Recently finished the series for the fist time and loved it! Totally ok with all the cannons. But this is the YA Zutara novel that my heart and brain need to explore, ok? OK! So same story, just from Katara and Zuko's point of view. And just fence post points where we either didn't see them or I changed to have them have more time together. Slow burn, baby.

After Azula fled to the Forgetful Valley, she wanted to end it all. But then, a woman takes her under her care when she found the disgraced princess deep in the forest. Azula is sure to wonder what makes this woman special.

Modern story about Aang and Katara’s developing love

As the eldest son of the chieftain he was tasked with protecting the village & his younger siblings Sokka & Katara. After their mother's death too much changed.
