After a fight with an angel, a boy wakes up in in the hospital missing some of his memory, a girl mulls over some significant mistakes she made in the last week, and a grand conspiracy draws ever closer to its goal. You know, Eva, except not.

After Asuka endures an ugly experience on the metro, Shinji struggles to handle his anxiety over what happened.
