Willow POV

I walk out of the bathroom with nothing but a bathrobe and make my way towards the bed. Today's events… were eventful to say the least. Aside from the obvious attempts on my life thanks to that bastard of a husband, my meeting didn't exactly go smoothly as I hoped. The associate that I met today was one of my father's old lawyers and according to them while we could theoretically file a lawsuit, Jacques could counter it without little effort as the man has backings from everywhere in Atlas; from businesses to the lower levels of government. It would be impossible to file a lawsuit that would stick if they don't do something that will drive Jacques to a corner which will be difficult since the jackass covers his tracks well.

Sighing, I grab my Scroll and scroll through my pictures until I find the one that I am looking for. The picture has a girl hugging me tightly. The girl has black hair that fades red at the tips and is wearing a white cloak alongside her combat gear. Her silver eyes seem to shine with happiness.

I smile a little. "Summer…" She stood out the most even on her team. She was like a ray of sunshine bursting in positivity even when things were dire. Honestly, I found her attitude annoying at first but I eventually warmed up to it. But after I had Weiss, I got news that Summer died on a mission and it left me devastated. If it wasn't for Klein, her death would have been another reason to stay in that little room drinking myself to death. "I wonder what you'd say if you could see me now."

Just then my Scroll comes to life as I am getting a call. I don't recognize the number so I know its not Jacques or the lawyer but I answer it anyway. "Hello?"

"Willow? It's me, Asmodeus."

My eyes lit up at the sound of his voice. "Asmodeus, it's good to see you're alright!"

"Yea, good to hear from you, too. Can I ask you something?" He asked.

"Yes, of course; anything!" I said.

"Could I... crash with you for the night?" Asmodeus asked. "I kind of didn't think about a long-term stay so I don't exactly have anywhere to sleep. Well except for, you know, the streets."

"Umm…" I was not prepared for that. "Sure, of course you can come. I'll send you the hotel address right now."

"Thank you, Willow. I'll make sure to repay someday."

"Please don't worry about it. You have done more than enough."

I hung up and called the front desk to let them know of my guest. "I should get ready, I can't let him see me so indecent like this." I get up and make my way to the bathroom.

Normal POV

I hang up and make my way to the hotel where Willow is staying. After a couple of twists and turns, I arrive at the hotel, a building with the symbol of a lotus etched into the doors. As I walk to the door, I notice a shadow above me but it quickly banishes. "Weird…" I open the door and am met by the sight of a very elegant, very furnished waiting area as I walk towards the reception desk.

"Welcome to the Lotus Hotel, how may I help you?" The receptionist asked.

"Do you know where Willow Schnee's room is located?" I asked.

The receptionist quickly realizes who I am. "Oh! You must be the one Mrs. Schnee said would come. She is in Room 69, third floor."

"Thank you." I see an elevator and quickly take it to the third floor. The doors soon open and I walk through the long hallway. 'Room 69…' A chuckle escapes my lips. "Ha, 69…"

*PING*

'My [Radar] goes off, but why unless…' My eyes widen in realization. "WILLOW!" I take out [Palindel] and run towards Room 69 and kick the door in. The room is a mess with clothes and shards of glass littering the floor, however that isn't what I am looking at. In front of me is Willow in a bathrobe while having a sword just inches away from her neck. Behind her is a girl with wavy black hair and wears a Grimm mask that covers her eyes as well as a pair of cute black cat ears on top of her head. Her outfit consists of a white, v-neck, zip-up crop shirt with a black hem and three-quarter sleeves. Her emblem is printed in off-white on the left side of the shirt. She wears black pants that have a vertical gray stripe on the outer side of each leg and a black belt.

Attached to the rear of the belt is a black piece of fabric that covers her from hip to hip. Underneath this is a longer, translucent, purple piece of fabric. She also wears black high-heel boots with two straps and buckles and purple under rolls, reaching to mid-calf.

