It was night time and the place was packed. Tom and his family were there. Tom's wife Sonia was wearing a black dress with some jewelry. She has black hair and green eyes with a beauty mark on her left cheek. Their son looked around ten years old and he had a button up shirt with a blue tie and black dress pants. And last but not least, their birthday girl who looked at the age of twelve. She had a baby blue dress on and she looked like her mother. They were sitting at the vip table and they were waiting for something to happen. Tom was the only one who knew that Violet did this for his daughter. He told his family that he got some tickets from one of his costumers. And that it was a magic show.

Nora and everyone else were there too. Nora and her team were wearing normal clothes. She was wearing a pink shirt with a baby blue skirt. And Ren was wearing a white shirt with his symbol on it. With blue jeans and a green leather jacket that Jaune got him. Pyrrha was wearing a red blouse with black jeans. And just imagine team Rwby wearing their normal clothes from when they went to investigate the white fang with Sun and Neptune. And beside Pyrrha was her boyfriend Mercury and his teammates. They've been there for a couple of minutes waiting for a show or something. Nora never told them what was going on.

When all of a sudden bunnies mascots came out with trays in hands. They walked around the tables, placing the trays. One of them specifically went to Timmy and gave him something that nobody noticed. "Remember the plan" the bunny whispered into Timmy's ear. Timmy nodded and saw the object and saw a fedora. The mascot then made his way to Nora's group. And placed a tray in the middle of the table. He started to wave at everyone. Some of them waved back "How is everyone's night?" The bunny asked. "We're doing great thank you" Nora said in a happy tone. "So when do we get to see the show?" Ruby asked. "Very soon and it's nice meeting you guys again", "Sorry what-" before she could finish her sentence. Music started to play on the stage. Which made the bunny to wave them goodbye. As every bunny ran to the stage and the one who was talking to Ruby was in front. The lights went off, and then bright color lights started to turn on.

"Turn up the music cause the song just came on. Turn up the music if they try to turn us down. Turn up the music, can I hear it til the speakers blow. Turn up the music, fill your cup, and drink it down" the bunnies started to dance in sync. To say that everyone was surprised how amazing they looked dancing like that. It was going down and it made Timmy's heart freeze. But Violet lowered himself and caught it. And he did a fast spin and placed the hat on his head and lowers it down to cover his eyes. He then starts to dance smoothly to the beat. To say that Yang was lost for words. Seeing him dance like that made her heart beat faster.

And one deadly glare from Mira, who took the jacket from her sisters.

I really wanna touch that. Baby can I feel that (t-turn up the)" the way he moved made some party goers happy. Timmy and the rest of the kids didn't noticed the sexuality Violet was showing. All they saw was a amazing dancers showing off their moves. A fog machine started to produce fog which spread quickly. She catches it and Violet winked at her with a smile. Everyone started to applaud his performance. After calming down from the adrenaline of the dance. He got off stage and walked towards Nora. "Can I have my hat back, Nora" he said with a smooth voice. "Sure" she said like it was just another person.

They had this big smile that made everyone in the table give them weird looks. They lasted a bit staring at each other's eyes. "Nora?" Ren said in his normal voice but Jaune recognized that tone. He was shocked, scared but the most important one, he was jealous. But sadly Nora recognize it too, she hesitated but Violet wasn't about to let Nora ruin his plan. He walked around the table as fast as he could and grabbed Nora by her hand. "Hey Nora, let's go over to the vip table. I got to say hello to someone over there" he then leaned closer to her. "And after that, you could come with me to my dressing room. To help me with my next performance~". She blushed and wanted to say no but Violet squeezed her hand. Which Ren noticed, Violet turned towards him. And he could see rage in his eyes but he gave him a smirk. Ren got up from his seat "Get yo-", "Okay" Nora said.

She stood up slowly, getting everyone's eyes on her. She didn't have the strength to see Ren in the eyes right now. "Can you wait for me Ren?" Her voice was like a whisper but it hurt Ren. He wanted to say something but he couldn't. He just nodded and took his seat. That smirk never left Violet's face "Okay then, let's get a move on. I have a reservation at this amazing hotel room. That I can't wait to be used tonight". Ren got worse, not even his semblance could mask this anger. Nora got even more red, she started to imagine naughty things. "We should hurry!" Nora pulled Violet to Tom's table. As she was dragging Violet behind her. Violet could feel the glare from Ren "Sorry man, but you got to realize that Nora can't always wait for you" he looked back and saw Pyrrha staring at them. But what caught his attention was her holding Mercury's hand. That was on the table, he turned back to see them standing right in front of Tom's family.

"Hey there Tom" Violet masked his voice. He looked at Sonia "Wow, this must be your beautiful wife". And then he turned to his children "And that must be Ben and if I'm not wrong". He released Nora's hand and took a seat next to Tom's daughter. "And you must be the birthday girl" he said in a cheerful voice. "I'm Amy and my birthday isn't till tomorrow" she told him. But Violet saw how she was freaking out on the inside. But kept it cool "She's good really now, then I got these for nothing then" he reached inside his pocket and pulled out a case and opened it. To reveal pearls earrings "Are those for me?", "Yes". He gave them to her, she kept looking at them in wonderment. "And that's not all" Violet then pulled out a small control from his pocket and pressed a button. The ceiling then started to open which got everyone to look up. It reveals bright stars in the sky, then they heard trumpets coming from the stage. They looked over and saw a big sign with Happy birthday Amy.

