Disclaimer- I do not own Harry Potter or any such franchises. The only ideas that I own are my own that I write down here for you all to enjoy. And unfortunately, I've yet to make any money off of these ideas of mine. (T.T)

And now, time for some reviews!

dammyd- Hermione is basically the same as she was in canon up until this point. Harry is the one that's changed, and it causes ripples. This Hermione doesn't like seeing Harry doing better than at multiple subjects where she was the best.

Otagema-L- There will definitely be some screen time for romance. It may not be right now, but it will be soon. I don't like the theme of slow burn romances, though they can be very good.

bahnannah- There are a few issues with this. Harry doesn't even know Babbling besides the fact that she's a professor. And while Flitwick has done some good, Harry doesn't really think any of the professors won't take Dumbledore's opinion as their own.

DS2010- Well in this story, Harry didn't go to the Quidditch World Cup. So, he never saw the Veela's before and he never saw Krum. While this Harry likes to play Quidditch, he prefers just flying more.

Inumiru- I do plan to use that symbol for Parsletongue, I just forgot that it existed for a bit. Thanks for the reminder! And I think I've thought up a good nickname for him.

angeldust889- As you wish, here is another chapter.

Guest #1- Harry is weak? He's a fourth year student who didn't know about the magical world until he came to Hogwarts. Even then, he is far from weak. He isn't the strongest, but he hasn't had a motivation yet to basically drop everything and get stronger. That will come soon.

serenityselena- That's something I really wanted to do, turn Sirius from a side character into a major player in the game. Sirius will be a constant source of support for Sirius. And you couldn't be more right about that old saying. Interesting times indeed.

Kairan1979- Who knows what the old goat is planning. As a kid reading the story I thought of at least three different ways of bypassing the age line. It was incredibly stupid.

draconic skysong- It was very tempting since I do like the Harry and Fleur pairing. But I wanted to do something different. Glad you like it!

Guest #2- It's almost like this is a fan fiction story and not the canon universe. This is a very different version of Harry and if it's not for you, then I'm sorry but this likely isn't the story for you.

Sleeping Dog- First off, if the pairing sucks, why are you still even reading? The changes in age are because things are gonna get a bit brutal in the story, and I don't like the idea of using little kids for that. Also, who said that only the of-age students were allowed to come over? My story, I can allow a few exceptions as you'll find out. And finally, if you don't like it this much, then get out.

lowten- Thanks! And there will be bashing of Ron and Hermione. Ron's will be permanent while I'm still debating on Hermione's standing. They certainly won't be friends anymore; I can tell you that much.

ichika aono- You're damn right I'm a D&D nerd! Part of the reason I loved the name so much was because of the way I found it as well as the fact that it's a D&D reference.

Otsutsuki no Yami- I'm sorry! I've been there before and done the same thing. I'll try and update whenever I can, but life has gotten busy. I'm really glad you like it so far and I fully intend to try and make this the best story of this pairing.

Urgazhi- That really means a lot to me, so thank you! And you'll just have to wait and see if it does. The one thing I can safely say is that nobody is going to expect what's about to happen in this chapter. Prepare yourself.

Now, onto A Tale of Wings and Fangs.

Chapter 9

Harry felt like shouting and jumping for joy as he looked at himself. Unfortunately, his current form didn't really allow for either of those two actions to occur.

The glinting emerald green scales shone in the torchlight of the large chamber.

Thanks to the yellow, serpentine eyes Harry could see the smallest details and knew that he'd gotten everything right.

Stretching his body out and flexing his muscles, Harry felt a surge of pride as he felt the large, feathered wings moving on his back.

Trying to match the sight that consumed most of his early dreams, Harry made his way towards the pool of water near the statue of Salazar Slytherin. Looking down into the dark water, the young wizard could see his reflection within the water and would have grinned if he could have.

Instead of the young, human face of Harry Potter, he was instead greeted by the appearance of Asmodeus. The emerald green scales, the snake-like head, the bright feathers acting almost like a mane around his neck, and those vibrant golden eyes.

It had taken a month of hard practice and relentless focus for Harry to get where he wanted, but he'd finally been able to do it.

Instead of Harry Potter, in the Chamber of Secrets there stood only a 35 foot long winged serpent, a Quetzalcoatl.

Harry had succeeded and fully become an animagus.

It took almost ten minutes for Harry to manage to turn himself back into a human once more. The temptation to stay in Asmodeus' form was great, but he'd finally managed. The way he could see the world was simply different when in the body of the Quetzalcoatl. His senses were stronger, different, and his body was shaped in a strange way that felt odd yet natural.

