A day for Michelle Lewis to spend with the teenager she has taken up as her daughter, to show her that they can have an awesome mother and daughter time, something Marcy has never had in a long, long time. Marcy needs family, and they're all she has in this world. Enjoy reading this everyone.
Spells and Louds.
Chapter 742: Michelle and Marcy.
(August 4, Lewis-Spellman Mansion.)
The morning is looking nice for everyone, well for one person sure and that person is Marcy. She opens the window and looks to the daytime that has come. "Good Morning Royal Dawn! Good Morning Royal Woods and a Good Morning Michigan!"
She then goes back into her room, Boomer saw all of this as he was drinking coffee outside and he's confused. "Jeez. Glad I am not like her, or it'll be so awkward." He then sips his coffee.
Marcy then grabs the clothes she needs, and then her bedroom door is knocked. "Come in."
Michelle comes inside. "Hey, Marcy. Breakfast is ready and…." Marcy goes over and hugs her, and Michelle smiles and hugs her back and rubs her head. "And a good morning, Marcy. You seem super happy today, sweetie."
"Good morning mom! This is so awesome! A new day, and the surrogate mom for me while I'm stuck here!" Marcy has stars in her eyes and she has this cute smile. "This is gonna be an amazing day, and we're gonna spend it together, I can't wait for you to show me what you got planned for us."
Michelle chuckles. "Well, I know that deep down you are gonna love this. I got a lot for us to do for today, and it starts with the Royal Woods Mall."
Marcy smiles, and is excited, super-excited. "I can't wait for all of it!" She then goes to the bathroom to get herself ready, but then she goes back to grab her towel.
Michelle smiles, but she knows that there's something else more. 'She seems excited to spend time with me, obviously because she wants to try and keep herself occupied. I need to talk to her, to see what's on her mind. Deep down she's in deep distress.'
(Royal Woods Mall.)
They head towards Reiningers and they see Leni, finished helping with someone who just purchased a swimsuit, and that person is Leni Spellman. She then sees the duo and waves to them. "Hey guys, looking for a day together here?"
Michelle nods. "Just a mother and daughter time here. I got a whole lot more to spend with her." she sees Marcy looking at the scarf that has frog patterns. "So, I just want to have the best moment of…."
Miguel and Fiona come up from behind Michelle. "The Mother and Daughter treatment?"
Michelle is confused. "The who to the what now?"
Fiona then tells her. "It's the new promo that Mrs. C made for moms and their daughters who come here to spend some time, and we know how to make it possible."
Marcy then comes from behind Miguel. "Then let's do this thing! Mother and daughter montage time!"
(Montage time!)
The first thing they do is get an awesome makeover by Miguel, and both Marcy and Michelle look fabulous, Miguel is skilled. But their attractive appearances gets the attention of some folks outside the place, and one of them is Mr. Bolhofner who looks towards Michelle Lewis.
Second, they enjoy trying some perfumes and colognes, though Marcy doesn't seem to be a fan of this, she seems to like some of the scents and because they smell like some of the attractive flowers she met in Amphibia.
They then go over some clothing, and with the help from Leni, Fiona and Miguel they check out the best outfits and combos they have to offer and they try out how they look in all of them.
Marcy. A white blouse and blue skirt, with a green tie and white knee-high socks and brown shoes. Her hair pin is white with green stripes, and she has light green butterfly earrings.
Michelle. Red blouse and red skirt, with a pink belt that has a silver buckle. A pink jacket, and yellow flats, pink and gold bracelets and red hooped earrings.
Marcy. Light green tank-top, with a grey hoodie jacket that has a frog logo on the back, light green mini-skirt and white knee-high socks. Green and white sneakers, and a blue bow along with her green hairclip.
Michelle. Pink and red striped crop-top, with a black shirt inside. Velvet and Purple striped skirt and black leggings, red high heels and pink bracelets.
Marcy. Light green one-piece swimsuit, with an orange translucent skirt that has an orange bow, with butterfly patterns. Green flip-flops, and light green bracelets along with green sunglasses. Her hair is undone, and shows that it's long.
Michelle. Red two-piece swimsuit with a pink heart shape to the side, with a yellow towel to cover her lower part. Red sunglasses, and red flip-flops, velvet bracelets and a yellow tote bag. Her hair is tied into a ponytail by a red bow.
