My friend cccp on discord and I came up with this awesome story and we going to make this the best Harry Potter fanfic ever. We hope all of you enjoy it as much as we did writing it. Peace everybody, enjoy the story.

James Potter sat in his study, lying on the couch as he sighed. He wasn't only bored out of his mind, but a bit agitated for being in a mere Muggle cottage in a small obscure village instead of the Potter Manor, which had just about every protection charm and ward available. Still, he trusted Dumbledore's judgement. The old man had never led him wrong before, the Fidelius should hold, after all, Dumbledore put it up and they'd made Peter Pettigrew, a close friend of theirs, secret keeper. However, James couldn't fight his suspicion that Peter wasn't the right person. Not to insult the guy but Peter wasn't exactly brave or smart. Originally they were going to make Sirius the secret keeper. After all it seemed the perfect choice to choose your closest friend. But Sirius pointed out that he would be too obvious and any of the dark lord's followers would be on him in an instant. So after much debate they chose to put Peter in charge of protecting his family's location. Speaking of family –

"Dada!" said a small voice. He turned and smiled as he saw his beloved daughter taking a few steps slowly to the couch. He kneeled down on his knees with a proud smile. All the agitation that he had been previously feeling vanished as soon as his eyes fell on his little angel Gaia Eve Potter.

"Come on, Gaia. You can do it." He said encouraging his daughter to take the final steps. "Come to daddy!"

The girl smiled as brightly as any one year old would as she tried to reach her father. Grinning, James grabbed her and spun her around, making her giggle excitedly.

"That's my girl! You make daddy so proud. You want to fly on your broom now?" He asked positioning her on the toy.

"James Julius Alexander Potter! Don't even think about it!" shouted a voice, entering the study with his tea.

Quickly getting on to his feet he made looked towards his hot-tempered, yet beautiful wife Pamela Potter nee Isley. She stood slightly shorter than him at five feet 8 inches dressed in blue jeans shorts and a black tank top with gold lettering saying Queen of Bitches on it. Her long red hair was tied in a ponytail that reached down past her shoulder blades down to the middle of her back. James gave her a chaste peck on the lips.

"Hey honey you rang?" He teasingly asked as he received a whack on the back of the head making him whimper.

"Don't you 'hey honey' me Potter, what the hell were you doing? Thinking about taking my baby out on a broom?" She hissed shooting James a burning glare.

James sweated slightly, before he grinned and spoke in his most suave voice. "Well I had to get your attention somehow my venomous flower, you have been busy this whole day and poor little me was getting lonely without you."

Pamela sighed in fond exasperation at his attempt to butter her up. He always tried to find some way to get out of trouble when it involved her. But he had to know by now that she was a like a Venus flytrap. If you mess with her you never escape her punishment. She took Gaia from his hands and sat down next to the desk. She looked over and saw lots of documents scattered on the desk.

"What are these James?" She asked, wondering why so many documents were present.

"These, my poisonous venus are my will and testament. If anything should happen to me, most likely Voldemort managing to find us, I want to make sure the Potter legacy remains in good hands." James said whole heartedly.

"Have you already chosen the recipients that will receive a share of the Potter estate?."

"Yes. You and Gaia, Sirius, Remus, Peter, Alice and Frank, cousin Bruce, and Lily Potter." James hissed, saying the last name.

"You're actually going to leave that gold digger something in your will?" Pamela shouted, anger entering her voice.

"I have to, in the eyes of the Wizarding world she's my wife. Besides, no one knows about us bar a few, so I can't exactly give it to you. My parents failed to see Lily for what she really was and I have had to endure 4 years of her constant demands and snobbish attitude. I would've divorced her, but we both know the contract was magically binding. Apparently my parents wanted to ensure that my leash keeping me 'light' was nice and short. And then to make matters worse my money will go to her, should I kick the bucket. So I decided that if she wants the money so bad she can have it."

"Wait you're actually going to let her have the money? Are you insane?" Pamela scolded. "You're just going to hand a vast fortune over to her without a second thought?"

"If you'd let me finish I'll explain the whole plan to you." James replied calmly. "Should I die, Lily will get the Potter fortune yes, but! The business shares and investments, along with the family properties, and the Potter Wizengamot seat will be absorbed into your family."