His heart still pounding from his success, Harry rushed to pull out the communication mirror.

"Padfoot!"

A minute later the mirror's surface rippled and the image of Sirius Black filled space.

"Pup? What's going on? It's not our usual day to chat." Sirius asked. The man looked like he'd been about to go to sleep. It made sense, considering that it was late in the evening.

"Sirius, I did it!" Harry breathed out, struggling to string his words together with the excitement rushing through him.

"Did what? Did you manage to send a message with your patronus? You could have just waited till tomorrow to tell me." The older man griped.

"I did a full animagus transformation!" Harry practically shouted into the mirror.

Sirius' demeanor changed in a split second after hearing those words. His eyes were wide and fully awake and there was a joyful grin on his face.

"Well, what are you waiting for? Show me!"

Harry didn't need any further encouragement than that. Waving his wand, Harry transfigured a part of the chamber floor into a small pillar of stone. A quick sticking charm later and the mirror was held firmly in place with an angle to see the rest of the chamber.

Unlike the process of a werewolf changing under the full moon, which was slow and often painful, the animagus transformation was swift and barely took a second. Sirius was able to watch as Harry's body became covered in scales and grew, wings sprouting from his back as he went from the form of a human to a winged serpent.

"Bloody hell." There wasn't much Sirius could say as he watched his godson moving about in the form of a Quetzalcoatl. The fact that Harry truly had a magical animagus form was finally sinking in for the older man.

After a minute or so of showing off to Sirius, Harry coiled up and relaxed, focusing and returning back to his human body.

"You struggle to change back."

It wasn't so much a question as it was a statement that Sirius made.

"It's harder changing back than it is to change into the form. It feels natural in a way." Harry responded.

"It can be like that. It's hard to handle being an animagus at first, pup. The senses are a major draw, and a lot of people enjoy them. Part of the magic that goes into being an animagus makes it where being in the form of your animal is supposed to feel natural. The downside of that is that it makes turning back a bit more difficult. For now, practice that and get used to it. Eventually you'll probably have to register your form with the ministry. While they won't send you to Azkaban, they can definitely fine you for not registering." Sirius explained.

"I'll have to remember that. Maybe I'll do it over the summer." Thinking over the possibility of living with his godfather over the summer had Harry smiling at the idea. "Thank you for the advice, Padfoot. I'll let you go back to sleep."

"Sleep would be good. Oh, and try seeing what sort of magical abilities you might have in that form. Start with the size changing, that would probably be the most useful." Sirius replied with a yawn.

As the pair went to leave, Sirius paused and spoke up.

"Wait, pup!"

"What's wrong Padfoot?" Harry asked with some confusion.

"Well, I just had an idea. You're right that calling you Prongslet isn't going to cut it. Seeing that form of yours, I've got a perfect idea. Seeing as you're officially an animagus now, welcome to the Marauders, Featherhead."

The wide grin on Sirius' face was heavily contrasted by the deadpan stare from Harry as he looked at his godfather.

"Featherhead? Really?" He asked.

At the question, Sirius acted insulted, scoffing at his godson. "You try thinking of a good nickname for a snake when all the names I can think of are insults." The older wizard pointed out.

The admission drew a small chuckle from Harry and the pair enjoyed a short laugh together.

"I guess I'll accept that. I'll see you again soon Padfoot."

"You too, pup. Stay safe and keep me posted."

With the last words said, Harry and Sirius cut the connections and went to bed. Or rather, Sirius went to bed and Harry used his cloak to sneak back into the Gryffindor common room and get back to his own bed. By the time he finally fell asleep, it was just past midnight.

-A Tale of Wings and Fangs-

When Harry awoke the next morning, all that the school could talk about was the Triwizard Tournament. The champions would be picked that night, and many were putting in last minute entries.

While he didn't care much for the tournament, getting the chance to watch the Weasley twins trying and failing to use an aging potion to get past the age line was amusing.

Despite being sent to the loving hands of Madam Pomfrey, the two came back their younger selves with beards to match the headmaster. Apparently, the matron of the hospital ward decided that the twins needed a reminder of their stupid stunt, not that either twin seemed to mind.

The classes for the day went painfully slow for everyone, with each student eager to see who would represent each of the schools in the tournament.

Eventually, though, the classes all came to an end and all of the visitors from the schools met in the great hall. Dinner was a simple affair, most students trying to finish their meals quickly so that the main show could begin.

