Rise of Power and Honor

ESKK: Well here is my first ever attempt at Rising of a Shield Hero crossover. Now before we begin I'm going to say this I DON'T DO REQUESTS AND I DON'T APPRECIATE SPAM! I mean come I've literally posted that fact everywhere and still you want to make requests. Also to the Guest Reviewer DCD I'm going to say this… I don't care for the new Spider-Man movie, I don't care if the guy who played Black Panther died, I don't care for any new updates about movies, and I don't care for the fact the Black Widow trailer dropped. Call me racist if sexist if you must but I simply don't care for celebrities ok. Now let's begin the story ok.

(Start Prologue)

Power such an unsteady concept in any world that desires it. Power takes many forms sometimes it's formed from ones feelings, other times it's formed from one's own physical might. Power can be a countries strength to face any threat, or even a single mans will to make the hardest decisions. In the end power can take many forms good or evil, the question isn't the power itself it's who or how it's used or who created said power.

But sometimes power needs to be protected from those who intend to uses it for evil. So in times like this power can be granted to those chosen to be its protector or those who truly need it. But the concept of it remains the same Power can easily corrupt if mishandled. But Power can also be tempered to be a force of good and many things can temper it, Honor being among them. Now Honor itself can take forms because it is neither good nor evil, a warrior would not strike down an unarmed opponent over the concept of honor. A man could honor an agreement even if he is evil as a man of his word. Honor is a powerful tool to temper evil and power so when Power and Honor are together well things have a tendency to change from the fate of the world all the way to the tide of battle.

(Start)

The Sorceress the Prime custodian and mystic of Castle Greyskull looked into her orb to the world outside these ancient hallowed halls. The world had change very much so and from the looks of it not for the better. Many times over has she had seen the ugliness of bigotry and segregation take firm hold upon the world. The Four Cardinal Heroes had been summoned but each of them had fallen to this hubris of theirs. Each of them had become nothing more of a tool for the church and in the case of the spear hero a manipulative pathological liar. For Many years she had kept sentinel of this ancient castle and in all of that time she had many clashes between the forces of Good and evil of light and darkness. But now evil was rising and the world they rise in will not last long against them.

She had watched over the power of the Elders safeguarding it from evil but as the world was she knew Evil would prevail. That is if she didn't stepped in and brought a pair of true heroes to the board. The Shield Hero was the only one who did not falter despite being framed for a crime he did not commit but his position would not allow him to attain the power of the Elders. She knew the only wait to do this is to seek out the heroes elsewhere. Thus with a wave of her scepter she began to view at worlds beyond the veil to find the heroes who could fulfill the needs asked of them.

As she searched she quickly came across a pair that may prove to be just the heroes needed. After all Power is best when used for Protection.

(Scene Break Orlando Florida)

"Thank you." Came the voice of a male as he happily took the newest collectable item from the shop post purchase. In turn the pair of twin walked out as they began to walk down the street to grab a bite to eat before calling an Uber.

"See what hard work and determination gets you bro-bro." The girl said smiling at her twin. The two were mixed breeds of American and Japanese. Their mother was a Japanese Immigrant who met their father after he was stationed over in Hokkaido Japan. The two hit it off splendidly before their father had to move back to the States. When he did though barely a year went by before they saw each other again. In turn the rest as they say was history.

"Yeah so you can raid my room, Akane." the boy asked as he looked to his twin sister accusingly.

"Hey, watch it Ayato." Akane responded as she gave a scolding top her brother.

"Just saying." Ayato responded holding his new purchase in his hand.

"Jerk." Akane said as the two shared a small laugh with each other in response. She then remembered something and looked to a nearby bookstore. "Hey one second I need to grab something from here." She said and thus Ayato shrugged.

"Sure I can also use a new comic to read also." Ayato said as he then went to the store to find something to read to pass the time.

(Inside the book store)

The two began to walk around as Ayato yawned a bit and saw his sister run itself. "Well might as well browse a bit." Ayato said as he began to look for something to catch his eye. As Akane was nearby in this small store his eyes browsed through the titles of the many books here. At least until they fell upon one book in particular. "He-Man vs She-Ran." Ayato aloud as he took it and was wide eyed at what he saw. It was the 2002 version of He-Man with the Netflix version of She-Ra clashing sword against each other.

He turned it over for the summery and saw it was a spin-off of sorts of the two hit shows. He wondered why it hadn't gotten some steam as his sister saw this. "What you looking at?" She asked from over his shoulder and in turn she saw it.

"This." Ayato said showing the book in question.

"Wow no way." Akane said as she looked to the book in question. "We gotta buy it." Akane said as Ayato smirked.

"Nope not until we see what's inside after all if we want to buy it we need to be tempted." Ayato said wanting to mess with his sister a bit.