Immediately the details clicked in her mind, as she understood just what he was planning. Lily would receive the wealth she always wanted, but she wouldn't actually have any legal claim over the Potter legacy itself. She would have the status of Lady Potter but with no royalties connecting to the title. She would just be a normal wealthy Muggleborn. While she, James' real wife would have full control over all the Potters assets.

"Still the slippery snake I remember." Pamela kissed her husband's cheek.

"What did you expect?" James chuckled, pulling her into his lap and kissed her.

Gaia yawned loudly making her mother smile. It was quarter past nine and it was time for her to sleep. Pamela got off her husband's lap and took their daughter upstairs to her crib. Gaia's bedroom was just as large as the master bedroom. The walls were painted to look like a forest, and many animals including deer, tigers and birds were added as well. The ceiling was painted to look like the bright sky. Many stuffed animals were on the shelves and larger ones on the floor. Humming to herself she began changing her little girl into her pajamas and laid her in her crib. Gaia snuggled with her stuffed basilisk and badger plush. Hanging on the wall above the crib was a painting of Helga Hufflepuff. Kissing her daughter goodnight, she wandlessly casted an enchantment over the Rose bush next to the crib. The rose bush was her favourite plant and it had no thorns, thus making it completely safe for her daughter to be around. But what really made it special was that it housed a piece of her soul. Unlike normal horcruxes she didn't need to murder anyone out of satisfaction or other dark tendencies. She put down her dog she had for ten years, a gorgeous Siberian husky named Millie. She had suffered constant seizures when she turned eight years old soon got cancer when she turned nine. A year later she put Millie down to end her suffering and it tore her soul apart driving her to infuse the excess piece within her rose bush. She knew what horcruxes were, but she used her soul vessel as a safeguard to protect her baby in case she wasn't able to.

"Good night baby, mommy loves you. May Mother Gaia watch over you."

Pamela quietly closed the door and cast silence wards upon the door so that nothing would wake her up. She headed downstairs, towards the kitchen to make her a cup of jasmine herbal tea. James Potter finished his documents and had his owl Chronos deliver them to Gringotts. Afterwards he left to join his wife in the kitchen. Wrapping his arms around her waist he sniffed her Florescent perfume. Pamela breathed softly as she placed her cup on the counter.

"Well now that Gaia is fast asleep why don't we make use of the remainder of the night." James said with a laugh and a hint of naughtiness in his tone.

Pamela chuckled as she felt him bite her neck softly, "always the charmer aren't you. You just can't get enough of me can you?"

"James! I'm home!" Lily shouted coming through the floo.

"Looks I won't be able to this evening."

James let go of her in agitation as Lily's voice rang through the foyer. Lily always knew when to ruin his private time with Pamela. It was one of the reasons he hated being married to the red head muggleborn. Putting on his best fake smile he went to greet her with a quick kiss.

"Hello Lily flower your back soon. Did your shift at Saint Mungos end early?"

"The body count is filling up Saint Mungos faster than rabbits multiply." She groaned hanging up her coat.

Lily immediately noticed Pamela as she sneered at her which Pamela returned. Pamela was a pureblood Hufflepuff who descended from the Isley family. A magical bloodline of Elemental Nymphs. She read they were a race of female spirits that had power over plant life and other elements of mother earth. They were also quite rare, not only that but most didn't need male partners to reproduce and males born from their union were quite a rarity. She hated that woman ever since she caught James' attention in their school days.

"Pamela" Lily said sourly.

"Evans" Pamela responded with a sneer.

"Anyway James, I have good news. I'm going to have a baby. We are going to be parents." She announced with such giddiness.

"W-What?" James stuttered.

This couldn't be happening. Lily couldn't be pregnant she only had sex with him once after their marriage. James made sure that Lily understood that their sham marriage was out of obligation and that he didn't want to anything else to do with her. That included not having sex. Except... shit. Addled memories of a drunken night not too long ago suddenly flooded back. Pamela had been away and Lily, damn. She'd played him! He was planning to have his first born daughter Gaia inherit the Potter legacy. But now that Lily was pregnant, he had an obligation to ensure his second born child would be financially secure.