Ron was about the only person upset when the food finally vanished, Harry noticed. Though he also noticed how Hermione had barely even touched any of the food.

Over the month she had started up a campaign she called 'S.P.E.W', claiming that she was fighting for the rights of the house elves. The issue was that nobody really wanted to join her cause. It was a point of tension that Ron and Harry didn't really support the idea, Ron because he didn't see a point in it and Harry because the house elves at Hogwarts seemed pretty happy.

As Dumbledore stood to his feet and moved towards the Goblet of Fire, all noise in the great hall vanished. The flames rose higher as the headmaster went to stand by the magical artifact.

"The Goblet of Fire will now choose the champions of the Triwizard Tournament." The man boomed, his voice amplified by a spell, no doubt.

As if on cue, the fires from the goblet flared and rose higher. Turning a brilliant red color, a single piece of paper was shot out. Before it could fall Dumbledore caught it and brought it to his face.

"From the Durmstrang Institute for Magical Learning, the champion is Victor Krum!"

Following the announcement, the great hall erupted into cheers. The loudest amongst the crowd were the Durmstrang students, of course, and the students from the Slytherin table.

Following Dumbledore's directions, Krum stood and made his way out of the great hall into a side room set aside for the champions.

When the cheering died down, the goblet flared up a second time and a second piece of parchment flew into the air. Once more the headmaster caught it and read out the name.

"From the Beauxbatons Academy of Magic, the champion is Fleur Delacour!"

Unlike the cheers for Krum, Harry noticed how a great deal of the Beauxbatons students only respectfully clapped rather than cheered. The only one who was fully cheering for the Beauxbatons champion; the older Veela, he noticed, was her younger sister.

It was a strange sight, but Harry didn't have long to think about it as the French witch left the room and the goblet spat out the last name.

"And from Hogwarts School for Witchcraft and Wizardry, the champion is Cedric Diggory!"

Despite many being disappointed at not getting a chance as champion, the Hogwarts students all erupted into cheers for the older Hufflepuff. The house of the badgers was the loudest of them all.

As Cedric left the room, Dumbledore smiled at the students and clapped his hands. "Now with the champions chosen, we will-"

The headmaster was interrupted midway through his speech as the Goblet of Fire flared up a fourth time. Suddenly another piece of parchment was flung out, slightly singed at the edges.

Even as Dumbledore snatched the fluttering paper out of the air, Harry had a sinking feeling growing in his gut. And as the eyes of the most powerful wizard locked onto him, that pit grew much larger.

"Harry Potter."

The name was said quietly but it echoed throughout the great hall. All eyes turned to Harry, and he felt a dozen emotions flooding him all at once.

"Harry Potter!"

Dumbledore called again, louder the second time and Harry finally began to move. Mechanically walking towards the room for the champions, he could hear the whispers following him and the glares on his back.

The shock of being chosen faded away with each step he took. By the time Harry had entered the room with the other champions, the shock was gone completely and replaced by a burning anger.

"Harry? Did they need us back in the great hall?" Cedric asked as he and the other champions turned at seeing the young fourth year enter the room.

Before Harry could answer the question, the doors opened again. Dumbledore, Maxime, Karkaroff, Snape, Ludo Bagman, and Barty Crouch Sr. entered the room all debating loudly.

"This is incredible! Unheard of before now!" Ludo cheered happily, as if nothing was wrong.

At the confused looks from the champions, he continued.

"You all are looking at the fourth Triwizard Champion!"

"You cannot be serious." Krum argued, staring blankly at Harry.

"He is a little boy. He'll be killed!" Fleur spoke up. Unlike Krum she was looking at him with a mix of pity and horror.

Cedric, surprisingly enough, was quiet.

"I refuse to allow this, Dumbledore. If Hogwarts gets two champions than so should we." Karkaroff shouted, only adding to the noise in the room.

"I agree." Madam Maxime added.

Dumbledore, ignoring the rest, moved to Harry and grabbed the young Potter by his shoulder.

"Mr. Potter. Did you put your name in the Goblet of Fire?" He asked. Though with the way he said it, it was more of an accusation than a question.

The anger that Harry had been silently building finally made him snap. The young man's hand lashed out, slapping away the headmaster's hand as he glared at the old man.

"I told you so."

Harry didn't yell. He didn't even raise his voice. Instead, he spoke only in an icy cold whisper that silenced everyone in the room.

