"Sasuke!" Naruto shouted as he charged at Sasuke in his nine tail cloak
"Naruto!" Sasuke cried intending on doing the same as Naruto using his curse mark form
When their attacks collided they made a sphere of complete darkness and soon the sphere began to turn a bright white and soon it exploded

'The hell is this' Naruto thought barely being able to open his eyes and when he did he saw his body glowing blue and orange and in that glow he saw numbers and letters in it and heard many sounds that sounded like music, but that was all he thought before blacking out
(Prexxor Chasm)
"A human" Ariak said seeing Ursis carry Naruto "seems much smaller than the other one" he said sniffing him "he's been in battle" he said smelling the strong stench of blood from him and saw the large holes in his clothing
"It's what brought me to him I thought he was a wounded creature" Ursis said laying Naruto down cutting his jacket open revealing his wounds
"This is no ordinary human" Ariak said as he saw the multiple stab wounds that seemed to be healing on Naruto's chest
"Crellan was here recently it'll be some time before he returns for more scans" Ursis said as this human seemed like them...a survivor something that gave him some relief and some concern as Naruto seemed far too young to be anything like them
"Guess all we can do is wait for this boy to awaken to tell us his story and for Crellan to come back" Ariak said as they rested
"Ariak look" Ursis said motioning to the boy
Ariak was curious as to what he meant and saw that the grass around Naruto was odd seeing some was wet, another was drying up and smoking, the ground was rising in another part of the grass, and the wind was going in an opposing direction coming off Naruto
(1 months later)
"He left" Ariak and Ursis said as they answered Crellan's questions
"And you're sure he wasn't a player" Crellan asked curiously as they gave him a picture and even his whisker marks which he wondered were scars didn't match up with any player and their systems were very through having players pictures and information and addresses, even ways to confirm if they are alive or dead and yet this person didn't exist anywhere and this location while not impossible to find on one's own he was sure no player besides him and a select few had it and even then he knew no one else had it
"Do we look blind" Ariak said to him
"Where did he go" Crellan asked them wondering if they knew where he was going
"No idea" Ursis said as they only got his name before he left a few days later after getting some basis of the world he was in
Crellan sighed as he left needing to find out who this person was as this was very troubling

'What's wrong with me' Naruto thought as he calmed down learning he was in another world after a few days and decided to see it for himself wondering if there was a way home and in that time he learned that his chakra was erratic at times and was doing elemental attacks without hand signs even his clones, it started out with mere hand contact until he started to show it in the physical sense but through some concentration he got it under control 'so this is Glacier plains' he thought as he came here by accident to train since very few people came here and it was somewhat habitable for those that knew how to survive and even then it was a handful meaning he'd have more privacy here than anywhere else
(few days later)
'Damn it' Naruto thought as he got reckless and got wounded by a random creature after training when he was low on chakra he got careless and got wounded 'I won't make it' he thought to himself as he fell on the snow and laid there slowly bleeding slowly getting buried by the snow
As Naruto was buried in the snow as a blizzard happened a silhouette appeared becoming more clear as it approached Naruto picking up his freezing body

'Am I dead' Naruto thought feeling his body was a bit heavy and felt a warm rag on his head and as he tried to look up he saw his wound was slightly tended to while not professional it was decent 'this was done by a warrior' he thought as there were medics and combat medics using minimal supplies to keep people going till they could receive treatment or till the person could heal on their own 'who saved me' he thought to himself
"You were lucky I found you" a very masculine voice said to him over by the fire
"I have a real dumb kinda luck" Naruto said laying down his body feeling to heavy to move
The man actually laughed at that "you are different than most humans I've met" he said to him
"Believe it or not that has been said to me in a lot of ways" Naruto said as the words may differ but he knew he was often called unique amongst people
"So why are you here" the man asked in a simple tone
"Believe it or not I'm not like most humans but I'm so very screwed" Naruto said as he knew about Chaotic players gathering intel on his own and knew they were from a different world than his own
"Mind explaining that a bit more" the man asked curiously
"Mind giving me your name" Naruto asked wondering who he was with
The man stood up revealing very strong cat like features soon Naruto recognizing them as a lion's
"My name is Tangath Toborn" Tangath said to him simply
"Overworlder?" Naruto asked immediately learning about the other tribes as that was the most common of knowledge "may as well" he said as he painfully sat up
(30 minutes later)
"So that was you" Tangath said as he came to this mountain to train as he did on occasion and when he did he saw what looked like a fight between someone and one of the natural creatures that inhabited this icy plain and as he walked away after investigating he followed a trail of blood and found Naruto "honestly thought it was a creature but I can't dismiss what has happened" he said as he didn't dismiss what Naruto say as he actually felt Naruto's words were total truth and that he wasn't just taking credit for some other creature
"So mind if I get a piece of that" Naruto said seeing he was cooking meat from the beast he killed
"Your kill" Tangath said not going to deny someone what they rightfully deserved as if one killed an animal it was their property it was the code
"Thanks" Naruto said as they ate
(next day)
Tangath was marveled as he was replacing Naruto's bandages and saw he was fully healed even the things like frostbite and hypothermia seemed gone 'he's not human' he thought as this was nothing short of miraculous
(few hours later)
"Not bad" Tangath said as Naruto was sharpening some of his old swords and gear "lets have a spar see what you can do" he said as Naruto nodded and got up
(few minutes later)
"You're good" Tangath said as he fought Naruto 'he's no swordsman….but he seems better with short swords maybe daggers' he thought to himself as he was analyzing Naruto as they fought learning his fighting styles simply enough "but you need some work" he said as it was rare for a creatures to use weapons of the melee nature so this'd be good practice for the both of them
(3 hours later)
"I'm surprised you lasted this long" Tangath said as taking in Naruto's previous condition and the fact he was so young was impressive
"Trust me it's never simple how I train" Naruto said as his stamina was insane
"Practice those stances I showed you I'll hunt us some food" Tangath said as he left
Naruto calmed down and took stances calming himself with the sword in his hand and soaked in what was said to him trying to learn how to wield a blade properly
(2 weeks later)
'Have to admit I've never seen anyone more dedicated to their training' Tangath thought seeing Naruto take his training like a fish to water 'he's a good student' he thought to himself as Naruto didn't seek destruction only self improvement and the betterment of others it was honestly refreshing to see someone so pure "you are very competent with a sword" he said as Naruto was far from being a master but his blade skill was more than adequate with his training and sword level
"Thanks Tangath it was nice to learn from you" Naruto said bowing his head slightly
"Be strong Naruto" Tangath said with a sad smile as he had to leave as despite his….nomadic lifestyle, he had responsibilities in Kiru city to take care of
"Any advice where I can go to next I'd like to train more" Naruto asked him curiously knowing it be better to keep hidden
"Hmmm" Tangath said in thought "you're human so you can go anywhere but to train I'd try somewhere more private" he said to him 'Mipedian territory is out of the question along with Danian even their flat land' he thought as both tribes were territorial and worst case scenario they'd try to kidnap Naruto and try to make him serve them in some way "your best bet is possibly the Overworld and Underworld lands" he said as while vast there were many places that one could live and survive without being seen or found if one knew how to live off what they could find
"Underworld it is" Naruto said to him
"Why there" Tangath asked raising an eyebrow
"I was trained as a ninja shadows are where I work best" Naruto said to him as the Underworld wass shady, secretive, and a place where one could go unnoticed much like where he grew up
"Be safe" Tangath said tossing him his old navy blue cloak seeing Naruto nod in silent thanks as he took off
(few hours later)
'Pretty deep' Naruto thought looking at the entrance to the Underworld and just as he was about to start climbing down he dodge a pebble storm attack and saw a blue skinned man "can I help you" he asked seeing the man prepare to fire again