The two then smiled and looked to the book before opening it. Needless to say they were going to end up regretting it fast. Why you may ask, simply put when they opened the book it gave off a massive light that forced them all to cry out while shielding their eyes. In turn the world around them began to change as they were dragged to a place unknown to them but in turn an adventure began for the two of them.

(Scene Break Castle Greyskull)

The twins landed on the ground with a yelp as they found their sight returning to them. They found themselves in a large room of sorts trying to make sense of what just happened and how they got here. "Did we just get Isekai'd?" Ayato asked trying to lighten the mood while getting the lights out of his eyes.

"Um I think we did." Akane said as her vision returned first.

"Wait what?" Ayato asked as he looked and in turn the two found themselves in a large room that seemed to go on forever. "Wait isn't this?" Ayato asked as he got up and saw the room they were in.

"Let's see massive room comprised of crystals that seems to go on forever, an alter spot which probably has an orb of power in it... I'm guessing we're in Castle Greyskull 2002." Akane summarized as Ayato was left in shock from it.

"Oh crap we got fanfiction Iseksai'd." Ayato sighed as Akane had similar thoughts to Ayato.

"Or we just got flashed and fell over which knocked us out cold." Akane offered as right now both are likely for them.

"Really?" Ayato asked with his left eye twitching a bit in response.

"Hey it lighten the mood a bit didn't it?" Akane asked as she looked to Ayato with a smile on her face.

"No it did not." Ayato responded while he looked to his sister with a scolding look.

"Oh screw you." Akane responded with a small pout to go with it.

"Welcome Ayato Michaels Akane Michaels to Castle Greyskull." Came a new voice as from above them they saw a familiar figure descend upon them with two massive wings of a falcon on her back as she looked a bit Egyptian in her get up. Despite this the two instantly knew who she was and were shocked and surprised to see this.

"The Sorceress of Greyskull." They both gasped when the Sorceress arrived on the scene.

"It appears my reputation proceeds me." She said greeting the two possible warriors in question.

"Well due in the 2002 series you gave Adam the Sword of Power while in the 1980's version you gave his sister Adora the Sword of Protection which you made and modeled after the Sword of Power!" Ayato called out as he looked to the Sorceress who saw Ayato was having a bit of a fanboy moment.

"What you're going to share all your hentai stuff about her?" Akane teased but Ayato glared at his sister.

"I did not make any of that crap!" Ayato called out glaring at his sister for that one.

"That won't be how I told the story." Akane smirked as the Sorceress saw the siblings bicker.

Despite this she needed to be sure these two were up to the task she was to ask them. Hopefully they don't act like the three heroes that were summoned. But she also hoped they wouldn't try to lie to her to stay here and reap the riches this world has no doubt to offer. "I am happy to see you are both quiet aware of the tales of He-Man and She-Ra." The Sorceress said as she looked to the twins before she got down to business. "But I did not summon you here for a Comicon Q&A panel." The Sorceress said surprising the twins that she knew what it was to begin with. "Darkness is on the move in these lands and despite their best attempt the Church of the Four Cardinal Heroes had summoned those who are unfit for the task asked of them the same task I ask of you." The Sorceress said as she looked to the twins. "Evil is rising and grows stronger by the day and I fear that only the combined might of He-Man and She-Ra can face it." The Sorceress explained as she looked to the twins in question.

"Ok what does that have to do with us?" Ayato asked as he looked to the Sorceress as despite this being the opportunity of a life time would rather go home right now.

"Oh I know you want us to become He-Man and She-Ra right!" Akane quipped in as the Sorceress looked to the two.

"That is yet to be seen." The Sorceress said as she looked to the two heroes before her.

"Yet to be seen?" Ayato asked hoping that meant he can go home if they are found wanting.

"Yes as I said the Four Cardinal Heroes at least three out of four of them have been found wanting and yet are still allowed to go about as heroes." The Sorceress said as she looked to the two before her. "They had become pawns of the dark forces within these lands Church itself as well as tools for corruption and they blindly follow it refusing to see the truth as it was." The Sorceress said as she looked to the two heroes before her.

"So you want us to either A take their place or B whip them into proper shape." Akane offered as the Sorceress looked to them.

"Option B if it can be used because despite these facts these heroes do desire to perform good for the people they protect but their egos and hubris blinds them to the truth of the situations many times over." The Sorceress said as she looked to the two possible heroes here. "A dark force called The Wave threatens this world and with it evil has begun to rise with it three of which I'm sure you are well aware of." The Sorceress said as she looked to the two heroes before her.

"Wait... you don't mean. Skelletor, Hordak, AND the Snake Men?" Ayato asked as the Sorceress nodded with sadness.

"Yes... at the moment they are consolidating their powers but if they were to ever join forces only He-Man and She-Ra together can stand against them." The Sorceress said as Ayato then cursed himself.

'Dammit why did she have to mention those three?' Ayato complained as she hit him where it hurt which was to do the right thing by others.

"So that means the only good hero among the four would be slaughtered five times over by facing one of them." Akane said as the Sorceress nodded.

