Chapter 569: A Fiery wedding.
(Ghost Zone.)
This may be the realm where the ghosts lurk from its counterpart on earth, but now it's not the realm of the damned souls. This is now the site for a grand event, the wedding between Peter Sharp and Ember McLain.
The stage is set and everyone they know as friends and allies are there to witness this moment that an immortal man of the Wild West with the soul of the spirit of vengeance gets wedded to the fiery, rock n' roll former villain of a ghost.
The whole setup is somewhere at a very large rock formation where Ember always ventured to and practiced her guitar abilities and powers and also where she hung out with her ghostly gal pals: Kitty and Spectra.
There's tons of food and all made by the Lunch Lady ghost, but I think most of the food could be alive, or just be normal cafeteria food, at least the cake looks good.
The security there is strong and reinforced by the ghost cops of the ghost warden, Walker and even though he's miffed at what Ember and the gals did the other day, he'll let it slide…… For now.
But right now they need to make sure the one moron who isn't invited does not ruin this wedding, and that moron is the former boyfriend of Ember, the deadly spectral hunter and living tech suit who is actually a little ghost, Skullker.
"Alright boys, eyes up ad don't get distracted. We do this and we get paid, and then we got back to what we do best" said Walker.
Then Danny Phantom flies next to him. "Sure is weird teaming up with you, normally we'd hate each other. You hunt me down and lock me up and I send you back to the ghost zone in seething rage."
Walker sighs. "Yeah, well not today and even though I would love to lock you up right now, we got a job to do, and though we are getting paid by the Sharp cowboy, what truly matters is that this event goes undisturbed and untouched. This marks as the most unbelievable thing in ghost zone history."
Danny smirks. "Yeah, I know. No sign of Skullker, and his island is empty too when I checked."
Walker thinks about this. "Well, that can't be good." He then flies off to speak to someone and that someone is Peter Sharp.
The man with the Sharp name (Get it?) is at the altar and seeing the setup, the area has some light blue fire flowers and no they're not on fire, they just glow in the dark and the altar itself is colored blue and red with some yellow flame decals.
"Dang. This is it, the second time I'm gonna get married and begin a god damn new life and life is damn good." Peter then straightens the flower in place, and then he turns around and sees the seats being setup thanks to Martin and Victor. Then he sees Walker fly towards him.
"Warden Walker, what's the problem?"
"Skullker's island is empty, ghost boy said that he's not there. I don't like this."
Peter Sharp looks around. "I don't like this. Chances he might be here already." But then they hear a large ghostly rift with some laser, ghost and magic blasts and electricity and they see Skullker yelling and is sent flying out of control out of the large room where Ember and the girls are. "Huh, there he is."
Peter then arms his weapon. "Everyone! Open fire!" He turns his sword into a heavy machine gun and sends a hailstorm of plasma rounds and they all hit Skullker, and of course everyone else aims and opens fire onto him.
Skullker crash lands right in front of Peter Sharp, and the cowboy places his boot onto his head. "Hello, machine of a freak."
Skullker gets up. "I am here to stop this wedding and get Ember back! She dated me once and she will date me again!"
Danny then flies down. "You had your chance Skullker, now time for you to leave, now."
Walker stands with him. "Or else things are gonna turn bad real fast, and jail might be the one place you'll end up in, bub."
Skullker growls. "Let's see how you like this!" He has all of his weapons ready. But then he's jetpack malfunctions. "What the? What's happening?!"
Then he crashes onto a nearby rock and another and another. Then he gets slammed down by Peter who turns his sword into a hammer. Then Technis comes out of Skullker's jet pack. "I think you're weapons are stunned to keep me out! I can hack you're tech again!"
Peter Sharp then turns the hammer into a grappling hook and he pulls Skullker towards him and his eyes are now on fire. "GET OVER HERE!"
Skullker was now face-to-face with a burning skull-headed Peter Sharp, he just went Ghost Rider mode. " You think it's so fucking wise to come here and ruin this? You made a mistake, big boy."
He turns his sword into a cannon and he fires out Skullker, the hunter screams and is struck by an energy guitar rift and he's send through a portal made by one of those yeti ghosts of the cold zone.
They see the shadowy figure of Ember in her shorts and tank top and she looks pissed off. She then goes back into the room. "Fucking retard."
