Each chapter has had 20k plus words... fuck, why did I do this to myself? Also, I'm kinda sick, so this chapter probably took EXTRA long to type.

The Celestial maiden's orbs slowly popped open before she peered over to see InuTaisho glancing and lifting a brow towards her while sitting in his study, "You fell asleep against your favorite wall? That's a new one. Ah yes, we are having some guests over for the evening that will need entertainment. Call upon Izayoi, Kagura, Yura, and our fourth is arriving within the hour." Bowing and walking out of the room, her dream was all but forgotten the moment he even mentioned a new arrival. She hated going to the mess hall for all of the dog demons to dine in after a long and stressful day; but it wasn't as if they enjoyed the place they ate in anymore than she did when it was used this way.
Entering the "meet and greet" hall with a dread filled expression, Kagome's split white tails flicked about playfully as she hollered out, "Jaken!" The imp demon waddled out quickly and bowed to her respectfully as he squeaked out, "Yes, my lady? What might I be of service to you on this day. However, before you even answer that question, might there be an occasion?" Her fluffy and sparkling white twin tails then became oddly still at this while she nodded towards him, "You would know better than I do that lord InuTaisho only uses the mess hall for one thing only..." This made Jaken nod solemnly before sighing heavily, "So, what am I preparing for this go around, my lady?"
Looking at the imp, her tails then slightly tucked between her legs as she spoke softly, "We have a new arrival joining the other concubines within the hour. I don't care how you treat them... they just need to be ready by the evening." Snapping around, her ears then picked up on a carriage arriving, making her chuckle softly, "My apologies, they are arriving now. Be sure that her luggage is thoroughly inspected." Bowing to her, he laughed sadly, "Of course, my lady," with that, he then scurried off. Ikari and Inuyasha then walked out and groaned, "Why does he make you stand here and watch this!?" Looking at the brothers, she then explained as to whom they would be retrieving soon and sighed heavily.
Kagome's soft tone then projected, "My task... is to guard Izayoi. Now, until it is time to go and retrieve the others, please wait." InuTaisho then walked into the room silently as Jaken entered back into the room so that he could explain that this girl was merely a half-breed named Kanna, making him nod as a way to have him send her in. The angel's eyes then widened immensely at the sight while thinking, 'A CHILD!?' Jaken noticed Kagome's eyes filling with tears before walking up to her to explain, "Lady Kagome, that is Kanna." Turning her head towards everyone else, she then whistled, "Medication!" That medication was brought quickly and Kagome handed her the medicine, "I need for you to take this..."
Once she handed that little girl the medication, her sky blue orbs noticed as to how bland this little girl was. Once the medication was taken effectively with no complaints, Kanna spoke softly, "I am merely here to keep the peace. Desiring such a position was not in the description, so forgive me." The angel felt horrible for this half-breed child and came to a stop, "Kanna, you don't need to keep up such a sturdy wall around me. Even if you wish me not to, I am able to sense the inner turmoil that you are currently going through..." As the little girl glanced over, she noticed the set of split tails and angel wings that sparkled, making her rather confused, "Are you a half Celestial and half Demon child?"
Chuckling at this comment, Kagome shook her head, "No, no. There is no such thing as a half blooded Celestial pup. I am merely a Celestial that gained some of the powers of a demon. We are capable of giving birth to pure breeds of both Celestials and Demons. Celestials do not discriminate races - whether they be a Celestial, Demon, Mortal, or a half-breed. So fret not! As of now, I am taking you to the other concubines... but due to your half-breed nature, I will have to give you a "big sister" so that you are completely kept out of harm's reach. However, our lord will not have time to break your purity, himself... so I will be doing it. Please forgive me."
Allowing for her claws to grow, but held back the poison, Kagome then parted Kanna's attire and slipped her fingers in to gash her purity... so that she no longer WAS pure. Turning her head, Kagome called out, "Jaken?" Rushing up, he then bowed to her, "Yes, my lady?" Releasing a gentle breath as she removed her fingers and allowed for her claws to shrink... had Jaken pale. He hadn't known that lord InuTaisho had been making Kagome take the purity of so many. Getting a warm rag, she then took it and began to wash away all of the blood, "Now, shall we continue?" Kanna merely nodded and the two began to walk silently so that the girl could fully drink in her demise.
Walking the child to the massive concubine holding room, she then opened the door and whistled, "Hey Kagura, can you come here?" Kagura adored Kagome, so she listened with relative ease before bowing, "Yes, my lady?" The angelic being then looked at Kanna sadly, "This is Kanna... she's no different than you. I would like for you to watch over her as her big sister." Kagura gave a nod and motioned the girl to her, "Come now, I must teach you as to how you are to satisfy guests." Kagome then frowned at this comment before closing the door while biting her lip roughly. Walking away, she then heard the announcement of the other lords arriving, but had no clue who one of them even was.
Sulking forward, the angelic lass then came to an abrupt stop once she was in front of Izayoi's room. She hated this woman's personality with a burning passion... and that was something that would never change. Looking towards the servants, Kagome merely motioned her head towards the door to notion that the bitch was needed before it was unlocked and Izayoi walked out appearing as if she held any and all of her dignity as the Celestial began to escort her.
The dark sounding voice that Kagome heard rolled out with a smirk as he spoke, "Ah, lord InuTaisho, I am glad that I am finally meeting you in the flesh." InuTaisho found this demon lord's physique rather disgusting, considering the fact that he had three tentacles that squirmed around in a vial manner, but he spoke out sternly, "I bid thee welcome, lord Naraku, to the western domains." Naraku then pressed his luck as he gave an even darker smirk, "I am told that you have a Celestial maiden as your bodyguard, but this cannot be true. I see no bodyguard." Lifting a silver based brow, all InuTaisho could do was give a nod, "That happens to be correct. I have no use for her as of now, so I sent her elsewhere."
"That happens to be very unfortunate for her..." Naraku purred out in a tone that felt the exact same as when the great dog demon first trained in his very own corrosive acid mist that his true form could create so that he would become immune to its effects. Lifting his brow further, he then folded his arms, "And might I ask as to what you mean by that?" Snickering, the long and wavy black haired male then shook his head, "I just would have liked to witness her beauty first hand. I have heard multiple rumors from many others that this little angel is beautiful beyond compare. I find it odd that you did not take her as your mate once you left your first mate, lady Sutekina."
Agitated by this comment, he merely flicked his hand to where all of the lords would be speaking so that he would get away as soon as possible. The accusations had his blood boiling to the point that he had to calm his inner beast, considering it was now on a damn rampage. Speaking through clenched fangs, he had to do everything within his power to hold back a growl, "Yes, I called upon many of the lords to speak of multiple different ongoing situations. However, I did NOT know that my BODYGUARD would be one of the topics! Now go and take your seat!" InuTaisho then noticed that this cocky lord wouldn't move from his position... almost as if he were now challenging the lord of the west for his position.
The stalemate continued until Naraku turned away once a chipper tune was released, "Lord InuTaisho, it's wonderful to see you again!" Calming himself down, considering that he had made his forearms bleed thanks to his finely sharpened claws and now had to "hide" it behind his back. He wasn't aware that this man had pissed him off to the point that he had inflicted harm upon himself and he took multiple deep breaths in, "Shinto, old friend, it is wonderful to see you again. Have you fared harmoniously?" Smelling the blood, Shinto didn't even DARE to bring it up, so he merely smiled and nodded, "Thanks to your generosity to the south, the lands prosper far better than they had before!"
Chuckling, he then motioned inside and dreadfully had to stand there, all alone, to welcome all guests. Normally, he had Kagome to calm him and speak to as they waited for more lords, but he just HAD to make sure his human plaything would be kept safe as she waltzed about through the den of demons. This was now a decision that he was regretting ENTIRELY due to how PISSED OFF he was. He was far more pissed off by the end of all of the lords gathering due to ALL needing to know about his Celestial bodyguard. Having the doors swiftly closed behind him, he then snapped around while taking many deep breath to calm himself, considering his inner beast continued to roar furiously.
Per the angel's instructions, Jaken brought him a new kimono top once he was healed up with extra assistance from Kagome. Swiftly changing into the matching kimono top, he then made his way out and sat down, "Now, all state your issues. After we have come to a conclusion on those matters at hand, we will move on to conduct our business and speak of some matters concerning the lands and other topics. While we speak, I will have four concubines entertain you and tend to your every need." It didn't bother most to have intercourse in front of others. They were Demons that did whatever they wanted to do, which most certainly entailed that they did these things whenever they wanted to do so in the first place.
Kagome was not in a good mood and absolutely hated this woman with every fiber of her being. Walking out in a matching set of a white and sky blue striped sports bra and extremely short shorts with her sparkly white belt lazily draped over her hips, she then came to a halt as the three other girls emerged and began pleasing the other lords. That's when Naraku's eyes snapped up and his trio tentacles began to wiggle around joyously that the lord of the west didn't see her, nor had he taken in a breath to even smell if she was there; but those same tentacles had the Celestial maiden grossing out internally. Pressing over her tails, the sparkling white fluff vanished; but her wings were most certainly permanent...ish.
Naraku watched those beautiful sparkling sky blue orbs as the angel stood behind InuTaisho without him even knowing. Noticing that this unsightly man was highly distracted, the ruler of the west was about to bark at the servants to leave and snapped his head around; only for his face to become buried between her breasts. Damn, he had just died and gone to heaven, but he pulled away to witness the Celestial maiden sighing heavily, "Izayoi, are you truly so worthless that you are fully incapable of even pouring your guests TEA!?" Walking away from InuTaisho, all in the room witnessed as to how little she was actually wearing as of now; which made all of the lords... minus one... blush heavily.
Kagome then slammed her palm into the mortal's cheek with such a force that it would not only leave a deep bruise, but it would also shove the human lass away as well. Sitting beside her favorite... Shinto... Kagome reached up and gave a single one of his white tiger ears a playful tug, "SHINTO, YOU ARE TOO DAMN CUTE!" He didn't ever force Kagome to do anything at all and just enjoyed having her company grace his presence. Hell, she didn't need to pleasure him to make him feel like he was the true ruler of the south, even if he was. Picking up the kettle, she gracefully poured him a cup of rose tea and gave him a tender kiss to the cheek, causing for him to chuckle softly at how damn cute SHE was.
Izayoi merely stood there... not knowing what to do since Kagome was now sitting in for her. She had given birth to one child-er-pup before she was FORCED to drink all of that medication by Sesshomaru. She would never have anymore children and that was slightly annoying to say the least. InuTaisho's brow was now twitching slightly as he cleared his throat, "Kagome, thank you for the demonstration. Would you step away and stand back now?" As boring as that sounded, she knew that he was in need for her abilities to hear all of their internal thoughts. So, she sighed heavily and did as instructed... well... until Riki passed by and she tossed her arms up and rushed forward, "RIKI, MY LITTLE RASCAL!"
A bit of shock crossed the half-breed's face at the sudden outburst, but he immediately knew who it was the moment she pressed above as to where her sparkling split tails should be; only for them to pop out so that they could coil around his body lovingly. A sparkle then came to his eye as he also tossed his arms into the air and squealed out, "KAGOME! I'VE MISSED YOU SO MUCH!" Once she came to a stop... she happened to be right in front of Naraku and his trio of tentacles brushed against her backside, causing for Shinto's orbs to narrow dangerously at the male now giving a touch that made the Celestial squeak in embarrassment as her cheeks stained a bright red before yelling out, "H-HEY!"
