LETS FUCKING GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! We have reached the first half of the two part finale of Red Dawn! Without further ado, let's get into the review responses so I don't have to keep you waiting.

I had a literal BRUH moment as I accidentally hopped off the Edi Document for this chapter, losing all the review responses. Fucking END my life. Had to restart.

Drago: Thanks man. That concept is very interesting, and I do have something planned for the Sapphire Ring. I'm glad you are enjoying the story. Enjoy this chapter!

WeAreThe(Bird)Word: I am keeping that joke because it is funny, lol, I kid. Thanks, and has it? Well I am glad it has, granted I would probably need a beta just in case. I do have someone in mind, but I'll wait until the finale of Red Dawn. Enjoy!

Human dragon: Thanks! Enjoy!

IAmMattis: No. No it will not...but it will be fun! Enjoy!

Zabuza Momichi23: Thanks, and enjoy!

Jebest4781: Thanks! Well before we get into the first Character (C) Arc, we still got the first random arc, and four slice of life/filler chapters. Fun fact, we get to meet the Rhyming Devil himself in those chapters...and another Spawn Villain. Two! Kind of. Well I made one a villain. Anyways enjoy!

E: Could be, probably, who knows. I don't, the ability to create a billions weapons and other sorts of stuff at the top of your head, is a pretty cool trick. Sure you have to concentrate, but for a skilled lantern I think it is worth it. But hey, I'll admit the imagination of a lantern can sometimes be lacking, but other times it is really fun. If memory serves me correctly, Kyle Rayner starting out as a GL (After a certain story arc where Hal went rogue) he helped Superman fight Mongul and used a train. But I digress. Don't read a lot of MHA fanfics, the only two on fanfic being Izuku's Pro Harem Life, and Total Command, and I mostly read those two on Archive. Thanks, depending on the arc some are super light hearted, others are pretty dark or at least leans into it. Trying to balance it out with the arcs. Well I am sticking with source material like sixty percent, or at least mixing it together with every variation (Supergirl being Kal-El's cousin, while in the animated series she is from the planet Argo, not Kryptonian per say. Also in the DC Super Hero Girl Gen 2, didn't even know there was a first, version which is that rockstar kind of girl.). Anyways, I still have fun mixing it up, this is FanFiction and you're suppose to have fun...unless it's some really...really...REALLY fucked up shit. I digress, enjoy!

xXwolfsterXx644: Thanks. Enjoy!

Gwb620: Thanks man. Yes I've been waiting for this chapter, and the finale, for a long time. Yeah, with the rage influencing his head and after all that has happened, Ragna is not in the mood to flirt. Enjoy!

Dragon slayer of death 98: Someone knows their comics (Snaps fingers) MY MAN!

Kujore Rotimi Abraham: Thanks. As interesting as that concept is, a good friendly pass. With Ragna's family tree being BIG, and he has problems with his middle name already, the last thing he needs to know he is related to TRIGON. Enjoy tho!

Skull Flame: You mean it wasn't before? D: I kid. Enjoy!

Kujore Tope:...Okay. Well as I told your brother, I already got a lot to deal with, that stuff just adds more chaos and while that is fun, that's one I can't do.

Spiral-Voltron-Zero0Q1: Thanks man. As fun as that would, I can't really promise that, but I can promise he will get a pet. He just needs to work around the 'No pet' rule in his apartment complex with Ms. Nyxly. Man, Jak and Daxter, I religiously played that game when Jak II first came out. Once it came out on the PS4 I instantly bought it. Ah the memories. Anyways, enjoy!

SaiyatonianSage: Well last chapter was much more expository then action, which is always good. Well I hope this BURNS you. Yeah, I enjoyed writing the perspective of the red lanterns very much in this arc. Well if your expecting paragraphs upon paragraphs about why the Guardians did it...well I got the entire Saga of the Emotional Spectrum to work on, I got plenty of room for that to be delved into. One thing at a time, especially at the finale. I'm glad you enjoyed Leslie, tho to be fair, Diana's B plot is mainly interacting with people that Ragna knows, and getting their perspective on the hero, even if it does go into some already known stuff. Though this chapter will get into what Leslie has been off to in the last eleven chapters, and learn a bit more stuff on the Legendary Dark Knight himself. Hope you enjoy!

Alright, with that out of the way, I'll let you guys get into the story! ENJOY!

Chapter Thirteen: Red Dawn Part Six: We'll burn you all

(A Devil's Justice)

KA-BOOM

The sky exploded in a sea of smoke and fire, red and green beams clashed in the emerald world below, as the red lantern ships dropped hail mary's above. Red Lanterns feral nature took over as they clawed their way through green lantern ranks. But the green lantern's did not give up, several constructing alien rifles and cannons, blasting red lantern's out of the sky. Despite their power, all of the green lantern's rings were still restricted.

The group watched from the main council building, the power central battery beaming with emerald energy. John watched in shock and confusion as the red lantern's fought his fellow green lantern's. How the hell could they have gotten past the asteroid wall? His eyes widened in realization, clenching his hands in anger.

"Ragna…."

"You….you don't think the kid would actually help them?" Hal asked, he may not have known Ragna long, but he had zero doubt Ragna would betray.

"That's right." Laira stated, constructing twin blades. "He doesn't even know the passcode."

"...Oh no." Ghia'ta whimpered, everyone's attention was now on her. The Star Sapphire turned to A3A, both had a look of recognition and realization, their eyes widening which was all the answer John needed.

"Dammit, they must have forced the information out of him." John growled, constructing an M4A1 Carbine.

"We have to find Ragna!" Ghia'ta stated, placing a hand on John's shoulder.

"Ghia'ta, we ain't going anywhere with all these red lanterns flying about." John said, gesturing to the red's in the sky, blowing up buildings.

"We need the entire corps here, now!" Hal stated.

"That will be difficult." The group turned around to see the Guardians float over towards them.

"By the Spectrum." A Guardian whispered, looking up to see the red lantern's fly from their ship.

"What do you mean?" Kilowog asked.

"Most of the corps have returned to their sector, I fear that even with the number we have, we will be out matched." Ganthet explained, lowering his down.

"And by the time they get here…." Laira started.

"It will be too late…" Ganthet finished.

"Well, we ain't giving up, not now or ever!" Kyle exclaimed, holding his ring up.

"Rayner's right. Let's take them out." John stated, constructing binocular's as well, looking through them.

"They're making their way towards us. Or should I specifically say, you." John corrected, looking over his shoulder at the Guardians. He noticed Ganthet had a look of regret and pain, while Appa merely held that insufferable sneer on his face. Seeing none of them make no response, John turned to the others.

"John Stewart." John turned back to Sayd. "The Science Director is still in her office, you must retrieve her." John nodded and sent a message to any lanterns that were closer to the Science Department. Once he sent it, John looked at each and every lantern around him.

"We'll hold up the fort and make our stand here. We know how they work, we can do this. Ready?!" John asked, holding his ring up, the others answered by constructing several weapons for themselves.

"All Green Lantern's on Oa, form a perimeter around the central power battery, keep your distance but don't let them through!" Kilowog roared, constructing four gatling cannons, firing at the hoard of red lanterns. "COME ON POOZERS!"

"Don't let them vomit that blood on you, it's got a nasty effect." Hal added, constructing a laser cannon. Soon, several green beams of light flew towards them, spread out but surrounding the main hub of the Green Lantern homebase. All types of alien lanterns constructed swords, staffs, and alien firearms that made them the greatest fighting force in the universe. Even Ghia'ta constructed her own shield and sword, as A3A's arms glowed brighter.

That did not hinder the red lantern's advancement, spewing their acidic blood and coating some green's in their red blood, some melting their constructs. Skallox soared through several buildings, collapsing them in his charge, and bull rushing through any defensive construct in his way. Bleez slashed through any blade with her claws, before vomiting on the unprepared green, his screams of pain melody to her ears. Razer's twin scimitar-like blades sliced through constructs, moving through some lanterns like a red tornado, blood painting his armor darker. And Zox….well….

"STOP MOVING YOU LITTLE GREEN VERMIN!" Zox roared, firing beams from his ring, trying to blast the little green dot that whizzed around him. No matter how much Zox fired, or swung an alien like mace, he could not hit the little creature.

Green Lantern of Sector 1014, otherwise known as Ch'p, hailed from the planet H'Iven. He was alien, but he greatly resembled that of a squirrel on Earth. The squirrel lantern flew around the spherical red lantern rather joyfully, happy to mess around with such an idiotic individual. Ch'p constructed what looked to be a fly swatter, smacking it into Zox and sending him into a group of his red lantern buddies. Ch'p laughed, his laughter sounding like squeaks, as he floated away from the group….right into a solid object. Ch'p shook his head, looking up to what stood in his way, only to pale at the sight of the second largest red lantern in their ranks. Before he could fight or fly, Ch'p was crushed under their grip, right before he was sent flying into a nearby building.

Atrocitus rolled his eyes, they may be his soldiers, but that was no excuse to have trouble from one little green lantern. Atrocitus turned his attention onto the central battery, where the main forces of the green lantern corps have circled, defending their leaders who he knew were inside. He can smell them, their fear, it has been such a long time since he has seen a Guardian. The last one he killed centuries ago, during the time of the Empire. Now they hide behind their lackeys and emerald towers.

Cowards.

"Lord Atrocitus!" A red lantern appeared beside him. "More Green Lantern's are appearing from the other side of the planet."

"I care little for the numbers they have. Nothing will stop us, not their lackeys, no heroes, nothing." Atrocitus growled, flying up into the sky, with his arms aimed up. He flew high enough until he was out of the stratosphere, before flying right back down at full speed.

"What is that?" Kyle asked, noticing the red dot flying into orbit, pointing to where it got closer. John pulled out the binocular constructs again and looked through, grimacing as he saw the red lantern.

"Atrocitus." John growled.

"He's getting faster." Kilowog noted, getting more worried as Atrocitus sped towards the earth. As Atrocitus flew towards the earth, at the last second, he pulled up at the last second. He flew through the city at superhuman speeds, breaking the sound barrier, heading right towards them. Thinking fast, Ganthet turned to the others, holding his hands up.

"Guardians! The Power Battery!" The others nodded in silent agreement and held their hands up, their eyes glowing green. The Central Power Battery beam of light became static, before firing energy across the sky and around the tower. Atrocitus roared as he flew towards the central power battery, red aura surrounding his body. Red and Green lantern's were sent flying from Atrocitus sonic boom, as the leader of the red's collided with the tower.

The entire tower shuddered under his great power, the ground shaking from such force. When they regained their bearings, many green lantern's found the entire central battery tower was covered in a green bubble. They saw a red armored body slammed against the shield, blood dripping down their body. The group inside were surprised that the shield took the blow, seeing that Atrocitus coughed out a bile of blood.

