Hello everyone! NaughtyCat9is me and NaughtyCat9 is now posting the first bit of this story! This is just the first chapter, told from Mitsuha's perspective. Now, without further ado, let's take flight.

I awoke with a start, my eyes activated the sharingan on instinct. I looked around the room with sharp and calculating eyes.

"Itachi? Sasuke?" I called out, but there was no answer. I gave a quiet sigh and put my uniform on. I didn't feel like doing my hair this morning, so I just put it up in a ponytail.

"You're up early, that's a surprise." I turned to see my younger sister, Yotsuha, standing in the doorway to my room. I gave an Uchiha smirk and replied.

"I always wake up early," I remarked, and my sister giggled and we both walked into the living room.

"Hmm... I see you didn't feel like doing your hair this morning, am I right, Mitsuha?" Our Grandma asked, and I gave a pout. "Yeah, I guess so." I replied, after taking a seat at our small table. My sister just sighed and shook her head in amusement.

"Your acting strange this morning," I looked up at Yotsuha with confusion shining in my eyes, 'What does she mean?' I wondered to myself with a small frown.

"Well for one, you were up early this morning, and your never up early, and two, you're more quiet then normal." My sister replied, holding two of her fingers in front of her face so I could see.

I sighed and stared at her with a blank expression, but I soon started laughing at the look on Yotsuha's face. "What's so funny?!" She demanded, her pout turning into a scowl. I smirked and replied after a few moments of silence.

"I was laughing because you made a strange face after you explained your two reason about why you thought I was acting strange." I replied, giving a simple answer that was short and to the point.

"Stop bickering you two and finish your breakfast, you don't want to be late for school, do you?" Our grandmother says, and both me and Yotsuha smile sheepishly and returned to eating our food.

Even though we had bickered back and forth this morning, we still managed to get to school on time. I walked Yotsuha half way to her school, then I walked the rest of the way to my school.

"Mitsuha! Wait for us!" I turned my head to see my two friends, Tessie and Sayaka, both of whims were riding on Tessie's bike.

"Why didn't you wait for us? Man, you sure are a fast walker. Aren't you, Mitsu?" Sayaka asked, pouting slightly as laughed quietly to myself. "I gotta say, you two make a great couple." I remarked, snickering to myself as both Sayaka and Tessie both shout in protest that they don't.

"Well, we made it to class on time, " Tessie remarked, as we made our way down the hallways and entered our home room class. "Yep" I say, as I took my usual seat beside Sayaka. The classes felt like they went on forever, and when the lunch bell finally rang, we all scrambled out of our seats and made our way outside to eat our lunch.

It wasn't until lunch time that my two friends finally took notice of my hair. "Took you two long enough!" I said, grinning cheekily as Sayaka and Tessie just stare in shock. 'They really do make a great couple.' I thought to myself, with a cheeky grin on my face.