"Surprise!" Kids started to come out from under the tables from where the orphans were sitting. She recognized them as her friends from school. She turned to Violet who pointed at Tom. Who had this smile on his face "Surprise" he said softly. Amy's friends came rushing to her table with presents in hand. As this was going on, Violet looked at Ren. He saw how he was struggling with his emotions. "Ren?" Pyrrha said to get his attention but Ren couldn't hear her. Violet got up and whispered something into Amy's ear. After that Amy whispered something into Violet's ear too. Once done Violet and Amy nodded towards each other. "Ren!" Pyrrha rises her voice to get his attention. And it did the trick, he snapped out of his rage and saw that he was bending the spoon that was in his hand.

"Sorry" He regained control of his emotions. "Are you okay?", "I don't know" was all he told his teammate. Funny thing is that Ren isn't the only one pissed off. Emerald kept looking at Violet and then at Nora. She was jealous, angry and most of all sad. She knew Violet was a celebrity and all but she thought that maybe. She looked away and stood up and walked away to the restroom. Cinder turned to her subordinate who didn't even turned to tell her anything about her leaving to the women's restroom. Mercury saw his so called partner leave without a word. He rolled his eyes "Like you ever had a chance with him" thought to himself. Weiss kept her gaze trained on Violet who laughed at something that Amy said after giving him a wink. "Excuse me" she told her friends, she stood up and walked away.

"Weiss?" Ruby looked at Weiss walking away. She wanted to go after her but Blake placed her hand on Ruby's shoulder. She turned to see Blake shaking her head "Give her some space". All she could do was nod, she returned her eyes back to Violet who was gone. And so was Nora which Ren did not like, one bit.

After couple of minutes later Violet was coming out from his dressing room. He went next door and knocked. "Are you almost ready Nora?" He waited for a answer but nothing. He knocked again but nothing. "I'm coming in" he said loud enough for her to hear. He covered his eyes and opens the door slowly "Nora?". But no answer so he opened his eyes to see she was sitting right in front of the mirror. She was dressed beautifully with the jewelry he bought her. He walked beside her "Are you alright?" But no answer. They stayed in silence for a while till Nora asked the question she kept thinking over and over nonstop. "What if he rejects me?" She whispered to him. "He won't", "You don't know that" he kneeled down. And grabbed her hand and rises it and grabs it with his other hand too. "Nora" she finally meets his eyes. "I would bet my life. That Ren lik-, no, he loves you with all his heart". She wanted to believe him but there was this fear running through her. She didn't say anything which made Violet concern.

"What's wrong, I know it's the fear of rejection. But I feel there's something else" she turned away. But he never released her hand. He waited for her to say something. She wanted to call this off but Violet put so much into this. The least she could do was tell him. "My mom ran from the grimm and left me behind" this information was so sudden to hear from her. "Till this day I don't know if she was saving me by distracting them" She chocked a little before continuing. "Or to save her own life" hearing her say that. He started to see her in a different light. "I was alone, scavenging for my next meal through trash, or stealing. Getting bullied by people for being a orphan" she tears up. "But the worst part was. It felt so long, seconds felt like minutes and minutes felt like hours. Days felt like weeks and so on. I was scared of being alone for thousand years" she pulled her hand away from him. "Till I met Ren, and we became Ren and Nora" Violet started to tear up too. "We saved each other that day he lost his home. For the first time in forever, I wasn't alone".

"And your scared that if Ren rejects you. You'll be alone again" she nods. He stands up "But you won't be. Even if he did reject you, which I doubt. You got your friends to lean on". "Neon well leave once the vytal festival is over", "What about team Rwby?". "They got their own things and before you say my team. Pyrrha is to busy with her boyfriend and Jaune" she actually started to cry. "I abandoned him just because of my selfishness", "He won't abandon you-". She lost it "How would you know!, he's not even here" she got off the chair and looked into his eyes. "You say all this crap like you know us personally. That Jaune would forgive me and Ren loves me!" She aggressively moved towards him. But he didn't move or flinch "But you don't know" she poked his chest. Violet kept looking into her red eyes from the crying. Tears still streaming down her cheeks, ruining the makeup she put on. He turned to the door and marched towards it.

Nora saw this and couldn't handle seeing someone walking away from her. Even tho she deserves it for snapping at the one person who is doing everything in his power to make her happy. She closed her eyes, waiting to hear the door open and close soon after. *Click* she opened her eyes and saw Violet facing the door. "Your right, I don't know you that personally. I'm sad to hear all the pain you went through" he then turned to see her. She noticed his hand on the lock, not the door knob. "But your also wrong" he reached for his glasses and took them off. "I know for a fact, that Ren loves you. Cause he told me himself" he hanged his glasses on his pocket. He then reached for his hair and painful pulled it off. To reveal blonde hair, which made Nora shocked. He dropped the fake voice he uses "And I Jaune Miles D'Arc, forgive you" Nora moved her hand over her mouth.

He went to her "And I promise that I will not abandon you Nora Valkyrie. And that's an Arc promise" he gave her his signature smile. They remained like that for some time, till Nora started to touch his face. And then pulled his hair "Ouch, Nora that hurts" she pulled away when she heard his voice. "Jaune-Jaune", "Yes Nora, it's me, your Fearless Leader". "But your Violet" he just nodded. Her shocked expression changed to a happy one. So she embraced him in a bear hug of a life time.

Max and Amethyst could be seen in his apartment. Max wanted to go to the party to see Jaune and get his mind distracted. But Amethyst wasn't ready to be seen in her state. They lasted hours in that parking lot. Even tho it felt forever, listening to her crying. He heard the door from his room open. He looked at her, he could see how much this devastated her. She took a seat next to him. "Are you feeling better?" He asked. "No" she answered quickly, they remained silent till she asked him the million lien question. "Are you going to tell Jaune?" Her voice was so hallow. "No" he's thought of it so many times. But he couldn't do that to him. "He deserves to know Max. He sees you like a brother he never had" she moved her hand to his that was on his lap. "And I see him as my little brother. But I can't do this to him right now" not after seeing how lost he is right now.