"Well, that happened." Peter turns back to normal. "Well, I should go and get into my suit. Before Ember is done putting on her dress." The cowboy then goes to another large room and he meets up with the guys.
(With Ember.)
The rockstar ghost goes back in and she goes to the changing room to get into her wedding dress, and waiting for her at the other side if the changing room is Gwen, Loona, Spectra, Kitty, Maddie, Sam and Aggie. All of them are in their wedding attire, since they are close to her as friends and family,
"So, that was dealt with. At least Skullker won't be an annoyance, for now" said Sam.
Loona looks through the messages in her phone. "That guy was one weird and obsessed ghost. Who the hell was he again?"
"His name is Skullker. I still can't believe he had the nerves to come in here and talk to you, and right as you were changing!" said Spectra. "He has no respect or decency to leave a woman to her own things."
"He was being rude and a hopeless romantic" said Kitty. "And I thought Johnny had this kind of issue when he loved his bike more than me!"
"At least we made him leave" said Aggie.
"He comes back and I will send his ecto butt back to his island and weld him in place!" Maddie draws out one big plasma discharge rocket launcher. "And safeties, off!"
"Whoa, whoa there. Take it easy and lower the rocket launcher" said Gwen. Maddie calms down and lowers her weapon and does 5 things to turn it off. "Now, be glad Skullker is gone and we can get to this moment and…."
"Alright, coming out." They all look in awe at Ember as she leaves the changing room. "So, how do I look?"
They all look in awe and smile at the way Ember looks.
(Later.)
With everything set and done. The chairs are seated with tons of guests, a few from the town of Amity Park, not so much from Royal Woods and a lot of guests from the Ghost Zone, and no Skullker in sight too.
Katherine Mulligan is there with her phone recording to record this and put it on the news. She might not be news reporting for Royal Woods news, but she can help with the website and let everyone know what's happening from across the cosmos.
The whole Sharp family are there. Simon, Kick, the Dazzles: Adagio, Sonata and Aria and of course the Pokèmon as well. The Royal Defenders and some friends of his are there to witness this as well.
Spectra, Kitty, Loona, Gwen, Sam Sharp and Maddie Fenton are waiting at the altar as well, waiting for their rockstar friend to come and be wedded to this Sharp man.
Peter Sharp stands tall and waits with his best man, Neil and the man er, ghost to wed them is none other than the ghostly guardian of time, Clockwork. The ghost has time to spare to do this, he always has time! (Ha! Get it?)
Peter Sharp's attire: an electric blue suit and pants with a black bow tie and black boots and a black cowboy hat, he also has a belt with a skull buckle and black fingerless gloves, along with his beard shaved off. Wow!
Peter straightens his tie. Neil then asks. "You nervous cowboy?"
"Me? Nope." Peter takes in a deep breath and smiles. "This is a moment not to freak out and sure to shit I ain't freaking out. I have been patient and I told myself to never find love again and yet I found love and here I am now, about to get married to one helluva hot ghostly rock star and it is awesome as hell."
Clockwork chuckles. "At least you didn't mess this one up, this time."
Peter smirks. "Yeah i…." He then looks to the ghostly guardian of time. "What do you mean this time?"
The music begins and on the piano is Boomer, he knows how to play the piano and the wedding begins.
Aggie comes forward as the flower girl in her lovely and cute dark gray dress, and then following behind her is none other than Ember McLain and Peter Sharp is amazed at what she's wearing.
Looks like any traditional strapless wedding dress, but it's colored in electric blue with moving red flame streaks by the edge of the dress and trails off behind her at 2 feet, she's wearing electric blue shoes and has a bouquet of burning….. Flowers, wait, why are they on fire and how are they not spreading the flames?
Her his is in her ponytail and is flaming upwards and she has some makeup on her to look pretty.
The other ghosts are amazed by her looks and Danny Phantom blushes at the looks of his former enemy, then he girlfriend Sam Manson elbows him to wake up!
Ember then makes it to the altar and she goes over and hugs her daughter and kisses her forehead. "You look beautiful mommy" replied Aggie.
Ember smiles. "Thank you, Aggie." They then depart from the hug. "Now go and sit with your siblings." Aggie nods and she sits next to Adagio and they all watch.
Ember looks to Peter and sees his attire. "You looks Sharp."
Peter chuckles. "And you look mighty fine, my darlin'."
Ember blushes and she really feels like kissing him now, but they gotta wait.
