This is my first Fanfiction, criticism and advice are welcome.
It was a normal day in Katolis, the Royal family and High Mage Viren were discussing plans for a vacation. Then suddenly there was a bright flash of light. When the light faded they found themselves in a dim room with a bright screen and several chairs and couches.
"Your Highness, stay close to me. There could be danger." Viren said. King Harrow nodded and huddled Callum and Ezran closer to him
In Katolis, the Queen Sarai was walking though the gardens and listening to the birds chirp in the fresh morning air. She was about to go back, but fate had different plans. There was a bright flash and Sarai shielded her eyes. When the flash faded she found herself in a room with several other people. She then went to go introduced herself.
Lain and Tiadrin were on patrol at the foot of the Storm Spire. Their eyes looked around sharply for anyone who would bring harm to the Dragon King and Queen. They then sensed something strange. A bright flash appeared and they tried to run to warn the others, but when the light faded they were somewhere else. They were in a dim room, unarmed, with several humans.
Runaan and Ethari were walking though the Moonshadow forest on a bright summer day. Ethari was dragging Runaan towards the Adurabor meadow. Once they arrived a bright flash appeared. Runaan instinctively shielded Ethari with his body against the the flash. When the flash disappeared, they were in a dim room with several humans and two elves they recognized. It was Tiadrin and Lain.
"Good, now that you are all here we may proceed." A voice said. "Who are you? Why have you brought us here?" King Harrow asked. The Voice chuckled. "My true name is not important, but you may call me Gathon. I brought you here to show you the future and the danger that lies ahead." Gathon said. "Show us the future? How is that possible?" Ethari asked curiously. "I cannot reveal that to you." Gathon said. Then a table full of food from both sides appeared. "You will want to eat first and get to know each other." Gathon said smoothly. "You expect us to sit at a table with Elves?" Viren shouted. Runaan, Tiadrin, and Lain raised an eyebrow, while Ethari looked down and frowned. "Viren, if you want to survive what is coming, them Elves and Humans must learn to work together." Gathon warned. Viren sighed and sat down at the table. "So, shall
we introduce ourselves to each other?" Ezran suggested. They all nodded. Starting with the humans, going left to right. "I am Ezran, Callum, Queen Sarai, King Harrow, Lord Viren." The humans said. Now for the Elves, going left to right. "I am Ethari, Runaan, Tiadrin, Lain." The Elves said. Once they introduced themselves and ate, they moved towards the couches. Then the screen turned on.