"Ya think he felt that?" Kyle asked with a cocky smirk, elbowing Kilowog who chuckled in amusement. Atrocitus opened his eyes, blood dripping down his nose and mouth, but that did little to deteriorate him. He saw them, through the emerald bubble, no doubt the reason why it appeared.

"You cannot hide from me Guardians!" Atrocitus roared, clawing at the shield as plasmic blood dripped from his mouth, the crimson blood burning the construct.

"Do you know who I am?!" Atrocitus roared, claws digging into the shield. "I am Atrocitus! Rage Incarnate. Agent of Vengeance. Survivor of Sector 666!"

"What?" Appa asked, gaining a look of shock and confusion. "Impossible…"

"And yet…...here he is." Ganthet whispered, staring at the red behemoth who broke away at the shield.

"You will pay for what you have taken from me!" Atrocitus roared, slamming his fist into the shield and spewing acidic blood. Suddenly, the shield opened up in front of Atrocitus, only for a large then life punching glove to knock him out of the sky. John and the others flew out of the hole, letting it close behind them.

"The shield will hold out, John Stewart." Ganthet stated, said green lantern nodding his head before turning back to see Atrocitus float back up. The two forces stood across from each other, red energy burned the air around the lanterns, while the emerald light radiated against the violet energy. This fight will decide the fate of the corps, as their opposing leaders stared the other down, John holding his ring out.

"Take them down!" John ordered, the green lantern's let out a battle cry as they charged forward.

"Drown them in a sea of RAGE!" Atrocitus roared, his soldiers flying past them with feral battle cries. The two forces clashed in the sky, emerald and crimson painted the streets below.

John constructed two rifles and unleashed a hail of green bullets, blasting through the red lantern ranks, but all that did was fuel their rage. Still he kept firing, making the guns bigger and bigger which definitely left a broken rib or two in the red's. On the other side of the battle, Razer cut through the green lantern constructs, releasing a wave of rage that sent several flying. Elsewhere, Hal constructed a gigantic baseball bat, swinging it full force that knocked back several of the reds. He ducked under a swing from one, knockin him back with a right hook. Hal flew away from three, quickly constructing an F-35 Fighter Jet, whizzing past several reds and firing missiles. He heard the jet shake, looking on his wing to find red lanterns latching onto it, spewing their plasmic blood and constructing blades to cut through the metal. Hal quickly spun the jet in a circle, knocking the red's off. However, their weapons and blood had burned through the construct and it was losing altitude. Hal quickly injected from the jet and let it go through a building, the explosion sending nearby reds flying.

On the other side, Kyle constructed two paint brushes and waved them across the air, constructing weapons and barriers that caught the red's off guard, unsure how this green lantern operated. Kyle soon constructed a large camera, as a large hoard of red lanterns and soldiers flew towards him. Kyle smirked as he clicked the small button in his hand, followed by the camera flash. The bright light blinded the red lantern's and soldiers, wiping their eyes, only for a fly swatter to slap them across the city. Meanwhile, Bleez summoned her construct claws and slashed through GL's barriers, slicing through their skin and bones, and breaking their weaponry. She held her hands high, swinging them, from the constructs came several energy waves that sliced through the air and hit the bubble. The shield's construct shattered around the area before quickly reforming.

Laira swung her staff, knocking a few teeth out of a red lantern, before jabbing it into another behind her. Swinging it over her arm and knocking the red lantern away from her, Laira spun her leg, kicking another red in the ribs, knocking them into the one that was following the first one. She pulled her staff back and threw it like a spear, the staff quickly separating into three smaller pieces. She ducked under an axe swing, twirling her hands in a circular motion in front of the red lantern, before jamming them into his chest. The move was an old technique on her world, all of her force would be focused in her finger tips, the force collapsed several buildings behind the red lantern. Her staff that had broken apart, flew through the sky like they had a mind of their own, jabbing red's in their chest or knees, before flying off and hitting another. Laira ducked under another blow, twisting her body and upper-cutting the red lantern. She flew overhead and planted her boots on both sides of his head, flipping her body around and sending him flying into a nearby building.

Dex-Starr hissed as he flew around lanterns, disorienting them, before clawing at their faces and spewing plasmic blood, melting away the bone and brain tissue. The Feline of Rage hissed before something hit him in the back of the head. Looking over his shoulder seeing the green squirrel lantern glaring at him. Dex-Starr did not hate squirrel's like dogs do, he was a cat…..but he was a vengeful cat. Dex-Starr hissed, forming construct armor around his body, making the lantern pale before hightailing out of there, chasing right after him. Kilowog swung his mace, smacking red soldiers left and right, their blaster bolts bounced off his armor and shield. He slammed his shield into a red lantern, twirling his body so he dragged the red by the end of his hammer, slamming into another. Then another. And another. Kilowog roared as he swung four red lantern's by the end of his hammer, launching them into the sky. He noticed one of the smaller red lantern ships floating down towards them, Kilowog growled as he constructed four gatling guns on his arms and shoulders. He blasted into the side of the ship, blasting through the metal and destroying the cruiser.

"RRRRRRAAAAAAAGGGGGHHHHHH!" Kilowog turned around to be headbutted by Skallox. To the red behemoth's surprise, Kilowog held his ground, keeping his forehead firmly pressed against Skallox's skull.

"I've been waiting a long time for this, Poozer." Kilowog growled, pushing off Skallox and constructing brass knuckles, something he learned from Rayner. Skallox swung savagely, one hit and a lesser man's head would go right off. Kilowog ducked under each swing, followed with a punch to the ribs or face.

"You're tougher than you look!" Kilowog grunted, sucker punching Skallox. "But you've never been in a real fight besides me!" Kilowog ducked under another punch, spinning around Skallox and punching him in the back. Skallox growled in pain, swinging his arm wildly, Kilowog reading it like an open book. Kilowog hit with a right hook, knocking Skallox's head sideways, only for Skallox to ignore the pain and punch Kilowog in the cheek. The two behemoths traded blows, blood spitting from their mouths, neither relenting in their fight. Skallox tackled Kilowog, the green lantern punching the red behemoth's backside, as they both collided into a building.

Razer sliced through lantern's and constructs, watching their rings leave their lifeless corpses, making his way towards the shield that protected the Guardians. He raised his blades high to strike the shield, only to strike against a green staff. Looking over, he found Laira glaring at him with her emerald bo staff. She pushed the red lantern away and dashed towards him, spinning her staff. Red and green clashed as Laira blocked Razer's blades, spinning her staff to knock him off balance. She jabbed Razer in the ribs, but it did little to stop him, Laira ducking under his swing. Razer spewed a torrent of flames, Laira quickly constructed a fan like blade that blew the flames back, flying around Razer and kicking him in the ribs. Razer roared, a fiery aura surrounding his body, before charging at Laira. Suddenly, a jet fighter crashed into Razer, flying straight into a nearby building. Laira looked up to see Hal saluting her, before flying off to take down more red lantern's.

A3A's new body was not as combat efficient as her old one, but she was still able to fight thanks to the energy bracers on her arms that could fire green energy. She flew back avoiding a very angry red lantern, blasting them in the chest, before scanning the efficiency of the battle. The Green Lantern's may be more skilled in combat experience, but she could see that the red lanterns could definitely take the blows. The ones that were once knocked aside had awakened much angrier than before, flying back into the sky. Plus, the green lantern's numbers were even with the reds, but most of the main forces were offworld in their sectors, and the reds were relentless.

Then there was Ragna, who she believed to be the GLC's trump card. He had the highest probability of facing off against Atrocitus. Winning was a whole different statistic, but she believed with the whole corps and Ragna, they had a much higher chance. She held her gauntlet up and blasted a red lantern in the chest, still scanning the battlefield. She needed to find Ragna, but her scanners did not pick him up on the field.

"Tremble in fear!" A3A flew out of the way of a passing red bolt, turning around to see Zox flying towards her. "Yes, fear the might of the red lanterns! Fear Lord Atrocitus! Fear our rage, you worthless pile of scraps!"

"..."

"..."

"..."

"I can see that you are petrified with fear, it is quite normal for such a weak cre-MMP'' A3A's fist planted itself right between Zox's eyes. A3A fired a green blast of energy, Zox roaring in pain from the hot energy. A3A grabbed Zox by his foot and started swinging him around like a rag doll, Zox screaming as his world was spinning, before A3A tossed him on top of a building. Zox groaned, trying to push himself back up, only for A3A to slam herself on his back. The female body could weigh around 150 to 190 depending on their height. A3A weighed beyond 50 tons. She collapsed the roof and the entire building shook as they fell through the roof and all the way to the first floor. A3A flew out of the hole she made, firing a single green bolt, not looking back as the building exploded behind her.

She refused to be insulted by Zox of all people.

Ghia'ta flew through the battlefield, dodging blasts and past fighting red's and green's. Her attention was focused on finding him, nothing mattered to her but his safety. She blocked a swing from a red lantern, before promptly blasting him away with her ring. Now that her arm had healed on the trip back to Oa, she was back to one hundred percent, and she needed to help her new friends. Or comrades. Associates? She didn't know what the others thought of her, besides Ragna and A3A, if they thought she was their friend or something.

"HISSSS!" Ghia'ta looked over her shoulder, seeing Bleez fly above her with her construct claws raised high. Ghia'ta blocked the blow, Bleez's claws digging through the shield, the red lantern hissing at the Star Sapphire Princess.

"Found you, pink lantern!" Bleez snarled, pushing against Ghia'ta's shield, but the Star Sapphire kept her hold on the construct. Her attention, however, was still looking for the half-devil hero, which did not go unnoticed by Bleez.

"Looking for something, weakling….or someone?" That last part seemed to get the Princesses attention, one eye looking at the red lantern out of the corner of her eye.

"You're too late, little girl, Ragna belongs to Atrocitus. He belongs to the Red Lanterns. He belongs…..sooner or later….to me." Bleez whispered sultry, a sadistic grin on her face. Ghia'ta fully turned to Bleez, eyes narrowed in a heated gaze. Bleez cackled as Ghia'ta glared at her, her right hand balling into a fist and turning even whiter than before, if a Star Sapphire's look could kill Ghia'ta would melt through Bleez…..but she'll settle with something else.

"You will never be hi-GRRRK!" Bleez's mouth was shut tight by Ghia'ta's fist, blood shooting out of her nose as Ghia'ta pulled her fist back and punched her again, this time five times harder.

"Y-You little bit-!" Bleez was silenced by a powerful beam of light fired straight into her chest, the violet light blasting her across the city into several buildings.

"...Ow." Ghia'ta moaned, rubbing her arm, it may have been healed but it was still sore. This fiasco did not go unnoticed, as a shadow appeared behind Ghia'ta.

"Impressive." Ghia'ta's heart stopped, feeling the powerful energy behind her, the pressure was to strong on her shoulders. She flew back a bit to find Atrocitus himself, floating in all of rageful glory, with Dex-Starr at his side. Unlike before, where he was full of rage towards the Guardians, he was stoic. Much like when they first met, before he broke her arm.

