So, the creatures have been chosen and now we can see how these animals from the Future is Wild are dealing in their new home, and that home is not on any of the mainlands of the planet, yet. But this will be interesting, so get ready guys. Enjoy reading this everyone.
Spells and Louds. Chapter 689: The newest Wildlife.
(Isla Cretacia.)
The location of the Dinosaurs that they saved from the world known as Jurassic World, and a world where there are also Dinosaurs, and they live in herds from a…. Okay, so anyone here recall the film Dinosaurs? Good, so you get the idea.
But, the island now has a new species of creatures living there, and they are not from the timeline, but it wouldn't hurt to see how they can adapt to the modern timeline of earth now. The animals from the Future is Wild.
These are the creatures that have been chosen as possible new residents for Isla Cretacia, just to see if it could work. Ocean and Forest Flish, Swampus, Toraton, Garden Worms, Slickribbon, Gloomworm, Great Blue Windrunner, Rattleback of both North and South, Roachcutter, Spink and Cryptile.
An outpost has been setup to monitor these creatures located within the island and each one being watched over on how they're handling life amongst the dinosaurs.
(Outpost Chrono-Pangaea.)
This is the outpost in which they monitor these fascinating animals, and the crew are members of those who wish to keep these animals safe, and when the time comes, perhaps let them reside on the mainlands of the planet.
But two are not on the island, sort of and have been allowed to reside in the mainlands of around the world because they seem alright to be let into the rest of the world. Why? What kind of threat would the Garden worms and the Great blue Windrunners do?
Linka and Lincoln watch as Sid and Becca look around the screens and watch as each animal is doing well. "So, how're things going on the island with the new wildlife handling things?" asked Linka.
Becca then tells them, and she stops Sid before she speaks so fast that no one could understand them. "Well, we did find two Toraton consumed, one eaten by the Velociraptor pack, and one getting eaten by a Tyrannosaurus, and that would mark as the first ever future animals getting eaten."
Lincoln looks to the screen and even Linka, and they spot the Toraton being eaten by the same T-Rex they recall from when they saved the dinosaurs on the island. "Well, that does seem like nature at her finest and at her normal too, anything else?"
"Roachcutters are just doing their normal thing, being both predators to insects and prey to other meat eating dinosaurs" said Becca. They look to the screen and watch the Roachcutter fly away from a Pterosaur, and another one nesting nearby and feeding its young a dead dragonfly. "You think we can have them stay on the mainland? They can handle the cockroach population."
Linka thinks about this. "Well, that does sound like an awesome idea. Maybe that could work, but we're gonna need to talk to the guys at FutureTech."
Sid then speaks. "The Swampus are handling their homes well, and on local lilies where they can keep their young safe, and some have been devoured, by a certain Spinosaurus, and the Garden Worms neighbor them, and both sides seem fine with each other's presence."
"The waters they reside nearby is lurking with a predator/prey for both sides." They look to the screen and watch as a Garden Worm is chased by a Slickribbon, and a Swampus chases after it and then consumes it. "This is like the basics common between prey and predator. Shocking for the Swampus in not even going for the Garden Worms."
Becca then puts onto another screen, and they see Forest Flish fly around and they just go about and eating insects, and at the shores of the island they spot the ocean Flish eating crustaceans surfacing on the beaches. A Gloomworm colony are feasting on bacteria around the underground watery caverns.
"These guys are doing alright" said Becca. "Forest and Ocean Flish are just really interesting to see, and though some think the Ocean Flish has a freaky mouth, I find it interesting and fascinating."
"This is what I like!" Sid shows them footage from underground and the Spink colonies are digging around and making longer networks and looking for food, and above their home are insects flying around and getting eaten by a running Cryptile.
A Great Blue Windrunner is flying around the mountains and nesting among with the other Windrunners, and then below the mountains are Toraton herd walking amongst Brachiosaurus and it looks like its mating season for the super-sized turtles.
"Also, these guys are my favorite!" Sid switches the screens and they spot at the North area of the island is where the Desert Rattleback is roaming around and looking for food and also watching over for trouble.
At the south area of the island, the forest Rattleback is scavenging for food and it comes upon an Allosaurus eating a dead Triceratops and so the Rattleback joins it, they are Omnivores after all, and also scavengers.
"Those Rattlebacks are so cool and I wanna bring one back to the zoo!" said Sid. "Can we?"
Becca smirks. "Sid, we'll need to ask if we can have one come with us. So, be patient." She then looks to Lincoln and Linka. "So, what do you guys think?"
Lincoln and Linka are happy seeing this. "Wow. Pretty impressive and you've really run to the top of the whole thing being on the island" said Linka. "Almost like they should have you be the boss of the whole island."
Becca chuckles. "Thanks, and I don't think I am locked on with the idea of coming to be the leader of the island. I'd rather stick to being the kinda lady who would keep track of the animals and outposts." Becca then goes back to watching over the nearby Toraton herds.
Sid, Lincoln and Linka make their way out of the outpost. "So, what do you think is gonna be next for these guys?" asked Sid.
Linka then explains. "Well, we have to keep track of more on what these guys are doing here and if things are turning well, then we can have them on the mainlands. The Toraton are the issue though, those guys can eat non-stop and would end up harming someone since they aren't careful as elephants."
"But, maybe some of the other wildlife would do well living on the mainlands" said Lincoln. Lincoln then recalls something. "But what I wanna know, are you and Ronnie Anne gonna be coming along for tomorrow?"
Sid chuckles. "Sure as heck, I do not wanna miss out on the grad day of Timmy, Kick and Coop. Plus, Kick is the best skateboarder around and he's out pal, so of course we're gonna tag along and watch him leave Elementary School and advance to Middle School."
Linka chuckles. "We're gonna have an awesome time when tomorrow comes." they all make their way to a dropship, and take off to head back to the mainlands, and they fly by a flock of Great Blue Windrunners following them for migration.
These animals lives on this earth timeline, are just beginning.