As they continue to try on some clothing, a lot of others clap and cheer at the way they look, and even Jackie, Mandee, Leon, Dana, Becky, Carol, Victor and Linka are there. They don't even notice Mr. Bolhofner is there watching this and taking some pics, only towards Michelle Lewis.
(End Montage!)
The duo are done with the whole thing, and they head out of Reiningers. "Thanks for that guys, this has been awesome!" said Michelle. She and her daughter have the bags with what they bought.
Fiona, Miguel and Leni fist bump and high five each other. "We're so good at this." they spot another mother and daughter coming in, and so they get into action. The mother and daughter? Cristina and Belle Éclair.
The duo then head for the food court, Michelle looks to Marcy who wants to try out the other places in the mall, and this makes her smile. 'Just seeing her smile is enough to make me feel better. But I know that she still has some ordeals inside that she has to share, I just need to try and get her to open up.'
(Ketcham Park.)
Michelle and Marcy are now at the Park, and they both sit underneath the shade of the tree at the top of the hill and facing the Park's lake. They both look around, and then to the sky. They can see Lincoln and Linka flying around with their Netherdrakes.
"Dang, this world is just full of surprises. I mean… Pokémon, Faunus, Dragons, and other odd ball life forms! Heck, even the Dinosaur Island, and the prehistoric monsters that existed and are capable of evolution!" Marcy looks to the folks. "Oh, and the aliens too."
Michelle chuckles. "Those creatures that you're referring to are called Graboids, and their destructive and vile evolution forms, and they're not so friendly… Well, I think one is." Then she recalls something. "Oh, and the island with the creatures of Grimm."
"Right, right. That one too" said Marcy. She then sees her new phone and the notifications she's getting. "This place is just full of wonder, and I can't wait to see more of this world, and possibly the other worlds?"
Michelle is unsure about that. "Marcy. I don't know if…"
"Yeah, yeah. Sorry." Marcy looks away and chuckles nervously. "I shouldn't have said that, I mean I know the guardian wouldn't want me to go someplace else. I understand, mom."
Michelle then pulls her close. "Marcy, listen to me… You, you're going through some stuff and you're curious about being in this world. A sole reason as to why you're doing this is because you wanna get over the ordeal of what went down at the world where you were stuck in, and I'm sorry about that."
"You wanna hide the emotions and just show that you can handle being in another world and learning so much. But, that makes things two sides of the coin, and that's what you got in you. You just… Don't let the one side of the coin remain to take over."
"Marcy if you just…" She then sees Marcy wipe away some tears. "Marcy? It's okay."
Marcy then hugs her and sobs. "I wanna say sorry to them, for being the one to get them stuck in Amphibia, for making them into a mess and ruining our friendship… Now…. I'm alone, and I don't have… A-Anne and… S-Sasha…. What have I done?"
Michelle continues to hug the crying preteen. "Marcy, keep calm and look at me…" Marcy looks up to Michelle, and the face of this girl makes Michelle feel bad for her, and so she wipes away her tears. "Marcy, I went through the same thing as you did."
Marcy wipes away her tears. "Y-You did?"
Michelle nods. "My biggest regret, was being someone bad and I ended the life of someone, and made Luna super pissed off and… All because of one person who I thought was my friend, made me who I was before. I mean, I had a hard time trying to forgive myself, and thinking that I don't deserve anything."
Michelle recalls the whole ordeal she went through. "But then Luna, and her brother Lincoln showed up… And then they gave me a second chance, to redeem myself of what I have done. They allowed me to be part of the family, and that's why I owe so much to them for giving me this chance to be forgiven."
"And that is why, I know that by the time it comes for us to send you back home, Sasha and Anne will be able to give you the chance to redeem yourself. Even if you did do something that they never wanted to do, they would never be upset at you, and would wanna hear you out."
"Those two are your friends and they'll understand how you feel, and sort things out with you. They are your friends, and they would always have your back, as you have tried to have theirs. Perhaps here, you can learn to find some form to show them in the future how sorry you are."
"That's also why I wanted to be your surrogate mother, to support and help you through this hard time of being in this world, you need friends and family and we can all be there for you. All of us, and me… We're all gonna be here for you…"
Marcy sees the comforting smile from Michelle, and it feels like she found someone who can guide and comfort her, as her mother did as well.
Marcy then sobs and she hugs Michelle. "Thank you… Thank you, mom."
Michelle continues to hug Marcy and she does what she can to keep her comforted. "We're here for you, you're not alone anymore. Marcy, it's gonna be alright now."
