Yet again I start a new thing, but at the same time, it's not really a new thing. I originally started this in May 2019, and stuck it in the back-burner until I felt like coming back to it. As is tradition for me at this point, I come back two years later and write way too much. I'll work on more of this when I can, I've kind of a plan for it, for once. (Yes, I realize I say that every time).

For now there's no pairings or anything, aside from canon pairings, but those may be adjusted/modified/completely changed as I see fit. Maybe I'll make the entirety of RWBY and JNPR in one big polycule, who knows.

My typical content warnings are a go for this story, so expect varying degrees of language, violence and sudden drops in writing quality (hopefully I'm kidding about that last one).

Also gotta thank my patrons for being absolute kings/queens/lieges for continuing to support me despite my rather recent content droughts. Thank you Robert Waldron, Jesse Garcia, LOLZMAN, Ragy, Dakota, The-Anti-Akuma and Hydrolic!

Sometimes, things go wrong.

It's a fact of life, no one is perfect, no matter how hard they try, no matter how powerful they become, there will always be mistakes.

Directly or indirectly.

Quirks were no different from anything else in this regard.

You want to set fire to something with your mind, and your mind strays, and suddenly you've accidentally set your own clothes on fire.

Or you want to jump onto the roof of a building, only to miscalculate and send yourself soaring over it.

Or you want to warp your allies away from a fight that had gone wrong, are hit by a blast of electricity from some kid with a death wish, and accidentally tear a hole in time and space.

Typical accidents.

So, Kurogiri had accidentally torn a hole in reality.

Which was something that was a little bit difficult to wrap any head around, no matter how intelligent, and as such the results of such an event were of interest to all in the USJ, students, teachers and villains alike.

Even the hulking mass that was the Nomu seemed to take an interest in the flawed fabric of spacetime that seemed to flicker in and out of reality, a cloud of black fog that seemed to both exist and yet not at the same time.

It honestly hurt to look at.

So when eight figures tumbled out of it, everyone found themselves rather confused at the newest additions to their battle.

"I don't know about this, sis."

"Pfft. You worry too much. It'll be fun, right guys?"

Eight people stood with various expressions, all around the glowing black hole that had suddenly appeared in front of them.

Seven of the eight rotated their gazes to the eighth, who stood precariously close to the… whatever it was.

"Ruby, I think it's a terrible idea. Just throwing that out there."

Ruby, who was stood far too close, waved her hand dismissively. "Nope. There's only one way to find out what a giant black hole does! Don't worry about it Jaune!"

"I think there are other ways than sacrifice, Ruby," Blake said, from her position next to Ruby's sister. Yang nodded in agreement with her partner.

"I say go for it!" Nora cheered, hefting her warhammer above her head.

Ren placed a calming hand on the ginger's shoulder. "No, Nora."

"Frankly, Ruby, I shouldn't be surprised you want to throw away any and all caution and just jump through it," Weiss spoke, trying in vain to pull her leader back away from the floating hole.

Ruby shook her head. "C'mon! It'll be great! You agree with me, right Oscar?"

Oscar nervously shook his head, unable to meet her silver eyes.

That seemed to cinch it for Ruby. "Aww. You guys are no fun. Except Nora."

Nora cheered loudly, but was ignored for the most part.

"So, any idea what it is?" Jaune asked, peering in.

"A big floating hole. Duh." Yang replied with a shrug. "No idea what it does, though. It's probably a bad Dust experiment or something."

Jaune gave his hand a shake, rubbing his wrist. "Does something feel… off, to you guys?"

Oscar, surprisingly, was the first to reply to the question. "Yeah… it almost feels like it's… pulling us in."

Ren watched as a pebble toppled from the top of a nearby rock and drifted slowly towards the hole, picking up speed. "Perhaps we should step back?"

Weiss nodded in agreement. "Good idea. It does appear to be getting stronger."

The pull was steadily increasing now.

They all took a step back.

"Is it just me or did we get closer when we took that step back?" Blake asked, one hand rubbing her eyes.

"I think it's getting stronger!" Oscar exclaimed, as he felt himself sliding closer, shoes scraping against the dirt.

This seemed to attract attention from elsewhere, the door to the house they'd been staying in opening. "What're you kids doing?!"

The voice was Qrow, and one that they had become familiar, or more familiar in the case of Ruby and Yang, with, over the past few months.

"Uncle Qrow! Help! It's pulling us in!" Ruby shouted, hand stretching out to reach her uncle.

He almost managed to make it, too. He was almost an inch away from grabbing her when she was sucked into the hole that floated so ominously there, and she was the last one to go.

Qrow Branwen watched as the rift in spacetime closed in front of him.

Something, or someone, had stolen his nieces, and their friends. And the boy that had his old boss in his head.

"Shit. I need a drink."

Izuku Midoriya didn't know how to react when eight people he didn't recognize tumbled out of the portal.

More villains?

It didn't seem likely, considering the villains seemed to be as confused as the rest of them.

Did that mean they were allies?

Izuku had to write that one off too. Just because they weren't expected by the villains didn't make them heroes.

"Woah! Where are we? What's going on?" One of them asked, a girl with red hair and stunningly silver eyes, as she clambered to her feet from atop the pile of people.

"Ow…" Another groaned, blond hair messily covering his face as he struggled to stand with six other people atop him. "Please, can we figure that out after we all get off of me?"

"Identify yourselves!" A voice shouted, one that Izuku recognized as Aizawa. "Are you villains?"

The other blonde, a buxom girl with what appeared to be a particular distaste for tasteful clothing, clambered to her feet next to the shorter red-haired girl, confusion etched into her face. "Villains? What is this, a comic book?"

"Please… can we get off of me now?" The male blond asked with what sounded like a sob. "None of you are particularly light, especially not with all your weapons…"

The blonde looked at her fellow blond. "Wanna say that to my face, Jaune?"

The boy, now identified as Jaune, nodded, albeit with some difficulty. "Absolutely. It would mean I could be standing, and not buried underneath all of you."

"Who are you?!" Aizawa shouted again.

"Who are you!?" The blonde fired back, as two more regained their footing, black and white hair respectively.

Another voice joined the fray. "Kurogiri! Either send them back where they came from, or kill them! I don't care which! They're ruining the moment!"

That appeared to be enough for the new arrivals to decide who were the aggressors in this situation.

"Kill us, creepy hand guy? I don't think so! I'm gonna break your legs for that!" The ginger girl exclaimed, finally getting off her prior seat, which had been the back of the boy called Jaune, as she violently gestured what looked to be a giant warhammer.

