Do Travelers Dream of Goat Girls?
On the brightside, Aether found that he could move despite time being frozen and that color was sucked away from the world.
On the downside, he could only move around two feet.
When he tried to walk further than that, it was like he ran into a giant glass wall. He found out that it extended to all around him when he bumped into it on the OTHER side.
That was how Aether found out that while he might be able to move, he was no less trapped than he was before. All the while a translucent grey panel taunted him from the middle of the invisibile box.
He didn't exactly know what the difference was to cause it to stay in a static place, rather than follow him everywhere he looked, but he figured it was best to just roll with it. After all, his sister always told him 'If life gives you lemons, go ahead and take a bite.'.
Actually, now that Aether thought about it, taking a bite out of a lemon didn't sound particularly appetizing, maybe his sister was saying it wrong?
Regardless, Aether hesitantly touched the screen congratulating him on clearing the tutorial. What exactly this 'game' considered the tutorial was a mystery to him, and so was his method of clearing it. All he really did was accidentally pick an option, nearly die from a cuteness induced heart attack, and score a date on-purpose-but-really-an-accident.
Huh. It kind of sounded like those dating sims Lumine used to be addicted to.
Aether didn't get to ponder more on that, as the screen promptly blinked out of existence after he touched it, only to be replaced by about a dozen other popups.
[Menu unlocked!]
[Status unlocked!]
[Map unlocked!]
[Skills unlocked!]
[Reputation unlocked!]
[Achievements unlocked!]
[Wish unlocked!]
Just… what?
Aether's head hurt from the numerous dings that rang out with each subsequent popup. Frankly speaking it might be good that he unlocked things now, rather than later, but it didn't stop the confusion nonetheless.
It felt like with each thing he found out there were three more questions that popped up afterwards. Or seven in this case.
Menu, status and map were rather straightforward. He couldn't really think of any other possible interpretation for those unless he was REALLY being fucked with. Skills were… in the air. It probably meant what it sounded like, he'd need to check it out later to be sure. But reputation? Achievements? What did that mean? His reputation with who? His achievements of what?
And the Wish feature? That wasn't vague in the slightest. Not a single bit.
Aether could feel a headache coming on. It had barely been a day in Inazuma and his life was already flipped upside down. More than it already was at least.
Closing his eyes, Aether rubbed his temples in an attempt to stop the incoming headache from even forming. He just wanted all these popups to close and go away for a bit so he could actually take a breather and think.
Being trapped in a tiny invisible box while the world was frozen did not count as a breather. Aether had never considered himself claustrophobic before, and he still wasn't, but he could certainly see why some people would be afraid of such a thing now.
"Aether?"
Aether's eyes shot open at the sound of his name. A brief flash of surprise rushed through him, before understanding followed.
"Are you okay?" Ganyu continued.
Aether stared at the worried faces of both Ganyu and Paimon. He wasn't sure when time had resumed but he just knew that it had.
That was an interesting thought to him though, he didn't make any conscious decision regarding the screens and popups, but they were no longer in his sight, and he assumed that their disappearance was linked to time resuming.
Perhaps it was when he wanted the popups to close? This 'game' might have interpreted it as a conscious effort to close all those screens that flooded his vision.
"I'm okay. Just a headache." He responded.
The two faces of his friends changed, Paimon from worried to an odd mixture of relief and impatience. Ganyu's changed from worried to more worried.
Huh. Aether thought, that's a cute expression on her.
Ganyu moved close to Aether, close enough that he could faintly catch the scent of her flowery shampoo. It was oddly mesmerizing despite its faint presence. Her hand shot up to his forehead as she leaned in and checked his temperature.
"G-Ganyu?" Aether sputtered, surprised at the sudden touch.
The half-qilin hummed in thought. "Mmm… You don't feel like you have a fever. Are you okay? Do you have any aches or pains?" She asked worryingly.
Damn. Aether wasn't exactly sick but this girl was going to be the death of him someday.
"No I'm- I'm okay. I just need some food." He reassured her, blushing slightly at the close proximity.
