Chapter 1: Outcast of the Village and the Failure of the Uchiha

Naruto Namikaze hates his parents. For what they made him into. He kinds of remembers, once or twice they treating him like their son, instead of a weapon.

Training him until he drops. And when he does well, he just receives a nod... he is aware... he is not their son. He is just the Kyubi holder. A dog being trained to attack.

Their hugs... their love... it was always all fake.

He looked himself at the mirror, his blood red hair, coming from Kushina and his blue eyes coming from Minato. He caressed the whisker marks and smiled... there are from Kurama.

He was supposed to enter the academy and graduate that same year. He knows his sister is jealous of him, but also pities him.

That's better that the hate he receives from the villagers on daily basis.

It doesn't matter. It was time to leave with her.

Sasuke Uchiha, hates her clan. It will sound cliché, but it started when she was born as a girl. Not as a possible clan heir.

While her mom Mikoto and brother Itachi love her, her father Fugaku threatens all that if she is trained, they will be exiled.

Just thinking about that wants to make her cry. She doesn't understand why she is so hated by her own father. She isn't allowed to be a kunoichi. Under his watch, she will never be.

But... that red-haired kid... that receives hate from everyone, is her only friend. Naruto told her, that he would die for her... and she will die for him.

As she escaped the Uchiha compound, she couldn't help but to smile. The Jinchuriki and the Failure... it also seems to be destined to be.

She is wearing a blue top, white shorts and a bag of few belongings. She met Naruto close to the gates of the village, in one of his hiding spots.

"Took ya long enough." Naruto teased and Sasuke sighed.

"I was worried Aniki would have waked up and take me back."

Naruto nodded. He was wearing a black shirt, and black cargo pants, green goggles on his forehead. A gift of Sasuke. "Makes sense. You activated your seal?"

Sasuke nodded "I did. Are you sure this will make us untraceable?"

Naruto grinned and nodded "Of course. Trust the quality seal of an Uzumaki!"

Sasuke smiled "I do, Master of all Seals, Uzumaki-Sama, I was just checking."

With the seals on, they managed to escape the village. They were about to enter the forest when, Itachi and Shisui appeared in front of them. "Hey Itachi, it seems little hokage is taking your sister out." Shisui joked and Naruto gulped and Sasuke froze... they just made it out... and they are going back in again!?

Itachi starred at Naruto, sharingan flaring "Did you train her?" He simply asked.

"A-Aniki he-"

"What if I did." Naruto was slightly shaking but matched his stare.

Itachi nodded "If you leave... you two will be hunted and captured alive. Sasuke; you will be exiled of the clan. Naruto; you will be locked and only used in times of war." Both kids looked scared "Knowing this; will you continue this path?"

Both kids shared a look, steeled their eyes and nodded. Itachi smiled and hugged for the first time in years his little sister "Good luck then. Once things change; I'll come back to have our family."

Sasuke hugged her aniki "I'll be waiting then."

Itachi then turned to Naruto "Take care of her for me."

Naruto nodded with a grin "I will."

Shisui wiped a fake tear from his eye "Ahh... young love is beautiful. Anyway, look for Zabuza Momochi at the ruins of Uzugakure. I can't wait to see you how will you grow up."

As the kids went into the forest and the Uchihas into the village Itachi was smiling while crying. He wiped his eyes "I think it is obvious that this never happened."

Shisui smiled at him "I don't know what you are talking about."

*Next Day*

Minato was distraught, as Jiraya was looking at him with disappointment "Why?"

"Sensei... I..."

Jiraya sighed "Minato... why did you listen to them?"

Minato grabbed his head "It was this or Danzo. The council-"

"Screw the council!" Jiraya screamed and Minato didn't dare to look at him to the eyes. "You didn't treat him like your son! You treated him like an object! A weapon!"

"Sensei..."

Jiraya looked at him and shook his head as he walked to the door "I'm disappointed in you..."

Fugaku was seething "How dare that girl leave!? After all I did for her!? Giving her a home, food, taking care of her... is this how she pays me!?"

Itachi frowned at his father's words. He didn't answer, one day... he will change the Uchiha's way, and bring Sasuke back.

Kushina was looking at the few photos of her and Naruto. Four in total. Naruto... everytime they train, he looked so unhappy, and even when he looked happy... it looked so forced and strained.

"Mom... he really left?" Kushina looked at Aiko. If Naruto took after her, Aiko after Minato. Blonde and blue eyes, with spikey hair.

Kushina gulped and nodded "He did..."

Aiko didn't said anything. She just hugged her and let Kushina cry.

One day, she will bring him back.

*Weeks Later, Uzugakure*

It was raining like if there was no tomorrow. Both, Sasuke and Naruto were inside a house as they planned their next move.

"When will that Zabuza guy show up?" Naruto asked and Sasuke shrugged.

"It is hard to tell. Maybe they invented it just to get us lost."

Naruto hated to admit, that there was a chance. Maybe what happened with Itachi and Shisui was just an act. Luckily the door opened and inside came a tall man, not wearing any clothes to cover his top, bandages on his face and on his back a gigantic sword.

He glared at them "Naruto and Sasuke, I guess."

They nodded nervously and he nodded "Name's Zabuza. I owe your brother a favor that's why you will travel with us."

Sasuke blinked "Us?"

Zabuza nodded "Haku is outside of the village in our camp. Now shut it and follow me."

That day, Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha, started their training as mercenaries. And the next time they will enter in Konoha, will be 5 years later.

When they are captured by Konoha-nin.