"For once, Nora, I find myself in complete agreement with you," A long-haired boy said, the second-last of the group to have said anything.

The ginger girl, identified as Nora, grinned ear to ear, manic eyes scanning her surroundings.

"Oscar, please…" Jaune groaned, and the final member, Oscar seemed to notice his situation, shock fleeing his expression and becoming replaced with an apologetic gaze as he stood, helping Jaune to his feet.

Once Jaune had gotten to his feet, he gazed around, finally able to take in his surroundings. "Ruby, what's the play? Looks like we got a bunch of angry people, and injured kids."

The silver-eyed girl, now identified as Ruby, unfolded a giant scythe, something that had everyone apart from the new arrivals gape in shock, even Aizawa wearing an expression of surprise. "Well, considering the hand-guy seems to be the leader of the bad guys, and wants us dead, I figure the enemy of our enemy is our friend, you know?"

Jaune shrugged. "Well, I can't say it's worked the greatest for us in the past, but it couldn't hurt to put more faith into something that has failed multiple times."

The intimidating pose Ruby had been holding was dropped as she glared at Jaune. "You had to ruin the whole thing, didn't you?"

Jaune shrugged again. "Technically, this is your fault."

"Can you two shut up so we can deal with the problems at hand?" The white-haired one exclaimed, drawing what looked like a combination between a rapier and a revolver from her side, pointing it in the general direction of the villains.

Aizawa wasn't going to let potential allies go to waste. "All the students are heroes in training!" He shouted. "Anyone else besides myself and Thirteen are villains!"

It was apparent that they didn't know who Thirteen was, but it was also apparent that it didn't matter.

"JNPR, you guys take the hand-dude! We'll handle the big guy!" Ruby shouted, and Izuku watched on as they split apart like a well-oiled machine, drawing their weapons if they hadn't already.

These were not heroes. Izuku could tell. Nor were they villains.

Who were they?

"Dust, you're ugly!" Yang exclaimed as she chambered a round in Ember Celica, staring in disgust at the exposed brain the monstrous man in front of her possessed.

Blake seemed to mirror her disgust, as did Weiss, and Ruby was far too busy staring at the other people that were closing in on them to pay any real attention to his, or its, physical features.

Yang decided she was sick of waiting for it to make a move. She punched the air, ejecting a spent shell as she fired, a blast of destructive power hitting the monstrous man in the chest, to which it let out a small grunt, gave a step back, and healed from the wound within a moment.

"O-oh. That's probably not good."

Now this, Ruby noticed. "Relax, Yang! It's just like the Paladin we fought back in our first semester!"

Yang glared at her sister. "You mean the Paladin that punched me through a concrete pillar?"

Ruby gave her sister a thumbs-up. "Yeah!"

Weiss rolled her eyes at her partner's antics. "Same tactics, Yang. I'll freeze the ground, you and Blake hit it hard."

"And I'll keep the rest of these guys off of our backs!" Ruby shouted, cocking Crescent Rose. "Go Team RWBY!"

There was something about this guy that ticked Jaune off. Maybe it was the way he kept scratching at his neck, maybe it was the fact that he couldn't have been much older than Jaune himself.

Or maybe it was the fact that he seemed to view them as nothing. Obstacles to be removed without thought or care.

Jaune didn't like the look he was giving him. Like he was trash.

"Oscar, you've got our back. Anyone that tries to get close, if you think they're not on our side, take them down. Nora, keep at range. We don't know what he can do. Ren, keep him dodging, don't give him time to do anything if he can. I'll stay up front. He has to go through me before anyone else."

They all nodded, and Jaune drew his blade from its sheath, pointing it at the creepy hand dude, as they had officially dubbed him.

"Ren, start us off."

Ren did as he was instructed, pulling the trigger of one of his pistols.

The round punched through the creepy hand dude's shoulder with a spray of blood.

Jaune immediately glanced at Ren, who looked surprised. "No Aura?"

"Shigaraki!" The cloud of black mist cried out, vanishing and reappearing next to the hand dude. "Are you okay?"

The hand dude, now identified as Shigaraki, placed one hand against the wound on his shoulder, eyes glaring at Jaune and the others. "Have Nomu kill them, and get us out of here! The final boss isn't showing up, and I need to restock on items!"

Jaune didn't quite know what to make of that, but as the two disappeared in a cloud of black mist, Jaune had to assume they'd left. "Ruby! How you guys holding up against the big guy?"

His answer came as soon as he turned towards where the rest of his friends were, to see the rapidly approaching form of Yang as she bounced off of the ground and hit him in the face.

Ren took over leadership in place of his leader suddenly being crushed by Yang for the second time today. "RWBY need our help!"

Izuku was on the move. The giant thing known as Nomu had just hit the blonde woman with enough force to send her flying away, and the other three that had started fighting it weren't able to damage it faster than it could regenerate.

He couldn't use One For All now, it'd break something, and he wasn't able to control it nearly as well as he needed to for this situation, so he'd just have to help some other way.

If that way meant checking that the two gold-haired strangers were okay, that was well worth the effort.

"Yang, as much as I enjoy your company, can you please warn me when you're about to jump me?" Came a groan from under some rubble.

Izuku grabbed a chunk of shattered concrete and heaved, pushing it aside.

"C'mon, Jaune, you know asking really isn't my style," The blonde woman replied, standing up from the rubble, seemingly unfazed by the impact. "Oh, hey greenie. You friendly?"

Izuku found himself staring down the barrel of what looked like a shotgun mounted to a bracelet. Both his hands shot up.

"Yes! I-I'm friendly! I'm a student at UA!"

Yang turned to Jaune, who'd clambered out of the rubble himself. "Didn't someone say something about students?"

Jaune nodded, brushing off the dust from his hoodie. "Something like that. You need a boost, or are you good?"

Yang shook her head. "Nah, I'm topped. 'Bout to hit the big guy, might wanna step back greenie."

Izuku immediately did so, backing up a few paces as Yang flexed.

Izuku could feel the air heating up, and watched in surprise as her hair began to glow bright gold, lilac irises turning bright red.

"You coming, Vomit Boy?"

For a split-second Izuku thought she was talking about him, but the other blond placed his sword within his scabbard, drawing it out as a broadsword. "Right behind you."

Then, Izuku watched as the woman seemed to simply rocket away from where she'd been standing, followed by the rapid charge of a broadsword-wielding man.

Yang punched the ugly bird-looking thing in the chest with everything she had at her disposal, Ember Celica discharging a round for a little bit more of a sting, only to watch as it seemed to take the hit.