"I told you something was going to go wrong, and you didn't listen. I told you the age line wasn't going to be enough, and you didn't listen."

For a moment it almost looked to Dumbledore as if Harry's eyes flashed a serpentine yellow in his anger. But when he blinked, the eyes were the same emerald green.

"I don't want to compete in this stupid tournament. I just wanted a quiet year. You don't have to worry about your fourth champion. I'm not taking part."

"Unfortunately, Mr. Potter, you do have to compete."

The whole room turned towards the door as Mad-Eye walked in.

"The Goblet of Fire creates a magical contract between itself and the champions. You have to compete in all three challenges, or you risk losing your magic."

Harry's jaw dropped at the revelation and his anger only amplified further.

"But I'm not of age!" He shot back.

"It doesn't matter, boy. You need to compete, or you'll lose your magic." Crouch replied.

"Then I demand that Beauxbatons gets a second champion as well." Madame Maxime called out.

"You don't seem to realize that maybe Mr. Potter didn't enter himself." Moody said in a low growl.

"Are you saying that someone entered the boy into the tournament? Likely one of you professors wanting an unfair advantage." Karkaroff pointed out.

"What I'm saying is that someone might have entered the boy-who-lived into a contest known to kill those who compete. Maybe some friends of your former master, Karkaroff." Moody suggested, drawing attention back to the Durmstrang headmaster.

While some were confused about what the ex-auror meant, Harry only took a second to understand. Karkaroff was a former death eater. Immediately the young man distanced himself from the man and looked at him with narrowed eyes.

Karkaroff himself flushed with anger and glared at Moody. "I wouldn't do that. If someone else entered the boy, it wasn't me." He shot back sharply.

By that point, Harry was done. He needed to talk to Sirius, and he needed to figure out a way to survive a tournament meant to be deadly for even seventh year students.

"Mr. Potter where are you going?" Dumbledore called out as he saw the young wizard moving towards the door.

"I'm going back to my dorm, sir." Harry bit out, anger still audible in his tone. "I need to rest and begin practicing since I now need to fight for my life. Again."

Before he could get to the door, Bagman spoke up catching Harry's attention.

"Yes well, make sure that you're all gathered on the 13th of November. We'll be having a Weighing of the Wands. The first task will be on the 24th of November. It will be a challenge of courage, where you all won't know what you're facing until you go to fight it." The ministry employee explained.

"Along with that, champions are excused from classes for the year. For those who are of age and going to be taking their NEWTs this year, you'll all be able to take them during the summer." Crouch Sr. added.

Seeing as there was nothing else to be said, Harry left the room and made his way back into the great hall. The room was empty, the students having moved to their rooms. As the young wizard made his way through the halls, he thought about what he'd learned. The fact that he didn't even have to attend classes was the greatest thing that he could have been told.

Harry knew he had a distinct disadvantage against the other three champions. All three had years more experience and knowledge of spells. They also had all reached their majority and thus their magic was more developed and potent. Harry still had another year before he would reach his own majority.

-A Tale of Wings and Fangs-

By the time he got back to the portrait of the fat lady, Harry had already made up his mind. The only classes that Harry even planned to go to would be Transfiguration and Charms. History of Magic was less than useless along with Divination. Potions wasn't worth the waste of time when he could instead focus on training and growing stronger. He would have to apologize to Hagrid, but he likely wouldn't go to Care of Magical Creatures as well. Defense Against the Dark Arts was the one class that Harry was debating on. But with how Moody had been rubbing him the wrong way, he was hesitant to go to the class. If he was lucky, Sirius could supply him with some books to help him study.

Harry was pulled from his thoughts as he passed through the portrait and entered the Gryffindor common room. He was greeted by most of the house sitting or standing in the common room, looking towards the door. Most weren't looking happy, and Harry was astounded to see a large amount of glares directed towards him.

"How could you."

Turning to the side, Harry saw Ron making his way over.

"How could I what?" Harry shot back, a bite to his words.

"Why the hell didn't you tell us how to enter into the tournament if you found a way to do it?" Ron replied.

The full glare that his redhead best friend was giving him made Harry actually stagger back with wide eyes.

"Are you kidding me?! I told you that I didn't want to enter that stupid tournament! And you think that I seriously did?" Harry was more astounded than angry at first, but that quickly changed.