"Had you stayed in Sector 666, you would have joined the Red Lantern's, we could use a powerful warrior like you for our cause." Atrocitus said.

"I will never join a group of monsters." Atrocitus let out a low growl, not out of anger, but amusement.

"Ragna had the same opinion as you did….now look where we are." Atrocitus said, gesturing to the battlefield around them. Ghia'ta's eyes widened, so Ragna did let them free….but why?

"W-Where is he?" Ghia'ta asked, aiming her ring at Atrocitus.

"He is where he belongs, and once we are done with the Guardians, he is free to return home." Atrocitus answered, floating closer to Ghia'ta, the red cat hissing at her.

"I-I won't let you hurt the others, I may not be a green lantern, but the Love of a Star Sapphire will not let rage win this fight." Ghia'ta stated. Despite all this bravado, she couldn't stop the shaking of her right arm. She may be powerful compared to other Star Sapphire's but staring at Atrocitus face to face, who broke her arm like it was a stick, it was like nothing she has ever felt.

"Love…" Atrocitus growled, the word seemed to have sickened him, glaring into Ghia'ta's eyes.

"Love is fragile. Love does not strengthen, it only blinds those stricken by it. When those you love are gone, when they are ripped from your heart, all that is left….is rage. Unstoppable, unbreakable, unfathomable….Rage." Atrocitus growled, floating until he was standing side by side with her. Ghia'ta lowered her arm, letting them dangle hopelessly by her side. She didn't think there could be someone with this much rage. Her Sapphire ring glowed brightly, it was meters away from Atrocitus crimson ring, before a gallery of images flashed before her mind.

Machines.

Demons.

Death.

Rage.

"What...what did the Guardians do to you? What did they take?" Ghia'ta asked, the red lantern looking over his shoulder at the small girl. Despite fear in her eyes, there was an innocence in her eyes, yet vibrant and full of love. It reminded him of a life before the Red Lantern Corps, before the Five Inversions, before the Massacre.

Trakka.

Limmy.

Ferta.

"Everything." Atrocitus growled, flying past her and into the battle. Ghia'ta floated there, staring mindlessly at her own hands, wondering if...if the Guardians were the bad ones here. Atrocitus was still villainous and what his Corps did was evil, but was it truly out of revenge against what the Guardians did? Ghia'ta turned around to find a red lantern charging towards her, only to be blasted in the side, right into another red lantern.

"Are you alright, Ghia'ta?" A3A asked, floating up to the Star Sapphire.

"I…..I don't know." Ghia'ta muttered, looking towards the machine. "W-Where is Ragna?"

"I am unsure. He has yet to show up." A3A stated. She noticed a distraught look on the princesses face, that mentioning his name hurt her. "Do you believe he freed them?"

"I don't want to believe it, that he had his reasons, but it still shocks me that he would." Ghia'ta said, unsure if she wanted to believe it or not. A3A noticed how the girl rubbed her sore arm awkwardly, her shoulders shaking a bit. Much like watching Ragna frown, she could not explain it, but she despised seeing this girl upset.

"I doubt Ragna would do this out of malice towards us, especially to you, he will have his reasons." A3A stated, placing a hand on Ghia'ta for reassurance, it was a small form of comfort but it helped Ghia'ta smile. "Ragna cares about you a lot, I am sure whatever has happened, he was under the red lantern's influence."

"O-Oh, he cares about me? I-I never notice." Ghia'ta muttered, her cheeks pink, looking away from A3A. If she could, A3A would give Ghia'ta a deadpan expression, but resorted to just staring at her.

"W-We should find Ragna, see if we can help him." Ghia'ta said, grabbing A3A and ducking under an incoming red. The two flew through the battle, Ghia'ta constructed a shield around the two, when suddenly John appeared in front of them knocking out a red lantern.

"John!" Said Lantern turned around to see the two within a pink bubble.

"You two okay?" John asked, turning around and shooting at a red lantern, knocking them off course and allowing a green lantern to knock them out.

"We're fine, but have you found Ragna? We haven't seen him anywhere." Ghia'ta asked, letting the bubble disappear. John shook his head, looking around the battlefield. He was actually surprised that the red's were not killing lanterns, if just wounding them severely, but this just meant they were one step closer to breaking down the shield to the Guardians.

"John Stewart. We need Ragna, I believe he will be necessary in the fight against Atrocitus." A3A stated, Ghia'ta nodding in agreement.

"Yeah, and he needs to answer why he decided to let them free in the first place." John stated, turning back to the two.

"I believe Ragna had his reasons." A3A stated.

"That doesn't excuse them, no matter the reason." John said.

"Regardless, I believe our chances are much higher if we have Ragna on our side, don't you agree?" A3A countered, John looked over at the machine. He may have been pissed at Ragna if he did let these monsters out, but even he had to admit the kid was probably one of the few people at the moment that can even fight against Atrocitus.

"First we have to find him." John said, holding his ring, trying to scan the area around the battle for anyone just standing around. A3A looked around, it was impossible for Ragna to be on the field and not be seen…..could he? Looking up at the main flagship of Red Lanterns, the floating city in the sky, he wondered…..

"I might have an idea. You two stay here, stay close to the others, I'm gonna find Ragna." John said, preparing to fly, only for a hand to stop him.

"I-I should go along with you." Ghia'ta offered, John looking down at her. He could tell she was worried about Ragna, and after watching them cling onto each other for several hours, he could understand why. But with everything that is going on, he couldn't risk the princess getting hurt, especially after last time.

"You stay here, get back in the bubble with the Guardians." John ordered. A3A looked up at the floating citadel, watching fire cannons to the world around them. She hypothesized that their were soldiers within the city manning the cannons, and perhaps they had a power core, one she can hack into.

"If I may advize, John Stewart, it would be wise if I accompany you up there. The red lantern's citadel has several devastating cannons, but if I can hack into their systems, I can turn their weapons on themselves." A3A offered, John rubbed his chin in thought, but it didn't take him much convincing seeing it would help in their fight.

"Alright, you come with me, Ghia'ta you head back."

"What? No! I want to help!" Ghia'ta said, floating up to John. The veteran lantern sighed, before placing both hands on her shoulder.

"Listen, Princess, I know you want to help. To get rid of the guilt you have for tricking us back on Zamaron, for leaving Ragna with the red lanterns." Ghia'ta looked down in shame, knowing he was right, but John wasn't done.

"I messed up by leaving one hero behind, I ain't gonna let another get hurt." John said, patting her shoulder. Ghia'ta was conflicted, on one hand she wanted to help Ragna, but would she be putting more weight on him and John for being there. Seeing John was not going to relent, she backed away beside A3A, the veteran green lantern.

"Besides. I already got one dumbass kid who barely listens to me, I don't need it spreading." John ordered, taking off into the sky with A3A behind him, leaving the princess alone among the battle. She sighed in defeat before following John's orders and flying towards the shielded building. Once she arrived, the Guardians became aware of her presence, but only Ganthet made his way over.

"Guardian Ganthet was it, Irequest that you open this dome up, under John Stewart's orders." Ghia'ta said, looking around to make sure no red lantern was nearby.

"Unfortunately, the others have come to the conclusion that the barrier stays closed, until all of the red lanterns are defeated." Ganthet explained, a deep heavy sigh escaping his lips.

"What?" Ghia'ta asked.

"The Guardians are not fighters, and our current power is no match for the power of the Red Lanterns." Ganthet explained.

"Current?" Ghia'ta thought, staring at the Guardian. She stared at the Guardian, he was old yet wise, but all she could see in his eyes was guilt. He knew why they were here, all of them did.

"Atrocitus said the Guardians took everything from him…..is this true?" Ghia'ta asked, even as the battle went on behind her, she was solely focused on Ganthet. The Guardian looked up at the girl, a frown on his lips as he took a deep breath.

"You would take the words of a murderer, a terrorist?" All three turned to see Appa and the others floating towards them, a heated gaze on Appa's face.

"This Atrocitus is nothing more than a liar and a monster." Appa stated as final, but that did little to stop Ganthet.

"Enough Appa! We must face the facts, all of this is because we were blind to see what we created before it was too late." Ganthet said, gesturing to the battle beyond them. "And I fear, with the current numbers we have, we are no match for such power."

Ghia'ta wondered if what Ganthet said was true, while the Green Lantern's were holding their own, she soon realized that unlike the red lantern's whose rage hindered their pain, while many Green Lantern's were falling and out of the fight. If what Ganthet said was true, then even by the time more Green Lantern's arrive, it will be too late. Looking down at her own ring, she realized what they needed, not just more green lanterns.

An entire Lantern Corps.

"For Hearts long lost and full of fright. For those alone in the blackest night." Ghia'ta chanted, holding her ring out, gaining the others' attention.

"Ghia'ta?" Ganthet asked, but his voice fell on deaf ears.

"Accept our ring and join our fight. Love conquers all! WITH VIOLET LIGHT!" Ghia'ta fired out a beam from her ring, and with a twist of her arm, opened a rip in space. Ghia'ta looked back at Ganthet, a reassuring smile on her face.

"I will return, I promise." With that, the Star Sapphire flew into the wormhole. She was intent on ending this fight, bringing Ragna back, and seeing the truth behind the Red Lanterns.

(A Devil's Justice)

Aga'po sat upon her throne, chin resting in her hand as she stared off into nothing. It had been a day or two since Ghia'ta had gone off with the Son of Sparda, hoping she would return safe and sound. The Central Power Battery, once empty and lifeless, now radiated with untapped endless power above the Sapphire Palace. Many of her guards looked anxiously at each other, unsure of what to say, not used to such silence from the Queen of Zamaron.

All had been silent after Ghia'ta had left, and while the Queen was happy that the Princess was following her heart, the same heart that reignited the Central Battery, it still pained Aga'po that he niece was out there fighting a battle that was not her's.

BOOM

Aga'po and all her Sapphire's shot up at the sudden surge of energy appearing in the middle of her throne room. The vortex of violet energy swirled in the center, her Sapphire's were alarmed with their spears aimed at the portal. They watched as a silhouette appeared from the portal, and as the vortex disappeared, the Sapphire's gasped at the sight of their Princess.

"Ghia'ta?!"

"Aunt Aga'po!" Ghia'ta cried, flying over to the rising Queen.

"Ghia'ta, I...W-Wha-H-How?"

"I don't have time to explain how I got here, but I need you to listen. The Green Lantern Corps and Ragna need our help, please join me and save them from the Red Lanterns!"

(A Devil's Justice)

"So how did Ragna get his weapons, with such incredible strength, why waste yourself with such trivial weapons like those pistols." Diana asked as she looked through the baby book while Leslie made Crepes, which to Diana should have simply been called thin pancakes, for dinner.

Ragna was positively adorable in a dinosaur costume.