"Oh." Ganyu said simply, an embarrassed flush forming.
"Yeah…"
The secretary broke eye contact and took a step back. "Uhm lets- let's go uhm…" she trailed off going silent for a beat before pepping back up. "Let's go get something to eat then!" She smiled, a bright blush on her face despite the clear embarrassment.
It was obvious to anyone that the adeptus was playing off her embarrassment, but Aether didn't exactly have time to respond as she turned away and speed walked away in the direction of what he assumed to be the restaurant.
He briefly made eye contact with Paimon, who had been quiet the entire time, and flushed when his small friend raised a single eyebrow in question.
Perhaps he was being self conscious but he couldn't help but think there was something oddly judging in that expression of hers.
"Be quiet you." He said despite himself, and walked towards where Ganyu had rushed off too.
"Paimon didn't say anything." She said smugly, a wide grin starting to form on her face. She followed after.
Aether just knew he was going to be bombarded with questions the second they were alone.
But that was a problem for future him, and thinking about it now wouldn't solve anything, especially when he barely had any answers himself. Right now he had a cute not-a-goat adeptus moving rapidly and he had to follow her.
Luckily he didn't have to go far, as Ritou wasn't a big city, and they found the blue haired girl quickly. She had somehow already found a table outside in the short moment of separation.
"That was fast, I'm surprised you got a table this quickly." Aether stated, sitting down next to the adeptus.
"Paimon was thinking the same thing! There's almost always a small wait at the Liyue restaurants!" Paimon agreed.
Ganyu smiled. "There's some cultural differences between Inazuma and Liyue! One of them is that many restaurants in Inazuma it's customary to find your own seat and the waiter will come to you!" She explained.
Aether watched the secretary explain. While it was true that the differences in culture was interesting to him, a not so small part of his mind was more interested in how Ganyu would look with a pair of glasses.
"Ganyu, have you ever thought about being a teacher?" Aether blurted out without thinking. Once his brain caught up to what he said, he facepalmed mentally.
"Eh? A teacher?"
"Ah! Paimon was thinking the same thing! Paimon thinks she'd be really good at it!" Paimon spoke up, agreeing with Aether.
"R-really? Wouldn't I be boring?" Ganyu asked shyly.
Aether was about to reply with some reassurement. Because despite his motor mouth and scatterbrained thoughts, he really did think Ganyu could make for a good teacher.
Until the world froze and went monochrome.
A grey screen popped up into Aether's vision. He found himself frozen like the first time when he was alone with Ganyu. Completely frozen, not just trapped in an invisible box like earlier.
[Make your selection!]
[I would love to have some private tutoring sessions with you, starting with biology.]
[Not at all, I wouldn't be able to take my eyes off you if you were my teacher.]
[If you were my teacher. I'd show you what a D looks like.]
[Put on some glasses and discipline me with your ruler Sensei.]
If Aether were physically capable, he was certain he would be choking from the options presented to him. Like holy shit. Really?
REALLY?
THOSE WERE HIS OPTIONS?
Someone had to be fucking with him. There was just no way those were his options. How was it even possible that they were worse than his earlier choices?
Like holy crap, one of them was literally just him saying he'd flash her.
Aether attempted to scream, only to remember that he was literally frozen. So he settled for screaming mentally.
It took him a bit longer than he'd like to admit for him to calm down. But it happened, and he was proud of it.
The entire situation he was in was just so utterly crazy.
Aether mentally took a deep breath. Now that he had more time to think about his options. It was rather clear to him that there was only about one choice he could make.
Of course he also thought that last time and had somehow scored a date with the very cute secretary but he chalked that up to complete luck that it hadn't gone completely sideways when he accidentally chose a different option.
So before he could replicate that disaster-yet-not, he chose the second option. Hopefully Ganyu was too innocent to realize the innuendo. Or perhaps not, and the cute secretary had a dirty side to her.
[Choice selected!]
With a ding, the world went back to color and unfroze.