"But he needs to know" he pulled his hand away from her. "And I'll tell him, but not right now" this angered her. "Then when!, when your on your death bed. Holding on to the last breath!" She got up. "Don't you think I know that!" He got up next to her. "How I feel right now. That I'm hurting him and you" he tried not to break down for her sake. He got close enough to pull her into a hug "That I'm about to hurt the people I love. And there's nothing me or anyone else can do about it". He released her "But there's one thing that I could do. And its selfish for me to even ask you this" when she saw him lowering down in one knee. Everything started to slow down in her world "Amethyst Luna D'Arc, will you marry me?" He said as he pulled out a ring he had in his pocket. She couldn't believe it "I know I'm asking to much right now. After learning that I don't have long. But I want to spend those days with the person I love".

Nora was sitting down while Jaune was fixing her makeup. "So your telling me that you came up with Violet so you could pursue a huntsman life?" Nora have been asking Jaune many questions. "Yes Nora and hold still" he finally finished and looked at his handy work. "What do you think?" Nora turned to the mirror and saw a better job then when she did it herself. "WOW!, how are you this good?" He chuckles "Seven sisters Nora". He started to put away everything when he heard a knock at the door. He walked towards it and used his Violet voice "Who is it?". "It's me Mira, I brought Lizzie" Jaune opened the door to reveal Lizzie wearing a angel costume. Nora nearly squealed when she saw her. Mira was staring at Jaune "So this is the real you". Jaune blushed and started to rub the back of his neck. "Yea" he said with a nervous smile. Timmy walked inside afterwards and saw Jaune. Wearing a red suit with a black shirt and red tie. "Who are you?" He asked confused. Jaune chuckled nervously while lowering himself to Timmy's level. "It's me, Violet" he spoke in his Violet voice. Timmy backed away for a bit till he turned to mother Mira who nodded to him.

"Are you a bad person?" He asked fearful. Jaune's eyes went wide and started to wave his hands. "Nononono, I just wanted to have a normal life", "But mother Mira told us that lying is bad" Lizzie spoke. "It is bad but I'm not bad", "Then what are you?" Timmy said while tilting his head. "I'm Jaune Arc from beacon Academy-", "And heir of the Arc clan" Mira interrupted Jaune. Nora's eyes went wide while Timmy and Lizzie didn't understand. "I see you did your research" Jaune said as he stood up to face Mira. "Yes, and I got to say. Finding out that a young man such as yourself. Is running around in a disguise and not as yourself is very weird. Even if you didn't have the Violet persona. You are still wealthy and" she looked him up and down "Quite handsome". Jaune laughed and started to put on his glasses "As much as I would like to continue this little conversation. We have a show to do and I need my little helpers" he looked at Timmy and Lizzie. He placed his wig on and fixed it a bit and turned to Nora. "Are you ready?" He asked with his normal voice.

She started to feel nervous "But what if-", "Do you trust me?" Jaune said. Jaune lead Lizzie to Nora "If your afraid, just remember. That I'll be there for you. And so will Lizzie" he looked down and gave her a nod. "Can you help my friend please?" Lizzie looked into Violet's eyes and nods. She went up to Nora and reached for hand which Nora grabbed. "Okay then" Violet walked towards the door and looked at Timmy "Do you remember your part?". Timmy nods to his question, "Good then, let's go and make this Flower Power ship sail!". "What's that?" Nora asked while everyone in the room tilted their head in a confusing matter. "It's your ship name as in relationship", "That's a terrible ship name" Mira said. While Lizzie nodded in a agreement "Or we could be Sloth ship". Now it was Nora getting the confused looks "You know what, I'm leaving before I regret this, bye" Jaune left.

Violet came out on stage and grabbed a guitar and took a seat. Which was in front of a mic, he lowered it down. "Testing 1, 2, 3, everybody come sing with me" he chuckled a little and. He got everyone's attention "Before I sing, I have to tell you the truth". He looked at Ren "I came here to celebrate Amy's birthday and with her permission. I'm going to sing this song to Nora Valkyrie. Whom is getting mentally ready. We may have had a emotional moment in her dressing room~" he said in a playful tone. Ren nearly got up but Pyrrha stopped him. "Ren calm down, Nor-". "Hey Renny, could you please take your seat. I'm kinda in the middle of something here" Violet told him. Which made everyone turn to him. He then took his seat, but he was glaring daggers at Violet. "Thank you" he then started to play. He saw Mira coming back while Timmy made his way to his spot. Where he'll be near Ren's table.

"The perfect words never crossed my mind 'Cause there was nothing in there but you" he looked around till his eyes landed on Pyrrha "I felt every ounce of me screaming out. But the sound was trapped deep in me" he looked at Timmy who was dressed as a angel. He was walking towards Ren who kept glaring at Violet. "All I've wanted just sped right past me. But I was rooted fast to the earth. I could be stuck here for a thousand years. Without your arms to drag me out" Timmy started to tug Ren's jacket. Which got his attention "Can you come with me?". He shyly asked, Ren was confused but he nodded and Timmy grabbed his hand. Which he lead him to the dance floor. Everyone was looking his way, but once in the dance floor. "There you are, standing right in front of me. There you are, standing right in front of me. Forced fear falls away to leave me naked. Hold me close, 'cause I need you to guide me to safety" As Ren looked confused he kept his eyes on Violet who then nodded to him. To look back, at first he didn't want to but he heard gasps. Turning around he saw Nora being lead by Lizzie in the same angel costume like Timmy. But what got his attention was how gorgeous Nora looked. She finally stood right in front of him. He was stunned by her, till he felt something pulling him towards her. "No, I don't wanna wait forever. No, I don't wanna wait forever" Timmy and Lizzie had a pink ribbon. They started to wrap them together till their bodies got sealed together. "In the confusion and the aftermath. You are my signal fire. The only resolution and the only joy. Is the faint spark of forgiveness in your eyes"

