When Nat finished suiting up, she said "Oh my god, I don't know whether I should be thankful you know me this well, or call you a perv. This has all my knives in the right spots, and the tech in my Widow's Bites are literally made for me, and the shoes are moulded perfectly to my feet, giving me a type of control I don't have unless I don't have any shoes on."

I smirked, and said "While I'd prefer you only be thankful, I would not be surprised if you called me a perv. But I would rather you don't. And you taught me, so I know where to put the knives, and where you prefer which knife, and how you want each knife shaped, and everything. The Widow's Bites were also because I know you well, and I also took some shots in the dark. And the shoes, they're actually because the nanobots are shaping it to your feet as you speak. While I know a lot about you, I'm not that acquainted with the calluses of your feet, that would be weird."

"So you're telling me Peter and other versions of me never got to the point to know each other's feet that well?" She said, smirking.

"Those feet aren't yours." I said, smirking as well, then I said "Sexi, open the secret exit, please."

"You got it." She said, and a tube like elevator appeared. I gestured at Nat to go forward, and she said "What a gentleman!" And went in, and I followed, rolling my eyes, and the door closed, and we were off.

We came out a mile away from the HQ, and then a map came up on my HUD, showing me the destination point. "They will be there in twenty minutes, so you have time." Sexi said "You will be able to get there in a minute, so you guys can have fun."

I turned to Nat, and winked, knowing she wouldn't be able to see my smirk. "I think we both know what we're going to do, right?"

She smirked. "Oh yes, we do."

Ten seconds later, if you looked into the sky, you would see a lone speck swinging in the air, with screams of joy coming from it. If you looked carefully, you would know it was me, swinging incredibly, swinging higher than I ever did, as this was merely a joyride, I didn't have an end goal. My spider legs were holding Nat, and she was enjoying the ride, screaming in my ears.

"This is fucking awesome!" She screamed in Russian. "Be honest with me, this is the highlight of being Spider-Man, right?"

"One of two." I said "The other one is fighting the badass dudes, and beating the shit out of them. It's always fun to hear their speeches."

"That makes sense," she said "but this is the highlight of my life, one of the best parts! A rollercoaster, but none of the safety parts! No buckle, wait no your legs are buckling me." That sounded weird. "That came out weird, but I'm never going to think rollercoasters are fun again! WHAT ARE YOU DOING OH MY GOD WOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" I had swung up the highest I could, and I was going down, until I hit terminal velocity, when I shot a web and swung up, Talia screaming like a madwoman all the while.

We stopped at the tip of The Empire State Building, and we both looked over New York, marvelling the view. "Beautiful, right?" I asked softly.

She turned from the view, and looked at me. She looked at my lenses for a while, then she hugged me, and from my chest, she said "Yeah, it is. All of it. Why are you so nice, and what did I do to deserve it?"

"Talia, what didn't you do? You were nice to me, and you saved me from having to fight friends. You hugged me when I needed it. You were there for me, when I needed it, and I did nothing to deserve it."

"You did everything to deserve it. You brought me to a group of people, where we're all freak shows, and we all know it. I don't know what you do, but whenever you're around, I feel safe, as if the world can blast to pieces around me, and you would keep me safe. You don't treat me like you know me from before, but you do everything to suggest that you do. You treat me just the way I like it."

I kissed her hair through my mask, and said "I don't pay attention to what I know about you from Peter, y'know. I just try to be the way you'd prefer, or I think that you'd prefer. The only time I paid attention to what I knew from Peter, was when I made your suit. I drew all the information I could, and I hope it was good enough. I'm happy you like it, Talia."

All of a sudden, Sexi's voice came on "Now while this is the perfect moment for a kiss, I'm sorry to say that this Rhino thing is in Midtown, wreaking havoc. I think you'd want to take care of it, there's still fifteen minutes left to your meeting, and I've put the place to the Rhino on your HUD."

"Hunter told me about this, but he didn't know that he did." I said, as Nat climbed back onto my back. "Systevitch, here we come." I said, as I webbed towards his location.