Aether could feel words bubbling up from his throat again. That odd feeling of saying words without really wanting to.
"Not at all. If you were my teacher I wouldn't be able to take my eyes off you." Aether said smoothly.
He wasn't sure if it was him or the game, or perhaps it was Ganyu herself, but things changed the moment the words left his mouth.
Ganyu blushed prettily and her gaze… changed. It went from the usual bright iris to something deeper, more primal. The way she gazed at Aether made his mouth suddenly dry as he couldn't help but focus on her half-lidded eyes and pink lips as she softly gasped.
He was suddenly aware of every breath she took, how her outfit clung tightly to her body, showing the swell and rise of her breasts with every heave. It was a magnetic sight and he was unable to tear his gaze away from the blue haired woman.
When she spoke next, Aether was hyper aware of how her pretty pink lips moved with each syllable of the sentence.
"And what do you mean by that?" She said breathily.
It felt as if a fire was lit inside Aether, and he suddenly felt a deep primal hunger that he was unfamiliar with. His mind was stuck half between focusing on the adeptus, and half trying to formulate a coherent reply to the woman.
"I…" If Aether felt like his mouth was dry before, it felt like a desert now. He was unable to tear his mind away long enough from her pretty blush and plump lips to come up with a decent response.
"Hello you three. Is there anything I can get you today?" Asked the waiter, coming up to them.
Aether felt a confusing mixture of shock, irritation and relief as the waiter unknowingly interrupted the moment between the two.
[Ganyu affection +15]
[Congratulations! You have unlocked the achievement 'Luck or Skill?'!]
Aether blinked at the sudden popup, before willing it away. He was suddenly aware of just how hot his cheeks felt and the first coherent thought that ran through his head was holy shit.
The second was him wondering what exactly just happened, and the third was him hoping it would happen again.
Ganyu had her eyes still focused on him for another beat, before she turned to the waiter.
"I'll have the vegetarian ramen please." She said, handing him the folded up menu.
Aether briefly wondered what Paimon thought-
Oh. She was looking at him. And her mouth was open in shock. He felt slightly guilty that he had forgotten that Paimon was there in the moments he was focused on Ganyu.
Aether couldn't remember if he had ever seen Paimon look so shocked. Did he break her? He had NEVER seen Paimon ignore anything related to food like that.
When the waiter turned to Aether, he realized that in all the commotion he had completely forgotten to take a look at the menu.
"I'll uh- I'll have the special Ritou miso ramen. Uh, two of them for me and my friend." Aether sputtered, opening up the menu and picking the first thing he saw.
Paimon continued to stare at him, expression unchanging.
It wasn't until he reached over, grabbed Paimom's menu, and handed it over to the waiter did his small friend actually change.
"W-Wuh? Aether you- huh? Did you just?" Paimon muttered incoherently.
Aether had to hold himself back from facepalming now that he had confirmation that yes, he did momentarily break his small friend.
"I ordered miso ramen, is that alright Paimon?" He asked the fairy.
"Uh yeah- Paimon loves food?" Paimon… asked and or stated.
Aether knew that when Paimon was questioning her love for food, things were not all fine and dandy. He really hoped he hadn't broken his friend for good.
"We can talk about it later." He said, hoping that would be enough to bring his friend back into lucidity.
Paimon nodded, still with a surprised expression on her.
Aether turned when he felt a soft tug on his sleeve. Ganyu was next to him, slightly turned away with a red embarrassed blush on her face.
"Uhm…" Ganyu spoke up hesitantly from beside Aether, her voice dipped low in a whisper. "C-Can I visit you later, Aether?"
Aether's eyes nearly bulged out of his head, he wasn't sure exactly what 'visiting later' meant but his mind instantly assumed some dirty thoughts. That primal desire that he had felt before rose back up fiercely.
Aether nodded, any words he tried to form were stuck in his throat and refused to come out.
Aether wasn't sure if it was his imagination but the blue haired woman's blush seemed to intensify as she softly spoke her next words.
"Alone…?" She said in a barely audible whisper.
