So I do apologise to those of you expecting and wanting a list of characters and their powers, it just that there's so many of them and it's not fun to write out. Also trying to quantify them into limits is incredibly hard and honestly, just again, not all that fun to do. Instead from now on I will be purely doing just a ranking. It's simple, and less tedious to do. Not easy, but far more fun for me personally. I'd also love to hear your opinions upon what you think of the rankings.

Now, let's get onto the first ranking which will look at the characters that have appeared in this arc. In this part of the YJ series, I will be ranking the Justice League properly as due to their mind control, they are no longer holding back. I can tell that my decision to rank characters in certain ways will be controversial and whatnot so in those situations, I will reiterate, this is my personal opinion and therefore, not subject to wider DC universes and purely for this universe. Not only that, but a lot of characters are not as powerful as they have shown in some comics and that's because they are still relatively early on in the career of the Justice League.

The JL have only been around for about two years, their roster is very small and their powers aren't as developed as they will be later on. Mostly because if I made the heroes their absolute peaks, then they could solo most of the major arcs themselves. Therefore, they are not only young, but still developing their powers.

Now, at the bottom of the rankings, I will be giving certain explanations as to why characters are ranked the way they are. So, if there's a controversial decision that I make, I will more than likely have explained why in that explanation. If not, please let me know and I'll answer the question in the next chapter. So, like I said before, all characters aren't as powerful as they would be. For example, Doctor Fate should be top of the list however, in order to avoid such an OP character removing any stakes from a battle, I've made it so that Zatara isn't capable of withstanding the full totality of Nabu's power. Still incredibly powerful, yes, but not as powerful as he should be.

Then we have Superman being ranked 1. So, for those like Shazam people believe that he might and should win a fight, but forget that Billy is incredibly young and has on many occasions, shown incredible acts of immaturity. It's that immaturity that doesn't make him a match for Superman at this point in time. Second of all, Martian Manhunter, there is a Kryptonian martial arts called Torquasm Vo, this martial art allows a Kryptonian to combat a telepath. While I don't believe Superman could beat Martian Manhunter in a telepathic battle, with his indomitable willpower and Torquasm Vo, I do believe he has the ability to hold off a telepath like MM for some time.

I've already explained why Batman is so low and that's because he's a specialised character (go read my previous ranking to gain a more in-depth understanding. Then we get to Aquaman, his position is kind of like a gatekeeper. Too weak to be taken seriously by top tier heroes and too strong to take lightly. In order to be considered a top tier hero, you have to be able to defeat him, which is why Hawkman and Hawkgirl are not. On average, Hawkman has less impressive than Aquaman. However, when you look at the strongest and weakest forms of both characters, Hawkman should win. But I'm looking at wider average which is where Aquaman takes the win.