"Where did you get that cloak" the man said in a serious tone "it belongs to a friend of mine" he said wanting answers
"It was given to me by Tangath" Naruto said to him calmly
"Explain" the man said to him relaxing but not lowering his guard
(10 minutes later)
"Your story is an odd one but certain things do track" the man said to him as he knew Tangath and hearing what Naruto said made sense as Tangath would act the way Naruto told his story "names Zalic by the way" he said introducing himself
"Naruto" Naruto said to him
"So why the Underworld" Zalic asked curiously looking at the giant hole
"May as well in Kiru or any Overworld territory anyone out of the ordinary is immediately noticed" Naruto said as he walked over to the hole "better get going" he said jumping into the hole
(few minutes later)
'Not many guards' Naruto thought to himself as he walked to Underworld city and found a place to lie low for the meantime 'have to make due somewhere for the meantime' he thought to himself thinking about certain places like Iron Pillar since it'd be hard to find anything there as battlegear didn't work
(two weeks later)
"I really need to change this cloak" Naruto said to himself as he was considering dying it and hoped his scent changed the cloak by now as he ran into a few issues with smell sensitive creatures since this cloak was Tangath's an Overworlder it set some of them off 'need to change the scent somehow' he thought as his options were rather limited as he remembered the few ways of marking one mostly done by the Inuzuka and that was not an option to even begin with 'this sword doesn't help either' he thought as his sword as some people would recognize it as Tangath's
(2 hours later)
'This ain't good' Naruto thought as he had seen an increase in the guards patrol in the area he was in 'need to move' he thought to himself as he started moving packing up what little supplies he had and started moving 'better stick to alleys the rooftops don't seem like a good idea' he thought looking up seeing flyers in the air
Naruto easily made it out through they alleys not covering himself as he did get some dirty looks but it was better to be seen than to look suspicious in these times and to many creatures all humans looked the same
"He's here" a loud voice in the distance
'Ok that is my cue to move' Naruto thought as he wondered how he was found out as no one was giving him a second look, he picked up his pace taking many twists and turns even taking alleys that were to small for guards 'what the hell' he thought as he could still feel someone on his tail
"I can smell you boy" the voice from before said as Naruto ran
'The fuck am I dealing with' Naruto thought knowing he was covering his scent well walking through very odorful places 'not even Tangath was this good' he thought to himself and soon heard footsteps 'the fuck is following me' he thought both impressed and worried
"Heat rage!" The creature shouted with Naruto narrowly avoiding the fire attack
"You're going to have to do better than that" Naruto said seeing a dragon like creature 'the animals with the best noses' he thought as the mystery was solved now how he was tracked as Tangath explained and taught him about certain predators
"Who are you spy" The creature demanded
"Isn't it polite to introduce yourself first" Naruto said looking around
"Agitos Chaor's right hand" Agitos said to him
"Kinda a small one aren't ya?" Naruto joked making the elder creature grind his teeth.
"See if you find this amusing..Torrent of flames!" Agitos shouted
Naruto dodged another flame attack and as he tried to go for another opening Agitos shot it "ok ok let's talk this out like men" he said to him seeing the serpent gain a superior grin
'Damn I was hoping I wouldn't have to show off my Jutsu but I may have no choice.' Naruto thought gritting his teeth jumping out of his hiding place sending several shuriken in Agito's direction but he quickly incinerated them only for Naruto to appear on both his sides shocking the blue dragon creature as he was struck by a double uppercut knocking him into the air. A third clone appeared above striking him down with an axe kick.
"What are you" Agitos said as he had only seen that kinda skill in other creatures and not the humans he interacted with before reaching into a pouch
"I'm human" Naruto said tossing a shuriken to his pouch seeing mugics fall to the found, he grabbed one recognizing one
"Human? I've never heard of a human possessing such powers?" Agitos said
"Well you've also never seen a human do this song of Embernova" Naruto said as he used the mugic
"What!?" Agitos shouted as he was hit with his mugic
"Here the spy is here" a guard said as loud metal footsteps were heard
"Oh shit" Naruto said looking at Agitos dropped mugics "here we are song of translocation" he said activating the mugic
"Fire" the guards yelled as many attacks were fired
Naruto heard this and instinctively grabbed Agitos both being teleported away

"Agitos are you alright?" Naruto asked helping up the underworld elder up
"You where are we" Agitos said in slight pain and annoyance
"No idea no set destination with translocation" Naruto said as he wasn't thinking of where
Agitos got up and inspected his surroundings when he saw a massive pool of lava.
"It would appear we've been transported to the lavs pond." Agitos said as he knew it well "sadly we are on the far side of it" he said as this was not good
"Looks more like an ocean than a pond." Naruto remarked as it was very far and vast
"Was that supposed to be a joke?" Agitos asked looking at him with a glare
"Yep now lets go I prefer not to get sunburn" Naruto said literally able to see the heat waves
"Then leave human 'port out' of here like the rest our species" Agitos said to him
"Unless you missed the memo I ain't like other humans" Naruto said giving him a glare making him silence himself for a few moments
"Aren't you one of those irksome Chaotic players?" Agitos asked
"Nope" Naruto said as they walked
"Ok what are you then" Agitos said impatiently as everything Naruto did was impossible especially him using mugics
"Just a guy trying to make his way in Perim Naruto said sarcastically as he held a mugic
"What are you doing" Agitos said wondering what the human was doing with his mugic
"Trying to understand the writings" Naruto said simply as he got seals this seemed like seals but in another language
"You mean you cast those mugic without any idea how to read them? That was foolish, what if you had cast a Sympathy of Destruction, or some other destructive mugic" Agitos said to him
"I took my chances as I recognized them when I activated them" Naruto said as Tangath was surprisingly well versed in the musical notes as he said it was important to know them
Agitos slapped his forehead like he was dealing with Chaor and Takinom when they were young all over again the Underworld Leader nearly bringing down all of Underworld City when he cast a mugic he couldn't read.
"I learn on the go" Naruto said to him still reading the symbols as he was somewhat decent in understanding the language
"Well I can't in good conscience let you go out into the world and cast mugics blindly" Agitos said to him
"So what you want to become my mugic teacher?" Naruto asked curiously
"We don't have much else to do than walk" Agitos said needing some distraction
"True and it wouldn't hurt to learn how to read mugic so I don't end up blowing myself up." Naruto said as he was basically guessing with certain symbols at times
The two soon began their journey back towards Underworld city during that time Agitos began showing Naruto the various letters and inscriptions for Mugic.
(next day)
"Hmmm for one illiterate as yourself you have enough knowledge as an apprentice" Agitos said as he had to admit Naruto barely being able to read their language but that seemed like a short speed bump as Naruto got the basics done after being shown and to top it off he understood the musical notes better than most who used mugic did
"Tell that to my former teacher he wouldn;t believe you" Naruto said to him thinking back to his days in the academy.
"Can't have been any worse than some of my pupils." Agitos remarked recalling how the various students he taught had a hard grasp on using like Rothar, Pyrithion, Dardemus,and Khybon "you are...not like most humans I have met" he said as Naruto was surprisingly pleasant despite their first meeting
"I'm guessing that other humans have caused you a lot of trouble huh?" Naruto asked curiously
Agito nodded. "Yes, they are constantly mucking around trying to gain scans of us, our battle gear, mugic all for the sake of their stupid game never caring about the consequences." Agitos said as humans were uncivil….but he had to admit so were many creatures
"What people see as a game others may see as life or another part of life who knows maybe a little interaction can go a long way" Naruto said as a little kindness went a long way
"You are quite knowledgeable for one so young." Agitos said to him slightly impressed as that was very wise
"Well my life growing up wasn't exactly an easy one. I've had to struggle to survive since the day I was born." Naruto said as that was as honest as it got
Agitos was quiet as he and many Underworlders who had similar lives do to this nearly never ending conflict between the four tribes.