Naraku gave a deadly smirk that had the angel's cheeks calming before she backed away and whispered out to him, "I beg of thee... please do not touch me in such an inappropriate manner again." With that, she backed around the ruler of the west as if she did not wish to be touched in that way ever again. InuTaisho didn't know if he should be pissed at him or her at that point in time. It was far too unclear for him to make an educated guess if it had been him or her so that he could make a clear verdict over whom he should actually be be upset with, considering the fact that he hadn't witnessed anything negative or indecent transpire in the slightest.
Gracefully standing up at that moment, the ruler of the west then gave a gentle chuckle, "Ah, I forgot about something, I shall be back. Kagome, release the pup and please follow me." Nodding her head at the request, the Celestial maiden gave a gentle bow of respect towards him and released Riki from her twin tails, "Of course, my lord." Walking away once he did, she was quick to notice as to how far they were actually going before coming to a stop in his study. Snapping around, a swift and harsh slap was delivered to her cheek that only proved to hurl her to the ground as he yelled, "You would DARE dishonor the west!?" Curling up in a ball as she cried, Kagome could only yell, "I-I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING!"
Narrowing his focused golden gaze towards the Celestial maiden, he then growled spitefully... but she yelled out, "WHY DO YOU EVEN CARE WHAT HAPPENS TO ME!? YOU TOOK ON IZAYOI, A SIMPLE MORTAL CONCUBINE, AS YOUR MATE!" InuTaisho's growl then became dangerous, feral, and most definitely threatening as he pulled her attire off before pointing to the door, "Since you are wishing to be a concubine again, then I shall grant that simple request!"
Her eyes were now wide and filled with tears before lowering her head, "A-As you wish, my lord..." - "IT ISN'T WHAT I WISH," he yelled furiously at her, obviously having far too many different emotions for him to handle. Walking back towards her, his sharpened thumbnail toyed with her lower lip while holding an almost hungry appearing gaze. He had never realized it, but Riki had quickly followed so that he could be with Kagome... only for him to witness such a sight, "F-FATHER! STOP!" InuTaisho's eyes became widened at that moment as he hastily stepped away from the nude angel. Riki gathered what little clothing she had, along with her belt that held all of her weapons before handing it to her.
Hell if he knew how to put any of her futuristic clothing on correctly, considering the fact that he could barely dress himself properly without Kagome lightly scolding him while fixing his attire to perfection so that his father would not be angered with how sloppy he was. Kagome made no attempts to place her clothing back on and merely allowed for her hair to shield her nude body. She wouldn't look at InuTaisho at all, but she noticed Riki's clothing was rather sloppy; making her chuckle softly as she fixed his attire, "How many times have I shown you how to place your own attire on...? I will accept his punishment, though..."
Finally looking up, the angelic lass grinned, "Better yet, why not start now so that all of the lords can get a good look at my nude body?" Oh, Riki could tell what she was doing now. She was now using... what she called... "reverse psychology" to win her battle. Riki was then shoved out of the protection of his office and EVERYONE heard the commotion... especially his three full blooded demonic pups. Shoved to the ground, Kagome merely stared at him without her curious fingers touching him everywhere for once, but she then spoke, "I must leave to offer the best... FULL MOON... service that the west can possibly offer to our esteemed guests."
After hearing that little piece of information, InuTaisho gave a soft growl and redressed her, "Let us be off." She was about to royally fuck this man over. Removing her attire, the angel walked out and headed straight to the lords that now heavily GAWKED at such flawless beauty. Walking to Shinto and shoving Izayoi away, she then curled up on his lap. She was sure that if she held a feline inner beast, it would look the exact way she now appeared. Her tenderly brushing her silky lips and gently kissing his soft skin on his neck gave him one major problem. Taking his white and icy blue patterned kimono top off, he then placed it over her shoulders with a smile; only to amuse the hell out of her to see this man so jealous.
Sliding his hands against her body the moment her long lashes flicked against his neck... okay, he wasn't going to say NO to her body until she was in his face while straddling his hips sensually. All of the lords that were being pleasured were gawking at how attentive she was to his needs, but what none of them knew was the fact that she quickly wrote down a small note and placed it into his hands to smirk at him playfully while running her tongue slowly across her bottom lip. Reaching a hand down, the naughty angel gently took hold of his tail and stroked at it to give him added pleasure before speaking in a teasing tone of voice, "My, my... what a pretty kitten I now have in my hands..."
After hearing that much commotion from their youngest brother, considering the fact that he was now sobbing; all three elder brothers rushed to their half little brother to give him their aid. Ikari swiftly scooped the little rascal up into his arms, "Riki?" - "I-IT'S KAGOME!" Riki cried out, making all dart and effectively skidded to a stop before covering his eyes once they made it to the room where all of the lords were; only to begin laughing hysterically over what was now transpiring.
InuTaisho held her attire and weapons in the sleeve of his clothing, only to witness three of his sons dying of laughter. Inuyasha then slapped his knee and cracked a golden orb open to smirk at his father, "Nicely done, father." Sesshomaru wasn't known to laugh too much, but here he was... cracking the fuck up, "Do not expect to have a bodyguard any longer! Shinto might just take her home! I do have to wonder though... how far did you push her... THIS time?" Ikari was having one hell of a time attempting to keep the curious pup's eyes covered, but he managed to sigh heavily, "As much as I would miss her, I'd have to agree. However, if it meant that she'd no longer be treated horribly; then I support this."
With no idea as to what in the hell his sons were speaking of, he then walked back inside of the area holding all of the lords with a widened gaze to see as to what they had even been speaking about in the first place. Walking forward, he then grasped Kagome's arm and yanked her away, "What in the HELL!?" The Celestial maiden merely lifted her brow at him before uttering a single word, "You claimed that this was to be my punishment." Snarling angrily, InuTaisho basically barked out, "ALL CONCUBINES, LEAVE!" All stood and bowed, but Kagome ripped her arm away before backing up with all, except Izayoi, while holding a deadly smirk and bowing as well, "As you wish... my lord."
The color then drained out of his face at what he had just done so that he could practically screw himself over. She could now be bought off by another lord that fancied her with the way she currently was... and that was enough to make his eyes go completely out of focus. She had initially left a note for Shinto to read and hoped more than anything that he would "take up arms" to take the pretty little angel away, but InuTaisho's outburst had made him forget about that note in the first place; which even had him accidentally dropping that said note on the ground and forgot about it all together so that another could claim it and use it to their advantage.
Kagome was well aware that all of the concubines held a said "queen", which she knew that she could easily overrule; but then again... she didn't really care. Entering the room, all of the concubines took in a sharp breath and rushed a robe to her, "My lady, what are you even doing in here!?" The Celestial lass lifted a brow and chuckled before brightly chirping out, "This was my punishment! Though... he is pretty stupid with his forms of punishments due to the fact that there happens to be a full moon is tonight. As long as I mate the other and we agree on a race, a pup will no doubt be conceived!" All of the concubines then slapped their open palms to their face as if saying, "Good grief..."
The end of the conversation between the lords was coming to a close as InuTaisho spoke as quickly as he could while using a stern tone, "If that is everything that needs to be said then-" He was then swiftly cut off by Naraku, "No, that is not all that needs to be said. I have taken a great liking to this Celestial CONCUBINE. I wish to buy her off of your hands." Now, he was hoping that none of the others that he had paid spoke up. Once the proclamation to buy a concubine has been made, then the lord must listen... no matter how the lord might feel. If a price reaches a certain amount, you are given no choice in the matter at hand and MUST hand the concubine over to the buyer.
The problem with this, was the simple fact that if any of the other lords present are also interested in the same concubine... they, too, are free to bid as well. That's where the issue laid... it laid with the unmated leader of southern tribe of white tigers. The "stupid" leader of the white tiger's wouldn't take his money, so, he had paid one of Shinto's white tiger bodyguard's a handsome price to keep his leader distracted for as long he possibly could until the Celestial maiden had been claimed by the grotesque demon lord. The only flaw with this system was that the current owner could not bid to keep the woman in their arsenal of concubines.
InuTaisho knew that if Kagome didn't like the "master" she was serving, she wouldn't and couldn't discriminate... but she would NOT give any of her celestial force to him, nor would she mate with him, and she DEFINITELY wouldn't give the fucker any pups due to the unfavorable circumstances. However, he knew that she wanted pups to call her own some day due to the way she mothered Riki. Shifting his golden gaze around, that's when he noticed that all of the lords were holding a good amount of money, and they all held Naraku's scent. He could tell that they had tried to delude the scent, but he was a dog demon with a strong sense of smell.
As a dog demon, he held a far better sense of smell than the rest - minus Shinto. Lazily watching Naraku about to make his bid, a heavy sigh was then released. This was almost laughable, considering the fact that he had broken one of the most BASIC of rules of the fact that you could not pay any of the other lords to not bid against him. He could only guess that Shinto WOULDN'T take his money, so he gave it to a bodyguard to keep the white tiger busy. Holding a silencing hand up, the lord of the west sighed heavily, "You broke an extremely simple rule, lord Naraku. You don't think that I can't smell your scent all over those money pouches? You insult my sense of smell... friend."
Fanning his hand as a way as if saying 'GET THE FUCK OUT', InuTaisho then stood up once then man wouldn't move and walked to the concubines to collect the angel that was now being REMOVED from his arsenal. Entering the concubines room while STILL holding onto all of Kagome's attire, he then walked up to her and redressed and rearmed her by placing her sparkly white belt lazily around her waist. Once done, he took her hand and kissed it, "Forgive my ill-temperament."
Happy with the apology, she happily waved to all of the girls and clamped down on his hand to keep him close, but her tails wrapped around him to pull him even closer as he spoke, "Naraku broke a basic law. He-" - "I heard all of his internal thoughts... my lord..." Kagome mumbled softly, but he chuckled out softly, "Look at your tails and call me "my lord" again." Peering at her tails, the angel turned bright red and tried her DAMNDEST to get them away, but they weren't budging in the slightest, "Oh geez... FINE! I heard all of his internal thoughts." That made him frown slightly, but both of his tails wrapped around her as well.
Peering up at his handsome face, she watched as his softened golden gaze pierced her soul to silently tell her the same thing. His grip on her hand slightly tightened and she heard such a strong man crumble before her as he came to a stop and tugged her sparkly ass into his strong arms. His voice sounded so weak, that it slowly began to crack due to the unspoken and highly guarded love he felt for her, "D-Don't make me worry about you so much... you damn fool..."
Slowly, her tails dropped from him and she released his hand right before they entered the conference room that Naraku still hadn't budged from, "Ah, my little angel came to me," his dark tone spilled out and caused for her tails to snap about furiously, but was mistaken for a canine that was merely happy to see its owner. He continued to babble on and on over the fact that she was his from now on... that's what made her vanish, draw her blade, and reappear with that blade held to his throat while such a beautiful sky blue gaze became painfully dark, "Haven't you heard as to how hard it is to tame a Celestial!? I should KILL you for trying to play my lord as a fool! NOW LEAVE, YOU DISGRACE!"
InuTaisho watched her closely as she spoke, but the moment the words "my lord" were released, her tailed violently rejected such words coming from her mouth. He had to wonder... was THAT why she mostly kept her tails hidden from him? To her tails... she wasn't serving the lord of the western domains. No... to her tails... he was her mate that she would protect through any means necessary, even should those means be through violence and bloodshed. He then shifted his orbs to Naraku, who was terrified at first... but the moment Riki walked out, he was far too quick to give a deadly smirk; but her tails INSTANTLY grabbed the young pup to protect him so that he could hide behind her body.