"Well when he first started, he could barely lift buildings over his head, so he resorted to using weaponry, pistols mainly. Something about them, the way he held them in his hands, felt right. He never could explain how but they were capable of killing demons, despite seeing thugs shoot at them one time and it did nothing. I believe it has something to do with Ragna's demonic power." Leslie explained, placing the crepes on a plate.

"Anyways, Ragna met an older lady, Miss Goldstein, and she promised to make him the best weaponry in exchange for weapons from crime syndicates." Leslie said, decorating the food.

"I….read about this, in Ragna's journal, that Goldstein was a Gunsmith." Diana said, looking over her shoulder.

"That is correct, he met her during his first summer as a vigilante, and in some way he...grew close to her." Leslie said, taking the plates over to the couch and handing Diana one.

"What happened to her? Ragna has never spoken of her." Diana said, noticing the small sigh escape Leslie's lips.

"Sadly, she is no longer with us. Ragna told me she died of lung cancer, poor dear couldn't stop smoking. But before she died, she left Ragna one last gift."

"Jekyll and Hyde." Diana said, Leslie nodding her head.

"Yes, and shortly after when Ragna faced Botis, he got a hold of that demonic sword of his. Sadly, I was not around when all of this happened, I should have been there to support him." Leslie said. Diana placed a hand on her shoulder for reassurance.

"I am sure he knew you were giving him your fullest support." Leslie smiled at the Amazon, both continuing to eat their crepes. As they ate, Diana wondered about something, where did Leslie go all this time.

"If I may, where did you go? Why leave Ragna here?" Diana asked, Leslie ate her piece and wiped her lips clean, before reaching into her purse. The nun pulled out an old notebook, placing it in her lap before turning to Diana.

"I….I left to find Ragna's father." Leslie admitted, surprising Diana.

"I-Is he alive?"

"I'm not sure. Eva believed he returned to Hell to keep it closed, and if that is true….he went there through a Gateway." Leslie stated, Diana tilting her head in confusion.

"A Gateway?"

"Sparda sealed the Gate of Hell, as well as all other ways into Hell with his demonic power. But ever since his disappearance, Demons have been popping up all over the world in small incidents. Redgrave is where they appear the most frequently, mainly at night and fighting Ragna. I came to the theory that Sparda's physical presence in our realm is what maintained balance and kept the barriers from opening. Now that he is gone, it is possible that the demons are now appearing via gateways, sometimes holes in space and time, while others are physical Hell Gates. I departed near the beginning of summer to travel across the US, later across the Globe looking for any signs of Sparda or Hell Gates." Leslie said, reaching into her purse again and pulling out what appeared to be a stack of pictures.

"I wanted to show Ragna these, as I am entrusting them to him, but here are a few pictures I discovered while traveling the globe." Leslie said, handing Diana a few pictures. The Amazon stared inquisitively, the first one was quite a surprise to her.

A group of men, wearing what appeared to be militaristic combat clothing, standing before a group shot. Each and everyone of them were gritty and been through hell and back. What caught her eye was the man in the middle: If Ragna was older, and had his hair slick back these two would be identical. Unlike the other soldiers, Sparda wore gleaming black armor, a fur cape over his shoulders, a helmet in one hand, and a sword stabbed into the ground.

"This was taken on September 1, 1945. A day before World War 2 ended. This group was known as the Hellcats, a group of special forces of expendable soldiers, to fight the Axis Power. Sparda was one of their own, but he was part of many military factions. Most records were erased from history, this picture being one of the few left. This one was taken a few months into World War II." Leslie handed Diana another picture.

This one showed Ragna gleaming in his battle armor, this time with a bigger group of soldiers, but what caught Diana's attention was the creature in Sparda's arms. It was a small red naked simian-like creature, with a red tail and yellow eyes. She noticed it was wrapped in a blanket around it's chest, and it's right arm was entirely stone. Another man stood beside Sparda, decked in a black suit with a strange claw on his chest.

"What is that thing?" Diana asked, staring at the creature.

"I am unsure, when they showed me the picture, all they could tell me was that it's gender was female, and classified as half-devil. Sparda and the Lobster, the man next to Sparda, were sent to stop an experiment of summoning Demons with technology. It worked in summoning one, but all they got was that creature, a baby no doubt, in a world with the famous demon killer before it." Leslie explained.

"Sparda didn't…"

"They never told me, the agents who I was meeting, but I suspect there is more to this creature than meets the eye. This last one I will show you, because I feel you might be familiar with it, I was unable to take it with me but I did get a picture." Leslie handed Diana the last photo. Diana saw it was not a picture of a group of people, but it was something she was all familiar with.

Greek Paintings, no doubt during the Hellenistic Period, but what it depicted shocked her. Two warriors, gleaming in dark battle armor, fire burned around them as they clashed. Diana could vaguely recognize him but the armor was similar to Sparda's, but the second one was a bit difficult to make out. She knew only one being, the same being whose name is a poison on Themyscira, that could be depicted here.

"Sparda…..and the God of War."

"Sparda has been here throughout the ages of man, no doubt being here through every single event. I….I wish to show this to Ragna, because I will be leaving in about a week or so. I wish to find any clues on Sparda's whereabouts, so that he may return order and close off the gateways from Hell to Earth." Leslie said as Diana handed her the pictures back.

"Now I just pray that Ragna returns home, safe and sound."

(A Devil's Justice)

"Is….is this right?" Ragna asked outloud to no one but himself, staring down at the world below, watching the sky explode in emerald and crimson light. He could hear the red lantern's roars, the green lantern's scream, and feel the rage below. It hurt him, physically hurt his heart as the rage grew stronger, his head aching from the pain.

"It….This is wrong right? Yes, yes it is wrong. Just because the Guardians are guilty for the destruction of the Dead Zone doesn't mean the Lantern Corps deserves to pay….right? Why am I thinking this? Ugh, grrr… my head." Ragna rubbed his head, the burning sensation left a painful ache in the back of his neck.

….Payback….

…...Justice…

…..Corruption…..

…..Rage….

"I mean, they allowed corrupt Green Lantern's to do whatever they wanted for how long? For all I know, they could still be in the Corps itself." Ragna rationalized, rubbing the back of his head. Laira appeared in his mind, followed by Hal, then Kyle, John, A3A, and finally Kilowog.

"N-No, what am I thinking? They are still good guys…..is...is Atrocitus and the red lantern's killing them?" Ragna peered over the edge, looking at the city below. He couldn't explain it, but the red lantern ring put his body on overdrive, burning him on the inside and yet he could smell it: Blood. Yet he could hear heartbeats, somewhere slower while others beat fast with adrenaline, while others stopped completely. This was wrong, it had to be wrong.

…...Kill…..

…...Injustice…..

….Blue Devils…

…..Vengeance….

"So long as the Guardians are brought to Justice, it's fi-!"

"Kid?" Ragna's eyes widened, looking over to see John flying up to him. John narrowed his eyes, trying to get a good look at Ragna, unsure if this was him. The second he noticed the white lock of hair, he knew it was him, but seeing him in this state shocked John. John's nose crinkled at the sight of Ragna's wrathful form, and when he noticed the crimson ring on his finger did that shock John to his core, tightening his hand.

"You….You joined them?" John asked, landing on the platform with Ragna.

"N-No! Well, not willingly. When you all left, Atrocitus forced me to join." Ragna explained, feeling the burning sensation getting hotter.

"So they MADE you open up the Dead Zone?" John asked, stepping forward. Ragna rubbed his arm awkwardly, unsure how this is gonna end.

"N-Not exactly….I opened it for them John." Ragna said, John's eyes widened in shock for a split second, before he glared at Ragna.

"YOU WHAT?!"

"John, listen! It's complicated, Atrocitus and the red lantern's aren't what you think." Ragna said, holding his hands up.

"Give me one good reason why I should take your word! After all this!" John stated, gesturing to the battle below.

"The Dead Zone was Atrocitus' home, but it was destroyed…..by the Manhunters." Ragna stated, John stopped in his step as he looked at the half-devil with a ludicrous stare.

"What?"

"The Manhunter's destroyed the entire sector, and when Atrocitus tried to take revenge, the Guardians imprisoned him and walled off the sector with that machine inside the asteroid field. All of the red's down there, so many of them have suffered atrocities by the hand of the Green Lantern's and Guardian's, and the whole universe knows nothing about it. Atrocitus wants to bring the Guardians to Justic-!"

"With their 'righteous vengeance' right? The same that destroyed Shyir's home colony, and killed him?!" John growled, stepping forward and jamming his index finger into Ragna's chest.

"I-I know what they did was wrong, so do they, but they deserve justice too!"

"By destroying the green lanterns?!" John roared, glaring at Ragna.

"N-No, Atrocitus said he would bring them to Justice, it's why-nggh." Ragna growled, clutching his head in pain, but John ignored this as he let out an exasperated groan.

"Kid, they have been trying to kill us since the moment we met! Goddamit, how can you be so gullible into believing them?!"

"I-I've seen their dead, I saw their memori-GAH!" Ragna cried, clutching his head in pain.

"So that gives them the right to destroy the Corps? You think they are going to stop after that? Dammit, this is exactly what I've been trying to tell you, think before you act! But you never do, you always rush first into danger and put others at risk! Because of you we fell into the trap of the red lanterns, because of that you ended up being a blind follower of some mad man, and because of you they are going to destroy us all!"

…..Bastard!...

…...Vengeance….

…...Rage!...

…...KILL!...

"SHUT UP!" Ragna roared, sucker punching John through several buildings, his body exploding with an aura of flames dancing around him. John grunted as he pulled himself out of the wall, glaring at the raging Ragna.

"SHUTUPSHUTUPSHUTUP!" Ragna roared, his eyes completely crimson, blood dripping down his mouthguard. John sighed in defeat, before holding his ring up, seeing no other choice.

"Alright then, let's go, kid."

"RRRRRAAAAAAHHHHH!" Ragna roared as he bolted across the sky, John flying towards him. They pulled their rings back and swung, the shockwave shaking the city.

(A Devil's Justice)

"What...what you are asking, Ghia'ta, is not an easy thing." Aga'po stated, her back towards Ghia'ta, as she stared at the central power battery. For the last few minutes, Ghia'ta retold her tale within the Dead Zone, the loss of Ragna, and now the current events. At one point in her life she would smile and enjoy the idea of Sparda or his blood suffering. Now….now she didn't know what to think. Now her niece was begging her to help the Guardians, one of the few creatures in the universe she despises more than Sparda.

"Aunt Aga'po, I would not have come here as fast as I could if it was not important. The red lanterns are incredibly powerful, their leader the most powerful of them all. Ragna is nowhere to be seen, and I fear they do not have much time left. Please Aga'po!" Ghia'ta begged, stepping towards her aunt. The Queen of Zamaron sighed, rubbing her arm, looking up at several stained glass windows. It depicted three of the greatest Sapphires, she was among them.

Eva. Zel'ra.

"I….I don't know, Ghia'ta. I don't know if I can ever help the Guardians, or ever forgive them for what they did." Aga'po said, sighing. Ghia'ta saw it in the corner of her aunt's eyes, a look of pain and guilt.