They both stopped hearing a loud scream and when they looked around they saw a small human bat like creature
"Oh by the pits it's him Rarran" Agitos said in annoyance
"What's his deal" Naruto asked wondering why Agitos had a problem with Rarran
"Rarran is a complex Underworlder" Agitos said to him "he keeps to himself but has been known to make bad judgements with others often making deals with certain characters" he said to him as Rarran often looked out for his own investments "he's a loyal Underworlder that is not in question just be careful if you are ever dealing with him or he has something you want" he said to him
"Um Agitos" Naruto said pointing upward
Agitos looked up and saw Rarran and jumped in surprise
"Agitos long time" Rarran said with a smirk jumping down from the ceiling "and with a human interesting" he said inspecting Naruto
"Hi" Naruto said to him seeing the creature just smile creepily at him
"Power pulse" Rarran said shooting at Naruto
Agitos watched as Naruto jumped over the blast and punched Rarran directly in the face something he and probably a lot of other people wanted to do
Rarran laughed as he got up and dusted himself off "that was fun" he said laughing some more
"Well I knew he was insane but this was dumb even for him" Agitos said to Naruto
"What I was bored Agitos" Rarran said to him rolling his eyes "that was pretty gutsy kid I like you" he said to Naruto flying off
"I pity you my friend I truly do" Agitos said to him as Rarran like he said was out of his mind
(next day)
"Please lets never do this again" Agitos said covered in ash
"Hey it isn't my fault that Magmon sleeps in lava I had zero clue he was right there" Naruto said as he was releasing some bodily fluids into the lava pond and Magmon was directly underneath the pool they were incredibly lucky he thought it was water but he still was pissed
"Here" Agitos said tossing him a small book
"The hell is this" Naruto asked him
"My current notebook on mugic theory" Agitos said to him
"Wow you're seriously giving me this?" Naruto asked
"You need to continue your studies somehow" Agitos said to him
"Thanks Agitos, for a cranky old lizard you're not such a bad guy." Naruto said smiling giving the elder Underworlder a thumbs ups
Agitos shook his head having grown on the boy's antics.
"Well I see someone with wings that is my que to go" Naruto said waving him off before taking off
"Agitos!" The female creature called out to her friend and teacher "what the" she said as she looked at him
"What Takinom" Agitos asked her curiously
"...You're smiling" Takinom said as she looked at him
Agitos realized this and instead of answering her he just walked
"The hell happened" Takinom said as she wondered why the hell he was so happy
"Let's just say this little trip has been more enlightening than I thought." Agito said with a chuckle.
'The man is kidnapped and he comes back happy' Takinom thought to herself wondering what this was and what happened to him
(2 hours later)
"Zalic you blind moron it's me" Naruto said dodging a blast
"It's barely been a month what happened" Zenith said to him
"I gotta get this thing cleaned and dyed" Naruto said tossing the cloak as it really screwed him over
"You should clean yourself" Zalic said as Naruto had a very strong odor and was covered in ash

"This notebook ain't bad" Naruto said going over Agitos' notes
"How goes it my friend" Zalic asked as Naruto kept him company on his task
"Honestly exhausting" Naruto said never having this much trouble understanding a topic despite his seemingly natural gifted talent
"So you taking off" Zalic said seeing Naruto pack up some supplies
"Yeah" Naruto said not wanting to stick around and impose on his friend
"I'd stay along this river for a while take it to the riverlands" Zalic said to him as it was a good idea to take that path
"Thanks later Zalic" Naruto said taking off
(few days later)
"Hello Zalic" a female tiger like woman as she walked to him
"Hello Intress" Zalic said as he saw the young warrior
"Was Tangath here" Intress asked him curiously
"Why do you ask" Zalic asked curiously wondering what lead her to that conclusion and saw Intress pulled out Tangath's cloak "oh that's no longer Tangath's he gave it to a friend" he said to her
"Tangath gave someone his cloak" Intress said curiously as she knew the man and he held onto his training gear from his younger days he rarely let anything if ever go
"Yeah a human bit strange this one" Zalic said to her
"They're all strange" Intress said to him flatly
"Not like this one" Zalic said with a smile
"What's so special about him" Intress asked as Tangath was one thing to receive praise from Zenith was another
"He's a lot more like us than you'd think" Zalic said to her as she had seen the look in Naruto's eyes and knew that look as one of an orphan someone who was alone for to long a time, but he also saw a brightness in him
'Wonder who this person is' Intress thought a little interested in him herself

'Great' Naruto thought as he was hiding in the river hiding from the Danians as a patrol came by and with the vast flatland he had little to no options to hide 'may have to ride the current' he thought seeing that he had little to no options as he let the current carry him as he had a few minutes left of air 'oh shit' he thought as he saw he was being pulled into an underground tunnel 'shit the river must split here going right into Mount Pillar' he thought being sucked in
(few minutes later)
"Shit how deep am I in" Naruto asked himself barely getting any light managing to find a pocket of air "have to go up cause down and around me ain't an option" he said knowing it'd be very bad if he changed the water pathway since many depended on the riverlands water "rasengan" he said aiming it upward blowing a hole up and managed to get into a passageway "this is an ant hill so a lot these paths connect" he said to himself thankful he remembered some things Shino said about insects
(4 hours later)
Naruto took many twists and turns trying to find a way out but was having a difficult time as he didn't know where exactly he was when he entered the hive 'avoiding patrols is getting harder' he thought to himself as he decided it was time to go all in since he wasted a lot of his chakra to hide 'ok I have half my chakra' he thought knowing he had to be smart even though all the chips were down and he was gonna do hit and run tactics "rasengan" he yelled hitting a wall
"Intruder" a guard said making Naruto sigh as he ran knowing probably everyone in the hive knew he was here
"Well may as well" Naruto said as he grabbed a staff and fired at a squadron and began running
"Halt" a guard said as he fired
"Yeah stop to get shot no thank you" Naruto said as he fired back
(2 hours later)
"C'mon where the fuck am I" Naruto said as he made another turn outrunning a horde of guards 'think' he thought to himself as he couldn't keep running forever 'damn it' he thought as he stopped and sighed 'I hope this is the right move' he thought himself and was surrounded and taken prisoner
(few hours later)
'Well at least I regained some chakra' Naruto thought as he regained a bit of his chakra despite his poor conditions
"Well well well another human" a blue beetle like Danian said mockingly walking to Naruto's cell
"Well well well another Danian" Naruto said in the same tone he used
"Why are you here" the Danian asked him in a commanding tone and showed Naruto his supplies along with the few mugics he had "who were you bringing these to" he asked threateningly
"They're mine" Naruto said and soon felt his head slam into the bars as he pulled him reaching through them
"Humans can't use mugic so who were you bringing this to" the Danian asked more threateningly lifting Naruto up
"No one and another thing" Naruto said grabbing his arm and put both his feet on the cell door and pressed hard making the Danien smash his head against the cell door making him let him go "mess with me again" he said threateningly
"Get comfortable human you have a big day tomorrow" the Danian said as he walked away
"What no name" Naruto said with a raised eyebrow
"Odu-Bathax your soon to be executioner" Odu-Bathax said to him as he left
"May want to get some rest" Naruto said as he didn't know what to expect tomorrow and he was guessing it wouldn't be pleasant
(next day)
'4 squadrons guess they know I'm a threat' Naruto thought feeling good that he was at least being considered a threat, he soon saw he was in some kinda arena and saw Odu-Bathax firing at Danians with shields 'oh shit' he thought to himself realizing how screwed he was
"Ah you made it" Odu-Bathax said taking notice of Naruo "I heard how slippery you were for my guards so I'll be using you for target practice" he said snapping his fingers as the guards that came with Naruto went to every exit of the room basically crowding them
'So much for being seen as a threat' Naruto thought to himself as they knew he could escape them 'you know besides being a jackass he reminds me of myself' he thought to himself as Odu-Bathax was prideful, stubborn, and easily irritated 'maybe I can use that' he thought to himself "you're a coward" he said making every Danian in the room's jaws to drop