Naraku now growled spitefully towards the angel and that's when Riki mimicked a line that Kagome had once used, "Yeah, yeah... grrr... to you too pal." Pushing her celestial force through her blade, she then gashed the growling male's shoulder open and yelled something that she could only wish were nothing less than the truth, "NEVER THREATEN TO BRING HARM TO MY PUP! AM I UNDERSTOOD!? NOW LEAVE BEFORE I TAKE YOU DOWN FOR THREATENING MY YOUNG PUP!" Naraku held his badly bleeding shoulder and backed away while smirking, "A half-breed, your pup? How amusing." With that, he then vanished and Kagome snapped around and lifted Riki into her arms, "Riki, don't scare me like that..."
Right at that moment, Riki was branded as her pup; but that wasn't all. She held such a deep connection with him that she gave him what he wanted most... he gained an angelic mother who would love him unconditionally. Since the full moon was now present in the night sky, his DNA now no longer held Izayoi's... it held her own. Considering the fact that Celestials only gave birth to purebreed Celestial or Demon pups, Riki then gained another thing he had wanted.
Wrapping his tiny arms around her neck, he cried and hollered out, "I-I'M SORRY MOMMY!" The angel internally gained a pondering face right then, 'Mommy? Ah, geez. Did I say something stupid as FUCK while my inner beast was THAT pissed off!?' InuTaisho then walked up with folded arms while chuckling, "That was quite unexpected." Looking up at him and blinking rapidly, he snickered playfully as he leaned to her ear and whispered, "You claimed Riki as your pup. Imagine what you can do with a full moon..." Her face brightened up as she twirled Riki around before freezing, "RIKI, OH MY GOSH! Now split into light and shadow, let the light of humanity flee this body for the darkness of demons to consume!"
Almost instantly, Riki felt the change as his eyelids gained his father's markings while his cheeks gained smooth blue blue stripes, looking exactly the same as his brothers; so instead of them being jagged, they were smooth. Considering the fact that he already held the clan's crescent moon on his forehead, the angel merely nodded that it hadn't been changed other than the color that now held a shimmering silver coloration due to being given much more celestial force. His wrists, hips, and ankles were also gifted those smooth stripes as he continued to change. He would remain his current small stature, considering the fact that it took Demons and Celestials one hundred and nineteen years to become fully mature.
All she could do was smile softly and feel grateful that she had claimed him as her pup on a night that the moon was full and was able to do this for him. Riki was far too young and already held many scars from places that he had been attacked, but he would no longer be hunted or attacked when she was not there to protect him anymore due to his pure demonic nature and the respect all held for her. With all of his outward changes complete, Riki began to blink rapidly once he began sensing something entirely new and dark dwelling inside of his body - he felt his own inner beast immerge. With widened eyes, he looked up at Kagome with a confused expression as if asking for an answer over what he was now feeling.
For any young pup, it was hard to control all of that darkness at such a young age. That's why the parents of the host, namely the father, was given the tedious task of helping their pup gain some sort of dominance over his inner beast. As InuTaisho stood there, all he could do was softly smile as Kagome squished the pup to her chest, "What you are sensing is your newfound inner beast. Now I'm going to have to train you to be poison resistant as well. However, now you are my baby. Izayoi's DNA was replaced with my own, so you look much like your father now, my pup." Pulling his hair up into a high ponytail and tying it up, the angel then nuzzled his cheek with her own with full blown love and adoration.
He looked so damn ecstatic at this transaction that it was simply a precious sight to behold as his excited tone jingled out, "ARE YOU SERIOUS!? I-I'M REALLY A PURE DEMON NOW!? SO, YOU'RE SAYING THAT I'M JUST LIKE SESSHOMARU, IKARI, INUYASHA, AND HINAMI NOW!?" The ruler of the west then flicked that long silver ponytail over his son's face like a playful puppy before speaking about the matters, "Indeed, you are. I never expected for your Celestial bodyguard to claim you as her pup, only for her to use a spell to completely rewrite as to what you truly once were. She was only capable of doing this because she claimed and changed you on the night of a full moon, you lucky pup."
InuTaisho then snickered and wrapped his arm around his PURE demonic child and nuzzled his nose against his son's before speaking something that made Kagome's tails simply drop from around Riki's waist, "Now, you are mine and Kagome's child. Not Izayoi's child." Her face fell at this single spoken comment before dashing away while tears filled her eyes due to the immense pressure of the guilt that she was now feeling. As his angelic mother made her great escape, Riki scowled at his father, "You already KNEW that a comment like THAT would make mommy sad! So why would you think that it was even a good idea to say it!?" All the ruler of the west did... was stay silent.
Riki then figured out as to WHY his father had been so silent, making him become pale, "Y-You EXPECTED this outcome!?" Silence again. He wouldn't deny the claims in his mind though... he had planned for all of this to happen from the beginning. He placed Kagome, a Celestial, as his bodyguard so that the two would become completely glued to one another. Again, he was well aware that Kagome wished to have her own pups, but he didn't need a pregnant bodyguard; so he made a loophole. Another would give birth to the child... but she would change them to become HER pups. Riki was now scowling as he yelled at his father that merely stared at him lazily, "ANSWER ME!"
With no answer given, as expected, the young pup then darted after his angelic mother. Once he arrived to her room, Riki walked in with a saddened face, "Mommy...? I'm happy you did it..." Kagome didn't say a damn word, but she did hold her arms open and the young pup rushed into her hold. Her more than protective and loving arms and tails would always be something he loved about her, considering the fact that he now snuggled against them freely until both parties fell asleep. However, his three older brothers could now sense and smell an unknown demon in the angel's room; making all three glance towards one another before dashing to save the oh-fair maiden from her certain demise.
Sesshomaru, Ikari, and Inuyasha all made it to Kagome's room in full blown panic mode, mere curiosity, or both before opening the door to see the angel sleeping as she held their little brother close to her heart. Inuyasha could only give multiple rapid blinks over this while rubbing his eyes, "Uh... guys? I could've sworn that Riki was only a half-breed pup. From what I am sensing, he somehow gained an inner beast now and is now a pure demon... what in the hell happened?"
The day to follow, Kagome woke up with saddened orbs as she watched Riki snuggle into her breasts for extra warmth. Gently shaking the pup awake, he sat up and rubbed at his eyes before yawning. Picking him up, Kagome helped him bathe and dress properly before tossing his hair up in a high ponytail. Taking a bath herself and dressing in one of her futuristic black with a single white crescent moon sports bra, extremely short black shorts that held a single white crescent moon on each of the sides of her thighs, and laced her sparkly white belt around her hips. Holding her hand out, Riki took it with a bright smile and the two exited the room; only to be stopped by Izayoi's voice, "Riki?"
How she was free to enter and exit her room with no restrictions was beyond her, so this only proved to give her a silent assassin in the form of a headache. Now she needed to remind herself to have a little chat with the servants to make sure that Izayoi's room was ALWAYS kept locked until InuTaisho felt the need to use her body. That being said, she supposed she needed to add in the fact that ONCE he was finished using her body and left, that damn door was in need of being locked up once again so that no one could be graced by her unwanted presence. She was this pure demonic pup's guardian, protector, teacher, caretaker, and mother... not this sorry excuse for a woman.
Picking her tired pup up, Kagome then placed him on her hip before turning around so that Izayoi witnessed his new outward appearance. Rushing forward, Izayoi scowled heavily before pouting and whining like some spoiled child, "GIVE ME MY SON!" Swiftly grabbing her blade and holding it to the concubine's throat, the angel's tone was not so angelic as she spoke, "This is NOT your son! Riki is MY pup, do you understand me!?" All of the passing servants stopped to bow respectfully towards Kagome and the young master, which was something that he wasn't used to in the slightest. He supposed that since he was now a pure demon, everyone was now going to bow to him... not bare their fangs at him.
Snapping away and putting her blade away... oh... she had figured it out already. She stayed up majority of the night just TO figure it out, but as she walked... Riki noticed her face, "You figured it out too, huh...? Will you no longer love me now...?" Looking at her pup, Kagome frowned heavily, but pinched his nose gently, "Of course I will always love ya, my pup." As they grew closer, the angel released a heavy sigh once they neared InuTaisho's study, only for her to place her pup on his feet and adjust his attire so that he could run in to greet his father respectfully. Once he had walked in looking composed and bowed to his father, Kagome then entered and leaned against her favorite wall.
Suddenly remembering about the poison, Kagome internally swore before calling out, "Riki, immune to poison training starts now!" Rushing up, Kagome scooped him up and chuckled, "Not your father's yet. Lord InuTaisho, I am asking for you to inform that wench that Riki is now my pup and if you wish to keep playing with her... I'd tell her this instant," that deadly tone rang out, making InuTaisho sigh and wave her off; but the growl she gave had him stiffening up completely, "I mean it... if she demands that I give my pup to her, there will be hell to pay and her blood will be the payment."
Once they walked away, the young pup giggled, "You are CRAFTY, mommy! You said that her blood will be the payment, but I'm going to take a guess that does not mean that you will kill her! You also gave a tone that had father FROZEN!" Chuckling, her eyes then narrowed because the bitch was right in front of her. Izayoi scowled heavily and held her arms out, "KAGOME! GIVE MY SON BACK TO ME THIS INSTANT!" With her claws already grown, Riki quickly covered his eyes as the angel poked a single sharpened claw over the wench's eyebrow, "You don't listen too well... do you...? Riki will forever be MY pup."
Jamming that single sharpened claw deeply into her skin, Kagome then allowed ONLY her corrosive acid to seep into the wound as she swiftly slashed her single claw from above her brow, through her eye, and all the way to the bottom of her chin. That corrosive acid placed an unfavorable massive dent into her skin and had her single eye blinded in little to no time at all... but it burned the medication out of her body. Watching a drop... or a lot... of blood fall down her face, she then chuckled, "The blood toll has been paid." That comment alone had Riki giggling as he kept his eyes covered, only for the angel to walk all the way to the training grounds while Izayoi screamed in pain.
Covering Riki's ears that held a newfound extreme sensitivity to sound, Kagome gave a sharp whistle that had Sesshomaru, Ikari, and Inuyasha walking over. Setting Riki down, she gave a look to Inuyasha... who held the weakest poison out of three of the four brothers, he nodded and snapped his whip at Riki; only for him to hum as his form of discomfort. The angel then began to send her cleansing through Riki's body as Sesshomaru whipped, making him yelp and tear up.
He hadn't know that the cleansing didn't clear out the pain, so he now felt bad for calling them all puppies. Kagome then motioned to the other two, "Build his tolerance." Adjusting quickly to the pain and discomfort was shorter than expected and she moved on for the little pup to have the corrosive acid thrown at him. What shocked them all... was the fact that he didn't even seem bothered by it. Ceasing her cleansing, the three eldest whipped him and splashed their corrosive acid on the young pup... only for him to blink rapidly before all brothers began to clap their hands at him, obviously a little more than impressed at this show of display.
"Way to go, Riki! For someone who just had their full demonic abilities and powers awakened, you act as if you've had them all along!" Ikari chirped happily, making Riki smile brightly, "Well, when I watched you guys building a tolerance to your own fumes while in your true form, Kagome slowly eased me in without any of you even noticing! So I sort of already had some small fraction of resistance! She was scared that someone would try to poison me, so she built up my tolerance. Truth of the matter is, I began tasting some of my food after that and found poison laced in it; but I had that small portion of tolerance and it was quickly cleared out."
