" replied Jack Cyber.
Martin smirks. "See you later, man." He then activates his suit and he takes off.
Jack Cyber then helps keep track of everything, and he also keeps track of the nano-healers within Clover back at the med bay in the Royal Fortress, he then recalls something. ' Penny, I hope she's happy and she knows what's going on here.'
Then he gets a message from Tadashi from San Fransokyo.
(8 pm Lynn's Table.)
The restaurant has tons of guests, which are good friends with the louds, even after the situation from last year. They all enjoy talking and the food and the kids are all readying the sparklers they'll be using when the night begins.
They even have some Protoss and Faunus folks there, and for once Mayor Davis has decided to join them, alongside White Fang leader, Sienna Khan.
Lisa is on the roof and is readying her telescope to make sure that there is no signs of bad weather and Lynn Jr, along with her friends are jogging around the town near the restaurant to get their adrenaline pumping, then they're gonna watch a rerun of the game.
Lori is at her phone and speaking with Bobby and how he's having his new years with his familia, and they closed up the Mercado early for the whole occasion. The Chang's are the ones who know how to make an awesome fireworks show for Great Lakes City.
The twins, along with their friends are outside with the sparklers and the Pokémon are keeping an eye on them. Heck, even Lori's Volcarona is showing them some dazzling fire lights, and even though the twins did celebrate their birthday a few days ago, it feels nice to know their friends still greet them now.
Let's recap, Lana's original birthday is on December 31 and Lola's is on January 1.
Lucy on the other hand is inside of the restaurant and just enjoying the company of her Young Morticians Club friends. They're just gonna wait for the light show to come up, and then they'll go out and check it out.
Luan along with her clowning club, and Benny are making some laughs and cheers for everyone looking for some comedy before the night lights the sky.
Lynn Sr comes out of the kitchen and with him are Grant and Kotaro and they all begin to serve up the food to the large table, Albert along with Myrtle are also enjoying this moment and Rita checks on everyone if they're all doing okay.
The sight of all this, made her feel as if the loud family was still together, even though they aren't under the same room. They'll always be together, no matter how far away they are.
She then gets a message from Gwen: We're having our own moment here at Spellman estate, also only a few hours before the big night ignites, how are things there?
Rita looks at everyone enjoyin their time there at Lynn's Table and then she sees Lynn and her friends come in and all of them go to a nearby table to rest up, and watch the game, while also eating a bucket of hot wings alongside Scoots.
Rita then replies: We're having a blast here too, things are really looking good for all of us, and we can't wait for the future to come. We hope the rest of you are doing fine over there.
She then puts her phone away and she goes over to speak with Albert, but then they see Lynn Sr race back into the kitchen with Kotaro and Grant. "The Macaroni and Cheese Salad!"
Lori also goes over to help as well and so does Rita. "Just another good night for us."
(9 pm Spellman Estate.)
At the Spellman Estate, we got a lot of folks there. The Spellman family, along with the Rosato's, Becky and her parents, Martin and Victor showed up, and then there's the Pingrey's, the Sharps, Sabrina and Gwen's parents along with Neil's mom, Diane.
Everyone is busy talking and most are outside and watching the sparklers being setup and Lily giggles seeing them, while being carried by Gwen. Aggie and Sabrina use some magic to make some magical light shows to wow the others.
Wrathion has showed up, and he's flying around the Spellman home, with the Netherdrakes and showing off some wicked dragon fire light effects.
Lincoln and Luna are both on the roof and sitting close to each other and looking to everyone enjoying themselves, soon Jordan joins them and speaks with them of what might come for them next year, and then Linka comes and joins them.
Jordan's Indoraptor, Dominic is kinda cautious about this night. He has a lot to learn about this event.
Sam and Simon both chuckle as they talk about some stuff, while sitting underneath the tree at the backyard. "Our first New Year's together in more than years since the last one" said Sam.
Simon chuckles. "Yeah, sure does bring back some dang good memories, and now that I'm back, we can make even more."
Sam pulls her brother close to her. "Dang glad to have you here by my side again little brother, and always happy to know that the family is getting closer, soon."
They both continue to enjoy this brother and sister moment, and watch as their dad is making some barbeque on the grill for everyone to enjoy. Then Courage comes out with donuts and a cake.
Lincoln, Luna, Linka and Jordan watch as Boomer's airship is flying by and they can swear they can see Katherine Mulligan up there doing a story on the big night and soon she will make the announcement to Royal Woods that she'll be stepping down from her news reporting job, temporarily that is.
Lincoln smirks. "So much has come to us this year, huh guys?"
"Yeah." Jordan then holds his hand. "But the future of our lives is still gonna go on, so much more at stakes and we don't know what will happen next for the fights ahead."
"But we're all gonna pull through and fight through hell or high water, and we do it together. As a team, and as a family, always, bro" replied Linka.
"But the truest of tests for our future, is the one we're both gonna have kiddo" said Luna as she pulls Lincoln close to her and she kisses his forehead. "Because for us, a new kind of change is coming and we're both gonna be facing more dangers that could test our bonds, as a mother and son."
Lincoln looks to all of them and hugs them all. "And I look forward to what we all can face. Together. I love you guys so much!"
They all stay like this, to enjoy this moment and not knowing Neil sees them from the front yard. ' They're not wrong on one thing, we got a whole lot of change inbound and we are gonna be facing it all, together.'
Neil then sees the rest of the folks there are talking about something, something about showing everyone their own lights show, and he goes over and listens in to what it is.
(10 pm Spellman Hell Mansion.)
At the large mansion: Sergei and the guests are all toasting to a night that will be their new year to be together and having this home, but he's not alone.
His wife Loona is there, the pups Felicia and Fenrir are running around and playing with Yamper. Also there, are all member of I.M.P: Blitzo, Moxxie and Millie, and all of them are there for one reason: To avoid the next Extermination.
All the droids there have finished with making the food and done serving drinks and are also looking forward to the night sky ready to be made with amazing lights.
"So, what do we do to pass the time tonight? I mean I am so game for this shit!" said Blitzo.
Sergei doesn't quite pleased at this point. "Blitzo, the night comes and the pups will need some sleep, and same goes with me and that guy." they all see Leon going through the channels on what's going to be new for the next sale at the malls.
"Chances we won't even have the sanity to stay up" said Sergei. "And neither will you."
"He has a point sir, as much fun it is to be here to enjoy this celebration, we're here to hide and wait for the whole extermination to be done with" replied Moxxie.
"And to also be so grateful for Loona and the life she has here on earth" said Millie.
"They're not wrong there Blitzo" said Loona.
Blitzo sighs. "Alright fine, we stay up and be happy for the next year, and then we all take a breather and get some sleep. Doesn't seem much of a fun thing for us, now is it?" He crosses his arms and doesn't look amused.
Sergei and Loona smirk. "Oh, but it us gonna be worth it" replied Loona. "Right Leon?!"
Leon gets up and chuckles. "Oh. Hell. Yeah!" He then gets up and he opens the couch and they see all the guns underneath. "Once those lights and everyone cheers, we light up our own lights and the very reason why Sergei got a V1 rocket outside."
Outside in the backyard is a V1 rocket ready for launch.
"The plan, is to shoot the damn rocket in mid-flight so we can show our own brand of light show" replied Sergei. "Tell me if that's not a good plan for tonight, huh?"
Blitzo, Moxxie and Millie smile. "Now that is a new year's hell plan!" They all do another toast.
They go and get more wine to drink, but then Leon is shocked by his Pokémon again. "Oh come on! Why?!" The little guy got happy when the pups were tickling his belly and the laugh at Leon's pain.
Then the door opens and coming in are Dana and her family. "We're here and we….. Leon, what happened?" Dana goes over and they all see that Yamper did it, again. So, that's normal.
"Either that little guy is excited or we're all gonna be happy to see Leon go through this again" said Blitzo.
( Hours later.)
The night is inbound, we are inbound the clock is now past 11:50 and everyone is looking forward to everything that is closing in.
Everyone is outside and looking to the sky and getting ready for the big night sky to light up and show some colors. They got word that New York and the rest of the Eastern Sea board is locking and loading for the countdown as well.
With the night going well, everyone on their roofs and waiting and the big clock image is shown on the Super Kirov Airship, Jack Cyber is locked and loaded and so are all the protoss there, they all look happy that this night has come, to celebrate alongside their friends on this planet.
Everyone is outside and ready, and then they see the large screen on the Super Kirov Airship begin to count down! Everyone, get ready!