"That wonderful Lily." He chuckled nervously. "When is the baby due?"

"The baby will be due July 31 1982." She smiled as she turned to sneer at Pamela. "Speaking of babies, how's your baby doing? What's her name again?"

"Gaia." Pamela answered her coldly.

"Ah yes Gaia, now I remember. Rumor say your boyfriend left you." Lily said with fake sympathy. "It must be awfully hard to be a single parent. Even after marrying so young."

"I'm doing just fine and my love life is none of your buisness!" She yelled. "Plus, James has been a great father figure to my daughter."

"Yes I've heard about that. But then again my husband is a Gryffindor." Lily praised. "Even if the girl is a bastard."

James groaned in annoyance at being reminded of being the golden boy. But was seething with deep rage at Lily's assumption of Gaia being a bastard. He wanted nothing more than to cast a cruciatus curse on the wench. But stopped himself remembering the child she was carrying.

"My daughter is not a bastard!" Pamela shouted as roots and branches broke through the floor, ready to strike at her command.

"You had the girl out of wedlock. It's not my fault you can't keep your hormones under control."

James immediately jumped to restrain Pamela before she could do anything they'd regret. Pamela was out for blood and anyone with eyes could see that.

"Easy Ivy easy. It's ok look at me look at me." James said as Ivy turned to look at him. "Why don't you go for a walk and have a drink with Harley. I need to talk to Lily anyway."

Pamela called off her vines as they retracted back into the ground. She then stormed past Lily and left the house with a huff, slamming the door on her way out which caused a painting to cry out indignantly as it fell to the floor.

"Well! moody one isn't she?" Lily chuckled. "Truth must hurt."

Pamela stomped her way down the front yard and down the dimly lit street. Unbeknownst to her, in her fury she failed to sense or even see a dark hooded figure watching from the shadows. It seems his cowardly servant Pettigrew was telling the truth about the location of the Potters. The child that was prophecized to be his downfall was now within his grasp. It was most shocking, but at the same time laughable. A child, a mere babe would have the power to destroy HIM!? Lord Voldemort; the greatest dark lord in a century? The one who pushed the boundaries of magic farther than anyone had ever dared to push before? The one who's name was feared even by the most powerful witches and wizards?. Ridiculous, tonight he would put the matter to rest permanently. Then his ascendancy will truly be inevitable.

"You have done well my loyal servant." Voldemort said to the cowering man beside him.

"T-Thank you M-My Lord." Peter stuttered. "The girl is mostly likely asleep in her crib on the second floor."

The dark lord smiled cruelly as he made his way towards the front gate. With a wave of his hand it opened before him. He then walked to the front door before stopping silently as he heard voices from inside.

"Honestly, James why do you even put up with her. You know she's a dark witch. Not to mention she's a Puff."

"I dont give a dragon's ass if Pamela is a dark witch, or a Hufflepuff! In case you forgot she joined the Order of the Phoenix just like we did, and she was a powerful asset to to it as well. Do you understand how valuable she was? How often she managed to turn the tides of the war?"

"She was only valuable due to her creature status. Everyone knows how beneficial it is to have a nymph on your side." Lily scoffed.

"A Nymph!?" Voldemort gasped. "well this is certainly news to me."

James stared in sad resignation. "What happened to you? You used to be so sweet, so kind when we first met at Hogwarts. Who used to stand up for students when I bullied them out of boredom. What ever happened to that Lily?" James demanded an answer.

"I'm still her, James. I'm just sticking to my light roots. Nymphs are dangerous creatures, and the ministry had declared them XXX creatures. Surely that alone makes them dark."

"Remus is a dark creature in case you remember." James rebuked.

"But Remus wasn't born a dark creature, he was bitten by one. Therefore he's different." Lily pushed back firmly.

James gritted his teeth, almost close to blowing a gasket. There was no reasoning with this woman. She wholeheartedly believed she knew everything, and that she was doing her duty by sticking firmly in the light like her hero Albus Dumbledore.

"You're going to apologize to Pamela when she gets back.

"Apologize for what? For telling the truth, that she spread her legs for some unknown man and had his bastard?" Lily shuddered at the thought of apologizing, having absolutely no intention of doing anything of the sort.