"...Did you know about the Dead Zone? Is that why the Zamarons left the Guardians?" Ghia'ta asked, Aga'po turned around to face her niece.

"It was one of the many reasons we left, to become better than what we once were, to show love." Aga'po said. Ghia'ta stared at her aunt, seeing that the Queen was conflicted to join the fight. Ghia'ta could not give up, not on love, not on John, not on the Green Lantern's.

Not on Ragna.

"Please, Aunt Aga'po, they will not survive. He….he needs me." Ghia'ta whimpered, tears trailing down her eyes. Aga'po was shocked, reaching out for her niece to comfort her but stopped. She looked at her ring, seeing it glow with such intense light, unlike it has ever been. She held it out to Ghia'ta, a flash of light blinded her, and she saw memories of time long ago. She saw a little girl playing with her mother, laughing and hugging. She saw the most recent memories, of Ragna and Ghia'ta side by side, the Princess of Zamaron holding onto his arm, a peaceful and joyful smile on his lips. The light died down, and Aga'po stared at her niece, she could see the energy radiate off Ghia'ta like a star.

Love.

"Ghia'ta….do you….do you lo-!"

"If you will not do it for Ragna, then do it for me. Do it for my mother. Do it for Eva." Ghia'ta said, looking up at the glass window of the half-devil's mother, adorned her Sapphire gown. Aga'po turned and stared at the window, seeing a woman she would gladly call family, lost to her forever. She despised Sparda, she despised his bloodline….but she knew Eva loved him and she knew, deep down, that Eva loved her son. She could not forgive Sparda for what he took from her.

But she will not let her niece go through the same pain.

(A Devil's Justice)

"Don't let them through!" Kilowog roared, firing his cannons as the green lantern's held their ground. The green lantern's were losing an uphill battle, the red lanterns burned and cut through their ranks with acidic rage, green rings leaving the battlefield to find a new host. Laira grunted as she sliced an arm off a red lantern, panting heavily as her ring was in the dozens and draining drastically. Hal and Kyle suits were torn and steaming from the intense heat of the red lanterns.

"Do not relent, Lanterns!" Razer roared, holding his blade high as the red lanterns fought through the green lanterns. At this point the red lanterns were simply tossing them aside, not caring about the green's, hellbent on getting into the barrier where the Guardians resigned. Some red lanterns slammed themselves against the dome, spitting their plasmic blood on the dome, burning away the shell.

Atrocitus roared as he swung his halberd, the crimson construct cutting through the green lantern, bones crunched and split under the pressure. The lantern's blue blood sprayed everywhere, coating Atrocitus' body only to sizzle away at the intense heat. The red lantern turned towards the shielded building, his army swarming through the green lanterns, yet they persisted in defending in blind loyalty to the wretched blue devils. Atrocitus has been waiting for millenia for this moment; ever since he lost everything to the Manhunters, he has come close to destroying them a couple times: First during the Empire of Tears, when the Green Lantern's were first created. And then when the green lantern known as Abin Sur tried to interrogate him about some prophecy, only to escape before being imprisoned again.

Not this time, he will not be denied.

"RRRAAAAAAAAGGGGHHHHH!" Atrocitus roared, blasting through the sky like a red comet, soaring through his own and their soldiers.

KA-BOOM!

The shockwave blasted all lantern's away from the tower, several buildings shook and the streets below cracked. Atrocitus had both fists planted into the construct, barely making a dent, as his body was firmly pressed against it. Atrocitus grinded his teeth as he glared through the construct and into the very souls of the Guardians. They cowered and whimpered at his might, now that they had no power over him and his lantern corps. His eyes widened hearing a small but familiar sound, looking at his right fist, he saw the tiniest of cracks appear only to quickly reform. Atrocitus slowly turned back to the Guardians, and for the first time in a long time, they felt dread at the sight of Atrocitus' malicious smile. Atrocitus blasted off into the sky, flying far away from the red's and green's, becoming a red dot in their eyes as he floated over the horizon.

"L-Lord Atrocitus?!" Zox cried out, watching his glorious and powerful master fly away. Hal and the others were also at a loss to what was going on, but they did not let their guard down.

"AAAAAAAtttrrrroooccccciiiittttuuusssss." Dex-Starr hissed, looking at where it's master had flown off.

"Look!" A red lantern cried out, pointing at something in the distance, flying towards them at blinding speeds. Before the green lantern's could stop it, the red bullet collided with the shield, shaking it once again. Atrocitus' nose broke upon contact, but quickly healed itself, as he vomited plasmic blood before bouncing off again and flying off as fast as he could.

"What is he doing?" Bleez growled out, they watched as the red light disappeared, a few seconds passed by before the red light came back as fast as it could. Hal looked back at the shield construct, noticing the cracks grew bigger, only to be self-healing. Atrocitus collided with the shield, and not even taking a second to collect his thoughts blasted back into the sky again. Hal floated back to see that the cracks were getting bigger, and not healing as fast as Atrocitus strength.

"Stop him!" Hal roared, constructing several layers of construct energy around the building itself. Soon the other green lantern's joined in, creating more layers as Atrocitus soared towards them.

KA-BOOM

All of it was nothing against the speeding red bullet that was Atrocitus, destroying every single layer and colliding with the shell, cracking it more. He flew into the sky again, his speed picking up from pushing off the shield. Hal and the others formed together to make several layers of energy between the Central Power Battery and Atrocitus. Razer and the red's will not stand by, spewing their napalm like blood against the green energy as Atrocitus flies towards them. He easily bulldozes through the construct, his entire body on fire from the rage burning within him, blasting off again.

KA-BOOM

KA-BOOM

KA-BOOM

The shield cracked and spread, slowly and surely losing its strength. Ganthet and the Guardians watched as Atrocitus tackled through their lantern's, breaking the shield down little by little. Everytime he came back the flaming aura became bigger, slowly but surely taking form. The flames seemed to take the shape of a bull like beast, horns pointed upwards, tusks protruding from its side as it collided with the shield. Ganthet could only summarize it as the physical manifestation of Atrocitus' rage...or was it something more?

"FEEL MY WRATH!" Atrocitus roared, this was it, one final blow and nothing would stand in his way. No Green Lantern's, no Manhunters, no Ragna, no on-

BOOM

Suddenly, a blinding violet light appeared above the sky, parting in clouds within the area. Like the wrath of God himself, a massive violet spear struck Atrocitus in the back, spearing the earth below. Both Corps watched as a large construct figure, half woman and half beast, appeared from the sky.

"Queen Aga'po?!" Kyle asked, shocked at the sight of the Queen's presence. The large construct of Aga'po looked down at the two sides, before turning to the red lanterns.

"Aga'po…" Sayd muttered, shocked to see someone she once considered a close ally, after all these years.

"Star Sapphires, ATTACK!" Aga'po roared, from the light behind her, legions upon legions of her Sapphires charged. The red lantern's fired back as Sapphire's constructed blades and spears, charging at the red army. The red lantern's charged as the new forces collided, as the green lantern's watched in confusion and shock.

"The….the Sapphire's are helping us?" Kilowog asked out loud, staring jaw dropped at the new allies.

"Well, never look a gift horse in the mouth!" Kyle said, constructing two cannons and flying off into the battle. Hal and the others soon followed as the three forces collided, green and sapphire joining in the fight against rageful red. The Guardians watched in awe, seeing the newest lantern corps appear before them.

"Green….Red…..Sapphire….three Lantern Corps…..Could it be?" The Science Director muttered from her office, watching as the three spectral lights exploded across the sky. She was forced to watch as her doors were locked shut with several layers as a few red lanterns clawed and punched through the steel, their anger blinding them from melting away the doors. She watched as the three forces fought, awe and hunger in her eyes. She was so focused on the fighting, she was unaware of the blade suspended in the air behind her, once silent at the disappearance of its master now shaking violently.

In the sky, the last of the Sapphire's flew through as Ghia'ta closed the portal, staring at the earth below. She watched as her Corps fought alongside the green lanterns, pushing back against the red lanterns as Aga'po's large construct struck them down with her large tentacles. As she looked beyond the battle, her eyes wandered up to the floating citadel, widening as several explosions rocked the city.

"Oh no."

(A Devil's Justice)

A3A blasted the last red soldier, knocking him into the wall, as several others groaned beneath her. She walked over them and towards the central computer within the command center. She began typing and morphed her left hand into several tendrils, slipping them through one of the ports. Her eyes flashed green, data moving through her mind, and just like that she was in. She quickly commanded the turrets and turned them on their own, blasting away at the starships below. As the fighting continued and the sudden appearance of the Sapphire's, she theorized Ghia'ta had something to do with that, her eyes traveled to the city of Shard.

"Ragna."

Below the main tower hub, John grunted as he collided into a wall, quickly pulling himself off as a red bullet slammed into where he originally was. John constructed a bat and swung it, smashing into the side of Ragna's face. That did little to deteriorate Ragna's rage as he bull rushed John, clamping their hands together and crashing through buildings.

"Ever since the manhunters you've done nothing but berate me and belittle me!" Ragna roared, pulling his fist back and punching John across the cheek, knocking him away and into the streets. John got back up and constructed a rifle, firing emerald bullets at Ragna, shattering upon impact as Ragna dashed forward and crushed the gun.

"I'm the one that knew you were innocent! I'm the one that took a stand for you in that stupid trial!" Ragna roared, grabbing John by his shoulders and tossing him overhead, slamming him on the ground. He picked John back and up and punched him in the chin, blasting him into the sky, before skyrocketing towards him.

"I saved you when Razer and the red lanterns attacked! I saved you when Aga'po was going to kill us!" Ragna caught John, keeping a tight grip on John's throat. John constructed a mechanical gauntlet and swung it across Ragna's face. The construct shattered, the half-devil red lantern was unaffected by the blow, but his mask was knocked off. Ragna roared as he tossed John right into Shard's center area, leaving him in a crater. John groaned as he pulled himself back up, glaring up at Ragna. As much as he hated to admit it, even without a ring, Ragna was far stronger than him.

"All I've ever done since I've been here is help! The Guardians are the reason why all of this is happening! All I wanted to do was help!" Ragna roared, his flames burning and bright and hotter.

"Instead...you doomed the green lanterns, kid." John grunted, Ragna's eyes twitched erratically. He couldn't think straight, his head ached and it hurt to think about this, was he truly the one at fault? He just wanted to bring the Guardians to justice.

…..Vengeance….

…...Justice….

…...Rage…

…...KILL…..

"RRRRAAAAAAHHHHHH!" Ragna roared, spewing plasmic blood, as he blasted towards John, pulling his fist back as it erupted with fiery rage.

"Ragna!" A3A called out, trying to catch up as fast as she could, but she was not fast enough to stop the red devil as he soared towards John. John held his ring up, reading to fire a blast as Ragna's speed shattered nearby windows and shook Shard to it's core.