"Always gotta be in the spotlight, don't you? I'm sick of you always stealing all the glory for yourself you cheating bastard. I hope this tournament gets you killed." With his part said Ron stormed off, followed by Dean and Seamus. Unfortunately, the fun was far from over. Next to come around was the Quidditch team. Angelina and Alicia were at the front, looking incredibly angry. Katie was behind the two chasers and the Weasley twins were by her side. While Angelina and Alicia seemed to be on a warpath, Fred and George looked upset along with Katie.

"Angelina you know I wouldn't-"

Harry was cut off before he could say anything else as the older girl's palm met his cheek. Harry stumbled back, reeling in shock at the slap to the face that he'd gotten. He held a hand to his red cheek, looking wide eyed at the furious Quidditch captain.

"You knew how important that was to me. This was my chance to do something big, and you took it from me. You're off the team, Potter. As Quidditch captain I hereby ban you from playing for the Gryffindor team." Angelina harshly stated.

Harry could hear the loud hissing from Asmodeus in the back of his head, and it was only getting louder and louder by the second. Once more he found himself agreeing with the sense of anger flooding from his animagus spirit.

"Fine then." He whispered, his voice cold as ice.

Physically pushing past the two chasers, Harry gave a short glare to the Weasley twins and Katie before storming towards the boy's dorms. Before he could get far, he spotted Hermione by the entrance to the dorms.

"You don't believe all this, do you? Hermione?" He asked, the young wizard's voice practically begging his friend.

"I… Harry if you knew how to do all this, why didn't you just tell us. You've been doing so well in classes lately; I don't see how it's impossible for you not to have found a way around the age line that Dumbledore made. Maybe if you shared that magic with the rest of us, this wouldn't have happened."

At first, she sounded almost unsure of herself, but as she got going Hermione's words grew sharper and more aggressive.

Unable to take any more from the people who were supposed to be his friends Harry stormed up into the dorms, feeling something inside of himself breaking. He jumped into his beds and closed the curtains. A quick sticking spell kept anyone from being able to easily open them up and a silencing spell a moment later gave Harry some privacy.

"Padfoot."

Calling out the name to the mirror, Harry had to only wait a few seconds before his godfather answered.

"Harry? What's up pup?" The older man asked.

"Sirius… Things went wrong. I'm stuck competing in the Triwizard Tournament now. My name came out of the goblet, and I'm being told that I'm stuck in a magically binding contract to compete, or I lose my magic."

The moment that he heard Harry's explanation, Sirius lost all of his smiles and warmth as he grew as serious as a proper Black.

"How did it happen? Explain it all to me." Lord Black commanded.

-A Tale of Wings and Fangs-

It took roughly an hour for the conversation between Harry and Sirius to finish. Harry had explained the entire ordeal, from his name being called out to everything that had been said inside of the side chamber with all of the champions.

Unfortunately, Sirius had confirmed that the goblet likely had bound Harry into a magically binding contract. The chances that it was a lie weren't worth testing considering that having his magic torn away would practically kill Harry. Sirius was furious to learn that his godson's best friends and entire house had all abandoned him and blamed him, but that wasn't what angered Sirius the most.

No, it had been Dumbledore's actions that had made Sirius step away from the mirror for a few minutes. During those few minutes Harry had heard the man shouting various spells, all of which he had never heard of before. The loud crashing sounds and explosions he could hear hinted that the spells were anything but nice.

It had taken ten minutes of convincing Sirius just to have the man back down from trying to come and strangle the Supreme Mugwump once again. Once that had been accomplished, the pair began to plan. If the reactions from the rest of his own house were any sign, Harry likely was going to be on his own when it came to the tournament. With that in mind, Sirius planned to teach Harry himself on how to better defend himself. With the use of the mirrors, Sirius explained that he could teach Harry like a professor would. And with the younger wizard not having to go to classes, the two had plenty of time to work.

Along with learning more spells and how to better defend himself, Harry would get his animagus transformation mastered to the point where it was second nature. At that point he would be able to use it in an actual duel and life threatening situations.

Feeling less panicked and angry by the end of the conversation, Harry wished his godfather goodnight and closed the connection to the mirrors. His sleep was anything but restful that night, but he knew he at least had one person on his side…

-A Tale of Wings and Fangs-

Gabby didn't know what to think.

Finding out that her sister had been chosen as a Triwizard champion had been the high point of the year for her. It had been one of the main reasons that she'd wanted to come with her older sister to Hogwarts rather than staying at Beauxbatons.