"That wasn't her fault." James defended. "You know how irresistible nymphs are!."

"Well that's her problem." Lily crossed her arms in a huff. "Although I feel sorry for the child. To have such an irresponsible mother. I can only pray for its future knowing it's mother is a sexual deviant."

James' blood was boiling with each word that was coming out of Lily's mouth. Veins were bulging on his forehead and his teeth were grinding silently. His eyes would almost look red. His arm was shaking as he gripped his fist that was desperately longing to shut her up by any means necessary. But no, that wasn't him. James could never bring himself to hit a woman. Unless he had no choice.

"Enough!" James screamed scaring Lily. He had never yelled at her like this before. "I have tolerated your behavior long enough!. Pamela didn't spread her legs for an unknown man. She spread her legs for me. I'm Gaia's father!"

Lily backed away covering her mouth in utter shock. Her husband cheated on her with the Hufflepuff girl and had a brat with her. She couldn't breathe. How could this happen? The contract Fleamont created had stated that James was to have no relationships besides than his wife. James must have had sex with Ivy before the marriage. The red heads face suddenly turned purple with rage as she slapped him across the face.

"You dirty, cheating, bastard! I knew there was something more going on between you two!" Lily cried. "How could you be unfaithful to me? I loved you James ever since you grew up in our fifth year."

"Until you started to grow pompous and arrogant. Waving your status as my girlfriend around like the Malfoys do with their wealth. I could barely even look at you anymore. So I stopped seeing you and began dating Pamela at the end of our sixth year. The only reason I came back was because my parents didn't like the company I was keeping. That's why they made a marriage contract that would bind me to you."

"A contract which you clearly violated, by having sex with that whore. Do you have any idea how bad this will reflect on you and, more importantly, me?" Lily scolded harshly.

"Remember who you're talking to Evans!" James shouted. "I could divorce you right here and now!."

"You wouldnt dare not even for her. Remember im pregnant and it will look bad upon you if people found out you kicked me out." Lily said in a sinister tone.

"Oooh no" James smiled cruelly pointing to the door. "There's the door and don't let it hit you on the way out!. Also dont worry about the baby, ill set up a vault that will give you and my unborn child everything you need. IF the baby is even mine!"

After a moment of the two staring down each other, instead of wasting her anger on her husband she disapparated from the house. James sighed as he sat down on the couch rubbing his temples from the headache he felt coming on. He needed a headache potion immediately.

"Dobby!" James called out as the small elf appeared at his side.

"Master James called Dobby." "Get me a headache potion, Merlin knows I need one after that fight I just had with Lily."

Dobby nodded his head obediently and was moments away from popping to the kitchen to get one when suddenly the door was blown off its hinges. James, ever the ready warrior was swift to jump from the couch, wand slipping into his hand. Voldemort stood proudly in the doorway before allowing himself in.

"Lord Potter, a pleasure as always." The Dark Lord said while giving a mocking bow.

"Voldemort." James seethed.

"Such a shame that blood as pure as yours should be wasted. Especially after I overheard that you bred with a Nymph of all creatures." Voldemort responded with a small hint of respect in his voice. "Shame that your child is the one that will supposedly destroy me."

"You'll get to Gaia over my dead body!" James yelled.

"My offer still stands Lord Potter, allow me to pass and you'll keep your life. Resist and I will kill you." The dark lord commanded with a chilling hiss.

James wasn't intimidated in the slightest. Of course he knew that the dark lord was powerful but knowing he was defending his precious daughter gave him more than enough strength. He immediately shot of a cruciatus curse, which Voldemort dodged with inhuman speed. The dark lord flicked his wand, casting a powerful blood boiling curse straight at his opponent. James threw up a shield in the nick of time, causing sparks reflected of of it to destroy nearby furniture. He quickly called for Dobby again.

"Dobby go upstairs and get Gaia out of here!"

Dobby nodded as he pulled himself up from where the explosion had tossed him to the floor as he snapped his finger and apparated into his young mistresses nursery. Voldemort laughed at James' futile effort, knowing full well that the wards he had placed around the house would prevent even the most dedicated of house elves from escaping. Spell after spell was tossed back and forth, Voldemort being forced to admit that the Potter patriarch's magical prowess was immense. Especially Including his ability to chain together several complex spells wordlessly to such a powerful degree.

