Chapter 1
It had been three months after the Indominus Rex wreaked havoc on Jurassic World, however InGen managed to keep the resort from shutting down entirely, unfortunately InGen would have to start from the ground up and construction had barely begun. A lot of dinosaurs were killed by the killer Hybrid, and many buildings suffered heavy damage from the final fight, not to mention all the lawsuits InGen had to pay. However, Owen Grady didn't really care about much of anything about it, he only cared about his Raptors and their recovery, Charlie had gotten her leg blown off, Delta had serious burns, Echo had broken most of all her bones, and Blue had a couple of broken ribs. Owen focused all his attention on his girls and how happy he was that they were alive and healing though it concerned Claire, she knew how much the Raptors meant to Owen and she liked seeing him happy but she also knew that he needed to get out and take a shower. Claire said "Owen, let's go and see how much they have done with the reconstruction and take a shower." Owen simply replied "Someone has to stay with the Raptors while they recover and what if they need something like water." Claire rolled her eyes and sighed " Owen, you're being over protective, they will be fine for two hours plus they won't be alone, they have each other."
Owen was silent for a moment and then nodded his head, plus he agreed he did need a shower. Claire was relieved she had finally done it, she got him out for the first time in like a month. Owen stumbled into his room and picked some clothes from his dresser and closet and headed into the shower.
Owen thought to himself,'The Raptors will be fine they are dinosaurs, not newborn kittens after all, but then again they are hurt so… no stop no one is going to touch four deadly velociraptors.' After finishing his shower and getting some clothes on, he headed outside where Claire was waiting in her SUV. As soon as he opened the door to the car Claire pelted him with jokes about him like being an overprotective raptor dad. The drive was longer than Owen remembered or was it because he had been cooped up for at least a month watching over the raptors. When they got to main street there had been a lot of progress stunningly, so Claire pulled Owen into a restaurant and they got some food, Owen got a burger with some fries and a beer, while Claire got a salad with a tall glass of iced tea. Owen felt slightly awkward he thought to himself 'Wait a minute, is this a… DATE,' Owen almost spit up his beer, Claire looked confused to her; she saw it as just lunch. After a few moments of Owen dying from the beer, he spoke up "So… how's work going for you, I mean it must be hard trying to fix this park." Claire responded "Yeah, you know the normal just signing papers, talking for news stories and etc." Owen was so glad he didn't have her job.
After lunch they walked around the park, or what remained until Owen got a call from barry. Owen answered "Hello?" Barry yelled over the phone "THE RAPTORS GOT INTO THE COOKIES AND ARE ON A SUGAR RUSH PLEASE HELP ME." Owen stood there stunned, then proceeded to burst into laughter. It took Owen a minute to catch his breath, tears running down his face from laughing so hard. Owen told Claire what had happened and that they should head back so no one mainly barry doesn't get hurt.
When they pulled up to the Bungalow they heard yelling, it was from Barry and Owen could make a few choice words. Claire was on the verge of laughing, Owen flew open the door, white chocolate and cookie wrappers spreaded across the floor, Barry on the floor, Raptors on top of Barry, ripped pillows, and Charlie bouncing around on one leg. Everyone froze, Barry sat up pushing Echo and Delta off his chest and stood up, "Owen." Barry said. Owen with a straight face said "They prefer dark chocolate," that got everyone to laugh. Blue hobbled over to Owen and nudged him, she looked like she was about to start bouncing off the walls and Owen said "Hey, don't let me stop the party let's do this."
After a few hours of eating cookies and running around the Bungalow the raptors finally went to had left, he had to watch over the raptor paddock. Owen decided to go to sleep as well, Owen walked Claire out to her car and wished her a good night and told her to drive safe and she was off. Owen went into his room and got some pajamas on and went to sleep.
In the morning Owen's eyes jutted open as he heard a scream he threw off his blankets and ran to where the screaming came from, the raptor room. He burst open the door and on the floor found four naked teenage girls, he was puzzled and asked "Hey, who are you and where are my raptors?" The oldest girl looking maybe 16 or 15 looked up and blinked "Alpha?" Owen stopped. "Alpha?" The second older looking girl looked up and said "No, your alpha." Owen froze, he thought to himself 'Wait a minute are they the raptors? How did they become Humans? I should get them clothes.' Owen spoke up "Ok, first thing let's get you clothes." Owen grabbed a blanket and threw it over them and asked "Ok, who is who?" The youngest looking girl maybe 11 or 12 pulled the blanket off her head and said "I'm Charlie," she pointed at the slightly tanned girl "that Echo, that Delta and that's," Blue shot up "I'm Blue." Owen nodded his head "okay then, I'm going to call Claire and tell her to pick some clothes up." The girls nodded and Echo said with a slight pout "I'm cold." Owen face palmed and said "that's why you need clothes also it's not appropriate to go naked."
Owen speed walked into his room and grabbed his phone and called Claire "please pick up, please" Owen muttered to himself. Claire picked up "This is Dearing?" her automatic saying, Owen responded "Good morning Claire, I need some teenage girl clothes." It was silent for a few moments "Um, did I hear you right Owen?" Owen repeated himself and then added "from the ages of 11 to 16 preferably please." Claire said "Owen are you having a dream?" Owen facepalmed "No, Claire they are for the girls, it would be easier to show you so can you , pick them up some clothes please." Claire sighed "Owen, the raptors can't wear human clothes-" Owen cut her off "Claire please once you get here it will all make sense." Claire replied "Ok if it makes you happy." Owen thanked Claire and hung up.
