A summary about a lost love.

The Apocalypse is on and the Winchesters are running, but hiding from the forces of Heaven and Hell isn't as easy as one might think. While on a supply run, John takes a chance and buys an angel on the verge of death, despite knowing his youngest son will be appalled. Sam takes one look at the angel and immediately jumps into action, doing all he can to nurse the angel back to health.

While Dean and Cas roam Purgatory for Leviathan blossom, Sam confronts God, who is bound to him by the bullet wound they share. As Chuck tries to make him lose hope, using any means necessary, Sam suddenly finds a way to turn the tables. Using the watch Chuck provided along with their connection, Sam takes matters into his own hands and changes the future God has set out for them.

Set immediately after Mannequin 3: The Reckoning. Sam has his soul back, but he's not in the clear. But does Dean even want to watch his back anymore? Casefic. Rated T for language and creep factor.