Aether was a man who had some pride about his impressive self control. He hadn't come across many situations that had seriously tested it. But this singular moment had Aether straining himself to not kiss the girl right here and then in the restaurant.
Any and all hesitation regarding the adorable girl had flown out the window.
"Yes… I would like that-" Aether started, the volume of his words mirroring hers.
"Three ramen, hot and fresh! One vegetarian and two special miso!" The waiter said, placing the three bowls on the table dexterously.
Aether seriously wanted to plant his face against the table in frustration and punch the waiter for interrupting AGAIN.
"That was fast!" Ganyu said surprised, her voice still soft.
The waiter chuckled. "We pride ourselves on our speed and freshness! Hope you all enjoy! Let me know if you need anything." The waiter stated before going off to serve another customer.
Paimon's stomach seemed to finally win out over her shock, as his floating companion focused on the food in front of her.
"Looks delicious!" Paimon stated with a hungry look.
Ganyu and Aether shared a quick glance, the both of them blushing as they made eye contact, as they non verbally agreed to continue the conversation later.
"One thing that they do in Inazuma is say a prayer before every meal." Ganyu said, clasping her hands together. "Itadakimasu!" She said before breaking her chopsticks apart and digging.
Aether and Paimon followed suit. "Itadakimasu!" They both said.
Aether's ramen looked delicious. The various ingredients all standing out, the noodles beneath the surface, the chashu looking nice and tender, and the soft boiled egg in two halves, exposing the soft yolk core. The pieces of nori on the side soaking up the miso taste and the mushrooms shimmering in the steaming broth.
All in all it looked perfect. The chef in him couldn't help but wonder how they made it. Ramen was simple enough to make, but the correct process was usually too long for him to make readily.
There was a soft ping as a grey translucent screen popped up in Aether's vision.
[Special Ritou Miso Ramen]
[Grants 30 bonus stamina and reduces stamina usage by 15% for 3 hours.]
Aether screamed internally as he face planted on the table.
Even the food? Was nothing sacred?
Aether plopped down into bed, face first.
After the trio had eaten a late lunch, they split up for their separate ways. Ganyu had a couple of things she wanted to buy a souvenir and Aether was mentally exhausted from all the interference from the game.
Paimon of course, took off on her own for a bit, something about still being hungry.
Where his small flying companion fit all that food, he would probably never know. Considering he was rather stuffed and felt fulfilled from the meal.
He supposed that was fortunate, it gave him some time to figure things out, like all the new features that were unlocked.
Aether sighed, before flipping over so he faced the ceiling.
How was he gonna do this…
"Open?" He said out loud.
Nothing happened.
"Uhh… menu?"
A soft chime echoed as a grey screen appeared in his view. It had several options listed out. Aether figured starting at the top would make the most sense.
"Status."
The menu screen disappeared and another replaced it. To Aether's surprise it had pictures of Aether, Paimon and Ganyu. As well as some other portraits that were blacked out with just ? as text.
"What the…" he couldn't help but murmur.
The pictures of the three were incredibly high in detail. Much more than what the current Kameras could accomplish.
He assumed there had to be more than just portraits, so he tried tapping his own with his index finger. It only startled him a tiny bit when his picture enlarged and a new screen with a paragraph of words appeared.
[Aether]
[A traveler from another world. He came to Teyvat in search of his lost sister after the twins were attacked by an unknown god. Using the power of the elements and having staunch allies, he became wrapped up in a plot involving the fatui and his sister. After he arrived in Inazuma, he became 'The Protagonist' and using his new powers he'll conquer the women around him using the power of love.]
Aether's brain short circuited at the end of the paragraph.
What… the fuck… was he reading.
There were just so many things that rang alarm bells in one paragraph. He barely told anyone that he came from another world, and he certainly didn't tell them that he was attacked by the unknown god.
And what the hell did it mean by CONQUERING the women around him? With LOVE? What the hell did THAT mean?
God damnit. This was a dating sim. He was trapped in a dating sim. Even if he was almost certain before, this just confirmed it.