"Ragna."

The half-devil hero stopped, his sudden halt shook the streets, inches from colliding with Ghia'ta. She suddenly appeared, a pink aura surrounding her body, as she stood between Ragna and John with her arms out. She stared at Ragna with a worried gaze, a bit of fear within, as she stared at the once sweet hero. His face, once full of happiness and peace, was now contorted with erratic rage. Just like a red lantern. His burning aura molded with her vibrant energy, the red flames dancing against the sapphire light. Had Ragna hit John, his body would not be able to withstand the heat, the stone marble beneath them melting at the intense flames. John's shield barrier around his body was all that protected him, if only as much as it could as the mere pressure of Ragna forced John and even A3A on their knees.

Ghia'ta stood strong, undeterred as she stood face to face with Ragna, his posture hunching, his chest heaving as he panted and snarled. He was more beast, more Devil, than human. His teeth were razor sharp, blood dripping between them. His clothes were gone, replaced by these red lantern armor and garb. What shook Ghia'ta to her core were his eyes, so vibrant and bright, now malicious and full of anger. Ragna stared down at Ghia'ta, his feet having yet to touch the ground, looking into her frightened eyes. As he stared into her eyes, all he saw was his own reflection, he wasn't a hero. He was a monster. A Beast.

Devil.

Ragna tried to reach out to her, but stopped, pulling back so as to not hurt her on accident. To his shock, Ghia'ta stepped forward, slowly reaching up to cup his face. He flinched, his aura dwindling as his rage slowly died, but was still hot enough to burn her. And he dare not hurt her. Ghia'ta would not relent, she would not abandon him as she did in the Dead Zone, slowly reaching up and cupping both sides of his cheeks. Her smooth fingers rubbed against his ears and twirled his hair, slowly bringing him to the ground. The other two watched as Star Sapphire Princess calmed the Red Lantern Devil, their auras molding together, forging into something more powerful. Ghia'ta smiled at Ragna, that smile that made his heart skip a beat, a beaming smile that made the sun blush red from it's beauty. She leaned forward and planted her head against his, trailing down his body and taking his hands in hers. Ragna felt the pain in his head subside, it was still there but his mind was cleared, he no longer felt the rage hurting him. Regaining his senses, Ragna stared down at Ghia'ta in shock, the princess lifting her thumb and wiping away the blood from the corner of his lips.

(A Devil's Justice)

Halfway across the universe, on the homeworld of the Star Sapphire Corp Zamaron, the Central Power Battery glowed brighter than before. Just as it did when Ghia'ta left, full of life and love, the core energy combined and took form. From the core an object shot off into space, flying as fast as it could towards it's goal. If one were flying by, they could've sworn they saw a ring.

A Star Sapphire Ring.

(A Devil's Justice)

"G-Ghia'ta….I-I didn't want to hurt you, any of you." Ragna said, looking around the three. "B-But I've seen what Atrocitus and the others have gone through, they are in pain, like me! I-I'm so sor-!"

"Shh..It's okay Ragna, I know you are trying to do what is right. I may not know all the details, but Auntie Aga'po confirmed that the Guardians are responsible for what happened in the Dead Zone. I agree that the Guardians should be brought to Justice….but Ragna…." Ghia'ta slowly took Ragna's hand and placed it against her cheek, the half devil hero rubbing his thumb against her smooth skin. "This isn't right, what Atrocitus is doing, I've only seen glimpses but I saw where this has taken him. He is blinded by his rage, whether he believes it is righteous or not, he is not going to stop until the Guardians and all those that follow them are destroyed. We….YOU have to stop him, Ragna. You are the only one that can. You told me you would be there when I need you most. I need you now, your heart pushing you forward, to do what is right."

Ragna stared down at Ghia'ta, his eyes slowly trailing down to the crimson ring wrapped around his finger. He held his hand up, feeling the ring burning his hand, trying to get a rise out of his anger. He gripped his hand tightly, just as Ghia'ta calmly held his hand in hers, and Ragna knew what must do. Looking over Ghia'ta, he saw John trying to pull himself back up, but failed.

"John…" Ragna walked past Ghia'ta and helped John back up. The green lantern stood back up, sporting a bruise on his right cheek and a cut on his lip. Ragna looked down at his own feet, cheeks red with shame and guilt in his eyes.

"John...I'm so sorry, I just wanted to save them. I...I didn't want to hu-!" A hand was placed on his shoulder, Ragna looked up to see John staring down at him with a stoic gaze.

"Kid. You made a big mistake." Ragna flinched at the harsh tone, tears welling up in his eyes, for it was true.

"Now go and fix it." Ragna's head shot up and stared into the softer gaze of John. The veteran lantern may think the boy is idiotic, and still doesn't learn, and was to quick to react and never thinks first. But….maybe he has been a bit harsher on the kid, his reasons were his own. But even he had to admit, a couple of times on this mission he would not be here without Ragna. The half-devil hero wiped his tears away and gave the veteran lantern his signature grin, turning to face Ghia'ta and A3A.

"Does this mean you are back, Ragna?" A3A asked, looking up at Ragna with what the hero assumed to be small hopefulness in her eyes, though it disappeared as soon as it appeared. Ragna stared down at his ring, clenching his fist.

"Not yet, A3A, not yet."

(A Devil's Justice)

Skallox roared echoed across the city as he charged through the green and sapphire legions, only to be blasted by several beams from the Sapphires. The green lanterns and star sapphires, both sides not knowing the full history of each other, but neither cared as they focused all of their strength on the same enemy. Razer and the others tried to fight, but the constant fighting against the green lanterns and now the sudden arrival of the Sapphires had their rings halfway fifty percent. Dex-Starr hissed and clawed at a Star Sapphire, only to be swatted away by Kyle, the GL giving the Sapphire a thumbs up who awkwardly returned it. Hal and the others held the front line as they pushed back against the red legion, the arrival of their new found allies boosted their morale, they now stood a chance.

Aga'po watched from her larger than life construct as her Sapphire's and the Green Lantern Corps fought side by side. She dared not think a day like this would ever come….yet here they were. Looking over her shoulder, she glared at the beings that were now the Guardians, their shorter status was quite strange, she could've sworn they were taller millenia ago. Was this her fate should she have stayed with them? She was not one to brag but her figure was one many desired. Shaking the thought away, she looked down at her large spear stabbed into the earth, reaching over with her large construct and pulling it out. She stared down at the crater she made, and saw a large red body lay in the center.

"You are the one called Atrocitus, yes?" Atrocitus grunted as he slowly pushed himself off the ground, rubbing his head, snarling at the Star Sapphire Queen.

"You believe that Rage is some form of Justice? That it is greater than Will? That is where you are wrong." Aga'po growled, holding her staff high, aimed down at Atrocitus.

"I care little for the Guardians, or their lantern corps, but I refuse to let someone hurt my niece and home and then claim that all of it was for Justice." Aga'po roared, thrusting her staff once more, stabbing Atrocitus into the earth again, before pulling it back up. She thrusted her spear again with great force, each slam rocked the streets below, shockwaves shaking the buildings. She repeatedly slammed the earth where Atrocitus laid, the buildings around him collapsing on top of him.

"YOU!"

"WILL!"

"FEAR!"

"THE!"

"POWER!"

"OF!"

"A!"

"STAR!"

"SAPPHIRES!"

"LOVE!"

Each word she punctuated with her spear stabbing the earth, multiple city blocks were in complete ruin, nothing but rubble remained. She pulled her spear out noticing that nearby lanterns from all sides stopped to see the damage she had done. Aga'po waited a few moments for Atrocitus to get up, smirking as nothing happened. She turned to the red lantern corps, glaring at them as her eyes glowed brighter, preparing to unleash violet hell on them.

"...Love." Aga'pos eyes widened, her heart skipping a beat, a menacing aura crushing the floor beneath her. She slowly turned her head to the pile of rubble she made, noticing a red glow flicker within.

"...Is but a weakness.." Atrocitus growled, his eyes popping open as his body burst into flames. The rubble exploded in a sea of fire and molten rock, melting away from the intense heat, blinding the lantern corps. Aga'po stared in shock as Atrocitus pushed himself back up, turning to look up at her with an intense glare.

"It blinds you…." Atrocitus snarled, glaring up at Aga'po, the flames getting brighter and brighter. The Star Sapphire Queen quickly raised her spear high, thrusting it towards the red lantern leader.

"So fragile that once it breaks….all that is left…...IS UNSTOPPABLE RAGE!"

KA-BOOM

No one could blink fast enough, there was nothing they could do, it happened in the blink of an eye. Atrocitus became a red bullet, blasting right through Aga'pos construct and into the emerald shield, shattering the protective construct. The Guardians shielded their eyes from the pressure, their cloaks dancing in the wind. Once the pressure died down, Ganthet and the others looked up, only to gasp in horror: The emerald bubble around them shattered, the construct disappearing before it hit the ground. Aga'po. Defeated. Atrocitus floated above him with her in his hand, the Queen unconscious from the powerful blow, before the red lantern let her slip from his fingers and crash into the steel surface. He had no care for the queen or her Sapphires. Atrocitus lowered himself to the ground, slowly walking towards the Guardians with thunderous steps.

"NO!" Atrocitus turned around and caught Hal's fist, breaking the bone, the green lantern cried out in pain before Atrocitus headbutted him. The red lantern slammed him into the ground before turning to see Kyle and Laira charge at him, he swung his arms out like a club, knocking both in the ribs. He grabbed them by their shoulders and slammed their heads together, grabbing the back of their skulls and smashed them into the emerald floor. Kilowog roared as he swung his hammer, but it shattered upon contact, Atrocitus grabbing Kilowog and slamming him head first into the metal. Atrocitus walked over Kilowog and slowly made his way over to the Guardians, only for something to grab his boot.

Looking down he saw Hal holding onto his left boot with his one good hand, clenching his teeth as he tried with all his strength to keep Atrocitus there. Before the red lantern could knock him off, Laira and Kyle joined, locking around his other leg, blood trickling down their foreheads. Atrocitus was confused by this action, only to be even more confused as Kilowog pulled his head out of the ground and grabbed onto Atrocitus' shoulders. More followed, Ch'p and Salaak holding onto Kilowog, followed by Star Sapphires as they fired pink hooks into the ground and held onto the green lanterns. More followed as they tried to hold on together and keep the red lantern in place. The red lantern cared very little for such futility, instead releasing a burst of red energy that knocked everyone off him, walking towards the Guardians. He constructed a red halberd, dragging the crimson blade behind him, sparkings flying from the metal, as he slowly made his way towards Ganthet. He stopped a few feet away from them, his red eyes burning into their souls, the fiery pits of hell welcomed them.

"Do you recognize me now?" The red lantern asked, Ganthet stared up at the alien lantern, a sigh escaping his mouth.

"Yes…..yes I do." Ganthet closed his eyes, he could hear the distant screams of pain, before they were silenced.