Flesh rippled around where her fist had impacted, only to reform and effectively push her fist back out.

It had grabbed her by the arm with its much larger fist, and was seconds away from throwing her aside when Jaune had completely severed the limb, much to the shocked gasps of their audience, most of which had been spending their time dealing with the various grunts of whoever the big guy worked for. Assumedly, it was the weird hand dude.

Ruby had soared in a split-second later and decapitated the bird-thing, but already its hand was growing back, and it's other hand grabbed the head and replaced it, flesh stitching itself back together as it glared at the eight.

"Uh, any plans for this, fearless leader?" Nora asked, somewhat disturbed.

Jaune looked as disturbed as his hammer-wielding teammate. "No, I can't say I've really got all that much. Wasn't really expecting it to shrug off a decapitation."

"I figured if it worked on the Nevermore back in Initiation then it would work now, but apparently these birdies aren't cross-compatible," Ruby remarked, firing a round simply out of spite.

The round punched through the eye of the bird-thing and out the back, flesh reforming in its wake.

"Weiss, do you think you can slow it down?" Jaune asked, backing up a step.

Weiss shook her head. "That thing hit Yang hard enough to send her flying. I doubt some ice would be enough to slow it down, let alone stop it."

"Do not worry! I am here!"

The voice was unfamiliar to the eight, and they all turned to see what looked like an immensely muscle-bound man in a dress shirt and tie burst through a massive door, somehow bringing with him a presence that struck fear into the eyes of all the various grunts that were still remaining.

"It's All Might! We're doomed!" One shouted, before another smacked him upside the head.

"Can it! We're here to kill him, yeah? 'Course we'd see him!"

The two found themselves suddenly beset upon by a torrent of ice, and Ruby turned to her partner, only to see that she had made no such move.

"Uh…"

"Stand back, let me deal with this creature!" The man known as All Might exclaimed, a single leap carrying him over to the assembled group of Hunters.

Jaune shrugged, glancing at his friends. "Sure, I guess. Good luck?"

Nonplussed, they all stepped back far enough to give the massive man some room, and watched as he began to pummel against the giant bird-thing.

"It, uh, it absorbs impacts and regenerates, by the way!" Ruby shouted out.

"Oh, does it? Well, I guess I'll just have to hit it harder!"

Seven glances at Jaune had him scratch the back of his head. "You guys will never let me live that down, huh."

More hits, more impacts, more shockwaves. Yang's eyes widened. "Damn, he's got some power to him. Reminds me a little of Dad."

Ruby nodded. "Minus the whole personality thing. That's a little odd."

Then they all watched as the bird-thing was quite literally launched through the ceiling.

"Feeling a little insecure, Yang?" Nora asked, staring in wonder at the hole.

"As if you aren't," Yang replied, also staring.

"Now… who are you?"

The question was a simple one, but the answer was most definitely not. At least, at the start it was a simple answer.

"I'm Ruby Rose! Leader of Team RWBY!" Ruby piped up, almost absent-mindedly slinging Crescent Rose over her shoulder, planting the tip of the blade into the concrete without so much as a second thought. Seeing as the concrete gave way like it was made of butter that someone had planned to use to cook with, but had forgotten they were out of eggs and the nearest store was at least half an hour away, it didn't seem like the blade was in danger of any damage.

"That's Weiss, Blake and Yang, my teammates!" Ruby then continued, gesturing to each in turn, where they gave their own forms of greetings, from Weiss's professional curtsy to Blake's noncommittal nod, to Yang's mechanically-armed wave.

Sheathing his own weapon and stowing it on his belt, Jaune spoke up next. "I'm Jaune Arc, Leader of Team JNPR. That's Nora, Oscar and Ren."

Two of the three were significantly more subdued than the third, who darted up to the muscle-bound man, poking him. "Woah, Ren, they're real! Why can't you get muscles like these?"

"Nora, I think he's got more pressing concerns to deal with right now than your usual brand of charm. Perhaps you can ask him for gym tips at another time?"

Suitably chastised, Nora stepped back, though her grin hadn't faded. She'd just gotten carried away in the afterglow of adrenaline, and there was no one better than Ren for recognizing that.

The green-haired kid from before had approached while they'd been distracted. "All Might-sensei! Thank god you came!"

The man, who the eight were starting to realize was rather literally known as 'All Might', didn't take his eyes of the interlopers, but did kneel down next to the kid. "I am glad you are unhurt, Midoriya, my boy. What happened?"

It was the strange fabric-clad man from earlier that approached and answered. "A horde of villains, teleported in by the one they called Kurogiri. The students were split up, but they seemed to have handled the chaff. The big one you fought was brought in specifically to kill you, however. Perhaps it might have succeeded were it not for our surprise guests."

The man's goggle-clad gaze turned to the eight Hunters. "They came in through the villain's portal, but it didn't seem intentional on his part."

"Yeah, not to interrupt what is clearly a great debriefing and all, but can you tell us where on Remnant we are? Not that I don't appreciate the, uh, distraction, and all," Yang piped up, prosthetic hand resting on her hip.

"Remnant?" Came the curious response from both All Might and the yet unnamed goggle-guy.

When all eight shared various glances of confusion, the answer to their initial question suddenly became much murkier.

"Uh, yeah. Remnant. You know, the planet?"

"Is that a local dialect term for Earth?" Goggle-guy asked, lifting the goggles to reveal severely bloodshot eyes.

"No?" Jaune ventured, unsure of himself. "Remnant's the name of the planet, last I checked."

"I'm positive that Earth has been called Earth for at least two-hundred years," All Might replied.

"Um, not to interrupt, but I've got no Scroll signal," Oscar spoke up.

There was a flurry of action as everyone else withdrew their Scrolls, checking them to confirm what the youngest (and technically oldest) of them had stated.

"That's not a good sign," Blake let out, frowning.

"Just out of curiosity, how's your moon?" Ren asked, noting how confused the faces of the men and the green-haired boy were.

"Last I checked, it's still there?" Goggles answered, somewhat nonplussed.

"Not shattered?" Jaune asked, catching onto where Ren was going with his line of questioning.

Both men shared a look. "No?"

"Woah, we're aliens…" Ruby uttered.

Weiss half-heartedly smacked Ruby. "We're not aliens, you dolt. We're clearly…"

She trailed off, unable to come up with a better explanation.

Blake shook her head as Ruby quietly cheered about being an alien.

"And I thought Nezu wasn't busy enough," Goggles muttered. "I'll handle the clean-up whilst Midnight checks on Thirteen. All Might, could you escort them back to the school?"