Blake Belladonna

Title: The Beauty, Princess of Menagerie

Race: Faunus (Cat)

Level: 34

HP: 5,488

MP: 0

SP: 5,840

AP: 3,900

VIT: 180

STR: 146

DEX: 180

INT: 116

WIS: 78

MAG: 0

LUK: 102

CHA: 144

Semblance: Shadow

Description: The only daughter of Ghira and Kali Belladonna. She has been involved with the White Fang at a very young age due her parents being the founders of the organization. There, she met Adam Taurus and became inspired by his ideals and the two quickly fell in love, much to the displeasure of her friend Illia. When Ghira stepped down Blake was angry at her parents for how easily they gave up, calling them cowards, and joined Adam and Illia in Sienna's White Fang. However, she slowly has doubts about how the White Fang is handling things.

'Its Blake!' I inwardly exclaim. 'I can't believe she is actually here! And that mask and outfit… I guess she hasn't left the White Fang yet.'

Blake presses a familiar blade closer to Willow's neck. "Drop your weapon or she dies."

[Gambol Shroud]

Rarity: B

Description: A sword that consists of three forms. When sheathed, the weapon is able to slice opponents in two with its cleaver-like cover. However, when unsheathed, Blake is able to use both a sword and sheath in tandem against her opponents. It can also transform into a gun. Using the black ribbon that extends off the weapon's grip, Blake can convert Gambol Shroud into a kusarigama, a grappling hook to swing herself or her friends, or ensnare or tangle her opponents.

'She even has her signature weapon!' I slowly calm down the inner fanboy in me and give her a serious look. "You don't want to do this, I know you don't."

Blake glares. "And what makes you so sure?"

"Because…" I began. "Because I don't think you're the type who would kill someone indiscriminately."

Blake snarls. "'I don't think!?' She's a Schnee!" She cries out. "They've done nothing but oppress our kind for years! The deaths of hundreds of my brothers and sisters in their Dust mines just so they can gorge themselves on the money made from our literal blood, sweat and tears!"

"Look." I put [Palindel] on the floor. "I'm not going to fight you. Heck, I didn't expect for the White Fang to come looking for us."

Blake's eyes widen under the mask as she puts the pieces together. "It was you…" She growls. "You were on that train along with the Schnee! You killed my comrades!"

"I didn't kill anyone!" I yelled out. "Jacques had a bunch of assassins dressed up as White Fang to kill Willow and frame you guys for it!"

"Ridiculous, why would Jacques Schnee want to kill his own wife!?"

"Because he doesn't care about me!" Everyone's attention turns to Willow. "Since day one, Jacques has been aiming for my family's company, sweet talking my father into making me his fiancée. At first I thought I could make this marriage work, but then he told me the real reason why he married me in the first place and I just… fell apart." Tears begin to stream down her face. "It broke me. He broke me. I let him turn my father's dream into a cesspit of greed and slavery before my eyes. Even my children aren't safe from him!"

Blake's grip on her sword begins to tremble. It's a lie, it has to be! There's no way a Schnee can be so… so broken! They have made the Faunus suffer, thinking that they are superior to them in every way. This has got to be a trick!

"He doesn't care about anyone but himself and would rather kill his own family just to keep making a profit!" Willow states. "So go ahead and kill me. All you'll be doing is helping that waste of oxygen make more money!"

Blake is stuck, she doesn't know what to do. She could tell that Willow wasn't lying but at the same time she felt conflicted on whether to report her to Adam or not. If she did, Adam would mobilize the entire White Fang just to catch her regardless of her circumstances and kill her. What is she supposed to do!?

*BUZZ, BUZZ, BUZZ!*

The sudden sounds of my Scroll going off breaks the atmosphere as I take it out of my pocket. I recognize the caller ID and pick it up. "Hello."

"Boss... they're here! The Queen's pawns are here!" Vernal yells out from her Scroll. The sounds of chirping and vague screams can be heard in the background. "Raven and Amber are fighting them off right now, but they're not going to last long! You got to-"

*CLICK*

"Vernal? Vernal!?" I cried out, but the call was cut completely.

I slowly lower my Scroll as a look of shock is plastered on my face. How the hell did Salem find the tribe so quickly!? As far as she knows I'm still in Mistral! 'Could it be… that she has been hunting me down this whole time!?' I grit my teeth. "That self-entitled bitch!"