Riki then nibbled his lip nervously as he asked softly, "How do I do that...?" Sesshomaru then hummed as he played with his whip, "You ask your inner beast to teach you the abilities, but I'm guessing that you haven't had the chance to find level ground... much less even find or speak with it, have you?" Kagome then winked at the three brothers to give them the okay to pass along their tricks, which made all of their golden orbs glisten happily that THEY would be the ones to teach their little brother as to how to deal with his inner beast. However, he began to question before any lecture on the subject could even begin, "So, what are all of your inner beasts like!?"
Inuyasha groaned, which made the angelic lass snicker, "Mine is CONSTANTLY arguing with me about SOMETHING idiotic!" Ikari then snickered out playfully, "Well, my inner beast is extremely playful, but at the same time... it's very protective." Sesshomaru darted his eyes to the side as if not wanting to answer, but once the "look" was given to him by the pup's mother, he sighed in defeat, "Mine is a complete monotone jackass, but like Ikari's, it's very protective." - 'Ah, yes, because you are truly one to make such notions concerning another.' All watched Sesshomaru's annoyed facial expression, which only made the younger of the twins chuckle playfully, "Arguing with our inner beast again, are we?"
Riki then glanced towards the angelic mother he had gained and tugged at her hand lightly, "What about you, mother? What is your inner beast like?" Feeling the gentle tug on her hand had her peering down to her pup, only for the angelic mother to quench the curious little puppy's curiosity by smiling softly and answering honestly, "Mine is very obedient and is actually quite kind. Canines are loyal, so it is also protective over its host and anyone that the host finds precious to watch over so that they can be kept well guarded." All watched this pup's face begin to ponder deeply for the longest time, but once he spoke... Kagome almost died of laughter, "Wait a second, that only sounds like all of your PERSONALITIES!"
Kagome then chuckled at that statement, "Well, it's OUR inner beasts. Why in the hell do you think you see Sesshomaru, Inuyasha, and your FATHER constantly arguing to NO ONE? Well the answer to that question is quite simple. They are arguing with their inner beast because the two are-" Riki then gained a look of shock and disbelief before merely blurting out what he was thinking, "THEY ARGUE BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO SIMILAR!?" Ikari's inner beast then snickered and wiggled it's split tails joyously before speaking, 'He's definitely a clever boy!' This only had Ikari chuckling and agreeing with his inner beast, which the beast within found rather amusing before it settled down so that it could listen.
Ikari never had the same problem of arguing with his inner beast like a cat would bicker and banter towards a dog, so he didn't know what his brothers and father were going through. Kneeling beside his youngest brother, he then chuckled out, "Our inner beasts can also freely converse with another's inner beast. Your MOTHER'S inner beast loves to tease and torture all of our inner beasts, but if it goes too far... it always apologizes quickly. To gain access to your inner beast, you also must learn its language, or, you can have another wake it up with their own inner beast. The language of the inner beasts is tough, so let's start!" Ikari was given the space he needed before he transformed and eased to the ground.
For now, Kagome leaned against Ikari's snout as he began to speak in the language of 'bark, bark; woof, woof' so that his little brother could learn. It didn't take much time at all, considering little miss angel had been teaching him inner beast language. Barking and whining, Riki then pet his brother's fluffy snout while giggling, "I love you too, big brother!" Ikari then shifted his orbs to Kagome, whom was now whistling and looking away as if she didn't know a damn thing. Staying in true form to test the little rascal, he began to bark happily, "Alright Riki, are you ready to access your inner be-" Everyone then watched as his demonic orbs narrowed and his ears flicked slightly to hear the frantic buzzing of bee wings.
With his senses as heightened as they currently were right now due to being in his true form, Ikari's head swiftly snapped around to see a demonic bee, one of the Saimyosho, spying at the little lesson that was currently ongoing. Thanks to Kagome making him completely immune to poison, the big fluffy poisonous puppy shot his head forward and clamped his jaws around the bee to swallow it whole after his saliva glands began to produce his corrosive acid, which he was forced to swallow as well; no thanks to the little busy body. He had to wonder at that moment, who would be desperate enough to use a Saimyosho to spy on a damn LESSON over awakening one's inner beast so that it could relay everything!?
The Saimyosho bees were only used in dire circumstances if you weren't a dog or white tiger demon. So, that really only left the question as to whom it actually was in the first place. If it wasn't the west, then who would stoop so damn low to use such creatures to gain information? With the demonic bee gone... or to be more precise, swallowed, Kagome released a gentle breath of warm and moist air. She, too, had been wondering as to whom had sent such inferior demons; but all she was managing to accomplish was gaining a headache. With only her memory as her main weapon, she began to sift through all of her thoughts; only to find a massive and gaping hole that left more questions than actual answers.
Everyone was watching at how her eyes closed and her brows furrowed, almost as if she were arguing with her inner beast; but Kagome never argued with her inner beast. Suddenly snapping her eyes open, the angel witnessed InuTaisho standing there while looking like the devil himself before barking angrily, "KAGOME! YOU INJURED IZAYOI!?" Blinking rapidly, she didn't dare lie against THIS man's nose, so she nodded and shrugged, "Your point? I'm trying to attempt to teach our son how to access his inner beast so that he can transform into his true form. If you-" Cutting the angel off, InuTaisho then tightly grasped the angel's arm before he effectively dragged her off.
"What in the hell?" Inuyasha mumbled out for all to hear, but Sesshomaru shrugged and sighed, "It isn't our business." Ikari, still in true form, whined softly and placed his big fluffy head on his paws as Riki chirped out, "Awe... don't be sad, big brother!" Nodding at his youngest brother, he then gave his little brother instructions on how to find and speak to his inner beast. Nodding his head, Riki then closed his eyes and began to mentally sort through his body. Searching for the darkest portion of his being, a rather unfriendly voice was quick to echo out, "Insolent pup, why are you searching for me!?" Blinking rapidly at the cage in front of him, he then hummed as a way of thinking.
Thinking while speaking towards your inner beast was futile at best, considering the fact that you and your inner beast are one in the same. Hearing the inner beast growl, Riki then shot his head up nervously, "Why would you even THINK that!? We are not caged animals! Should I grant you access to me, there will no longer be a cage! However, now that you have initially thought of me as a caged animal that you can GAWK at, I am quite HESITANT to grant you ANY of my power!" This was NOTHING like his own personality... and that scared him. It seemed as if his brothers' had left out yet another important detail, "I'm sorry... I was just thinking about how pretty you are..."
The inner beast was quick to scoff at that one, "You just think I'm PRETTY?" Riki knew a way to win the beast's cooperation, so he released a heavy sigh and placed his hands on his hips... much like one well respected angelic mother, "Shall I tell my MOTHER, Kagome, of the way you are now treating your host!?" The inner beast's eyes instantly widened at that comment. SHIT, this pup WAS lady Kagome's pup! Whining towards the pup as a test, Riki spoke back by using the inner beast's own tongue by asking for its assistance and guidance, "Please help me! I need a way to keep OUR mommy safe, but as I am now... I do not hold the power to do so."
Not wishing for Kagome's inner beast to wreak havoc within his own territory, he listened as this pup spoke in his own tongue before nodding, "I am very impressed and fascinated by you, young pup. Very well, I shall aid you by giving you the power that you have requested. I can also see that you have already built somewhat of a tolerance to your family's noble lineage of poison, but not your own corrosive gas. I should warn you that until you mature enough, you will only hold one tail; the same as all of the others that have come before you. Take care." With the business transaction complete and the cage vanishing, Riki came back to reality and huffed then glanced at his youngest brother and tilted his head.
but Riki could only groan softly, "You all could have warned me that your inner beast doesn't take on your personality until you come to understand one another! Mommy would have told me!" Ikari internally frowned at the comment made and instantly began to whimper and whine towards his youngest brother, "Sorry that I didn't tell you when I should've. Hold on, you already gained its permission!?" All the young pup could do was nod, further impressing all brothers.
InuTaisho continued to drag the angelic lass with a harsh hold all the way to a place she didn't even want to go NEAR. Izayoi's room was hurriedly opened by the servant that had to unfortunately SERVE the woman before the angel was hurled inside of the mortal playthings' room, only to stumble and fall to the ground. A deep bruise now laid to rest on her arm as she was growled at and commanded to fix the concubine's face back to perfection. Tears filled Kagome's eyes and she nodded before pushing herself off of the ground so that she could walk to Izayoi to fix her hideous face to perfection, "ARE YOU HAPPY NOW THAT YOUR TOY IS NO LONGER BROKEN!?"
Not being answered or even thanked in the slightest irked her immensely, making the angel so tempted to deform and blind the concubine all over again. Well, that had been the initial plan until witnessing something first hand that broke her heart on so many different levels that she almost felt the need to just simply give up on anything. No amount of respect that she held from others could make her unsee such atrocities. She watched in horror as the ruler of the west completely bypassed the one holding such a pure heart so that he could go and wag his tails for this wench. Darting out, Kagome rushed by Jaken; whom only stopped to turn in her general direction before frowning at such a sad display of misery.
Rushing outside, Kagome took true form and darted out of the western castle... not knowing that she was even being watched as of now, a trap was hastily set up while the one giving the orders simply waited at for her grand arrival. With the direction she continued to head, she would be there sooner rather than later, thanks to her true form. A pair of eyes watched the trap with a presence that was completely undetectable until she ran over the hidden trap, only for it to shoot up and clamp down on the tendons of her leg. Limping and whining, Kagome eased to the ground as her white sparkly blood began to pool out. After some time, his presence became known and he acted much more gentle, "Kagome, is that you?"
Looking up at the person speaking, she witnessed those triplet tentacles as Naraku walked forward, "This looks like it hurts..." That made the sparkly white massive fluffy puppy growl, "No SHIT! You THINK!?" That comment was amusing to say the least, but he walked closer before freeing her paw for it to mend automatically. He knew that he had to get away rather quickly from those sparkles, considering the fact that he didn't feel like being purified alive. So, he merely sat in front of her with a softened face, "Are you alright now...?" He had to wait for her to transform back to her humanoid form, but she merely laid there and whimpered softly, "I am as well as one could ever be in a situation such as this..."
Frowning honestly at her words, he then gave an equally as honest sad chuckle before speaking, "Well, look at it this way... I am a hideous demon, while you are an unnaturally beautiful Celestial that holds Demonic attributes. I just wish that I could touch, but even I know that those sparkles are deadly and would purify me!" Kagome's sky blue orbs shimmered sadly as she sniffled, "You can't help as to how you were brought into this world." Frowning deeper, he thought about how much he hated his outward appearance and wished that he had been born as a more beautiful demon. His true form was nothing short from hideous... a giant spider... quite the panty dropper right there.
His internal thoughts made her literally bark a laugh and wiggle her tails playfully, "There is nothing grand about a massive beast that can murder the innocent. I keep my humanoid appearance as often as I can, so, why not do the- oh right. You have to show your true form when you are going through courting, that is correct, yes?" He merely nodded his head and sighed. It was almost ironic and laughable as to how comfortable he felt speaking to this beautiful young Celestial lass, considering he then did something that he had never done for another individual in his entire life... he apologized, "Kagome, I'm sorry for the way that I treated you and your half-breed pup."