"Of course, Aizawa. Come with me, if you would."

Well, they'd gotten Goggles name, at least.

"Where are you taking us?" Weiss asked, unwilling to simply walk away, even if they didn't have many, if any, other options.

"To the school, the world famous hero academy UA."

Even Ruby cocked an eyebrow at that. "Which is?"

"The school at which both myself and Aizawa teach. You're currently in one of its faculties on its campus."

The group took in the various ruined environments from ocean to urban and anything in between.

"What we could've done with a budget like this at Beacon…" Oscar muttered, before frowning.

"Not to be deliberately obstinate, but we don't exactly have a great track record when it comes to trusting authority figures," Weiss continued. "Are we supposed to just trust you because you tell us to?"

All Might seemed surprised, before shaking his head. "Normally people trust me due to my reputation, but it seems I have the very rare opportunity to make a first impression. I apologize for not being so friendly initially, you understand, that was a rather unexpected, stressful situation to come into. I am All Might, the Number One Hero. It's a pleasure to meet you, despite the circumstances. Now, if you'd come with me to meet my boss, the principal of UA, perhaps he can help you straighten out your situation."

Well, it cinched it for Ruby. "Okay!"

It wasn't as if they had many other options.

Izuku was an observant person, especially when it came to quirks. He'd seen everything from gigantism to telekinesis to teleportation, and anything and everything in between, and also probably a lot of quirks outside that area of the complex venn diagram of the metaphor.

There were rules to quirks. One such rule was that no one could have more than one quirk.

There were, of course, exceptions to the rule, but those were so few and far between that they were, essentially, null and void when considering the new eight people that had tumbled out of a rift in space-time.

Due to his closeness with his mentor, Izuku had the privilege, no, the honor of watching them show what they do.

He wasn't the only one in the audience, joined not only by his aforementioned mentor All Might, but also the principal Nezu, and a few of the other teachers.

"So, you want us to just show you what we can do?" Ruby asked, leaning against her scythe. "Cause we're usually sparring or fighting Grimm."

There was a lot to take in from just that sentence, but he didn't speak up, instead jotting down keywords in a new journal, red like the namesake of who seemed to be the new group's de facto leader.

Another teacher, Ectoplasm-sensei, stood up from his seat. "If it would be easier to demonstrate on a living target, I will happily volunteer."

"You sure about that? We wouldn't want to hurt you accidentally."

There was a murmur of dissent from the assembled teachers, clearly rankled by the insinuation that they weren't up to snuff. Ectoplasm didn't react in the same way, or if he did, didn't show it. "I believe I have the answer to that."

Even after the first few times Izuku saw Ectoplasm's quirk, it still amazed him, as the man split off a number of identical copies of himself, exhaling them out.

Yang let out a whistle. "Damn, I bet that comes in handy. How durable are they?"

"They can take a hit," Ectoplasm replied. "Who would like to go first?"

Jaune nudged Oscar. "Set the bar, I'll go next."

Oscar nodded, stepping up and unhooking Ozpin's, no, his cane, giving it a perfunctory twirl.

"Woo! Go Oscar!" Nora cheered. Ruby joined in a moment later, followed by Yang and, somehow, Blake.

At least they were confident that he could handle this. He was less sure of that.

The man quite literally made of rock spoke, and it took Oscar a moment to realize that it was a man. "Begin."

Ectoplasm seemed wary, unsure of his opponent. Considering the circumstances, Oscar wasn't surprised. So, he made the first move, darting forwards.

The Long Memory darted out in an instant, catching Ectoplasm off guard with the speed of it, and causing the clone to vanish into a cloud of vaguely-blueish smoke.

The rest of the clones moved, rushing in to surround the boy. Unfortunately for them, however, Oscar was simply faster, ducking under or jumping over the kicks sent his way, and delivering rapid strikes whenever he was presented with an opening.

It was an impressive showing for someone his age, Izuku thought, before realizing that he didn't actually know how old any of these otherworldly visitors were. Some of them looked his age, or roughly, at least. But then there were the others that looked older. The blond-haired ones, for example, looked to be the oldest of the eight, but even then it was an estimate at best. If he got the chance, he'd have to ask.

When Izuku looked back to the fight, it was almost over. Oscar wasn't panting, he was barely out of breath, and Ectoplasm's clones had been almost all beaten back, leaving only two remaining of the assembled yet uncounted group that he'd begun the fight with.

"I think we can call it there," Nezu spoke up, evidently having seen enough. "A good fight indeed. I would say he's on the same level as some of our third-years."

"And without a quirk," Aizawa pointed out. "At least, not one we saw."

Oscar didn't know what a quirk was, and he pointed that out. "I'm not sure what a quirk is?"

Izuku certainly thought that lent some credence to their 'alien' theory.

Nezu slipped into teaching mode within a single instant. "A quirk is a special genetic ability possessed by a person, or, in my case, an animal. You've seen Ectoplasm's quirk in effect already, and by proxy I imagine you've seen All Might's as well."

"Oh, you mean a semblance?" Nora spoke up. "Semblance is a cooler name than quirk."

"Yeah, you could say it's a 'quirky' name!" Yang called out, only to get smothered by Ruby, who scaled her taller sister and wrapped her hands around the blonde's mouth.

"I apologize for my team's decorum," Weiss said, shaking her head. "We've been trying to teach the brute otherwise, but thus far the doctrine hasn't taken."

Jaune decided to interrupt before things got any worse. "So, am I facing Ectoplasm too? Or would someone else want a go?"

Another figure stood up, far larger than Ectoplasm. "I will face you."

Vlad King stepped down from the stands, taking up a position opposite Jaune.

There was little conversation, as Jaune drew Crocea Mors, letting the shield unfold on his arm.

Whatever Jaune was expecting, the man to shoot crystallized daggers of blood at him was not it, and he quickly took cover behind his shield, pushing forward all the same.

He found his shield grabbed a moment later, and he abandoned it just as quick, swinging out to strike the large man, who formed his own shield of superhardened blood.

The blood warped around his sword a moment later, and he found himself picked up by the collar.

He truly hadn't been expecting this kind of fight, but Jaune would not give up. The man was strong, but Jaune was stronger. He grabbed Vlad King's own arm with his, and wrenched hard, freeing his sword with a loud shattering sound, and then bargained for space by pulling his legs up and planting them on the man's chest, pushing hard.

Jaune rolled back upright after his landing, and darted right back into the melee, carefully using the flat of his sword on every swing. He'd already seen one person without Aura, and they had no way of knowing if that was strange or not.