"What happened?" Willow asked.

"My village is being attacked..." I told her. I couldn't exactly say that they're bandits. "I need to go. I need to go now!" I turn to Blake. "Look, I know that you don't trust me but you have to help me with this."

"Why should I help you?" Blake asked cautiously.

"Because if you help me, I'll help you." I said which causes Blake to look confused. "I'll help you make the White Fang into the movement it was meant to be instead of... whatever the hell is it now." I said the last part with a bit of disgust.

If Blake wasn't conflicted before, she is now. This human just said that he wants to help her fight for equality. Why would a human fight for Faunus rights!? That doesn't make any sense!? Humans don't care about us! They would rather see us be hunted for sport rather than being seen as equals.

"Are you insane!? Its took risky!" Willow yelled. "Adam Taurus is one of their commanders; a murderous psychopath who kills humans without distinction! He will kill you the moment he sees you!"

Blake winces at the statement. She wanted to yell at her, to deny that Adam isn't the bloodthirsty murderer that the world sees him as. But… the more they made these claims, the more she is starting to think they're right.

"Alright…" Blake said out loud. "I will help you save your village but..." Her grip on Willow tightens. "The Schnee comes with us, understood?"

I nod. "Alright, but we still need a way to get there and we can't use the train because the station's closed."

"I think I have an idea." Blake said.

Sometime Later

Blake leads us through the forest until we see a building beyond. The building itself is etched into the cliff like the building is coming out of the bedrock.

"That's impressive." I remarked.

"The White Fang has bases like this all over Remnant allowing us to survey the kingdoms for any chance to help the Faunus." Blake explains. "We also take on odd jobs ranging from raids to assassinations and get paid for completing them. This is all for the sake of a better world for the Faunus."

'Hm, seeing the base and Blake's explanation is giving me déjà vu for some reason.' I thought.

"Now then," Blake turns to look at us. "If we want to get through the guards you have to look the part of prisoners." She pulls out rope, handcuffs and bags.

I smirk. "Wow Blake, I didn't know you were into that sort of thing~"

Blake blushes. "S-shut up, I'm not like that!"

"Will this work?" Willow asks the cat Faunus.

"If I know Adam, he won't miss an opportunity to hurt the SDC and by extension Atlas." Blake finishes tying me up and puts on a bag over my head. She moves to Willow. "He will go ballistic when he sees you."

"...I don't like the sound of that." Willow comments.

Blake finishes tying Willow and raises the bag over her head. "You won't." She puts the bag on.

White Fang guards stand vigilant as they protect the entrance. They're job is to prevent anyone from entering the base be it human or Faunus. They hear the bushes move as three figures walk out of the forest.

The guards take a fighting stance and point their weapons at the figures. "Halt! You are entering private property! Leave now or you will be forcibly removed from the premises."

The front figure's form becomes more familiar. "Stand down, it's me."

The guards lower their weapons. "Blake? Where have you been? Adam has been worried about you since you never contacted him." One of the guards states. "I hope you've returned with something worthwhile."

"Not something, someone." Blake pulls on the rope revealing two people. "They gave me trouble but I've managed to capture these two humans."

"Human prisoners? You know we don't take prisoners unless it's absolutely necessary." The guard reminds her.

"Trust me." A smug smile is plastered on her face. "Adam will definitely appreciate these prisoners."

"Fine. Go ahead." The guards stand aside letting Blake walk inside.

Blake and her prisoners walk through the compound and see several White Fang members doing various activities from talking to each other to sparring.

"Blake!"

Blake turns to the source of the voice. She is a girl with tanned skin yet she has darker spots on her arms, legs, stomach and face, resembling chameleon scales. Her brown hair is tied back in a ponytail that curls at the end like a chameleon's tail, and her eyes are a light gray with a faintly bluish tint. She wears a Grimm Mask with chameleon horns on it to hide her identity. Her mask also points upward at the top and extends past her hairline; this resembles the crest of a veiled chameleon. She wears a black, gray and dark gray sleeveless stealth suit with short legs that resembles a playsuit with black trim around the legs. The color divide is at the center of her thighs. The stealth suit's zipper is gold, and over it, she wears gray belt straps with gold buckles. She wears simple black boots with a cuff and a black glove on her right hand.