Now, this next comment she made completely shocked him, "He's no half-breed any longer. Celestials have a certain spell they can use during a full moon. Should a half-breed pup be unclaimed for whatever reasons and is also claimed by a Celestial on the night of the full moon, that same Celestial can make that half-breed a full Demon OR Celestial. It makes sense considering Celestials can only conceive a pup on a full moon." Hearing nothing negative from his thoughts, Kagome then took on her humanoid appearance before looking up at the sky that held no full moon as of now, "So, why are you out here...?"
Naraku then chuckled as he spoke, "Well, you do happen to be on my lands right now. My mansion, though it is not as grand as the palace in the west, is very close." Making her split tails vanish, Kagome folded her wings against her back as she sat down to stare at the twinkling night sky. Even though her inner beast was attempting to warn her, she just couldn't bring herself to actually care as of now. With that, the back of the angel's skull was struck and she collapsed to the ground in a state of being completely unconscious. Tossing her over his shoulder so that he would not get purified, Naraku took Kagome back to his mansion that was hidden rather well before tossing her in a room and chaining her wrists to the wall.
Back at the western castle, no one had witnessed Kagome since the day prior and all were now beginning to become worried over her not returning. She had just claimed Riki as her pup and wondered as to why she had yet to return for the pup that was now pure of blood. Everyone knew that she took her role as Riki's protector very seriously, so it was very uncharacteristic for her to no longer be here for him. The pup was now waking up and quickly bathed before dressing in a sloppy fashion. Rushing out of his room and spotting the little imp demon that always served his mother, Riki called out in an almost frantic tone of voice, "JAKEN, I NEED YOUR HELP!"
Hearing the young pup's panicked tone of voice, Jaken stopped advancing and came to a stop to bow respectfully towards Riki, "Young master Riki, what happens to be the issue?" The young pup then frowned deeply before speaking in a worried tone, "Did my mother happen to come back...? I'm starting to get quite worried that she might be hurt or even worse." Thinking over this for only a moment, Jaken then frowned due to him now being worried over the angelic lass that he now served, "I don't believe that she returned last night. However, getting hurt wouldn't phase her much. Her healing automatically repairs any damage."
Riki now felt mortified at that comment, considering the demonic imp was nothing short of being absolutely correct. Bowing respectfully, Riki managed to fumble out, "T-Thank you...!" Jaken could only nod, but he did throw the pup a bone, "Why not go and speak to your father about it? He has been with the mortal lass all night, so I am going to guess that he hasn't left as of yet. Why not try there, young master." Nodding his head nervously, Riki darted off towards Izayoi's room. Reaching the door while in a state of being completely out of breath, he took a moment to compose himself before entering... the same way that his mother had taught him, but he did slam the door open.
Giving his father the courtesy of privacy was effectively thrown out of the window the moment the mortal's door slammed open and a calm pup walked in, only for Riki to start gagging at the scent, "ACK! SHE SMELLS HORRIBLE!" Glancing over to the pup as playtime continued, InuTaisho sighed softly, "What might be the problem?" Izayoi then held her arms out to the child to try to ATTEMPT acting motherly, "Riki, dear, come hear and tell your mother what the issue is." Riki scowled hately once he caught the scent of a new pup, but he growled and held up his claws to show his corrosive acid dripping down, "YOU ARE NOT MY MOMMY! YOU NEVER ACTED LIKE MY MOMMY BEFORE, SO DON'T START NOW!"
This back and forth show was getting rather tiresome, so the ruler of the west sighed heavily, "He truly isn't your pup any longer. Kagome claimed him as her pup on the night of a full moon. When the claim is made on the night of a full moon, she is able to use a spell to swap out your genetics to replace it with her own so that Riki became a pure demon. Celestials don't discriminate between races, so Riki gained a mother and full demonic power." - "YOU JUST CLAIMED THAT CELESTIALS COULDN'T DISCRIMINATE BETWEEN RACES!" This made Riki scoff and fold his arms, "They can't, but that doesn't mean that they can't hate someone's personality."
Well, this was wonderful... his erection was dying due to the fact that Riki talked just as much as his mother. Glancing towards his son, InuTaisho simply gave up on more sex and burst into laughter the moment he witnessed his son with his hands on his hips, his face that now held a more than scolding expression, and began blurting out words, "MOMMY HAS GONE MISSING!" This took a moment to register in his mind before getting dressed and darting out of the room.
Rushing to her room and hoping that she was there was futile at best, no thanks to his youngest pup, "You don't think that I didn't check there first!?" Picking his son up, InuTaisho then ran to the guards and bodyguard's mess hall. Skidding to a stop, the ruler of the west held a more than nervous disposition as he took in a breath in the attempts to find the Celestial maiden. With too many scents and too much spread out celestial force for him AND his son to sort through, the ruler called over a guard, "Where is Kagome? She is late." The guard could only frown, "We aren't quite sure, my lord. We witnessed her in the morning and afternoon, but she never showed up for the evening training or meal."
This was becoming more and more stressful, causing for his heart to begin throbbing in his ears unforgivingly; but he nodded towards the guard, "Good work." Turning away to go to speak to others, InuTaisho then peered down to witness his son nervously chewing on his lip. He tried to not sound nervous, but apparently he failed miserably at that task as well, "D-Don't worry about your mother, Riki. I'm sure she's around here somewhere." Hearing that unsure tone that was filled to the brim with worry, was making the current youngest pup frantically peer around so that he didn't cry. InuTaisho recognized this behavior... Kagome used to do the same thing when she was trying to distract herself from crying.
Right as they left the guard and bodyguard's mess hall, it sounded as if a stampede were headed his way. His three eldest sons had watched as their father and youngest brother walked out of the mess hall for the guards and bodyguards, only to bolt up to him with a frazzled appearance. Inuyasha was gasping for air as he looked at his youngest brother, "Did you find your mother...?" The twins, however, were in immaculate shape as they stood there with one royally pissed off facial expression while their bodies radiated off the clear scent of thick anger and rage. Riki watched their golden hues narrow dangerously, only for the pup to reach his hands out to Ikari and whimper softly, "B-Big brother...?"
This had obviously been enough to calm his inner beast down so that he would bring his little brother no harm with his own sharp claws the moment that he snatched him away from his father to give some much needed snuggle therapy. However, there was still one remaining... but he appeared calm, cool, collected, and SATANIC. Shit, the look that Sesshomaru now held was making the ruler's blood run cold; but he was now thanking the heavens for Riki even being alive as of now, considering the fact that he noticed his eldest brother as well and held his arms out to him, "S-Sesshomaru...?"
Shifting his orbs to his youngest brother, the killing perfection lifted his youngest brother into his arms and fixed his attire before holding him close. If they couldn't find Kagome... Riki was all that they had left of her... and by the gods, all three remaining older brothers would treasure him to the moon and back if they never did find the angelic maiden. Riki was the only other that now held Kagome's genetics, so essentially; he was now her effective stand-in.
The young pup held her sassy attitude, her positions when he stood, the colorful and expressive way she spoke, and her more than loving nature - but no matter how many times she had instructed him on how to dress appropriately, he was STILL sloppy, or, as Kagome put it, "you have all of these fine silks, but you, good sir... are dressing in sloppy style". While the pup did hold MANY of his mother's loveable qualities, there was almost nothing from his father etched onto his very soul. It was almost as if their father ignored the pup as often as he could, but that wasn't the case. Riki loved his father, but he claimed that he would rather be like his mother, for he wouldn't be where he was as of now if it hadn't been for her.
On the downside to this entire situation, they all would have to get lessons from their father when it came to swordsmanship and marksmanship; which none desired his methods in the slightest. Kagome incorporated many different factors into their training now, such as hand-to-hand combat, the use of demonic and celestial force, and becoming slippery as hell. They clung tightly to what they HAD learned from her and knew that she was one hell of a hard opponent to defeat. When she had still been around, the angel had made the three brothers instructors to teach all of the other soldiers in the odd way she fought; but Riki was right up there with Ikari as a contender to see as to whom was a better marksman.
For now, Ikari was still crowned as the champ and was far superior due to how much training he had actually incorporated into his life. However, when Riki came to him to ask for assistance, he never complained, nor denied his little brother. Ikari thoroughly enjoyed helping his youngest brother improve his skills with the tricks that the Celestial maiden had once taught him. There WAS one thing that Riki excelled in though. This young pup was a damned PRO at wielding throwing knives and infusing said knives with his celestial force. Ikari was a master with a bow, but he didn't know that such small blades could be thrown and be considered LETHAL until his little brother showed him.
Glancing towards his master knife thrower of a little brother, Ikari chuckled softly, "Hey, don't worry so much. I'll bet that your mother is putting up one hell of a fight." Inuyasha then cackled at that comment before adding in his own, "Ain't that the damn truth! If she WAS kidnapped, I'm feeling more sorry for the bastard that actually had the guts to do so in the first place!" Sesshomaru could only nod as his inner beast asked Riki's inner beast to let him transform, "Indeed. Now, we are wasting precious daylight! Let's go!" Riki then gained a frown, but Sesshomaru pinched the pup's cheek, "My inner beast asked your beast to allow you to transform so that you could find your mother."
Ikari then smiled softly to ease his little brother's weary mind, "Don't worry, we'll look everywhere for her. No stone will be left unturned while we have the power to keep searching." InuTaisho watched in awe the moment all of his children ran outside and took on their true forms. Hearing the language of 'bark, bark; woof, woof', all InuTaisho could do was smile at the sight. His three eldest boys were cheering on the youngest pup for finally accomplishing his true form.
Kagome was so damn groggy when she finally woke up, but not only that; the back of her head was killing her. Trying to move, she felt her arms being held back as she peered around while thinking panicked thoughts, 'Where in the HELL am I!?' The door then opened and in walked Naraku with a smirk, "There's a full moon tonight." Blinking rapidly, she lifted a single brow at the comment made before replying dryly, "Your point...?" Walking to the chained up angel, he then knelt down and grasped her chin, "Meaning, you will be giving me our first spiderling tonight." Kagome then released a rather exasperated breath, "Oh good, you don't know a damn thing about Celestials."
Gripping her chin so tightly that it brought her pain to make her wince, he then hissed out angrily, "WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY THAT!?" The Celestial, herself, then gave one hell of a dry facial expression before she sorted through many calculations to come to the conclusion that playing it dumb seemed as if it were the safest option so that she'd come out somewhat unscathed. Looking into his eyes as her chin gained a deep bruise, Kagome merely shrugged before replying, "I'm not sure. Lord InuTaisho had been the one teaching me everything. So, if you are wishing for an answer, then go to him." Considering the fact that she was no longer the leading maiden of light, she most definitely COULD lie like a damn pro.
However, everything concerning InuTaisho was true. He HAD been teaching her most of the important details when it concerned the race of Celestials. This, she already knew though. Should a Celestial ever mate a Demon, both must AGREE on the mating or the mating mark would simply vanish into thin air. For... spiderlings... gross name... they had to do it under a full moon and agree on the race the two would be having. Releasing her chin, he then smirked at her, "You'd like for me to believe that, wouldn't you?" Kagome merely laughed in a chipper tone before speaking, "He WAS teaching me all of this! He never told me this part, so believe me or not!"
