He then took a deep breath before saying babe, come away with me after graduation I want to spend time alone with you without the fear of Carly or Freddie finding us. She then put her hand on his cheek before asking how long they would be gone. He then kissed her before saying I was thinking two months of sun and warm white sand beaches. He then continued by saying don't you wanna spend your 18th birthday just us. She then smiled and said she would love to go with him because what he described sounds so amazing. He then put the ring on her finger before getting up and picking her up and spinning her around kissing her deep. Sam couldn't help but feel jealous yet happy for her friends at the same time because she and Spencer had been secretly dating for a year and they couldn't go on real dates or even get engaged themselves because she was still underage but luckily her 18th birthday would be in two weeks and they would be on their getaway because they were leaving tonight after Carly was asleep. Spencer had already written a note to her telling her he would be going to Zakynthos, Greece for two months to spend some time in the sun on the white sand beaches they have.
Later that night
Carly had just gone to bed while Sam was in the kitchen trying to come up with the right way to say goodbye to her best friend as Spencer was in his room packing their suitcases. Soon she found the right words she began the letter by saying Dear Carls, I've decided to go on a road trip for the next two months I have no clue where I will end up going but I need to get out of town for a while please don't try to find me I will be OK and please don't elope with Freddie before I get back and that she loved her.
He then came out of his bedroom with their bags and this letter to Carly. He then set the letter on the counter near the computer before walking over to his girl and whispering if she was ready to go because their plane would be leaving soon she then said yeah before putting her letting to Carly next to his. He then took her hand as he grabbed his suitcase and she grabbed hers. They took one last look at the apartment before he opened the door and headed to the airport. Once they got to the airport and their bags were checked in they went to get some food because their plane didn't leave for two more hours. After they got their food they went to sit near their gate to wait.
Two hours later
Sam had fallen asleep in his arms an hour into their wait. He couldn't help but smile as he looked down at the love of his life asleep in his arms. Soon their flight was being called so he had to wake her up so they could board the plane. He kissed her cheek before whispering in her ear saying she needed to wake up or they would miss their flight. She smiled and kissed him once she was awake before getting up and taking his hand and saying come on babe, let's get this getaway started. He then stood up and grabbed their tickets before leading her to the gate and getting on the plane.