We made our way to where Systevitch was, and he was just throwing cars around, while the cops were shooting at him, but it wasn't doing anything to him, obviously.

"There is a bank being robbed right there, Aleksei is just the distraction." I pointed out to Nat. "Can you take care of the robbers, I'll deal with Aleksei?"

"Fine," she said "but you have to stall the fight for at least five minutes, I want to watch."

"Of course," I said teasingly "the Widow wants to determine if the male has adequate fighting skill, far be it from me to deny her the chance to do so."

"Shut up." She said as she slid off my back, and ziplined from the roof we were on to the bank.

I laughed, and I jumped down, landing right in front of Systevitch. "Hey, Aleksei." I said casually.

"Spider-Man. I was hoping I would see you today, and bash you to the ground, you got yourself a name pretty quick, and you'll lose it pretty quick too."

"That's what you think." I said.

"No, that's what I know." He said, and tried to hit me, but I just dodged, while shooting a web to ensure he didn't deal any more damage to the city. The cops were still shooting, I was a danger, due to the orders from SHIELD, I was a threat.

I was just doing it like that for more than three minutes, dodging the fists, my suit took care of the bullets, and they would only give me small cuts if I didn't have my suit, while ensuring that the city wasn't damaged any more, when I heard someone scream "Don't shoot! That's an order!"

I turned to look at who said that, and who I saw my face pale, not that anyone could see. It was Captain George Stacy, in all his glory, just arriving and coming out of his car. Aleksei attempted to take advantage of me being distracted, and threw a punch at me, which I simply caught with my left hand, while I was still looking at Gwen's dad. He looked like his TASM counterpart, and the last time I saw that face, was at the top of the OsCorp building. But this wasn't the same man, I reminded myself. Aleksei threw another punch, which I just caught with my other hand, and I nodded at the Captain respectfully, which he returned. The cops stopped shooting, and they looked at him in surprise. "Sir?" One of them asked.

"You're shooting at two superhumans," he was appealing to their messed up logic, smart. "who could both kill you with their bare hands. And you aren't anything more than nuisances to either of them, so don't risk angering them. And Spider-Man is ensuring the integrity of the city, you can see he is making sure the roads don't get damaged anymore, so for now, we're on his side."

"Yes sir." One of them said, and I smirked. It didn't really change much in the fight, but that wasn't why I was happy. It was nice to see that he liked me, and I appreciated it.

I turned back to face Aleksei, and said "You see, you should do that too. You should be friends with the people, and then they'll be nice. What would Roksana say? What would your daughter say?"

He glared at me. "Don't mention my family."

"I respect that, I really do. But you can't endanger people like this, some of them have their own families to return to, and you're making it difficult for them to be able to return to them."

"I'm not risking anyone's life. I'm just the distraction, I'm not hurting anyone."

"Really?" I countered. "Look at the walls of the buildings around us, one more push, and some of them will fall. What happens to the people stuck in the building? What does, Aleksei? Let me tell you. They don't see their family again. They lose them, for good. You and I both know how that feels, and I can say that I don't wish that to happen to anyone, can you say the same?"

His fists stopped pushing against mine, so I let go. He straightened, and said "You're right, but I need some time to myself, to think about it. Don't follow me."

"I won't." I said "I will use my tech to cover your path, so no one knows where you go, just don't smash too much stuff on your way out of New York, and good luck."

"Thank you for giving me the chance."

"Thank you, for not making me do something I would rather not do." I said, and he nodded, then he jumped into the air.

"Sexi, cover his trail, and use your nanobots to fix the mess here." I said, still looking at the place in the sky where he last was.

"Copy that." She said, and moments later, nanobots were made to look like they were flowing out of me, and they fixed everything, and then they 'flowed' back into me.

"Nice idea, sunshine." I said.

At that moment, Nat came up to me, and said "I thought I told you to stall until I came."

I looked at her, and said "If I have the chance to stop a good man from doing something he will regret, I will take it."

"So he's gone for good?"

"No, he will come back, hopefully good, but if he's bad, then I'm taking him out for good."

"Well done. Let's go to our meeting."