When the flat of his sword struck against Vlad King's arm and the man swore as Jaune heard the bone underneath crack, he immediately stopped the fight, sheathing his blade.

He wasn't the only one to notice, either, as a positively tiny elderly lady approached, taking Vlad King off to the side and, for some reason, planting a kiss on his arm.

"I'd heal it if I could, but I don't know how my semblance would interact. I'm sorry."

His apology was heard and essentially waved off, as the diminutive nurse caught his attention. "Only a mild fracture, boy, he'll be healed in a matter of hours."

Jaune winced internally. Anyone's Aura could heal a small fracture in a matter of hours. His semblance could heal it in a matter of moments. How did they handle the Grimm? Were there Grimm?

These questions would have to go unanswered for the time being. If their principal wanted to know what they were capable of before anything else, Jaune wasn't going to fight that decision.

Naturally, Nora made herself known rather loudly not a moment later. "I wanna fight the big guy!"

The rest of Team JNPR couldn't help but smile fondly at their resident explosive expert's typical antics.

"Oh hoh? You think you've got what it takes to face me down? I like your spirit!" All Might's voice boomed, as he stood up.

"Try to limit the collateral damage," Both Ren and Nezu said at the exact same time, to two different people.

Nora stepped up with a grin, bouncing on her soles, Magnhild slung over her shoulder as if it weighed nothing.

All Might stepped up as well, mirroring her grin with a beaming smile of his own.

"C'mon, let's make this interesting!" Yang called out, stepping up to join Nora. "We saw you launch that bird thing. Think you can take both of us on?"

"Of course! I relish the challenge!" All Might said with a laugh.

"Fifty Lien on All Might," Ruby whispered conspiratorially from where she was sat next to Izuku.

Izuku, both surprised as to when Ruby had shown up next to him, and unsure what a 'Lien' was, yelped in shock.

"I'll take that bet," Blake answered, from behind Izuku, causing the boy to yelp yet again.

"I'm with Ruby on this one. Yang and Nora are strong, but they aren't that strong," Weiss said from Izuku's other side, causing him to yelp for a third time. When had they all gotten near him!?

All of them fell silent as the Cementoss spoke up, announcing the beginning of the match.

Yang moved close as Nora transformed Magnhild into its grenade-launcher form, firing a volley.

All Might simply clapped his hands together to blow them back, but in doing so he opened up to Yang's assault, her own fists meeting his rock-hard musculature before he could react, wincing as one clipped him in the side.

Yang's advantage wasn't to last for very long, however, as his arms moved faster than anyone could perceive, smacking Yang with more force than he'd intended, launching her into the wall at speed.

He wanted to stop the match, to make sure she wasn't too badly injured when Nora's hammer swung into his field of view and he was put on the defensive, barely able to smack aside the hammer as it delivered an explosive payload on impact with the concrete beneath them, cascading shrapnel into the air.

It launched Nora up into the air, however, positioning her for another salvo of explosives, this time at a significantly closer range.

It wouldn't give All Might time to deflect them like last time, but he had other options, bounding out of the way.

He was barely aware of movement behind him, and he didn't see the red glowing eyes and hair burning as if it was on fire until there was nothing he could do but swing.

His fist met Yang's with a concussive blast that, while nothing in comparison to the weather-changing force he was capable of creating, was still nothing to scoff at. Considering the vast majority of the blast had come from Yang herself, seeing as he was on the defensive…

Yang had depleted most of her Aura in that strike, however, but the grin hadn't left her face.

Nora's hammer hit him in the chin, knocking him up and backwards, momentarily dazed. It was a hefty hit, not enough to draw blood or break bone, but only because he was All Might. Had he been anyone else, he had no doubt that would have gone beyond a simple concussion. A blow like that would have decapitated anyone else.

"Enough!" Ruby shouted, ending the match. "Yang, Nora, we don't know if they have Aura! Non-lethal!"

It was rare to hear Ruby shout, and even rarer for it to be in anger, but Jaune was in complete agreement with her. It was the reason he'd halted his own match-up.

"But he's fine!" Yang argued. "Look at him!"

Internally, Ruby conceded the point, but externally, she was a team leader, and her orders should brook no argument. "Nope!"

Jaune mediated for his fellow leader. "It's not about showing that we can use lethal force. It's about showing we can adjust our lethal force to be non-lethal. My guess is they wanna figure out if we can help them teach their students, right?"

His last point was directed at Nezu, who seemed unsurprised that his ruse had been uncovered. "You certainly seem capable of showing our students, and even possibly some of our teachers, a thing or two. If what you told me is true, you have unique experiences that might lend a hand to our teaching."

The furry principal paused for a moment. "That being said, it would appear that All Might got a little carried away as well."

All Might refused to meet the beady eyes that bore down on him. "Sorry, sir. I was not expecting such a… powerful display."

"Yes, the only student we have capable of producing that much concussive power is our own Midoriya, and that comes at a rather high cost, does it not?"

Izuku, startled at being addressed, nodded vigorously.

"Well, I think I've seen enough," Aizawa spoke up. "I don't believe it necessary for our other guests to show off. At least, not against us. Perhaps against 1-A and 1-B, if we deem it safe. The students might learn a thing or two if it gets beaten into them."

As a member of 1-A, Izuku paled at the prospect of going up against any of them. Well, perhaps Oscar wouldn't be too bad.

"I agree," Vlad King said. "If they can tone down their power, it might be a worthwhile experience for the students."

"What about us, though? It's all well and good that you know how we might be of use to you, but what use are you to us? I assume this is to be a mutually beneficial relationship, and the biggest thing we need is a way home."

Weiss made an excellent point, one that Ruby found herself in agreement with. "Also a place to stay, food, water, that sort of stuff."

As what had originally been a sparring match to determine strength became a diplomatic negotiation, Izuku quickly found himself out of his depth.

So, it seemed, did Nora, who was quizzically inspecting his arms. He resisted the urge to yelp yet again.

"Nice scars!" Nora whispered loudly, which was impressive to begin with. "How'd you get 'em?"

"I… I can't really c-control my quirk," Izuku answered nervously.

"I got mine from my semblance too!" Nora continued, showing them off, and Izuku's eyes widened.

"Are those Lichtenberg Figures?!" Izuku exclaimed. "How-"

"I grabbed a really big battery. Not my best moment," Nora laughed it off like it wasn't a life-threatening thing. Izuku wasn't entirely sure what to make of her nonchalance.