Claire went to the only store with a good stock of clothes and picked up four sets of clothes and thought to herself 'That's it Owen lost it he was going to try and put clothes on velociraptors, I knew he always thought as his own children according to barry, but going this far.' Claire paid and headed to Owen's bungalow. Once she got there she knocked on the door and Owen pulled her in. Claire asked "Now what's this all about?" She looked down at Owen's hands and they had blue and green shades of dye on his hands Owen said "I need your help." She heard them before she saw them, four naked teenage girls in the bathroom Claire was shocked said turn to Owen and said "WHY THE HELL DO YOU HAVE NAKED GIRLS IN YOUR BATHROOM?" Owen rolled his eyes and said "They are the raptor, and somehow they turned into humans." Claire said "Owen Grady, I'm going to ask you again-" Owen raised his hand and asked "Ok, where are my raptors and why would I call you if I knew this would get me in trouble?" Claire couldn't think of anything,"fine but go to your room I'm dressing them." Owen shrugged and muttered "good luck."
After a few hours Blue was the first to emerge from the bathroom, she had a white tank top on and some cargo pants with a pair of work boots and the blue highlights in her hair had dried from earlier when Owen was waiting for Claire to arrive, next was Delta she and a plain t-shirt with a some denim pants with dark green highlights. Next was Echo, she had a Jurassic world t-shirt with a leather jacket and a pair of camo pants with orange highlights and lastly Charlie, she had a black shirt with an oversized hoodie with some sweatpants leggings and light green highlights. Then Claire walked out and said "Well, first things first you suck at dyeing hair and secondly Blue stole your boots. She liked them so much even though they are too big so you have to get them all some shoes." Owen replied "Thank you so much Claire how much was everything I'll pay you back in full." Claire put her hand up and said " It was nothing, really just happy to help." Blue went up to Owen and asked "Alpha do I look good?" Owen smiled and said "Of course you do, all you look great." Claire called the four girls over all whispered into their ears and Claire smiled, the girls nodded and Charlie looked at Owen and said "Daddy I'm hungry can I have food please." Once Owen processed it he laughed and said sure thing sweetie." Claire gasped and thought, 'Is he trying to beat me, Dad Raptor is now a thing and no one is going to stop it.' Owen grinned and asked Claire "Do you want anything too?"
Owen fired up the grill and threw some steaks on, the girls had followed him out and he called them over and said alright "Everyone from now on call Claire mom or mommy" Delta asked "Why would we call dad's mate mom she didn't raise us?" Owen turned red, and then Blue asked "Hey Dad, something on fire." Owen turned and looked and chuckled "They aren't om fire Blue they are cooking, us humans can't eat uncooked meat like you did when you were raptors." Charlie asked "But why," Owen sighed "Because raptors have stronger stomachs than humans." A collective ohhh came from the four raptor turned humans.
It was lunchtime Owen had brought in the steaks. Claire was made some steamed veggies, and had set them out on the table Delta and Echo was running around, Blue was hobbling around due to the oversized boots, and Charlie was asleep on the couch, "Girls time to eat!" Owen called out, Echo was the first one then Delta, and then Blue and lastly Charlie, she was rubbing the sleepiness out of her eyes. Owen handed out the steaks and Claire put the veggies on their plates, the girl looked at Claire in confusion and asked "Why are we eating plants?" Owen said "Because you are human so that means you have to eat like one." Echo huffed and pouted and sat down and watched Owen use his fork and knife to cut the meat into smaller pieces, and mimicked him. Claire thought this was highly amusing.
After lunch the four took a nap, Owen tucked them in and they all fit on his bed after Owen left the room Claire was waiting for him and she asked "Do you know how they turned into humans and I think we should take them to the medic to get them checked out, do some blood samples I mean the look a extremely close to you, like they look like your children." Owen nodded "After they wake up, we will take them but in the meantime, you want to go shopping?" Claire shrugged "sure they need more than one set of clothes anyway and we need to pick some food up."
Blue woke up first, she always did she walk around trying to find Owen but he was gone then she noticed a piece of paper on the table and picked it up then she looked at the scribbles and she said out loud "I can't read." she walked around a little bit more and finally opened the fridge around grabbed a can she saw Owen drink out of one before she pulled up the tab like she saw and put in up to her mouth and start drinking it, she immediately pulled back it tasted horrible, she spit it out and tossed the can away, the phone starting ringing Blue ran up to it she mimicked what Owen did and put it up to her ear, Blue heard Owen's voice and she looked around looking all over for him and she asked "Daddy where are you and how can I hear you?" Owen chuckled and answered "This is called a phone, I am at the store getting you girls shoes, matching my boots the ones you liked." Blue's face lit up with excitement, without missing a beat she asked "When are you getting home?: Owen replied, look outside. Blue dropped the phone and ran outside and hugged Owen,Claire asked "Hey Blue, are your sisters awake?" Blue shook her head, Owen then handed her a box and said open it, Blue wasted no time she opened the box to find match boots just smaller. Owen said "Put them on see how they fit, oh yeah put these on first," He handed her a pair of boot socks. Owen took them off then put them back on to show Blue what to do. Blue copied everything Owen did and ran around to break them in, Owen felt satisfied with his work and asked blue to wake up her sisters and she happily obliged running in the house a few minutes later three more heads followed blue as she ran around, charlie dragging the blanket on the floor. Owen showed them how to put shoes on and they got in the car.
Claire drove Owen in the passenger seat, Charlie sitting in Owen's lap and the other three sitting in the back seats. Once they got to the hospital Owen told the girls"To stay close and not wander off." They called the doctor over and got Owen and the four girls' blood drawn to do a DNA test and the doctor said "Test results will be momentarily and please wait here." A few minutes passed, Charlie had fallen back to others were drinking orange juice and eating apples, the Doctor handed Owen a paper and explained that the four girls were Owen biological children and their mother was unidentified, meaning their mother didn't show up on any medical records. Of course Owen knew that they were Velociraptors yesterday, but he didn't want to start anything.