Aether groaned loudly. His life was a mess.
He sighed, before looking back at the portrait. If this is what it said about him, what did the other's portraits say?
He swiped right, and Paimon's portrait came up. An enlarged picture and a paragraph of text just like Aether's own.
[Paimon]
[The Traveler's loyal friend. After being literally fished out of a lake, Paimon has stuck with the Traveler through thick and thin. Acting as a guide and travel companion. This flying friend is a food glutton and has a black hole for a stomach. Recently they've noticed that the Traveler is acting a bit odd after getting struck by lightning.]
Well. That was rather bland compared to his own. But he supposed that it was more normal of a description. It was everything he already knew about Paimon, just listed out in words instead of the sum of his memories and experiences.
Which led him to Ganyu, he wondered what the game said about her? He briefly wondered if it was an invasion of privacy to look at hers, but Paimon's hadn't exactly said anything besides what he already knew.
With only a brief moment of hesitation. Aether swiped right to get to Ganyu's portrait.
Much like the others, it had an enlarged picture of her, and he would never admit that he might have stared at the portrait much longer than necessary because of how cute the secretary looked.
[Ganyu]
[The secretary of the Liyue Qixing. She expertly wields a bow and uses her ice vision in combat. She's a hardworking girl, an adeptus and of half-qilin blood, despite this, she's prone to forgetfulness and loves to take naps. Ganyu is sensitive about the horns on her head, despite the fact that it looks cute on her. She has recently decided to take a vacation to Inazuma, where she met with the traveler and nursed him back to health. She is the first route that 'The Protagonist' has unlocked.]
Aether blinked. The first route?
Wait. This game was a dating sim. So that meant… the first romance option?
Aether blushed at the revelation. It certainly made sense considering all the options when conversing with the adeptus. Also the fact that he was going to go on a date with her, even if they haven't planned it out yet, was pretty damning evidence.
Shit. He was going on a date with Ganyu. What did people even do on dates? Wasn't she coming over later? How was he going to explain this to Paimon?
Okay wait. Backup. The first route? That meant there were multiple routes? As in multiple girls to romance?
He… had no idea what to do with one girl. How in the world was he going to handle multiple?
That… was a problem for future him. Right now he just has to worry about Ganyu. It just didn't feel right to worry about other girls that he didn't even know about while he already had something with another.
He was pushing a lot of problems onto the future him.
Aether sighed. His life, while not simple, was a lot more straightforward a day ago.
There wasn't much more to the status option, so he exited it out and selected the map option from the menu.
...It was a map of Teyvat.
Aether wasn't sure what he expected from that.
What was interesting was that any area he hadn't explored yet was all dark on the map, except for… were those locations for statues of the seven? And it seemed to show his location. So it was useful to have, he doubted he'd ever get lost again with this.
Next was… skills.
Well that was one of the options that he was interested in.
Aether quickly closed the map and opened up the skills tab. A grey screen popped up.
[Skills]
[The Protagonist: Allows the user to gain the powers of 'The Protagonist' and conquer the women around him using love.]
[The Traveler: User is capable of changing elemental nature by praying to Archons at the Statues of the Sevens.]
[Love Your Waifu: Allows the user to be uninhibited by skill 'The Protagonist' in certain situations with heroines.]
[Love is Pure White: Locked]
Aether blinked. The skills list told him a lot of things but also absolutely nothing at the same time.
First and foremost, the skill 'The Protagonist' just restated that he had that skill, it didn't even mention at all what it meant! All he could assume was that the powers it was speaking about was this entire game-like environment.
'The Traveler' was something he already knew about, nothing new there.
But it was 'Love Your Waifu' that really held his attention. It allowed him to be unaffected by the game in certain situations? That was probably the second best news he heard today.
Behind the date with Ganyu of course. And the fact that she was meeting him later.
But what did certain situations even mean? It was so vague. There was an inkling of an idea, but he didn't want to make assumptions if it was about THAT.