"Considering the way you were brought here was through an accident with a villain's teleportation quirk, I'm not sure we have a way to get you back, unless we capture that villain," Nezu said, after some thought. "However, we can offer you some rooms in our dorms, as well as access to our cafeteria. In exchange, we'd like to ask you to help us when we need it."

Nora seemed to have heard, perking up. "Can we fight bad guys? Cause if so I'm down!"

"If Nora's willing, than so am I," Ren answered.

"Hell, if both Ginger and Ninja are down for it, I'm cool with it, unless anyone else has any problems," Yang pointed out.

"Not like we have many other options," Weiss stated.

After the rest of RWBY and JNPR agreed, Ruby spoke up. "I guess that settles it! So, uh, now what?"

"Now, we let Izuku do what he was brought here to do, and lead you to the dorms."

Every pair of eyes in the room locked onto the green-haired boy, and he paled. "Huh?"

"Sly rat knew what he was doing the moment he brought us there," Weiss complained as she walked.

Jaune, next to her, nodded in commiseration. "I'm really sick of headmasters stringing us along."

"Sorry," Oscar apologized.

Jaune shook his head. "We've been over this, Oscar. You know I don't mean you when I talk about Ozpin."

Clearly there was more tension than Izuku had initially presumed, even as he tried not to listen in on the conversations that happened behind him.

Luckily, it wasn't hard to not overhear with Ruby keeping him occupied as he led the group through UA towards the 1-A dorms where they'd be staying for the foreseeable future.

"Woah!" The girl in question exclaimed as they walked. "This place is huge! I guess you really don't have to worry about Grimm!"

"What's a Grimm?" Izuku asked, ever the scholarly type. Then again, who could blame him? He was having a conversation with people who, as far as anyone knew, were from a different dimension!

It seemed Ruby knew the topic well, as she launched into a detailed explanation about Remnant's greatest, oldest enemies.

Slowly but surely, Izuku found himself more and more morbidly interested in the topic. Two-thirds of the entire planet's surface was unlivable due to the Grimm, monstrous creatures of darkness that feasted upon humanity, drawn to negativity?

It was a dream for sci-fi, and a nightmare for anyone who lived there, and he couldn't help but be impressed that anyone could survive in a world like that, let alone thrive the way these eight clearly had.

Villains were one thing, but they were, in the end, only human. They needed to eat, to sleep, to think (various quirks notwithstanding), whereas the Grimm were relentless and unyielding.

It also explained why his new acquaintances were so heavily armed. Ruby herself held a weapon bigger than she was, and he'd only seen her wield it for a few scant moments, but they had been more than enough to indicate that she was more than capable with it. The rest held weapons that were no less lethal, but at least somewhat more reasonable.

As the conversation had progressed, it advanced from the Grimm to, naturally, Aura, which Ruby described as mankind's best defense against the Grimm.

It was where Jaune had joined the conversation, as the resident Aura expert, thanks to what he explained was his quirk. Well, semblance, as they called it.

"So it's like a force field?" Izuku asked, looking up at the much taller blond.

Jaune laughed, but it wasn't derisive like Izuku was used to from other blonds in his life. "That's what I said the first time! Yeah, Aura's pretty much a soul-powered force field."

"It sounds really useful," The greenet remarked.

"It is!" Ruby announced cheerily. "If it wasn't for Aura, I wouldn't be able to swing my baby around like I do!" She tapped Crescent Rose to accentuate her point.

"And Yang would have been pulverized by that punch from All Might," Jaune pointed out.

"I still think I can beat him!" Yang interjected loudly.

Ruby dismissed her sister in a single instant. "Nope!"

Yang, who clearly knew she couldn't win against a superior opponent, went back to her conversation with Blake and Ren.

Their conversation had distracted Izuku up until now, and he realized just how close he'd gotten them all to the dorm. "We're here."

"It's kinda like Beacon," Jaune remarked. "Do we share rooms?"

Izuku shook his head. "No, everyone gets their own room, but there are communal bathrooms on each floor.

"Fancier than Beacon, then," Ren stated.

"I'm pretty sure all of 1-A are going to be waiting to meet you," Izuku mentioned, pausing for a moment. "We've got some… personalities among us, though. Try not to take some of the stuff that might be said personally?"

Blake raised an eyebrow. "Sounds like you might be talking about someone specific."

Izuku didn't answer, instead moving past it entirely. "As far as Aizawa-sensei knows, nobody saw how you all appeared, and we want to keep wraps on the whole 'other planet or dimension or reality' thing for now."

"Yeah yeah, we're exchange students staying in the closest empty dorm, we already got the spiel, broccoli-boy," Yang interrupted. "We'll be on our best behaviour."

"Dial it back a bit, Yang," Blake muttered. "He's just doing as he was asked."

Yang sighed. "Sorry, greenie. Long day."

Izuku understood. "It's okay. Shall we?"

The nodded affirmations were more than enough.

When the door opened, the noise inside died down in a near instant, going from loud conversation to muted murmurs, as the newcomers stepped inside, led by Izuku.

"Uh, 1-A, this is Teams RWBY and JNPR. They're staying with us for the time being."

Izuku had never been more thankful for the actual student reps of class 1-A stepping forward. "Greetings. I am Iida Tenya, 1-A class president, and this is Momo Yaoyorozu, class vice-president. It's a pleasure to meet you and to be your hosts for the foreseeable future!"

The eight Remnants didn't quite know what to make of the by-the-book robot-man that was greeting them, and bowing, but Weiss, as was customary, took the initiative. "A pleasure as well, Tenya, Yaoyorozu.

The fact that Weiss had realized, after a few moments of earlier conversation, that the terms of polite address were much like southern Mistral was a great boon to their cover.

The rest picked up on what she was indicating quickly, too, which she was thankful for, though Ren had a significant advantage in that respect, considering that was where he'd been born.

Frankly, the group were just startled by the sheer variety of people that were standing in front of them. Besides a few normal human-like people, much like the ones they were used to at home, there were several significantly, well, the best term for it was different, people in front of them as well.

One such person seemed to have equal cheer and energy as Nora, which was more than impressive. She'd introduced herself as Mina Ashido, and her pink skin and black sclera were almost as outlandish as the horns on her head.

"And to think I was worried about what people here would think of my ears," Blake remarked quietly to Yang.

The blonde was almost too busy taking in the fact that there was a dude with a bunch of arms and a dude with a bird head to even hear her partner.

That was until one particular voice spoke up.

"Why the hell do we have to play nice with these extras? I bet they're only here to see what it's actually like for people who managed to get into UA. I doubt these tryhard losers don't even know what a real fight is like."