Hearing Harry Potter's name called as a fourth champion was not what anyone expected. As soon as the young boy-who-lived left the room, the great hall devolved into chaos. Almost everyone was talking about how Potter had cheated his way into the tournament and other such things. The part of her that had a crush on the boy-who-lived said that Harry would never cheat to do such a thing, but the part of her that loved her older sister told Gabrielle that maybe Harry had cheated.

The confusion only grew when her sister had come back later on in the night. Fleur had explained how Harry had reacted to the accusations against him. She herself was unsure of whether the young man had entered himself into the tournament, but the fact that Madame Maxime and Dumbledore both seemed to think so swayed Fleur's mind a bit towards believing the rest.

It had been five days since the champions had been chosen and the entirety of Hogwarts seemed to have turned against Harry Potter. It was actually rather sad, and Gabby felt bad for Harry. She knew what it was like being ostracized by everyone and it hurt.

The main reason Gabrielle had even been able to come with her sister to Hogwarts was actually due to such a reason. Both herself and Fleur didn't have many friends in Beauxbatons. Most of the student population didn't trust a pair of Veela who could so easily steal away their boyfriends. Never mind the fact that the only time such things would happen were because the boyfriend in question had a weak will unable to resist even their passive allure.

And when Gabby had matured and grown into her heritage, things had gotten bad for her. Most girls who had been her friends quickly turned into enemies and the girl faced a great deal of bullying. The professors, Fleur, and Madame Maxime were the only ones that Gabby even knew were on her side. It was with that worry in mind that Fleur had made a request to the headmistress. She had asked if Gabby could come along to Hogwarts and Madame Maxime had approved.

Wanting to get away from the rest of the girls, Gabby made her way out into the cold Scottish air. Liberal usage of warming charms kept her from feeling the cold as she wandered about the grounds.

As the sun started to set, she saw a group of students at the edge of the lake, near the entrance to the school. Coming closer, she tried to see what was going on, as the group seemed to be moving around a single point.

It was as Gabrielle got close enough that the young Veela's eyes went wide, and her hands flew to her mouth.

As she watched, a group of Hogwarts students were surrounding another student. Two were holding the boy by his arms while a third was viciously attacking the helpless student.

"Hey! Stop that!" Unable to watch any longer, Gabby charged towards the group, wand in hand and ready to try and stop the fighting. She may not have been a great duelist like her sister, but Fleur had taught Gabby a thing or two.

Upon hearing Gabby's shout, the group of boys all began to run off. But as they did so, the one that had been attacking the poor student turned and launched a spell at the ground. A small gout of flames coated the dirt and burnt something. The group were already getting to the castle by the time Gabrielle had gotten to the site of the attack.

When she'd gotten close enough to see properly in the fading sunlight, Gabby gasped and felt tears drip down her cheeks at the sight that greeted her.

In a pile by the beaten boy were a collection of charred and burnt wooden remains. It was the burnt cinders of a wand, one that had been utterly destroyed. And as she rushed to the side of the boy who had been so badly assaulted, she turned him over to try and help. She recognized the face that greeted her, though. Bruised, beaten, cut up, and bloody, the face was still recognizable. Even with the glasses broken and destroyed on the ground, the lightning bolt scar on the bloody forehead and the emerald green eyes that fluttered closed gave away the person that Gabby had just saved.

In her arms, Gabrielle held an unconscious and badly beaten Harry Potter.

-A Tale of Wings and Fangs-

And that's chapter 9 done! How's that for a cliffhanger?

More about the last little bit above will be revealed in the next chapter so don't worry. We'll get Harry's perspective on what happened as well as some information about what has happened in the last five days. Suffice to say, Harry hasn't been having a good time with the whole school turning against him… Again.

Like I said in a comment, this story is going to be a fair bit more brutal and rougher than some people might expect. I will never include anything like rape or the like but references to abuse will happen unfortunately. This begins the meeting of Harry and Gabby, and the deepened bond between Sirius and Harry.

I had thought of having Harry just find some books down in the Chamber of Secrets, but that's far too overdone. Instead, I'm giving Harry access to his godfather, who also has early access to the ENTIRE Black family library and Grimoire. With no need for useless classes, Harry is going to be training hard, especially since he's unfortunately lost just about all of his friends.

Holy shit! Over 800 followers and 500 favorites! I seriously can't stop thanking you all enough for this. I truly hope you'll all enjoy this chapter and let me know how I did. Feel free to leave any questions, comments, critiques, and suggestions in the reviews and I'll make sure to answer them all in the next chapter.

Until next time everybody! Stay tuned for more!
