Story Start!

Ruby was okay.

She survived and was currently on the second week of her treatment to get rid of her scars and stabilize her body. She was blushing though as she opened her shirt up so that Naruto could shove his finger inside of her heart, which meant that his hand was pushing up against her boob to make that work.

'This is kind of embarassing... and it hurts... and feels weird.'

"Man, that has got to feel weird." Yang tried to lighten the mood, since this was happening in their room. She was used to seeing Ruby's boobs since they shared a room with each other at their home, but she watched as her sister was pierced through the chest, but wasn't screaming in pain. It was like she barely noticed the finger piercing her boob to get to her heart. "So... when can Ruby start turning into a wolf... you mentioned she can turn into a wolf whenever she wants?" Yang was kind of interested in seeing that.

"That's right! When can I do that?!"

Ruby wanted to transform into a wolf already.

"I mean, you can already do it, but don't try it now. I'll show you how to take your animal form later if you want. Or I can do this-" Naruto stated as he shoved his finger deeper into Ruby and touched beyond her heart. Naruto pulled his finger out of Ruby, and her body glowed with the same colors as the moon. Everyone watched with interest as her body seemed to quickly change into a 4 legged form.

The light died down.

Ruby was not a big wolf, she was on the small side due to her wolf form reflecting the fact she wasn't done physically maturing yet. Her wolf body slipped out of her clothes rather easily and walked around the room in a clumsy way, since she wasn't quite used to walking around on all 4 likes an animal.

"So cute..."

Blake didn't say that, Yang and Weiss were looking at how cute Ruby was, but Blake had jumped to the top of her bed and looked down at Ruby with distrustful and scared eyes. Naruto gave her a raised eyebrow as Ruby hopped onto her own bed, and jumped off of it.

"She doesn't look very lethal to me." Weiss noted as she gestured to how small Ruby was, even when compared to a regular wolf. "Actually, she looks kind of weak-" Weiss accidentally got headbutt by Ruby as she was jumping around. Weiss was knocked across the room by the rough playing.

"HOLY CRAP!?" Yang jumped into a standing position when Weiss got knocked a good 20 feet away by such a small animal. She had seen trained warrior animals before, but she had not expected that.

Naruto raised an eyebrow.

"Ruby's body is enhanced by demon blood now, and she retains her enhanced strength in wolf form. She doesn't pack as much weight as before, but she's going to be a lot faster. She might still be able to use her Semblence." Naruto took out a plastic baggy with a bloody steak in it. Ruby stopped jumping around the room, and in a shower of rose petals she appeared in front of Naruto, wagging her tail and salivating over the food. Naruto took the steak out of the bag, before he allowed her to sniff it.

Naruto dropped it in his shadow, and the steak vanished.

Ruby looked at him with pitiful eyes.

'JERK!'

"I transported the steak to another location on Beacon, find it and it's yours. It was for your training anyway. Sniff it out and get to it before anyone else does." Naruto stated to her, and he opened the window. There was no hesitation as Ruby jumped out of the window and turned into a burst of rose petals, going faster than ever before to try and sniff out the steak. Naruto closed the window when she left, before he looked towards Yang. "Yang, I need you to understand that Ruby isn't human anymore. Do you understand it?" Naruto asked Yang seriously.

Yang tilted her head in confusion.

"She seems like my sister to me."

"That is because you and she do still share blood, she recognizes you as family. She recognizes Weiss as her partner because they were partners before she turned, and she sees Blake as your partner. She has a bond with everyone in this room, but she's a lycan now... humans are her prey. Bloody beef and pork will curb her craving, but she's a demon now... she's a full blooded demon." Naruto explained very accurately and carefully.

"She's still my sister, and I'll protect her, and stop her from eating people. I'm sure I can keep her fed with those gross steaks." Yang stood up and started to get a little confrontational with Naruto. Naruto raised both of his hands up.

"I'm not saying she's evil or you have to kill her, I just want you to understand her new biology. Ruby can't touch silver anymore, and pure iron will burn her. Humans are her prey, so make sure she doesn't get too emotional and angry because of a human. She isn't force to transform during the full moon, but she will experience a great bloodlust and desire to feed. If Ruby feeds even once-"

"I'm not killing my sister!" Yang could see what Naruto was getting to.

"I think you're not getting what I mean. You don't have to kill her if she feeds, you just need to make sure to comfort her. Ruby has a demon body, but she has a human heart. If her new demon instincts make her do something bad, be there for her and comfort her... be there for her." Naruto spoke to Yang, who calmed down and looked at Naruto in a new light. She seemed surprised that he wasn't telling her what she expected to hear. "It's my fault that Ruby is a lycan now, I'll take responsbility for everything she does."

Yang rushed forward and grabbed Naruto's hands.

"No! You're not responsible, you saved her from being a monster! I'm sorry for thinking you were telling me to kill her!" Yang hugged Naruto from where he was sitting. Naruto's face was between her boobs, so he just pushed her off of him gently with red cheeks.