The voice in question belonged to a spiky-haired blond who came up to Yang's chin at best, and was definitely who Izuku had been talking about earlier.

"You got a name, hotshot?" Yang asked, even as Blake tried half-heartedly to protest.

"What's it to you, extra? The whole world will know it soon enough."

"Katsuki Bakugo," Iida helpfully informed.

"I'm sure the whole world will know your name soon enough. I'd be surprised if the first murder victim in UAs history wasn't globally broadcast."

Yang had laid down the proverbial gauntlet, and Bakugo was more than willing to take it and run with it. "Oh yeah, bimbo? You think you've got the stones to face me down?"

"Kacchan, I-" Izuku began, only to be interrupted by what was essentially a growl from the blond.

"Shut up, Deku, this is between me and the bimbo over here."

Once was pushing it. Twice was a death sentence. Yang didn't even wait, simply stepping up to the boy and wrapping her mechanical hand around his head, slowly beginning to clamp down on it.

What had started as bravado slowly became panic and fear as the pressure increased gradually, and no matter what Bakugo tried, he couldn't get the woman to release him.

Even a point blank explosion to her midsection didn't even make her flinch.

It was when tears began to stream down his face that she let go.

"Yang," Ruby admonished, but Yang shrugged.

"What? There's no permanent damage, he'll be fine. Physically, at least. Dunno if he'll be able to salvage his ego, but I'd say that's a good thing. He can call it a learning experience."

Izuku had never seen Bakugo flee from someone before, and if only to spare him more derision, decided to become a distraction. "So, should I show you to your rooms?"

Another girl, who seemed to stick quite close to Izuku, spoke up. "We'll take the girls, Deku, you and the boys can take the boys!"

"D'aww!" Nora exclaimed, wrapping the brunette in a hug. "You're so adorable!"

The girl, who'd introduced herself as Ochako Uraraka only moments before, went bright red, clearly flustered from the sudden hug.

A second pair of arms wrapped around her only intensified the embarrassment. "I know, right! 'Chako's the best!" Mina exclaimed.

As Ren, Jaune and Oscar watched as the crowd of girls escorted the rest of the Hunters towards a set of stairs, the boys clustered a little closer.

"So, before we head up to your rooms, we gotta know, what're your quirks?" A blond boy asked, slumped over the back of a couch. He'd introduced himself earlier when they all had, 'Denki Kaminari' he'd said his name was.

As the leader of JNPR, Jaune was used to being the first to speak. "I can heal people." It was a simplification of a semblance with significant utility, but certainly easier to understand for Earth people. Earthlings?

"Woah!" exclaimed a nearby redhead, quite literal in this case. Eijiro Kirishima had a head of crimson-red hair, and Jaune felt a flicker of loss as the color reminded him of old memories. "That's such a manly quirk!"

Jaune let himself laugh, to distract himself. "It's come in handy a few times, sure."

"What about you?" One weirdly-elbowed teen by the name of Hanta Sero asked Ren, cocking his head to the side. "Lemme guess, you can shapeshift!"

Ren let out a rare laugh. "No, though I wish that were the case. I can conceal my emotions, and the emotions of those around me. It's not a particularly combat-oriented sem-, quirk." He recovered from the mistake quickly, and it seemed as if the assembled group, aside from Izuku, hadn't noticed.

Their attention had already turned to the smallest of the three. "What's yours?" Both Kaminari and Kirishima echoed.

Oscar found himself copying one of Jaune's old mannerisms accidentally. "I- I don't have one."

"Woah! So you're quirkless, and still here? That's super extra manly!" Kirishima exclaimed, surprised. "You gotta be super good then!"

"I try to be?" Oscar ventured.

"It took me a long time before I figured mine out anyway," Jaune pointed out. "It could be something you haven't noticed yet."

Oscar knew what Jaune meant, this wasn't their first time having this conversation.

"Well, come on! We'll show you guys to your rooms!"

If there was one thing that Yang wasn't prepared for when falling through a tear in space-time, it was that she'd be dealing with teenage gossip again.

She'd almost missed it.

Ruby seemed to be handling it all well, though, but she'd always been a 'deal with the situation you have, not the situation you want' kind of person. Yang was too, to be fair, but she was a little worried about Blake and Weiss, who were a little less 'go with the flow'.

They'd been shown their rooms almost immediately, and they'd been surprised at how much space there was, until they'd been informed that the rock dude from their impromptu meeting, Cementoss he went by if she remembered correctly, had essentially created all the dorms in a single hour, without so much as breaking a sweat.

Yang had asked if the man could sweat, and received no concrete answer (and she chuckled internally at that pun, only wishing she could have made it earlier), so she settled back and let the teens carry them along through the sudden tour.

They had a large kitchen, which surprised all of the Hunters, considering the size of the cafeteria, but then they'd seen one of the boys from before, Rikido Sato, baking what Yang could only call like twenty cakes. It was apparently something to do with his quirk, so at least the kitchen made a bit more sense.

The communal baths made a little less sense to her as a Valean, considering it looked more like a large hot tub with showers, but both Weiss and Nora looked familiar, the latter actually less surprising than the former. There seemed to be a lot of southern Mistral culture that was shared here.

"Weiss, how are you familiar with these kinds of baths?" Yang had whisper-asked her teammate.

Weiss's response should have been expected. "Business trips."

The tour had then concluded, because aside from the initial lounge that they'd met in, on the ground floor, and the lounge-slash-common area on each floor, that was about it for the dorms.

"Hell of a place you've got here," Yang complimented, leaning back into a beanbag chair, kicking up her legs to rest on Blake's lap across from her.

Her partner gave her a cocked eyebrow in response, but otherwise did nothing to shift her legs.

"Right? Apparently UA didn't even have dorms before this year, so it took some effort to convince our parents, but man am I glad they did!"

The voice was the only thing that Yang could really use to distinguish Toru Hagakure, considering she was quite literally invisible.

Mina practically slumped over Toru a moment later. "Woo dorms! We get to look at the cute boys all the time!"

Blake snorted back a laugh, and Yang fully chuckled. "Hope you don't mean the basketcase from earlier."

A girl with what looked like earphone jacks attached to her earlobes rolled her eyes. What did she say her name was? Kyouka Jiro, that was it! "Bakugo's crazy alright. He's good in a fight, but has absolutely no ability to work in a team. Plus he's so far up his own ass I'm surprised he can't see out his own mouth."

Yang nearly fell out of her chair as she laughed, and Nora quite literally did, as Weiss rankled her nose. "That wasn't particularly a mental image I needed."