"Yes and the other three would do nothing to aid him." The Sorceress explained causing the two to go wide eyed in response.

"Wait what?" Ayato asked when he heard this.

"The Shield Hero was framed for an act he did not commit by a member of the Spear Heroes group and act of defilement." The Sorceress said and thus Akane figured it out.

"So she accused the Shield Hero of raping her and got away with it because she's a woman and he's a guy right?" Akane asked glaring at the Sorceress who nodded solemnly in response. "Fucking double standards." Akane cursed as there was the same problem back on their world also.

"I'm afraid so but also this girl is of royalty thus it was her word against his." The Sorceress said and thus it made it much worse.

"So basically rich girl uses, 'girls don't rape excuse,' for a rape that never happened and basically ruined the Shield Heroes' life and career great good to know." Ayato said as the Sorceress was playing a mean game on his conscience. He couldn't just sit by and let bad things happen if he can put a stop to it somehow. He blames all those super hero comics and cartoons he watched as a kid forth is mindset.

"It makes sense why you summoned us and want to make sure we aren't like those three tools but this is a tall order how are we supposed to take this on?" Akane asked as she looked to the Sorceress. "I mean sure your spell must have went for those most likely to succeed but I don't think we're the right twins for the job." Akane admitted as this was a big order.

"Well despite my sister talking sense I don't know I mean it doesn't sit right with me to let these bad things go unpunished. Yeah I know sounds like Shonen Hero stuff when I say it but it's just." Ayato trailed off unable to find the right words to describe what he was trying to say.

"Outlandish?" The sorceress said as Ayato said to her, "Not the word I was looking for, but sure lets go with that. It's easy to get what you want from us but we're just normal kids. I'm am just a guy who like to read comic books, and only know how to fight in video games only, and my sister Akane who like to read her trashy novel-

"It's art!" Akane said defending her favorite types of books with Ayato went on saying, "With the only thing she can do is just kick someone in the shins."

Akane looked at her brother at that and she did kick him in the shins as Ayato raise his legs and hop on the other as he went, "Ow-ow, see what I mean?"

The sorceress looked at the twins with a poker face as far she can judge their characters, they seem normal, but it's not enough as now she will ask the biggest questions around as she said, "I understand you well enough, but does it matter if you know how to fight or not, if you want to be strong for glory or for others, to fight just for yourselves or not, does what you do matter for you?"

"Well… I guess it doesn't, and glory can be all nice and all but, it would be too much to have and being strong enough for others is good," Akane said as Ayato also said, "And nothing much comes from fighting for yourself unless you got something to prove or compensating for something."

"Like trying to be a "big" man, but his "Jr" is small as a baby carrot?" Akane said as Akane said to her, "Yes and stop stealing my jokes, that was a good joke I just made up."

The two started arguing again as sorceress sighed a bit as it seem they pass her test… if barely, but now there was one last test to do as she tap her staff on the ground which echo throughout the crystal cave which the twins stop talking after that as the sorceress said, "You two must understand, you were just chosen at random, you were chosen for the kind people you two are, for your own strengths and how you respect others as well, and if there were any others to take this task I would ask them, but it's you two here as the logical choice, please do what is right for others, protect others when they cannot protect themselves, if you not for yourselves, then do it for others."

After that the twins were silent, as the sorceress was right, as if they couldn't do it, then who would as the 4 heroes are obviously out, 3 were tools for others with the last one being hated by others for a lie a bitch told to them as Akane and Ayato looked at each other for a moment as Ayato said to his sister, "I guess she right, and I mean, what can we do?"

"Your right… alright then we accept the roll of being the heroes to the people," Akane said as Sorceress nodded as she raise her staff up with magic glow coming forth from it before throwing it into the dark, the darkness below of the crystal cave before she step back with her wings folded around her with the twins stepping up to see down below as they remember what will happens next with something else.

From the darkness two long metal cases came forth before the twins as they soon open up, a blue glow came forth from Ayato's case, while a golden glow came from Akane's case. Then in turn both cases open up fully, and to Ayato's inner fanboy of He-Man saw the 2002 Sword of Power in all of its glory. Meanwhile Akane was shocked to see a sword that looks like She-Ra's first Sword of Protection from "She-Ta and the Princesses of Power," series from Netflix and looked a bit disappointed as she like the 2nd version of the sword better but beggars can't be choosers.

Both of them reach out to the swords as they lightly grasp them, an energy flow from them into their bodies, as both of them felt it, it somewhat pleasurable and… somewhat painful for some reason, as suddenly they started to see something flash in their eyes like some sort of game console was trying to appeared before it vanish and they lifted their swords out of the cases with Akane raise her sword high in the air, Ayato sort of drop it but keep a grip on the handle a it made a sound.

Akane look over at her brother and said to him, "Having a little trouble there bro?"