"Ilia." Blake said.

The girl, Ilia, hugs Blake. "Thank goodness you're safe."

Blake smiles and returns the hug. "Is Adam around?"

Ilia pulls away from Blake. "He should be upstairs." Her voice sounds strained. "I should warn you, he isn't in a good mood."

Blake sighs. "He's been like that a lot lately…" She noticed that Adam's anger seems to only be growing lately and would sometimes lash out and hurt comrades should they fail.

"I'm thinking about reporting this to Lady Khan." Ilia said. "I know you two are an item but he is becoming more unstable by the day. If we leave him, he'll likely do something that will put us all in danger."

Blake doesn't say anything but understands what she's saying. Adam is a liability. His methods are putting the lives of both comrades and civilians at risk. It didn't matter who he was hurting as long as he hurt something, anything. Yet when she is around, Adam becomes more coolheaded yet she could see he was struggling to keep his cool and just wants to lash out.

"I understand. I will contact Lady Khan after I talk with Adam." Blake walks upstairs with prisoners in tow.

Ilia looks perplexed at the sight of her prisoners. "I thought we didn't take prisoners."

Blake walks up the stairs and hears some distinct yelling and as she makes her way to the door a person blasts through the wall and falls on supply crates. She looks through the hole in the wall and sees a person breathing heavily. He is a tall Faunus with a lean build and auburn hair that spikes backward in a windswept way. While most of his hair was red, he had streaks of brown. A noticeable trait of his appearance was the mask he wore which obscured his entire upper face above his nose. The mask itself is whitish-tan with red, Japanese style, horn-like symbols decorating the front and two slits on each side presumably to allow for vision.

His Faunus heritage is a bull, as he has two reddish-black horns, one on each side of his head, also seemingly slanted back.

He's wearing an asymmetrical black, long-sleeved, double-breasted stylized high-collared blazer with slit sleeves along with red thorn sigils adorned with a white crest that lined up on his left shoulder. His suit jacket had crimson lining atop his red shirt, with red thorn sigils atop a black flap attached to the bottom of the left hem and his wilting rose emblem on the back over an emblazoned white sigil resembling the curved stems and flower of the deadly nightshade plant. His blazer was half-buttoned, exposing a red shirt with a black line running parallel to his collar under it. He wears long black dress pants, black shoes with red soles and black gloves with red sigils resembling the Greek letter Ω (Omega), the last letter in the Greek alphabet.

"Adam." Blake calls out.

Adam steadies his breathing and notices Blake. "Blake…" He walks towards her and gives her a deep kiss. "I was so worried about you. I thought you were hurt or worse…" He then notices the two restrained people behind her. "Who are they?"

"Prisoners." Blake states.

Adam looks perplexed. "Blake, you know we don't take prisoners. Any adversary that gets in our way must be eliminated."

"They are special." Blake walks up to one of them and removes the bag on their head, revealing it to be Willow Schnee.

Adam froze at the sight of Willow before slowly approaching her as Willow instinctively stepped back. He slowly turns to Blake. "You captured a Schnee?"

Blake nods.

Adam turns his attention back to a frightened Willow. "Ha…" A sinister smile forms on his face. "Hahahahahaha! Finally, finally! I have captured a Schnee!"

Adam lightly caresses her hair. "You have no idea how long…" He violently grabs Willow's hair, earring a grunt from the bound woman. "I have waited for this moment!" He pushes Willow down. "For years, you Schnees and Atlas have been holding us down, pushing us to the breaking point for your selfish greed. And now it will all come full circle."

"I…" Willow began. "I'm sorry… I didn't want this, my father wanted to-" Willow couldn't finish as she was kicked in the stomach by Adam.

"Sorry? You're sorry!?" Adam growls, his teeth visibly grinding under pressure. "Will sorry release all of the Faunus you have trapped in the Dust mines!? Will sorry give the Faunus a decent living instead of being treated as freaks and pariahs in every kingdom they go to!?" He keeps kicking Willow constantly. "WILL SORRY BRING MY PARENTS BACK!?"

