Just letting you know, I still plan on doing this series. Some people can't seem to wrap that around their heads any time I do anything less than a chapter. Anyhow, I've been thinking some things over for this and the DxD crossover. Some minor things and some that I'd like your input on.
Rejected or changed ideas
Scathach in the Harem: Okay. So when I introduced Scathach, I had an idea of the end result and foolishly decided to include her in the harem. But honestly, the more I thought about it the more I realize that her relationship with Ichigo is never really going to be that of lovers but more like his relationship with Yoruichi. Friends with Benefits, so yes there will definitely be a lemon with Ichigo and Scathach eventually, but she won't be in the harem. Another big reason is the fact that Scathach wants to die, preferably in battle. She'd be thrilled to have her student kill her in combat, but Ichigo wouldn't do that until she has a proper heir to take over... guess where that leads.
Quetzalcoatl and the MesoAmerican Pantheons: It's hard to deny that Quetzalcoatl was one of the better characters in the FGO Babylonia anime and she'd be a fun character to have... but at the same time that Pantheon play ZERO part in DxD. The idea was that Ichigo, Uryu, Noel, and Ninii would travel to the areas sacred to those groups to research more dragons since Quetzalcoatl is described as a winged serpent, which is among the loosest definitions of dragons but still. Then they'd meet Jaguarman/warrior, eventually find Quetzalcoatl, fights and friendships happen, but honestly it didn't seem like it'll happen. Plus, the less for the Epilogue, the sooner we really start Death and Dragons.
Fate Heroes: Just a few of the Heroic Spirits that were considered... but wouldn't make the cut. Any sailor/pirate like Drake or Blackbeard because neither group needs a ship and to include them would just redo the Okeanos Singularity. Astolfo because he'd be relegated to group pack mule and he doesn't deserve that. With two exceptions, no to any king or queen since they'd do their own thing.
What I'd like input on
With the 20th anniversary chapter of Bleach(potential arc, fingers crossed) we finally see the new lieutenants of the Gotei. My question is, do I keep them as lieutenants for the Gotei 16? Should I use the Akame Ga Kill characters that I brought over as lieutenants instead? And finally, should Renji stay as Byakuya's lieutenant or just have him become captain of squad 8 after Ichigo is done with it and relegate Lisa to something else? Let me know in the Polls.