She had some nice tits on her.

"So, can she not eat chocolate now?"

"She can eat everything a human can eat... too much salt will upset her stomach a little. Eating humans will make her stronger, so you need to make sure she avoids it. If she becomes too strong, you won't be able to stop her from eating. That was all I was going to say... there is a limit to how strong she will get though."

"Oh..." Yang realized what Naruto was getting to. He was just giving her a warning that if she didn't control Ruby, that Ruby would become something she couldn't control. "Have you... ever eaten a human?" Yang asked without thinking. Her question put everyone on edge for a moment, and Weiss looked at Naruto with alarmed eyes.

Naruto thought about if he should answer that.

"This is as good a time as any... I was stranded near Atlas, and some grimm killed some soldiers. I was starving, but my mission required me to eat... I didn't kill them for the purpose of eating them. But I have eaten a human when I had nothing else to eat." Naruto told most of the truth with that statement.

Blake actually calmed down by the explanation, since she could understood what was done for survival and didn't judge him for it. His need to eat to complete his mission, and the lack of anything else around allowed for her to see the bigger picture. If the soldier was already dead, then it would make sense that Naruto would eat him rather than die of starvation.

"What were you doing near Atlas?" Weiss asked that, and as much as she didn't like the answer, she could at least understand why he did it.

Everyone in the room understood that Naruto had no choice in the matter.

"I was investigating, scouting the area. There are evil souls in Atlas, and it was only a matter of time before a demon turned one of them. Weiss, your father..."

Weiss seemed uncomfortable with THAT more than she seemed uncomfortable about eating humans. She rubbed her arms and turned away from everyone.

"He went missing months ago now... nobody knew where he went, but we figured he was dead. Meeting you made me think... did my Father become a demon?" Weiss asked Naruto for full clarification. She had the suspicion, but she wanted to make sure she was correct before she mourned. As much as she hated her father, he was still her father, the man that raised her. Her feelings were conflicted.

Blake had different thoughts on the matter.

"Yes."

"... of course he was." Weiss spoke bitterly. Tears gathered at the edges of her eyes, but she wiped them away. "You chased him... my father was turned into First, and you chased him all the way to us... he came to that forest looking for me..." Weiss started to put two and two together.

Her father became a demon and wanted to eat her, so he chased her down to the Emerald Forest, and Naruto was chasing him. That was why they met Naruto, because her father as a demon was locked onto her. Now demons were all over Beacon and Vale, because of her father becoming a demon and chasing her down. It was her fault for being in Vale, that Vale had become a hot bed for demon activity.

"I'm sorry Weiss."

"Don't be... I have no doubts my Father... he walked into this himself." Weiss gripped her arm tightly.

There was a whining noise and scatches on the door.

Ruby was back with the steak, so Yang walked over and opened up the door. Yang flinched a little when she saw Ruby's wolf face was covered in blood from the steak, but she wagged her tail happily and got back into the room. She walked up to Naruto and passed the steak back to him, wagging her tail even more happily. Naruto dropped the steak back into his shadow, and sent it somewhere else.

"Fetch."

Ruby barked and ran out of the room to go and find the steak again, and that lightened up the mood a lot. Weiss couldn't help her snort of amusement, while Yang sighed and watched her sister leave.

"Yeah... she's a demon now, but she's still my sister. I'm going to protect her-"

"By the way, Ruby will live for hundreds of years. If she isn't killed, she will live many human life times."

Jaws dropped.

"What?" Naruto asked with a raised eyebrow. Everyone was just looking at Naruto in shock over his words. "Lycans don't easily die of old age, and there are many demons that don't die of old age at all. Usually when they reach about 700 they start to get weaker, and are killed by other lycans who want to become pack leader." Naruto explained the pack mentality that killed the leaders of a pack.

The seed was planted.

Yang, the most vain of the bunch, seemed to have the stray thought in her head now. She reached up and stroked her own hair in thought. It was a stray thought, but Naruto could reach it like a book.

Will I be beautiful forever if I become a demon?

The seed was planted inside of Yang, and the more Yang interacted with the now demon and happy Ruby, the more that thought would grow inside of her. Yang didn't understand it, but Ruby had changed. Her happy personality was the same, but the girl was fundamentally changed on the inside now.

'How long do halfs live?' Blake thought as she looked at Naruto, an unsettling feeling in her gut. She wanted to ask Naruto out on a date, since she had been having a lot of fun with him. But if he lived so much longer than her, he might say no just so that he didn't fall in love with her. Her mind came up with countless reasons why Naruto might say no to her for a date suggestion. She had been having fun talking to him, and she didn't want to ruin that by making things awkward between them.

Naruto and Blake made eye contact.

"By the way, it's unknown just how long halfs live." Naruto answered that unspoken question he saw in Blake's eyes.

Blake smiled.

That was good enough for her.