"You truly are a powerful wizard, as expected from a pureblood. I would so hate to spill magical blood of such caliber."

James' only response was a killing curse, which Voldemort blocked with a nearby table which shattered into tiny shards under the impact.

"That make two Unforgivables now Lord Potter? It seems you aren't as light as I thought." Voldemort chuckled.

"I was many things Voldemort, but light was never one of them. I was a Slytherin until my parents had me resorted in my fifth year. Of course, you didn't come to listen to my life story. In fact I think it's best you leave, RIGHT NOW!"

Voldemort laughed in a manner he was entirely unused to. James Potter truly had guts to try and command the dark lord. This was a whole new side of his adversary that he had never been allowed to see before. He had to give the man credit though.

"You, are either very brave or very foolish. No matter, no matter. You have entertained me long enough, time to end our little game and for me to claim my prize. Die knowing that you fought valiantly Lord Potter. AVADA KEDAVRA!" A green light bolted out of his wand.

"AVADA KEDAVRA" James shouted in return as an equally vivid green light shot out of his wand.

The two lights collided, energy sparking as the battle devolved into a contest of will between the casters to decide the final victor. The energy from both wands was astounding, the nearby walls and even the roof being affected as many pieces were shattered by the excess energy of the collision. Unfortunately, Voldemort's will was still stronger as James' killing curse was pushed back inexorably. James grunted as he pushed the light back desperately, directing all of his hatred towards the dark lord. He couldn't fail, not when his daughter's life was at stake. Voldemort was once again impressed by his opponent. It could almost appear as they were fighting on equal terms to an observer. Unfortunately for him, Voldemort swiftly broke the line between them, pushing out a monumental burst of magic that slammed James into the wall.

"Tut tut, such a pity, you were indeed a worthy adversary." Voldemort simpered down patronisingly.

"Sectumsem..." James called out before Voldemort disarmed him.

"I should kill you, but it seems far more deserving to let you live with the knowledge that you failed to save your daughter." The dark lord laughed, cruelty dripping from his lips before knocking him out with a stunner.

Voldemort heard the sound of barricades being set up from upstairs which merely made him laugh more at the knowledge that the child's last line of defense was a puny house elf. He ascended up the stairs slowly hoping to add to the fear that the house elf must be feeling right now. Dobby magically locked the door as he gathered his little mistress in her arms. He snapped his fingers to take them somewhere safe, but nothing happened. He tried again and then again but still nothing.

"Dobby senses anti apparition wards on the house." He said worryingly as Gaia started to wake up. "Dobby will protect little mistress from bad man."

The door blew off its hinges from a blasting curse. Gaia started to cry as Dobby stared down upon the dark lord. Voldmort snorted in amusement at the situation.

Diagon Alley: Leaky Cauldron

Pamela was sitting by the bar, drinking what was her third butterbeer. She was still a little peeved at Evans. I mean come on wouldnt you after someone dares to call your daughter a bastard. She hoped James didnt stop her, so she could choke Lily with her vines. The only problem was nymphs were pacifists. They don't kill living things out of satisfaction of any kind. It wasnt in their nature and Pamela hated that about her species. After all she was the first nymph in history who has killed people out of revenge or just pleasure. That is until three people changed her life, Harley Quinn, Bruce Wayne, and finally James Potter.

"You want another drink Mrs Potter?" Tom offered to the distressed woman.

"Yeah give me the strongest one you got." She grumbled.

"Wow! Looks like someone managed to piss you off."

Pamela turned to see Harley Quinn. The girl was dressed in black punk jeans with a chain belt and a pale yellow tank top. Her body was tightly hugged by the clothing which showed off her curves. Her blonde hair was tied in pig tails with highlights in them. Harley took a seat next to her and ordered herself a fire whisky. Tom poured her glass quickly as she turned to her downtrod friend.

"So whats got you so riled up. You only overdrink when your almost ready to murder someone." Harley joked taking a sip.

"Its that bitch Evans." Pamela sighed. "She was mocking me over my single parent status."