"What….did you….just….call me" Odu-Bathax said to him his voice full of anger and rage
"What firing at barely defended targets make you feel strong" Naruto said with a cocky grin "how about you take me on" he said surprising everyone in the room again
Odu-Bathax at that moment bursted out laughing and after a few minutes regained his composure "guess you have a deathwish human" he said as he watched Naruto walk up to him an inch between them as Naruto looked him in the eye
"You gonna keep yapping or are we gonna fight" Naruto said to him
"You got guts kid I'm gonna enjoy seeing them on the floor" Odu-Bathax said as Naruto backed up "let's make this fair for you as possible" he said looking at two guards taking their staffs taking one for himself and tossing the other to Naruto
"Bring it on" Naruto said as they charged each other and clashed 'ok even with the help of my chakra he's stronger so have be smarter' he thought backing up and looked at the staff and broke it right down the middle now holding the broken staff parts in both his hands taking a stance
"Adorable" Odu-Bathax said as swiped his staff only for Naruto to duck under it and smacked him in the face with one of the staffs and blast him in the chest with the other "it can still fire" he said looking at the blaster part of the staff in surprise
"I may have seen a few bits of battlegear but I know what this staff can do" Naruto said as when he stole a staff during his escape he quickly tried to understand it to use it better and to know how to fight it and in that time he learned the lower half of the staff was a handle and purely metal 'I have a weapon and he doesn't know how to fight like this I have the advantage here' he thought as Odu-Bathax didn't seem fully prepared for what he did and how he'd attack as now he could fight at close range and midrange
Odu-Bathax looked at Naruto for a moment "not bad human that was certainly a surprise" he said having to give him credit for that move
"Thanks" Naruto said as he ran to Odu-Bathax and aimed to shoot for a more sensitive spot on his body but he dodged it 'and now I have to get closer which is what he wants' he thought seeing Odu-Bathax standing still waiting for him to attack 'time to change up the game plan' he thought to himself as he began to stomp his foot on the ground
'What is he doing' Odu-Bathax thought wondering if he lost it
"There" Naruto said shooting spots on the ground as he ran to Odu-Bathax
"What are you aiming at" Odu-Bathax asked as he didn't even move not seeing the need as Naruto only shot around him and soon felt the ground shake
"Take this" Naruto yelled as he jumped and brought his foot down and despite Odu-Bathax blocking him with his hands in an 'X' position the floor gave way "Uzumaki Barrage" he yelled making clones and kicked and blasted Odu-Bathax through a few more floors
Odu-Bathax had to admit despite the pain found that to be impressive
"Well that hurt" Naruto said clearing some rubble off of him "you still alive" he asked his opponent as he saw his exoskeleton was a bit cracked
"Yeah yeah I'm alive" Odu-Bathax said answering him begrudgingly
"What is going on here" a female voice said as both males saw a female spider like creature walk to them
"Princess Aszil" Odu-Bathax said painfully getting up to only bow
"So this is the human that caused a stir" Aszil said walking up to Naruto inspecting him "did you do this" she asked looking at the holes in the ceiling and Odu-Bathax
"Yeah" Naruto said as they looked at each other "we were….sparing" he said to her
"Sparing with a prisoner" Aszil asked looking at Odu-Bathax who lowered his head "why did you come here human" she asked him as she knew he was caught in here but wondered why
"I got swept up by the current of the river and was in the underground channel" Naruto said explaining what had happened to lead to him getting here and even going as far to tell her about where he was from
"He may be telling the truth" Odu-Bathax said as he saw Naruto make multiple copies of himself and some of what the guards said yesterday was more believable and made more sense now
"Hmmmm" Aszil said in thought as her antenna wiggled and after a few moments a guard came with some of Naruto's things "I have heard of Agitos and Tangath before your skills against Odu-Bathax are commendable I would like to see if you can perform mugic" she said handing him a mugic
Naruto recognized this mugic and knew what she wanted him to do he looked at Odu-Bathax "Song of Resurgence" he said as the mugic healed him
"Thank you my queen" Odu-Bathax said lowering his head but also sent Naruto a small barely noticeable look of appreciation
"Naruto as you have not caused serious damage to my hive and have only caused a few holes" Aszil said looking around them looking at the holes "you will be spared some of our more….heinous punishments" she said to him
"Thanks" Naruto said to her feeling there was more to this
"I believe it would do you well to continue your studies here for the meantime I want to understand you a bit more" Aszil said as she walked away
"You are so very lucky" Odu-Bathax said to Naruto
"Why may I ask" Naruto said to him curiously
"The princess is smart one of the wisest Danians in the tribe if not the smartest she can often be cold at times or very generous it's hard to tell how or in what way she'll act" Odu-Bathax said in pure honesty "she might find you interesting but the fact you are a child and alone could be another" he said to him
Naruto took what he could get as he was soon brought to some chambers and decided to get some rest
(next day)
"Battlegear live it love it learn it" Odu-Bathax said to Naruto in the armory
"You make battlegear" Naruto asked curiously not expecting that from the combative
"More like modify" Odu-Bathax said bringing out his signature blaster and removed the casing
"You can modify battlegear" Naruto asked in surprise
"Most can be but for different areas I can do it to increase my ammunition" Odu-Bathax said as he was always trying to increase his fire power
Naruto watched him working and picked up a few things and helped out with some battlegear repairs
(next day)
"I'll say this about Tangath he does some decent work" Odu-Bathax said as he and Naruto were done with most of the battlegear and were sparing with some sting blades
"Thanks but I had my own skills before he taught me" Naruto said sweeping his feet and taking his sting blade
"Not bad" Odu-Bathax said as he had to admit the skills between them were different and his strength though stronger than Naruto the young blonde seemed more creative with his actions
The two kept going till they got tired much to the Danians pleasure as with Naruto fighting Odu-Bathax they were in the clear to be the man's literal targets in his training
(few days later)
"And how is the child" Aszil asked Odu-Bathax curiously
"Fine princess" Odu-Bathax said to her
"I've heard his progress how proficient in battlegear is he" Aszil asked curiously wondering how much Naruto had learned
"He's able to do minor repairs and some alterations to certain gear" Odu-Bathax said to her as it was decent work and Naruto did help him increase the power of his blaster by a small but considerable margin
"Tell the boy he may go" Aszil said as they she kept Naruto here for observation seeing how he acted and his habits and other qualities and despite his skills and origins she had to admit he was to honest and kind to be a real threat and saw no hidden agendas he may have had "and he may return if he wishes" she said as Naruto would only have access to the main floors and not the more hidden ones
(1 hour later)
"Have to admit this was kinda fun" Naruto said as he and Odu-Bathax walked out the hive "broke in, explored, got hunted, went to prison, had a battle of skill, met a princess, and even learned about battlegear" he said with a smile
"That's fun to you" Odu-Bathax asked curiously questioning his idea of fun
"Trust me my life is crazy everyday" Naruto said as he walked away
Odu-Bathax had to admit as he was gonna miss Naruto "ok soldiers time for training" he said making all the Danians try to run "that's the spirit moving targets" he said as he started firing
(2 weeks later)
Naruto really hated the dessert and was starting to think it hated him as he was caught in a sand storm as he was looking for someone inside of it 'I swear' he thought to himself 'next time I go looking for a muge better make sure they're not in some insane place' he thought to himself as certain muges he had heard about often traveled in their territories instead of staying in the same place like Najarin and Lore 'met the three other tribes why not see what the Mipedians are like I'm a fucking moron' he thought to himself
(few hours later)
'I should be close' Naruto thought as he was roasting in this location 'feels hotter than a few other locations' he thought as the heat seemed intense here 'the muge is suppose to be in this area' he thought to himself as he kept walking