Spelman Hell mansion is ready to launch the V1 rocket, and shoot it to go boom!

Boomer and Katherine Mulligan stand next to each other.

Lynn's Table has everyone on their toes and excited!

All the troops and folks around town and cheering and getting ready for the big night sky to get bright!

All the Pokémon get ready as well, they wanna see the lights and show off their own light show.

Gyro, Pyrrha and Bill Cipher stand on the Super Kirov and look down to everyone and smile.

Happy New Year!
They laugh the V1 rocket along with the heroes sending a shot of their powers to the sky, the dragons and Pokémon sending what they got into the sky, multiple light blasts are launched around the outskirts of town, and the Protoss main nexus base launches a steady beam and the lights connect and they make a spectacular light show of random colors and shapes.
The blast from the heroes and dragons hit each other and make a dazzling light and fire effect.
All the Pokémon's send their attacks and abilities that collide in the sky and make a spectacular light show.
The V1 rocket is shot down by those at Spellman Hell mansion and they celebrate by shooting all their guns into the sky and letting led fly! Literally!
Everyone cheers at this event, the lights are up, we make some noise and some New Year's kisses are shared. Especially to Boomer and Katherine Mulligan in the airship that is launching a barrage of flak rounds into the sky.
The night has been done and everyone cheers the words. " Happy New Years!"
As they all cheer and enjoy the amazing light show.
Gyro, Pyrrha and Bill Cipher look onto everyone and smile.
Pyrrha chuckles. "This is amazing, everyone is just happy with the New Year and what might come next. I'm sure they're all looking forward to it."
"True, but what comes next are not easy tasks, they will be rough and hard, and we might as well give it our all" replied Gyro. "The realms has more to come, as this New Year starts, but can we manage to pull through against the odds?"
" Things are coming, and soon they will face the odds. Should we tell them what's gonna be next ?" asked Bill Cipher.
Gyro then looks to a doll in his hands, the doll looks like a black faceless, clothe less doll with button eyes. Gyro does not like this. "Soon, once I figure out who's coming to bring chaos and ruin, to our worlds."
The Year 2020 is over and hello 2021!