"You got to learn not to let that Mudblood get to you." Harley scoffed seeing the shocking look Ivy was giving her. "Oh come on, just because im Muggleborn myself doesnt mean i dont believe some of us arent in fact Mudbloods."

"Well i did after she called my little rosebud a bastard." Ivy sneered until Harley spit out her drink.

"What did she call my little joker?" Harley hissed in distain. "When i get my hands on her I'll!..."

She noticed the object of her rage came into the building. Lily walked in as if she owned the place. She passed by many people who greeted her eith smiles and oh boy was she soaking it all in. She spotted Severus sitting at a table drinking some pumpkin juice and headed over.

"Severus." Lily greeted as Severus looked up at her.

"Hello Lily, did you speak to James about the baby?" Severus grinned.

"Of course, what did you expect? James is still the ignorant Gryffindor from our Hogwarts days. He has no idea that the child is actually yours." Lily whispered not noticing that Harley was eavesdropping. "Once James is killed by Voldemort, ill play the saddened widow and once the Potter fortune is mine we can finally marry and we will finally have the life we deserve."

Severus loved Lily's brilliant and intellectual mind. It was one of the reasons he fell in love with her. Ever since James was sorted into Slytherin, it was the most nightmarish event in his life. Thank Hecate that Potter's parents had him resorted into Gryffindor which allowed Lily the opportunity to manipulate him. After all who in the right mind would marry someone like James. There plan was going perfect until Pamela Isley came into the mix. The woman was a Hufflepuff so they believed there was no real threat from her. Until later in sixth year it was discovered she was an Elemental Nymph, a rare and illusive magical creature.

"What about the Isley brat, if the dark lord falls at the brats hands we could benefit from that as well." Severus suggested as he knew being the step father of the child of prophecy would help him one up Potter.

"ooooh like hell you will." Harley thought to herself as she slipped back to the bar to warn Ivy of their plan.

"Oooh yeah her." Lily hissed. "Turns out James cheated on me with that skank.

"What?" Severus gasped.

"James and i had a fight and he revealed in a angry outburst that he was Gaia's father. Then he threatened to divorce me as he didnt take kindly to my feelings towards Pamela. He also revealed that he couldnt even stand me after 5th year and was secretly dating Pamela behind my back."

"What about the marriage contract. Didnt the contract state that James wasnt supposed to have an affair with any woman other than you?"

Severus knew that marriage contracts were a thing in the magical world to bind two families together. To even break or violate a marriage contract for infediltely, or any other unfaithfulness to ones spouse was punishable.

"Yes he knew that but apparently he didnt care. He chose to be with a dark creature instead of a light rooted witch."

While their conversation was going on. Harley alerted Ivy to everything she overheard. Ivy, hearing of what Lily had planned for her husband and little girl immediately stood up and was going to show that dirty Mudblood what happens when you mess with poison Ivy.

Godric's Hollow: Gaia's Bedroom

"Stand aside you putrid creature."

"Dobby will not stand aside." Dobby said in defiance. "Dobby will protect little one with his dying breathe. Dobby will not let filthy mudblood hurt her!."

"You dare call me one of them!" Voldmort screamed as he waved his wand to kill the elf.

Dobby snapped his finger as Voldemort's wand flew into his hand. The dark lord showed dark shades of purple on his face. First the elf calls him a mudblood, then he dares to steal his wand.

"How dare! you take my wand!" Voldemort raged. "How dare you defy the dark lord!."

"Dobby sees no dark lord." The elf spoke proudly. "Dobby sees a weak spirited man, who fears death of all things. If you were as powerful as you say you are. Then you would accept death as the next great adventure. Everything has a beginning and an end. You seek immortality, a deadly curse far more punishable than anything else on this earth. A lonely existence, but you've been alone all your life and I feel sorry for you!."

"I don't need lecturing from some lowly, putrid creature." He yelled while wandlessly throwing pieces of broken board towards the house elf.

Dobby conjured a shield immediately shielding himself and Gaia. The elf quickly placed the baby in her crib before turning to challenge Voldemort. The wand he took flew back into the dark lord's hand. Dobby quickly shot a blue burst of magic towards him which Voldemort pushed aside with his hand.