"You...you must understand." Sayd started, hoping to reason with the red beast. "Your home, your entire Sector, it was not something we wanted to happen. A malfunction corrupted the Manhunters, making their pro-!"

"I do not care for your reason." Atrocitus snapped, snarling at Sayd. "All these years, the day you made your lanterns crucify me and left me to rot, was when I knew you never cared. I stopped asking why, and started asking...when."

"Look into my eyes, Guardian." Ganthet opened his eyes, staring up at Atrocitus.

"I want to be the last thing you ever see. I want you to look at the monster you created, what you failed, and what will avenge the fallen." Atrocitus growled, raising his halberd high. Ganthet sighed, lowering his head and accepting his fate, there was no one that could stop this beast.

"Atrocitus." The red lantern's eyes widened, looking over his shoulder, find himself face to face with Ragna. The half-devil hero helped Hal and the others up as Ghia'ta, A3A, and John stood behind him. The other red lanterns looked on in shock, wondering why Ragna was now helping them, but Atrocitus was happy to find a fellow brother in rage.

"Have you finally come to join the fight, Ragna?" Atrocitus asked, stepping towards the half-devil with his halberd aimed at the Guardians. Ragna did not answer, glaring at the leader of the red lanterns, when a hand wrapped itself around his. Looking over, he smiled at Ghia'ta, who gave him a reassuring smile. Seeing this, Atrocitus frowned.

"I see….so you have made your choice." Atrocitus growled, walking towards Ragna, as the half-devil hero did the same. The two started to circle around each other, staring the other down.

"You lied to me, Atrocitus." Ragna growled, glaring at the red lantern.

"I have never lied to you Ragna, you simply didn't understand the bigger picture." Atrocitus retorted, letting his halberd disappear, pointing a talon at Ragna.

"Have they brought you back to a path of injustice? That you now think we are the villains? What the Guardians did wasn't out of malice, but an accident?" Atrocitus asked, stopping in his walk, as Ragna stopped in front of the Guardians. He glared at Atrocitus, before turning his attention over his shoulder and at the Guardians, making them flinch at his harsh gaze.

"No." Atrocitus stiffened at the answer, he honestly wasn't expecting that.

"What the Guardians did was wrong, and they need to be brought to Justice, the right way….but that can't happen if you kill them. I can't stand by and let you hurt more people...because you won't stop until the entire universe feels your rage, right Atrocitus?" Ragna asked, turning back to Atrocitus. The red lantern did not answer, and that was all Ragna needed. The red lantern was not going to stop, not until all those that followed the Guardians suffered…..and that meant everyone.

Earth.

Diana.

His home.

"I always expected the rage of a red lantern to betray me, that one of my own would try and stop me." Atrocitus growled, looking over his shoulder, sighing in annoyance. "I thought with all you've done you would see reason. Now, you wish to fight a red lantern, an agent of rage with rage? Now that is just bad comedy."

Ragna stared down at his own hand, the crimson ring went silent ever since Ghia'ta's energy molded with his. This small item in a single day changed what his perspective on the red lanterns were, agents of vengeance, survivors. Like him. But this ring was not him, he could not let his rage define him. He may be a Force of Vengeance towards those that took everything from him, on the inside, but he was a Force of Justice for his home. For his friends. For the League. For Ghia'ta.

He was a Hero.

"No. I will not fight you as a Red Lantern." Ragna said, staring at the crimson ring, Atrocitus cocked an eyebrow in confusion. Watching Ragna slowly reach for his ring, Atrocitus' eyes widened, knowing what will happen as did all the other red lanterns. Above, within the Central Power Battery, matter took form. It molded into physical shape before forging into it's final shape. From the stars above, a pink light flew down towards the planet, looking for it's target.

"Ragna don't!" Atrocitus roared, reaching out to stop him.

"Ragna?!" Ghia'ta cried as Ragna slowly pulled the crimson ring off.

"GGAAAAHHH!" Ragna cried out in pain as the red energy slowly died around him. They watched as his red flames roared erratically, clinging onto his body for desperation. Aga'po, who had woken up some time ago, watched in horror as Ragna roared in pain. It was an ugly sight, and not even she would not want this pain on him, and it seemed it will cost him his life.

NO!

RAGE!

POWER!

VENGEANCE!

From the Central Power Battery blasted a green object, quickly flying towards it's newest host. At the same time, the pink light flew past the lanterns, shocking every Sapphire it flew past-even Aga'po and Ghia'ta- before colliding with the half-devil hero at the same time as the emerald object just as Ragna pulled the crimson ring off.

BOOM

BA-DUMp

BA-DUmp

BA-D…

The entire building was blinded by a flash of light, blinding all lanterns and Guardians, shocking them. Once the light dimmed down, all lanterns of all colors looked towards Ragna in shock and awe. Shock for the red lanterns in the fact that he was alive, that his heart should've stopped beating. Awe for the others at the sight of Ragna's newest form.

Ragna was alive and well, his body enveloped in a light of emerald and pink, molding together. His attire changed as well, but it seemed to be shifting on both accounts, unsure on it's conclusion. He wore armor, unlike the garbs he was completely decked in armor, transforming from emerald green to pink sapphire. The emerald armor was bulkier and rigid, covering him from neck to toe in green and black armor with the green lantern symbol on his chest. It shifted to pink armor, this one much smoother and more alien with blades sticking out of his elbows, the Sapphire symbol on his belt. His green armor had a green mouthguard, while his sapphire armor completely covered his head with a curved horn above.

On his right hand, a green lantern and star sapphire ring wrapped around his middle and ring finger respectively. Ragna stared at his hands in shock, watching them shift between the two colors, the crimson ring in his hand. Aga'po watched in shock, for the first time in Sapphire history, a male had been chosen by the ring. Not just any male, the Son of Sparda. Ghia'ta's eyes sparkled, gazing at Ragna longingly, her heart beating faster as she blushed crimson red. His ass was quite tight on that suit. Atrocitus glared at Ragna, clenching his hands in anger.

"So...you choose to fight as one of them?" Atrocitus growled, gesturing to the lanterns around them. Ragna looked up at the lantern corps around him, then back at his rings. His head was cleared, his heart beat true and strong, and his senses were back to normal….but this was not him either.

"No. I told you I will not fight you as a red lantern." Ragna tossed the crimson ring like a coin, letting it sail into the air, right into Atrocitus' hand. He stared at the emerald and pink rings, before slowly pulling the sapphire ring off. His armor shifted to the emerald armor, the green ring glowing brightly.

"Ragna Redgrave, you have great willpower, welco-!" The ring's voice was silenced as Ragna pulled the emerald ring off. His old clothes returned, Jekyll and Hyde reappeared on his belt, but both firearms radiated powerful surges of energy. Ragna stared at the two rings in hand, moving them with his thumb, before putting them in his pocket and glaring at Atrocitus.

"I told you I will fight you, not as a lantern, but as I have always fought you as." Ragna said, reaching into his right arm's sleeve, messing with something inside. Like a magician, Ragna pulled out a red piece of fabric.

"I am Ragna Redgrave, a human from Earth, member of the Justice League, and a protector of Redgrave City." Ragna stated, taking the red piece and bundling his hair up into a ponytail, tying it tightly with the red fabric. Ragna stared at Atrocitus with great determination, his powerful aura shaking the ground beneath him. The Guardians and Lantern Corps stared at the boy in awe, his presence made even the mightiest of lanterns shutter at such power.

(A Devil's Justice)

"KILL HER!" A red lantern growled, pushing the door aside, clawing at the Science Director. She backed away from the red lanterns as far as she could. She had nowhere to run, and her only regret was not learning more of the truth to it all.

In the center of the room, Ragna's sword floated mid-air, it has been silent since the disappearance of it's wielder. Suddenly, the blade jerked, catching the Guardians attention. She looked over as the sword shook and sparked with green energy, then suddenly red flames.

"GRAH!" The red lanterns roared as they finally broke free, charging towards the Guardian. She held her hands up defensively, as if that would protect her, but what could she do?

CLANG

BANG

The sword jerked forward, spinning through the air, and knocking the red lanterns through the wall. The director opened her eyes to see the sword burst through the wall and fly into the sky, heading into a certain direction.

(A Devil's Justice)

FROOM

The sonic boom echoed across the sky, gaining everyone's attention, including Ragna and Atrocitus. Ragna's eyes narrowed at the small object flying above the sky, spinning in a circle before falling towards the earth. As it got closer, Ragna's eyes widened in shock, before giving Ghia'ta and the others a cocky smirk. Turning back to Atrocitus, the red lantern's eyes widened in shock as the boy caught a large silver and crimson blade from the sky, a surge of energy shook the building. The Sun was setting over the horizon, covering Ragna's front side but gleaming off the silver of his blade. Atrocitus gaped at the boy, shocked at the sudden appearance of the blade. He had seen powerful weapons before, but something about this one was far more potent...darker….demonic.

Ragna on the other hand smiled as he inspected his blade, it has been a few days without the sword, and he would be lying if he said he didn't miss it. Ghia'ta and the others stared at the sword in awe, Laira had seen it before, but seeing Ragna in this new light gave her a different perspective. He….he looked powerful...Amazing. Something beyond logic. A3A could not explain it, she had seen the blade before and had met the front end on it, but seeing Ragna like this and no longer a Red Lantern was quite...breathtaking. She only had one fact in mind: She was happy it's Atrocitus and not her. Ghia'ta gazed at Ragna with her mouth in an 'O' as she gazed at Ragna with hearts in her eyes, he looked so handsome from her perspective.

Ragna twirled the blade around, between his fingers and in the air, testing it's weight. Nothing was wrong with it, and he was back in action, flipping the sword into the air and turning his body so it holstered over his shoulder.

"This is it, Guardians." Ganthet muttered, loud enough for the others to hear. "This battle, this will decide our fate."

"What….what are you Ragna?!" Atrocitus exclaimed, constructing his halberd, growling as Ragna smirked at Atrocitus with an air of arrogance yet playful tease.

"Come on, Atrocitus, you already know the answer to that." Ragna teased, giving the red lantern a big large smile, small chuckles escaping his throat.

"NNGGHHH!" Atrocitus grinded his teeth, having enough of this damn child. He charged towards Ragna, raising his halberd high and with the intent to cleave the boy in two. Once in close range, Atrocitus lifted the halberd over his head and swung it towards Ragna. To his shock, everyones jaw dropping, Ragna caught the halberd with his eyes closed. Ragna took a deep breath of air, a red aura surrounding his body, before disappearing as he opened his eyes. Ragna's eyes were gone, replaced by the demonic slits: Devil Omen. Atrocitus gasped and grunted, trying to pull his halberd back, but Ragna kept a stronghold on the blade. He let go with one hand and pulled his right fist back.

"I'm a hero."