The mythical "H-Scene" was not something he wanted to think about right now.
The last one intrigued him. He had no idea what it could be just by its name, and the fact that it was locked was interesting enough on it's own.
But four skills… He wondered if it was possible to gain more. Or how to unlock that last one. There was a part of him that was relieved that his skills were rather straightforward and nothing too crazy. Crazier than this entire dating sim thing at least. But there was also a part of him, a very tiny small part of him, that wished he got something just completely overpowered and amazing. With how much this entire thing was telling him that he was 'The Protagonist,' he just couldn't shake that tiny feeling of disappointment.
Beggars can't be choosers. Not that he was begging for anything like this to happen in the first place. But his sister's countless words of wisdom refused to get out of his head.
[Love Your Waifu has activated]
Aether blinked.
Did he… do that? That was exciting. So he wouldn't be affected by the game for now? Actually how does that even work? What were the criteria?
His thoughts were broken by the knocking of the hotel door.
Aether guessed that it was Paimon coming back from her feast. He just hoped that she hadn't spent too much mora.
He hopped out of bed, opening the door as he prepared to greet her.
Only for his jaw to drop at the beautiful sight in front of him.
It was Ganyu, in an outfit similar to what she wore normally. She was missing the cute bell necklace and her skintight suit was somehow more sexy than he had ever seen.
Aether's eyes traveled downwards slowly, taking in the sight before him. Her black skintight suit was now more sheer than anything else. A translucent black that seemed to be thin enough to see through, allowing him an amazing view of the adeptus's gentle curves.
She had forgone the sleeves of her normal outfit, leaving only black lace gloves, and her dress was styled differently, allowing an enticing view of her navel and one of her thighs.
The outfit was finished by her black tights, they clung to Ganyu's legs, showing them off in a way that caught the eye and refused to let it go.
When he finally was able to tear his eyes away to look her in the face, she had an adorable blush lighting up her entire face.
Aether actually felt dizzy from how fast the blood in his body traveled south.
"C-Can I come in…?" She asked shyly.
Aether tried to form a response, but he was pretty sure the only thing that came out of his mouth was drool. So he settled for a nod and stepped aside.
As Ganyu walked in, Aether was unable to tear his eyes away from the slight sway of the half-qilin's hips, or how every step she took had her thighs doing the most miniscule jiggle.
It was probably the most sexy thing Aether had ever seen.
He absentmindedly closed the door, locking it as he did, and followed the adeptus. She seemed to be avoiding his eye contact, and her blush was in full force.
Aether took a seat on the bed out of habit. He felt awkward and turned on beyond belief, but he still wasn't exactly sure of the woman's reason for visiting him.
Even if he was certainly hopeful.
"Is this about what I said at lunch?" He said hesitantly, his voice finally working.
Ganyu glanced at him briefly, before her eyes darted away once more, a hand coming up in an attempt to hide her blush.
"D-Did you mean it…?" She said in a barely audible whisper.
Aether felt like his heart was about to burst out of his chest at Ganyu's cute demeanor. He swallowed in an attempt to wet his suddenly dry mouth.
Did he mean it? Even if the game had chosen his words for him?
The answer to him was obvious, of course he meant it. Even if the game chose it for him, he wasn't lying when he said he wouldn't be able to take his eyes off her. He couldn't even take them off her now.
So he swallowed his nervousness and told the blushing girl the truth.
"Yeah." He stated, more solidly than he expected. "I did. I can't even take my eyes off you now."
Aether wouldn't have been able to catch the miniature shudder that ran through the girl, if he wasn't paying so much attention to her.
In a move that surprised him, Ganyu moved swiftly, plopping herself down right on top of his lap. Aether wasn't able to stop the small gasp of surprise and pleasure he felt from when she sat directly on top of him. He instinctively wrapped his arms around the blue haired girl's thin waist, pulling her closer until she was snug into his chest.
Ganyu made a cute squeak of surprise at the sudden hug, shifting around a little and causing Aether to groan in pleasure as her rear repeatedly came in contact with his hard cock.