"I'm in complete agreement there," Yaoyorozu muttered.

"Still, Yang, I think you might've gone a bit too far with him," Ruby pointed out. "He's kinda just like Cardin if Cardin could fight."

"And if Cardin ever had the balls to call me a bimbo I would've crushed his skull like a watermelon, what's your point?"

Ruby shook her head. "You're a lost cause."

"Nah, you did the right thing. The only thing Bakugo understands is violence. You placed him below you on the totem pole, so now all he's ever going to do is try to beat you in a fight. He won't try to insult you or anything again, though," Jiro pointed out.

Yang turned back to her sister. "See, sis? Told ya'."

Mina perked up. "Wait, you two are sisters? You don't look anything alike!"

"Mina, you can't just say stuff like that!" Yaoyorozu admonished.

"Nah, it's cool," Yang interjected with a laugh. "We've got different moms."

"Yang's older by two years," Ruby pointed out. "Not that you can tell considering she acts like a thirteen year old half the time."

Blake couldn't choke back the laugh at that, as Yang looked positively scandalized. Even Weiss couldn't hide her laugh.

"What about you, Nora? Any family?" Ochako asked, from her comfortable spot on the sofa next to a girl that had introduced herself as Tsuyu Asui, who insisted that they call her Tsuyu.

Nora shook her head. "Aside from Ren, nope! Orphan."

"O-oh," Ochako seemed stunned by Nora's nonchalance.

Nora shrugged. "I've had time to get over it. No point getting bogged down in stuff I can't do anything about, right?"

"Hear hear!" Mina and Toru cheered.

"What about you Blake, Weiss?" Yaoyorozu asked.

"Only child," Blake remarked.

"Older sister, younger brother," Weiss said. "I miss them, but they're… far away. I can't really visit them at the moment."

Ruby squeezed Weiss's hand in a comforting gesture.

"That makes me think… why are you here?" Tsuyu asked bluntly.

"Why are we here? Good question. We're pretty much transfer students from overseas, here to learn some stuff, and teach some more stuff. Pretty sure your teachers will call on us for demonstrations and lessons, stuff like that," Jaune answered, as he soaked in the hot water, as relaxed as he'd been in some time.

Ren, sat next to him in the water, relished in the traditional Mistralian bath. Well, he supposed it wasn't technically a traditional Mistralian bath, but it was virtually identical. "What we know is rather specific in comparison to much of the broader spectrum of teaching you get taught here."

The man let out a sigh after he finished, letting his eyes close.

Oscar stepped down into the bath a moment later, wrapped in his small towel. "Honestly, I'm interested to see what gets taught here, compared to what I've learned so far."

Jaune could read between the lines. The I've never had formal schooling message was particularly obvious to him.

"Much of what we learn isn't particularly combat-oriented," The tailed figure of Mashirao Ojiro said from one of the small stools off to the side, rinsing himself down. "It covers a lot of the basics of being a hero."

"There are still a bunch of combat lessons, though," Kaminari said, as he too slid into the warm bath. "Which are way more fun, but don't let Aizawa hear me say that."

"Not that some of us need 'em," Sero said, nodding towards the bi-color-haired kid that had been introduced as Shoto Todoroki. "Todoroki could wipe the floor with all of us without so much as breaking a sweat, right?"

Todoroki didn't answer.

"Speak for yourself, mon ami." The speaker in question, known as Yuga Aoyama, glistened with confidence, rather literally in this case.

"Yeah right," Kaminari laughed. "Only people who might be able to fight off Todoroki are Midoriya and Bakugo."

Izuku sunk lower into the water. "I'm not that great…"

"Are you kidding? You more than held your own at the USJ today! If Minoru knew how to express gratitude I'm sure he'd be doing just that!"

The boy in question was currently peering through a narrow peephole in the wall.

"C'mon, man, really? The new girls are cute and all, but really?"

Jaune sighed. "Kid sees what happens to Temper Tantrum and still tries to peek? He's got a death wish."

Mineta paused. "I'd die happy."

Jaune made to move when Ren surprised him, the sound of StormFlower disengaging the safety louder than anything else in the communal baths. "Step away from the peephole, before I make a new one in your head."

The room went deathly quiet, and Mineta slowly but surely backed away.

"Where'd you even pull that from?" Jaune asked Ren with a chuckle.

"I have my ways."

"What a mad banquet of darkness," The bird-headed figure of the boy who'd stated his name as Fumikage Tokoyami chuckled darkly.

Oscar looked to the rest of the assembled boys. "Does he say anything else? I swear that's the third time he's said that."

The rest were too busy being stunned at the fact that one of them had just pulled out a live firearm to reply.

First chapters are always pretty difficult to write. This might have benefitted from being split into two, but eh, sue me. Couple things. This takes place post V8, but also most likely post V9 and, depending on what happens, post V10. Gang's all together, but Nora's still got her V8 scars and Oscar and Ozpin have fused to the point at which they're essentially indistinguishable. I still prefer Oscar as Oscar, though, so Ozpin's influence is dialed way back.

Also, clearly, this is during the USJ period of MHA canon. I'm not particularly aware of the intricate details of My Hero Academia's plot as I am with RWBY's, as it's a lesser part of what I indulge in, clearly, considering the time I've spent writing Systema, but I am going to try and accurately depict canon. Of course, if things change due to RWBY/JNPR's influence, it'll change, but I won't be massively changing canon without reason.

If characters seem OOC, that might be because I've made slight nudges to them in order to get them how I want them depicted, so don't be alarmed about Bakugo's choice of reference to Yang, or other things, like Izuku sobbing less, for example. I was originally going to have Bakugo call Yang a whore, but I decided against that one. Little too strong right out the gate.

Also, Both RWBY and JNPR are older. 1-A are 14-15, whereas, Oscar and Ruby excluded, RWBY and JNPR are all easily 18-19. Possibly even older, depending on what I decide. If it seems like Yang crushing Bakugo as she did is OOC, take into consideration that her arm is literally metal, and she's covered in the second-strongest Aura out of all of the Hunters, right behind Jaune. The force calculations for how hard she was hit to go through a concrete pillar notwithstanding, she, and everyone else from Beacon, could quite easily slaughter 1-A in their entirety.

"Blah blah Whale shut the fuck up" I get it, no more of me talky talky, more of me writey writey, I know how y'all think. I have a Pa Treon if you wanna help me do more writey writey, though, and the raw doc that I write in will be up on there for specific tiers. That's my ad spiel done.

And, as always, see you next chapter