Naruto walked through the desert and knew he was screwed if he didn't find shade soon as if he blacked out he was as good as dead here as he'd dehydrate fast
(2 hours later)
Naruto made it out of the desert but was having an issue staying conscious, he found a nice rock to sit on and lay his back against his vision blurring and as he sat there he saw a blue figure standing over him holding a cup of water to his face bringing it to Naruto's dry lips slowly pouring it into his mouth "thank you" he said before blacking out
The figure looked at Naruto and provided some aid to him before leaving literally vanishing in thin air as he hit a certain point
(few hours later)
"Ugggghhh" Naruto said as he woke up his insides feeling like they were cooked
"You should be more careful many who travel the Sha-Kree Flats many have died there" a man wearing a purple cloak said
Naruto saw an orange tail and was guessing Mipedian "who are you" he asked getting up
"Sobtjek" Sobtjek said introducing himself
"Oh you're not the muge I was looking for" Naruto said to him simply
"You're looking for a Mipedian muge" Sobtjek asked curiously as he was one of the best muges
"Yeah a muge named Enre-hep" Naruto said seeing Sobtjek's eyes widen
"Not many seek his help, you're either desperate or insane" Sobtjek said as Enre-hep was a muge who was very….insightful as many deemed him crazy but the royal family did call upon him in dire needs and he was a good teacher to the other muges he had taught
"More daring" Naruto said trying to add more to his resume as he was often called insane
"I can guide you to where he lives if you wish" Sobtjek said to him offering his assistance seeing Naruto nod
"Yeah thanks" Naruto said to him as they rested
(next day)
'Wonder what darkens sand' Naruto thought as he was in the Darkened Dunes 'wonder why Sobtjek didn't wanna come' he thought to himself as Sobtjek left after they arrived 'wonder what this guy's deal is' he thought as he only heard some whispers about him as apparently he was crazy and a well accomplished muge
"Why are you here" a whisper in the wind said
Naruto immediately looked around more accurately toward the sand as Mipedians were invincible but always left a trace or sound of their current location
"The mugic sing beautifully around you it's interesting" the whisper said sounding fascinated
'The hell does that mean' Naruto thought to himself wondering what he meant by that
"You have a mugic use it" the whisper said to him
'Damn it I have only one left and this one is I was saving for a special occasions' Naruto thought taking out his last mugic 'maybe this is what I need to understand' he thought as he cast the mugic "song of futuresight" he said loudly as his eyes flashed and he saw a Mipedian with a reddish-pink Mipedian Muge who dresses in a white cloak with gold edges having a cobra like staff that had a green glow
"You found me good" the whisper said as just like in Naruto's vision he saw the Mipedian and saw him stand before him "now to talk child" he said as he cast 'Song of Transportation' "now child we have much to discuss" he said to him
"You're Enre-hep" Naruto asked wondering if this was indeed him
"Yes and you child….do not even know who or what you are" Enre-hep said to him knowingly making Naruto curious as to what he meant "I am able to hear mugics some never having been ever played but there is more to this ability" he said to him seeing Naruto was paying attention "I am at one with mugic some would say I have the spiritual connection to the Cothica as Heptadd seemingly has a physical" he said to him as it was sometimes mentioned as such
"You know I'm not like other humans and from this world either" Naruto said as it was pretty obvious from how he talked
"Yes and you are an enigma young one a human with the ability of creatures" Enre-hep said to him "the mugics hummed in harmony upon your arrival" he said as it was a beautiful song
"You said I don't know who or what I am" Naruto said as that really caught his attention as he had to admit the Mipedian had a point as up until a couple months ago he didn't know he was a jinchuriki and from what he had seen from mugics he was willing to give the man the benefit of the doubt "can you tell me" he asked in a quiet tone
"I am afraid not" Enre-hep said seeing Naruto lower his head "but perhaps the mugics can" he said as they went into a chamber filled with mugics "I hope you can find an answer to bring you peace" he said as to him mugics worked in mysterious ways or rather the Cothica did as all mugic was linked to the Cothica
Naruto waited for a few moments and immediately began to feel impatient decided to do what Iruka had always tried to teach him 'have patience' he thought letting out a sigh as he sat down and tried to relax and calm himself 'maybe I'm looking for the wrong kinda answer' he thought as he was thinking something would happen or be shown 'Enre-hep says he hears the mugics maybe that's the answer to this' he thought as he closed his eyes and listened
The mugics in the room soon began to move away from Naruto and a select few to circle around him glowing
Naruto heard a soft ring but soon heard a symphony of different song blending together and soon Naruto's eyes shined a rainbow like color
(few minutes later)
Naruto left the chamber his eyes looking very stressed, having a cold sweat, and was shaking and just as he was about to fall Enre-hep caught him
"I am sorry you had to learn that child" Enre-hep said he hugged Naruto close knowing what the mugics showed him 'and others wonder why I live alone' he thought as Naruto had been truly dealt a bad hand being dealt the worst kinds of punishment imaginable
(1 week later)
'He's doing well all things considered' Enre-hep thought as Naruto was slowly recovering from everything he had learnt from the mugics things he never knew about himself….like his parents and how they died 'so much burden for a child' he thought to himself as he did leave Naruto some things to distract himself and the boy took them really wanting to push away all the troubles in his mind
(next day)
"Agitos may have been a competent muge despite many of his findings mugic isn't strictly a thing one can learn and be taught there are ways to improve upon using mugic have you ever seen a mugic that didn't last or didn't fully live up to the typical effect" Enre-hep said to Naruto explaining the more spiritual side of mugic and how one could improve upon it
(3 weeks later)
"You seem very lost child" Enre-hep said to him
"I guess I am" Naruto said as he had literally nothing to do but go with the wind which was basically his whole plan at this point
"Try to retrace your steps" Enre-hep said to him simply
'Retrace my steps' Naruto thought to himself and then thought of one place in particular
(2 weeks later)
'Prexxor Chasm' Naruto thought as he came back to the location
"You're back" Ariak said in surprise seeing Naruto
"Yeah" Naruto said to him simply
"Come we should go talk to Ursis he won't believe this" Ariak said as he landed on Naruto's shoulder
(few minutes later)
"I sense something different about you child" Ursis said as he saw Naruto and saw the look in his eyes dim slightly but still saw a powerful force and light in them it was seriously the most surprising thing he had ever seen in his life "we have much to discuss" he said to him as they sat down

Naruto was gathering some supplies as apparently after he left someone named Crellan was looking for him after he left 'wonder what this guy wants' he thought to himself as he got everything and went back and when he arrived he saw another human "Crellan" he asked the human
"I have to say you are a tricky person to find Naruto" Crellan said to Naruto as he tried following his trail but lost him with each and every rumor "may we talk" he asked being filled in from his companions about Naruto but wanted to hear it from the horse's lips so to speak
(1 hour later)
"So you can use mugic" Crellan asked Naruto
"2 a day" Naruto said to him telling him his limit
"This is so incredible a human capable of creature feats" Crellan said as he looking like he was in total surprise and still felt excitement
"Yeah" Naruto said finding this amusing
"You should come with me to Chaotic you may be able to survive here but it may do you good to be with your own kind" Crellan said sending apologetic looks to Ursis and Ariak who didn't seem to care about his comment as it was true
"Maybe" Naruto said to him as he had to admit a change in scenery would be nice
"And before we go mind filling me in on where you've been and who you've met" Crellan asked as he only got to ask Naruto about his abilities and where he came from not his journey that past 3-4 months
(3 hours later)
"Hotekk Imthor" Crellan said seeing his two fellow code masters
"What is it Crellan" Hotekk asked in an annoyed tone as he walked into the Crellan drone
"You said it was of grave importance" Imthor said kindly
"Look up" Crellan said kinda wishing they weren't wearing their masks so he could see their faces as they saw Naruto on the ceiling of his dome
(30 minutes later)
"You two can't be serious" Hotekk said to them