"Jump on." I said, and she did, then the nanobots covered her, and cloaked both of us.

We arrived at the abandoned building Sexi arranged for us to have the meeting at, and we sat down on two chairs made of nanobots, waiting for the others to arrive.

"Gotta admit," Nat said "This chair is golden. It makes all my curves feel good, and it's just right way."

"Thank you for the compliment, Miss Romanov." Sexi said.

"No problem, Sexi." Talia said, then she turned to me, smirking "Care to make my curves feel better?"

I smirked, and said "You sure you want to reveal the fact we got something in between us to three SHIELD agents?"

"They won't be SHIELD agents for too long. But yeah, you're right, I'm not about to cuddle with you around other people, just our group of freak shows."

"So you've gone soft then?" I said, teasing. "I think I heard fondness in that mention of our freak crew."

"Curse other me for teaching Peter, you know this stuff too early."

"So you would have taught me in the future, had I not known from before?"

"Stop it."

"What do you speak of, Lady Romanov? I know not what you speak of, fair lady, and I, Karma, Spider-Man, Savior Of The Multiverse, have been left clueless by a fair redhead."

She looked at me for a moment, then said "Where the hell did you get that from? It sounded so weird."

"Thor speaks like that, or at least some versions of Thor, some speak good English, others, well, let's just leave that alone."

At that moment, I heard the door to the house open, so I sobered, and so did Nat, and we sat with one leg over the other, giving a slightly intimidating vibe, which I appreciated.

They stepped into the room, and I gestured across the room, and three chairs appeared, and I said cordially "Take a seat."

They sat down on the chairs, and after a moment, Maria said "Spiderman. You know who we are, definitely, but I doubt you know what we wanted to tell you."

"Three things." I said. "1. It's Spider-Man, you have to pronounce the hyphen. 2. I do know you, I am even related to Sharon. 3. If I didn't trust that you could possibly know something I didn't, I would not have agreed to meeting you."

Sharon looked surprised, and she said "I only have one relative currently alive, and she's in her deathbed."

"Yes, Peggy is my grandmother." I said, and watched shock cross her face, which she quickly schooled. The other two didn't show as much shock as Sharon, but their fingers twitched.

"So the Captain was your grandfather?" Maria asked.

"Yes, he was." I said simply, signifying an end to that topic. "Now, for the intel."

Then I heard one heartbeat, come from right beyond the wall, so I tensed, and said "Show yourself, Fury."

He came from around the corner, and said "Well, I'm surprised that you three betrayed SHIELD, but in the end, it's insignificant."

I glared at him, an said "They didn't betray SHIELD, Fury. They betrayed your twisted beliefs. I'm willing, to allow a SHIELD, that doesn't put innocents in danger, that doesn't kill loyal agents, that doesn't hire mercenaries to kill their own, that actually is the SHIELD for Earth, and not the self destruct bomb, and I'm willing that Maria be the director, but I don't trust you to even live."

"Why not, Rodgers?" He challenged.

"Because you killed people without reason. What made Hector Ayala deserve to die? What made The Cages deserve to die? What made The Alexanders deserve to die? What made the Rands deserve to die? What makes you think SHIELD deserves to know everything of the world?"

"I needed to remove the pawns from the board, so that my queens and bishops could move." He said casually. "And SHIELD is here to save the world from itself."

I gave a dark laugh. "Yes, because the greatest threats are from Earth. Not from Galactus, or the Inheritors, or from the Clairvoyants, or from The Mad Titan, the biggest threats are from baby little earth."

"That's what SWORD is for, to protect from the external threats, but should there be a large enough internal threat, such as you, they will focus on helping us."

I looked at Maria. "Is that what you wanted to tell me?" She nodded, and I looked back at Fury. "I'll be honest, I'm not surprised. I saw this coming, that you would bring Tyler into this, and I'm not surprised. And I'm not scared. I know everything about all three organizations, and I can take them out for good."

"What makes you so sure?" He said. "You're surrounded, and we have agents from all three organizations around this building."