"Not much… the sword is just a bit heavy it seems," Ayato said with the sorceress said to him, "Soon to be much lighter in the hands of He-Man. Call forth the power of gray skull and it will aid you."

"IF you say so," Ayato said as he raise his sword with all of his might as he raise the sword finally in the air as he said the magical word of He-Man, "By the Power of Grayskull!"

Soon enough as the guard on the sword of power suddenly open up as both the sword and the orb of power suddenly glowed, great magic raise up into the air from the orb as it circle high above them with the guard of the sword suddenly turn with the magic above came down like lightning, with the sword acting like a lightning rod absorbing the power and flows into Ayato as his entire body grew bigger and his clothing change from a normal teenage guy wear to a look of a barbarian with Ayato's hair turn from its dirty blonde to a bright blonde.

Ayato's transformation soon complete as now in his place was now the famous hero He-Man as he held his sword of power in the air still as he cry out, "I HAVE THE POWER!"

His voice echo through the cave as Sorceresses smile to this as the sword of power had accepted him meaning the elder had as well knowing Ayato is worthy, and now it comes down to his sister who has yet to call upon her sword's power as Akane said, "Nicely done, now you got a cool new look and a cool looking sword, I'm stuck with this sword… and I don't feel much special by holding it."

"The Sword of Power and the Sword of Protection are not just tools to use, they are the symbols of your powers inherited from the ancient Elders, and He-Man's sword isn't the only one that can change its form, if you wield the sword with Honor for Grayskull you shall see."

Akane didn't know what to make what the sorceresses meant but what other choices to do anyways? She already made it, so she might as well do it as she raise her sword up with both hands as she said her magical word for her sword as she said, "For the Honor of Grayskull!"

Suddenly like the power of Power, the sword of Protection glows as well with the orb of power suddenly shot out magic differently than it did with He-Man as a beam came forth and hit the jewel on the sword itself as the sword glows brightly, so did Akane.

Akane suddenly grew bigger, her hair became longer, her outfit change from a teenage girl to a warrior princesses like dress. It started small as Sword released a burst of magic that flowed like a storm, following it up the magic began to change Akane's outfit. First she was given ivory white boots and pants that had a wing motif in gold and when it reached halfway up her thigh a gold bit of armor was there, her arms were given gauntlets of sorts of a gold alloy but not true gold as it can take a hit, next up her torso was given a coat of sorts with armor around the shoulders that merged with a chest plate of sorts, and finally to top it off she was given a head piece with a red jewel in the center as the headpiece had a crown motif to it.

When the glow died down in Akane's place was now She-Ra and not like the first version of the Netflix but the 2nd along with the Sword of Protection looking more golden and longer than the plain blue crystal sword, with Akane looked down at herself as she is surprise at the look, and she was happy about it… even with her sword when she saw it and understood what the sorceresses meant now.

She-Ra then smirked while looked at her sword happy to get what she wanted. "Nice." She-Ra said with a cocky grin on her face.

"Well the sword can shape shift as long as you know exactly what you're making." He-Man added as he knew why his twin sister made that comment.

The Sorceress then walked over to the two and looked to them with her aloof visage. "You will both need a faithful companion." She noted before lifting her staff to a nearby spot and moved a crystal from it. When she did she revealed a familiar emerald tiger with orange stripes and an ivory white horse there both looking like kids caught with their hands in the cookie jar showing they weren't supposed to be here.

The Horse had a 'we can explain,' look but the Sorceress responded by using her magic to pull them away to the platform they were on. "Cringer." He-Man said as he saw the familiar companion of Adam and in turn the true form of Battlecat.

"Swift Wind." She-Ra added as she knew this was the Netflix version of Swift Wind.

In turn He-Man and She-Ran didn't even need to wait for a comment as He-Man then proceeded to point his sword at Cringer who hid under his paws. She-Ra added to it by pointing her swords gem at Swift Wind as she had a comment to this. "Uh can we talk about this?" She asked but She-Ra wasn't even surprised the horse could talk.

In turn a beam was shot from the Sword of Power torts Cringer while the same can be said about the Sword of Protections gem torts Swift Wind. When the beams hit the creatures Cringer began to undergo an incredible transformation while the same can be said for Swift Wind. In turn Cringer grew larger until armor formed around his head, front paws, and back with the back armor having a saddle while the cat was now big enough for He-Man to ride. Swift wind underwent a similar transformation as the horse began to gain armor on his head and back with a pair of rainbow colored wings forming on either side of the horse.

Once the transformation was completed Battlecat roared out a brave and save roar while Swift Ring reeled back with a mighty and noble cry. The two jumped upon the saddles of their steeds and in turn the Sorceress looked to them with an important look in her eyes. "You two must ensure that no one learns that He-Man and She-Ra are in fact Ayato and Akane I fear with the world as is your enemies from both the heroes and the forces of darkness will use it against you." The Sorceress said as she looked to them giving them their warning.