"We can do it we have been working on a new scanner anyway and he's alone in this world Hotekk you can't be that cold" Imthor said as it was known Hotekk was hard on everyone
"We know nothing about him and what if he were to do any of his attacks here of all places" Hotekk said to them
"He seems responsible for his age and he survived about 4 months on his own meeting certain officials and surviving dangerous terrain for days at a time you don't survive that long without making friends" Crellan said to him
"Fine" Hotekk said to them
"We may need to have him learn the game maybe play a few online matches" Imthor said as it'd be hard to explain a Chaotic player that didn't have a history or rather a very short one
"Lets have him gather some scans first and have him return after words" Crellan said as a bot brought in a pure white scanner and brought up his silver Chaotic card and soon it became black and orange "makes him unique" he said to them as he felt Naruto would stand out regardless
(few hours later)
Crellan and the other codemaster's watched the scanner history of Naruto having to give Naruto a few basic scans Crellan gave him Prexxor Chasm and Sha-Kree Flats which he had spares of in his deck while they also gave him the most basic locations since they were abundant in spades like Mount Pillar, Iron Pillar, Lava Pond, Glacier Plains, Mipedim Oasis, Underworld city, and Kiru City
"I still can't believe you gave him two of your signature scans" Hotekk said to Crellan
"He would've gotten Ursis and Ariak regardless" Crellan said rolling his eyes
Imthor watched them fight with amusement as they were like opposing forces at most if not all times "he is gathering mugics" he said seeing mugic after mugic appearing on the screen "must be in a mugican's vault" he said as these were decent mugics
"The Mipedian high muge" Hotekk said seeing Enre-hep's card appear "he at least is smart to pick there as a location" he said as it was a smart place to go to find mugics and since the creature lived in solitude he had a better chance of getting a scan
"Wow" Crellan said in surprise "a legitimate compliment" he said sounding like it was something incredible event
"He is in Danian territory now" Imthor said as they waited and soon they saw Danian battlegear scans along with an Odu-Bathax scan and a Aszil scan
"It's impressive how proficient he is being" Hotekk said as this was going rather fast as Naruto was spending no more than 20 minutes at locations 'he's either good at breaking in or good at making connections' he thought to himself
"You gave him the wrong scan" Imthor said as he looked at Hotekk seeing Naruto teleport to the passage at the bottom in the Underworld
"You never specified" Hotekk said wanting to see if Naruto would actually continue and go up the passageway or just leave it not wanting to put the work in
They all waited patiently seeing Naruto get the overworld scan of The Passage and soon a Zalic scan
"Next is the Underworld" Crellan said as Naruto was most likely gonna stop there and they waited for a bit and soon understood why as he got an Agitos scan and also a scan of some Underworld mugics and later a scan of Magmon and Rarran
"Lava pond" Crellan said as that was where those two creatures usually stayed
"He's at Glacier plains" Imthor said to them
"Wonder why he didn't want a Tangath scan" Crellan said mostly to himself as Tangath was difficult find but it was a scan here that was easily able for one to get via trade or other methods
"Hmmm" Hotekk said seeing Naruto get a Tangath scan and examined it "all his stats are maxed out" he said examining his energy and other attributes "must have used mugic rare creatures like that" he said as those creatures were often hard to find as mugic lasted for moments but scans of the creatures varied as those forms were either permanent for the scanner or last a certain time frame in matches
They all waited and soon saw Naruto walk back in
"Good you have creatures, battlegear, locations, and mugics" Imthor said to him "come have some battles" he said loading a Chaotic online screen for Naruto
(12 hours later)
"60 wins" Imthor said as he looked at Naruto's record "congratulations" he said to him "Chaotic Shadow" he said reading Naruto's screen name seeing he had enough wins to be invited to Chaotic without it seeming odd to other players
"Also happy birthday Naruto" Crellan said to Naruto as he had Naruto fill out player info and saw that today was his birthday
Naruto actually broke a smile as today was his birthday 'miss you mom and dad' he thought to himself feeling a sense of….comfort as this day always felt especially difficult knowing he didn't have a family to celebrate it with and felt lonely but now he felt an embrace of love knowing this was the day that his parents loved him in their final moments
(few days later)
Crellan was keeping an eye on Naruto carefully seeing as he still had some time to adjust and in that time he monitored his deck 'no recent scans' he thought to himself as Naruto's deck was more than good for a beginner and not counting his mugic creatures and locations his battlegear was a little lacking as he only had Danian battlegear 'maybe he needs a little push' he thought to himself as it would've been better than nothing as Naruto could go out and explore more and maybe find a certain place in his life between the two worlds 'he has limited interactions with the Mipedians so maybe the Underworld and Overworld would be a better option' he thought to himself as both had their pros and cons like the other tribes
(1 hour later)
"How do you like your accommodations" Crellan asked curiously as he and the other codemasters had a moderately sized home built into a mountain off away from the Chaotic drones in the woods a good mile away from anything strictly for Naruto
"They're great thank you" Naruto said to him
"I'm glad how are you adjusting" Crellan asked curious to see how he was before he did anything
"Fine I guess" Naruto said to him not knowing what else to say
"I see you haven't gone to any of the drones" Crellan said as he had made special requirements for Naruto till he entered a drone and did a battle himself he wouldn't get any prearranged battles "I can see you don't have the drive and desire for the battles Naruto" he said as Naruto had been surviving on his own since he got to Perim "but I can tell you that this game is more than that it's a way to experience explore and do things we could only imagine there is more to Chaotic than just battles I hope you'll find that out" he said to him hoping he'd experience the positives of Chaotic
Naruto nodded to him in understanding as the two sat and discussed things about Chaotic and other things
(next day)
"So how is Chaotic like" Zalic asked Naruto as he visited him at his post
"It's fine" Naruto said as he spent time with his friend
Zalic was interested in Chaotic slightly wondering about the appeal and what the 'scans' were like even seeing his own stats and saw he was kinda average but did heal when he used a mugic so that was something in his opinion "if you'd like I could ask around about Tangath see if he'd take you to Kiru city" he offered to his friend
"Thanks and who'd you ask I'm pretty sure"you rarely get Overworld visitors here" Naruto said to him
"A friend of mine Intress she visits on occasion to see how I am" Zarin said as Intress always checked up on him as he rarely took care of himself on his long watch of the entrance to the Underworld "you may do well to scan her and some creatures in Kiru and you may be able to get to the armory" he said as he knew many people who saw Chaotic players scanning from outside the window "oh and don't worry about Bodal" he said as the biggest perk about this job was that he was far away from Bodal
"Ok" Naruto said unsurely not knowing how to answer
(few days later)
Intress was on her way to see Zalic as she normally did whenever she had free time knowing his job was a difficult one and when she arrived she arrived at an odd sight of seeing her friend with a human relaxing which was odd as Zalic was always seemingly alert and watching his post 'is this the human he mentioned' she thought to herself as she walked over to them
"Hello Intress" Zalic said calmly and relaxed
"Zalic" Intress said looking him over "are you….ok" she asked him
"I'm fine Intress just taking the day off" Zalic said to her getting an immediate reaction
"A day off? You watch the Passage" Intress said not believing this
"He's filling in." Zalic said to her as she looked at an equally relaxed Naruto
"Have you lost all common sense!?" Intress asked very seriously
"He's stopped Spyder 3 times now." Zalic said as Spyder was a nuisance as he may have been weak but he was cunning and clever and often got past him on more than one occasion "and Rothar, Drakness, and Banshor" he said to her simply as he had limits to what he could do and those creatures were as slippery as it got
Intress looked at him in disbelief as he said that and looked at said human "how did you defeat them?" she asked Naruto
