After that, she drops them in Africa to help with their demon problems.
Back from her memories, Dawn gets ready to partially merge her mind with her younger self. Prime Dawn will feel and see everything her younger self does and can even nudge her Mini-Me along a certain path. As soon as the Halloween spell is over she plans to merge completely with her new body while her Mini-Me sleeps off the spell, for what she plans she has to wait till after that Halloween. Dawn still hasn't picked everyone's costumes yet, but she will soon.

Death told Harry how Dumbledore knew the Horcrux in his scar could have been removed by the Goblin's easily but Dumbledore left it as a way to make sure Harry would kill himself, how Dumbledore had to interfere twice because Harry discovered something was wrong with his scar and was going to get help for it. How the blood wards not only tied up 30% of Harry's magic but was being powered by his life force as well along with his magic, with the lack of love meant to power them they needed something else to power them. Dumbledore knew this and it was just another way to make sure Harry died young for the prophecy. Death informed Harry how most of the Weasley family was in on helping Dumbledore get him killed and how they would get his money and everything else that Harry was rightfully entitled to when Harry died leaving a pregnant Ginny behind.
Death explained how Dumbledore used highly illegal and dark magic to suppress Harry's magical inheritance because he was worried it would work against his plans for Harry to have nothing to live for. Death told Harry how that magical inheritance alone would have almost ensured Voldemort was dead even if he didn't mark him so early. When Harry asked about that, Death explained. Whenever Voldemort marked Harry, he would be equal to Voldemort in power, which means that at 15 months old he was just as magically powerful as Voldemort was and while Harry's power would grow with him as he grew but Tom's wouldn't.
When Harry asked about his magical inheritance, it was explained that Harry was a male Veela and what that all meant and how once Harry completed his animagus transformation he would have been able to take out Riddle with little effort and get the Soul Shard out of his head easily by himself. Harry was amazed at what Death said he would have been capable of. When Harry said he wasn't working on becoming an animagus, Death said Harry was until Dumbledore removed the memories and placed spells on him to make sure Harry wouldn't look into it again. When Harry asked why he was being told all of this because he was already dead, Death just smiled and made him an offer.
Death would remove all the blocked memories, the spells Dumbledore placed on him and let him be taught and trained by his Parents, Godfather, Merlin, and several others. Once that was all done he would send Harry back to his body and Harry will be able to make short work of Voldemort, Death also said once he does and gets his affairs in order then Death will send Harry to be reborn in a new world where he could help the people there. There was no wizarding world or Boy Who Lived, just Vampires and Demons among the muggles, and Harry once trained, could handle them no problem.
Death told him he would wake up in his new world on his seventh birthday to get all his memories back, but did say Harry would not only have all his memories but also all his abilities as well. Death also warned him that while he can make sure Harry is reborn there, once he is there Death has no say on what happens and life can be cruel to him again. Death did say he had a price for this though, when Harry asked Death what it was he told Harry.
He went on to explain about Glory and The Key how Harry will be able to easily handle Glory himself if he trains up some, but those in that world who was supposed to handle the situation ended up making a major mistake that later caused major problems. Death explained how that world's Champion at the time made some major mistakes so if Harry goes back the Champion will be punished for her actions but not in a beating and torture way. When Harry asked for clarification, he was told about the Slayer and how one called Buffy chose to have sex with two of them instead of killing them, Death even explained how those vampires were demon-possessed corpses and were not alive at all and how Buffy was having sex with two vampires who were dead and were a walking Horcrux, and how said vampires had to use a strap-on because they couldn't get erections. Death also informed Harry there were several types of vampires but the demon type was the worst in every way.
Death explained how Harry wasn't allowed to change anything in Sunnydale till Buffy and her sister showed up and even then he could let Buffy handle most of it if he wanted to, Harry just needed to take care of Glory when she showed up. Once Glory was taken care of he could leave Sunnydale for good, but Harry can leave and travel for a few hours or days and help out in other parts of the world. Death also said Harry would go unnoticed by that world's higher beings so they wouldn't try to take him out for interfering with their plans. When Harry asked what and where the Key was, Death chuckled and told him about Dawn and how Death made sure she would be better off this time around than last time. Death even said Harry and Dawn will have a few things in common if he went there, and also told Harry that Dawn was now a very special type of vampire but was not a threat to anyone unless they tried to hurt her or those she cared about. Then Death asked if he would accept the deal, Harry said yes.
After accepting the deal Harry spent about 10 years in the afterlife learning everything he could from his parents and he found out his mom was a Veela and she brought some other Veela from around the afterlife who taught Harry all he needed to know on how to use his Veela powers, sex magic both normal and Veela only, and how to please girls and women in every way and once they were done his mom spent a whole week testing him on what he learned. Harry learned the Animagus transformation and once he completed his first transformation he was shocked how much stronger and faster he was now and what he was capable of and what he will be capable of in the future. He loved the part about how his base strength has no limit to it, how his body will always learn and adapt, always taking in what will make it stronger. Add in his multiplier especially when he reaches enough power to transform again and gets the 30,000X one, his strength and speed will have no limits. He learned if he practiced, trained, and kept at it, he would be even stronger than Superman eventually. He also learned and mastered how to hide his presence and all his powers from others.
He trained and got masters in all subjects, and thanks to his Veela nature, and having a Shadow Phoenix for his Animagus form he would never need a wand or focus again. He got masters in Transfiguration, Charms, Defensive Magic, Combat Magic, War Magic, Runes, Arithmancy, Potions, Mind Arts, and Alchemy plus Harry learned how to make his own Philosopher Stone for money problems, which he learned from Merlin who turned out taught Nicholas Flamel how to make it. When Harry asked if Nicholas would train him also he was informed both Flamel's were alive, the stone they gave Dumbledore was a fake to pass as the real thing but neither the gold nor elixir would be real and they faked their death. Once his training was done in the afterlife, Death went over everything with him about Sunnydale, the plan, and then Death informed Harry of a small tweak Death made to happen after Voldemort dies. Harry told Death that it was perfect and it would help him feel better about leaving his world behind and thanked Death for all his help. Death wished Harry luck before touching Harry on his forehead with his pointer finger and sending Harry back to his Earth.