"Don't worry Sorceress we're covered." He-Man said to which she nodded and allowed the two to leave. "Let's go Battlecat." He-Man said and in turn the mighty beast began to jump from the platform to higher points to get out of this chamber.

"You too Swift Wind." She-Ra said and thus the Pegasus spread its wings and began to fly off after He-Man and Battlecat.

(Scene Break Outside)

The two arrived outside with the drawbridge down and saw that they were in fact at the location of Castle Greyskull. They admired it for a moment seeing the ancient fortress for all its mystic glory and wonder. With a smirk the two then rode off to what seemed like a random direction but it was more than that. They had a gut feeling something was about to happen and they needed to be there to face it. It was odd for them but they also understood a gut feeling could also be wrong and a side of stomach problems as well.

(Later at a nearby town)

Everything was in chaos as people were seen running away from danger. The screams of terror made it worse as the town was being attacked by honest to god monsters now just small fry but even a massive Golem. As people ran for it some tried to put up a defense but pitchforks and farming tools can only do so much in the face of such adversity. So as the people tried their best to hold the line massive dire wolves joined the attack snarling and roaring at the villagers.

When all hope seemed lost a woman and her daughter were running when the little girl tripped. The mother seeing this tried to shield her daughter with her body only for the attack by the bat like monster to be stopped by a shield of sorts. She then heard the sound of a horse and looked shocked to see a new arrival had saved her. She then stood up and turned her shield into a sword and saw her cut the monster in two.

"Are you two ok?" She asked as she looked to them.

"Y-yes." The mother stuttered only to go wide eyed. "Look out!" She cried out at a large hollow armor and dire wolf behind her only for Battle Cat to jump in with He-Man on the saddle. He-Man jumped off Battlecat's saddle and hit the hollow armor whole Battlecat went after the dire wolf. Some of the woman saw He-Man's muscles and saw how heroic he looked with She-Ra and saw the two heroes had a resemblance between them.

"Don't worry I got it!" He-Man called out as he held back the Hollow Armor with his sword as Battlecat was handling the Dire Wolf. Then with a mighty roar He-Man pushed back the armor and cut it in two ending it with ease as he held the Sword of Power at the ready.

"Well this should be fun!" She-Ra called out as she gave the mother and daughter duo cover to which they used it to run away to safety. The Monsters seeing the two hero's arrival got ready to attack these two new arrivals sensing the raw power emanating from them.

She-Ra went first as she charged into the battle against the smaller foes as she started it off by turning the Sword of Protection into a spear. She proceeded to throw it down upon her foes as it skewered a few who vanished into dust after the attack hit them dead. Once she did so she grabbed the shaft of her weapon and spun about it kicking the attackers as they came using the momentum as she did so. Now what may seem like incredible luck was in fact the Sword of Protection doing the work through She-Ra. No doubt it was downloading data on combat straight into her mind and she was fighting as if it was second nature no doubt previous incarnations of She-Ra providing their knowledge to Akane. Once she was done with that attach she freed her weapon and reverted it into a sword and shield and continued her attack.

Lucky for She-Ra she was fast and agile as she took on her foes left and right. She then saw bee like monsters coming at her causing her to growl in response and got ready for them. At least until she jumped away and landed on Swift Wings Saddle. "Where were you?" She-Ra asked looking to her stead.

"Getting some Stallions to safety." Swift Wing said and thus She-Ra rolled her eyes and took the reins on the Pegasus.

"Whatever its time to get to work." She-Ra said ready to kick ass and take names.

"Got it!" Swift Wing said and thus they got back into the action via Swift Wing taking flight. She-Ra swung her weapon left and right taking on her foes as they came at her. Luckily since she can fly with Swift Wing taking out the flyers was easier seeing as she can reach them. The battle continued with She-Ra taking to the skies to face the flyers head on.

Meanwhile back on the ground He-Man was taking on the ground forces as he saw many humanoid like monsters around him ranging from goblins to skeletons. As they came at him He-Man hacked and slashed through them as they came. He may not be as flexible as She-Ra but he was good enough when it came to thinking on his feet. He back peddled away from an attack and used the Sword of Power to stab a Goblin through the chest. Once he did this he held his ground glaring at the enemy forces that began to surround him at all angles. Just then He-Man saw the massive Golem coming at him and in turn sent a reeled back fist at the most powerful man in the universe.

He-Man in turn retaliated and sent his own fist at the golem causing them to collide and create a shockwave as the result of it. When there attacks collided He-Man then grabbed the Golem's arm and pulled it in a bit before grabbing it with his free arm added in. Once this was done He-Man dug his feet to the ground and showed a great feet of strength and began to spin the Monster around surprising many who saw this at this man's raw strength. He eventually released the monster and allowed it to go flying and taking out many of its allies with it.