Good thing the ribbon was only wrapped around their waists. "Can I have this dance?", "Yes" he grabbed her hand and moved his other hand behind her back. He had this small blush but it got worse when Nora. Nervously moved his hand down to her waist. Violet then grabbed a electric guitar and started to do a solo. "There you are, standing right in front of me. There you are, standing right in front of me. Forced fear falls away to leave me naked. Hold me close, 'cause I need you to guide me to safety" he then returned to his normal guitar. they started to slow dance to the song. To everyone in the room. They looked prefect in each other's embrace. Violet couldn't stop his smile from stretching wider. "No, I don't wanna wait forever. No, I don't wanna wait forever. No, I don't wanna wait forever" just as the song was coming to an end. Did Violet started to sing another one. He didn't want to lose the momentum.

"Take it, If she gives you her heart. Don't you break it. Let your arms be a place. She feels safe in. She's the best thing that you'll ever have" they couldn't stop staring into each other's eyes. But Nora couldn't bare to see his beautiful eyes. So she broke contact and moved her head on his chest. "She always has trouble. Falling asleep, And she likes to cuddle. While under the sheets. She loves Pop songs, And dancing, and bad trash TV" Violet chuckled when he mentioned trash tv. Nora loved to watch cheesy, dramatic love shows. Nora couldn't stop listening to Ren's heart beat. "There's still a few other things. She loves love notes and babies. And likes giving gifts. Has a hard time accepting. A good compliment, She loves her whole family. And all of her friends. So if you're the one she lets in, Take it" she looked at her friends. Pyrrha gave her a small warm smile, Ruby couldn't stop herself from squealing.

Yang gave her a smug smile and a thumbs up. Blake just gave her a nod while Weiss was staring at Violet. "If she gives you her heart. Don't you break it. Let your arms be a place, She feels safe in. She's the best thing that you'll ever have" Ren closed his eyes and smiles. He tightened his grip which got Nora to look up. "She'll love you, If you love her. On days when, It feels like the whole. World might cave in, Stand side by side. And you'll make it" Violet stood up and got off the stage and walked towards them. "She's the best thing that you'll ever have. When Pyrrha and Weiss heard the name of the hotel. They were surprised "Isn't that the number one hotel in Vale. How did you get ahold of the penthouse. I've heard that they wouldn't let nobody get it" Cinder asked. She tried to get it when she came into the city. But no matter how much lien she threw. Nobody could get it, only the owners were allowed to have it. Weiss was having the same thoughts as Cinder. "A friend gave me his key" Violet winked at Cinder. When Violet looked at her direction, did he look beside her and saw Emerald. She avoided his eyes "And who might this friend be?" Nora asked. "Don't worry about that Nora. Once he put them down he started to ask questions "How did this happen, when did it happen. I need answers damn it!". Everyone in the room was surprised and confused by Violet acting so out of character. He looked around and noticed the stares he was getting.

He started to cough into his fist "I would like to hear about it". He pulled out a chair and took a seat like nothing happened. "Dude that was lame" Max said which gave Violet a tick mark on his forehead. "Just as lame as that one time you went to watch the movie My little Pony!" Violet got up and went to Max. Who pulled away from Amethyst who had this look that said "here we go again". "Big talk coming from the very person who went to watch it with me!", "I went cause I felt sorry for you!". Everyone started to laugh at them but they didn't care. "I don't remember inviting you to the sequel!", "How was I not going to go after that cliffhanger!". "So your saying that you liked it!", "I guess I am!". "What's going on" Blake asked Yang who was also confused. "Okay, name your favorite pony in the count of three. One, Two ,Three!" Max said. She shouted. Amethyst got this smug expression on her face "Yes, and you must be Weiss Schnee". Violet felt nervous, he never told them about his family's wealth. He turned to his team and saw Pyrrha also shocked with Ren right behind her. "So you all knew about my brother. But not his family?" She turned to Violet who had this innocent face. "He never told me about you. Just that he had seven sisters" Pyrrha said. "Really now~" she sounded so sweet but had this edge. She turned back to them "How about I show you some embarrassing photos" she said as she was pulling out her scroll.

"We would love to" Yang said with a smile. "Right sis?" She asked Ruby who just nodded. Before Violet could stop her, she opened her scroll and a hologram shows a photo of Jaune as Johnny. "Wow, whose that handsome man there?" Yang asked as she saw Jaune with the piercings and his buzz cut. While rocking his leather jacket, blue ripped jeans and black boots. And his white shirt with a skull on it. Blake kept her eyes on him and for some reason she liked what she was seeing. The dark edgy way he was looking into the camera. Ruby touched her eyebrows and couldn't help but feel the pain from getting them pierced. Weiss couldn't stop from seeing his eyes. For some reason she seemed attracted to it.

