Gosh, it's been so long since I have updated this. However, I have finished a couple of my other fanfictions and now I have moved on to finishing this one. I'll admit that the updating will be slow. As even though I graduated from university this year, I was one of the lucky ones that received a graduate job offer despite the whole Covid situation.
This means I am full-time working and part-time studying to begin an Accountant. So I'm super busy but determined to complete this story. Please stick with me!

Chapter 3
The next day Bella woke up exhausted as if she had never slept, to begin with. Amais' warning ringing in her mind, like a song you could not get out of your head. Teivel? What the hell is that? Or who?
As she got ready for school, Edward left to get his car keeping with the human pretense of those who knew nothing of the supernatural. By the time she had eaten breakfast, the silver Volvo was parked outside. Saying goodbye, she grabbed her keys and left.
"Ready, love?" Edward asked as he held open the door.
"Yep," the brunette said looking back at the house again. Something just felt odd. It felt like something was watching her, but that was not possible. Edward would know if anyone was nearby.
The couple pulled up in front of the school fifteen minutes before the bell will ring and got out. The vampire then slung his arm over her shoulder and led her in. As they walked through the threshold a man in his early thirties walked in front of them. He had olive-colored skin, red hair, and bright green eyes that glinted at her. She watched as he left the building and strolled towards a pearl white BMW. Then the school doors closed and he was out of sight, but he continued to linger in Bella's mind.
His appearance was so exotic that she knew she would have known of someone that had moved to Forks through the super network that was Jessica. However, she had heard nothing about a person with such features. The logical part of her asks that maybe he really had just arrived and gone to the school to register a child or apply for a job. The suspicious side of her thought back to the warning she received in her dream. Was he Teivel?
Classes went by as usual and her only lesson with Edward was biology, but she did have Angela most of the day. She was a sweet girl, a kind sky girl that was brilliant in her own way. If only she could see it. In her other life, Bella and Angela had been much closer after Bella had gotten over her depression after Edward has left.
"I have no idea what I should do after graduating," Angela sighed. "Maybe I'll get a job."
"Washington," Bella said suddenly causing the shy girl to look at her questioningly. Clearing her throat, Bella clarified "You should apply to Washington University."
"Really, but I don't think I'd get in and what would I study - definitely not science I've never..." Angela rambled on.
"You should do psychology. You're good with people, and I bet you will get in. I know it."
Grinning from ear to ear, Angela thanked her and went to meet Ben.
That was probably the most interesting thing that happened to her that day. It was not until a week later that things started to go wrong and the events that Bella was trying to stock to once again began to unravel. However, this time she was not the cause of the change.
The change was due to the appearance of Sam Hughes as their new biology teacher.
Mr. Hughes introduced himself as a Christian American who was recently widowed by his wife, Krista. He was the red-haired, green-eyed man Bella had seen in the doorway and he gave off a strange vibe that sent chills down her spine. Everyone thought he was very friendly. Someone you could easily approach but to Bella, there was something dark and deceitful about him. This feeling is enhanced by Edward not being able to read his mind.
"Right everyone, I will be changing the syllabus slightly and instead of a written assignment worth fifty percent of your final grade it will be a presentation of your research to me." Mr. Hughes explained and Bella sighed.
To save time she had gotten ahead and was already on her final draft for the assignment. Now she was going to have to reformat it into a presentation.
"Now I know most of you are dreading this so to make it easier you will be presenting to me and one other teacher. No one else. Though one day you may have to do this in front of a larger audience, especially went you go into a workplace with a business background. You could be asked to present your findings to a board of directors for instance." He went on to explain.
Then the bell went off and the teacher announced that the class was dismissed. With planning a wedding and graduation coming in June there was not much time left for anything else.
"Stupid teacher changing things last minute, surely that's not allowed," one of the boys in Bella's class muttered. She agreed.
On top of that Bella still needs to tell the Clearwaters about Edward's proposal! At least there is no worry about the Volturi this time around.
The next day Bella was in biology with Edward, and as the bell rang Mr. Hughes said"Thanks to everyone, you may go."
The pale brunette began packing away when the thirty-one-year-old man said "Miss Swan, can you stay behind, please?"
Bella whipped her head to see Edward who was standing at the end of their shared desk. The look they shared told Bella that her vampire would be listening out for her. So with a nod, Edward left to linger in the hallway.
"Bella," Mr. Hughes said as she slowly made her way to stand in front of his desk. "I saw you don't have any college plans, but with your grades, I would have assumed..."
"No plans, for now, I am staying in Forks," she said cutting off whatever else he was about to say. This was not technically part of his job role as he was not her homeroom teacher. So, it was odd for him to question her college choice or lack thereof as she did not even give that information to him. There is the possibility that her other teacher mentioned this to him, but why would she when he had only been her teacher for a couple of days.
"I see", the man mumbled, then said louder. "So you will still be staying on the wolves' land."
Bella's eyes widened, "Excuse me!"
"You will be staying on the Queuitte land, right?" Mr. Hughes corrected quickly, but the brunette has already noticed his mistake.
He knew.
He knew that the tribe had a wolf pack and he probably knew about the Cullens being vampires. But how?!
Was he some sort of hunter of the supernatural? She had watched enough TV shows to feel that this could be a possibility. After all, where there was the supernatural, they were always humans that tried to stop them. If he was though, why did he not come in her dreams as everything else had. However, since she changed the result of the battle with Victoria maybe this is something that resulted from the change. Maybe in her dreams, the army fed on him...
Or maybe he was something else entirely?
Either way, she had to get out of here and into the public where someone, no matter how strong they were, would not try to harm her. So for now, she answered her question, "Oh sorry, I thought I heard you say something else. I must be tried or something... Yes, I will be staying with my current family, at least until I find something else."
Her teacher eyed her suspiciously before relaxing. He was probably gauging whether or not she actually believed she misheard him so she tried to look as relaxed as possible given the situation.
He then asked her a few more mundane questions about her interests and whether she would consider biology as a course to go into for college. After twenty minutes of painful questioning where Bella had to pretend she was not scared of the hell of this man in front of her, she managed to leave the classroom and say her goodbyes.
She saw Edward lead up against the wall beside the door and he quickly pulled her into him and moved fast towards the exit. As they left all she could hear, echoing in her mind was "Teivel is close. Teivel can sense my presence around you. Do not let your guard down."
"WHAT IS HE THEN!? HOW DOES HE KNOW ABOUT THE WOLVES," Screeched Rosalie as she paced back and forth.
She was always the protective one in the family. Well, all the Cullens worried about each other and their secret but Rose was the most vocal out of all of them. Bella understood this well. After all, this protectiveness of theirs was what made them leave her alone in the first place.
"I'm not sure, I can't read his mind and Alice can't see his future or any of our futures since he has appeared," Edward said.
"Then maybe we should leave," the blonde vampire snapped.
"We can't!"
All the vampires suddenly looked at Bella who had been the one to burst out, rather loudly. "We can't," Bella said more firmly. " I don't know what he is for sure but I have an idea what he could be. Even if we move, he will just follow."
"So what do you think he is then Bella?" Carlisle asked.
"A few days ago, I had a dream. I spoke with Amais and she gave me a warning. She said that Teivel will find me and that I should keep an eye out. She didn't say what Teivel was but I think he is the same as what Amais is, but that is just speculation."