Blake flinches at Adam's sudden emotional swing. Granted, this wasn't the first time she has seen Adam angry, but having a Schnee here has brought a lot of memories for the bull Faunus; bad memories.

Adam worked in the Dust mines along with his parents. The guards there would beat them up if they couldn't keep up but it all changed when a cave-in happened, crushing both of his parents to death. The SDC blamed Adam for what happened and as punishment they branded him. A boy. They branded a boy! How could they do such a thing to a child!? It angers and disgusts her knowing that there are people out there who enjoy doing this and yet…

Adam continues to beat Willow senselessly before having had enough and tosses Willow to the ground, slighting coughing blood. "You Schnees are a cancer, a cancer to Faunus kind. So long as even one of you draws breath, we will never be free from our chains."

I clench my fists tightly as slowly put strength into breaking my cuffs.

Willow struggles to stand up. "Yo… you're right… We Schnees have done nothing but make Faunus suffer, but it was Jacques who turned the SDC from the inside out. He took everything from me! My legacy, my family, my freedom!" Willow's voice grows higher in volume. "If I could go back in time and tell my father not to take Jacques in I would do it in a heartbeat, but I can't! The world is unjust, letting leeches like Jacques take everything from us and leave us all to dry!"

"And what, you expect me to pity you!?" Adam scoffs. "Your words can't hide your arrogance so spare me your excuses."

"I do not want your pity!" Willow cries out causing the two Faunus to jump a little. "I want you to know just how much Jacques has really taken! To understand that you aren't the only one suffering, but you seem to think that because you've suffered you're special, but you're not!" Willow finally manages to stand up now glaring straight at Adam. "Many suffer everyday from Jacques, either in the mines or in Mantle. His greed and megalomania even extends to his own family! He used me to get the seat of CEO and I watched everything unfold while drinking myself to death as he emotionally cripples my children to be his pawns; you are not special!" At this point, Adam snarls and slaps Willow in the face causing her Aura to dissipate. Willow can only look up and freeze as Adam unsheathes his sword.

"SCHNEE!" Adam roars as he makes his way towards a frightened Willow.

"Adam, wait!" Blake cries out.

However, just as Adam is about to behead Willow a hand grabs [Wilt], stopping it dead in its tracks. "That's enough, we didn't come here to fight." I said having broken through my restraints.

"As if I'd believe the words of a human!" Adam attempts to kick me in the face but I catch his leg and send him crashing into the wall.

"Had enough yet?" I asked stoically.

Suddenly the doors burst open as a group of White Fang soldiers walk inside after hearing the commotion.

Ilia looks around the room and sees Adam embedded in the wall. "What happened here!?" She then turns to see Willow Schnee slowly trying to get up. "Schnee…" She growls as she and the other members take out their weapons.

"Wait!" Blake rushes in, standing between the White Fang and I. "We don't have to fight!"

"Stand aside Blake. They have to pay." Ilia said while making her [Lighting Lash] make a snapping sound.

"Please Ilia. At least listen to what they have to say." Blake pleads to her friend.

Ilia stares at Blake for what feels like hours before disengaging her whip. "Stand down, all of you." The White Fang soldiers put their weapons away. "Alright, what do you want?"

I step forward. "I need your help. My village is currently under attack by Grimm and I have no idea how much longer they can last."

Ilia raises an eyebrow. "That's it? You came all the way here just to ask for our help in dealing with Grimm? You gotta be kidding me." They begin to laugh. "Why don't you ask the Huntsmen for help?"

"Because I can't trust the Huntsmen here, they've been compromised." I told them.

The White Fang stops laughing. "What are you talking about?"

"Have you ever wondered why Huntsmen casualties here are higher than any other kingdom? It's because the headmaster has them assassinated while on their missions and makes them look like they died by Grimm." I state.

Ilia looks at Blake and then huffs. "That's ridiculous. Why would the headmaster go about killing his own students?"

"That I don't know, but what I do know is that he is working with a group of people who want to destroy our way of life and I'm one of their targets." I walk up to Ilia and grab her hands. "Help me uncover the biggest conspiracy this kingdom has ever seen."