"Who is that?", "Mommy likes" Yang said while leaning in to get a better view. "That would be my little brother, Jaune" she said in a happy tone. But all she got was them shouting "WHAT?!". "That is not Vomit boy!", "Yang!" Ruby was about to say something else but Weiss just had to throw in her two lien. "How is that Jaune?" Amethyst shrugged her shoulders. Amethyst looked at them, which reveals them having a hard time believing her. Just as she was going to continue. Max pulled her to him, now facing him. I want to sing you this song" Violet took his seat at the piano and tested the keys. He cracked his fingers and started to play. Max moved the mic to his mouth. Then he grabbed her left hand and made eye contact.

This made Violet's blood to boil. So he stood up and took a bow and made his way to the dressing room. He was stomping his way there. He opened his door and threw it open. He started to take off his jacket and then his tie. He took off his wig and then his glasses. "Jaune?" Max came in slowly "What's wrong?". "Nothing" Jaune then rolled up his sleeves and place his glasses and wig inside a plastic bag. He then made his way to leave but Max was covering his exit. "Can you please move" he sounded anger. "Jaune" he moved in closer "What's going on?". "Max please, just move. I don't want to be here right now" he sounded serious. So Max moved away from the door "Don't do something stupid okay". Before he could leave he handed the plastic bag to Max "Hold on to this for me?". Max grabbed it and saw Jaune leaving.

Jaune didn't want to hear anymore so he walked out and took the back door. He kept walking with so much emotion eating inside him. He needed a distraction and fast. Just as he was walking, he pulled out his scroll and tried to find something till he landed on Kong's post on Instagram. He saw that Kong would be in this underground hip hop thing. He looked for a location and found one. Just as he was about to put away his scroll. Did he feel someone tackling him. He fell down and dropped his scroll. He looked up and saw Cardin standing there with this sinister smile. "Hey Arc"

As the bullhead was nearing Ansel, Professor Port had bandages on. They were finally nearing their destination which brought a smile to his face. He turned to the window "You might want to look out the window children" he told them. As they moved to see the view, they were amazed by the what they were seeing. A city could be seen, that looked beautiful with all the lights shining. "Wow, and we're staying in the city?" Coco asked. Port chuckled "No" he stayed quiet till the bullhead took a turn which reveals a castle away from the city life. They noticed it "Are we staying there?" Velvet asked this time. "Yes" he was happy to be back here. They couldn't make out much of the castle cause of how dark it is. But one thing was for sure, it was huge and it got bigger the closer they got. Once the bullhead stops in front of the entrance. "Open the doors!" Port shouted to the pilot. "We'll be landing on our own from here" he said just as he jumped out.

Inside a room was a older man with combed back grey hair. A thick beard, a scar over his left eye. His dark blue eyes were watching Port and his students jumping out of the bullhead while in the air. "This week will be fun after all" his voice was deep. He started to walk towards his door and walked all the way to the entrance. Once there, he saw his security and his trust worthy butler standing beside them. "Let's welcome them with open arms!" He shouted. "Yes sir!", "Open The Gates!" Just as the gates were to be open. "Sir" Oro turned to his butler "Yes Silver?". "Shouldn't you change into something more welcoming?" Oro was wearing a lime green onesie with a cute bear in the center of his chest. "Nah" he answered with a playful expression. Just then did Peter Port came in with Team CFVY right behind him. They saw Jaune's grandfather standing there, wearing that horrifying onesie.

"Oro!", "Peter!" They walked towards each other and locked hands. "You son of va bitch!" They both said. Velvet covered her mouth with both her hands. Coco and the rest of her team were confused to hear Professor Port swear. Port turned to his students and presented Oro to them. "Team CFVY, this is Oro D'Arc. He used to be my teacher way back in the day"

"What's wrong Jauney boy, did you really think I would do nothing to you" Cardin said. He picked Jaune up from the ground and lifted him up over his head. And threw him into the alley, Jaune landed roughly to the ground. As he was lifting his head, did Cardin walked towards him and kicked his head. Jaune's aura flickered by the hit. "Not so tough now without a taser or your friends" he then started to stomp him on his back. "Your nothing Arc, just another piece of shit" he side kicked him, which flipped Jaune over on his back. He grabbed him by his shirt and pulled him up. "And I'm going to do what I should have done a long time ago" he held Jaune with his left hand and clocked his right fist back and delivered a punch that made his and Jaune's aura to flicker. He kept repeating the process multiple times. Till he throws him to the wall which left cracks. Jaune fell on his belly and laid there. Cardin was regaining his breath. "You ruin everything Arc, you should have died in initiation. But I'm here now, and I'm going to kill you for getting me expelled from beacon!" He kept beating him.

As this was going on, Jaune's mind started to show him memories. The first was him at the age of five. He was shielding his upper body with his wings. Rocks slamming into his wings, he was crying. "Get lost!, your no Arc. Your just a freak!" Children were throwing the rocks at him. The saddest thing was, that they were his cousins who were visiting his grandpa. Then his mind skipped to one of his morning beatings when he was kidnapped. He was laying on the ground with a busted nose and lip. And a black eye, a hand reached for his hair and pulled him up. He didn't have the strength to cry or even open his one good eye at the moment. "Are you dead?" The kidnapper leaned in to hear his shallow breathing. "Damn, I'm surprised to hear you breath at all" he then dragged him to a table. On the table was a rusty, old hammer with dried blood stains. He released his hair which made Jaune's face hit the floor. He reached for his hand and pulled it up and slams it on the table. And grabs the hammer "Can't have you blacking out on me~" he then crushes Jaune's hand with the hammer.