Zalic knew Naruto wanted to keep his abilities a secret despite not doing so well to hide it as Naruto filled him in on who knew about him 'Danians keep to themselves rarely if ever talking outside their hive so he should be safe with them' he thought as only one Mipedian knew about Naruto and he lived alone and most people thought he was crazy as is, he and Tangath would surely keep quiet about it and fill in Maxxor about it but the only worrisome person that knew was Agitos as he was Chaor's council and had been sure to tell the leader about it and that was very concerning
"I have a certain set of skills" Naruto said as Zalic chuckled at that
Intress growled not liking to be out of the loop
"His secret to tell Intress you may not like it but you have to respect it" Zalic said to her "now can you do me a favor I owe him one" he said to Intress
(1 hour later)
"Shut up Bodal" Intress said as she got Naruto into the arsenal and Bodal was being his normal self which was basically a pain in the ass
"Why let this human into my arsenal" Bodal asked her
"He's friends with Zalic and I'm curious about him may as well learn what I can" Intress said to him simply
"This Torwegg is broken?" Naruto said as he examined the battlegear
Intress was curious as to how he could know that
"Impossible my battlegear is top of the line and always in working order" Bodal said snatching it from its place and put it on
'Oh this should be good' Intress thought as while smart he was an idiot as his ego and 'superiority' and other qualities usually made certain things he did end in disaster
Naruto and Intress watched as Bodal activate the Torwegg and instead of firing it started to smoke and soon only one side of the jets fired causing Bodal to be shot in the opposing direction hitting the wall with his face making Naruto and Intress wince feeling a little bad
"How'd you know it was damaged" Intress asked knowing he didn't sabotage it
"Looked old and not well kept" Naruto said as some battlegear needed to be maintained and checked regularly
Intress had to admit he caught her interest as that was smart to notice that, she would've asked more if Naruto didn't push her to the side and caught and incoming Bodal and deactivate the battlegear "I think you owe him an apology" she said to him with a smirk putting him on the spot
"I may have….miscalculated the condition of that particular gear" Bodal said as Naruto then took it off him and went to his work bench "what are you doing human" he said to him in surprise
"Fixing it" Naruto said opening up the casing
The two creatures were even more surprised by this and went over and watched mostly Bodal commenting on how he could fix it and tried to take the gear away only for Intress to stop him
"Let him work" Intress said giving Bodal a glare wanting to see if Naruto could do it
After a few minutes Naruto seemed finished as he put on the casing and held up the Torwegg and turned it on
Both creatures backed up seeing the Torwegg fire and intense flame from the jet ports
"How did you do that" Bodal said swiping the gear looking it over trying to figure out what Naruto did to make it so powerful
"I changed it so each fuel line focused on one point instead of three separate fuel lines working separately this led to me being able to fit a bigger fuel source making the battlegear just about the same in weight" Naruto said as he then scanned the battlegear
Bodal seemed shocked about what Naruto had said as he was at a loss for words
Intress had to admit that was pretty impressive that he fixed the battlegear and made Bodal speechless "mind checking the other battlegear" she said as watching Bodal be knocked down a few pegs would be fun
(four hours later)
"Wonder if I can convince Maxxor to hire him" Intress said as it was a nice thought as less Bodal and the fact that he'd be annoyed daily would be an amazing development and the fact their battlegear was improved was a bonus "I'll make sure you get the credit" she said as Bodal often took credit for others work on occasion like he had done it himself or was responsible for the development
"Thanks" Naruto said as he was sharpening the Sword of Khy'at Tangath's signature blade as the lion came here moments ago as the sword was always needing special care whenever being tended to
"Please do that I'm begging" Tangath said as Naruto was being both pleasant and efficient with his blade unlike Bodal who got the job done but was always taking his sweet time talking his mouth off
Naruto finished sharpening and handed it to Tangath getting his thanks "what are these" he said seeing a box under the workbench seeing some kinda harness and a small dagger
"Those are mine" Bodal said swiping it
Naruto saw them and scanned them "an element converter and a dagger" he said seeing they were made by Bodal his name on the very scan "the dagger is pretty useful" he said as to add 10 damage to non elemental attacks was nothing to scoff at 'the element converter is useful to it gives a creature two elements but when the attack reaches 25 or past that it's done' he thought thinking Bodal made these to give him more options as he was a creature with no element and these would work in his favor
"Of course they are" Bodal said proudly at his creations
Intress and Tangath were a bit skeptical as they knew the limit of the battlegear but had to admit it did increase the power of water and fire to the creatures that had it so it was useful if properly used
"Well I've done all I can" Naruto said as he was a little tired and got up
"Be well Naruto" Tangath said as they all left the arsenal
"He certainly is different from other humans" Interest said to her friend as he seemed like a respectful person to converse with and could even be considered a friend
"That he is" Tangath said with a smile
(1 week later)
'I swear the security is insane' Naruto thought as the timing was off and there was a vast quantity of guards in Chaor's castle 'Agitos is probably in the library' he thought to himself moving swiftly
"You" Spyder said seeing Naruto and hissed in hatred as he stopped him from
'Crap' Naruto thought to himself "Spyder hey do me a favor" he said punching him in the eye and then sucker punching him
"Intruder" a guard yelled
"Crap" Naruto said running away
(30 minutes later)
"Where am I" Naruto said looking at the room he entered and despite the seemingly average Underworld colors there was a certain femine element….and the slight barely noticeable scent of perfume "crap I'm in a girl's room" he said as entering and going into a girl's room without their knowledge and being found out was more or less a death sentence, he was brought out of his thoughts as he was blasted in the back and knocked out
(1 hour later)
"Oh what his me" Naruto said rubbing his head
"A very temperamental Underworld woman be glad you still have your limbs you're lucky most would have been killed" Agitos said helping Naruto up
"Mind telling me where I am" Naruto asked a little disoriented
"In my throne room" a loud booming voice said making Naruto look up
Naruto looked up and saw the leader of the Underworld Chaor and from what he could guess from Agitos description Takinom
"So you're the human that Agitos told me about" Chaor said looking him over not impressed "show me your power" he said to him commandingly
Naruto looked at him his expression calm and his nerves steeled "no" he said to him simply
"You said he was brave not insane" Takinom said to Agitos as not answering or obeying Chaor
"Please like you or Chaor are ones to talk" Agitos said to them as Naruto's attitude was very Underworld which was basically anger and defiance and being rude to someone
"Boy I will turn you into ashes" Chaor said to him with a glare and growl
"You wanna go lets go" Naruto said to him with his own glare and lack of fear
"Naruto wait do not fight Chaor he's leader of the Underworld for a reason" Agitos said not wanting to see Naruto dead
"I'd listen to him boy" Chaor said getting up flames enveloping his hands
"The answer is still the same….no" Naruto said walking up to Chaor still unafraid
Chaor raised his flaming hand at Naruto who still seemed unafraid and ready for battle and soon he bursted out laughing "been a while since I meet someone with some actual courage to stand up to me besides some idiots" he said to him as this was refreshing a youngling with some actual bravado
Agitos let out a relieved sigh as Naruto was in no immediate danger
"So can you do what Agitos said you could do" Chaor said in a more neutral but semi aggressive tone
Naruto relaxed some and calmed himself "yeah" he said jumping up high and clung to the roof with just his feet
"And you're the only one from your world" Chaor asked as it certainly was interesting to see
"Yeah mind keeping this hush hush for now don't want creatures randomly attacking humans" Naruto said if creatures found out what he could do they'd assume all humans could do it
"Yeah fine" Chaor said appearing nonchalant but was having similar thoughts to Naruto not wanting to cause unnecessary problems or needless panic
"So what now" Naruto said to him
"Agitos" Chaor said to his advisor "take him to the guest chambers" he said to him