Ilia looks at her hand and viciously pulls them away from mine. "And what about us? What do we gain from helping you?"

"You want to be seen as heroes, don't you? People who actively challenge the system and want to make it better for others; Freedom Fighters? If you help me not only will you be seen as heroes of the kingdom but you will show everyone just how weak and gullible the headmasters truly are if they were letting a maniac take them for a ride and rally more people to your cause." I told her. "I'm giving you the opportunity to do something good for the Faunus and put all the Huntsmen who died out there finally put to rest."

Ilia is conflicted, on one hand, she didn't trust this human. The headmasters are in charge of schools that actively train students to fight Grimm, so why would one want to have them killed? Plus the headmaster of Haven is a Faunus so it just makes them look bad. But if this human is telling the truth… then they have to stop him. As much as Ilia didn't want to admit it, they need the Huntsmen around to protect them from the Grimm even if that means having to rely on humans.

"No…" Everyone turns to Adam removing himself from the wall. "Don't listen to this human's lies. He's just saying those things just so that he can protect his Schnee whore." He walks towards me with his sword in hand but Blake stands in his way. "Out of the way Blake."

"No Adam, for once you will listen." Blake tells him. "The White Fang are supposed to help Faunus but all that has done is have the opposite effect. Faunus everywhere are suffering because of our actions, because they can't trust us. Some people have even started killing Faunus outright because we're animals to them."

"That's why we're doing this, Blake. To show the world that the Faunus aren't weak!" Adam retorts.

"No! All that we're doing is making things miserable for everyone, humans and Faunus! Can't you see that!? We're becoming what we hate!" Blake cries out. "This human is giving us the opportunity to do make a difference, to show everyone what the White Fang was always meant to be. Please Adam, don't throw this chance away."

Adam lowers his sword. "My love…" He tenderly cups Blake's cheek. "You are so weak."

*STAB!*

Blake feels a cold sensation and when she looks down she sees [Wilt] stabbing her in the stomach. "A… dam…" Adam pulls the blade out of Blake and she falls to the ground, her blood seeps into the floor.

"BLAKE!" Ilia cries out as she activates her whip and attacks Adam. Adam simply lets the whip wrap around the sword and yanks it back pulling Ilia towards him. The chameleon Faunus had no time to defend as Adam slashes Ilia vertically and she collapses to the ground.

Adam takes [Lighting Lash] and throws it back at Ilia ignoring the two girls all together as he walks forward. "I'm disappointed in you all, to think that you would let a weak human persuade you so easily."

A WF soldier growls. "You wouldn't get away with this Taurus. When Lady Khan finds out-"

"Sienna will be too busy dealing with her insurrection to focus on me. She has grown weak like Blake with her sentimentality." Adam retorts.

Description: Fueled by the inhumane treatment he received when he still worked for the Schnee Dust Company and his growing personal vendetta, Adam Taurus found the home he was looking for in the White Fang, where he was accepted and loved; his happily ever after. During his time as a part of the White Fang, Adam realized his comparative strength to everyone else and began to make use of it.

Adam was originally not as antagonistic as he is now. He did not begin killing Humans until he was forced to do so to protect Ghira Belladonna. He showed a brief conflict over this action when the latter reprimanded him for it, though after Sienna Khan praised his actions, he began to kill more frequently. Adam's manipulation of Blake Belladonna was also shown; after being confronted by Blake for his violence, he lashed out at her by mentioning her parents' abandonment of their cause, and then apologized and professed his fear of losing her support, emotionally shackling her to himself.

In reality, Adam Taurus is an embittered, sadistic and vengeful man, willing to cut down any opposition towards his twisted ideas of justice being dispensed upon Humanity as well as being extremely possessive, violent, and abusive behavior and won't hesitate to cut down and kill his fellow White Fang members when they refused to take orders from him.

Thoughts about you: Anger

Notable skills: Bloodlust

[Bloodlust]

Description: All physical stats are increased by 25%, but they are hellbent on killing their opponents.