Naraku was no dog demon, so he could not even smell the deceit lingering in the air and was forced to believe that what she now spoke was nothing less than the truth. Erecting his body, he chuckled softly, "I will return, so do get comfortable." Kagome groaned softly at that comment. This only meant that he was leaving the mansion for many days or even possibly weeks. Looking at him, she forced her bottom lip to quiver as she tilted her head down, "T-The shackles are too tight..." Naraku then chuckled darkly, "That's the point." With that he left, bathed, and placed new clothing on. He was well aware that those damn dogs had keen senses and a sharp nose. With that, he left to conduct business with the west.
The moment Naraku had actually left, a spider demoness that was clearly a maid then walked in, "I have come to bathe you." Kagome then gave this demoness pleading orbs, "Please, you must let me escape!" The demoness then pointed to her nose and Kagome took in a deep breath. Okay... maybe he hadn't left as of yet, because he was standing right outside of the door. The demoness then made different facial expressions the moment she swayed her hand over her face to give the notion that the Celestial needed to act, "You know that I must listen to my master. Do not struggle, for you must be bathed now." By the end of her bath that she had "struggled" all throughout, the demoness gave the thumbs up.
Shit, she wasn't used to wearing all of these girly ass kimonos, but here she was... having to wear them. As the weeks began to pass, she was pretty sure that her arms were just about to fall off of her damn body. The demoness then walked in with a meal and frowned to the angelic lass, "That must be so painful..." Kagome gave a soft huff of frustration over that comment, but that frustration was not directed towards the spider demoness at all, "All he told me was that it was meant to be painful. If this is his grand scheme, all he's IDIOTICALLY doing is making me more muscular! It hurts like a son of a bitch, yes, but he will NEVER gain my obedience THIS way!" - "You've got that right," the demoness grumbled out.
Riki was now glued to his father or brothers, considering the fact that his mother was no longer in his life. Hearing footsteps approaching, the young demon boy laid his head on his father's lap and began to cry silently on the rock hard abdomen that InuTaisho adorned. Looking down at his youngest pup, a frown crossed his lips as Naraku stopped in front of them... only for him to notice that the prior half-breed was, INDEED, pure of blood now.
"Uh, lord InuTaisho? Is the boy going to be alright? He appears quite melancholy," Naraku spoke out honestly as he watched the young pup fall asleep. Hearing the question, the lord of the west shifted his frown from side to side, "I'm not quite sure..." Stroking his youngest pup's long silver locks that he was now in the habit of keeping in a high ponytail to resemble his own hair, InuTaisho sighed softly, "It's something that I'd like to know as well. His mother vanished and it has been hurting him immensely that she is no longer around to give him any guidance..." Hearing a voice, Naraku shifted his orbs up to see the same mortal as before... and she was most definitely pregnant, "My darling? What ails you?"
InuTaisho didn't answer, but Naraku gave a gentle bow, "My, I figured that the Celestial would have taken lady Sutekina's place! I'm not even sure as to HOW Celestials conceive and give birth!" Lifting a dainty silver brow at this, he then sighed, "The two pairings wishing to mate have to give their consent over the mating. If one says no, then no mating shall occur. As for pups, it has to be on the night of a full moon and BOTH of the mated pair have to AGREE on the race that the pup will be. If the two cannot agree on a race, then no pup shall be conceived at all." Riki's eyes cracked open at that moment and smelled the trickery that was currently wafting in the air.
Quickly sitting up, the young pup then slapped his hand over his father's mouth before yelling, "DO YOU EVER BREATH OR THINK!?" InuTaisho had to admit it, he rarely did take breaths; but more than that, he was simply used to Kagome reading all of the thoughts before relaying all of the information to him. Riki then scowled angrily, "WHAT IF HE HAS MOMMY AND YOU JUST GAVE ALL OF THOSE CELESTIAL SECRETS AWAY!?" Okay, now he REALLY felt like a dunce, considering the fact that the youngest pup that he had been gifted with had to basically just spell it out for him. InuTaisho then peered at Naraku with narrowed eyes, "If you have the intel, then I expect to be told ANYTHING concerning Kagome!"
All the spider demon lord did was shrug before he turned to head back home. Riki then darted to his three eldest brothers and told them EVERYTHING. Sesshomaru's rather cold disposition then became verbal as he growled out angrily, "WHAT IN THE HELL WAS HE THINKING!? HE JUST GAVE INFORMATION CONCERNING CELESTIALS AWAY!?" Ikari then folded his arms furiously, "I'll bet the pesky spider ran away as fast as possible so that we couldn't follow him either." Inuyasha then spat to the side, obviously not too happy with this either, "What a mini-bitch! I'd love to rip his body apart with my own teeth!" Sesshomaru then glanced over lazily, "Who though, Naraku or father...?"
After WEEKS, they all... minus InuTaisho... began to search for the Celestial maiden in the hopes that they would find her. There was one issue with trying to detect the angel through her scent though. Cherry blossoms surrounded Naraku's mansion... and as of now, all were in full bloom so that they COULDN'T pick up her scent in the slightest. They were SO close, but felt as far away as they could possibly get from truly finding her. Even Riki, whom was fully capable of taking on and sustaining his true form, fully pitched in to help his three older brothers with the search to find his mother. All who lived in those parts were now fully accustomed to seeing the four brothers darting around in their true forms.
Once they returned home in one HELL of a bad mood, they would enter the dining hall smelling like a pack of wild dogs. InuTaisho had officially given up on asking if they had found her once his newest son, Senshi, had been born. The great dog demon of the west planned to make his newest half-breed son a strong, as the name clearly put it, warrior. Though... his name of being a warrior didn't serve him justice in the slightest. Considering he was such a timid, shy, gentle, and nervous child; it made him very easy pickings for the full demons that hated his half-human nature in such a noble line of blood.
One day, he walked out of the protective eye of any of his brothers or father. As usual, his mother didn't give a DAMN about this child and found it plausible that she shouldn't have to be raising Senshi in the slightest. This only gave rise to the greatest problem of the century... considering the fact that he was then kidnapped by Naraku and taken back to the Celestial that was now forced to live as nothing more than a lowly prisoner in his home.
"Kagome, I brought you home a lost little puppy," Naraku's dark tone rang out, causing the pup to freeze. He didn't know as to whom this "Kagome" was, but he had heard stories from Riki that his mother held the same name. Kagome's dull orbs stared at the ground now and she was fully used to being chained up to the point that it didn't even hurt anymore. The only things that hurt were her shoulders, wrists, and pride. Kagome's maid then entered and removed her shackles before whispering softly, "You're going to need your arms... trust me..." Naraku then placed the half-breed on the ground and shoved him inside of Kagome's room.
Once her maid left and the door was locked, the angel peered up to see those pointed white puppy ears, silver hair, and golden orbs that appeared terrified. Damn InuTaisho's crazy strong genetics... she knew whose child this was without having to try too hard to take a wild guess. Frowning at how timid this poor baby was, Kagome held her arms out, "Oh, honey... come here. Riki is my son, so I am quite familiar with you cute puppies. Senshi then ran into the angel's protective arms and began to cry until she began stroking his hair and softly questioning, "What's your name, handsome?" Senshi peered up and shakily answered, "S-Senshi... or Sen..."
Snuggling up to the pup, he then had to ask, "Why don't you leave...?" Kagome then frowned at the question asked and supposed she should have expected for such questions. Smiling softly and giving his cheek a loving kiss, the angel frowned, "Well... I don't stay here by choice. Today is the first day in four years that I've had my shackles off..." Kissing his crescent moon and passing some of her celestial force to the pup, her tails were quick to coil around the poor baby. Giggling softly from her tails, he began to pet the sparkly white fur, "So pretty!" Sen was the only piece of home that she had right now, but she held no bond with the pup to claim him and make him a full demon.
At that point in her snuggly puppy fest, she hadn't even cared to remember that the mansion was filled to the brim with a poison mist. She had lived in these fumes with no problem due to her own resistance to poisons, but this baby had no such training and she knew that this brand of poison could be deadly to such an adorable little pup, considering the fact that he began to cough up blood. Gasping, she hurriedly cleansed the poison out of him and kissed his pointy ears gently, "I have to get you home, Sen so be ready to hold on tightly..." Naraku then walked in with a smirk, "I do hope that you aren't trying to escape."
"STOP IT! HE'S JUST A YOUNG PUP WHO HAS DONE NO WRONG IN THIS WORLD!" Kagome yelled once she covered the pup's ears. Giving her a deadly gleam, Naraku snarled out, "Since you will not mate me, nor will you give me a spiderling of my own, I brought this pup for US to raise." Kagome gave a frown at that while stroking this baby's hair, "I won't give you a pup-er-spiderling... guh, whatever. No, I refuse to EVER give you a pup, but this little angel is a half-breed! Your poisons will KILL him if you don't work his tolerance up! Even when Riki was a half-breed, I worked his tolerance to poison up SLOWLY." Scoffing at the obstinate angel, he lessened the poison in the mansion.
Sen peered up at the angelic lass and tapped her chest, "Kagome? I don't understand. My mother never treats me this way." Her eyes saddened at this and nodded, "Riki wasn't even allowed to call her mother. At first, I wasn't happy about watching him, but the more time we spent together, the more I truly began to love him. Then, I became his motherly figure before I turned into his actual blood related mother." - "He misses you..." - "I miss my pup too..."
For once, Kagome was let out of that damn room. She figured that she might as well listen... for now. Hearing Sen cough, she pushed more cleansing through the pup's body before snapping her head towards Naraku and shakily speaking, "M-Mate... you are going to kill him..." Hearing those words from her, he lessened up on the poison before turning towards her, "Mate, can you get our pup ready for the evening meal?" Sighing and nodding, Kagome then walked to Sen's room and opened the door before bowing and closing the door. Sen then peered up at the saddened angel and gently tapped her, "You guys are mated? Where's the mark!?"
The Celestial maiden gave a soft chuckle, "No, we aren't actually mated. I merely figured that if I played my cards right, you would be treated better." Nodding his head, Kagome shifted the pup to her hip and gave lots of cuddles that were sure to make him smile and laugh. She needed to keep his bright personality that was so much like the sun, intact, so she gave him an adorable nickname to match, "Awe, look at my precious little Sen-shine!" He had never been gifted with a nickname of adoration before and this made him beyond the point of happy, which gave rise for him to wrap his little arms around her neck and cuddle up close.
She had one dirty pup on her hands, so the first order on hand would be a BATH. Carrying the pup to the washroom, Kagome could clearly see and smell a tub filled with POISON. Hell nah. Keeping the pup on her hip, Kagome darted out as fast as she even could to nervously call out, "M-Mate? Sen's washroom!" Turning around and giving an almost nonexistent smile, he then walked back and cleared the pup's water, "Be ready soon." Nodding her head, she then walked into the room and washed the pup; only to find that ALL of the clothing was either black or dark purple, making her sigh heavily and grumble, "These are insulting..."
Dressing Sen in the ONE attire she had found that was white, Kagome then picked the pup up, "Call him father for now..." Sen nodded and smiled brightly, "Okay mommy!" That's when she froze and felt the connection. She didn't understand it at all, but at the same time, she fully understood. He was home and he would now be HER pup, "Sen, be ready to feel a change! Now split into light and shadow, let the light of humanity flee this body for the darkness of demons to consume!" Sen felt that harsh pulse throughout his body and Kagome watched as he ended up looking exactly like Riki.