Once this was done He-Man then jumped up and stabbed his sword into the Golem's core ending it as quickly as he could. Once the attack hit the Golem in turn grew dull and fell apart showing this He-Man had slayed the monster. Despite this he looked and saw even more monsters on the way opting him to take a battle stance as Battlecat stood near his rider and glared at the oncoming foes before them.

"This may take us a while, let's do it Battlecat," He-Man said as Battlecat give its battle cry as both He-Man and Battlecat charge to fight the horde of monsters.

(She-Ra)

Over by She-Ra as she slash at her fair share of monsters around while riding on swift wing, if people were watching her, they would say she was like a Valkyrie, or an Amazon as she fought against not just bees but what seem to be grass hoppers as well.

She growl in annoyance to this she needed something to get rid of them as then she saw a tower that was on fire, with a plan running through her head as she said, "Fly low Swift wing I have a plan to cut down the numbers of these things."

"I hope it works as last thing I want is a stallion on a spear!" Swift wing said as there were still monsters around on the ground as She-Ra said to him, "Just stay above their reach then, but get me close to that tower while flying fast as you can."

"Got it," Swift wing said as he flew a low as he can while staying out of the monsters on the ground reach and going as fast as he can which was pretty fast as he gotten ahead of all the flying monsters as they chase them both through the air.

With She-Ra pray her plan work as when they flew by the tower, She-Ra slash at the towers supports making it fall as the monster that flew just behind her didn't react in time as when the flaming tower came down, most of the incest like monster ran into it, died on impact, got burn by the fire when they flew over the tower, or gotten crush by the tower itself with few remaining now.

She-Ra smile to this as she pull on Swift wings Reins to make him turn around to face against the rest of the insect monsters.

(He-Man)

He-Man was cutting down monsters left and right, but more skeleton and other creatures keep coming, even slowly surround him.

With this He-Man eye his surrounding as he knew he was out numbered but not out powered as long he can cut through their number by charging forward with the sword of power raised and send a small group of monster flying in pieces.

Battlecat doing his fair share as well as he claw at the surrounding monsters and creatures while pouncing on some as well while taking a huge bite out of them, then suddenly, some monsters got the jump on him, latterly as they jump onto his back, with Battlecat giving a cry out with He-Man heard it as he turn to see what happen.

"Battlecat!" He-Man called out as he went in to help out his friend slashing the monsters off of him, more monster came up to them quickly, as a few that were upon him raise their weapon to kill He-Man, but suddenly they were blindsided… by a cobra staff?

He-Man heard the sound of monster falling as he quickly turn around and saw something that surprise him as before him was a person, wearing a cloak that cover their body and face, not showing who they were, but what they held in their hand which was a bronze like staff with a Cobra on the head of it as the person use it to hit against the skeleton troop, smashing their skulls to pieces while whacking a few creature as well.

Soon enough more and more monster soon started to gain up on the cloak figure, as the person tries their best to fight them off, but it seem the numbers were getting to the person, and about to be swarm over, until He-Man came in and with a burning wooden beam of a house and smash a good chucks of them away from the cloak stranger as He-Man said to them, "Don't stand in one place, or else they will surround you, keep moving and don't stop."

"Thank you," The person said with a woman's voice which surprise He-Man a bit, but shakes it off as he and the cloak woman were now fighting side by side, as they cut down the numbers of monsters down, it seem they got it in the bag.

Suddenly another golem showed and was upon the cloak woman, as she turn while raising her staff to block the monsters attack, but was over power by its strike and hit hard away while dropping her staff weapon.

The hood of the cloak fell down showing partly of the woman's face as she is beautiful, with a head piece of sort to keep her hair out of her eyes, as the golem monster came up to her with a shadow looming over her, the woman open her eyes for a moment to see the creature has risen its weapon and about to bring it down to kill her, closing her eyes and waited for the end, but suddenly a clash was heard with the woman open her eyes a few seconds later, and saw He-Man was now in front of her blocking the golem's weapon with his sword.

With He-Man held back the monster with ease as he said to it, "Why don't you fight someone your own size."

He shove the monster back with his powerful strength before he pull back his arm to make a fist, and throw his fist straight at the golems face with a small shockwave happen, the golem few backwards crashing into all the others monsters that were behind it as He-Man saw he brought some time as he quickly turn around and offer a hand to the woman as he said, "You better off keeping to the smaller foes, leave the big ones to me."

The woman looked surprise by him as her hood was slightly up reviling her face, but He-Man didn't make a commit about it as she just take his hand and gotten lifted to her feet with ease as she fix her hood and said, "I'll be sure to do so, thank you."

Suddenly Battlecat came around with the woman's staff in its mouth as the green beast present it to the woman, also surprising her by this as she never seen anything like it before or doing now as He-Man said, "Don't worry he harmless to people, he won't hurt you, I think he just helping you out."

The woman nodded to this as she reach out to grab her staff from Battlecat, the green beast let go of it without making fuss, and soon turn around and charge at the remaining monsters around as He-Man said, "Lets finish this, shall we?"