"Is that the best you got creature?" He taunted sending him crashing into the lamp next to the crib.

Dobby yelped as he hit the lamp, glass shards cutting his skin. Poor Dobby bled heavily from the impact but quickly wobbled to his feet. He panted as he coughed up a little blood. He stumbled quickly in front of the crib desperately trying to stand his ground. He looked like he was about to faint any minute now.

"Dobby will still fight" he coughed harshly spatters of blood hitting the floor. "Dobby will keep mistress safe. You will fail."

Dobby conjures up broken shards of glass and sends them hurling towards Voldemort. The dark lord conjured a shield which turned the glass into sheets of snow. The elf swiped his hand causing the chandelier to detach from the ceiling and fall on the dark lord. Voldemort, with a wave of his wand pushed the chandelier to the side.

"House elf," Voldemort chuckled. "Your pitiful attempts to defeat me are amusing. But now its time to end our game, Avada Kedavra."

"Dobby loves little mistress Gaia." Dobby smiled warmly.

Green light filled the nursery as Dobby feel lifeless to the ground. Stepping over the dead elf's body he approached the crib taking in the sight of his destroyer. The child looked a lot like her father, she had the Potter black hair. But everything else was from her mother. Yes, he could feel the amount of power pouring out from her magical core. He thought of just taking the child and raising her to be a soldier of the dark. But unlike other nymphs, Elemental Nymphs were strictly neutral. They never choose sides, they only exist to keep the boundaries and balance of magic in check. Because of that reason he had no other choice but to kill her.

"Gaia Potter, the girl who is prophesied to kill me. Haha! Its quite amusing that a mere baby would have the power to vanquish me. However I can't take that chance. You know what they say, looks can be deceiving. Farewell Gaia, you would have made a powerful witch. Avada Kedavra."

The light shot out from his wand towards Gaia. Until vines sprouted from the rose bush and wrapped around the crib forming a barrier. When the curse hit the barrier the vines let out which Voldemort heard, a loud scream. A white shroud of smoke came out and took the form of Pamela screaming before vanishing.

In Diagon Alley Pamela clutched her chest as she felt a part of her was destroyed. She knew only one thing could cause this. She feared for the worst and disapparated with Harley. Back in the destroyed room Voldemort stood there shocked as the vines sprang forward and wrapped themselves around Voldemort. The vines tightened around his arms, legs, and waist. They tightened so much, Voldemort dropped his wand.

"What in Hecate's name is going on here?" Voldemort shouted continuing to struggle.

A loose vine slithered up towards his head as it began to wrap around his neck and constrict. Voldemort began gasping for air as the vines were now choking him. Try as he might he couldn't escape them. It was as if the vines were sentient. He could feel his air supply close off as the vines were closer to snapping his neck.

"No! This cant be! I'm Lord Voldemort, I can't be beaten by some silly vines!" he thought to himself gasping for air.

The vines soon managed to complete their mission as they tightened to the part where a loud SNAP! was heard. Voldemort's neck snapped as the vines released him causing him to fall to the ground. The vines then retracted back into the rose bush as if nothing happened.

Pamela appeared by the front door as she rushed inside finding the living room a mess. As if a battle occurred her. She noticed James sitting against the wall with blood dripping from his head. She gasped as she rushed over to him cradling his head in her arms.

"James!, James honey wake up." She cried. "Please wake up."

"Is he alright?" Harley panicked.

Groaning James came to as he fluttered his eyes open. His muscles were stiff and sore as he tried to move. He gripped her shoulders coughing a bit.

"Pamela, oooh Harley good to see you. ooh god Gaia!"

James struggled to feet quickly as he could. Clutching his side he limped as fast as he could to the stairs. Pamela rushed to his side to make sure he didn't hurt himself. She told him that he needed to see a healer, but James wasn't listening as he made to the top of the stairs and ran down the hall to the nursery.

"Gaia!" He shouted as he made to the room.

James was speechless beyond words. The nursery was in shambles. He walked into the nursery as he found the body of Dobby laying in front of the crib. He didn't see any life in the elf's eyes. He heard a small cry as he saw Gaia crying. James immediately picked her up in his arms and hugged her like a lifeline.