Kissing his cheek, she then chuckled, "I should have played with your puppy ears a bit before I turned you into a pure Demon." Sen's mouth then dropped wide open as Kagome gave his elvish ears a gentle tug, "REALLY!? YOU MEAN IT!?" Kagome could clearly remember when Riki had become this excited over becoming a full demon, but chuckled softly, "Your... father... will teach you about your inner beast, but first I will teach you inner beast language and customs." Nodding his head as they walked, the angel explained, "At first, an inner beast will act NOTHING like its host. More often times than not, an inner beast will try to give some sort of test to try and intimidate you."
Passing far more of her celestial force into the pup, she then leaned back and nuzzled her nose to his, "The two of you must find level ground so that you can work together perfectly. The longer that your inner beast is with you, the more it becomes a mirror image of your very own personality. Some demons don't like the idea of someone who is THAT much like them even speaking to them, so many arguments are bound to take place if you and your inner beast don't mix." Sen then gave a happy laugh, "I think my inner beast and I will be the best of friends!" Slowly coming to a stop outside of the dining hall, she heard arguing, "Oh sheesh, inner beast fight incoming."
Walking in the dining hall, the pup witnessed Naraku arguing with absolutely NO ONE, making him whisper softly, "Is he arguing with his inner beast...?" Kagome nodded and cleared her throat to quiet the inner beast and the host before she sat Sen on the ground. Giving his back a gentle push, she then chuckled, "Be respectful to your father, Sen." Nodding his head and stumbling forward, Naraku then picked him, "Don't you look quite handsome in white. I will be sure to get you more attire in white." Nodding his head, Sen then smiled brightly, "That sounds great father! Don't you sense it!? I'm a full demon now!" Naraku then peered at the angel, who merely shrugged and sat down.
A whole lesson went on that night during the evening meal and the pup was more than happy to listen to the explanations over such a newly awakened power that he knew nothing about. Kagome watched as to how full of life this pup was, but also noticed that Naraku didn't give a DAMN if he was called a pup or not as he continued to speak to such a bright individual that almost seemed as if he were the sun itself.
After that night, Sen was put into training with his mother and "father" to learn everything that there was to know. She had received Sen when he was roughly four years old, but now... after twelve years... she looked at the handsome pup that now acted as cold as Naraku. Sighing softly, she whistled to the sixteen year old, "SEN-SHINE! COME HERE PLEASE!" Darting to his mother without a shirt on, he bowed to her while panting heavily from training, "Yes mother?" Lifting his head, she then used her attire to wipe his sweat off before handing him a drink, "You'll never improve if you don't rest your body, my darling pup."
Watching his eyes narrow dangerously at her for calling him "darling" had her huffing. She was about damn ready to kick his ass if he didn't knock it off. Slapping him upside the head with eyes filled with tears, "WHY!? WHY DID HE HAVE TO CHANGE YOU!?" She wasn't allowed to take true form to run away, but she was forced to wear ALL of those INFURIATING kimonos that she absolutely DETESTED. She'd rather run naked, plain and simple. Shredding her kimono off of her, her son's face instantly drained of all color before darting, grabbing his top, and placing it over her shoulders, "That's the twentieth kimono you have killed this month. Oh, mother! I found something that used to be yours!"
Lifting her brow at the statement, he then held up her single workout attire and sparkly white belt with all of her weapons with a twinkling wink; only for him to whisper, "I haven't changed at all mommy... it's just a tough face I put up just in case father should be watching." Well THAT made sense. Putting her gear on, Kagome then grasped her blade, "BE ON YOUR GUARD!" Flipping away and picking up his blade, both were about to begin until hearing Naraku yell furiously, "DAMMIT ALL TO HELL!" Lifting her brow, she then pulled her son's shirt over all of her gear and attire before she walking inside of the study, "Hm? Darling, what's wrong?"
Naraku opened his eyes to see his son's shirt on her body, only for him to sweat drop, "You killed another kimono...?" Kagome merely snickered at that before huffing, "If you know that I do not like them, then stop wasting your money on them! Now, what happens to be the matter?" Grumbling, he then sat down, "All of the lords, mate's, and pup's are being summoned to the west. Bare with a kimono for that one night and keep your eyes closed please." Okay, that was frustrating, so she voiced it, "UGH, do you understand that it IS InuTaisho, correct!? He NEVER forgets a scent." Turning away and walking out, she then called her son, "SEN-SHINE!"
Appearing in front of his mother and bowing, Sen stood up so that the angelic mother had to tilt her head up to look at him, "We are being summoned to the west. Go and bathe, we probably have to leave soon." Nodding his head, he then turned and a spell was casted on him by the angel to make all of his markings vanish, turn his hair black, and make his eyes that sparkling sky blue coloration that he loved. In all honesty, she was tempted to make the spell over his eyes permanent, so she did the most logical thing; she asked, "Sen?" Turning towards her while blinking rapidly, she had to admit that he was such a pretty boy, "Sen, I can make your eyes permanently blue like mine. It's your-" - "YES!"
Well then, that was easier than she'd expected. Focusing her fingers at his eyes, she then snapped them and he felt the sudden change, "THIS IS GOING TO BE AWESOME! YOU HAVE THE MOST PRETTY EYES! EVEN MY INNER BEAST IS HAPPY!" Laughing at such a comment, she then shooed him off and she went to place one of those dreadful kimonos on her... with her workout attire and belt beneath... before making her eyes golden and hiding her tails, wings, and scent.
On the road now, she looked at Naraku before sighing, "Names...?" She hadn't hid Sen's scent because she was hoping to be found. One issue with that though, maturity. It would be somewhat familiar, but not to the extent of "oh I remember you" - "Kikyo and Setsuna," he answered after a short lived hum. It was so annoying to not be called by her true name, but whatever man. Looking up, the angel noticed as to how close they were to the castle. Concealing the tone of her voice, Kagome coughed slightly, considering that spells on the vocal cords agitated them slightly. However, it wasn't as agitating as Naraku could ever be.
Walking up to the castle's double doors, all Kagome could mentally ask herself was 'Have the doors ALWAYS been this big!?' Beside InuTaisho was the mortal, who was well into her forties or fifties. Still, she hated this woman, so she mocked her after giving her respects to the lord in a different tone of voice, "Lord InuTaisho, I thank thee for sending such a generous invitation." InuTaisho looked far too puzzled right now before lazily glancing at Naraku, "Well, would you look at that! You got mated!" - 'Not exactly...' Was all the angel could think at this point in time as Naraku introduced both, "This is my mate, Kikyo and this is my son, Setsuna."
Internally smirking, she was about to go to bow to Izayoi until jumping, "A mortal? Ah, she must be a whore that is merely keeping you company." InuTaisho had already WARNED Izayoi that this would happen, but here she was whining about being called a whore and not the lady of the west, but Kagome looked at her son and smiled, "Come, you must-" - 'HIS TAILS ARE OUT!' Looking down, he then rapidly blinked as she hugged him and made his tails vanish, "Ah, pardon me, Setsuna! Witnessing a MORTAL put me under a great deal of stress! As I was saying, you must be so excited to meet others! Escort your mother while your father speaks."
Escorting his mother, he then snickered softly, "How much longer can you last in that thing?" Kagome then grumbled softly, "I'm about ready to kill it..." Barking a laugh as he escorted her around the place that was once called home for the both of them, but Kagome almost cried when she bumped into Sesshomaru and Ikari. She began to look everywhere until hearing an angered growl. Bowing, she asked for them to forgive her rudeness. Well... she figured out VERY quick as to WHY they were so pissed off in the first place. A half-breed girl that was wearing HER workout attire whined pathetically, as if doing such a thing would make them change their answer.
Hime, the extremely spoiled, self-centered, obnoxious, indecent, and a thief of Kagome's things. Well, in the book of the twins, there were many more names that this girl could be called. Stepping in front of the twins, her eyes narrowed, "My, what a poorly dressed half-breed. It would be WISE to not anger the heirs." In Sesshomaru and Ikari's eyes, this woman was a damn SAVIOR. Hime instantly skidded to a stop and growled, "YOU BITCH! MOVE AWAY FROM MY BROTHERS!" Kagome lifted her brow at this, "Even I can tell that you three are not fully related. Obviously the twin lords are fully related, but you are only half. Now go and make yourself presentable before you further shame your family!"
To be honest... she wanted to look just as indecent, but, she was not a bodyguard who could ACTUALLY get away with such nonsense. Sen was trying his hardest to not laugh, but boy did he give in, "M-MOTHER, YOU CONSTANTLY LOOK JUST LIKE THAT!" Fanning her hand to her child, the twins then watched the son walk up and what they witnessed and heard... they would never forget, "Go say hi to your brothers, Sen!" Pushing the twins and Sen into a random room, Kagome temporarily dropped her disguise; only to end up coughing and clearing her throat multiple times to make her voice normal once more, "Sheesh, that spell hurts my throat so much!"
Sesshomaru and Ikari were quick to tackle Kagome to the ground, "NOT THIS TIME! YOU CAN'T LEAVE AGAIN!" Snapping her fingers, her disguise was thrown back into play and she coughed a few times before speaking sadly, "Please... don't tell... I refuse to come back while Izayoi is still here. Sesshomaru, can you take Sen to his brother, Riki?" Nodding his head, Kagome took Ikari's arm and the two exited the room to walk around while speaking extremely softly, "We've been looking for you for twenty years." Kagome chuckled softly, "I see... you'll never find me though. Naraku placed up a smoke screen of poison to delude the sense of smell and there are cherry blossoms surrounding the estate."
That small hint basically gave away where she was and she knew that, but she gave his arm a tender squeeze, "Don't... it's not all that bad, other than the fact that he makes me wear those girly kimonos everyday." Now that amused the fuck out of Ikari, considering he snickered playfully, "Goodness, how do you survive wearing so much!?" That made Kagome chuckle and nudge his side, "They came up with the nickname "kimono killer", because I always end up so pissed off that I have to even wear the damn thing, that the poor things get ripped... literally... off of my body." That made the younger twin place his head together as if praying, "Poor things never even stood a chance."
Naraku hadn't heard a word they had been talking about when he arrived and held his hand out to her, "Kikyo, mate, you must be pestering the poor boy. Come." Ikari then chuckled and placed a hand over hers, "I find lady Kikyo quite entertaining! Fret not, I will remain diligent so that she is not harmed!" Even for a well seasoned dog demon... it was hard as hell to tell if Ikari was telling one the truth, or, lying straight to their faces.
"Young lord, you probably wish to mingle with all of the other pups. I can tend to my own mate," that dark tone spilled out, only to make Ikari shift his eyes to where her mating mark SHOULD be. 'Ikari... no, no, no! Don't say what I think you are going to say!' Kagome's panicked internal voice spoke out in her mind. However, she didn't even know that this was a meeting to see if anyone had even located her in the first place. The second born twin merely smiled, "I'm just escorting her to all of the other female mates. You worry far too much! I wish to escort her, so, escort her I shall." All Naraku could do was nod at that given comment and motion for him to continue.
As they walked slowly, they realized that they were far enough away for Ikari to give a gentle frown, "It's not only us that look for you." Shifting her head upwards to glance at his far too handsome face, Kagome gave a questioning gaze before releasing a far too classical, "Huh?" Peering down at her, he then frowned deeply, "Father has had everyone relentlessly trying to pinpoint your location. That's what these meetings are always held for. For twenty years, he has acted like he is completely fine, doesn't care, and is living a "harmonious" life with his new mate; but this is far from the truth. You are always on his mind, so my guess is that he made you his guard to constantly have you around."