Jaune switched memories again. He was thirteen and was standing in the woods. With his friend Leo standing right in front of him. "Jaune what are you doing?" He asked. Just before he could reply. Three guys appear behind Leo and whacked him on the head. Which lead to Leo to fall on the ground. "Yo Larry, Bill, hold that freak down" as Jay's goons went over to Leo and held him down. He made his way to Jaune who was hiding something behind his back. "What you got there Johnny?" As he was getting closer. "I thought I told you to leave me alone", "Sorry, my hearing might be bad. It sounded like you were ordering me around, animal fucker" Jay said with a hint of venom in his voice. Jaune's eyes turned cold "I'll give you one more chance" his voice matched Jay's. Behind Jaune's back, he was holding a revolver. He unconditionally clocked the gun "What are you going to do if I don't go".

Back to the present, Cardin finally pulled out a blade he was keeping in his coat. He kneeled down and turned Jaune over. After a while of beating him, his aura shattered a while ago. Jaune was heavily breathing with his eyes closed. He had a busted lip and black eye, blood was staining his mouth and running down to his chin. "Times up Arc" he rises the blade over his heart. "Be happy that you'll have a open casket" he chuckled before bringing the blade down. Just as the blade made contact, it shattered into pieces. "What the Fuck!" Cardin screams. Jaune opens his eyes wide to see a confused expression on Cardin's face. Jaune tackled him, which got Cardin by surprise. Once he laid on the ground did Jaune climb on top of him and started to punch him like there was no tomorrow. Cardin tried to push Jaune off, but Jaune never stopped or slowed down. But eventually Jaune was thrown off. As Cardin tries to get up, Jaune reached for anything he could get his hands on. "You lit-" he never got to finish that sentence. Jaune by a miracle found a busted up pipe which he swings towards Cardin's face. When he made contact did the pipe bend by the force of strength of Jaune's swing. And Cardin's aura shattering by the powerful swing. He fell again which Jaune got on top of him again and started to beat Cardin's face in.

Every hit made Jaune more furious. He kept imagining that he was beating his cousins, uncles and Jay. But once he saw the face of the kidnapper who kept beating him. He grabbed the pipe with both hands and rises over his head. He looked at Cardin's face, which was covered by his own blood. His right eye was swollen and his nose was crooked. He chocked with his own blood "S-st-op *cough* p-p-please" he barley spoke. Jaune brought down the pipe with a scream. But Jaune aims his hit to the side of Cardin's head. When the edge of the pipe hit the floor. It broke, Jaune started to hyperventilate and screams his rage away. He then threw the remaining of the pipe to the side. He stood up and looked down to his would be bully. Who went unconscious "Fucking pathetic, couldn't even handle the beating" he said in a deep voice.

He started to limp away, thinking of his next move. He started to walk out of the alley and made his way to a thrift shop that was open so late at night. He walked in and saw only one employee who was behind the cash register. "Do you have a restroom?" He asked. The employe must have seen enough people getting jumped. Cause he didn't even show the smallest interest in his condition. He limped to the bathroom and washed away the blood. And then he went to the rack where the hoodies were at. And started to look at the selection. Till he spots a grey one that was a zip up, he went over and grabbed a white muscle shirt. After that he grabbed a baggy jeans and then white shoes. He limps towards the changing room and changed into it. He walked out and threw his clothes to the trash can inside. He placed some lien on the counter and left.

Jaune finally made it to the underground hip hop place. He made his way to the bar and asked for a whiskey. He kept drinking till he asked the bartender to just leave the bottle. He ignored the alcohol striking the busted lip he had. For some reason he enjoyed the pain. He paid for the bottle and went to the restroom and went inside a stall. He waited for a bit till he smashed the bottle on the wall. He picked up the biggest glass shard and looked at it. He pulled up the sleeve and started to cut himself. But nothing, he did it harder but all he was cutting was his hand. And that's when he remembered the skin cover he had. He chuckled and threw the glass to the floor. He walked out and saw somebody he recognized. It was the drug dealer from Junior's club. "Hey" Jaune said while looking at him.

May was sitting with her teammates, they spotted Sage and his partner Scarlet. Sitting down two tables away from them. May wanted to hang out with Ruby, but she needed to be here for her teammates. They have been known to get hammered and get in trouble. She was waiting for them to finally have enough drinks in them to call it a night. She turned her attention up to the balcony. She could get a glimpse of Aries sitting next to Kong. They were speaking to someone who looked like he didn't belong here. He was dressed kinda nerdy and his nervous expression wasn't helping neither. It ended with said nerd, escorted out of the vip section.

Jaune walked out of the bathroom and made his way back to the bar. And took a seat next to a guy who looked off. "What are you looking at?" He tried to sound menacing but his voice was so...funny. He laughed but started to calm down when he saw the stranger getting more depressed. Once he stopped completely he kinda felt bad "So what brings you here?". Seeing no harm he pulled out a usb that looked very bulky to be normal and a ear piece. He placed it on the table. "What is it?" Jaune asked while picking up the ear piece. "That's my life's work. It's supposed to make music by just using your brain waves" Jaune was surprised to hear that. "How is that possible?" He asked, "Are you serious, we live in a world of incredible tech. I saw a girl with a camera that takes any photo of any weapon. Can replicate that exact weapon in a holograph made of this expensive dust!". Jaune then thought of it and started to see it.

"Thats true" he then picked up the usb. "Does it work?", "Yes" Jaune then started to feel the drugs kick in. "How much for it?", "It's not for sale" Jaune then places the devices down. "Then why make them?", "Cause I love music, and I can't sing or play any instrument to save my life. I've only been good at coding, creating devices and having ideas for the future. But nobody wants to take me serious". "What do you mean?", "I'm broke and the only thing I could do to save my projects. Was to get someone to invest in my projects. And my only hope was Kong or Aries. I thought they would be up to having this device instead of paying DJs or musicians for their music. But I was wrong". Jaune didn't know why but he pulled out his checkbook. "How much?" The stranger turned to see Jaune ready to write a number on the checkbook.