[Wilt and Blush]

Rarity: B

Description: Wilt and Blush are Adam Taurus' weapons of choice. Wilt is a red sword and Blush is a rifle that also functions as a scabbard. Wilt is a red-colored version of a traditional Japanese chokutō and Blush is a rifle that also functions as a scabbard. Blush serves as a sheath for Wilt, and the sword itself can be shot hilt-first out of the barrel. When Wilt is unsheathed, Blush's stock becomes more angular and shorter while the barrel extends, holding a greater resemblance to an actual rifle. Wilt's blade is red and slightly longer than average in length.

While Blush's stock is a dark red, the rest of its components are gray. The stock itself is rather long when compared to the rest of the firearm, while the barrel is quite short. The side of the fore stock is decorated with Adam's "Wilt" logo. As Wilt covers and blocks the barrel of Blush, Blush is unable to fire normally until Wilt is unsheathed. Adam is also able to fire seven rounds from Blush without reloading.

Although small and seemingly lightweight, Blush's component is capable of automatic fire, and Wilt is used in Iaijutsu style, quickly drawing the sword for a strike and then sheathing it again. The range of Blush is subject to debate; while, like any firearm, it should be capable of firing at a variety of distances, Adam only seems to fire it from a point-blank or close range.

"Taurus…" I snarl as I walk forward.

Willow grabs my pant sleeve. "Asmodeus, stop. You can't beat him, you have to get out of here!"

"Willow save your strength, I got this." Willow lets go of my pants as I make my way towards Taurus.

"Oh? You are approaching me?" Adam grins as he pulls his arms out. "Instead of running away, you're coming right to me? Even though the Schnee told you to run, you would risk your life for these bitches."

'Did he just say what I think he just said!?' I thought and then a smirk appeared on my face. 'Maybe I should do the same in turn.'

"I can't beat the shit out of you unless I come closer." I take out [Palindel] from my [Inventory] and transform it into its sword form.

"Oh ho, then come as close as you like!" Adam takes a fighting stance. "This place will be your grave human!"

A preview, would you kindly?

"What is your problem!? I'm trying to make the White Fang look good!" I yelled out.

"My problem? My problem is that you humans are insufferable gnats. You think that by having a Schnee work with us will be enough to make up for years of suffering on Faunus' kind!? I will just kill her and be done with it."

I'm left speechless for a few seconds, unable to process the words spewing forth. "Y-you. You're saying you want to allow Faunus to continue suffering in the mines just so you can harness their hatred for a war!? What about those who die then huh!? What about them!?"

"What about them? Victory demands sacrifice, their suffering will usher in a new golden age for Faunus kind. They should be glad that such an honor is bestowed on them." Adam said in a matter-of-fact tone, causing everyone to look at Adam in absolute disgust.

"FUCK YOU!" I roar as I charge straight for the mad bull.

"You think I'm doing this for you?" I asked as I grabbed Raven by her shoulders. "You think I did this for you!? You ran from your family! Your duty as a huntress! Your goddamn daughter when she needed you most! And yet, you left them all behind just for what?! Just so you could hurt others?! You're an utter disgrace of a mother, of a human being! I should just kill you right now and be done with it!"

"Then… why haven't you done so?" Raven reluctantly asked.

My rage subsides as I give her a cold stone stare. "Because then where would that leave you? Where would that leave your daughter? No, it's better if you live with your shame rather than kill you and leave things unresolved."

Neo gives me a wave and I reluctantly wave back.

Roman turns me. "So kid," He raises his cane up to my face. "Mind telling me how you and Neo know each other?"

Author Notes

And that's that. I honestly wasn't expecting this chapter to end with a cliffhanger and as I was writing the end I couldn't help but think of Jojo and that's why I wrote that down. So anyways, the MC and co meet Blake and the rest of the White Fang. And Adam, like the supremacist he is, wants nothing to do with them or the plan and cuts down Blake and Ilia. I genuinely believe that the White Fang could be a force that can fight for equal rights, but its only issue is that its led by bloodthirsty sociopaths. It may seem naïve, but that's just how I genuinely feel about this. I'm not sure if I nailed the dialog for Adam so let me know what you think of his lines.

As always, leave a review/comment.