(few minutes later)
"Can I guess what he wants" Naruto asked his friend
"No let me save us some time" Agitos said as he got enough sarcasm from Takinom and Chaor every time they had conversations and arguments "he wants to assess if you are a threat" he said to him "despite your seemingly reluctance to join a tribe like the other Chaotic players" he said as all the tribes knew Chaotic players had a favored tribe varying on the colors of the scanners and after asking Naruto when they were in the lava pond he found Naruto's reluctance to join a tribe a better option than joining an enemy tribe as there were a few neutral creatures with no ties to any tribes
Naruto relaxed as this was better than being seen as an enemy
"Just don't go challenging him again I know you're strong but Chaor is stronger" Agitos said as Chaor was strong enough to destroy a city on his own
Naruto knew that as he knew his strength was limited even if he were to use the fox's power like he did with Sasuke he'd still be no match
"Just be respectful….maybe pick a fight with a guard or something" Agitos said to him as Chaor respected….'spunk' from younglings and was often entertained when they beat older more experienced warriors seeing it as an honor
"Eh fights always find me" Naruto said as they walked out the room where he was shot in the chest with an ember swarm attack making him fall to the ground "case in point" he said to Agitos as they looked to see Takinom
"Fair warning if you ever enter my room again you will get off far worse than those two love taps" Takinom said to him with a fiery look in her eyes
"You're lucky she's the only creature in all of Perim to have a temper that rivals Chaor's maybe even surpass it on certain occasions" Agitos said to him as it was true as Takinom was feared by many it was one of the reasons she was Chaor's right hand like himself
"Trust me my luck with women is odd at best" Naruto said as he looked at his clothes seeing they were burned on both sides
"I'll have some clothing brought for you" Agitos said as it'd be a simple thing to do
(later with Chaor)
Chaor was in deep thought as he knew Agitos was loyal and trustworthy but he wanted to see Naruto's skills for himself wanting to see what the boy was capable of "hmmm" he hummed in thought "Agitos have the boy ready tomorrow he will be fighting" he said to him simply
'This will not be good' Agitos thought as Chaor liked to push people to their limits and over them so the question was who
(with Naruto)
"Oh come on" Naruto said in a familiar sewer
"Naruto" the nine tails said from behind his cage
"What do you want" Naruto asked the main cause for much if not all his suffering
"You've gotten weak" nine tails said to him simply
Naruto rolled his eyes at the vague and cryptic answer
"You've gotten complacent you have no drive there are many things I have tolerated from you but I will not have a weak host" nine tails said with much hatred as he hated to admit it Naruto was perhaps his best host as his mother and Mito were the crappiest hosts he ever had being fully bound and not experiencing much and added to the fact that Kushina and Mito had less exciting combative lives than Naruto, but the only nice thing he would say about them if anything was they were ninja in their own right "you have new abilities you have yet to tap into when was the last time you trained or even tried to advance you may not be able to become Hokage now but be….crap what was the name" he said thinking for a moment "Chaotic player be the best of those band of idiots be a warrior here you are at the very least that" he said knowing better than anyone Naruto possessed a rare traits in a ninja….honor, loyalty, spirit, and knew his will was unshakable
Naruto had to admit despite sounding mean and aggressive this was possibly the most delightful conversation he has had with the fox
"Learn with what you have you fool you have the power of elements now" the nine tails said to him with a stern look "a power….not many have possessed" he said to him in a low tone as he thought of one particular individual "yet you haven't even used it" he said as that was something he found odd and set of many mental alarms in him….Naruto the knucklehead without a plan who used everything at his disposal in all or nothing fights didn't even bother to learn or use a new power he had "you are a lot of things Naruto but a coward is not one" he said to him "small piece of advise on who you are before I kick your ass out of here you are and will forever be a person who will blindly help others like a total moron now get the fuck out" he said as Naruto then awoke in his guest room bed
Naruto looked at his hands the same hands he used to forge his life and got out of bed and decided to meditate and work on certain foundations, but he knew jack if anything on elemental control so he need to learn
(next day)
"Any tips" Naruto said as he was wearing some combative robes in Underworld colors
"Don't die" Agitos said as they walked to another part of the palace
"Any useful tips" Naruto asked flatly
"Do your best not to get burned" Agitos said to him as they kept walking
"Speaking of burned I need to ask you something" Naruto said stopping him "fire can you tell me on the element like a basic foundation" he asked knowing he used the fire element
Agitos raised a brow but decided to humor him since he was a fire element user and Naruto was gonna fight one so he may as well "think of something hot for first time users it's recommended to think of a small flame or something of that nature and to let it build and maybe you'll be able to use flame orb" he said to him as flame orb was a common attack and easy to use but how powerful it was depended on the user
"Thanks" Naruto said as it was better than nothing
They both walked into a large room that looked like a small arena and in the center stood Chaor, Takinom and a girl he didn't recognize
"I felt it was best to see your abilities in action kid so I thought she'd be a fair fight" Chaor said looking at the girl
"This is Nivenna she's my apprentice Nivenna" Takinom said as she introduced her "and your opponent" she said to him
"Last one standing wins" Chaor said to them as the leader and his advisors left the ring
"You ready to lose human" Nivenna said to Naruto with a cocky smile
'C'mon' Naruto thought as he focused 'this needs to be more control no more accidental shots' he thought as he used his elemental attacks merely by accident before now he needed to control it he looked at Nivenna "I don't lose" he said with a confident smile
"Well there's a first time for everything lavalanche" Nivenna said as she fired her attack him
"Ok training on the go not an option lets see if I can pull this off" Naruto said holding out his hand 'the one thing I still trained in' he thought with a smile as all that time alone and traveling he practiced his ultimate technique
"What is that" Takinom said as she was very combative and knew attacks well and could even estimate the damage they could cause
Agitos saw the attacked and knew a hit would be painful
Chaor was curious for many reasons but was mostly curious to how the attacked functioned
"Ember swarm" Nivenna said keeping her distance "lavalanche" she said as both attacks missed "ash torrent" she said pointing making a smoke screen and just as she jumped in the air and to her surprise so did he "torrent of flames-rasengan" she said as Naruto thrusted his hands forward and even though he looked to be consumed by her flames she somehow knew his attack was going through the middle of her attack merely touching her flames sending them away from the spiral ball like a drill and when he made it past her hands he hit her in the stomach and she felt her whole body begin to twist and then spin sending her back flying violently into a wall
"One attack did that" Chaor said impressed by what that little move did
(1 hour later)
"How are you" Naruto asked Nivenna as they were in the infirmary
"Feel like I got punched by Chaor" Nivenna said as she had to admit that attack hurt a lot
"If I did punch you we wouldn't be having this conversation" Chaor said walking in looking at them "both of you need serious training" he said simply "you need more training" he said looking at Nivenna "and you need some more work don't think I didn't see that training is for training fighting is meant for fighting no training as you fight" he said to him knowing Naruto was trying to use his fire element during the fight
'May as well' Naruto thought as he needed a slave driver for training him and the Underworld was the epitome of rough and non easy going trainers "who you got in mind" he asked the man curiously
Chaor chuckled slightly "me" he said as everyone gasped or had a look of shock
"I should really get out of this bed" Nivenna said getting her mentor's attention "he's gonna need it when Chaor gets his hands on him" she said as that was something everyone could agree on
"You know what" Naruto said stepping forward his eyes becoming slits "let's do this" he said to Chaor who laughed wholeheartedly intending to push Naruto to the edge