Eventually, the two found a comfortable position that they settled for. Aether's heart was thumping so loud in his chest that he briefly wondered if she could hear it.
"Uhm…" Ganyu started, trailing off.
Aether couldn't see her face, but he was buried in the soft mane of her blue hair, the scent of flowers wafting into his nose from her shampoo.
"I'm… new to this…" she continued, each word coming out slowly as if she was trying to plan out her sentence.
Aether was silent, knowing that he should just let the girl continue
"I'm o-old… but I've never done something like this with anyone… But over time I've come to know what I want in life. I've never felt this way before, it's nice… and I feel warm when you look at me. And when you tell me those n-nice things. I want to hear more from you. Even if they're really forward and embarrassing sometimes." She said, she stuttered less as she went on, as if somewhere along the line she had gathered her courage.
Somewhere along her confession, she had turned around in his lap and stared into his eyes. Her face was still coloured in a blush but her eyes had grown determined.
Aether was shocked at the heartfelt words from the girl he was holding. He was touched by what she felt, at the same time he felt guilty from how many of his words were chosen because of this game he was stuck in.
But he wasn't controlled by the game at this moment. And he could say whatever it is he wanted.
"Ganyu I-"
"W-Wait. I'm really n-nervous. C-Can I just say one last thing?" She asked, interrupting him.
Aether was surprised, but nodded regardless.
"Ever since we fought together at Liyue, I've always been interested in you a little, U-uhm… The truth is that I took this vacation in hopes of getting to know you better, but I never expected to feel like this about y-you." She continued, getting visibly more nervous again at the end of it.
The more she said, the more Aether felt like his heart was about to burst from the pure amount of happiness he was feeling.
"Wow I-" He said, trying to respond.
"I-I know it's really fast and it hasn't even been a full day!" She said, cutting him off.
"Ganyu-"
"B-But this is the first time I've felt like this!" She continued, visibly skittish as she nervously shifted in his lap.
"Hey-"
"I-I know you probably don't feel the same-"
Aether decided to take matters into his own hands. He unwrapped one of his hands from around Ganyu's waist, softly put his hands on one of her cheeks, and turned her face.
Then he kissed her.
She tasted like a mix of qingxin and strawberries, a combination of bittersweet that was intoxicating to his senses. She gasped into his mouth at the sudden kiss, before she melted in his hands and leaned into him. Deepening the kiss with a soft moan.
Her hands went up to his collar when they parted for breath, allowing them a second of pause before she pulled him forward and they resumed. His hand tightened around her waist and pushed her body against his, allowing him to feel her breasts against him and her slim body seemed to fit perfectly with his.
Aether nibbled on her bottom lip lightly, eliciting a soft mewl of pleasure from the girl, he took the opportunity to slip a tongue inside her mouth and deepened the kiss even more. When she shifted slightly and her rear shifted against his lower appendage, Aether broke the kiss off with a panting moan.
The two stared at each, Ganyu's eyes were thick with desire and her heavy breaths made her breasts look irresistible as they heaved up and down. Aether went in for another kiss, his hands going up and grabbing them as he did.
The blue haired girl gasped in pleasure and moaned into Aether's mouth.
In a feat of dexterity, Aether uncupped one of her breasts and wrapped an arm around her waist once more, turning the two of them around and onto the bed. They broke off the kiss again, a thin bridge of saliva forming between the two as Aether stared at the beautiful sight beneath him.
An adorably cute, and sexy, and whatever other positive adjective existed in the world, girl was with him, on his bed, panting and out of breath.
It was a sight that turned him on more than he even thought possible.
Ganyu brought up a hand in front of her face as Aether stared at her. It was a futile effort as it could barely hide the colossal blush and out of breath panting, but cute nonetheless.
Aether didn't know exactly what to do next, but he wasn't entirely clueless either. He moved in for a slow kiss, it was less like the earlier ones, less burning desire and held all the more passion. When the two broke it off, Aether slowly planted a trail of kisses down Ganyu's body.