Clockwork then commences the wedding. "Dearly beloved, living and diseased." All the ghosts' chuckle at that one, they're already dead.
"We are gathered here today, in this world of the damned souls known as the Ghost Zone, as we bare witness history being made as a ghost and a human….."
"I'm half-human" said Peter.
Clockwork chuckles. "Yes, half-human are to be wedded in holy an also unholy matrimony." They all chuckle to that as well, because the ghosts are already dead.
"Now do you two have anything to say to each other?"
Peter let's Ember start off first, but she insists for him to speak. She wants to know what he has to say to her.
"Alright then." Peter then begins. "Well, I never really thought this would happen to me, again. Being married for the second time is something I told myself I would never ever do in my life, but I guess I can't say no to when love finds itself at my doorstep and crashing in to say knock, knock."
Ember giggles hearing this.
"Now, I have been always loyal to the woman I loved before, but even now I know she would say that I have to move on and that whatever choices I make are worth living for and are always alright with her and I am making that choice to be with the woman of a spirit whom I truly see as someone I can call my equal and my soul mate, literally." Peter winks to her and this makes everyone chuckle.
"Ember, Ember Mclain, and soon to be Ember McLain Sharp. You brought me another reason to find love even further and look forward to my damned long living and wretched immortal life." Gyro doesn't know if that was insult to his fault.
"And I just wanna say, that I am damn proud and happy to have to spend the rest of my long living life with you, because next to the kids I have always called my family, I would be luckiest man to always be the one to have everyone moment of alone time and action with you, as my wife, lover and my forever special lady, forever and ever baby."
They all awe at this.
Ember sheds some tears, but she holds them and she speaks her words.
"Peter Sharp. I thought that all my life, I would just be some punk ass ghost who annoys that dip stick over there." They all look to Danny Phantom and chuckle a bit and he blushes red in embarrassment."
"But then the day came I fell into the other world and that was your world and then I saw you and we talked and all of it went to another path and….. Here we are, two souls who lost so much and thought there was nothing left for them in the world of the living."
"You had your family and I had my hate for those alive, and when I met you and your family, I felt like I had a damn good reason to not hate everything and see things differently and call you and the kids, my family. Because they trust me as I trusted you."
"You and the kids are the very soul reason for me to rethink my actions and crimes of the past, and to not look to the past to continue with my damned and cruel acts of violence and sinful shit."
"I don't know what drawed us together, and not does it even matter. What matters, is that I will always be there to be by your side and that we'd continue living our long and damned forsaken immortal lives, and with the family by our side to see the future through."
"I will always be with you, my fiery, hot headed, country singing, cowboy of the burning Wild West."
Peter smiles and is touched by those words and the rest of the family has tears and are happy to call Ember, they're actual mom.
Clockwork smiles seeing this moment. 'I wish I could cry right now, but I can't.' He then speaks. "Now, the wedding rings please."
Peter is handed the wedding rings from Neil.
Peter and Ember put the rings onto each other and they look to each other and smile. "To our long living lives."
Ember smiles. "Forever and ever, baby."
Clockwork then looks around. "Well, one thing is for certain. Skullker and no one else is planning to oppose this wedding. So, by the power and guardianship of time that was given to me and to the honor of the ghost zone, Peter Sharp do you take Ember McLain as you're wife to forever keep her by your side and call her as your equal?"
"The hell to the yeah."
"Now, Ember McLain, do you take Peter Sharp to be your husband and to always treasure the moments to come for the both of you?"
"Oh fucking hell yeah."
Clockwork then stands back. "Then, I now pronounce you Forsakened husband and Ghostly wife. You may kiss the bride."
Peter and Ember hug each other and share a passionate kiss and everyone else sands up and cheers at this amazingly beautiful moment.
Even the ghost guards and Walker smile and shed some tears seeing this.
Ember continues to kiss Peter and she throws the burning bouquet and it lands on Boomer and he's on fire with the ghostly organs. "AAAAAAAAAARGH! Why?!" Leon and Sergei go over with fire extinguishers.
Then Skullker comes back. "This wedding is…" Then he's blasted away by everyone and even from Ember and Peter, and his armor is gone and Danny uses the thermos to contain the little green ghost.
"Contained."
They continue to cheer and congratulate the newly wedded couple and the rest of the Sharps come to them and join in the embrace.
A truly magnificent and ghostly wedding for Peter and Ember M. Sharp.