The cloak woman looked at He-Man for a moment before giving a nod as she and He-Man charge out at the monsters again and soon successfully defended the village.

(Scene break)

The smoke died down and the monsters were coming in less and less until they just stop coming with She-Ra coming back down with Swift-wing before getting off, as she look and saw what her brother is doing, as he stood before the cloak woman as she said to him, "I thank you for saving me during the wave, I guess I still got quite a way to go."

"It's not a problem, and what I saw during the battle, you held your own well enough, I say your plenty strong already, no need to put yourself down after one mistake, as with mistake you can learn from it and grow stronger with it as well," He-Man said as the woman give a small chuckle to that as she said, "Very well then, I shall take your words then."

The cloak woman turn around and soon walk away, but she stops for a moment as she turn back around and said, "I forgot to ask, but who are you?"

"Who am I?" He-Man said as in Ayato's mind he wonder what he should say to the woman as the only thing that came to mind as he said, "I am known as He-Man, Defender of this world and its people."

The woman nodded to this as she said to him, "He-Man… thank you once again. Let us meet again somewhere in the future to fight along each other once more."

"Sound good," He-Man said as the woman walks off with He-Man standing there for a moment before he face palms himself as he said to himself, "Ah, drat I forgot to ask her for her name… oh well, I guess I can only hope we do meet each other again, but then again… something familiar about her, I can't put my finger on it."

"Why hoping to score?" She-Ra teased a bit as she arrived not to long after the figure left.

"Know just realized we'll need allies is all." He-Man responded to his sister. "Now we best move on and." He-Man began but before he could finished he was cut off as they were soon surrounded by the villagers they had saved.

"Pardon us heroes but who are you?" One of them asked as He-Man and She-Ra looked at each other... well to become the most well-known heroes the only option is to start small.

"I am He-Man, Defender of this World and its people. And this is She-Ra, Warrior of Power my most trusted of allies." He-Man said gesturing to She-Ra making a small note to not call her the Princess of Power so to not be mistake for royalty.

"Are you two by chance a couple?" One of the Villages asked and in turn to their shock the two nearly gagged at such a prospect.

"No we are sibling's twins in fact." He-Man said as one of the girls had all but sighed in relief.

"Well I can see the family resemblance." A young male said in a flirty tone as She-Ra smiled nervously but Akane wanted to murder the perverted jackass who said that.

"We are grateful for what you did for us heroes." The villagers said as he looked to He-Man and She-Ra. "Is there anything we can do for you to show our gratitude?" He asked as he looked to the heroes.

"We ask for nothing save for supplies. My sister and I are on a long journey with no clear destination in mind." He-Man said to which the villagers heard this. "No Gold please." He added to decline their gold.

"If supplies is what you ask then so be it." The Villager head said grateful to these humble heroes only taking what they need and nothing more than that.

(Scene Break)

Ayato and Akane were back in their normal form as they walked down the road. Luckily Cringer was only a coward to danger and didn't run off less it's to find a safe spot to transform. As they walked Ayato and Akane both had large sacks being carried by Swift Wing who now sported a saddle to carry their belongings. They only took the necessities which was camping equipment and a few extra cloths. Right now Ayato was dressed as Adam from the He-Man 2002 series while Akane was dressed as Adora from the Netflix series.

"Ok this is neat." Ayato said as he had a screen in front of him akin to a RPG menu screen.

"Yeah apparently it keeps track of our equipment and tools." Akane said as she pointed at her own screen in front of her doing a check off of things they have.

"Great by why bring this up?" Swift Wing asked as she walked with Akane.

"To see what we can actually do without the transformation." Akane said as right bow her Sword of Protection was a Bracelet while Ayato sported a sheath and a gauntlet on his left arm. "So far it seems I have the passive ability to commune with animals and have the potential to learn magic." Akane said as she looked to the things she was capable of.

"Oh great it's gonna be one of THOSE sort of Isekai stories right?" Ayato asked as he wasn't particularly a fan of the Gamer trope. Nothing wrong with it just that it's gotten overused for him to enjoy it anymore.

"That has yet to be seen." Akane said closing her screen with her brother. "But you had a point before we need to start making allies and right now even though we asked them not to the Village still felt to give us Gold Coins for our troubles." Akane said holding the bag of coins before tying it to her belt.

"Well we don't have much to HIRE someone to join so what other options do we have?" Ayato asked as Akane then had one idea.

"Well first we hit a library at our next stop and read up what we can, if I'm right it should also help us discover any other passive abilities we may have." Akane said as she walked with Ayato.

Just then as they walked down the road they soon passed by another group making sure to keep their distance to leave room on the road. As they walked the twins saw one of them was in red with wild blond hair wielding a spear weapon as he was surrounded by girls it seems. As they walked the two looked to the group for a moment before shrugging and continuing down their path unaware of who they were.