"It's ok, daddy's here" James soothed her. "It's okay...it's okay."

Pamela joined in the hug as she was thankful to God himself that her family was safe. She immediately noticed the dark lord's body.

"Guys, not to interupt this reunion but is that who i think it is?" Harley pointed to the dead body near the crib.

James gasped when he saw the dark lord's body. He also noticed thorns on the cloak and around the neck area. He and Pamela sighed in relief. It would seem Pamela's horcrux came through for them.

"He's dead right?" James asked hoping he was.

"It would appear so." Pamela answered with a smile.

"James!" Dumbledore called as he came into the room. "Are you alright?"

"I'm fine Albus thank you." James assured him.

Albus nodded before his gaze fell upon the woman that was with them. He never saw her before, but he quickly noticed that James certainly did.

"Hello my dear girl, I don't think we met." Albus smiled offering his hand. "I'm Albus Dumbledore."

"Pleasure Albus." She said taking his hand. "I'm Harley Quinn Potter."

"Potter? I didn't know there was any other Potters around besides James. Are you a cousin?"

"No Albus, im an honorary Potter. Im a Muggleborn from Ilvermorney"

"How's Gaia is she ok?"

"Our daughter is fine." Pamela smiled.

"Your daughter?" Albus asked but this time shocked out of his mind. "I thought Gaia was Lily's?"

"No I had Gaia with Pamela during my marriage with Lily. Purebloods can have more than one wife. Speaking of Lily, I would thought she would have been back by now. It's not safe out there especially when she's pregnant with my kid."

"The kid isn't yours." Harley said with disgust in her voice.

"What?" James turned to her. "What do you mean the baby isn't mine?"

"After I left I headed to the Leaky cauldron to have a drink. I noticed Lily sitting in booth a few feet away. I thought she wanted to start something with me when I noticed she sat with Snape at a nearby table. I know it's wrong to easedrop but I couldn't resist. So I listened in on their conversation and Snape asked Lily if you suspected anything."

"Suspected what?" James gritted his teeth.

"About the pregnancy. Lily said that you didn't know that the kid wasn't yours. She knew that you were a target for the dark lord and she thought you wouldn't survive. Then she would pretend to be the saddened widow who lost her husband and collect the Potter money. She would then marry Severus and have control over the Potter legacy. Including Gaia since she might become the vanquisher of the dark lord as a bonus."

"That lying bitch. First she gets on my case of having a second wife and being unfaithful when in retrospect she goes and does the same thing to me."

"I'm sorry James."

"It's not your fault Pamela. It was my fault for trusting her. I need to disappear."

"James are you sure that's wise, your daughter vanquished the dark lord. Everyone in our world will know her name. The Wizarding world needs their heroes."

"No Albus the real heroes were my wife and Dobby. Dobby gave his life to save my daughter. My wife's sentient rose bush according to the damage done to the Dark Lords body somehow defended Gaia and then attacked and killed the dark lord. They are the true heroes Albus, not my daughter."

James didn't want his daughter you grow up pompous and spoiled for being a so called savior. He had seen first hand what glory and fame have turned people into. He wanted to raise his daughter with the belief that fame and glory comes with a lot of hard work. He wanted her to be raised in a home filled with good morals.

"When you give the interview tell the world that I'm dead. Then, when Gaia starts to Hogwarts I will reveal myself." James told Albus, hoping his old mentor would accept.

"Where will you go?" Albus asked.

"Ill be living in Isley Manor in Gotham. That way i can start a new life and raise my daughter away from the reporters, the fame, and other things that i dont want corrupting my daughter.

"Very well James I will do as you say." said Albus.

James nodded as Pamela gathered Dobby's body. They exited the house as James cast a bombarda maxima curse on the roof. The roof exploded causing it to cave into the nursery and upper rooms. Then he transfigured one of the garden gnome statues into himself and placed it in the house. He turned to his headmaster.

"This is where we part ways Albus, when the ministry confirms my death have the goblins read my will and I want the daily prophet to be there when it's read."

Albus nodded once again as James vanished via international portkey with his family to Isley Manor in America. Albus gathered the fake body and went to report the incident to the Ministry.
