Chapter 554: Another Sunset B-Day.
( Equestria.)
Located at the place known as Ponyville, the big birthday of Sunset Shimmer has begun and good timing it's linked with the world where she lives in to the world where she came from and so now she can celebrate her 18th birthday in the homeland she knew and loved.
So, I guess its January 22 in Equestria and on earth at Royal Woods.
Right now, they're all celebrating the fun and awesome birthday party of Sunset Shimmer and now we see the birthday girl herself walk amongst the crowd and greeting all of them, that's right, she's human and not in pony form. But she can be able to turn into her pony form at will, whenever she wants.
She then sees the Princess of all Equestria Twilight Sparkle, and with her are the former princesses, Luna and Celestia and then Princess Cadence, Shining Armor and their fowl Flurry Hearts.
Sunset Shimmer smiles and she uses her new morph powers and enters her pony form and races to Twilight Sparkle and Celestia and they hug each other.
"It's good to see you too, Sunset" said Princess Twilight.
"And I am so happy to see the former student of mine back home and celebrating her birthday, It is so wonderful to see you once again, Sunset Shimmer" replied Celestia. She then gives her the gift she has.
Sunset Shimmer chuckles. "Thanks, it's been so long and I have been way too busy with school and the other stuff I do with my family, and it feels so good to be back here, home."
Princess Twilight smiles. "You're always welcome here Sunset and we understand that you have a big responsibility back in the other world in fending off threats and saving the realms."
"And we're proud at what you have been doing, really makes us see that you are a true defender of not just your world or even Equestria, but to all things living" replied Celestia.
Sunset Shimmer nods. "I do the best I can and make sure that the realms are safe, and I do it with my friends and family by my side."
Luna goes towards them. "Speaking of which, how are they all doing being here in our world? And you're human friends from Canterlot High?"
"Well…." Sunset Shimmer and the Princesses look to see how the others are up to.
The mane 6 of Equestria have met with the main 6 of Canterlot High, or we should just call them the Equestria Girls, and because of Gyro, they aren't affected and turn into ponies and are human still.
Both Fluttershy's are talking about the animals she's been helping and the animals she's been tending to at the clinic in her world, then they both talk about Pokèmon from the other world.
Both Pinkie Pies are making some cupcakes and seeing who can make the tallest cupcake tower, but then human Pinkie Pie forgot about her powers and when she adds sprinkles, her cupcake tower blows up into confetti and sprinkles and this makes everyone laugh and now pony Pinkie Pie wants to do what her human version does as well.
Both Rarity's are sharing some advice and gossip about the fashion of what they're doing and how successful it has been and both have so much in common, they literally do.
Both Applejack's are just on the barrels and are squashing the apples and helping make the cider, while human applejack says that they always have a hard time when Flim and Flam try to take their cider and pony Applejack knows what she means.
As for the Rainbowdash's, well they're both competing to see who can fly faster. This confuses the Wonderbolts there, because both of them are fast and seem to be equally matched.
The human Twilight or Sci-Twi is just observing everything the land has and seeing each pony which is a pony version of someone back in their world.
"Well, they do seem to be having fun with their pony versions, so good for them" said Princess Twilight.
"Yeah, that is good. Can't say much to most of the friends and family I have" replied Sunset nervously.
"Oh, how come?" asked Princess Cadence.
Sunset chuckles. "Well, humans are….. Well they don't….. Eat what we eat, sometimes."
This makes them realize that as well, but they see that the Royal Defenders, well most of them are enjoying the pastries, which is a good thing.
Peter Sharp is having an apple cider drinking contest against Big Mac, Sergei and Boomer. But it seems like Peter is winning because he grabs a whole barrel and is just chugging it down his gullet.
Leni uses her vines to make the piñata go up and down for the little fillies to try and whack the piñata, and what does it look like? Lord Tirek, and there are plenty more that look like the scheming villains of old. Coop, Kick, Simon, Timmy, Aggie and Coraline get in on that one.
The Dazzles are also there and they go on stage with Ember and Sam and perform some songs, alongside Octavia and Vinyl scratch with their music.
Becky is making some amazing fire tricks with her hands alongside some dragons who also showed up.
Leon is testing his aim alongside Gwen and some other ponies in archery and it seems like….. Linka won. Wait what? Then Carol joins in on this and then Loni. Winner gets three slices of the chocolate cake.
Michelle watches over Lily who is enjoying some fun with the fillies, well the Cutie Mark Crusaders.
Luna and Dana use their ice powers to make some ice-cream and also cool down some of the drinks.
Then we see a table and sitting around it are Neil, Martin, Victor, Jack Cyber, Gyro and Hollow.
"So, this is it huh, a party in Equestria" said Hollow. "Wow. Fascinating indeed."
Neil looks to the sith lord sternly. "Are you upset because there's no meat on the table?"
Hollow sighs. "What was your first clue, Sherlock? We're in a world where they eat nothing but candy, pastries and vegetables. Now I am a fan of soup, but this is too much for me guys. It's like the worst moment for a god damn diet."