"Are you serious?" Jaune just got annoyed and wrote fifty thousand lien. And gave it to him while grabbing his devices. The stranger looked at the check and nearly chocked. He was about to ask who he was. But he saw the name of D'Arc on there. And he was surprised "Hey is it cool if I tried them" Jaune asked. "Sure, and the names Steve Urkel (Yea I went there)" Jaune just stood up and went to the stage. He walked towards the DJ and asked him if he could connect the usb. After bribing him and getting ready to hit the stage. He took off his hoodie and place it on the floor. He walked up to the mic and grabbed it. He started to tap on the mic to get everyone's attention. He started to feel weird and placed the ear piece on. And before he knew it. He was in a room while laying down on a chaise longue.

"Hey, Jaune, how's life?" Jaune turned to Violet who had a notepad and was sitting next to him."I don't know, it's alright, I've been dealin' with some things like every human being. And really didn't sleep much last night (last night)" he then remembered eating out Emerald while Vernal was riding him. "I'm sorry" Violet said while writing something down "that's fine, I just think I need a little me time. I just think I need a little free time. Little break from the shows and the bus rides (bus rides), yeah Last year I had a breakdown. Thoughts tellin' me I'm lost gettin' too loud. Had to see a therapist, then I found out. Somethin' funny's goin' on up in my house" he tapped his forehead and moved to sit up. He was facing Violet who had this blank expression. "Yeah, I started thinkin' maybe I should move out. You know, pack my car, take a new route. Clean up my yard, get the noose out. Hang up my heart, let it air out (air out) I've been searchin" he stood up and made his way to the door "What does that mean, Jaune?" Violet asked while following him.

They started to walk through a long hallway "I've been learning. Grabbin' my keepsakes, leavin' my burdens. Well, I brought a few with me, I'm not perfect" he then turned to see a mirror that was hanging on the wall and saw his reflection of himself without the muscle shirt and the fake skin that was covering his scars. "Lookin' at the view like, this concerns me. Pickin' up the cues, right? I'm quite nervous. Hate it when I lose sight, life gets blurry. And things might hurt me. It's prolly gonna be a long journey, but hey (but hey) It's worth it, though" he walked by a open door. Where he saw Max and his sister standing on a chapel with smiles. He kept walking down the hall till he saw another door of himself being tortured. "Cold world out there, kids, grab your coats. Been a minute, I know, now I'm back to roam. Lookin' for the antidote to crack the code. Pretty vivid, I admit it, I'm in classic mode. Don't need pity given to me, but I can't condone. Talkin' down to me, I'ma have to crack your nose for crackin' jokes. I'm lookin' for the map to hope, you seen it? (You seen it?)" he kept walking till he made it to the last door and opened it. To reveal a stage, he kept walking till he saw all the seats empty.

Leave you deep in thought, I could never swim in the kiddie pool. Way that I been thinkin' is cinematic, it's beautiful. "Yeah, the sales can rise. Doesn't mean much though when your health declines. See, we've all got somethin' that we trapped inside. That we try to suffocate, you know, hopin' it dies. Try to hold it underwater but it always survives. Then it comes up out of nowhere like an evil surprise. Then it hovers over you to tell you millions of lies" he looks up and sees a reflection of himself. But that reflection was him when he had that rocker look and beside him was his Ten years old self. But that one didn't have his wings and was cover in blood. He looked down to the crowd "You don't relate to that? Must not be as crazy as I am" he chuckled into the mic. He looked down to see everyone he's ever known. His family, his classmates and then he saw two shadowy figures. One of them he recognized but the other one with the horns was new. "The point I'm makin' is the mind is a powerful place. And what you feed it can affect you in a powerful way. It's pretty cool, right? Yeah, but it's not always safe. Just hang with me, this'll only take a moment, okay?" He rises his hand and reveals a pill. He takes it and then the audience turn into Jaunes ,Violets and Johnnys.

He was shifting into his ten year old self with his wings "Just think about it for a second, if you look at your face. Every day when you get up and think you'll never be great. You'll never be great, not because you're not, but the hate. Will always find a way to cut you up and murder your faith (woo!)" his wings fell off and started to rot away. He started to grow up into Johnny. "I am developin', take a look at the benefits. Nothin' to meddle with, I can never be delicate. Am I even relevant? That depends how you measure it. Take a measurement, then bag it up and give me the evidence. Pretty evident, dependable can never be tentative. I'm a gentleman, depending on if I think you're genuine. Pretty elegant, but not afraid to tell you to get a grip. Proper etiquette, I keep it to myself when I celebrate, ah (ah)" he then grew up to the Jaune we know "It's that time again. Better grab your balloons and invite your friends. Seatbelts back on, yeah, strap 'em in. Look at me, everybody, I'm smilin' big" he turned into Violet and got this big smile on his face. "On a road right now that I can't predict. Tell me "Tone that down, " but I can't resist. Y'all know that sound, better raise your fist. The search begins, I'm back, so enjoy the trip, huh"

While all of that was happening in Jaune's mind. In reality, he was singing on the stage. Everyone started to cheer, but not as much as one Steve. He couldn't believe it, his device worked. Just as Jaune finished he started to feel dizzy and then he fell face first on the floor. He slowly got back up "I'm fine" he started to make his way off the stage. He walked down the stairs but he fell on the second step. But thankfully he was caught by someone. "Hey there" Jaune looked at his savior and saw Brawnz and his teammates. "Hey" he said with a confused expression. "Are you feeling alright?" Jaune started to space out and then he blacked out. And opens his eyes to be in a taxi next to May. Who had this annoyed expression.