(Play Chozetsu Dynamic by Kazuya Yoshii)

Ragna punched Atrocitus square in the cheek, catching the red lantern by surprise with his boost in speed. Ragna was now much stronger than before, he couldn't explain it, but the battle has now shifted. Atrocitus was sent sliding across the building, boots skating across the metal as Ragna tossed the halberd aside, letting out a demonic battle cry. The others watched in awe at the sudden surge of strength from Ragna, his muscles flexing and his body on full power. Ragna roared as he dashed into the air with his right arm held out to block any attack.

Atrocitus stopped himself with his hands clawing at the metal, snarling at Ragna. He will not be denied his victory, not by the lanterns, not by the Manhunters, and not by Ragna! Atrocitus roared as he blasted towards Ragna, pulling his left fist back, a burning red aura that melted the steel beneath him enveloped his body. Thrusting the fist forward, his eyes widened when Ragna pushed the fist aside with his right arm. Atrocitus' look of confusion was all Ragna needed to sucker punch Atrocitus in the gut. The blow forced Atrocitus to hunch over, his eyes shooting out as he coughed out biles of blood, trying his best to stay standing.

"THIS WAR ENDS NOW! RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW!" Ragna roared. Atrocitus backed up and tried to swing his left arm, but Ragna blocked the blow. Ragna pushed Atrocitus off him and punched him in the chin, followed by the gut, and ending with a roundhouse kick. Atrocitus felt his head ringing, but that only made him angrier, and his rage made him stronger. But Ragna was not done, he followed with the same punches and kicks several times, knocking Atrocitus back and making him see stars. Ragna ended with a kick to the gut, sending him flying into the sky, Ragna bouncing off towards him. Ragna pulled his fist back and punched Atrocitus in the chest, but the red lantern followed with his own punch. That did little to Ragna as he pulled his right fist back and punched Atrocitus with a devastating right hook. The red lantern roared as he spewed plasmic blood towards Ragna.

Ragna fell back to the earth with the blood burning his right arm, steam sizzling off the crimson blood. Ghia'ta tried to reach out to Ragna, but stopped seeing he wasn't crying out in pain, no freaking out with the rage. Instead he gripped his right arm tightly, he couldn't explain why but he felt a power within him burn, not like rage, but something else. The blood around him boiled and got hotter, enough to melt skin and bones, until finally it burst into flames. Ragna crouched down with his right hand placed against the ground, before clutching it tightly, the flames dancing against his skin. Looking up at Atrocitus, Ragna clenched his teeth together as he focused his power on the flames, letting them form into a gauntlet around his right arm ending at his elbow.

"RRRRAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!" Ragna roared, blasting off into the sky, towards the red lantern leader. Atrocitus growled, clenching his right arm as his ring burst into flames, the flames consuming his right appendage.

"RRRRAAAAAGGGGGHHHHH!" Atrocitus roared, charging towards Ragna, both warriors pulling their fists back as they roared to the heavens.

"RRRRRRRAAAAAAAAHHHHH!"

"RRRRAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGHHHHH!"

"RRRRAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!"

"RRRRRRAAAAAAAGGGHHHHH!"

"RRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH/RRRRRRAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGHHHHHH!"

KA-BBBBOOOOMMMMM!

AN: YYYYEEEEAAAAAAHHHHH Let's go! This is it Ladies and Gents, only one chapter remains of Red Dawn, and it's the final round between Ragna and Atrocitus! I got a little sneak peak/trailer for the last chapter in this war of rage near the bottom, once I get everything done. That fight near the end was inspired by SSB Kaio Ken Times 10 Goku vs Hit during the Universal 6th Tournament. First thing first.

Achievement Unlocked: Back in Red (Freed from the Rage)

So let's go over the first thing that comes to mind: Ragna's freedom from the red ring, you'll probably thinking 'Wow he was only a red lantern for two chapters' or 'He got two more rings?!' I'm just spit balling here, I'm can't read the future. So yes, Ragna got two rings, both the Green and Star Sapphire rings. My reasoning for it was the simple fact to show the amount of will to deny yourself the red ring, knowing it will kill you, and the love Ragna has for the world around him. I'm pretty sure I've said this before, but I'll say it again, this is all planned, none of this is random, or at least major stuff that happens here. Ragna was bound to get the green lantern ring, hell I originally planned that...I'll get into that in the finale. I wanted to show that Ragna doesn't need a ring to define him, to make his choices, sure he'll have to put on the ring multiple times throughout the Saga of the Emotional Spectrum, but that isn't for a while now. The whole point of this arc wasn't so Ragna was suppose to be a red lantern for twenty more chapters, the point was so he could learn the perspective of the red lanterns, it just took becoming one to get there. This is a seven chapter arc, the second longest arc may I add, in volume 1. I am just giving you a glimpse of the future with the introduction of his other lantern forms, each one different then the others. Whether you agree or not is fine with me, it's my choice on what I write...Maybe I'll make the Omegacut

His green lantern armor is a mix of armors from Injustice 2: Beacon of Purest Light Chest Armor, Gauntlets of the Last Manhunter, and Nth Metal Knee Guards. The mask is basically his mask but green. His Star Sapphire armor is based on the Guyver armor, basically Sho's but pink with the Sapphire symbol on his belt. I'm actually getting into the series so I have a better understanding of it. Not that the armor has any of the moves but I might as well check that series out.

I was originally gonna have Atrocitus actually fight Aga'po but because I was on such a HIGH end blast of fun, and I wanted to stroke Atrocitus ego, I had it where he one shotted Aga'po. It's not like Aga'po is crazy powerful in DC, not that I remember much about her. She was honestly background stuff to me when reading. I think she appeared in one comic then died right afterwards...so yeah.

I was gonna have it where Ghia'ta would have fought Bleez again, but since I wanted to get this done I just saved time and let her one shot her once, showing the badassery that is Ghia'ta. Don't worry, she's got another, much better moment in the finale. I had some fun with some of the lantern's constructs or showcasing some other lantern appearances (Ch'p). You can say I should've just done two chapters for this arc, but I'm not going to. It is seven chapters for a couple reason: Time consumption, less chapters that work for me, and the BLATANT easter egg I have been dropping on you guys at the beginning of each chapter...or and another one usually referenced throughout the six chapters about suns and time. Lol.

Ragna's back, back in Red, yes he's back, back again. That was shit but I don't care. He's back and he's got his sword back too! Now that he is complete, he's got a few new tricks to show off, a new power. The name is pretty simple, we'll call it 'The Spectrum' pretty simplistic.

Alright with this out of the way we'll get into some hot takes, and then both the sneak peak and summary! Let's go!

I have yet to see The Suicide Squad, I'm gonna watch it later when I have the chance, and I'll give a review on it in the next chapter along with the Snydercut.

So...I'm not gonna get into super politics...but I hate the current President. What is going on is so fucking dumb, I'm sorry if you somehow take offense to this, but I absolutely hate this. Maybe this is why I try to not force feed you guys politics like fucking five year olds and if I do, I'll try and be 'balanced' as all things should be. Or something, I have no idea.

I hate Marvel's What If, specifically Guardians of the Galaxy/Black Panther. I never thought I'd say this but...T'Challa is a Gary Stu. I never thought those words would leave my lips, but...but holy shit. I'm sorry to any of my friends who liked the episode, or anyone that likes the MCU, but I despised that episode. Everything about What If is why I HATE current Marvel. Now I'm not saying What If's are bad, but so far the What If's (The first two so far) are basically what if we changed their genders/race and make them perfect. Fucking hell. Yeah the best weapon is a great argument against the thousand year old mad titan who has the blood of millions on his hand. FUCKING MAKE SENSE! Fuck! You know what one of my favorite What Ifs are? Superman: The Dark Side, Superman: Red Son, Batman and the three part Vampire story, the entire concept of the Dark Multiverse itself. Are they perfect? No. But holy fuck do these actually sound like interesting concepts and not 'Let's just race swap/tokenize this bitch.' Fuck they didn't even change his name, I heard someone call him the Void Panther, that sounds way better then just keeping Star Lord (Which is a fucking insult to Peter)...but hey, love MCU right?

I will say I do want to see the new Spider-man movie...but I am also worried, no specific reason but you can never be to strapped in.

I've seen some gameplay of Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart and I actually like it so far, I don't have a PS5 and I'm don't really care for spoilers. Didn't see the end but I saw some stuff with the newest character Rivet. She actually looks like a fun character, and I'm not constantly reminded for staring at her as-TAIL. Lol, I kid. But seriously I can't tell whose faster, Flash, Sonic, or Rule 64 Artists.

I'm binging Jack Kirby's New Gods (Old school stuff) and I gotta say, I forgot how incredible they are. I'm not constantly reminded that I'm an asshole, I just know I can relate to Orion half the time. I highly suggest reading these, now I'm gonna keep reading them and Mr. Miracle/The Forever People. I know in the comics Barda fights Thor, just gotta find it. Probably in Jack Kirby's The Fourth World.

Shang Chi's coming out...shame I'm being forced to stay indoors and where double masks...I've never been interested in Shang Chi so whatever.

So Lucifer's getting a new season...so that's pretty much it. Finally feels like they are getting something more mythological in the series...shame I barely recognize any if at all! Still a pretty good show.

Did I tell you guys I read the Invincible comics and it took about only two weeks? That shit crazy...but honestly I thought it was great, not the best comic ever, but still good. I don't think I'll ever be doing any major arcs with the main enemies, but a good chunk of the big bads will appear. I will have the most fun with a certain Albino Mufasa looking ass motherfucker. Youtuber Comic Drake is a hack and did nothing more but add fuel to the fire, couldn't even take one fucking joke about Debbie. A fucking joke!

Doom Patrol is getting a third season, YAY! Something I'm actually excited about, and I have HBO! DOUBLE YAY!

Alright, with that out of the way, let's get into the sneak peak and end the chapter.

The Final Round Begins (Play Empathy by Asian Kung-Fu Generation, jump to 1:24)

Ragna jumped back, dodging and sliding under the red beams of rage, sliding down the building. Pulling his sword back, Ragna swung it like a bat, knocking them away from him. Atrocitus roared as he burst from the cloud, charging towards the half-devil hero.

As the Red Sun sets. Who will come out triumphant?

Ragna raised Jekyll into the air, violet energy radiated around the cylinder, before unleashing a bulletstorm upon Atrocitus. Each bullet was covered in pink energy, spreading out like a rain of pink light.

Unstoppable vs Unyielding?

Atrocitus threw his right fist, consumed in a pillow of flames, right into Ragna's blade, the clash exploded in a cloud of red and green energy. Ragna twirled Hyde in his hand, red energy dancing in the cylinder, before firing off two bullets.

Justice vs Vengeance

Atrocitus roared as he fired a massive singular beam from his ring, the red energy racing towards Ragna. The half-devil hero sliding to the side at the last second as he dashed towards the red lantern. Ragna twirled his blade, holding it in a reverse grip, as the energy transferred from his guns to his sword, moving in a spiral helix around his blade.