Once they were out of hearing range Ayato spoke first. "Ok fifty bucks says that guy is a pompous jackass." Ayato said as Akane then elbowed him for that.

"Can't say I liked the look of that red head though. I don't know something about her rubs me the wrong way." Akane said and Ayato nodded to her.

"Same." Ayato said agreeing with his sister as he kept walking with Akane. Besides not like they were going to ever see that particular group ever again... right?

(Scene Break Later at the Village)

"WHAT THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE!" The Spear Hero cried out as he looked to the village head in question.

"Yes it was quiet remarkable, the Wave came out of nowhere we all thought it was the end but out of nowhere two powerful heroes appeared, He-Man riding in on a massive Beast with nothing but a sword and his strength. He lifted a golem five times his size and didn't even flinch." The Village head said as he recounted the tale. "And his allies a sister She-Ra upon a Pegasus as if the heavens deemed fit to send down a champion to save our humble home. She too wielded a sword but hers enchanted to change form I would not be surprised if she had magical training." The Village head as the group of heroes heard this.

"That He-Man though." A woman began as she and her friends giggled amongst themselves. "I swear that Stud had muscles you could grate cheese on. Though dressed as a barbarian the look suited him perfectly." The woman said as they gossiped and giggled amongst themselves over this.

"That She-Ra though not hard to tell she was from noble pedigree maybe even royalty if I was to garner a guess." Some of the men spoke as it seems He-Man and She-Ra had left quite the impression on them.

The Hero of the Spear Motoyasu Kitamura was shocked at what these villagers were saying. The hourglass foretold the Wave coming later was there some sort of mistake? No that can't be it but the village shown signs of an attack so clearly the Wave must have arrived earlier than expected. "Where are they now?" Motoyasu asked as he wanted to find these two warriors.

"They left all they had asked was supplies for a journey they knew not of a destination, perhaps they were wanderers." The Chief said as he looked to the Spear Hero. "Though they declined any reward of Gold we simply could not let them go without some sort of reward." The chief added as Motoyasu was trying to figure out how he was late to the battle so far that it was already over.

During this a member of Motoyasu's group, Malty glared for a second as she heard the tale, this entire trip proved to be a waste of time, not only were they late but they missed these new heroes who were probably long gone by now. This was unacceptable but alas she had to suck it up and deal with this but not without some compensation. "Lord Motoyasu this journey as a long and tedious one I desire a place to rest." She said playing the meek little girl.

"Of course, may we trouble you for a place to rest?" Motoyasu asked as he looked to Malty.

"OF course but a price is still asked." The Chief said but Motoyasu glared at him.

"I think you should reconsider I am one of the Four Cardinal Heroes, the Hero of the Spear the fact my time was wasted on this journey for a battle that I apparently missed, I think you should work on compensating my party and I for the long journey." Motoyasu said and thus simply throwing around his title got results for him and his party. All the while Malty smiled in response with a small hope of meeting this He-Man and She-Ra herself see if she could have some use of them or at the very least get a use out of He-Man. Motoyasu's mind was more focused on She-Ra wondering if the words telling of this heroes beauty were to be believed.

(Scene Break Snake Mountain)

Deep within a darkened land of death and fire a massive mountain stood overlooking its domain. This land was governed by three forces of Darkness who ruled this land and the evil that call it home with an iron fist. Snake Mountain was the base of one of these great forces of darkness.

Inside it was a figure with bulging muscles a violet cloak, a staff with a ram on it, and the only vision of his face that could be seen was a demonic red glow. It wasn't long until a woman in a garb fit for a dark sorceress stepped in and kneeled before the dark lord upon his throne. Speaking of, next to him laid a violet colored beast about the size of Battlecat with emerald green eyes.

"Evilyn what news do you have?" His voice rasped a bit as he looked to Evilyn.

"News of our failed attack has already been received two warriors had appeared and ended it the attack was a failure." Evilyn said as she looked to her lord and master.

"And who would it be that was foolish enough to challenge me?" The Dark Lord asked as he looked to Evilyn.

"Reports say that they call themselves... He-Man and She-Ra." Evilyn said as the man heard this and chuckled a bit. "Interesting." He said as he then summoned his Havoc Staff to his hand. "Send news to Tri-Clops, Trap Jaw, and Beast man, tell them to gather as much information you can on these two." The man said pointing his staff at Evilyn. "I know not who they are or why they were foolish enough to challenge me, but I haven't stayed in the game this long without first doing proper research." The foe said and thus Evilyn nodded.

"Of course..." She said as light began to shine on the ruler as it revealed his face to be nothing but a skull with glowing red eyes. "Lord Skeletor." Evilyn said as Skeletor sat upon his throne before he waved her gone. Evilyn took her leave and in turn Skeletor rested his hand on his pets head. "Things have gotten interesting around here." Skeletor said with a smirk on his face for what was to come.