Chuckling as he reached the other mates that were gossiping and sipping on tea, Ikari then smiled softly, "Just give it some thought, alright?" Nodding her head to not give away as to what they had been talking about, Ikari then bowed respectfully to the rest of the women, "Enjoy ladies!" Almost immediately, she heard everyone questioning as to which twin that actually was, making his brow twitch slightly until Kagome smiled tenderly at him, "Thank you for everything that you have done for me, lord Ikari. I also appreciate you escorting me." Smiling, he then waved as he turned around and began to walk away.
Now that Ikari was gone, she wished he would have never left due to the gossip that was hot today... was her. The hawk demoness squawked out in a furious tone, "It's ALWAYS about lady KAGOME! Why doesn't she just DIE!?" The lizard demoness was upset, but darkly chuckled out, "Who knows, maybe she's already dead!" These comments only continued until she was involved, "What are your thoughts over lady Kagome? We are getting our frustrations out, so you might as well do the same!" Peering up with those golden orbs, she then hummed, "Lady Kagome, huh? Well, I'm not sure. Maybe she had a good reason for doing this and that same reason could very well be completely justified."
She hadn't even known Hinami was in there until she stood up, "SHE DID HAVE A VERY GOOD REASON! MY FATHER'S CLAIMS OF LOVE TOWARDS HER PUT HER IN SUCH A PAINFUL POSITION! AFTER SHE WAS MADE THAT BASTARD'S BODYGUARD, HE TREATED HER TERRIBLY! HE MADE HER TAKE THE PURITY OF SO MANY WOMEN, EVEN WHEN SHE VOICED THAT SHE HAD NO DESIRE TO DO SUCH A THING!" Hinami ranted to the max at this point, but collapsed and began to cry, "I-I MISS HER SO MUCH!" This was very sensitive and all bowed their heads towards the heiress, "Forgive us, lady Hinami!" Kagome wasn't even paying attention anymore, considering she was far too distracted by everyone's thoughts.
A bit before Hinami could be the cause of his eardrums rupturing, InuTaisho folded his arms, "So, has there been any news or sightings?" All answers were the same as always, no one knew, no one even considered to look, and no one even cared any longer. However, he finally gained a lead by Naraku, "I heard someone claiming to see a heavenly maiden in the south." That's when Hinami's shouting just about had him passing out, but he quickly shook it off as Ikari emerged with one HELL of a devilish smirk, "I do have to wonder, lord Naraku... what will your mate think of your thoughts?"
No one understood where Ikari was trying to go with this, making him internally groan; only to hear Kagome giggling at such a sound made, "DAMMIT KAGOME, IT'S NOT FUNNY!" Poke the bear with the stick for the win. FINALLY! She could rip this dreadful multi-layered kimono off... okay no, she gave it to Hinami and spared its life. Dropping her disguise, she first made sure that all who dared to bad mouth her left the west adorning a "lovely" deep bruise.
Walking out while cracking her knuckles harshly and definitely just about ready to kill a kimono right now, only had Ikari chuckling as he watched at how this was bound to unfold. Bare feet pressed off the ground to launch the angel forward at such an alarming speed that it terrified most people. Once she appeared in front of Naraku, another delightful gift in the form of a bruise was given before she snapped her head towards InuTaisho with furious orbs. Vanishing, Kagome appeared in front of him and he began to lazily throw fast paced punches that she dodged with her eyes closed. Hearing an opening, the angel grasped his shoulders before split jumping so that her feet hurled his arms wide open.
Using that gained momentum, the maiden's tails appeared as she flipped over him and swept her foot harshly to trip him. Her tails instantly shot out to take hold of him... but her arms were no damn different, considering the fact that she caught him. Ikari then scoffed, "What a let down! I thought you were going to kick his ass!" Kagome began to blink rapidly at this, "Oh, should I be?" The younger twin tossed his arms up in the air, "THAT'S WHY I TOLD YOU EVERYTHING!" - "Okie!" Kagome chirped before ramming her elbow into the western ruler's face to slam him against the ground, but forgot about her tails and squeaked once she was yanked on top of him, "CONTROL YOURSELVES!"
With the angel now sitting up, Hime then walked out to see as to what was transpiring; only to yell, "WHY DOES SHE HAVE ONE OF MY OUTFITS!?" Kagome's tails released the great dog demon and growled as she walked forward, "You see me beating the ever living shit out of your father and instead of rushing to aid him, you ask about my CLOTHING!? ALL OF THE CLOTHING YOU WEAR ARE MINE, SO I WILL BE HAVING THEM BACK!" Hime then smirked, "Oh, someone wants to appear indecent." Everyone took in a sharp breath over the comment, considering the fact that they all knew that she could wear whatever in the hell she wanted and get away with it too.
Most people found her training gear quite effective and allowed their bodyguards to wear whatever in the hell they wished to wear. Kagome chuckled now as she walked forward, "Sure, call it that if you wish. However... you floozie... I merely wear all of that gear as a means to freely move as I fight." Hearing Hime scoff and dig her grave even deeper was the worst possible thing she could have possibly done, "A HUMAN... that can fight? Don't make me laugh!" Okay, apparently she couldn't see the twin tails or the angel wings... both which sparkled and shimmered.
That's when she gained encouragement from the floozie, "Little mortal wishes to be strong. How cute." A fist rushed at her so fast that no one even saw it happening as Kagome heaved furiously, "GOD, YOU'RE JUST AS OBNOXIOUS AS YOUR BITCH OF A MOTHER! I CAN'T DISCRIMINATE AGAINST YOUR RACE, BUT FUCK, I CAN HATE YOU FOR WHO YOU ARE ALL I WANT TO!" Everyone needed to either evacuate the premises, or, they needed someone to calm her raging ongoing storm. With Shinto pushed forward, Kagome snapped around and almost instantly, her sky blue orbs began to sparkle brilliantly, "SHINTO!"
Everyone released a breath that they had been holding in for the longest time, considering the angel was now snuggled up to the white tiger, her tails wrapped around him, and her wings hugged him as well. Just as she began petting his adorable white tiger ears as he purred against her touch, a pair of feet were heard rushing in their direction before skidding to a stop, "M-Mommy!" Popping her head up, her tails and wings released the pretty kitten before jumping down to see her son, "R-RIKI!" Riki darted forward and picked his mother up to twirl her around happily. Kagome could barely grasp at how old her son appeared... by no means was he anywhere near fully matured, but it was difficult for her to even see.
Snuggling up to her pup, Kagome then peered up at his handsome face to begin doting to the max, "GUH! YOU AND YOUR BROTHERS MUST BE ATTRACTING ALL OF THE LADIES!" Hearing her pup grumble over this peaked her interest, well, until he then spat out angrily, "You don't have to tell me that. Hime has tried sleeping with Sesshomaru, Ikari, Inuyasha, and myself! Sen was lucky that he never woke up with a bitch putting her nose where it does not belong!"
Kagome's face almost instantly drained of any and all color over the comment made, only to ask nervously, "R-Riki, my pup, what do you mean by that?" Riki then peered at Hime and the current embarrassing and indecent position she was in before folding his arms and growling out, "Each time we go to sleep, she SUCKED us like a local whore! We only figured it out because she began running her mouth to anyone that would listen! She told the concubines, the concubines told Jaken, and he told all of us!" The angelic mother became mortified at that comment before Riki continued, "Hinami never did this, so it confused the hell out of us! When we asked her, she threw it in our faces that she had!"
Gaining a gentle smile and stroking her pup's long hair, she threw a tease in, "Hey Riki, Sen doesn't like to be called darling." She watched his eyes engulf with playfulness, but first she had to ask, "How are you and your inner beast getting along?" Nodding his head and smiling, he gave the thumbs up, "We get along perfectly!" That made Kagome laugh due to the fact that out of the twins, Ikari got along with his... while Sesshomaru couldn't even be cordial to his. In her family, Riki got along with his... while Sen and his inner beast couldn't ever stop bickering.
Hearing Sen's flustered tone, Kagome walked towards her son that no longer held concealment magic, "Sen, baby, what's wr-" Riki could already tell that his mother's fury had just gone from a one, to I'm completely pissed off. Darting forward, Riki yanked his mother's attire off of his sister while yelling, "IT WOULD HAVE BEEN SO MUCH WORSE IF MOMMY WOULD HAVE DONE IT! JAKEN!" Jaken walked out and his mouth dropped wide open, "L-LADY KAGOME!?" The angel gave him one of those teasing expressions before she spoke, "I would like to have all of my attire returned to me." Bowing respectfully, he then nodded, "Right away, lady Kagome!"
Okay, she didn't discriminate against Izayoi, she just full blown hated this woman now. Frowning at the humiliated half-breed lass, Kagome couldn't blame her lack of manners on her. This was all her mother's fault and she would take responsibility this time around. Glancing at Riki and gently patting his cheek, she then sighed and spoke softly, "Pup, give your sister your kimono so that she is not further disgracing this noble family."
The elder of her sons slightly gagged at this, but did as instructed before huffing, "Man, now I'll NEVER get that kimono back! Hey, wait, I thought Sen's eyes were golden!" Sen chuckled at that one as he fixed his attire, "I love mother's eyes. So, when she asked me if I wanted the spell over my eyes to be permanent, I said yes." Riki laughed at that before humming softly, "If we are being completely honest, I wish I had her eyes too. It's funny though, take our eyes out of the equation and we look EXACTLY the same!" By the time the brothers looked back, their mother was gone and both boys sighed softly.
Kagome walked to her room to see that all of her attire had been returned, making her gently shake her head before stepping out from her back door and walk into the gardens to sit down. Frowning and lowering her head slightly, the angel took in a shaky breath as her tears fell to her lap. Hearing feet nearing her, she already knew who it was, considering the fact that he placed his kimono over her shoulders, "Kagome, what's wrong?" Dummy ruler of the west to the rescue. Kagome shook her head and shakily spoke out in such a "convincing" tone, "I-It's nothing, InuTaisho."
Izayoi then looked down from the balcony of her room to see her rather young appearing man with the rather young appearing angel. It was completely infuriating as to how the Celestial maiden CONTINUED to get in her way... even if she wasn't attempting to do so to begin with. Grabbing a piece of parchment, Izayoi then wrote down a dire situation from the angel's own parents and they needed her assistance. Not knowing how this would work out, the mortal lass then wrote down a separate documentation from the newly founded demon slayers village before SOMEHOW forging both signatures.
Walking down to the gardens with both documents in hand, her eye twitched the moment she witnessed InuTaisho leaning his face close to the angel's. Slightly clearing her throat, Izayoi's slightly elder tone rand out, "Kagome, your parents are asking for your assistance!" Kagome then sighed as she stood and walked to the mortal, "They haven't cared about my wellbeing before, so why begin now? Oh well... I suppose I won't know unless I go." InuTaisho was about to protest, but Kagome could only give a tender and gentle smile at him, "Don't worry, I'll be having Jaken accompany me."
The ruler of the western domains went on an arguing fest right then and there, but quieted down the moment Izayoi spoke something rather odd, "Also, the village of the slayers is asking for your presence at the earliest date once you are done." Kagome gained a rather puzzled expression over this and began to blink rapidly, "The... village of the... slayers? What in the hell is that?" Jaken then walked out with a smile, "Are you ready to go lady Kagome?" Nodding her head, Kagome darted out of the castle walls before taking her true form with Jaken on top. With that she told the imp to hold on in the language of 'bark, bark; woof, woof' and bolted towards her lesser home that held her dislikable parents.