They stopped next to a hotel and Jaune didn't recognized it. "Where are we?" He asked, "Your finally awake, that's good" May said while paying the taxi driver. "Come on" May said while helping Jaune to get out of the cab. Jaune was being lead to the hotel and once inside. May asked the lady in the front desk for a room with two beds. After helping Jaune to their room and laying him down on his bed. She went to hers and took a seat. She started to check her scroll. Time went by and Jaune turned to see her having this sad expression. "What's wrong?" The very question made her turn off her scroll and walked away to the bathroom. He saw her close the door. He waited but she never came out. So he got up and got to the door. But before he could knock. He started to hear her crying.

He knocked "Hey May, are you doing okay?" He heard her move. "Go to sleep" she said "Not till I know your fine". "This doesn't concern you!" He doesn't know why but that just ticks him off. But before he could say anything, her scroll started to ring. He made his way to her scroll and answered it. "Hello?", "Who is this?" Jaune took his seat on his bed. "I'm Jaune", "Oh yea, that guy who May volunteer to take care of" Jaune looked back to see the bathroom door a little bit open. "Well, can you tell May that me and the boys are going to stay with some friends we made here", "Sure thing". He then hanged up and looked at her scroll and noticed she didn't close her tab. He saw Roy posting a photo of himself with a girl hanging from his arm. He could see now what happened.

May walked out and grabbed her scroll. "So you like him" Jaune said while keeping a eye on her. She didn't say anything "Why don't you tell him how you feel". She went to take off her sweater and then her shoes. She had a white shirt on and started to remove her socks. She went to her bed and went under the covers. She turned off her lamp. Jaune then took off his muscle shirt and went to the bathroom. He needed a shower. So he slowly took off the skin which had to be peeled off. By the neck, where it had this small gap. Once off he took a shower and washed the fake skin. He grabbed a robe and hanged the skin to dry off. He came out quietly but he stopped when he heard May crying. He went to his bed and turned off his lamp. Which got May to stop crying.

He went to the living room and called room service to bring him two tubs of ice cream. He hanged up and went back inside the room. He took a seat on the end of May's bed. "What are you doing?", "Nothing much honestly, just wanted to comfort you. So get up and meet me in the living room. I ordered us ice cream~". She didn't move but Jaune wasn't taking no for a answer. So he reached for her beanie but once he touched it. May slapped his hand away "What are you doing!?" She sounded anger. "I was trying to get your attention" she got off the bed. "Don't touch me" she said as she went to the living room.

Eventually the ice cream came and they started to eat it. They both stayed seated, eating their ice cream. "Feeling better" May ignored him and kept eating. He hated this silence "So what's up with that beanie?". She stopped mid way to grab more ice cream with her spoon. "It's none of your concern", "It's a scar isn't it" he said instantly. She dropped her spoon and got up. She walked past him, but Jaune grabbed her wrist. "Let go" she started to pull her arm away from him. But his grip was strong "Not till you tell me what's going on". "Why would you care!?" Jaune then released her wrist. She fell to the ground, but Jaune moved towards her. "What are you doing?" She said as Jaune was hovering over her. She saw his eyes, she never noticed how beautiful they looked.

"Just comforting you, by showing you. That your beautiful no matter how you look" he slowly moved his hand towards her beanie. And slowly took it off, to reveal. A nasty scar that left her eye completely white. She was blind from that eye. He kept staring at her face. "Im hideous aren't I" she said in a low voice. She tried to grab her beanie but Jaune moved it away from her. "No, your gorgeous" he moved his hand to touch her cheek. And started to caress her cheek "Is this the reason why you haven't confessed your feelings to Roy?". Her reaction spoke volumes, she slapped his hand away from her face. Which lead to her to get up and walk towards the bedroom. She started to grab her clothes and making her way to the door.

But then she remembered she didn't have her beanie. So when she tried to get it Jaune got in her way. "Where you going?", "It's non of your business" she was anger. "Please" she didn't listen, she moved around him and grabbed her beanie. And tried to leave but she heard something that brought a stop to her. "Please don't go, don't leave me here with them" she turned around to see him crying. "I don't want to be here with them", "Who?" He fell on the couch. "I can't be left alone again" he turn to her "please". She looked at him and then the door. She heard him sobbing harder "please don't leave me" his voice cracked. "I don't want them to hurt me" he started to crawl into a ball. She turned to see him trembling "I don't want to die here!" He shouted. She panicked and ran towards him "Ssshhh, your going to wake the neighbors" she touched him. Which made him jump a little.

"Jaune calm down please" when he looked at her. She saw those fearful eyes that brought so many memories. She knew where she's seen those. "Come with me" she said in a soft voice. At first he hesitated but eventually he accepted it. She lead him to the bedroom, she then tried to disrobe him. He didn't want to "Jaune please, take off the robe". "Nononono I don't want you to see me like this", "okay,okay" she lead him to his bed. Once he laid down she was about to go to the living room. But Jaune grabbed her wrist this time. But she didn't feel that strength behind it. It felt weak, she turned to him "Please stay". She wanted to say no, but she didn't want him to freak out more. She laid down next to him and he held on to her.

She stayed like that for a while till they both fell asleep. Then morning came around and she woke up. She noticed that Jaune was long gone. "Not even a thank you for being there. For his bad trip" she got up and made her way to the bathroom. Once done, she walked towards the door. But she noticed a letter on the table. She went and picked it up and saw a thank you. She chuckled and then saw "P.S, don't tell Ruby about this. Sincerely Jaune Miles D'Arc". She looked confused "How does he know Ruby?"