He started with her neck, moving downwards with lots of butterfly kisses covering every inch of skin. He continued even as her got to her covered breasts, planting deeper kisses as he got to her sternum and between two tits. He cupped them and squeezed, eliciting a pleasured gasp from the girl before he continued his kissing.
At her navel he stopped for a bit, bringing his hands down to her waist and then planting a round of kisses circling her belly button. Each one brought a soft sigh as Ganyu brought her hands onto his head, brushing her fingers through his hair.
When he traveled down further, he placed his hands on each of Ganyu's thighs. They were just as soft as he imagined. It wasn't until he moved to kiss her in her most private of places did she speak up.
"W-Wait." She spoke out.
A rush of panic flowed through Aether for a brief second. Did he go too far? Was he going too fast? He was so caught up in everything, and she was so irresistibly cute that he could barely control himself. Was she mad?
"N-Not yet."
Aether brought himself back up to her face. "S-Sorry." He stuttered out. "I got too caught up in the moment-"
"N-No it's not that." She spoke up, interrupting him. "I-I just want it to be special. I was thinking I-I could show you something important to me tomorrow and maybe…" Her voice trailed off at the end.
"Oh." He spoke dumbly, and then what exactly she meant hit him. "Oh! Y-Yeah. I agree. That would be great. I… want it to be special too."
Ganyu smiled brightly at his words. Reaching up and kissing him gently on the lips. "I really like you Aether. Y-You just make me really happy. I know we might be going a bit fast but it feels perfect to me."
Aether smiled at the adeptus's kind words. "Yeah it feels just right. I… honestly haven't thought about… any of this because I was so wrapped up with trying to find my sister, but… being with you today has made me feel so happy."
The blue haired woman sat up, hugging Aether tightly and rested her head on his chest. "Tomorrow we'll probably stop by Konda village… There's something close by that I really want to show you. It's been a while since I've been in Inazuma, but I think it'll still be in great condition."
Aether nodded in response. "That sounds good. I'm… really glad you came to Inazuma Ganyu, seeing a familiar face was a treasure-"
KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK
"Aether!? Why's the door locked! Are you alright?! Do I need to call Miss Ganyu again for help?!" Paimon shouted from outside his hotel room, completely interrupting anything Aether was going to say.
The both of them jumped slightly, before turning to each other with a slight blush. When Aether took a quick glance outside the window, he realized that it had turned dark without him even realizing it.
"Wow, I didn't realize how much time had passed." He said to Ganyu.
The blue haired woman giggled. "I didn't either. We should probably let her in."
"Yeah, I had a great time with you today. I'm really glad-"
"Shh…" Ganyu shushed, placing a finger on his lips. "Tomorrow will be even better. Let's get some sleep so we aren't tired alright?" Ganyu said, removing her finger and giving Aether a quick peck on the lips.
The secretary got up from the bed, giving Aether one last hug before walking towards the hotel door, hips swaying mesmerizingly.
Aether was only able to break his gaze when she turned around and gave him a wave, opening the door and stepping out and closing the door.
"E-Eh? Miss Ganyu? What are you doing here?" He could hear Paimon's confused voice from the other side.
Aether just sighed. He was gonna have to come up with some story to Paimon wasn't he?

Choo fucking Choo. The Ganyu train has no breaks. Full speed ahead! Anyways, hope you liked the chapter. The end of the Ganyu section ends next chapter! Then that's where the prologue essentially stops and all the other girls step in. Hope you liked it, it was like 3k more than I would usually write. I just couldn't stop. If you notice any mistakes, please point them out in the reviews. I'll make sure to come back and fix them.
Also holy shit. 200 follows in the first week? 150 faves? Holy Moly. What a great reception to the opening chapter. Yall are amazing. I'll try to live up to the expectations.
And now for what everyone has been waiting for.
Q: Will [insert girl here] be added to the harem?
A: Yes. Whether it be in a single chapter, multi chapter arc, interlude, etc. I'll try to have everyone added. Just be patient alright?