"I knew that from before, Nicholas." I said. "I can hear every heartbeat outside, I can hear Wanda reassuring her brother, I can hear Pietro waiting for the message you've been sending, that hasn't been going through, I can hear the guns cocking, and I saw this coming. What you didn't see coming, is that I would see this coming, and prepare accordingly."

"You did?" Talia asked.

"Yes, I did. Surprised?" I said.

"Not really, but yes at the same time."

I looked at Fury. "I just activated my protocol, and everyone other than me that's on our side, and innocents nearby, will be transported out of here, while I do the first beatdown."

As soon as I said that, the nanobots covered the others, and you couldn't see them anymore, they were cloaked, and then flour holes were made in the roof. Before, while I was working, and waiting for The Cradle to do its work, I told Sexi that something like this might happen, and how to prepare for it. She did well, and I was proud.

I stood up, and said "Now, the message you've been trying to send will be sent."

I reached my hand out, and Pietro was in my hand, struggling to get out. "How's it going, Pietro?" I said in Russian, and his eyes widened.

He looked like the MCU version of him, but younger. "How do you know my name?" He asked.

"That doesn't matter, does it? What does though, is why you're working for did they do, that makes them worthy of being your masters? What gives them the right to order you sister?" I honestly was confused, because in the MCU, they joined because they wanted revenge. But over here, there was no revenge to be sought.

"They are not our masters." He said seething.

"Oh really? Then why do you listen when they tell you something? Why did you come to attack me? Why do you sleep in their worst quarters, like slaves?"

He looked at me in surprise, and then I felt Wanda's presence tickling my defenses, trying to find a way in. "Why, hello Wanda!" I said out loud. "Don't bother trying to get past my defenses, you won't be able to."

I felt her stop tickling them, accepting defeat. I looked at Fury, and said "Everything going as you wanted?"

He smirked, and said "Not as well as I would prefer, but more or less."

I shrugged carelessly. "Do your worst, Nicholas. I know what I'm doing."

"You asked for it." He said in mock sadness.

Immediately I felt Wanda's telekinetic powers circle me, and picked me up, out of the room, into the sky. I looked at her, and winked, then used my magic to get out of the hold, and stayed floating in the air. She looked shocked, then her eyes went red again, and she tickled my defenses again.

"I'm letting you in this time, let's see what you think." I said, then opened some of my defenses, letting her see what I wanted her to. She saw my past in my old universe, she saw me get bit by the spider, she saw the lives of different Peters that loved her, she saw me, she saw my want to keep my people safe. She saw me hug Tess, she saw that I wanted to keep her and Pietro safe, she saw a whole lot. Her eyes widened, then she contacted Pietro, to tell him something. Then she tapped my defenses again, and when I let her in, she said "I've convinced Pietro to trust you, but you need to do something to make him trust you for good."

I said "It went just as well as I hoped it could. I just wanted to keep you all safe, you know that."

"I do." She confirmed. "Now do something, I know you can, you're the Sorcerer Superior."

"I am." I said, then gathered magic on my hands, and I turned from just one person, to having thousands of clones, like what Strange did in Infinity War. I attacked the agents, knocking them all out, and webbing them all up. I turned to face Fury, and said "Well, Fury, till next time. Pietro, c'mon."

Pietro came up to me, and said "What did you do to earn Wanda's trust?"

"What did HYDRA do to earn your trust?" I shot back.

He huffed, then said "They picked us up from the streets. Our parents were killed when we were children, and we were defenseless children on the street, until we got our powers, but we still didn't have a place to sleep, until HYDRA."

"You realize they didn't really save you from anything, they just gave you a bed? You don't owe them anything. You could have ran someplace else, with Wanda. You didn't need to slave for them."

"That is true." He admitted. "But I couldn't risk Wanda getting hurt during the run, it could happen. And it wasn't your place to ask me that when you grabbed me."

"He grabbed you?" I heard Wanda ask. We both looked up, and saw her land in front of us. "Why am I not surprised?"

"Because I can probably run as fast as him." I said. "No, Pietro, we're not racing now, we're going to my home now. Hun, you know the drill."

Nanobots covered the other two, and cloaked them, then my cloaking activated, and we went home.