"Dude, you need to calm down man" said Victor. "Be glad we can eat some of the food here." Victor eats a cookie. "This is pretty good, I like this."
"Don't be all judgey with the food yet, sith" said Martin. "Enjoy what this place has to offer and show some respect." Martin then drinks his whole mug of apple cider. "WOOOOOOO!" He then passes out.
Gyro sees this. "Cider is like alcohol, and I recall Martin can't hold his alcohol."
"Be glad everyone is also having fun here, otherwise this wouldn't be the best birthday for Sunset Shimmer and to think we would be celebrating the whole thing at our world" said Jack Cyber. "You made the right call, Spellman."
Neil chuckles. "Yeah, but the sole credit goes to Gwen, she said it would be a nice idea to have Sunset's birthday here in the place she came from and it's only a matter of time before she graduates from school and….. She goes here, to take up the offer from Twilight to be a teacher here. We're proud of her."
"We all need to grow up and look to our future" said Lincoln as he stands next to them. "Just as Luna and I will do as well, but we won't be too far guys." He then goes over and also enjoys the fun. Jordan is also there and talking to a pony with odd eyes, her name is Derpy Doo.
Gyro looks to Neil. "You gonna be okay man?"
Neil sighs. "Yeah, I am. We're all changing and a lot of stuff I happening, and so we need to try and look forward to what happens next. We're all growing up and we all need to find our marks in this world."
"But we're all going to be, Royal Defenders" replied Hollow. "Always." He then eats a hotdog. They all look towards him.
"Where in the hell did you get that?" asked Victor.
Hollow looks to them and takes another bite. "I didn't get it from anywhere, I had this with me the whole time. Because I knew we might go to someplace that wasn't my thing, and so I came prepared and you guys should've done the same."
They all realize this. "Dang it."
Soon, the party goes on and it was time for Sunset to give her speech, which they all wanna hear. They all clap and also gallop their hooves, since they are ponies after all. Even some Yaks are there, alongside some Hyppogryphs, Griffins, Dragons and Changelings.
"Thank you, thanks everyone" said Sunset who is on stage. "Wow. Back here huh, didn't think I'd be back here until the summer ended in our world, but here I am now and dang I feel so happy to be 18, and ready to face the life of an adult, let it be a pony or a human."
They all cheer hearing that, especially the Equestria girls.
"It's been so long, and I don't even know where to start, but I guess I should thank Princess Twilight Sparkle for that, who showed me the path of friendship so I wouldn't have to feel like someone who wanted more and revenge, I don't know how else to even repay you."
This makes Princess Twilight shed some tears.
"And to the friends I come to know and love, I mean sure we had some issues with an incident that drove me away, but I can't hold anything against you girls for helping me find my true calling and doing your best to show me the true meaning of friendship and how the magic of it works."
The Equestria girls do recall the whole incident when Susnet was shunned out and it was a memory they don't ever wanna recall, but knowing that they tried their best and are still friends with Sunset, was enough for them to feel happy about.
Sunset then continues. "I have so much to regret and so much to apologize. To Celestia for straying away from your teachings, to Twilight who I stole something from and to my friends, for not being there when I left the world I ended up in, I am so sorry for all that I have done."
"But, we all have earned forgiveness and redemption and I am glad I earned the trust and love back and learned to do the same to those as well."
"But, I really wanna thank the ones who helped me on the path of something more, something beyond Equestrian magic and learn to fight for not just the future of the world's we know, but for the future of all living things and the fate of our realms and beyond. To be a Royal Defender and to be, a Spellman."
They all smile and cheer hearing this and Neil and Gwen feel proud to have been the ones to have adopted the girl two years ago and to also be the ones to help guide her to a new path and unlock new powers she never knew she had.
Sunset then wipes away a tear. "The journey, I know it's not over and it never will. Because I am ready to face more of it, as we all carry on with our lives and learn to grow up and change through the ages of friendship and equality."
"And I can't wait to see more of what my future has to come and what adventures await me with the friends in this world of Equestria, to my friends from the human world and to those heroes and allies I call, my family. Thanks you guys, for everything and for making me feel like I have more than who I believe I can be."
They all cheer and clap at her speech and this makes some of them shed some tears, the only issue is that Martin is still passed out and Becky tries to wake him up.
Victor then goes to her. "No use, once he drinks alcohol, he's out. It'll be 12 hours till he wakes up."
Sunset then looks to everyone and she pushes the button with her hoof. "Now, let's get this awesome birthday party, started!"
The fireworks fly into the sky and make the whole thing light up with dazzling lights, and everyone cheers and enjoys the rest of this awesome day, to celebrate the 18th birthday of Sunset Shimmer Spellman.
Gyro chuckles seeing all of this and he knows Sunset Shimmer is right.
' Soon, very soon. We will be facing more things to come, for this is just the start. So lock and load heroes, we're going on one hell of an adventure.'

She's gonna be enjoying this moment for as long as she can remember, and her future to when she graduates from High School and takes in the job of being a teacher to the School of Friendship in Equestria.
